I recently purchased a new Toyota RAV4. Zigmond was the sales person. He made the whole experience easy. He was the nicest guy. Very down to earth. Not your typical salesman. Not pushy at all. He was able to get me a super deal that I couldn't refuse. He was more like a friend. He offered me a loaner car while they tinted my windows. As it turned out, I had to take that car home that evening in order to meet other obligations. I returned the next day to pick it up. He took his time with me explaining how everything works (the Bluetooth, radio and cd player, the backup camera, all the "bells and whistles"). He was so knowledgeable about everything. Zigmond provided the best experience in my car buying, ever!

I will defiantly go to another location the next time I need something done by Toyota i.e recalls. Otherwise, I will go to a mechanic outside of totyota. I have had two bad experiences now with this location and have no desire to go back. When I went the first time, I had to wait for a recall part to be ordered when I was told that the part would be there. The person I worked with was quite unprofessional but I thought maybe this was just one bad experience. This second experience has showed me, however, that communication and customer service here needs to be greatly improved! My passenger side mirror came off (just the mirror, not the entire piece) on a Wednesday morning. I called ahead and asked if they had any in stock, and the man I spoke to in the parts department stated that they did indeed have one and I would just have to make an appointment. I did so for the following day due to the fact that I am a full time college student and I work. On Thursday I arrive for my appointment, but when the Toyota employee Mr. Guest and myself went to the parts department we were told that they did have a mirror but the system states that the location is unknown. The employee I spoke to Wednesday failed to look at the location causing me to waste my time driving to Toyota when there was not a mirror there. I then sat in the waiting room while Mr. Guest when to see if he could find the part. An hour later Mr. Guest comes to inform me that he did not realize I was still here and that this whole time, someone had been looking over my car for things that need to be replaced. I did not authorize this nor did I need this done. I had come in for a mirror replacement, not a diagnostic. Mr. Guest informed me that he ordered the mirror and it would be there Friday. I leave and come in Friday and waited another hour until Mr. Guest came to inform me that the mechanic cracked my mirror and I would need to come in for a THIRD time for a mirror replacement. Mr. Guest informed me that the new mirror would be there Tuesday and that he would give me a call to let me know when to come in. Tuesday came and went and I received no call. It wasn't until I called Wednesday at 10 am and left a message with Mr. Guest to get an update. I received a call back at 11:45 to let me know that the mirror was there and to come in at my convenience. I arrived and he apologized for not calling Tuesday that he was out sick. However, this being an inconvenience for a customer, I would think that he would tell someone when he called out to say "hey can you give this person a call, she is waiting on this part." I left with a mirror on an hour later and a covered fee but the amount of time I had to deal with this dealership, in my opinion, is ridiculous. I am in a customer service job and I understand how things can be sometimes, but the lack of initiative and customer service I dealt with has made me not want to buy or own a Toyota. Ever. Like I said, if I ever HAVE to go to Toyota I will find another location.

I have a ten year old Prius and since I have moved around a lot, I have always taken it to the Toyota dealership wherever I was living. Well Town and Country broke that streak. Not only will I not take my current car to them, their service has made me rethink buying a new Toyota when the time comes. I took my car in last week for normal service, and they replaced my air filter. When I picked my car up, my air conditioning, which was functioning perfectly when I dropped it off, was not working. I took the car back in for them to look at, and they told me that it was a "coincidence" that the air conditioning broke while it was in their shop, but it was not their fault. They then quoted me a price of over $200 to recharge the system, which would not fix the problem! What's more, I got four new tires at Costco for the price of two at Town and Country (which is fine) and when I got an alignment there while they were checking out the AC, they did not perform the entire alignment! There are different components a shop is supposed to check when doing an alignment and they did only 1 of those. What's worse, they left a report in my car specifically saying that they hadn't done everything! When we questioned them about it, they told us that those other numbers "didn't matter" and that they "weren't sure what they were". I'll be the first to admit that I don't know everything about cars, and that's why it is so important to me that I go to a mechanic that I can trust. Sadly, that is NOT Town and Country Toyota Service, and that has cost Toyota my future service business as well as my future car purchase. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla from Town and Country Scion in Charlotte NC . I love my new ride!! I was car searching with no intentions of purchasing a Toyota when I got there. I had decided to try a Honda. My 2006 HHR had been a great comfortable ride but I felt it was no longer a dependable ride. I'm old school, remembering those grueling hours of first finding a car at a price you could afford, of bickering with the salesperson on the trade in value of my once very dependable car. Lastly, wondering whether a bank would offer a good interest rate on the balance of an already upside down trade. My fears were real when I walked in your store! My experience at Town and Country Scion was the complete opposite!! I walked in to be greeted by a very polite smiling gentleman. His name is Zigmond Osby and he knew my name too! He was waiting for me! Zigmond was extremely polite and allowed me to go at my own pace and listened to every concern and apprehension I had. Then he explained the difference of purchasing from your Company and the benefits it offered. Mr Osby quickly and diligently worked to get a good trade in value for my HHR. After that he provided several scenarios that fit my Budget . He was never annoyed by my over thinking and over asking "what ifs" questions. His answers were in detail which relieved any doubts. I felt no pressure to purchase or lease anything . Within a few hours I left smiling with my brand new Toyora Corolla at the monthly price that I chose and at a fantastic interest rate plus a two maintenance program! Most important with a feeling that I did the right thing! I cannot say enough to express my gratitude that I had such wonderful customer service at your location you and now have lifetime loyal customer! Honestly, .Your employee took the extras steps of explaining your product line and the process. Thank you Town and Country! Thanks Zigmond Osby!!

I have been having my Sienna Mini Van serviced at Town and Country for several years now. The service people are very professional. If you are cost conscience I'm not sure this is the best deal in town but you are getting your Toyota serviced by professionals. I had bad motor on my power windows. The cost of the repair was more than I expected it would be but that happens sometimes. The service person did work out an arrangement with the nearby Enterprise Rental to get me a loaner for a day since all of their loaners were out. That was a positive. It's too early to give five stars for the repair, but the problem certainly seems to be fixed and the power windows are in working order.

I have two Toyotas that I bought and sometimes had serviced at Scott Clark. After a couple of frustrating experiences there (need to write a reviews on those) I decided to give Town and Country a try. I had received a safety recall notice from Toyota (the airbag thing) and wanted to get it taken care of. The service rep that answered the phone acted like she didn't know what a recall notice was. She said I would have to bring in the can so they could assess the condition and then I would have to come back if I needed a repair! The recall notice specifically says they will replace the airbag module at no charge. There is no condition to assess! After trying to reason with this person I finally gave up and called Scott Clark. I have an appointment there tomorrow. Will never call Town and Country again. They are completely clueless.

Overall my experiences with Town & Country Toyota have been good. The service advisors are pleasant to deal with. Before my last visit, I went to their website to schedule the appointment and select what needed to be done. I selected the 50,000 mile service at a price of $59.95. When I arrived the upsale for additional service was made( I don't have a problem with this as it is easy to say no) howevere, when he quoted the price for the 50,000 mile service it was for $169.00. When I explained that the website said it was only $59.00, the advisor first said oh no way, then he back tracked and said that was only for the factory recommend service, for the extra $100, they would make sure my floor mats were attached and put a rainx treatment on my windshield. Really!!!

