I am so very grateful to the staff at Deerfield Toyota. I bought my first car in 10 years there today. Conny made the transaction painless and there was no pressure. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy today and I came to the scission on my own while she was patient and the rest of the staff let me be. The finance team (Hector?) was phenomenal as well. I'm really pleased with my purchase and with my experience. Thank you Conny and everyone else over there.

I had my car totaled while transported from NY to FL. Not knowing any mechanics in the area my car was sent to the dealership and I realize now I was lucky. My service rep Manny was honest, responsive, and very patient with all the claims that went through him. He helped make sure not only everything was taken care of in a timely manner but spoke with multiple representatives from my transport company, relocation company, the company I work for and insurance agents. He provided superior mechanical work but the customer service aspect was the best I have experienced. So much to the point that I am going back to that dealership to look into buying my next Toyota

I feel I should have had more info about car before I left dealership in the process of sale as I waited 7 hours for loan to go through. I am not pleased with material used to cover seats and doors. everything sticks to it. Hard to maintain. definitely need seat covers to keep it in good shape. But its too late to do anything about it. Not many features for a almost 40,000 buy. I am a bit disappointed as I am now in OR with car trying to get my free oil change and full detailing and the Toyota dealers I've contacted won't do the service. Any suggestions? I was told I had that service free, for as long as I kept car. I was also told by Veruska at the time of purchase that I was spending 31,000 and later I got a letter stating Veruska hadn't added cost of previous loan to car when I thought it was already inclusive. That is a 9,000 dollar difference I am stuck with. Not cool.Javier Ramirez in sales is not on your list. He was attentive. I wanted a 0 mile car fast for travel reasons. Car had 56 miles in when I got it. Not bran new.I feel you guys wanted me to buy and made ways for loan to approve, but I feel I was screwed over. How do you remediate that?

If no stars were possible, That's what I would give them. They are liars. I came in with pre approved financing from capital one. And Dwight Flatt lied and said that capital one changed the deal and required a bigger down payment. I called capital one when I left that dealership and they said the deal they offered me was still the same with no money down. He also told me that I have to wait a year before I can refinance and that was another lie. I bought the car in January at 14% apr and refinanced with capital one in June at 7% apr, the exact original deal they offered me in January. He sold me an extended warranty for $800 dollars even though the car I bought had a factory warranty and they both expire at the same time. I have called and asked for a refund for the skylink service and no one has ever called me back, that was three weeks ago. My next complaint is going to the state attorneys office.

Purchased a new vehicle, the sales associate was Domingo R and my decision to purchase was strongly based on his courtesy, helpful approach between demo and purchase. I visited another dealership in the area,, where in no time the representatives tried to push for an immediate decision. Domingo was the opposite and I highly commend him for that. Terrible experience. They did not fix an issue of a faulty car con two occasions. I bought a 2011 Mini Cooper in April and broke down 3 times in 3 months. The first time they fixed the issue out of embarrassment but after the third time they said they couldn't do anything about it. My next step is to take my issue to corporate to get it resolved. Do not buy a car from this dealership!!

From the minutes we walked in the main entrance, we already felt happy with the cheerful greetings of sale associates! The environment is just warm welcome and wide open. Buying a new car could be very stressful but I didn't feel like that here. Bonnie Shafer quickly provided us all car choices that we can have based on the model we selected, then pricing and follow up with emails/phone communication arranging for car pickup. We also worked with Wes Premock on test drive the new car, signing up papers and learning how to use special features of my new car. Everything was done to perfection. Didn't need a new vehicle, but was considering changing to a vehicle that better fit my needs due to my recent retirement. Thought that a Prius V might fit the bill. We hadn't purchased a vehicle for at least ten years and would be trading in a van and a sports car. We initially met with Craig on Thursday to talk about the Prius V. On Saturday, I called and asked Craig to arrange a test drive for me. He listened to me and answered all of my questions. Then my hubby brought in the second trade in and the three of us sat down to deal. By the end of the afternoon, we owned a beautiful new Prius V and are now looking forward to retirement travel in a fuel efficient, comfortable, and roomy vehicle. Chose this dealership over others due to proximity and Craig's confidence in the reliability of its service department and personal assistant type extras. Veruska coordinated all of the paperwork efficiently to complete the payment and transfer plates. Overall a very rewarding experience.

I was at Deerfield Beach Toyota today, July 6th for first maintenance visit of 5000 miles. My appointment was at 8:15am. The employee Sandro told me that it would take about 1h30min. At 10:35am I went to check what was going on with my car , nobody could give me a straight answer. I asked again at 11:05am and no answer. At 11:25am the clerk comes with a $ 10.00 gift card and said that in 10min would be all ready but only 11:47am I got the key. I'm very upset and not happy with the treatment received, because they tried to please me with $ 10.00 gift card where I had financial xxxxxxxxx in my job because i spent half day inside the dealership and a lot headache sustained in 3hr20min waiting. The amount of customers on hold wasn't much. When I got there was 5 customers waiting and 12 customers all arrive and left and I kept waiting.The Department wasn't so busy to the point of giving me such hard time.I don't recommend anyone to go there and do any type of business with them.

First, I want to say the sales consultant, Humberto Urdaneta, was very helpful. He deserves an A+.The sales manager was not helpful at all. He did not seem to be interested in making a sale. I was planning a cash purchase, but in the preliminary agreement form, it showed that I was borrowing the money through them and they added on the doc stamp fee. Raising the price to me.I left because I felt the sales manager was not interested in making a sale.

I just bought my 2nd vehicle from this dealership and Natalie. This last time was even easier than the first time. Not only did Natalie pay attention to what I was looking for but searched and found the exact vehicle, no, better than I expected. I was away on vacation, she emailed that it was in. Last week we bought a 2016 Camry Hybrid XLE from Toyota of Deerfield Beach. Our salesman, Craig Sabarese, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He was especially friendly and enthusiastic in explaining the car's many features. The dealership was attractive, and nicely set up for making customers feel comfortable throughout the buying process, which was much smoother and more pleasant than in our past experiences. They made it clear that they valued us as customers and showed it by always trying to make us feel comfortable, never leaving us hanging, and being fair in negotiating. Also, when we later had some trouble in programming the car's garage door opener, we called Craig and he talked at length with us about this, and following his suggestions we quickly solved our problem. We strongly recommend Craig Sabarese and Toyota of Deerfield Beach!

