My car "died" while delivering food / supplies after Hurricane Sandy. I needed a car ASAP. I walked into Tom's Ford to "look around". The receptionist greeted me with a smile and introduced me to "Kenny", sales associate. I told him what I needed / wanted & made him aware that I wasn't about to listen to any "crap". He replied with a funny comeback. Kenny, along with the sales team / management were able to set up a lease deal that met my needs and at an affordable price. WINNING !In addition to sales, the service department are also great. A friendly voice always answers the phone & scheduling an appointment is NEVER a problem. Sal & Vito explain everything that's been done. Whether it was an oil change or routine check up. When paying my bill, once again, I'm greeted with a friendly face. I was so happy with Tom's Ford that I leased my second car from them. My father is currently looking into a lease also. Bottom line, when a business treats people well, it gains customers. Tom's Ford is an example of how to treat its customers. I'd like to take this opportunity & say "Thank You" to the entire staff at Tom's Ford. Your teamwork is a reason for your success.

Toms FORD sales and service staff have been very professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I recently took my 2015 Ford Edge for service to Toms even though I did not purchase this car there but had purchased other cars there. I was always happy to deal with Toms but I am 30 miles away from this dealership. I had to deal with my local dealer in Jersey City who just never took any pride in being a Ford dealer, especially in repair of Ford autos. I decided to travel to Toms, rent a vehicle to get home, and let them look into my problem. It was the best decision I ever made. I dealt with Vito in service and he was truly interested in fixing my vehicle. I will not go anywhere else to have my car serviced or purchase another vehicle from but Toms!

Was there yesterday for service. Love that I didn't need an appointment. Just drove in and they took it from there. Easy, no pressure. Felt like I was the important one, not the normal..."we'll be right with you". And to boot, no selling. There was some slight wear on my tires, which I knew, but they didn't try to sell me anyting, just made me aware with a print-out of the wear which I can compare the next time I come in for service. Left the dealership with a good feeling, and not the "did I just get taken?" feeling. Top notch.

The sales agent Rod Anderson, went over options, item by item, to help me choose what I would need. The vehicle was delivered on time. Prep was minimal and was ready to pick up without delay. The finance officer was quick and efficient. I have also received vehicle service at Tom's ford. Quick, efficient, complete. The service rep explains what was done and what is needed so it it easily understood. I would highly recommend Tom's Ford for either a vehicle purchase or service.

I went back to my original Ford Dealer in Shrewsbury to negotiate a new lease. I owned a 2013 Ford Fusion and was downsizing to a 2015 FOCUS to save money. I walked out of that dealer when they couldn't meet my price (by $10). I went to TOM'S FORD and was able to get a 2016 FUSION for a few dollars more than what the other dealer wanted to charge me for a FOCUS. The staff is courteous, professional and really listens to the customer's needs. They aren't pushing cars they are making what they hope to be lifetime customers and Ford owners.

Was shopping for 2015 Mustang GT and saw Tom's Ford on net. I live 35 miles from dealership but know the area well. Tom's called in the morning so I took a ride down to look at their stock and meet salesmen Brennen Carroll. Brennen was the nicest and most enjoyable salesman I have ever encountered in a car dealership but it didn't stop there because the rest of the staff was the same. I live 30 miles from Tom's Ford, I boug a 1999 Ford Explorer brand new in '99 from Gerry and brought it there for every oil change. The service department lead by Ron Rossi is the best. Just traded in my Explorer and got a Focus it really drives great. Gerry is the man. I work in retail for over 20 years and have my own customers to go to Tom's Ford because of their great customer service. my son is 15, so we'll be back again in 2 years for another car from Gerry.

My aunt and uncle recommended Debbie a few years ago when I needed a new car, and then INSISTED that I utilize her services. I had never gotten a new car before, and I was super nervous and not even sure that I would qualify. 3 years later at the end of my lease, I couldn't imagine going through anyone else. She is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about her cars. She is patient and even allowed my 4 y/o daughter to follow her around and even entertained her. So far with her advice on which car suits me best she is 2/2, and she always gets me an amazing deal. I love Ford cars and will continue to request her expertise in the future, and would suggest to anyone else that they should, too! My family has purchased 5 or 6 cars from her thus far, and we are always satisfied. She isn't just a great, patient, HONEST, and caring salesperson; she is a family friend!!In addition, I found Keith and Enrico to be very amiable and helpful. Keith was funny and very efficient with the tedious paperwork (get the tire plan bc it pays for itself)and he helped me save money (yay), and Enrico went above and beyond to help me outside with my new car and that is def not part of his job.All in all Tom's Ford deserves a 10/10, and all my future business.

I have been buying my vehicles for many years at Tom's Ford. I was in the need of my oldest sons 1st car a few years back and all I had to do is call my favorite salesman Gerry Donaghue. Just recently my van that I bought from Toms Ford back in 2006 finally needed replace called Gerry on Monday was in the office by Friday driving home with a new 2015 Ford Escape. I drove an hour to get to Tom's Ford and it was well worth the trip. My husband ordered a new car at the Ford dealership where he works, 5 weeks later we were told they never placed the order. I found the car I wanted on Tom's website, I called and spoke with Shane Carney(Internet Sales Prof), he was extremely helpful and pleasant. He even called me after hours to provide me with more info regarding the car. The next day I went in and spoke with Marc Brennan(Sales Prof) who was also very pleasant and helpful. He was not like other salesmen that I have dealt with in the past, there were no "games". After a couple of hours, I was the proud owner of a new Ford. After arriving home, I noticed some minor damage on the car, I spoke with Marc (after hours) and he had the problem taken care of extremely quickly. Anyone looking for a new/used car should definitely go to Tom's Ford.