My recent visit to Town and Country Toyota on South Blvd in Charlotte, NC was one of the most unpleasant service visits I have ever had. Please allow me to explain. When I dropped my wife's car off I told Georgette and Trevor(not sure of his name) that I needed a ride to the train station and to be picked up at the train station after work. I said I would then pick up my wife's car, pay for the service and go home. They said no problem. The gentleman driving the shuttle took my name and said before you board the train call us and let us know so we can have someone waiting or en route to get you when you get to the train station. I called at 4:30 PM and a man in your service department answered and I gave him my full name and said, "I am on my way to you and I need someone to meet me at the train station." The gentleman said ok someone will be waiting for you. I got to the train station at 5:00 PM and waited. I also informed Georgette and Trevor that I did not have my cell phone because I left my phone at home. By 5:45 PM, no one showed, so I walked to the dealership to avoid the shop closing and then being without a phone or car. So I walked about 20 minutes from from the train station to the service department with my laptop. When I arrived I asked to speak with the manager. Trevor said a manager was not available. Then Trevor said my wife had spoken with Georgette earlier and told her I was going to pick the car up between 5-5:30 PM, so I did not need the shuttle. Now does that make any sense? Even so, I had personally spoken with someone and they told me the shuttle would be there for me and they were not. Trevor apologized and said he would adjust my bill because that should have never happened and he wanted to make it right. So after a few minutes he asks me to come over to the cashier and he begins to go over my bill. He rattled off 3-4 items and the retail price and then said he discounted them to the price I could see. The total bill came to $747.36 after his "adjustments". I told him I was too angry to speak right now. He gave me his phone number 704-290-6805. (He was careful not to write down his name) When I got home I recounted the story to my wife. We realized the total of $747.36 was the same total Georgette gave my wife on the phone around 3:00 PM. Georgette adjusted the bill for a coupon (20%) max of $150 plus a miscellaneous adjustment of $16.38 for a total $166.38. There was no further adjustment for the inconvenience of not being picked up. This is what is really the most offensive part of this story. Though I had been inconvenienced through no fault of my own, their employee felt justified lying to me and sending me on my way without so much as a sincere apology. Not only that when I reached out to the manager of the service department, I was totally ignored. I will never buy another Toyota vehicle.

We came in several times to view a 4Runner. The salesperson was nice to begin with, but when we sat down to negotiate the deal they started tacking on additional fees that amounted to 20% of the purchase price. The manager came over and was extremely condescending. I will NEVER even entertain a vehicle from this dealership ever again.

My beloved Toyota Camry "Pearl" was hit by metal road debris from another car. The damaged extend from the from the engine all the way back through the exhaust system. When AAA arrived i had them take my car to Town and Country Collision on South Blvd. in Charlotte, NC. From the first moment I enter the service area to picking my car up the experience could not have been better. I had a 25,000 miles service. My mechanic, Osman was on vacation but I took my car for regular service. After The service was completed I drove for ~200ft and alarm light turned on. I take my cars to Toyota for service, always. This week I stopped in for an oil change. I mentioned that the shield on the bottom of the car was scraping when I pulled out of my driveway. Frank Brucia was my service rep. He listened loud and clear. When I asked how long the wait was he told me an hour and a half. That was not what I wanted to hear but wow he was spot on. I was done in an hour and 25 minutes. Not only was my oil changed the shield was attached and they ran my car through the car wash too. Since this is the week of Thanksgiving.... I am thankful for the great service!

I was in NC driving home to Indiana - hoping to make it half way on Friday evening. The "check hybrid system" light came on in my hybrid Camry. I stopped in unannounced at 5pm, was met by JD - the assistant service manager - and told him of my plight. They were closing at 7pm but he said they'd do everything possible to get me on the road. They immediately looked at my car and determined that two parts were failing. The normal parts delivery process would have landed the parts in their shop on Monday. I was trying to figure out how I would deal with that delay when they came up with a creative alternative which enabled them to get the parts immediately, install them on my car, and get me out the door by 6:50pm. I was thrilled. Michal, the master mechanic, did the work on the car and did a fantastic job. Their can-do attitude and creative problem solving made my weekend.

I had never written any reviews and especially negative reviews but I am forced to. I stopped by at the service center to change the passenger side mirror. Initially I was told just the mirror and the back cover needs to be replaced and I ordered for it. After a day, they told the entire unit needs to be replaced. I had to wait almost 30-40 mins for the shuttle service on both the occasions (pick and drop). Initially I was told the labor charge would be aroung 75-90 at the max 100. But they billed me for $121. If there is a variation, it should have been informed to the customer and you can't bill just like that, I would prefer to go to any dealer to fix/service my car rather than going to this service center I request everyone to avoid going to this place as it is completely intolerable.

My wife and I in the Charlotte area were looking for a Prius c toward end of October, 2015. We priced the Toyota dealerships in Concord, NC and Huntersville, NC. Both were $1200+ more expensive (online pricing) and unwilling to bend much. The price at Town & Country online was much cheaper online, the Experience Manager (sales guy) we dealt with was great. He wasn't pushy. He was attentive. Answered questions. The dealership is clean and new-looking. We had a good experience. And it is always a good idea to purchase a car at the end of the month (and end of the model year. ;-)

Had pistons replaced under Toyota Extended Warantee. Was pleased with the work done except for one thing.There was a small oil leak in the area of the oil sump pan seal.Upon checking the bolts securing the pan to the crankcase I found three of the bolts were completely stripped. I replaced the three bolts and the leak was stopped.The mechanic should have caught this obvious problem. No issues with the rest of the work preformed.

Told the sales guy......If it's still there then let us know by 4....H calls in the middle of the day..."come on get down here you guys have first dips...come test drive" We left work came down and test drove then that was about it...car was sold to someone else...they kept calling after we left and I just cursed them out because if the car was already sold why call us from our jobs, why let us test drive it?...Worst DEALER EVER!!!!!!!! Almost everyone we meet when we went were having bad experiences that day....stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't doubt that some of these good reviews are from the employees or their families....

This dealer offers no haggle pricing just like carmax and the prices are based on market analysis. If you are the type of person that likes to negotiate with a dealer, you won't be able to do that here. Based, on my own research going into to purchase the car that I had selected, this dealer priced the car that I eventually purchase at $1000 less than other dealers selling the same used car. Very professional staff and zero pressure to buy a car or a warranty.