Buying a car is not one of our top ten favorite things to do. I have always disliked the entire process and the many hours of going back and forth between the salesperson, the Manager and then the financial guy. Not a pleasant way to spend an afternoon or evening. Recently I was in the market for a used Prius, so I sent an email to our local Toyota dealer. I quickly received an email from Henry, who was able to give me a few options and set an appointment that was convenient for me. I received a follow up email from the GM, which to my surprise listed his contact information! Thats BOLD, and from a customer perspective, reassuring. When I finally got to the dealership, I was tired, hungry, and not looking forward to the whole experience. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist that paged Henry. After waiting for only a few minutes, Henry came and introduced me to Craig Sabarese. The entire experience was smooth, and low pressure. Seeing that I was tired, drinks and pretzels were offered, and I was even escorted to the bathroom by another sales team member. On the way, this person shared with me that he had worked in the hospitality industry before, and pointing a customer towards the bathroom was not an option. NICE! Overall, my experience was fantastic, friendly, interactive and educational. Craig summarized it well when he said we are changing the way its done. Craigs sense of humor was very timely and just a great way to end my day. Thank you for the great experience, I will definitely be back to Deerfield Toyota!

My negotiation start over the Internet spoke to a gentleman, Henry, absolute phenomenal went above and beyond and did everything I asked, from reviewing my interest rates to negotiating a price which wasn't any wiggle room based on the model I had choosen, all good Went to the dealership the next day and meet Craig Sabrese. He was absolutely the best!! Professional & courteous could describe him by saying empathy. Told him what I was looking for, he already knew after speaking with Henry, sat down and talked about a few things, like the interest-rate assured me they would find the lowest rate for me which they did. Went out on a test drive, no pressure to add on anything to the car. Came back And I was out the door within an hour. Most importantly I had just had a bad experience with another dealership down the street and Craig was a man of his word and got me out of there within the hour I had to be at the airport to pick up the wife! All is good now!! Great dealership, great staff look forward to future business.

I drove all over south Florida. Beginning in Jacksonville, to Deland to West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale & all over Miami looking for a specific car. After 13 hours of driving and car shopping (and HORRIBLE salesmen after salesmen) I stumbled upon Toyota of Deerfield beach & Craig! I not only left with the car I LOVED for the price I wanted but the whole time he went over and beyond to fit my needs. They stayed open 2 hours later to do my financing and get everything in order and he still made the time to show me to my vehicle and demonstrate all the cool little features I had no idea about. I came in with my cousin and my parents to get a corolla. We were first approach by Lesly who kindly helped us to look on the cars we were looking for and very patiently showed us the ones they had. He also had us test drive the car we were interested in. Hector helped us a lot in getting the prices right and on how to get the payment done. Later on we decided on a RAV4 Limited and they kindly re-did everything and contacted us with Natalie too (Who helped us a lot with the spanish translation for my parents). The Lesly and Natalie helped us with the payment and introduced us to Dwight who was an awesome person, always smiling, fun to talk to and super efficient. He took us step by step on our purchase and helped us with the complicated process, making it easy and understandable for us. Finally we got the car and Natalie took our picture with it. First I called and spoke to Jessica Pires. She was really nice, pleasant on the phone and allowed me to feel comfortable coming in. Checkmark. When I arrived, I asked for her, waited a little bit, when she came to the front desk she shook my hand with a smile and introduced me to my rep. Plus, Jessica was pretty cute so she gets cool points for that as well.My rep who helped me with my car was Gregory Linton. He did a phenomenal job. Recently, I stopped into Toyota of Deerfield Beach to have service on my 2013 Toyota Sequoia. Mike Zeremby and Mario D. in service are always outstanding, caring and considerate. But on this day, I was determined to find a new Toyota for my daughter's first car. Bonnie Shafer, who is customarily my sales contact was off that day and I met with Craig Sabarese who is polite, caring and has a great commitment and knowledge of the Toyota brand which is over the top. He led me to some very nice new Toyota vehicles and explained the updates, advantages and options thoroughly. The next day, I contacted Bonnie to meet and help me make the right selection for my daughter. I took my daughter with me this time and upon arrival at Toyota of Deerfield, we were greeted by a very nice salesperson named Eddy (Eduardo) who invited us to have a seat, a drink and he would let Bonnie know we were here. Meeting with Bonnie was completely wonderful. She knows what is available and where to look. She turned our experience into a short and pleasant one after narrowing down our selection to just two (2) vehicles in the Southeast and one of them happened to be at Toyota of Deerfield. Eddy was able to locate and bring the vehicle up to the front promptly while Bonnie went over the option details and the special services and perks of purchasing through Toyota of Deerfield. Upon first sight, I could tell that my daughter immediately liked this vehicle and after an inspiring and educational test drive with Eddy in the passenger seat, she knew it was the one for her! Riding in the back seat, I could not believe the amount of legroom in the 2016 Corolla. I also noticed that Eddy was very caring, educating my daughter as to the options within her reach, setting the mirrors accordingly and using care in paying attention to the road in front of you. It was as if in a sense, he was speaking to her just like a father was to his own daughter. I did appreciate that very much. After all was said and done, we welcomed a brand new Blue Crush 2016 Toyota Corolla S-Plus type into our home. That Friday, we setup the closing with Bonnie and it was super fast. Tyra had everything ready to go, signed, sealed and delivered in less than 60 minutes! I have never had such a great experience until this one at Toyota of Deerfield. Service departments are generally busy on Saturdays, so we made our appoint for a weekday. We were there almost FOUR hours for a non-mechanical part replacement. There was no reason for the unreasonably lengthy wait time. I was so livid by the time we left that my blood pressure was through the roof. This dealership's service personnel (on two occasions) never bother to update you on why the delay, how much longer, if they found something else which caused the delay, etc. The GM even walked by and turned his head, avoiding any conversation despite recognizing we were very unhappy. Unreasonably lengthy wait times, even for a simple oil change is the norm for this location. My husband gave them a poor rating on the follow-up phone survey after the last disastrous visit and yes, which is probably the reason for keeping us around so long again punishment. I purchased the vehicle related to this review from this dealership and that was a good experience, I just wouldn't bother coming here for service. Ever.

I am quite happy with the car I bought (highlander 2008) and they are very nice before you buy a car, however the way they treat you after is far from being fair.I had a situation and the sales person who left a few days after the car was sold and his manager promised to give me a discount of $700 in a form of check issued in my name which I was supposed to receive a few weeks ago.Now I simply can't reach those guys and they are not interested in getting back to you, so be ware when they make promises - don't trust them and get everything before you make the purchase.

My experience was above and beyond what I expected.I was anxsious to get a truck and wanted it fast. Instead of taking advantage of that my sales man Paul Susca made sure to get me in a truck even though I'm in a wheel chair due to my medical condition and take me for a test ride to make sure it was the truck I wanted.He also so spent over a week to get the specific truck I was looking for and it wasn't easy.He worked with me to give me a fair price and also within that week got together with his finance dept to find a lower finance charge ( half of what they originally thought it might be).During the time I was there not only did the manager meet me to talk with me and check to see if I was happy ,the owner even got envolved with helping me with the price due to a recent life changing tragic incident .A week after I had the truck home Paul my sales man called me to see how I was doing .Knowing I have to get the truck modified to drive it he told me if I need any help getting the truck to the conversion company to give him call .That's what I would call above and beyond.

