I had received great assistance from Brian B from the time I stepped in to when I picked up the vehicle in the pouring rain. Test drive a few cars and went with a RAV4. I would definitely suggest anyone looking for a new/used car to go to Toyota of Dartmouth.

Ken was amazing in helping us out as well as the internet team. I have been buying cars for a long time and dread the typical experience that has happened in the past. I literally arrived and negotiated my car as well as the lease in 10 minutes. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed his honesty in educating us on leases and how Toyota handles them. When I mention my intention on building a relationship in which I would swap out cars at the same payment after three years, Ken assured me that I we were in the right place. To cut to the quick, Ken and Toyota will have lease customers for the foreseeable future. See you in three years!

My wife and my experience purchasing a car at Toyota of Dartmouth was great. After shopping several dealers for a new Toyota we were impressed with how comfortable we felt throughout the process and that the prices were competitive. We just move into the area from western Mass and were also looking for a place to service a 2013 Camry that we own. Based upon this experience which included Ken Weingard's efforts to find a car that would meet our needs at a good price we will be bringing the Camry to Toyota of Dartmouth for service.Thank you for a better buying experience than the high volume places at a competitive price.Also, I wanted to add a comment about Del, the finance guy. He was very pleasant and accommodating by helping us get through the process in about 10-15 minutes so that I could get to me refereeing assignment at Dartmouth HS on time.

The people who work at Toyota of Dartmouth are super people who really care about you! We have purchased five vehicles from ToD and have had great service overtime. Jamie finally got my name "right" after 2-3 years and various "threats", had to tell him he could call me by my first name! Not happy with the 2year oil change and tire rotation which was never done the 1st time (witness mark atire which was never removed. The service peple did admit to it, but when I called the owner, they all changed thier story. Did call Toyota with this service issue. Found a reliable dealer further north. Be aware.

In all of my car buying experiences I have never been more satisfied when buying a car. From the first call we made to the dealership to verify the internet price we were quoted to the salesman spending time showing us how to use all the features, we were throughly impressed. A visit to Toyota of Dartmouth is a pleasant experience. I went in to get an appraisal, to see what my trade in value would be and walked out with a new 2017 Camry. The sales Rep Lisa Silvia was easy going, professional and informative. I felt like I was talking to a friend. She asked what I was interested in if I were to buy and I told "her" what I wanted to spend. I would recommend Lisa to anyone who is interested in the no hassel, no pressure look see. I am very happy I went to Toyota of Dartmouth!

I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone whose planing on buying a Toyota. Visit this one first and you will see a difference from other dealers you visit in the past. The sales man made all the difference on my decision. Stay away from Del Green a very rude man. when i said i did not want the extra warranty he proceed the paper work very rudely not even explaining me what i was signing i had to make a pause to read without his help. VERY RUDE working for the wrong dealer.

I hit something in the road and blew out my right front tire. Put on the spare, drove home and called Dartmouth Toyota to see when I could get a new tire. I had an appointment within one hour and the tire was replaced with a new one in approximately 45 minutes. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. We purchased our Prius from Dartmouth Toyota in 2011 and have had nothing but excellent service since that time. Our next vehicle will come from Dartmouth Toyota.

It was a very simple sales transaction at the dealership. We told Brian what we were looking for, he showed us exactly that, did not try to oversell us, did not play games with the bottom line or the financing. Overall Toyota of Dartmouth and our sale with Brian was great car buying experience. We would recommend both the dealership and the salesman to friends.

We were assisted by Bryan Bandara in purchasing our new vehicle. We had talked during the week and he set up to meet us Saturday morning even though he had a scheduled day off because he was leaving for Alaska that same night. We were not rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. He showed us multiple vehicles and explained differences in each. We wound staying about five hours before making our final decision.Del explained all the financial aspects of the sale. He showed us different warranties and explained each one.Both were easy to talk to and actually listened to what we wanted and did not just try to sell a car to us. We would recommend Toyota of Dartmouth to any of out friends.

I bought my car at this dealership so since they had computer records I decided I would try using them for oil changes and repair service. I have to say about this dealership they know and understand what good customer service is. There is a comfortable waiting area, coffee and tea, and donuts. I had no plans to lease a new car when I brought my Tacoma in for a recall service, but it was a nice day and I had a look around. I encountered Del outside who asked if I'd like some help. By then I had seen the new 2016 RAV 4s and fell in love with the blue one. Lisa Silva came out and drove me to the back lot where a long line of new RAV4s were. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped me understand the difference between the different models. I took it for a test drive and knew I was on the road to my next new Toyota. Lisa sat down with me and in a very low-pressure way discussed the options for leasing and buying. She ran around a bit getting my vehicle appraised for trade-in and working out the financing options and within a 1/2 hour I had made my decision. I always find the service department to be very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and was pleased to find the same was true of the sales staff. Lisa was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process painless. Del was friendly and quickly got my financing in order. I'm driving my new 2016 RAV4 SE and I LOVE IT! My salesman, Sean Connolly, had a great knowledge of the Toyota Prius. He was very accommodating when it came to seeing as many modles of the Prius as we wanted. From beginning to end, the process of acquiring my beautiful Prius Four was "as smooth as glass". Sherry handled our order. She reviewed all of the details with us before placing the order assuring that all of our choices were correctly noted. When the car arrived, our salesman, Gary explained all of the features and even connected my phone. The entire process took a bit of time but I felt that his time was my time. I highly recommend you ask for him when buying your next car from ToD. We did have to do a bit of waiting to meet the finance manager... I've had to wait longer for less, so no big deal. We had an very accommodating and pressure free experience with our sales consultant, Brian Ponte. He was very accommodating while we test drove 4 different cars to help us make our decision. He was informative and answered all our questions providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire process. I needed a repair done on my passenger side mirror and they quickly assessed the damage and ordered the part over the phone so the (pre-paid) part could be there waiting for my car the next day. They also called to get preapproval on my soon to expire Inspection sticker which I hadn't yet noticed. I went to two dealers and the difference in experience was like night and day. We were a little grumpy at first because the Toyota of Dartmouth team wouldn't match another offer we had, telling quite honestly that they couldn't. The price they were offering was very good, just not quite as good as the other offer.Then when I went to the other dealer, it turned out to be a scam - bait and switch and high pressure tactics. The other dealer refused to honor their quoted price. I returned to Joe at Dartmouth as I promised I would if I found the other dealer's offer to be not genuine.I was very happy with the courteous service I got from Joe when I returned. He even helped me pick out the best low cost option for an add-on.

I leased my 4th Toyota from Dartmouth and the entire experience was just fantastic. Sherry Barbosa from Internet Sales reached out based on my interest in the 2016 Rav4 SE. She quoted me a great price, no haggle, no pressure whatsoever. Sherry was friendly, helpful and professional. As I walked into the dealership, I met Tim Murray who helped me with the entire lease process. Sherry had all the details of our conversation recorded, Tim had all the details he needed. I did not have to repeat anything. Tim worked with my insurance agent to send all the paperwork and he did it fast because the insurance company was closing for the new year's eve. My car is 10 years old and I bring it here for service twice a year. I have never had a bad experience. They have called to notify me of warranty repairs that I would not have know of otherwise.Seems the staff stays around for years, which is a good sign. The boss even comes out to talk with customers and even to bring the car around.The shuttle service is great.No pressure to have service performed, only recommendations. Very knowledgeable people at the service desk. They listen and write down everything so there are no surprises and I haven't had to remind them to do anything.I will buy my next car here.