It is with absolute glee that I'm writing this post. I want to thank Town and Country Toyota for giving us the WORST car buying experience because if it wasn't for them we wouldn't have contacted another dealership who gave us the best deal. So glad to not have given them our business!!! Their "True Price" should be renamed "False Price" because that's what it is. The True price we saw on the car seemed the best deal around and there were was no asterisk to clarify anything other than that was the real price. We specifically asked the sales guy, Mike Lomax, what is going on with the price and he said nothing, that this was the honest price. What he didn't tell us is that this True Price has rebates added and is just a SCAM price so that they can get you with higher interest rates on the car loan. And they blame you, that you didn't let them explain this. They seemed to be "helping" us by "honoring" the lower price from a week back. My husband called Eileen Forrester, their internet sales rep, who confirmed THREE times that based on good credit the car was available for 0% Toyota financing - what she conveniently failed to mention was that we would NEVER be able to get this 0% financing no matter how good our credit (they have a phone recording of this conversation). We even said other dealerships add rebates and incentives to it and the 0% financing can't be added, is that the same thing here. They're just smooth talkers who try to get you in the dealership and then don't negotiate - another annoying thing. Even their final bill shown to us, doesn't show the rebates. One of their managers, Ed, is a WOLF in sheep's clothing. And the manager above him, Sanjay, is a MOUSE who went into hiding when we went to confront him about his "revoluntionary car buying experience." The other scammer we dealt with here was Kendy, who told us if in the phone recording between my husband and their rep mentioned that there were no rebates and 0% could be applied they would honor it and then backed out. Another sales guy passing by heard us asking them why we couldn't use the manufacturer's 0% financing and said "oh that is only for the super rich" - I mention this because it clearly shows that no one who came to this dealership will ever qualify for the 0% financing that Toyota had going on for the month of May for the True Price advertised. We had decided to not buy the car from them but did want an apology before we left for purposely misleading us and oh what a surprise that they refused. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and written to the Attorney General of the true meaning of their advertised "True Price" and how they are scamming people by working around their questions.In spite of all this, we are proud owners of a new Sienna LE with 0% financing and no money down from another dealership just 10 miles away, in the neighboring state. AND, we got a better deal because it included all the extra options that Town and Country initially quoted for close to $800. Moral of the story: Go in there, hear all they have to say, then go to another dealership and ask those specific questions they tried to scam you with and get a better deal :)

We had been to two other local Toyota dealerships and came away angry. Those dealerships were rude and they were not customer centered. They were more concerned about selling a car, that they completely ignored what we were telling them that we wanted. I was promised multiple times on the turn around time however had to follow up every time as the commitments were not fulfilled. We went to look at a Toyota Sienna - 2010 - VIN: 5TDYK4CC5AS296402 - The minivan had 72,770 miles on it. The vehicle description posted by the dealership noted that the Sienna has a clean carfax and has passed their 140 point inspection. We found this to be misleading since the vehicle has been in an accident and when we took it to a mechanic for a look over the mechanic noted that the rack and pinion was leaking and we were looking at a $1000 repair job .... so much for the 140 point inspection. We initially set up a test drive for the next day. Soon after scheduling the test drive we received a call that the vehicle was no longer available because someone had put $500 down contingent upon being able to get financing. The very next day we received a call from the dealership indicating that the previous transaction fell through if we would still like to test drive it. We went to the dealership. The salesperson kept letting us know the price was firm and could not be lowered and that there were lots of people interested in purchasing it. This felt like a pressure sales tactic. When we asked to see the car fax and learned the vehicle had been wrecked the salesperson started pointing out that most wrecks are minor parking lot fender benders and nothing to worry about. Again, this felt like a sales tactic since the salesperson did not know the extent of the wreck for this vehicle. Car fax notes that anything under $1000 would not be reported as a wreck. When we looked at the radio and I mentioned to my wife that I did not think it was XM/Serius ready the salesperson corrected me three times indicating that all we had to do was sign up for service. This was inaccurate because it has a Sat button but you need to purchase a kit to make it satellite capable. The kit costs about $200-250 based on Google efforts. Again, it just felt like the salesperson was more interested in selling a car than providing accurate information and a good customer experience. I would urge anyone doing business with this dealership to take the car to a trusted mechanic for a look over.

Bought a Camry Hybrid in 2006 - first year when they came out. Bought a service contract for 750 that will give all oil changes upto 75K or 6 year and free tires for life (parts only - labor , alignment extras). Sales was ok - nothing great. Servicing whole new ballgame.Simple Oil Change and Tire Rotation took anywhere from 45 minutes 2:30 hours . I must have done at least 12 or 14 or so. Average was at least 1+ hour.Once the warrenty expired - they kept on suggesting some or other fix on the car - I would decline normally. In 2011, I went for regular oil change and they suggested reapir of about $600+ (can not remember what exact part). I declined and took it a local mechanic across the street from my work and he did it for $400 or so using Genuine Toyota parts. Next time I go back for oil change to the dealer , they did "Safety and 100 (fill in the number) POINT INSPECTION" and tell me that I still need the same repiar (cost of $600+). I already got it done outside. Simply, they were not actually checking the car - they were looking at the records. I went back to another outside shop (not the one who fixed it) and they assured me that I do not need the repair as everything looked good. Once I went as my car had a Check VCS system Light come up and they told me estimate of $2700. I called Camry Customer Experience Team in Torrence CA and they told me that it was under newly announced RECALL. I went next day and told them and they did not know about it. Imagine - customer telling them what RECALLs are there. They fixed it under warrenty. They pick you up from a local Metro Line - One hour wait and no one showed up (after 6 or 7 calls to them - every time just stay there we will send someone).Last straw was when HYBRID had a battery error - CHECK HYBRID SYSTEM ERROR - $4500 repair (warrenty was 8 year 100K - I had 93K but 8 years 9 months so out of warrenty) and I declined and tried to learn how long I can drive before reparing (mainly buying another car) and no one had any clue. On top of that it took them 25 minutes after I declined repair and paid $120 to run compter test to bring my car out. Next day I called to ask them for computer TROUBLE CODES and they heard me and put me on hold and after 15 minutes nothing. All this while their sales person showed me all new cars but would not bother to help me with this issue. Once agin I called Torrene CA - Customer Experience Team and they asked me to contact Glenna or Rick at the dealership and ask them to contact regional office for any help with the warrenty or repair. I called and they said they can waive 10% off - never contacted regional office or anything. I called back Customer Exprience Team and let them know. they were very surprised (that they did not contact Regional Office).NEW SALES - LOT OF THEIR CARS are not tinted and few other small things. Not easily noticed but makes the price look cheaper online or in shop - but you will get what you pay for.Generally speaking - AVOID unless you have a family member working there. They are giving Sonic Automative bad name.

I bought a used car here. The carfax checked out and it seemed like a great deal. I lOVE my car but that is a compliment to the manufacturer, NOT the dealer. Everything went well and I drove out with my new car, knowing that I would be back in a couple days to apply a paint protectant. (Did I really need that? I wasn't completely given a choice or all the details) I did try to save some hassle by making an appointment to bring it in and I was told to just show up any time and it would all be taken care of. The first hassle was being called back the day of purchase and told that I had to come all the way back due to them forgetting to get a paper signed! From the get go there was an issue with my door lock not working properly with the remote. I did not see this as a big deal as they agreed to fix it on the same day as the paint application. Yet, I wonder how they missed it on their "famed" 140 point inspection, and what else could have been missed. I drove in on my only day off and after the paint was applied, and dried, I was handed my keys. When I inquired about the locks being fixed I got the deer in a headlights look with "I didn't know you were having that done today. Our service manager isn't here." I was told to bring it back at a later date and that my sales person would call to set up a time, and even come pick up the car, leaving me a loaner, while I was at work. I went days without hearing anything before I called in. I was told that the Manager wasn't due back until later and that I would be called the next morning to set everything up. Two days later I still hadn't heard anything and when I called I was told to bring it now and get a loaner until Monday when it "should be done." That's great but before I could even get my keys I was called back and told to bring it Monday and pick it up Tuesday! This will make the second unnecessary trip made out there and I don't even know if it will work out since everything seems to change last minute. I do not live close and this takes up so much time while they run around like a chicken with it's head cut off, not knowing what's going on. There is a serious lack of communication. They are great when I was buying the car and seemed very accommodating but once I drove off the lot, I dropped off the radar. Not even a courtesy call to see if I was still happy with the vehicle after driving it for a few days. Just on to the next sucker. Once the vehicle is in the condition it should have been in BEFORE sale, I will be taking it (and my business) elsewhere