After a rough start Dominic, the internet sales manager made good. Worked things out on the financing and treated me like I expect to be treated. I'm thrilled with the car that I'm buying and it seems like the dealership overall does significantly care about its customers. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that this shouldn't have taken all this time and escalation to achieve the desired result. That being said, I'll soon be the proud owner of a Camry from Deerfield Beach Toyota with all the significant extras the dealership provides.

I had been searching high and low for a used Highlander. I have purchased many used cars over the years and have learned all the tricks. I consider myself very educated when it come to purchasing a car and the salespeople pick up on it right away. In my opinion many car salespeople are so annoying. I stopped into The Toyota Dealer of Deerfiled Beach and was approached by Wes Premock. His approach is Awesome - he is a genuinely nice guy who actually listens to what a customer is saying rather than BS you. He thought of a Highland that had just come in and took myself and my husband to the back to see it. We purchased it. I am so overdue writing this review however I really want to get the word out and help others. I have never in all the years I have purchased cars had such a genuine, honest, professional, sincere car sales person. Wes is just a really nice guy who tries to help!! Next car I purchase I will go see Wes Premock. Do yourself a favor and go see him at Deerfield Beach Toyota.

We took a quick test drive and had a great talk. I did not intend to purchase that day and was pleased that I was not pressured by sales. This car was my first NEW car. And of course because my trade in was a Toyota Highlander and my dad has always trusted Toyota's I knew I wanted a Toyota. I shopped around ofcourse but when I came here I knew this was it. The facility was clean, the people were nice and Craig was awesome. He was nice, professional and willing to work with us. Plus this place is owned by Warren Buffett. And that meant somethingn to my fiance... Something about quality and high standards. But honestly, I just wanted to be treated fairly and nicely and I'm a happy camper. I dont like to feel like or find out later that I was taken advantage of. Ans that was NOT the case here. Don't buy a car from this dealership I bought a used car from here and I've nothing but problems. The first time the car left me stuck I brought it back and they fixed it there was something wrong with the clutch and now it's overheating they told me 2 bring it in and I brought it in I live over an hour away and now I'm stuck here the used car manager went home early and he knew I was bringing the car in and the won't give me a rental so now I have to wait for somebody to come down from where I live to pick me up and take me home so now I'm stuck fixing a piece of crap car to be so big there a poor dealership.

Worst experience ever with Carlos, his assistance Ana and at that time a manager called Elvis. The day after I picked up my car, I realized I didn't have the spare key neither the car manual which I called Carlos right away. He kept insisting that I took the key with me and I kept telling I never took the key. This situation went on for 2, almost 3 stressful months, until I decided to stop by at the dealer for the last time before taking further actions. Luckly this new lady, Mary Anne, was there replacing Elvis, since he was gone, and she found my key. I felt extremely relieved that finally I had my stuff but also felt extremely upset and angry that Carlos and his team put me through that just because he was too lazy to look for it. Of course when I was in the process of buying the car, he was the nicest and most attentive sales person ever, but once the deal was done, he was the worst ever. I would recommend the dealer but stay away from Carlos.

I walked into Toyota of Deerfield yesterday at 2pm without an appointment - after having been jerked around and treated poorly by Phil Smith Toyota of Vero Beach and I was greeted warmly by Gregory Linton and Peter Bailey. I told Gregory that I was looking for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport - black with a moonroof. He didn't laugh at me, or simply send me away with a sleazy car dealer brushoff - No, Gregory took me around the dealership as we hunted for the elusive Tacoma and while we walked he explained to me that the 2016s were hard to find and most people were pre-ordering those vehicles with the specs they wanted and they were backed up all the way to December - but we were gonna try to find one anyway. We walked around the corner and to his surprise, a truck had come in just that morning - Metallic Silver - 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport - no sunroof - but it was a beautiful truck. It had been used as a Demo Truck at a truck show and it was just as much a surprise to him that the beaut was there. We rushed over - checked it out - it was sitting beside a white TRD Sport - which I knew I didn't want white - and there was another couple checking out both of them. Thankfully that couple decided on the white one and I told Gregory that we needed to lock down that silver one. So we went inside and started the grueling process of getting approved for a vehicle. I walked in with a pre-approval and a trade in - but now the haggling had begun. This is when Peter steps back in the picture. Both gentlemen held a calm demeanor - which isn't typical for a dealer that really wants to sell a car. They either dismiss you immediately or they sleazebag you with 10 different bait and switch offers until you are so confused that you forgot what you really wanted in the first place. Thankfully, I am no rookie. Peter and I discussed all the various line items that we could negotiate on and we came to a deal that we could both live with. During this process, Gregory moved that truck from location to location around the property and let every other salesman know that this truck was sold - because there were about four other people checking out this truck! But I told Gregory not to let anybody else get it and he absolutely made sure of it! My husband showed up around 6. We finalized the deal we were going to take and by 9:40pm we left that dealership as owners of a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport with tons of bells and whistles. The dealership is beautiful with a gorgeous saltwater fish tank - free cappuccinos - comfortable seating - they even let me charge my phone and use a computer at an empty desk. These guys were nothing but welcoming and friendly the whole way through. As a woman, it is difficult to walk into a dealership and be taken seriously - but right off the bat, these men recognized that I was knowledgeable and could negotiate with the best of them and they treated me with the utmost respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for not just a great vehicle, but outstanding customer service from start to finish. Even when we finally got into financing to sign our paperwork, Domingo was gracious to stay way past closing to finish everything up and he was patient and kind the whole time. And our truck is AWESOME and we got a GOOD deal!!

Be careful when you take your car for service in this dealership. They will try to give you extra maintenance service to your car when it's not needed. For example, I took my car to make a regular oil change and then I got a call from service saying that it was extremely necessary to do (fuel injectors service, complete transmission fluid flush and cooling system fluid exchange) which my car didn't need until I hit 30k miles from the last time I did these same services. When I went to this dealer I have only hit 13,123 miles not 30,000 miles. They had all records of my car since I always do services in dealers and didn't check this detail and made me spend $437.50 plus taxes. I didn't realize until I went to other dealer in another state which the mechanic is friend of mine also in Toyota dealer and said I had to claim it because they weren't supposed to. I did and just ignore the case saying they didn't do anything wrong... but extra services. Really? And money grows on trees? Never coming back to this dealer ever again!

This dealer had a 2006 Jaguar XJ advertised,so I called to make sure the car was available on a Thursday and was told by Sara that the car was available.I planned to drive about 26 miles to see the Jag the next day so I called again to make sure the Jag was still available and was told the Jag was sold. About one week later I received a call from the sales manager at Deerfield Toyota wanting to know if I was still interested in the Jag.I told him I had purchased a Jag somewhere else.The very next day I received a call from Sara at Deerfield Toyota wanting to know if I was still interested in the Jag. For the first time in my life I have EXACTLY what I've always wanted in a car. It seems I've always had to settle for missing options, less desirable colors, or uncomfortable contracts. I have to say that in this circumstance I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I love this car, it is my second Prius, and I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP.