I went to get an oil changed and the car was gone thru and inspected on nov. 3rd. Service center told me my slides were sticking on my calipers and needed to Coleen them for $300.00. On nov 17 had a bad sensor changed and told me I was unable to get my inspection sticker due to my low brake pedal and I needed rotors and pass on the back. On Nov 24th called them to get price on brake job. $820.00 for back rotors pads and only pads in the front. Plus told me I might need a caliper on front left. On Dec 3rd was sent a letter stating I needed rear calipers. In 1 month I RECIEVED 4 different diagnosis on my brake system. I will never go their again. Or buy my vehicle THIER again. Afraid to call or go THIER again. Might need a master Cylinder this time. Shadey service.

We visited a couple of other dealers and dartmouth provided us with the best price and the customer service was outstanding. I have recommended this dealership to my neighbor who is also looking for a new Toyota.

I'm in my mid-forties and have bought plenty of cars over the years, and I can say that my experience at Toyota of Dartmouth working with Joe Ferreira was by far the most outstanding experience I have ever had buying a car - he was honest, direct, helpful, knowledgeable, and insightful. Without pressure, he walked me through the different options for Toyota SUVs - he assessed our family's needs and what we were looking for in a car and helped us to choose the Highlander we ultimately chose. We have - actually - always bought our Toyotas at another dealership up near Boston, but after our experience with Joe Ferreira in Sales at Toyota of Dartmouth, as well as with Jim Cappalli in the finance department and with Tom Menchi in service, this is the dealership we will return to when we go to replace our Tacoma next year, and whenever we buy a car in the future.

Went in a couple Sundays ago to look at the Venzas on the lot. Met with Chris Burke (whom we have purchased 3 other Toyotas from). He made the whole deal so easy from Test drive to Driving off in our new 2015 Venza, just a couple hours later. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion! Toyota of Dartmouth is a great dealership! The salespeople are great (Brad!) and the finance people are awesome (Jason!) and I couldn't have been happier with my experience there with them. They listened to what I had to say, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need, they were kind and knowledgeable, and they helped me get into the brand new RAV4 I wanted! I had been afraid of being trampled at the door by sales-vampires who wanted to get me for all they could but that wasn't my experience at all and it made all the difference! I was TOTALLY prepared to turn around and walk back out of the dealership if that's what I encountered at the door but instead I got calm, relaxed salespeople who seemed like they only cared about helping me the best way they could. My domestic partner and I have serviced 3 cars at this dealership for many years, when I needed to replace my 2000 Camry with 196K miles, I went online to the Kelley Blue Book site looking for prices on a 2012 model. They found one with 13K miles at this dealership. I contacted my service manager Jamie who put me in contact with Chris Burke who called me. He was extremely professional and helpful in the process -- did not put me through any haggling nightmares as other dealers often do -- but gave me his best price on the dealer certified auto, some consideration for my prior service history, and a modest amount for my depreciated vehicle with new tires. while I have purchased many vehicles in my 68 years, Chris (and Jamie) made this the best auto purchase experience I have had. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to others. I am Extremely satisfied with my new auto.

Over the past, I have been through several different dealers, and I came to expect a rushed, adversarial experience when buying a car. I was skeptical about using a dealership again, but was so pleasantly surprised with Toyota of Dartmouth. I showed a small amount of interest via the website, but within a few hours, I already had a response from a local representative who wanted to not only have me come to take a look, but to have my trade evaluated on the spot. While I was shown several options by an outstanding sales associate, my trade was evaluated fairly, and I received an excellent trade value that was at the level of Kelly Blue Book. I was given an extensive test drive, and was very happy with my choice. By the end of day, my financing was completed, my trade processed, and I was able to drive my new car off the lot within a few hours. I even had a great experience with my wife and 3 month-old daughter who were pleased by the friendly and accommodating staff. I would recommend this dealership hands-down.

I got a great lease on a new avalon about a month ago from Gary. Just returned to lease a Rav 4 for my wife. Gary and the whole team are great to deal with. You don't feel like your at a normal dealership, with all the pressure. The sales manager brought me right behind her desk and did the numbers with me. She is great. I have purchased over 15 cars from dealerships in the past. Not one of these transactions went more smoothly or with less drama/hassle than purchasing this Camry from Toyota of Dartmouth. I had a feeling as soon as we walked in that we were going to purchase a car from this place, as our salesman, Chris Burke, was already dealing with one of his repeat customers. Despite this, he made us feel just as special - like we were the returning customer. This impressed me. We did a lot of car-shopping before settling on this Camry at numerous dealerships where we were treated anywhere from an adversary to an afterthought. NOT HERE!!! No regrets from this very satisfied customer!!!

His customer service skills were great! After shopping around we decided to come back the next day to buy,,,we drove off the lot a day later the car buying process was totally stress free. This was my first time buying a brand new car. I was kind of nervous and didn't know where to start. Ken was a HUGE help. While walking around looking at the cars, he didn't come over and pressure me. We actually approached him. I am not of fan of dealerships that surround you and put so much pressure on you. Ken was far from that. The first car he showed me, I knew it was the one. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew everything there was to know about that car and every other car there. He told me about other ones that they had, but I really wanted the 2014 RAV4. I told him I wanted to go home and talk about it with my dad. He didn't pressure me to stay and try to complete the deal that day. That night, he emailed me all of the information about the car I looked at that day. This way I could show my dad and talk about it with him I came back the following day and made it official. He worked it out with me and gave me the best deal on the car. I would highly recommend Ken to anyone who is looking to purchase a car or even has question about a certain car. He was very friendly and outgoing. He made my car buying fun and not stressful. He offered to stay late if I had to work late. He was very flexible and put his customers first. PLEASE ask for Ken when going to Toyota of Dartmouth. All my transactions with this dealership (car purchase to maintenance) have been wonderful. I never feel like I'm being talked down to because I am a woman. When I purchased my car from them, they worked with me. Never did they say "why don't you check with your husband then come back and see us". When I come in for my regular maintenance they explain everything to me in a non-demeaning way. I tried one of their competitors to make my husband happy. They were going to charge me more for an oil change and were going to take all day. Toyota charged less and were done in an hour. I won't be going anywhere else.

Working with Ken and Jason at Toyota of Dartmouth was absolutely fantastic. I knew I wanted to buy a pre-owned Yaris, and I arrived fairly close to closing on a Tuesday and they stuck with me without complaint as I went through the process of test driving and deciding on the car. Ken was knowledgeable, polite, and friendly as he told me about the car and I really felt he was honest and trustworthy. Jason stayed late to complete my paperwork and did so without complaint and with efficiency and a sense of humor. I would absolutely recommend this dealership; I came in from Providence and it was worth the trip.

I am not a fan of the car buying process, but my experience at Toyota of Dartmouth was surprisingly comfortable. Brad took the time to listen to what my needs were and to understand the budget that we were working with in. In the end we were able to work something out. Overall, I felt like Brad didn't just want the quick sale, he wanted my future business as well. Next time I am shopping for a car, they will be the first dealership I visit. Oh, and I love my Tacoma!