What a great experience my husband and I had with our sales person Nicky Cruz. The moment we came in he embraced us and was very straight forward with us and did not try to manipulate us in to anything. We had just left another dealership (Scott Clark's Toyota) and the experience was horrible. The deals were no good and very over priced and then as we tried to leave they became rude with us and tried to make us seem like we would not be able to find a better deal then what they were offering. They were wrong because after coming here we got a better deal on a new car and they worked with us on every level to give us exactly what we wanted. We drove from Atlanta to Charlotte to purchase a car we found on Cars.com. We had gotten some specific information about features and the final price from a representative of Town and Country through an online chat, and some of the information we had received was not correct, as we discovered when we arrived. BUT, Jeff Dancy (our salesperson) and Blake from the service department, and Jack from finance, were all really wonderful and made sure that what we had been told about the car was what we actually got!!! Town and Country provided INCREDIBLE customer service. It took a little longer than normal with the paperwork, but that was due to working out how to deal with our crazy Georgia sales tax/tag/registration stuff. I LOVE MY CAR! I would not hesitate to recommend Town and Country Toyota to anyone, whether you are in Charlotte or Atlanta. It was worth the drive.

Due to an automobile accident I had to replace my car and I had my mind set on a convertible. I found one on cars.com, went to T&C to check out the 2005 Toyota Camry Solara and was very impressed. My salesman (if they are still called that since the change over to Sonic and 1A.D.) a young man, Michael Lomax, was very helpful even though he had only been on the job 2 weeks as was the finance man I worked with, Tommy; they made the buying experience easy and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car--new or used. The most pleasant buying experience I have had purchasing a new car. Negotiating process was smooth and fair. I had invoice cost info on hand and they greatly exceeded my expectations. Town & Country was the fifth dealership I went to and the last one I ended up having to visit. Id been looking at a wide array of car types with Honda and Toyota at the top of my list. As a single woman shopper, Id had some horrible experiences at other dealerships but my salesman, Curtis, treated me with the utmost respect and immediately sold me on a Toyota by outlining numerous things I had not known about it. He also quickly picked up on the fact that a new car would probably be a better fit for me than the used ones I had been checking out. I was put on guard at first when he said this thinking he was going to be pushy about it but instead, he simply suggested I look into it and come back to him if/when I made a decision. I did some research, realized that buying new would be perfect for me (especially because they offer a lifetime powertrain warranty the biggest seller for me personally) and made my first ever purchase of a brand new car while also getting more on my trade-in from them than the highest quote Id found on Kelly Blue Book or been offered anywhere else. I could not be happier with my Corolla. And Curtis and I arent finished yet! He contacts me from time to time to make sure everythings going smoothly and, due to the close proximity of my office, has offered to me as with all of his clients to come and get my car during working hours and get it fixed at the T&C shop if Im not able to make it. I will absolutely buy here again and recommend them to everyone I know whos in the market for a new (or used) car.

Went to Scott Clark first (closer), entered the building and stood there for a good 5+ min and was never approached. I then had to ask for assistance and was given an inexperienced young salesperson and he was clueless. Every question I asked him, he had to run off and find the answer. After about 10 minutes of that I left. Went to Town & Country Toyota and was greeted by Ricardo as I approached the building. Went for a test drive with him and bought a 2014 Tacoma SRD. He was a complete pleasure to work with! Ricardo was so awesome that my wife is looking to buy a 2014 Highlander from him this week! Mo and management were great to deal with. Direct conversations no games! Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with. Traded and bought a new RAV4 Limited. Honestly it was a much better day then buying a car 10 years ago! The sales and management team were professionals! He told me he had a friend who was employed by Town & Country Toyota, so I would probably get a good price on a Corolla. Not only did I get a fair price, but the car was delivered to my home. My grandson introduced me to Dustin, who answered my questions, and explained all the paperwork for my signature. I have to say this was the easiest transaction I have been a party to. I signed the papers on my kitchen table and took my 2014 slate gray Toyota Corolla for a little test drive in my neighborhood. It was exactly what I wanted.

My dealer was such a sweetheart (Tanessa) however, management was a pain. They wouldn't compromise at all with repairs, and negotiation to the used vehicle I purchased. Detailing service was not up to part. I really needed a car, and all of this happened AFTER I purchased the vehicle. Once I left the lot after buying the car (30 minutes later) my air pressure light came on, and they wouldn't even repaired Kind of iffy about recommending a friend unless they're buying a NEW car.

Just purchased a used vehicle from Town & Country - staff were fantastic, very helpful, friendly and accommodating ....but double check your used car purchases from this location . While they " claim" to put the vehicle through many checks its seems that some of the most standard were overlooked , which makes me wonder what "exactly " they inspected and updated . -Car was left unwashed ...while this was not a big deal because of pending rain at the time they should have considered this standard practice prior to the purchase ( along with a more thorough interior inspection ) - No wiper fluid in reservoir - An oil change was performed but no details were available / present on this...when was this performed , what type of oil was used , etc ? - Wiper blade was pretty clearly torn - ( and thats on me ...should have verified this prior to leaving - Mats were left in the trunk , not vacuumed , etc ...when the keys were handed to me the paper mats were still in the car . Granted - these are mostly little issue ...but nowadays these speak volumes about the overall level of customer service and the priorities that a dealership places on their customer. In my mind , just because its a used vehicle the overall level of service shouldn't change or suffer !

I chose this dealership simply because they had the exact car I wanted. Once I arrived I was greeted immediately and taken for a test drive in the Mini Cooper S. I couldn't wait to make a deal happen! I gladly waited a couple hours as they attempted to get me financed, which in all fairness was very difficult for them since I have very little credit. Sadly the first day was a failure but I certainly did not blame them. I know it's not easy getting such a nice car with so little down. About a 2 weeks later the Mini Cooper was still on the lot with a reduced price. I happily went back after having saved a surprising amount since my last visit and after a few more hours and them putting so much time into getting me the approval, I drove away in my Mini. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was being helped. I believe the folks (Kevin in particular) at Toyota did their absolute best to get me into the car of my dreams.

So I pulled up to the service area to get my car checked out. I got out of my car, and walked into the garage where there were about 4 employees just walking and talking to each other. I stood there for a couple minutes thinking somebody should at least say SOMETHING to me. Even if they acknowledged me saying that somebody will be right with me. Nothing happened. So I walked inside thinking that I might be in the wrong place. Walking around, looking confused, and I STILL got ignored by about 3 employees inside. It's like I was invisible. So I walked outside again. At this point I was extremely angry that I was not spoken to at all!!! I stood there looking around at all of the employees just talking to each other, and drinking their coffee. Some even walked right by me and didn't say ONE word! I even said "helloooo", and nobody responded. Even though I KNOW they clearly heard me. I was just trying to actually give you guys my money to fix my car. But apparently you guys don't want any service or money coming your way. McDonalds has better service than this place. I will NEVER come back and I advise everybody else to do the same. They will just ignore you.

Came here just to look at a used Prius but never got that far. Was met at my car by a salesperson who led me inside. He immediately asked for my drivers license. When I told him I was not interested in a test drive, and was just looking, he said I needed a drivers license to look. Needless to say I left. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem providing my information when necessary (I.e. For a test drive), but to shake me down for information right after saying hello is ridiculous, and horrible customer service. I will not be returning.