I have bought a lot of cars over the years and have never really had a bad experience but until I went to toyota of Deerfield beach, FL I had never had an amazing experience. The Toyota of Deerfield Beach team didn't try to sell me anything, they truly just consulted me, no pressure, and went so far above and beyond that they negotiated with the banks to get my downpayment reduced and took money off the price without even telling me so I could afford the payments. On top of all of that they took my beat up death trap BMW and paid it off! I can't even begin to tell anyone who reads this how impressed I am with these guys! On top of excellent customer service I got an excellent car at an unbeatable price with free oil changes for life and an unbeatable warranty. Please don't ever go anywhere else for a car, you won't regret going to the toyota of Deerfield beach dealership! The customer service is still going on several days after buying my car, too! I am 64 years old and have bought several new vehicles since 1970. However, non were purchased as smoothly and quickly as this 2015 Corolla purchased on 04/30/2015.I was suggested to meet with Bonnie Shafer-VanAlphen from a previously satisfied customer/friend of mine. Although it took two phone calls to hook up with Ms. Shafer-VanAlphen I came to understand why during the purchasing process. My wife and I arrived 5 minutes prior to our scheduled appointment. Ms. VanAlphen was already waiting for us. Within 3 hours, Ms. VanAlphen : (i) showed us several vehicles on the lot that might interest us, (ii) stated that she could search other dealerships too, if none of her stock satisfied us, (iii) explained the different levels and packages each vehicle came with, and (iv) recommended the one that would fit our needs---which turned out to be the least expensive, (v) never exuded any type of pressure. During this time, I could hear her phone ringing and rolling into her voice. I could now better understand why it took me two times to connect with her. Definitely well worth the effort.Comparing this experience to my first purchase in 1970: a '70 Buick GS, to my last new purchase: a 2001 Acura TL, does not compare. Ms. VanAlphen not only sold us the vehicle, but had it registered (with permanent tags), washed, gassed-up and ready to literally drive away. She also set up my wife's blue tooth in the vehicle and went thru a plethora of do's and don'ts. As I like to change my oil/filter within the first 500 miles, she even brought in one her service underwriters to schedule that appointment. The vehicle now has some 700+ miles and of course runs great. My wife and I can only say that this was a most truly exceptional experience working with Ms. VanAlphen. Kudos Ms. VanAlphen.

Mr. Brian Palmer and Mr. Darren Palmer:Gentlemen:I just wanted to take a moment to write and tell you about the exceptional service I recently received from Craig Sabarese.I was elected to help my 87 year old mother-in-law lease a new vehicle. I live in Buffalo, New York and my mother-in-law resides in Aventura, Florida. She knew she wanted a Camry and I had shopped price over the internet at a few dealerships in South Florida. I was trying to avoid having to come to South Florida to help her (after all, if I have to come from Buffalo to Florida, I want to do it in January, not May). I first contacted your dealership over the internet and dealt with Jessica P. She was personable and promptly got back to me with a price. She eventually turned me over to Craig Sabarese to try to put the deal together. Words do not do justice to the effort that Craig expended to complete this deal.As I stated, my mother-in-law is 87 years old. This vehicle acquisition was the first time she had ever been responsible for securing a vehicle. Her husband had always taken care of business and she was incredibly stressed out over doing this transaction on her own.The price which Craig quoted me was a few dollars better than the next best quote. But the decision to lease from your dealership had little to do with price. Craig could not have been more accommodating. First, he promptly returned all calls and answered all questions. I explained to him that I was concerned about the logistics, as your dealership is approximately 40 miles away and she only drives short, non-highway distances. Without hesitation, he advised me that if we reached a deal, he would personally deliver the vehicle to my mother-in-law in Aventura. In addition, she had a 12 year old, low mile Lexus 300. He then arranged to have all of the paperwork prepared in advance and faxed to me so I could assure my mother-in-law it was okay to sign.My mother-in-law took delivery of her new Camry from Craig last Friday night. He arrived at her apartment about 8:00 p.m. Clearly, by the time he finished, he was working after hours. My mother-in-law told me that Craig insisted on helping her clean out her old car and place her belongings in the new vehicle. He patiently explained the new car to her and insisted on going with her for a short ride so she felt comfortable in her new vehicle.Craig Sabarese went ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WAS EXPECTED!! I was disappointed the way the salesperson and the financial manager handle the closing process. I sat on the couch for 45 minutes waiting for the financial manager stop having a conversation with a person on his office. I saw other people coming and talk about things not related to work and he did even knowledge my presence that I was waiting. The closing process took more than I expected. Not a good experience.

I went to Deerfield Beach Toyota to buy a RAV4 for my Mom. She had been working with Rick Severinsen the prior week with test drives and negotiating the early termination on her lease. Rick gave her a very fair price and was great to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable about the car and spent a lot of time with us reviewing all the features. When we arrived, the car was parked in a special sales area with a flat screen TV overhead with my Mom's name on it. Really nice touch! The facility is beautiful - very clean and modern. There's a play area for kids as well as a nice waiting area if you're in for servicing. The servicing area was spotless. Ooh, and they offer free car washes! The sales process was fairly smooth, although it takes a lot of time, I'm not sure what they could do to speed things up. There's just so much paperwork to sign. Overall, a huge thumbs up for Toyota of Deerfield Beach!!!!

One year later I decided to come back and get me a 2015 Highlander!!! Worked with Ernis again, and I was just as happy if not more with my second experience! Found a used car online using the USAA car buying service and entered my name and phone number. within 20 minutes i received a phone call from Joyce Cole telling me the vehicle was still available. so we rushed over to dealership and met up with Joyce who introduced us to Jeannie Belgrave and took the vehicle on a test drive. The car ran great!!! so immediately we sat down and discussed all the numbers and came to an agreement on the final price out the door. It all went so smooth got an excellent deal on the car. So she advised us to leave the car so it can be cleaned and serviced since they had just got the vehicle in on a trade in. Later on that day we get a phone call from Jeannie telling us the vehicle is ready so we went to pick it up and oh my it looked like a new car!!!! the guys who prepped the car did and EXCELLENT job and also the service department on final inspection. We got more than we expected and for the price i have no complaints whatsoever. The dealership is amazing and very clean and modern. love the coffee machines and their waiting area felt like i was at a coffee house. It was a very nice experience, and I will definitely be back for my next new vehicle. Thank you Toyota of Deerfield.

I bought two RAV 4's at the same time for business. Bonnie couldn't have been better. She was patient and very informative. I would recommend her to anyone and actually have already.I did have a few issues with the service department and a vibrating issue with one of the vehicles, but it was eventually resolved, mostly. The service manager Shawn Pickering is attentive and helpful, but the desk girls and a few of the service writers could use some retraining.

I inquired about a certified vehicle for sale. Obviously, I'm looking for a particular car and I'm over 3 hours away. The sales team kept asking me when I could see the car. The "person" I was talking with could not grasp that I could not drive to the dealership today. Then I agreed to a "unseen" appraisal of my car. They low-balled me so hard that it's offensive. Honestly, I thought sales teams were past this style of sales. I'm so glad they showed their true colors before I drove over 3 hours. These a lot Toyota dealerships in FL, I recommend you deal with another one if you are going to buy a Toyota/Scion.