As we owned a 2007 Camry Hybrid and considered it the best vehicle we have ever owned, to purchase another one was a sure thing. I went to Toyota of Dartmouth after looking everywhere for a car for my daughter. I had purchased three other new Toyota's from this dealership in the past 4 years. I thought the price would be a little high but after looking around, I found that the prices were average. I dealt with Bryan Bandarra. Bryan was very friendly and was very informative to us. I asked a lot of questions and he never was annoyed with the questions. Bryan was very knowledgeable and went above what I would expect out of someone selling a car. Bryan never was pushy and went from start to finish with us when we made the sale. Bryan even stayed past his work day to meet with us and stayed with us until the entire sale process was completed. 1 week later Bryan called to see how we liked the car and to see if there are any problems or issues with the car. He was genuinely concerned with our satisfaction with both him and with how everyone treated us in the service department with getting an inspection sticker and the replacement of a worn door gasket which was replaced free of charge to us. I bought a new RAV4 from Brad of Toyota of Dartmouth, and the whole experience was excellent. Brad, the salesman, was very knowledgeable, friendly and assisting during the whole car-buying process! He asked the right questions, found the exact car I wanted, offered me a great trade-in value and I got a great deal. The finance manager I worked with, Jerry, made the whole purchasing pain-free and efficient. I think other dealerships need to take a look at how Toyota of Dartmouth runs their business. Nothing worse than going to a dealership and being hounded by salespeople, and so much going back and forth between "salesperson and manager" while actually trying to make a deal! That is so frustrating! I got clear cut figures and knew exactly what the deal was. The RAV4 I was quoted had a few accessories on it that the actual RAV I got didn't, and Brad actually let me pick out a few accessories to put in my RAV so the price would be right on. Talk about honest!! I will definitely be back to Toyota of Dartmouth when it's time to buy a new Toyota. Until then, I will be driving my awesome 2014 Shoreline Blue RAV4 and enjoying every minute of it! I was looking for a new or used Rav 4. A friend of mine had done some business with the owner Chris. We went down to the dealership and met with Chris who turned us over to Gary Letourneau. Gary was very straight forward and asked what I was looking for and what I wanted my payments to be, He chose the car that was affordable for me and for that I am greatful. I had a 2004 Rav 4 to trade in and was very pleased with the trade in value that I received. I returned today to pick up the car. I was interested in purchasing a used Toyota Tacoma and Toyota of Dartmouith did have one. Jeff McCabe greeted and assisted me with the inspection of the vehicle. I had pretty much decided on buying a two or three year old vehicle. The used Tacomas always fetch great resale prices everywhere and the vehicle in question was no exception. I was going to look at one other truck at Falmouth Toyota and informed Jeff I would call him the next day with my decision. Before I left Jeff he asked if I might consider a new Tacoma for a little more money? I went home and realized that proposition made much more sense than a competively priced used truck. Returning to Toyota of Dartmouth I purchased the only newTacoma access cab they had and I'm pleased with the vehicle. This would be the fourth new Toyota I have purchased at Toyota of Dartmouth. I have also purchased a new Camry from Falmouth Toyota in 1997 and a new truck from Fall River Toyota in 1987. Toyota of Dartmouth has always been fair to deal with and has always delivered superior customer service. Again, I have to thank Jeff McCabe for providing sound advice towards the used vs. new Tacoma purchase. At the risk of being too wordy: I've always been impressed with the depth of knowledge their staff has concerning Toyota products. We were extremely pleased with the care and attention to detail given by our salesman Bryan Bandarra in our purchase of a Toyota Camry.. He was able to locate and deliver the exact car we wanted and spent as much time as we needed to explain all the options we could have and upon delivery showed us all the functions of the car especially the newer technologies which can be a bit confusing. There was a no pressure approach to the sale and fostered a feeling of trust as we were interested in having our service work done at the dealership as we currently do now with our 2004 Camry .this is different than previous car purchases at other dealerships we have experienced.The finance department took the time to educate us to the whole options available and helped us to get a great finance package and a warranty program that leaves us feeling secure and protected.All the people involved in the purchase of what is a very major purchase for us went far out of their way to insure we were taken care of at every step of the way. Having bought other cars from another Toyota dealership and this was SO MUCH BETTER! All the people we came in contact with, whether they were helping us or not, we very friendly and polite, NO VULTURES HERE!!! I told the people we were talking to this and was very happy to be able to share our experience with the public. We didn't NOT plan to buy one car, let alone two, for several more years, but an unfortunate accident lead us to do so now. (No one was hurt!) The pricing was competitive to start and they worked with us to get the pricing where we needed it to be for our financial security. Our sales rep was VERY knowledgable and extremely helpful in helping us make the best decision for our family and needs; no one pushed us to buy any specific car, it was all about us! Although we hope to not have to buy another car for many years as we bought two 2014 vehicles, I would certainly go back to Toyota of Dartmouth in a heartbeat. Incorrect paperwork and maybe the wrong oil in my 2011 6 cylinder RAV 4 I had been a customer at this dealership for 20 + years. Three times I had my oil and filter changed in my 2011 6 cylinder RAV 4 at Toyota of Dartmouth, MA.On each occasion, the service paperwork was incorrect. On the 1st occasion the paperwork indicated that 0W20 oil, synthetic oil, was used. A 2011 6 cylinder RAV 4 uses conventional oil. The service advisor told me that conventional oil had been used, but the paperwork could not be reissued with the correct information. After a week of calling, the service advisor prepared new paperwork; not with the correct information, but a note stating that the 1st was wrong and that the correct oil (5W30 CONVENTIONAL) was used. Who knows the truth of the matter.Using the incorrect oil could have negative implications for me if I ever need to use the Toyota Warranty on my RAV. And, since this was a complimentary oil and filter change from Toyota Motor Sales (TMS), it could be that Toyota of Dartmouth overcharged TMS for the service.I returned for my 2nd complimentary oil and filter change. When I arrived, I spoke to the service advisor and explained that the service paperwork was wrong at the 1st service and asked that he make sure that the service paperwork was correct. The same error occurred on my paperwork. I refused to accept another note about the error. The service advisor repeatedly told me the service paperwork could not be redone and I repeatedly refused another note. He then reissued the service paperwork showing the correct oil, i. e., he redid the paperwork so that it showed the correct oil (obviously he had been mistaken on the day of my 1st oil and filter change and earlier this day). I returned for my 3rd complimentary oil and filter change. When I arrived, I spoke to the service director and explained that the service paperwork was wrong at the 1st and 2nd service and asked that he make sure that the service paperwork was correct. The same error occurred on my paperwork.I asked to speak to the service manager/director. I wanted to know how this happened and how to ensure that it would not happen again. He came to the customer side of the service desk and before observing the situation or asking any questions, he began telling me to calm down and he walked right up to me while continuing to tell me to calm down. He wouldn't listen and was talking over me. He preferred to escalate the situation and asked me to step out of the service desk area so he could speak to me. I told him he could say anything he had to say right there. He told me that I was abusing him and his staff (remember, he and his staff were making these errors), that I should never return to the dealership, that if I did he would refuse to service my vehicle and that I should go to another dealership. I wrote to the owners which resulted in a call from a person who identified himself as the assistant general manager and who told me he would look into the situation and call me back. I never received that call-back.I wrote to Toyota Motor Sales which resulted in a call from the service manger and another conversation with the assistant general manager. Through a series of calls and emails to TMS, I learned that the assistant general manager had misrepresented my conversation with him to TMS During my last contact with the assistant general manager of Toyota of Dartmouth, MA, he hung up on me.I called TMS again on July 11, 2013 and the representative told me I would get a call from a customer representative at Toyota of Dartmouth within 1 day. The service director at Toyota of Dartmouth called July 11 or 12, 2013. It seemed to me he was not familiar with the issue, since he kept asking me what is it about? To avoid any misunderstanding of the issue and/or my requests to resolve it, I asked that he read/reread the letter I had sent to the owners and call me back. He refused to do that and hung up on me.I wrote to TMS again and was informed that they could not intervene. The dealership was independent and free to conduct their business as they wished.I wrote to the owners again on September 6, 2013 and have not received any reply from anyone at Toyota of Dartmouth, MAAddendumOn 4/2/14 I was called by someone who identified himself as an owner of Toyota of Dartmouth. He told me the letters I had sent could not be located and asked if I would send them to him again. I WILL.He also told me he will read the letters, speak with all employees involved and call me again.Addendum 2 - 5/22/14On 4/23/14 someone who identified himself as an owner left a voice message for me (I was not at my phone at the time). He stated that he had not forgotten about my issue and that he would call again. I wait. Normally, I do not look forward to the car buying process. In the past, I have felt pressured to buy the car the salesperson wanted me to buy and the whole process was impersonal. This was not the case at Toyota of Dartmouth. My Master of Sales, Mr. Brad Trefrey was great to work with during the entire process. First of all Paula was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions on the telephone. We went to the deliver ship we were greeted by Brad. We told Brad that we had been working with Paula . He explained to us that she worked in the internet department. Brad them retrieved Paula paperwork. And the deal was complete. Our experience with Dartmouth of Toyota was the easiest and very efficient .