The only problem I had was that I was asking if they could help on the price of their vehicle since they said they coudn't help on the trade in figures. The sales manager said he would see what he could do on the price but this was never mentioned again. I mentioned it more than once. Other than that everything excellent.

I found a Certified Toyota on the website, and contacted the dealership. They held the vechicle out of inventory until I could travel the next day to look at it. The vehicle was presented in excellent condition with no haggling on price and the staff was helpful. The buying process was a little lengthy as it took 2 hours after I test drove the vehicle and settled on price (it was a Saturday evening and the dealership was busy so I can cut a little slack on that). The one negative is that the sales staff insisted that I had to purchase the "Phanthom Tracking" device? for $99 and it was already inserted in the vehicle, which was not discussed originally. overall it was a positive experience to buy from the dealership

Working with Ricardo Martinez was a lovely experience. I bought a nice car at a price I could afford, and even though the car buying experience was a bit lengthy, he made the wait quite nice. After that though, I have had a couple of interesting events. In less than a month, I have spent 7 1/2 hours in both their waiting room and the waiting room in the dealership in Asheboro for problems that should never have occurred, and I have a check engine light on. If you're buying used, take it to an independent mechanic to look at first, but that should apply to any dealer.

I am from the old school and in general do not like to buy cars at the dealerships where the sales people are pushy and put a lot of pressure on the customers to buy at the first visit. But what a pleasant surprise my car buying experience was at Town & Country Toyota in Pineville, NC. We were shopping for a car for my wife. We visited 3 or 4 dealerships in Charlotte area and decided to buy at Town & Country. The sales lady Ella Sueoka was just delightful and professional. My wife and I bought 2013 Prius after visiting the dealership at least three times. But every time we went back, Ella was very courteous and friendly and answered all of our questions, and never pressured us for the sale. Even the General Manager Mr. Sanjay Prakash who we met on our first visit to the dealership was very courteous and friendly and offered to assist anyway he could in our car buying process. Ultimately we went back to the dealership with the best price we could find on the internet, and Ella arranged to sell us the car at that price after consulting with the general manager. There was no haggling, no pressure, and no drama. We made the offer and the dealership accepted. Since it was late in the evening when we made the deal, we went back early next morning (3 hours before opening time for the store) to do the paperwork. The finance manager came in early specially for us to process the loan and complete the paperwork. He was very professional and helpful as well. Overall both my wife and I were very satisfied with the way the whole car buying experience went. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation to anyone. Ask for Ella Sueoka to help you; you will be glad you did.

I was looking for a car for my son, and Town and Country Toyota had the make and model I was looking for. I had originally planned to buy from a private party, but the sales person assured me that by buying from them, I'd get a vehicle that passed a 150 point inspection, and a dealership that stands behind what it sells. I noticed a small amount of oil on the bottom of the pan, and requested they put it on a lift and have a mechanic look at it with me. The mechanic said it didn't look like the rear main seal, and that it was likely residue that washed down when they cleaned the car. After noticing some oil on my driveway, I took it to a real mechanic who promptly identified 3 oil leaks, including the rear main seal. I notified Town and Country of the problem, but was told that they would not in fact stand behind there product!

Vehicle: 2007 Honda Accord LX, ~76k miles.Date of Accident: 08/22/2013Body shop: Town & Country Toyota Collision Center, Charlotte, NC. Recommended by the insurance company.Damage: Rear bumper, Rear passenger side fender and door and rear passenger side wheel (clearly visible as tilted). All the damages were clearly explained to the estimator.Estimate: Next day, 8/23/2013, an estimate of $5,800 was provided. I verified at that point that all damages related to the wheel were also covered. I was told that the damage was marginal to the wheel. The estimator also mentioned that the insurance company has approved repairs up to $9,300.Estimated delivery date: 9/9/2013Subsequent events: One week or so before delivery I received a call from the estimator asking if the interior panel of the rear passenger door was damaged before accident. No, given that the impact/damage was clearly visible from outside on the rear passenger door, I expected the estimator to verify the inside as well before providing an estimate. A couple of days before delivery I again received a call from the estimator stating that they have noticed a damage to the rear passenger wheel and it needs to be fixed and will require a week more to fix and the estimate was now $7,250.On 9/13/2013, Friday evening, I was told that the car was ready to pick up. Total cost $8,644. $2,844 more than estimate, ~ 50% more than original. After complaining to the manager, I was told that given insurance requirements they are able to only do a visual/cursory appraisal and it is common in collision damages to have final costs significantly higher than original estimate. What is the point of the estimate if it is going to be exceeded by 50%? After driving the car over the weekend, I noticed that the same wheel was making a loud noise when driven over 35 mph. I took the car back Monday morning and was told they will check and get back. In the evening, I was told that the wheel bearings are damaged and that they are waiting on parts.After following up a couple of times, finally on 9/19/2013 I have picked up the car. Close to a month after originally submitting the cars to repairs. Final costs $8,858 or $3,058, ~53% above original estimate. After a million requests, Town and Country provided a trade in value estimate of $5,500 i.e. $3,358 less than the cost to repair.Over time, over budget and sub-par work.

It's been a few weeks since I bought my 2010 Prius from Koob at T&C Toyota. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, went on a test drive with my wife and I, and ultimately sold us the Prius. He is a happy Prius owner and it was great to buy from someone who puts their own money, family, and safety into their product.I am a hard sell. I'm the kind of person who picks up an item, carries it around a store for an hour before putting it down and never looking back. After the test drive, my wife and I left to talk it over, and I came back the next day with my trade in and got the car. Koob just didn't sell me the car on the day of the test drive, he had me wanting it 24 hours later.Koob and David Parker (Finance Manager) even stayed after hours to accommodate the sell!I'll definitely buy from them again. We're used to having to go in and spend hours haggling back and forth on price, but our sales representative Ian was up front and honest about everything and told us the way their "true price" system works. (Of course, if you're looking to haggle, there are several other dealerships down the road.) Overall, nothing ever felt shady, and we were always treated with respect. Great experience. I had a very pleasurable experience at Town & Country Toyota. My wife had seen a vehicle online she were interested in purchasing. The only hang-up was the fact it was located in Charlotte and we reside just north of Atlanta. I contacted the dealership and told them of our interest and despite the fact we were not able to make it to Charlotte for another week, they held the vehicle for us and we were able to purchase it. They certainly did not have to do this, as the vehicle would not have lasted the week. Once I was able to travel up to Charlotte, the process of trading in our vehicle and purchasing the new one was completely seamless. We were in and out in an hour's time. Our new ride was impeccable and clean as a whistle as soon as we arrived, parked at the curb as we pulled in. Would guy from them again in a heartbeat. Great customer service top to bottom.

Just purchased a new Tacoma Pickup from Town & Country. Koob, the sales guy, was extremely helpful and allowed me to figure out what was best instead of pressuring me into what he wanted to sell me. After the purchase, he got the dealer's mechanics to remove some screws I had stripped when installing a bed cover. No charge, even though I stated that I'd be happy to pay since it was my fault, and it helped me out immensely. Not only is the vehicle really well built (I had researched brands/models and expected that), the enitre purchasing process was about the easiest I've gone through, and I've purchased lots of cars over the years. I highly recommend this dealer and especially Koob.