Not only was my experience above exceptional: I had spoken to Bonnie in Oct re Volkswagon leased car expiring in dec jan. She took her time , we reviewed everything. I called her early dec said let's go. I had an long waited kidney transplant early dec. thinking I would be out of hospital and back home by this time. That didn't happen. I had complications. Was not home until first week jan. Bonnie held car a few days. I could not go see her due to immune in my body at this time. Bonnie came to my home we signed paperwork, and she delivered the car! And I was going to return my lease that day , Bonnie offered to do it for me! Not feeling 100 percent I took her up on it ! A couple weekends back my husband and I took my little brother shopping for his first car. We had been to quite a few dealerships looking for the perfect first purchase when our search landed us at Deerfield Toyota and into the highly qualified and extremely helpful hands of Berly Quezada. As my little brother had never been through the car buying process (his other vehicles had been purchased by our parents) he was a bit anxious and very new to the whole experience. They showed me different options, combinations and discussed advantages and disadvantages between the models to help me identity the car I wanted. Everything about this dealership is so impressive. Every employee, regardless of their position treats you with kindness and professionalism. Recently brought my 2014 Camry XLE in for issues with the voice initialization on the Entune information system . They arranged for their best tech to work on it, and when it became clear that a new part needed to be ordered, it was done quickly and efficiently. When I came back to have it replaced, they worked on it immediately and successfully. Several people from the dealership saw me and made a point to come over and say "hi". Their waiting area is very comfortable and feels like a living room! I feel like I am a valued customer, they don't take me for granted instead they try to earn my satisfaction every time I speak with them, or visit with them.

I live in Boca Raton, Florida. I have been driving Toyotas and Lexus' since 1992. I happened to be in Deerfield and decided to stop in at the Toyota of Deerfield Beach, Florida where I was met by only one salesperson< Craig Sabarese. Craig was extremely knowledgeable of the Toyota Brand and after explaining the vehicle I was originally seeking and the applications of what I needed a new vehicle for, Craig took me to view some new Toyota Vehicles that I never would have considered had I been on my own introducing me to the new 2015 Tundras and Sequoias. He also helped me to thoroughly eliminate the other Toyota vehicles that I thought would work for my application but due to size constraints, would never work out. Craig spent over two and a half hours with me - only me and I cannot remember when a salesperson had ever spent that much time and had so much concern for what I needed and what would be suitable for my work situation. I was extremely pleased with his excellent customer service and dedication and commitment to the clients who just walk in off the street. Chris had incredible knowledge on every car I was interested in. And even when I asked many general questions a car owner should be concerned with, he was able to give superb advice and made it extremely easy to understand for someone like me who doesn't know a thing about cars. Knowledgeable AND good people skills--really good communicator. I'm the type to praise a rep for great customer service and this guy certainly deserves it. I got the sense I was talking to someone truly informed but who also genuinely enjoys interacting with customers, genuinely has fun at his job doing something he loves. I'd trust him based on instinct alone (i have good instinct for people) but in this case he was every bit as skilled in his field as he was charismatic.

I don't often take the time to write Internet reviews; but my experience here was so positive, that I had to. Customer service these days is generally bad. Not at all how it used to be. Dwight answered all my questions. Which were many. I haven't ever had to figure out how to get a car by myself (my husband used to do that for me.)It was confusing. But his patience and knowledge were helpful and much appreciated.

Ask for Jason! Hubby and I usually make it a sport of shredding the car sharks as we leave the dealership. This time it was waaaay different! Not only did we immediately recognize that our sales rep gave us his undivided attention, but it was clear that he knew his product well! We stopped in to see a Rav4 but this guy hung tough through our change in direction and ultimate purchase of a 2015 Prius! When purchasing our certified pre-owned Sienna XLE, we were required to speak to a minimum of 3 sales people to come to an agreeable price (varying levels of responsibility) which took significantly longer than we required. Once the price was agreed, we also agreed that our sienna was missing the middle seat in the 2nd row as well as the remote control for the entertainment system. This was noted in our paperwork and we were assured that Toyota would have these parts in by the end of the week. WE have initiated contact with the dealership multiple times and have received "it' should be in tomorrow" or "it will be in by the end of this week" multiple times with no follow through on the part of the dealership. We are extremely disappointed with how we have been treated and the lack of follow through on the part of the dealership when we've seen so many positive reviews on this website.

I called this dealer looking for the best price on a truck. I spoke with someone in the Internet department that was really great. They went over the trucks that were in stock. I explained to them I had about 2 hours before I could get there. I was then passed over to a Sales Manager Peter Bailey who was very polite and professional. He said he would hold the keys to the truck until i arrive. When I arrived at the dealership I met with Peter who worked with my salesperson Ernis thru the whole . I love my truck and will tell all of my friends and family to go there. The whole staff gave me a very pleasant feeling.

Early experience a few years ago ...bolts were never tightened on a few bolts on all of the tires. I used my own torque wrench and found none of them to spec.Second poor finding about a year ago ...opened the engine hood and found the mechanics rag laying on the valve cover.Third and last...oil changed, drove away and engine shut down. Pulled dipstick and no oil. They forgot to fill it. What's worse is they gave me a report of "comprehensive inspection" they made, which was obviously BS. They offered to sell me a new car (but not a good deal) and gave me a 100,000 mile engine warranty (only good at their dealership) that IMO wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I repeatedly asked for a letter stating that no engine damage occurred but they said they couldn't do that without pulling the engine apart (which they refused to do)After the engine was operated without oil the MPG on the car dropped significantly which makes me wonder what mechanical changes occurred. I bought another new car from a different dealer and also disclosed the issues with the car.At this point you're probably wondering why I gave them three chances. I wondering the same thing.

My 83 year old grandmother purchases a used vehicle from this location. She took it to her mechanic prior to completing the purchase and her told her the vehicle would need a new battery soon. She told the salesmen Jerry and she was told they would put a new one in for no cost. When she went back 6 weeks later after the battery actually died they told her she waited too long and they would not replace the battery. She tried speaking with the manager and she said he started screaming at her over the phone because he was made she was calling. She also was only given one set of keys and they said they would locate the 2nd set but that never happened. If you want to get ripped off and screamed at or you wan't your elderly and trusting loved one to be treated like crap go to these guys, apparently they are really good at that.

I was treated like family from the time I arrived. I had brought my 2011 Highlander that had been leaking water onto the floor mats. Another South Florida dealership where I had purchased the car new tried to charge me $1100 even though the car was still under warranty. At Deerfield Toyota the car was repaired, washed and Armorall applied to the tires while I waited, all covered under warranty. I will certainly return to Deerfield Toyota for service and my future new car purchases even though its much farther from home than Delray Beach. Thank you Deerfield Toyota!