It was a pleasure doing business with Brad Trefrey! His easy going approach to helping me stood in stark contrast to the other high pressure salesmen I encountered at other Toyota dealerships. I found Brad to be knowledgeable, trustworthy, patient, and friendly. He went out of his way to find me the right deal and the exact Tacoma I was looking for (surely you know how difficult it can be to locate Tacoma's this year!) Brad found answers to all my questions and didn't "xxxxxxxx" me, which I appreciate greatly! At the time of pick-up, Brad was thorough going through all the details of my agreement as well as instruction about all the "bells and whistles." He even linked my cell phone with the vehicle and then stood out in the freezing cold while I test-called him. This guy should be training other salespeople how to sell cars without making customers feel intimidated. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable or uncertain. I read that the Toyota logo has interconnected rings that represent the relationship of the company and the customer. Brad exemplifies a good working relationship that he and I look forward to maintaining as I plan to purchase accessories for my truck and have it serviced. I will send my friends to Dartmouth Toyota and tell them to be sure to ask for Brad!

This was a routine 15,000 service under the Toyota Care program. It was my first service at Dartmouth Toyota. They were prompt, friendly, courteous, and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and, with their free wifi and coffee, the time flew by. The next day, when I briefly had a minor unrelated problem, I discussed it over the telephone with Tom and am comfortable knowing Dartmouth Toyota is there when I need them.

I cannot express how grateful I am. We gave our budget, and it was strictly adhered too. We were never asked to go over, we were never taken advantage of. Not to mention, when we traded in our car, I had mistakenly left a sticker on it that has been on numerous of my cars and Mr. Trefrey took it off and is holding it for us until we go back for our inspection sticker and registration pick up next week. On December 23, I went to Toyota of Dartmouth to purchase new tires for my 08 Toyota 4 Runner. I had purchased the 4 Runner from the dealership and I had a great experience when I bought the truck. I was curious about the new 2014 4 Runner. The person at the Toyota of Dartmouth who helped me was Brad Trefrey. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, professional in his salesmanship and patient with me. I was not going to part with my 08 4 Runner but, the 2014 4 Runner had more headroom, a backup camera and a Bluetooth stereo. Brad gave me a good value for my trade-in and that sealed the deal. I had planned to visit 3 Toyota dealerships and stopped by Toyota of Dartmouth first. I was introduced to Brad Trefrey who took me through the sales process. He was extremely helpful and I never felt pressured to buy. While I was not expecting to go home with a new car that day, everything went so smoothly and the price was right, so I ended up trading in I my BMW and drove home that day with a new Prius. I did not even have my checkbook, but they were so accommodating that I was able to do the financing with Toyota who matched the interest rate I was offered through USAA. I would recommend that you seek out Brad if you are in the market for a new Toyota.

My wife was driving a very nice but older Honda Accord with all the trimmings: leather, sun roof, spoiler etc, but she was thinking of getting a new car. My son took her to several area dealers including Honda, Mini Cooper, Subaru and Toyota. Although they met some nice people, (and some not-so-great) by far the standout was Brad Trefrey. My son thought perhaps the new Prius C would be a good match. And Brad was very helpful in quickly getting her a car for a short road trip. He was great and patient with everyone in the family and really made the shopping fun and very comfortable. You get the feeling that Brad's experience and personal commitment to his profession pay big dividends for the customer in what can be a daunting process, especially when getting something so unfamiliar as a hybrid car. A month after we purchased the car Brad is still very hands on, making sure that everything is working to our satisfaction. Because the C model actually costs less than the original classic model, we were able to add all the trimmings, like heated seats and sun roof, navigation and HD radio etc to make the car really special, and we felt Brad did his best to get us a great price. My wife really loves her new little Prius C and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Brad and Toyota of Dartmouth to any of our friends and family.

The Greeting I received before even pulling into the garage area was exceptional. The tow truck was backing up traffic due to vehicle they were removing from tow at your entrance to service dept but the gentleman greeter directed traffic towards the back of building. I brought my 2013 Toyota Corolla in for its second oil change since I purchased the car last October. I drove my car right into the garage & someone was there to advise me to leave my keys in the car- I then went to the desk for some paperwork & then to the waiting area. I arrived at 7:52 AM for my 8 AM appointment & my car was ready by 8:55 AM. Everything was very efficient & there were no problems.

From the moment I was approached on the car lot, I could tell this dealership would provide me with great service. The sales representative was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered the questions I had and went over options to consider. On the appointment I made to meet at a later date he explained buying versus leasing a car and what he thought would be the better option for me. As a customer it felt great to have someone helping me with my best interests in mind. I signed the paperwork to lease the car in the morning and drove the car back home that evening. I had a great experience with this dealership and the sales representative, Julian Schwartz, who helped me choose the car that would be more suitable for me right now. Originally I wanted an Avalon, which is very pricy. Being a recent college graduate, Julian suggested I would probably be better off at this point in my life to lease a Camry, which was my second choice. I decided to lease the Camry, which I absolutely love! I'm so glad I had a representative who cared about the financial impact a new car would cost me and that he wasn't trying to get me to buy the more expensive car, which I actually wanted. He did a wonderful job with everything and I'm glad I took his advice because the Camry is amazing! I would definitely recommend Toyota of Dartmouth to anyone in the area looking for a new car and to speak with Julian if they can. Terrific customer service!