I recently purchased a pre owned Toyota Tundra from the dealership. From the minute I got thereI received top notch service from the sales staff and finance department. They have a true price policy to give you a good price up front and cut out the whole back and forth that I cant stand. I have been looking for a Tundra for months and did quite a bit of research and they really did have to best deal I could find for what I was looking to spend. Dustin, Eric, and Alex were all very helpful and made my purchase a smooth and quick transaction. Only drawback was the vehicle only came with one key but they promised to get me a second key and delivered. I would absolutely recommend this store to family and friends looking for a new or used Toyota.

I came in to look at the deals on the Camry after starting at my local dealer. I am so glad I did. Phyllis was great. Straight forward, to the point, no games. She was informative and fun and walked me through the process in a way that I felt at ease rather than stressed out like I have in the past when buying a new car. I was looking at another brand as well but she explained that their 10 year power train warranty is not transferable. Her Toyota knowledge was great and I felt good about the deal I got. I will refer friends and family to this dealership and to Phyllis without hesitation.

Nightmare. This place is a joke, I found a used car on their website and called first thing the next morning and confirmed the car was available. The assured me it was and so I applied for financing and was told I would be called back in less then an hour. 5 hours and many calls later I find out they sold the car I had committed to. It gets worse, they in so many words explain Internet sales are second priority to visitors to the lot. So I was s.o.l. I then ask for the GM of sales and he assured me they would "take care of me". He explained they had a great deal on a Camry that I should come see, we'll I drove all the way there and they said they were getting it cleaned up. Well 45 mins later they had no car at all and had been giving me the run around. The GM then refused to talk in person. This is the worst dealer experience of my life. They clearly do not value online sales or customers in general. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them. Go next door to hendrick, they are far superior in ever aspect. I did and got a better car at a better price.

Town and Country Toyota turned out to be the best decision my husband and I made during our car buying experience. We researched for weeks ahead of time and the price on the 2012 used Hyundai Elantra with only 10,000 miles was very competitive compared to the rest of the market in Charlotte, NC. We came a day before our scheduled test drive because the price on the car was so good we knew it wouldn't stay on the lot long, and the sales representatives were very accommodating of our early arrival. Our man Charlie Greer met with us immediately and he had the best sales personality for people like us: just stand back and let us do most of the talking. :) I never felt pushed by Charlie and he answered all of our questions. We liked Charlie and the financial manager Alex Villeda so much that we ended up staying in their offices and talking well after the deal was done (and we only left the dealership because it was closing time.) I conducted weeks of research to make this purchase and my only goal was to feel no buyer's remorse, and my husband and I are very pleased with the entire process.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS DEALERSHIP... RUN! My fjcruiser had a breakdown and was towed to town and country toyo for repair. When I arrived at the dealer, the service advisor started the process by asking a series of questions and a life story. I told him that I have a one person cleaning service and really need my car back asap, because this is my only livlihood to support my family. He assured me w/ a smile and sent me on my way. The next day, I get a call and Robert tells me that the whole electrical system is fried and the bill will be somewhere in the range of $4000. He then proceeded to tell me that my warranty will not cover my problem. I felt a sick feeling in my stomach because I really have no family and I am a single woman and have no way to get $4000. I asked "what was the reason for the decline on the warranty"? He said "we did not submit the claim, but we already know it will be declined" . I asked if he would please try to get it submitted and talk to who he needs to talk to. Maybe talk to the finance mngr that sold me this 'bumpertobumper" warranty. Nothing... I call a very good friend and get some advice on what to do. He told me that this is common w/ service depts because the service mngrs/advisors/mechanics get a higher compensation rate for a customer pay compared to a warranty pay. He told me to TELL them in a nice way, that "they are not the warranty company... please submit my claim and let FIDELITY warranty make that decision"... I did, and I felt that they were not happy w/ me telling them how to do thier job! The service mngr Vince Carnovale made this perfectly clear , I even had my friend call Vince and Robert to figure out the what the issue was w/ the warranty and to make sure it was submitted....Finally submitted , the warranty company sent out a inspector to check the car out .....not a problem, it was APPROVED!! The advisor called me to tell me the good news, BUT , informed me that I would still have to pay the $400 diagnostic fee to the dealer.. I told him that the expensive warranty that I bought from his dealership had a zero deduct and all diagnostic fees were covered, as stated on the warranty copy that I provided for them! I get on the phone and call my friend that helped me w/ the first bit of advice... My friend called Vince back and asked why the diagnostic charge? Vince said that the warranty company will not cover diagnostic fees... My friend then proceeded to let Vince know that has first hand experience w/ warranties and w/ this warranty co. Vince then backpeddled and said he would see what he could do and give a call back.The next day V calls back and lets me know that Fidelity will kick in another 100 towards my diag fee.This was a week long process to get the car fixed and by this time I was tired and did not want to see these people again.. They were very intimidating. .... TO THIS DAY OVER A MONTH HAS PASSED AND I STILL HAVE NOT SEEN HIDE NOR HAIR OF THE 100 REFUND! iPAID 400DIAGNOSTIC FEE WHICH DOESNT EXIST!!! I also never received the survey that has been sent to me on EVERY service or oilchange in the past... I later find out that the surveys are tied to VINCE/ Roberts pay... No wonder there wasnt a survey... No follow up call,no email... nothing.. I am still having a few probs w/ my car , but am scared to go back.. Please be very aware of this company and the way they do business!! In between talking to Vince and Robert, I called to talk to the GM.. His go between secretary deflected the call and told me the serv mngr will handle it and not to worry.... Never received a call from him either. Thank goodness for my friend that MADE this toyo dealer submit my claim.. I dont know what I would have done if they wouldnt have submitted ..and just listened to robert and vince.

You can tell when you have made a good purchase when you leave with a smile. Mr. Curtis Wright was not only a very personalable salesperson but his experience level shows. Sometimes buying a car can be very overwhelming to someone who does not know enough details, but Mr. Wright was patient with me throughout the entire sale process. Peter was very friendly and never pushed us to go for any car in particular. We never felt uncomfortable with him around and he even stayed late to complete our deal. It was a real pleasure doing business with him.The only fly in the otherwise great ointment is that the dealership (not necessarily Peter) gave me a trade in value that was way way below the overall recommended value. I get that they are in business and hence, don't hold it against them, but it still detracts from an otherwise perfect process. All in all, 5 out of 5 for the salesperson, 3 out of 5 for the dealership.

We were outside the USA and decided to purchase the Toyota Venza but needed get it started via phone and mail. When we came to the USA we did not have a car but Jack Daley came to personally pick us up and bring us to the dealship. From that point things went very smooth. Jack spent a great deal of time with us going over how everything in the car worked. A few days later we came back to have the wheel locks installed and again Jack coordinated the work and made us comfortable while we were there. We had to drive the car back to Chicago and again Jack was checking with us to make sure everything was ok. My wife and I were really happy with our experience and the attentiveness of Jack. We would highly recommend Town and Country Toyota and definitely ask for Jack Daley when you are there.

Went to this dealership based on a vehicle I had seen while driving by. Met with the salesman, Lynn Phifer, who was helpful in showing me the carfax and inspections done on each vehicle. I ended up purchasing a vehicle that had just come to the dealership and had not even been detailed or had certain minor repairs made yet. Lynn and the manager made a list of things to be done and remained true to their promise to complete them. Over a 2day period I visited Town & Country and met with Jack. My wife and I were interested in several different cars from several dealers. We bought our new car there and I even opted for the service plan. I never buy warranties or service plans... but with T&C Toyota it seemed like a good plan.