On the second time I waited outside my car patiently for over 15 minutes, i asked an employee for help and before i could even finish my sentence he said that someone would be by to help me. After 20 minutes of nobody helping me I just left. I emailed them on two separate occasions and have yet to hear back from them.

This dealership will treat you extremely well as long as they are making money off you, as soon as that ends expect to be stepped on like a bug. Initially all services on my car went well- nothing major needed to be done (all just routine maintenance) but all had a fee associated with them. Their fees are higher than if I went to a repair shop (as opposed to a dealer), but their service was good so I just bit the bullet. However then I tried on 3 separate occasions to have my Toyota serviced for several different recalls all of which were at no cost to me, each time I got the run around ("parts will be in in a few weeks", "we need to contact Toyota" etc.) and nothing ever happened. No callbacks, no followups, nothing, When I followed up I was given a further run-around. I subsequently took my car to Ed Morse Delray Toyota (about 15 mins away) and everything was taken care off. In hindsight I should have known better since Toyota of Deerfield tried to charge me for minor things (such as resetting a maintenance required light-which they should have done when THEY performed the maintenance). Anyway buyer beware-it seems like all the positive reviews focus on people that are still spending money, lets see how they feel when they should get something for free.

This was my third visit to this dealership and the same people (mentioned previously) dealt with me. When you decide to buy a car a lot of doubts arrive in front of you. I made my research with friends and I was told Toyota Corolla was a good option when you're looking for an economic and comfortable car. The reason for my rates are based on the excellent treatment. A storm had happened and I called Fort Lauderdale because I couldn't be connected to Deerfield Beach Dealer. They probably checked the numbers and called me back. I felt motivated by them. Carlos picked me up at North Miami (the day before I wasn't rude but he knew the time of the call wasn't the right one and he was very gentle), Ana was very efficient answering my questions and Mark was able to give me a good deal. Jander knows what he does. At the end I spent many hours there but I left after I had my lunch paid for, with my new car clean and with full tank!!!!!!

After making several phone calls to this dealership asking about a specific model/year car I wanted. Response was that they get hundreds of trades every week and have no idea what's coming in. After about 3 weeks of this, I decided to go in and see if I could find a car I wanted. I found a car that appealed to me and asked to test drive it. I was told I couldn't take it on the highway. I told the salesman that it's ridiculous not to be able to drive the car at highway speeds to see how it performed and if it was roadworthy. He then told me I had to restrict the test drive to local streets, not exceeding 35 mph. He shunted me over to the manager, telling me I could take my business elsewhere. And I did.

Hadn't been through the dealership purchase process in over 10 years, and all I can say is "Nothing has changed"! You still get politely pressured and promised you're getting a great deal, but the reality is they don't stand behind what they promise. After signing the contract I later found out that I was actually purchasing the maint. plan / ins. that I was understanding was part of the deal (which it was). Of course they're sorry for the misunderstanding, but still charged me or it (Come to found out from other resources that this is a common scam tactic used to sell the vehicle). I had done my part of the deal, but they clearly didn't do their part, so I can only end up with a negative opinion towards this dealership.

My wife and I are shopping to purchase a new car. We were surprised by the unhelpful and disrespectful attitude of sales manager Duane Crawford. The Matrix was locked and while Crawford went to get the key we looked into the driver's window and my wife noticed that the gear shift was not between the driver's and passenger seats but more forward and up on the console. She said she didn't think she would like where it was placed but wanted to see if that would be something she could adjust to if she otherwise was satisfied with the car's performance. When Mr. Crawford returned I commented to him what my wife said. He then said that he would not take us on a test drive as it was a waste of his and my time. I explained that my wife did want to test drive the car (I thought she would determine it's placement would a minor concern) but he repeated it was a waste of time and turned and started to walk back into the dealership without further comment. To his back I politely thanked him for his time. I am astonished as to his lack of basic courtesy to the point of writing this review. As I thought, when we then went to the Honda dealership just down the road and my wife test drove a CRV which has a similarly placed gear shift position, she said it was something she could very much get accustomed to.

Bought a new car from this dealership and trusted them to change the trim. Their employee Chris ordered the wrong type of kit and had it installed at a 3rd party location. Bottom line rather than the molded kit that covers the trim they ordered and installed a flat kit that partially covers some of the existing trim. I asked for photos of what it would look like before and this was not given to me. Bottom line their fix is to refund $500 and i am expected to just say oh well it's fine. I am stuck driving a brand new car with a trim that their upper sales people said and i quote " my 10 year old could have done a better job ". They are not accepting any responsibility for their employees mistakes and i am left with a NEW Car that has a kit in it that is used for old cars who's interior is shot rather than a molded kit that changes the trim from one to another. Am sickened by their unwillingness to have integrity to make right their mistake. Never trust this company or dealership as whatever mistakes they make YOU are the one that will pay for it. They will accept NO Accountability. Bottom Line this is the worst experience of my life. Forget about Toyota Corporate as in the end the dealerships are privately owned companies and are only as good as the owners integrity. Perhaps my only options now are to go to help me howard or some similar consumer aide or take it to small claims court but really these are not options that i relish. Am also unfortunately stuck having to go to this dealership for all the warranty things that were bought as well - so be careful of what you buy. The assistant manager of the service department did NOT check with the installer as to what should be ordered as they told me they would NEVER have recommended nor installed a flat kit in a New Car that what is put in by Dealerships is the Molded Variety that is made to enhance and fit the car interior as it is. Am still hoping they will do the right thing but last word is they are unwilling to do anything more than refund $500 and that only adds insult to injury. Am sorry that this type of review has to take place.

People sound very friendly, until the point that they manage to sell you a car. After that point, they desert you and it takes a while to come out. I had several problems with the car. When i was calling several people in the customer service, nobody would ever pick up the phone and no one would return my calls. Every time, i had to drive there and then, they had to talk to me.Also, during the lease process, they always try to trick you to buy additional options that are already covered by Toyota and they mislead you.I dont have any issue with the service department

I went in to trade my car. I spoke to Talbot Summers (the internet manager i believe) and he gave me a general ballpark number of how much I will be looking to pay for my car. So I drove 45 min to go there expecting the deal to go through. The salesman came back to me with DOUBLE the amount I was told over the phone. And when I said why they lied to me about it, they basically told me that I was lying and I had said something else over the phone. Bottom line, don't go to this dealership if you want a good honest deal. As I was sitting there waiting for the salesman, another couple that came in to buy a corolla asked if 2013 corollas came out but just to sell the 2012, they lied and said they didn't come out yet. What kind of customer service is that? Avoid going here. Trust me.

I went into toyota and i immediately found Bonnie who was very knowledgeable and highly recommended. She showed the 2013 scion tC and all the awesome features it comes with. Then i got to test drive the car and i knew it was the car i wanted and more! she didnt even have to ask if i loved the car the smile on my face showed the love i had for the car. a couple days later i was back at the dealership picking up my very first brand new car and i had never felt so accomplished. It was the definitely the highlight of my 2012 year! they drove the car around the corner after having it detailed and i felt like i was little kid on christmas morning. this was the car i had my heart set on for years and thanks to bonnie and toyota/scion of deerfield beach i was finally able to make that possible! thank you bonnie!!! love samantha and my new scion tC!!!!