I was referred to Julian Schwartz by a very satisfied new Toyota Yaris owner who purchased her Yaris from Julian. She said that Julian was the best sales person she had ever come across and Julian did not disappoint when I arrived to order my new 2013 Yaris. In fact he exceeded my expectation! I knew what I wanted, was willing to wait for a special order and Julian kept me updated while waiting which ended up longer than the dealership thought, but not a problem for me as I had a vehicle! The lease on our 2010 RAV4 was coming close to the end. My wife and I were not sure if we wanted to keep the 2010 because of the low mileage (14k). After our son introduced us the Sean and Teresa the Sales Manager we became very comfortable and they explained our options. Toyota of Dartmouth bought our RAV4 and we had equity. So we leased a 2013 RAV4. By the way we had service on the 2010 done there, but did not purchase it there. We will hopefully be leasing another one in three years.

i got the oil changed nicely, it just is a drag that the sell of the car was the car wash and the car wash is always broken. I would rather get the oil changed closer if it is going to be broken. I feel we should get either a discount or a coupon for a car wash somewhere else if it is broken when we get there

The dealership, both the service area and salesroom, are clean and inviting. Every employee was professional and polite.I had brought my old car there for repairs. I wasn't happy when the service manager told me in his opinion it wouldn't be worth fixing...10 year old car...130,000 miles. But he also said it wasn't very safe so the evening I went to pick it up, I looked for a new car. I had worked all day, it was still in the mid 90's outside, and my beloved car wasn't safe to drive. To say I was cranky would have been an understatement.The new car shopping experience was great. Julian Schwartz was friendly but not in the steriotypical car salesman way. He answered all my questions, didn't look annoyed when I asked to test drive more than one car, and seemed very genuine.The other young man who guided me through signing the mountain of paperwork was also polite and understanding. I do not remember his name but there was just an article about him in the Standard Times.Picking up the car was also a good experience. Julian took the time to explain some of the car's features and helped me set up the bluetooth for my cell phone. He also set up my first service appointment. I work 10-11 hour days so I appreciate a service center that is open after 5 PM.Toyota of Dartmouth has me as a customer for life.

Brad not only introduced himself within 4 minutes of us walking through the lot, he made it a point to remember our names at our first initial introduction. Brad made us feel comfortable and made the car shopping experience the best one we have ever had thus far. The only draw back is that there aren't more sales personnel like him. Buying a car can be an intimidating, stressful, even frustrating experience, but we were nothing but at ease! brad was a very nice guy to do business with. he was honest and forthcoming and very polite. He did not come off very aggressive and told us exactly what he could and couldn't do which made are decision much easier. he handled everything and was always prepared with the necessary paperwork and answers to all are questions. He also went through the car with us and explained the buttons and functions of the car which was very helpful considering our old car had been a 01 Mitsubishi which didn't have much of this new technology. I recommend Toyota and any going in to do business with brad trefrey.

What a pleasant experience, Julian is so low key, there is no pressure at all, but all your questions will be answered. I found the perfect truck at the perfect price and couldn't be happier! They have an extensive array of perks too. I left with a spotlessly clean vehicle, and can use their car wash for free twice a month for as long as I own my truck! There were absolutely no issues with the sales process it was quick and smooth.

I walked into the dealership at 9 a.m. and Gary Letourneau greeted me. Gary was a great listener, open minded and very helpful. I explained what I was looking for, and he recommended I test drive a couple of different vehicles. After that, we talked money and I made my decision. By 11:30 a.m. I walked out of the dealership hoping to pick up my new car later that day. To my delight, Gary called me just after 4 p.m. to let me know that the car was ready! Talk about efficiency...Not only are Toyota products well oiled machines, but this particular dealership is one well run business! In fact, my decision to purchase a Toyota was due largely to the positive experiences I've had in the past with Toyota of Dartmouth. An educated consumer is their best customer and I highly recommend them.

Probably one of the best new car buying experiences I've had (have had a fair number of new cars/dealer experiences, including Buicks, Fords, BMW, Corvette...). Initially found this dealer thru TrueCar and the drive from Newport (RI) was/is worth it. The salesman, Brad, was a pleasure to work with, doing everything he could to meet our needs. (Tried the local Toyota dealer first, Toyota of Newport, and the salesman I ended up with, Bob, couldn't sell me the time of day; wasn't at all impressed). Found the exact new car model and colors we wanted; the price was the best, even for the add -on accessories. Liked the car enough to get another (new) one for myself and Brad tracked down one with the colors and options I wanted. We've now had them both back for routine servicing and we are also very pleased with the Service Dept.: No problems with scheduling a convenient appointment, no issues at all with the quality of work and the free car wash is a nice touch. Overall, this seems to be a well run, customer-oriented dealer and I have no hesitation in recommending them. This probably sounds too patronizing, but we really are very satisfied with them.

This is the 3rd car I have purchased new from this dealership and I will continue to return. They have a keen focus on customer service and all employees are quite friendly. I obtained a new lease to replace my expiring lease, and already knew which car and model I wanted. I prearranged everything online with their Internet sales division and the keys and ready and I was on a test drive within 5 minutes of arrival. The dealership was advised that I had an afternoon meeting that I had to make and had me in and out in about an hour - quite impressive.

We used the USAA car buying service to get a quote, and Toyota of Dartmouth had the best price. Other companies like Allstate Motor Club provide the same sort of saving certificates, which have a minimum savings off of the MSRP from individual dealerships.Chris Burke was great to deal with. He was friendly and not at all pushy. There were no games and no high pressure - no walking off for 10 minutes while pretending to talk to a manager or "we've never done this before, but..." nonsense. Granted, due to the savings certificate from the car buying service the price was more or less fixed, so there was no negotiation required. But even without the negotiation, everything else about the sales process was relaxed and non-adversarial.Overall this was the best car buying experience I've had, and we will definitely be buying our next car from Chris Burke at Toyota of Dartmouth!

Well after my last comment things have turned around a little. I must say the I had the worst experience of my life ever with Jeff McCabe, however Sherri worked with me and my wife, and over some time we were able to resolve some issues. So thank you Sherri. I suggest that if you do shop here and don't like the sales person ask for Sherri she seems to listen and work to resolve issues. I checked off I would recommend this dealer not to sure if that is the right answer I only did that because Sherri worked so had to please us.

I had mentioned to Chris, that I had only bought a new vehicle once vs. Mo with many more, including( 4) Toyota's previous to this 2013 Camry. The salesman involved with her 2007 Camry purchase was in her words,"very rude and not polite". We both agreed that our "purchasing visit" was unlike trips to furniture stores, etc. in the past - where the top-selling vultures were waiting patiently for "the kill". I started with Sherry the internet sales manager, and we agreed on a car and price over email. Very clear, straightforward communication with no sales tactics, games, or up-sells of any kind. Very fair price, no haggling needed. She emailed me a signed purchase and sales agreement and I took it to the dealer and bought the car. All went smoothly. At the dealer I dealt with the finance manager Jason, who was very pleasant and the loan process was quick and easy. Julian Schwartz took care of the legwork once I arrived at the dealer. I can't say enough wonderful things about Julian, he's a great person and he took the utmost care, was incredibly patient, and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the car and my experience with the dealer. A+ all around, if you live anywhere near these guys it's worth the trip.

I called in to ask about an accessory. I chose the prompt for "parts". Somebody picked up and said that was the wrong department so he'd transfer me. He did so and all I got was somebody's voicemail. Not good. THen I used the little chat system and spoke to Hannah. She took my number and said somebody would call me back and somebody did within a few minutes. Of course he answered with "what's up?" so that was pretty unprofessional. I had to ask if it was the toyota place. Then he looked up what I needed and they have the part so it turned out ok I guess....