I needed a car as a result of an accident. I met Peter Plunkett who was not only a great salesperson, but also was very attuned the accident. During this time, he showed great care in the handling of both my wife and family. This type of care, care gave us instant trust. He showed us cars and told us about them and pressed on safety knowing of our ordeal. He spent a good amount of time. Since then he has folloowed up to see how we were doing. He is awesome. I would also like to mention Alex, the financial person. He was awesome while working with us. He kept us informed of his actions and we worked so well with him. We had a small issue with the car we purchased. Once again, Peter jumped in and turned us over to Austin the mechanic. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road completely satisfied. I will be bringing all of my cars there for service because of how we were handled.

In terms of working with John Daly, he was a great representative, and I would recommend him to everyone. Very kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and easily relatable (NOT the typical smarmy car salesman type). As with all new car purchases, you go through the rounds of initial pricing, financing rates, etc. I was not prepared for how soul-crushingly long the entire process would be. Looking back, I think it is actually a negotiation power tactic to wear down a potential buyer. I would recommend that anyone purchasing a car - from this or any other dealer - to be sure to set firm limits for your time, and don't be afraid to leave. One final sticking point - I am STILL appalled that my car did not come with floor mats. WHAT THE HECK! They want upwards of $400 for those things! Ri-effing-diculous Toyota.

We came up from Columbia, SC to purchase a Toyota Highlander from Charlie. I spoke with Erica beforehand and she was kind enough to take pictures of the vehicle for me and even offered to set it aside for us since we were driving 90 minutes to the dealership. I visisted this dealership on a recommendation from a friend. I was introduced to Jim Alexander. I bought my new car from Jim. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and very willing to help me find a car. Instead it was a refreshing change to be greeted promptly by a salesman named Jm Alexander,and told my experience would be different in that I was in charge, and he was there just to get me the information i needed to make the best decision for me and my family... Right away I felt no pressure and was allowed to roam a bit until I was ready to talk about my needs..., and ask questions that were important to me... Once inside I was introduced to a manager who reinforced that I was in charge and they were here to help me at my own pace... hummmm, now Is that unusual for a car dealer or what? After my questions were answered I was ready for a test drive in a car Jim picked out for me based on my needs... I was very satisfied with the drive,explaination of the features and controls of the car and we went to the service department even where I met an advisor who gave me a card and offered to scheduled my first appointment for me if I purchased the car ... Upon our return, we talked a bit more about their true pricing... I asked for a computer to use, and I did a quick look up of pricing from other area dealers, and found that I was getting a very fair price without all the hassle of the back and forth routine.. I agreed to the purchase price,and Jim quickly put al the paper work together after he brought out the Finance Manager David and introduced me...Over all I had a wonderful experience and was in and out in less than (2) hours from start to finish... It was certinaly a great surprise to be treated as well as I was compared to past experiences... I think the entire staff went the extra mile to make my experience stress free... My wife and I were in the market for a minivan (yikes). We really ha our sites set on the Honda Odyssey. We stopped at Town & Country Toyota on a whim to see what they had on their used lot. The entire sales team was very friendly. No high pressure sales. They showed us the vehicle we liked, answered all our questions and gave us a great price. Peter Plunkett was our sales lead. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was a pleasure to deal with. There was a minor problem with the rear hatch which they had fixed at the Honda dealer. We will be back when we are in the market for a vehicle again. Great experience!

Do not ever go to Town and Country Toyota, unless you enjoy unscrupulous, deceiving tactics to sell a vehicle. On Sunday, I was greeted cordially by my salesman, Jack Daly. He was very accommodating, friendly, and very informative. The completion of the appraisal of my trade was fair, and the completion of the original buyer's order went well. Once I met with the finance employee named Ray Cockerham, things went downhill quickly. Jack had added the price of the 2 amenities that I approved, running boards and Resist All, into the base price of the vehicle. However, the list of amenities remained separately on the buyer's order. Ray added the amenities in a second time, plus he added an amenity that I never requested. I did not catch it at first, because I had no reason to believe anyone at this dealership would be dishonest. But, I felt that something wasn't quite right, and returned to the dealership on Monday. I met with the sales manager, Sean Williams. He assured me that everything was correct with my contract, and quickly dismissed me. I called back Monday evening to speak to my salesman, Jack. I left 2 voicemails, and finally reached him directly on Tuesday. I returned to the dealership again. This time, I met with Jack and another finance employee named David. We went over the contract, and discovered I was in the right. We nullified the original contract, and thankfully it had not been processed yet. I was then able to finance the vehicle with my credit union. When I returned with the payoff amount, I met with Ray again to complete a second retail purchase order. After Ray completed his shady paperwork, he informed me that I still owed him $30. Needless to say, my credit union did not make a mistake. I am writing this to warn others that you should double check each item on your retail agreement BEFORE you sign it. I certainly believe that it was purposeful to deceive me out of the amount of my trade so that they would make out like champs. Well, this girl beat them at their own game.

We were looking for a new or a used car one or two years old. Our sales rep was Scott Reese and he was extremely knowledgable about the cars on the lot. Specifically options and changes from year to year. Town and Country's up-front pricing was very nice. Scott did not put any pressure to buy and when we told him we would have to think about it we did not have to speak with a manager when we left the lot. After we looked at other cars and visited other dealers we went back and purchased a one year old car and have been very pleased not only with the car but with the whole experience. It very enjoyable compared to our experience at other dealers. I would highly recommend Scott as your "go to Car Guy"

We saw several cars on their website that looked good and were in our price range. When we went to the dealership later that day, they had sold each of those vehicles (5) and had nothing similar within $5,000. I pulled up their website on my phone to give the sales guy the stock numbers and show him that they are still listed on their website as being for sale. He shrugged and said they had already sold. I have purchased over 15 cars in my lifetime and I can honestly say that this experience is by far the easiest and friendly automobile purchase I have every made! Scott Reese was our sales rep and he was extremely honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Town and Country Toyota is a class-act from the sales group, management and the finance crew. Everything was perfect. My wife and I are very picky and these guys met every expectation from start to finish. Compared to the competition (Scott Clark's Toyota) from whom I bought a Tacoma truck from earlier, the sales experience is night and day. Scott Clarks try to herd you through like cattle (I'm surprised they don't brand you!) and they tried to change the payment on me by $10 a month at the last minute and called me a liar. I won't have bought the truck after that, but it was the only truck in town with the interior color I wanted. However, I will NEVER buy another car for Scott Clark again!!! Stay clear of Scott Clark if you don't want to get ripped-off, lied to, and sit around for 8 hours waiting! Instead, go the Town and Country Toyota on South Blvd in Charlotte NC and get the right car at the right price and have a great time doing it!

Our experience at Town & Country Toyota (used) was phenomenal! After visiting 7 other car dealers, we were pleasently surprised by the no-pressure opportunity to wander the lot and examine their large, diverse variety of used cars. Lynn Phifer greeted us as we parked but then let us look at our leisure, answering all questions we had when we needed him (and he knew the answers regarding the 4 models we had questions about without having to search). When we came back for a test drive & to sign paperwork holding the car, it was handled quickly and efficiently, very mindful of pressing obligations we had constraining our time. After having trouble with our initial financing, Brad in finance worked with us to get a great finance offer (even better than the one that fell through). Signing the purchase paperwork and driving off the lot was painless and quick as well. Both of us dread the whole car-buying process, from browsing to selection to financing to delivery. But Lynn & Brad at Town & Country made the whole process smooth and painless. We will defintely recommend them to anyone we know (and already have) and we will visit them again for our next car purchase.