Purchased a Porsche Cayenne from this dealer, the sales man arrived 1.5 hrs late at airport to pick me up. He also drove the vehicle I purchsed to come and get me, and failed to let me I had to pay the sales tax in Florida if I didnt ship the vehicle. Very, very poor salesman and very unprofessional dealer at dealership as well.They also charged me to have the rotor done inwhich porsche says should never be ground-replaced only. Do they know what they are doing? Then charged for detailing which was not done since the Porsche had an extra 400 miles on it from when I purchased it. I wonder who was driving it?? I suspect my salesman. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. There are plenty other dealerships out there to choose from.

I always ask for him when I come into the dealership, he is the reason I bought my third Toyota and as my car is 12 years old will be the reason I will buy my next. Hendrickson is much closer to my home, now that I have moved from Delray, but I still go to Delray. Great service. David Romeo is the best.

Bought a 2009 Certified Toyota Camry. I hadn't fully understood the terms of the contract and I came back 2 days later to speak with the general manager. Both him and the finances managers were very helpful and understanding, they took ownership and action of the situation. I am very pleased with the purchase and I would recommend this dealer although I would try to avoid finances specialist Billy Hasson as he may not be the best at explaining the terms of the agreement.

These guys are a little too slippery for me. I was looking for a work vehicle and told the salesman I could only buy a vehicle that had keyless remote due to the nature of my work. He said the vehicle I was looking at had a damaged remote but they would get me another. After buying the truck and going back (1+ hour drive) for the remote and another part, I was told that the truck was not originally equipped with a remote so they would not provide one. I believe they call that a "bait and switch". I spoke with the salesman who said he spoke with the manager about installing an after-market remote. The mgr was supposed to call me to discuss but weeks later, I'm still waiting for that call. I'll never recommend or buy from them again.

They sold me a vehicle that had been in an accident and I was denied a CARFAX, later i was provided one and then informed that my car had in fact been involved in an accident.I am now being told that the car has AFTER MARKET parts that are not covered under my warranty! The dealer wants me to pay for the repairs of the AC, parts that should be covered by warranty if the vehicle had not been damaged!When I purchased this vehicle, I was told that it was a Clean CARFAX vehicle, and "not to worry, all our vehicles are clean or we would just send them to to auto-auction"I want my car repaired and returned to me, at dealer expense. I would NEVER do business or recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla from two very nice salesmen by the name of Brian and Cedric. Great men! The car was purchased in cash for a ok price and they also honored my Carfax trade in value for $1200, which was good. I left the dealership satisfied. BUT there's more! :( when I bought my car home it was INFESTED with roaches. So I brought the car back 2 days later for a FULL refund to excersise my right to a refund in 7 days, THIS IS WHERE MY PROBLEMS BEGAN! The sales managers made me wait for 2 hours before they agreed to give me a refund. They were rude and nasty. They didn't want to give me my money back! They sold my trade in at the auction and STILL WANTED TO PLAY WITH MY MONEY! They tried to put me in another car so they could keep my money. After the 2 hour mark they stated they had to check to see if my check cleared! That took forever and then finally I called my bank to stop payment on the check. I advised them what I did and told them to write me a check for the difference for my trade in and stop payment fee of $35.00. DEERFIELD TOYOTA REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE MONEY FOR MY STOP PAYMENT FEE. So not only am I out of my time for dealing with this, I have no car because they sold my trade in, BUT now I have roaches in my car garage and house and I have to pay for that. I received nothing for my trouble, stop payment fee or the roaches that are now moving into my home. This was a horrible experience and I am now walking until I can purchase another car. WARNING- do not deal with this dealership.

Bought a used truck "as is" but was never disclosed that it had a blown engine (oil leaking into the engine). When I got home to Palm Beach Gardens and checked the oil it was down to 5 quarts - added 1 quart and truck started smoking. took it to a mechanic and repairs were estimated at $2200. Contacted the dealership and they more or less said sorry about your bad luck. When buying the truck they were great - after they got the money they would not help us but blamed the problem on us - We called them within 2 weeks to report this problem. What about the honorable thing - make this sale right - fix the vehicle or if they think we got such a good deal take the vehicle back. Instead, they say "as is" is just that as is. They is such a thing of deceptive act and that is what they did. On their behalf they did tell us there was a problem with the transmission but repaired it. This was a 2002 F150 pickup and we paid $7,000.00 which also included dealer fee. This dealership is no better than a car lot

I went to 10 places before I came here and with in minutes I had my car. Listen I went to almost every dealership in the area and this is the only place to buy your vehicle. I live almost 200 miles away from this dealer, but located Deerfield Toyota based on the best listed price for the vehicle I was searching for. Was looking to buy a new Rav4 that was listed on the website...called to confirm car was available at advertised price and was assured I could test drive and complete purchase if an agreement was reached. I drove 1 hour to discover the Rav 4 was not on the lot and was told it had just been sold... obviously a big lie!! Of course they tried to cover their lie and move me to another Rav4 that was $2100 more but I decided the character and lack of business ethic displayed made them untrustworthy and I left. Do not get involved with this unsavory group !!!!

I picked up my new 2012 Highlander from this dealership last night. To say my experience with them was great would be an understatement. I visited two other local Toyota dealerships(Al Hendrickson and Ed Morse) and they couldn't come close. Al Hendrickson actually tried to sell me the same car for $5000 over the MSRP. Are they crazy? Ed Morse's pitch was no dealer fees which is great except they will lowball $2000 less than what your trade-in is really worth. I dealt with Bonnie(salesperson) and Scotty(sales manager) and they were friendly, fair and transparent with the whole sales process. I have purchased 6 new cars in my lifetime and this was by the far the best experience I had. I would strongly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a Toyota and make sure to deal with Bonnie.