It was an excellent experience. I was able to purchase the car I wanted on the first day of my search for a new car. Brian Bandarra is a friendly and knowledgeable salesman who answered all the questions I had in a very patient manner and was very willing to help. Financially, there was no problem- I was approved quickly and Jason answered all questions that I had in our brief meeting that went well. The car was a 2013 Toyota Corolla and the price was not much more than used Toyota Corollas located at dealers within 25-30 miles that I had checked on the Internet. The test drive I took was brief but very encouraging- the car handled well and rode better than I had expected. My insurance company was contacted, plates were switched and I drove home the first car I test drove at a price I was satisfied with.Brian and Jason both did excellent jobs in a courteous manner and I would recommend thisdealership to others.

After talking a bit with Teresa and Gary on Friday and Saturday, we looked at another Toyota dealership to see what we liked and then compared that with your online inventory. I called Teresa later Saturday afternoon with the stock # we hoped to acquire and Monday your most friendly runner delivered the paperwork and new car, then left to return the Rav4. The car is even better than we hoped for. Its always scary to purchase something like a new car without first seeing it, but we completely trust the guidance all of you at Toyota of Dartmouth provide. The ease of this transition was most helpful as I was helping my younger sister deal with some family issues and would not have been able to get to Dartmouth for a couple of weeks. Gary was very nice and helpful however Jason Gold was very rude; so rude that even my 10 year old sister and 13 year old brother noticed it as well. He made faces at me as if everything was my fault when I was trying to be kind and not get anyone in this dealership fired. I understand that this is a business but the only person I would send if I even send anyone to this dealership is my worst enemy. Very poor customer service on his part and I KNOW that he should either get fired or retake his courses on ethics and customer service.

Thirteen years in the same car had to come to an end. My husband and I had a crossover type in mind and a budget to stick too. After a month long search and numerous visits to every dealership on the southcoast( Honda,Madza,Ford etc), Toyota Of Dartmouth sold us the perfect car. The 2012 Venza is a great crossover vehicle that drives like a car but has plenty of room and is comfortable for my 6'2+ men in my family. The price was right on budget also! The sales person, Bryan Bandarra was professional, courteous, honest and willing to do all he could to meet our budget and needs without the pressure that most salespersons gave us while on our search. I would recommend this dealership on Bryan's performance,the deal that was given us and the financial officer was also very pleasant. Lastly, our son had bought his first car last winter from Bryan and he made so easy and stress free for him also. I will highly recommend Toyota Of Dartmouth and Bryan Bandarra to all my family and friends.

The entire purchasing experience was the best I have ever had in 40+ years of buying personal autos. Since I live over 100 miles away, a lot was done on the phone and everyone was very helpful at locating the exact model, color and options that I wanted. A matching vehicle was located and upon my payment of a deposit it was transferred to the Toyota of Dartmouth lot. Everything was confirmed prior to my visit to test drive and purchase. Upon my arrival, all was exactly as described and the in-person experience was even better than the telephone experience. The deal was closed at a very substantially lower price than I could find locally. The next day, they drove my car to Connecticut, registered it and delivered it to my door at no extra charge.I would gladly drive over 100 miles to do business with Toyota of Dartmouth again. I cannot imagine a better experience in all respects.

We checked out several Toyota dealers, one the was much closer to our house and another when we probably could have received a slightly better deal but we decided to go with Toyota of Dartmouth because of Marquita Baker. She was the sales rep we dealt with and she made the buying experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Dealing with car sales people are not something anyone looks forward to but Marquita gave us an experience we did not expect she was very low pressure, hones and genuine. I would recommend he to anyone. She is the main reason we bought here. She sold us 2 cars, one for me and my mother. My mother did not want to deal with anyone but Marquita.

They started off by saying my husband was approved for a vehicle to get us into the dealership. We arrive and Paula Macedo had the day off so they gave us to Jeff Mccabe to help us out. At this point Jeff Mccabe knew nothing about us and wanted to run our credit report for the 2nd time which I told him no and shock of all shocks he didn't listen. He came back asking us what we wanted to get into for a vehicle. We wanted a used vehicle with a 200- 250 $ payment He told us that was unreasonable that NO ONE has a payment of 200-250$ we couldn't get into a vehicle for under 350$ I stated that is almost double what we wanted to pay and he said no it wasnt it was 350$ He was arrogant and rude. We left at that point knowing this person was obviously not going to try to work with us. I sent Paula Macedo an email telling her of his rudeness and received nothing back from her. I did though receive a arrogant email from Jeff Mccabe telling me to not hate him for being truthful. Once again being an arrogant individual. I then contact via email again Paula Macedo to see if there is any vehicle we can get into she was looking into it. Then I receive another childish email from Jeff Mccabe stating "CONGRATS" ( which I knew wasn't happening because I was dealing with Paula Macedo) only to open the email that was sent directly from Dartmouth Toyota to see it only say "LOL" from the desk of Jeff Mccabe. I was so irrate that I called Paula Macedo who at first didnt believe me till she pulled up the information on their internet system. At that point she said she would deal with it because she was his manager. She called me back 10 mins later saying she could get us into a car for 299$ the lowest I said I would get back to her. In the mean time I am speaking to her through emails I asked her what happened to the other problem how was it dealt with. Paula Macedo played innocent saying she didnt know what I was talking about. When I said Jeff Mccabe she said he doesnt work here anymore. I highly doubt that seeing he is still listed on their website. At that point I called Falmouth Toyota who gave me the information to report them to The Toyota Corporation directly. The full report was filed and I am glad that I went to Falmouth Toyota because they got us into a car instantly at the price we were looking for. STay away from the lies that Dartmouth Toyota sells! They still send me emails stating they can get me into a car at the price I want which they LIE intil they get you into their building trying to get you into a much more expensive payment.

I was very please with Bradford TreFrey as my salesman for selling me theCorollo LE and I was very please with the delivery of the car. He follow -up with all details that the customer needed to purchase the vehicle. First of all, I seldom do any type of rating or reviews, primarily because the service or experience one receives are never really that great, however this dealership & most importantly the salesperson Sean Connolly, who assisted me in the process were both excellent so I had to share my experience. I have been a Honda Accord owner for over 20 years.Been very dedicated to the brand, reputation and dealership, however with over 370,000 miles on my 98 Accord Coupe, it was time to replace. I decided to research Toyota's Camry SE as it gave me all in one package, style, looks, comfort & performance with a complete redesign for 2012. I was a little reluctant about "going over to the dark side" at Toyota, although other family members had already enjoyed theirs for many years. I did my homework, tried several dealerships and salespeople and decided that Toyota of Dartmouth was who I wanted to do busy with. They were just the right size dealership, big enough to provide great amenities & service with a home town feel to their business practice. I met Sherry Barbosa, a sales manager, who was a pleasure to discuss my car search, details and of course the price component with several times. She was very accommodating with responding to every email I sent. Their price was extremely competitive, along with being easy to discuss all its aspects and was fair & reasonable during the negotiation of price. As for the sales person, Sean Connolly, what a gentleman to do business with, professional, very well versed in the details about the Toyota Co. and the vehicle I was interested in. He was also very respectful of the Honda brand and only wanted to earn my business to become a Toyota owner, he was never disparaging about Honda, which I was anticipating may have occurred. On the contrary, he listened attentively to every conversation we had, provided the information and attention I requested, gave me a tour of the dealership's facility, was not a typical pressure salesperson at all. One could see he is very proud to work there, I can see why he has been there over 15 years, which often is not heard of in the car sales business. Well, yes I did purchase the car I was interested in, became a new Toyota owner for the first time all because of the service I received from Sean Connolly. He did make sure I was 100% satisfied with the vehicle he sold me and was always involved whenever I returned to the dealership. I am looking forward now to the vehicle being everything I anticipate for years to come excited about needing service if you can believe that, as the staff I met in the service dept. were exceptional thus far as well. I would certainly recommend Toyota of Dartmouth to all that are interested in a Toyota, but MOST important; you have to ask that Sean Connolly be your salesperson, as he definitely made the difference and the overall new car purchasing experience a great one. We have another Honda in the family and you can rest assured that we will be visiting Sean in the future when it is time to purchase again. He is an asset to this organization, and when it comes to customer service & professionalism he was outstanding. Thank you Sean for making my new car purchases such a pleasant experience.