Great customer service,great location and friendly staff.Jose Vasquez is very responsible and honest salesman. He explained to me everything that I need to know about the vehicle before I took it for a test drive. Toyota Prius are very hard to find these days at any Toyota dealership. I called few Toyota dealers who said to have them in stock but when I got there they couldn't even show me one!!! (obviously they lied just to get me there). At Town And Country Toyota they were at least honest enough to tell me the truth and called me as soon as they had a car for me to take for a test drive. Overall a great experience.

Brett Rice has always been courteous and professional in his dealings with me. He is knowledgeable and someone I can trust for an opinion. He makes sure that I come home satisfied with my car service. Once he even creditied me for a full service as one of the task completed by the technician was not upto mark. Brett apologized for someone else's mistake and made sure that it was done right the next time without me paying anything for it.I have enhoyed going to this dealership and would recommend to anyone for both purchasing a new car or to get routine maintenance done.

Appreciated the car being delivered and facilitation of the backup-mirror installation.One minor issue: When I walked into an almost-empty showroom, no one approached me (nor was there any direction) to initiate a conversation. I had to seek out sales help.Once I did, it went smoothly from there. I believe I received a good deal (price) on the vehicle. Did I get the best deal possible? Well, I guess I will never know.

There was no smoke, mirrors,and invisble accessories to inflate the price of the vehicle either! The vehicle I looked at had accessories I could see feel and touch, and I appreciate the Quality of the products they use at Town and Country Toyota. I used to get my car serviced there and that was fine although their waiting room tends to be a bit on the dirty side. I went there one day to get my truck's oil changed and they said they were too busy (it was early in the day) and couldn't take me. I told them I was there for the oil change, but really in the market to buy a new car and wanted to go to the showroom. They couldn't care less. I turned around and did go to the showroom, but what a bad experience. The salesman was inexperienced. I knew more about the car than he did. The Sales Manager was TERRIBLE. He was in a hurry and had terrible customer service manners. The car I wanted wasn't available locally and he did not do anything to work with me to get one from a different area. They were more interested in my used truck than selling me a car. I wouldn't buy a car from them for nothing and will no longer get my car serviced there. I went to Rock Hill and got the truck I wanted at a great price and with nothing but friendliness. What a waste of my time they were.

I went with my daughter last saturday to look at purchasing a new or used vehicle. She communicated on friday by email throught the email locater and then had phone discussions with a person who said they had a particular model available (2010 Rav4) and gave the price but said it was flexible. When we arrived we were met by a sales person and told him we were there to look at the 2010 Rav4 we were told was available. He responde they haven't had a 2010 for several months. He did go inside and look it up and said none in the South East available. He said the people she emailed and talked with are off site and don't always have current data in their system. I told him we were extremely disappointed and sounded like the old bait and switch tactic. He said he remember that term as he was as old as I was. I said we were very disappointed - he responded he was sorry and returned to the show room. No attempt was made to see if we were intersted in another car. We immediately left and went to another dealership and bought a new car.

There are 2 -- 3 Toyota dealerships closer to my home than yours, but Haley's help, friendliness & information is WHY I came to your dealership.Angel & Sean made the buying process easy. They followed through on the pricing, options etc. which Haley provided before I arrived at the dealership. Angel gave me the card of an assistant service advisor to contact with any service related questions or concerns. In all honesty, I have contacted that service advisor via email, voicemail & phone. Each time I have had to followup myself to reach him. I have not been very successful in getting a response when sending emails or leaving voicemails. I left voicemails for 2 days in a row & then had to call back on the 3rd day, reached someone else who finally put me in touch with him. So far this has been the only negative experience with my buying and follow up experience. I have an appointment for what I think will be a very minor body hardware adjustment. I hope the service visit will be quicker than my attempts to reach my assigned assistant service advisor.

I would NEVER recommend this dealer. They nickle and dime on service, have terrible attitudes. Kids play area was disgustingly filthy. Donuts meant for customers were put out and employees continually kept eating them. Maybe 3 customers ate a donut but 2 dozen employees ate the rest leaving none for customers. I've brought my car in their many times for service and each time there is always some encounter with their service people. It's to the point, that I can honestly say "I HATE THIS DEALERSHIP AND WILL NEVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE OR BUY A NEW CAR FROM THEM". In fact, I got rid of my Toyota and bought a VW because this dealer was soooooo bad.

Prices were great and everyone is very friendly. The problem is that follow-ups are no handled well. I was promised an iPod for being given incorrect information about my vehicle. I've followed up numerous times, but I keep getting the run-around. Three months later, no iPod. No one likes when promises aren't kept.

I went in to get a bad part fixed which they had installed several years before, still under warranty I believed. They made me wait almost three hours (unbelievable) without an update before telling me they had no record of the part's warranty, a cheap aftermarket part apparently, and would not cover it. They offered to install another cheap aftermarket part, but I declined, after which they made me wait almost another hour just to drive my car out. Actually, I gave up after waiting and ended up getting it myself. While it was probably the original service rep (who installed the part) that dealt with me wrongly, I felt Town & Country should have stood by what he promised me. While they were all smiles on this visit, I felt they were rude in how unnecessarily long they made me wait. I left extremely upset and unsatisfied.

I live a long way away from this dealer, so I called first to ask if a very particular car was in stock. I was put on hold, giving the illusion that they checked, then told yes, absolutely, come on over.I immediately drove over 50 miles(each way), and was greeted by a salesman who told me the car I called about was sold yesterday, but would I like to look at some of these other more expensive ones. Incompetence or Bait and Switch? Either way, you don't want a relationship with this dealer.

I strongly don't recommand anyone to go this dealer. I am sure you will find better services elsewhere. The sales people have very little knowledge on the car. They cannot even tell the difference between a steel wheel and a alloy wheel. When it comes to price, don't expect them to give you a good deal. You are better off by calling them to do a price match before you even go there. The manager is kinna rude too, be aware.

Took 4Runner in for oil change and service manager called me to let me know I needed a new water pump and because of the bad pump I would also need a new timing belt. I informed this person that they're dealership put a new water pump and timing belt on it the previous year. He checked their records and told me I had a 1 year warrantee but that I was about 4 or 5 weeks over that date. He said even though it was EXTREMLY rare for a water pump to go out so quickly they would just not work with me on the repair cost. I would have to pay to have all the same repairs done all over again just barely over one year and 10,000 miles since they did them before. I then wrote the customer serivce person an e-mail and instead of getting a responce back from him I got a call from a salesman saying he was responding to my e-mail regarding my interest in buying a new car. I told him my e-mail had nothing to do with buying a new car but rather my problems with their service. The salesman then told me that e-mails sent to the customer service rep are just forward to a salesman and they don't actually read the letters. They just assume your writing for information about a new car. He told me he would tell the customer service rep about it and have him call me. Guess what. I never heard from them. Nice way to treat a customer that has been having work done there since they opened their doors. I have since taken my business to Lake Norman Toyota and tell everyone I know to do the same. I'm more upset that their customer service is non-existent than I am about their repairs and parts only lasting one year and 10,000 miles.