BEWARE ..... BEWARE ..... BEWARE ..... BEWARE .... BEWARE ....Car was promised to 'not cost me a dime' except for gas during my 3-year lease. Even in follow-up conversations with the latest financial manager, same thing was promised. NOT !!!!!!!!!!!! Below letter was only replied to, via the Customer Relations person, after a follow-up letter was sent.December 24, 2011Mr. Marshall ChesrownGeneral ManagerDEERFIELD TOYOTA1441 S. Federal HighwayDeerfield Beach, FL 33441RE:2011 CamryDear Mr. Chesrown:First, please let me apologize for having to take up your time with this issue. Unfortunately, I have exhausted all means in trying to get the dealership, at a lower level, to resolve.After keeping me waiting for a couple of hours on the day I was to pick up my car, the person handling the contract, suggested various service agreements (see below) stating that the car would not cost me a dime, except for gas, during the 3-year lease period. Every time I asked what each policy was going to cost, I was told $349. I later realized that he kept quoting the monthly payment rather than the actual cost of each service policy, which is what prompted the below mentioned phone call. Less than thirty days later, I called the dealership to inquire of these various service agreements and cost of each. It was all explained, just like the first time, as outlined below. At no time did he mention that I could cancel these policies. The service agreements and comments made by the finance person selling them were as follows, along with what I have now found out to be what the policies actually include, in blue.MPP Execu-Care Preferred Plus ~ would not cost me a dime for any type of service work during the 3-year lease according to MPP, the policy is not for a leased vehicle, but a purchased vehicle. Also, have been told, that it does not even start until the end of the Toyota 36,000/3-year warranty.Tire Assure ~ I specifically asked whether the tires would be replaced with the same quality tire (very important issue, as a previous tire policy replaced the tires with lesser quality and the tires whined their way down the road) and did it include rotation, balancing & alignment and the answer was YES tires wouldnt cost me a dime for the life of my lease! I now have been told by MPP that the tires would not be of the same quality and does not include alignment, only rotation and balancing. Ive been driving my clients around with a whopping sound, until last week, when I replaced the tires at my cost!Old United Execu-Care Paintless Dent Repair ~ the dealership finance person went so far as to tell me to bring the car in a few days before returning it at the end of the lease, so that all the dents and scratches could be taken care of; such as, should my car get keyed in the mall parking lot. I now know that is no where close to the truth of what the policy covers!On July 13th, I was at the Delray Beach (Ed Morse) dealership having the 15,000 mile service completed when I was told that the service needed would cost me $283.46 (copy of invoice enclosed). I immediately called the Deerfield dealership from the Delray Beach dealership, to inquire why I was having to pay for this. Got no where someone would call me back. However, as I was on the phone, the Delray Beach GM overheard my conversation and came up to me after I ended my call. During our brief conversation, he mentioned that I could cancel the agreements. WOW!!!A few days and several phone calls later, I was put in touch with Maria Brownlee. Maria has been very helpful and quite knowledgeable. After some research, she mentioned the MPP Execu-Care policy should not have been sold to me. She suggested I speak with Shawn Nobari, the Finance Director and contact MPP directly.Contacting Mr. Nobari was difficult at best, since one was always transferred to a voicemail box that has not been setup. Good grief! Eventually speaking with Mr. Nobari, he had Jeff Scott (I have now found out, he is actually Jeff Cohen contact me. Mr. Cohen told me the exact same thing as I had originally been told ~ wont cost me a dime except for gas during the 3-year lease must be a well rehearsed phrase! He went on further to blame the charges on the Delray Beach dealerships lack of knowledge.I then contacted Susan Fox, my service advisor over the past several years who has been absolutely wonderful to do business with, at the Delray dealership. She then contacted Jeff Scott (Cohen); subsequently called MPP and called me back to say that MPP confirmed what she already knew and what MPP had told me. I then called Jeff back, who rudely told me that he would contact me after speaking with MPP. That was Friday, August 5th (yes, have been trying to work things out with the Deerfield dealership during the period July 13th to August 5th) and Ive not heard a word. I have since been in contact with Maria Brownlee, who told me a Mr. Segool would contact me. She has confirmed that she has given him the information on more than one occasion. When I recently told her that I had not heard from anyone, I asked for your contact information.At this point all the policies have been cancelled (decision based on what MPP has told me), however, I understand the reimbursement will be pro-rated; however, that is not good enough.I want to be made whole on all the policies, a total of $1,943.00 for the policies plus all interest charged on this amount from the beginning to the end of my lease. I will be more than happy to reimburse for items covered on any of these policies, prior to now a couple of tire rotations, I believe.I am a long-time Toyota / Lexus driver, and find the total lack of knowledge of the products the dealerships finance people are selling, or outright lies, are inexcusable. If I treated my clients with this kind of lack of knowledge or dishonesty, I would have no clients!Yes, I realize my bad! Should have read the policies. Alex Stoughton was recommended to us as someone who was a pleasure to work with & would do everything in his power to make sure we left happy. I can say he exceeded our expectations even after such a great recommendation!!My wife purchased a beautiful red Corolla Sport, outfitted with leather and a sunroof & she is the happiest driver on the road these days.Purchasing with Alex was a pleasure, there were no back and forth games with a "manager". With all the internet tools out there we had a good idea of what a fair price was going in & we quickly settled on an excellent price. There were no high pressure tactics. He knew the car inside and out and had my wife's phone paired with the hands-free system in just a few moments.I'm terrible with names, but the finance officer was equally professional - he offered us various finance and warranty options but was not pushy with any of them! We quickly settled on a great financing offer and were out the door and on our way!The tiniest little nit was that when detailing the car they did not do a great job on the inside of the windshield and there was cleaner residue there - not really a big deal except when driving west into the sun it was distracting. A few wipes with a napkin and all was well!

People were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. My only complaint is that the process took as long as it did. We spent 5 and one half hours at the dealership between the time we walked in for our test drive and the time we finally drove out with the car of our choice. Lots and lots of paperwork and lots of time "waiting around." I suppose, however, that's to be expected when turning in one lease vehicle and leasing a new one.

I have nothing but praise for the experienceI had at Toyota of Deerfield Beach. My salesperson Bonnie was the best. I had talked to her on the phone before my visit and she was nice and friendly. When I arrived at the dealership Bonnie greeted me and treated me like I had known her for years. Pablo made the whole finance and paperwork process smooth and easy. Truly the best car dealer I ever worked with. Bonnie Shafer, my salesperson, was great. She is both personable and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered at the dealership. There's a reason why everyone here has given nothing but 5's across the board, you have to go to Toyota of Deerfield to check out the experience for yourself.My experience leasing a Toyota Camry was quick, pleasant and straightforward and now I understand why Bonnie is one of Toyota's better producers nationwide in terms of sales volumes; it showed last week when I leased my 2011 Camry SE.I'd recommend buying/leasing/servicing a Toyota car anytime from Deerfield Toyota and absolutely avoid unethical shops nearby like Al Hendrickson. Sorry Al and family, you run a lame business here in South Florida and both the local car business and many consumers around here know it.

We purchased a Toyota Camry 2011 this week and what a very pleasant experience we had! The whole staff made our purchase easy. Gregory Andrews is a terrific salesman! He listened to us and professionally pointed out things we never would have noticed and guided us in our decision and actually made the sale pleasurable! We were merely gathering information in anticipation of our lease ending in 6 weeks and had really planned to go to Ford & Chevrolet next that same day! Who knew buying a new car would be fun! We are extremely happy with our new car! We had never owned a Toyota before. It is a gorgeous car and it is an excellent value. While looking online for a used Sequoia with low mileage, I found my 2008 blue Sequoia at the dealership (5 hours away). Bonnie spent a lot of time on the phone with me and examining the vehicle to make sure I felt confident that my drive to Deerfield Beach would be worth it.