We were very pleased with the price of our new Prius v, first of all (referred by Consumer Reports). Since we knew what we wanted in a vehicle and we live about 50 miles from the dealer, Ms. Reis was able to handle sales arrangements by phone. When we arrived to inspect the vehicle and complete the sale, Mr. Weingard and other staff we mostly did not meet solved several problems and arranged for us to be on our way in our new car in a single afternoon.

We were very happy with the service and care we received at Toyota of Dartmouth. One thing that did come up was when the driver went to the registry to register the vehicle a very large bird left his mark on the car. The car was very messy from the bird mishap. I realize this was something that could not be helped but it was a little disheartening to come home to a new car which was not cleaned up. This was the only problem. Otherwise we were extremely satisfied with our service.Thank you, Toyota of Dartmouth. We will visit with you again when we are looking for our next Toyota.

When in the market for a new RAV4 we started at Toyota of Dartmouth as they were closest to our house. It was one of the worst experiences I had ever had! As soon as my husband and I started telling the salespeople (3 talked to us in the same visit) we were looking for a new RAV4 we were told we cannot afford it, they do not have it at the advertised price by Toyota on tv and we should consider a Corolla instead. They hadn't even seen our finances yet! We thought maybe we had a bad day and brought my husband's Corolla there for service a few months later...were told it needed over $2,000 in repairs!!! It's a 2005!!! We told them no and took the Corolla to another dealership where we were told the repair was covered as a manufacturer's recall!!! They talked down to us and made us feel like we were incompetent on BOTH visits. I would highly recommend you use another dealership if you're in the market for a Toyota.

purchased 2011 toyota camary was told after paperwork was done i could pick out one as they had a few at the same price then was told deal would be done for monday after driving there on a saturday to sign then was told everything was ready and had to go all the way home to get my trade in vechile leaving my wife there and told her that is your car with no choice to pick the one she wanted it was raining that day so when i cleanded the car the following day the rear bumper was scuffed and told salesman said he would take care of it after 3 times calling then talking to sales manger she said she would talk with brad and get right back to me and im still waiting almost 3 weeks later very dissatisfied would not go or recommend toyota of dartmouth for sales and will not go for service or warranty work ever

Very comfortable experience from the beginning. Shopped at another Toyota dealership and Dartmouth and Chris were Eons above in every category - friendly, great price, no hassles. Customer service was excellent. Would recommend to anyone who wants to avoid the high pressure sales tactics and the typical car salesman stereotype you find elsewhere.

Gary was the best! His professionalism, knowledge of the product, and honesty was all on a higher level than anyone we had dealt with prior to him, at other dealerships. He should be commended on his excellent customer service. We would also like to say that Del was very helpful in making the process as smooth as possible. The whole experience has been wonderful, and we are looking forward to picking up our new car on Tuesday!

Toyota of Dartmouth is by far the best car buying experience. I have a 2012 Toyota Highlander (lease) and before that 2 other leases from Toyota. We just bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra. The sales person Chris is and always has been amazing to deal with. He never pressures and always makes our buying experience easy and very pleasant. I can't say enough good things about Christ Burke. In fact, my parents, grandmother, co-workers have bought cars from him and say the same thing, he is just great. Even when I am sitting in the sales floor I get greetings, nice conversations from all the other sale people, very comfortable atmosphere all around.The finance guy, Jayson Gold is amazing. This is the 3rd time we've sat with him to sign the paperwork and I feel that he explains and suggests things with good intentions and always answers my questions honestly. Again a very comfortable atmosphere and Jayson is awesome.The service guys, I really can't say enough about them. I've been dealing with them for at least 8 years now and ALWAYS get a friendly greeting even when they are very busy, which they are all the time. Those guys work very hard. Jaime Goncalves is great, friendly, accomadating and most of all sincere. I never feel pressured into anything. All of the service guys are very hard workers who never let it show when you walk in the door, in fact most of the time they are joking around and making it a pleasant experience. They must have great relations with each other to work under such busy times and still find the time to kid around with each other.Again, Toyota of Dartmouth is an overall great experience and I would totally recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!

We had the most wonderful experience at Toyota of Dartmouth---Chris Burke, was our sales associate---he was very kind, funny and very professional--Chris explained all the details of the sale of our Cypress Pearl Camry----he was very clear with all details and pricing-and if we were confused about anything-he repeated carefully and patiently, so that we would understand--we never felt rushed-he took as much time as we felt we needed-when we went outside to see all the cars available, he showed us all the choices we were interested in--colors, models, design details, pricing, and then let us drive our Camry to make sure it was the ONE!!-after we closed the deal, Chris took us to meet with Delbert, the financial person--he, too, explained things to our liking-set up the payments and explained our credit rating---he had the fastest fingers in the state of Mass. All in all, it was the best new car sale we have ever made---Kudos to Chris Burke--the best salesman at Toyota of Dartmouth!!

Made buying a new car a pleasure. No pressure, good price great service with the car ready when they said it would be. This is definitely a dealer to go back to. Over the years I have dreaded the thought of having to buy a new car and have had my present car for close to 18 years. Replaced our other car and had a horrendous experience with the dealer on that on. Buying a car should be a good experience and I have to say that Jeff McCabe could not have made it any easier and pleasant. I would definitey recommend this dealer and Jeff.

I am extremely pleased with my salesman jeff mccabe who did everything possible to help me get my 2012 rav4.Also i am very pleased that toyota of dartmouth gives free oil changes and tire rotations for the first 2 years or 25,000 miles and also car wash.all of the sales team and buisness managers were very polite and respectful.making purchasing my new car even better.the sales team at toyota of dartmouth was also very fast i was able to drive my new car home and do all the paper work in one day.overall toyota of dartmouth has been the best experience i have had buying a vehicle from mainly because of the way you are treated when buying a vehicle from there and i would recomend them to anyone.

I was not looking forward to the usual grind of buying a new car, but this was truly a great experience. I requested quotes through the internet dept from several dealers within a 100 mi radius and Toyota of Dartmouth provided a very quick response with the most competitive offer I received. Though they did not have the very specific Highlander package I was looking for on the lot, they found the one I wanted and brought it right in at the same price quote originally given. Our salesman Ken was extremely patient, he explained and demonstrated each option of every feature installed. My wife and I are very appreciative and love our new Highlander.

Everyone we dealt with was very helpful, answered our questions, Dilbert explained all the financing and warranty items. Ken went over everything we asked him about the vehicle and a number of things we did not think to ask. We know from what we looked at in Consumer reports that the price was very good (one would always like to pay less) but the price we were given was more than fair and our trade in allowance was more than fair. My experience with Toyota of Dartmouth was the best I've ever had with a car dealership. We agreed on a price through the internet; I wanted a specific model, color and options. The price we agreed on was exceptional, and I received absolutely no problems with the sales department when I arrived at the dealer (I drove 2 hours to get that price. I was treated fairly and with honesty and consideration. I hesitate to give "great" in any catagory in reviews, but my experiece with this dealer certainly merits the 5 stars that I am giving them.

It was very pleasant to visit a dealership where there was no pressure in purchasing a car. Sherry was very fair with the car price over the phone and honored that price when my husband and I came to visit. Ken was straightforward, respectful, and did not give us a sales pitch, a rarity in this day. He found ways to help us save money on the Toyota 4runner. Dell who did our financial transaction also did not give us any pressure to add more to the car. It was a quick transaction. After a horrible experience at Toyota Middletown, it was really nice have a no pressure sales transaction. Finally a dealership that has figured out how to deal with the consumer!! Nice job Toyota of Dartmouth!

We had a very bad experience with Balise Toyota in RI (see my report), so we started to look around.We contacted several dealers in the area, but most did not have what we were were looking for or did but were not too friendly on the phone (see my report on Ira's Toyota of Milford).And then I called Toyota of Dartmouth - I was fortunate to talk to Sherry Barboza - who was very nice, courteous and professional. She offered my several solutions, and gave me "no-nonsense" quotes - way below all other dealers in the area. We wanted a Prius III with back up camera and navigation system. They had a car like thisWe drove to N. Dartmouth the next day and were greeted by Jeff McCabe - who was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and no pressure sale. He knew answers to all questions my wife had (to jump ahead, he even programmed our Blue Tooth Cell phones, after we bought the car). We have nothing but praise for Jeff and SherryMy wife loves the car, and I love the dealHighly recommend those guys. And as for me - I will return to any Dealership if Jeff is working there

We bought by new 2011 sienna here all the way from CT. Initiated the process through Zag, the next day got a call from Paula. We went through the options and she located a car from a near by dealer, which already had few extras like roof cross bar, mud guard etc. Re-negotiated a reasonable price for the options, and the following day, I bought the car. All through emails and phone. I was pleasantly surprised as there were no other sales pressure, no additional hidden fees. Then Lisa took over to complete the rest of the process. She was very friendly to work with. As we were out-of-state buyers, she kept us informed about the proceedings and was very responsive. Before we took the delivery, she spent closer to 20-30 minutes to go through every features of the car. Patiently answered all the user (dumb) questions. She made sure that we left the parking lot as a happy customer. Not to forget, their Finance Manager Jason was another awesome person to work with. He did the paper work and sent them by FedEx (paid by Dartmouth to and fro) over to CT for my signature. Great Service. I really wish all other Toyota dealers are like this. An open, candid and straightforward transaction. No playing games. Overall, I am really glad that I found this dealership, now I am going to direct all my friends over to Toyota of Dartmouth!

Toyota of Dartmouth is an outstanding dealership. Years ago, I tried to purchase a Toyota RAV 4 through the former owners (Harte Toyota), but they refused to give me a price without considerable arm-twisting. I went elsewhere (Toyota of Watertown). Ever since Chris Zammito took over this dealership, the service has been nothing less than excellent. They bend over backwards to make things work for their customers and their support of local environmental organizations, especially those dealing with children's education, has been extraordinary. I cannot speak highly enough of this outstanding organization. Our family has had three Toyotas serviced there...every single time the service was excellent and the price very fair. I certainly plan to purchase my next vehicle from them.

Sherry and Eddie were wonderful! They got me the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. I found the finance person to be rather condescending (despite my excellent credit rating) and pushy. I also thought everyone talked a little too much about how important it was to give them top marks on the survey. Those were the only negatives in what was overall a very positive experience.

I visited this dealership simply because I had work done on my vehicle and found the service department to be exceptional. Unfortunately the motivation, willingness to work with the customer does not extend to the sales department. It seemed as if I was bothering them and that they much preferred to talk amongst themselves. I spent little time there mostly because the salesman told me "bad news", the offer for my trade in was very low and I should run my current vehicle into the ground. I left very disillusioned. I like the Toyota as well as Honda's. When I brushed myself off and decided to visit another dealership the experience was totally different; positive. I worked with the salesperson, finance manager and internet sales person. They worked hard and as a result I purchased a new vehicle. Got almost double for my trade-in. They took the time where Dartmouth made it clear they couldn't be bothered. GO TO SILKO HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never have I been lied to as badly as I was at Toyota of Dartmouth. I could fill 3 pages telling the whole story. Through the years I have bought both new and used cars at this dealership.....NEVER AGAIN. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!On another note, their service department is top rate and I have no problem letting them service my toyota.We were cash customers and I bought a Seqouia Limited at Toyota of Braintree....people were great.

let me start off by saying i went there because my friend worked there selling cars. hoping he could give me a better deal he made it 10x worse. he totaly sold me a car that was way over priced. he could have been honest with me an said that the car he was selling me wasn't worth the money i was buying it for. once the deal was all said and done i told him i wanted the owners manual and he said it would take 3 months to come in due to it being back ordered. on a 2006 model...i don't think so....but i waited the 3 months and gave him the benefit of the doubt. went back a few times within those few months just to ask if it was in and it wasn't. so said that was fine and went on with my day. after that 3rd month went by and it still wasn't in i was upset and went to the parts department with my brother who had worked there as a mechanic years past. he asked if he had any owners maunals in stock for that vehicle and he said actually i do. this one has been sitting here for 6 months. so ill let you be there decider on weather they care about you after the sale or not...another quick story was my drivers seat was LOOSE and i tried to tell them but thay said that was a normal characteristic of the car. so i asked to sit in another vehicle it happened to be the same model as mine same color and everything...sure enough it didnt do it. so they had no choice but to fix it....and they did.

I've purchased three cars from this dealer in the last ten years. The latest purchase was a '09 Toyota Corolla that I bought just a few weeks ago. I am very happy with the vehicle and it's exactly what I was looking for. The reason that I did not give perfect fives for every criterion is due to a misunderstanding between myself and my salesman Joe Cabral regarding registering and inspecting the vehicle out of state, which was settled very efficiently and professionally by the general manager Michael Devonshire. Overall, I recommend this dealer. Their prices are quite aggressive and everybody is very friendly and helpful. Despite my fairly minor misunderstanding with my salesman, I give my latest shopping experience a strong "A".

I bought a very low priced Certified Camry hybrid. The car was exactly as described at the price they quoted me online. After the purchase, I discovered it needed an alignment, but I lived far away and so had the (unwarranteed) work done at a local Toyota dealership. Toyota of Dartmouth honored my request for compensation, with the understanding it was a pre-existing condition. How many dealerships would provide that level of service to a distant client unlikely to become a repeat customer? They will have my business again. I recommend Toyota of Darmouth to anyone - they are honest and have very low prices!

Internet Department was great to work with. They gave me a great price upfront the first time. I emailed a few other dealers asking for price quotes and Toyota of Dartmouth was far better than the others. (Some dealers would not even quote me a price.) was ready to lease a camry. was told to come back next day to write up the purchase of sales with the loan officer.We showed up 10min prior to the meeting only to wait 1 1/2 hrs to talk to someone that never have delt with a lease. asked questions he did not know how to answer. left the place very upset. they tried to deal with us by lowering the price, we only wanted our deposit back..after 2 days of hassle they tell us we have to wait 10 days to get our deposit back! NEVER DEAL WITH TOYOTA DARTMOUTH!