I purchased a certified used 2005 Ford 500 several years ago from this dealership and was overall pleased with the experience. Fast forward a few years looking to trade my Ford 500 (with a bit of negative equity) and Toms Ford was unwilling to take the car in a trade - they wanted over $5k to take back the vehicle against the lease of a new Ford. I then drove across the street to the Nissan dealer who not only took my trade, but arranged a no money down lease on a new Nissan. Fast forward to last year - looking to replace my Nissan with a used Expedition - go to Toms used car department and they had no interest in my business - said they rarely see Expeditions and obviously had no interest in locating one. Fast forward another few months - now looking to turn in the lease on my wife's Ford from another closed dealership - FYI it is Fords policy that Any dealer that leases accept your returned car - once advised that we weren't in the market to buy at this time, we were told that the could not accept the returned leave as they "did not have room" on their enormous lot! I know others have had good experiences as did I initially, but three strikes and they are out for me....

I purchased a certified used Ford 500 from Toms Ford in 2007 - overall good experience so when ready to trade it in figured I would go back. There was a bit of negative equity on the car as it had high miles but with Tier 1 credit I figured I would finance the amount into my new lease. Their sales person was awful - annoying, telling me to adjust my mirror, fasten my seat belt (I always do!) and basically telling me how to drive. Regardless, I liked the car (a new Ford Focus) and told him I wanted to make the deal. He said he had to heck with finance and it took them over 24 hours to get back to me. Said I would have to pay $5k for them to take the car back and was he best they could do. I then went literally across the street to Nissan and traded my Ford against a new lease with no money down! OK, fast forward about 3 years home to return my Nissan and was looking for an Expedition or Excursion so thought I would give Toms another chance - their used car manager could not have been less interested, said he didn't come across these cars often (hmm your a Ford dealer - maybe check the Internet, see what you can get) he just had an ugly Maroon Explorer that he was willing to show me - so I ended up purchasing a great Excursion from a used car lot in Atlantic Highlands. Ok, fast forward another few months - my wife had a 2012 leased Mustang that we were looking to turn in. Called Toms and they asked if I was looking to purchase a car after it was turned in. We told them not at this time. I then received a call back that they "did not have room" on their lot to accept my lease. Fyi, their lot is Huge. Spoke to Ford corporate who advised me that any dealer is supposed to accept your lease but since they were a Franchise they couldn't force then. I called back and spoke to the sales manager who flat out refused to take the car. Buyer beware - I wonder if their positive reviews are posted by their sales team....

This was the first time I ever entered into a lease for a business vehicle, since I usually purchase. I was nervous at first and thought I wouldn't understand what the heck I was doing. However, Enrico Cuzzi, the Lease Manager, was not only extremely helpful and patient with me, he explained the process every step of the way. Enrico made the transaction enjoyable! I was also assisted by Mike Diblasi, who was such a pleasure to work with, as well as The Finance Manager, Scott Nusbaum. These guys are all top notch and they are the type of folks that truly take great care of their customers. I was in the market for a used car to get back and fourth to work. Checking Tom's ford Web site a 2009 MKZ caught my eye. My wife stopped in to check the car out and a few days later I stopped in and went on a test drive. After the test drive we told our salesman we would be back on Saturday to make a deal. Well least to say we show up on saturday but are short on time due to my wife having a function that she needed to attend. Great dealership and Mike D is a true professional sales person. No pressure to spend $40K on a truck after 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly and the entire process was very transparent - just as promised from the moment I walked in. No games, no hard sell, they are extremely attentive and they are genuinely interested in helping you get what you want. I work in customer service and we always talk about treating people like family but Matt and Enrico really embody that principle. They made the experience the best I've ever had getting a new vehicle and I believe that they genuinely care about their guests. We were greeted my Enrico at the showroom floor. He was very helpful asking what we were looking for. He paired us up with Matt. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Took the time to show us different color Ford Edge with either AWD or front wheel drive. He also has a great sense of humor and we cracked jokes the entire time. He was very patient and helpful. Came in to look at a new ford edge and met with Rod Anderson. We talked about an edge i saw on-line and he brought it around for a test drive. we went for a good test drive over many different roads to see how the car preformed . When we got back to the dealership we sat down with Rod and ended up leasing the edge. He was very professional at all times and did not use any pressure tactics while working with my wife and I. We were very satisfied and will be back again.

We have been buying Fords for most of our lives my husband used to have a Mustang before we even knew each other and I had a 1968 mustang so when we got married and went to live in Old bridge NJ, We found a new dealer and have been in love with the cars and the salesman ever since. Every time we purchased a car there we come out happy and loved it for the years we had it, whether we were buying or leasing, We had Explorers, Vans, Free style, Edge, Escape and now I just love my new Escape the white titanium what a ride the 2.0 Eco boost wow, it really makes a big difference you feel like you can almost fly. No hassles, no gimmicks and no pressure. Stopped in the showroom unplanned and was greeted by Debbie Wagner. Never once did I feel any pressure to make a deal right there, on the spot. I called the following morning and said I was interested in the car I had test drove. We processed paperwork over the phone which helped to limit the amout of time I had to spend in the dealersihp when picking up my car. From the time I called her to the time I drove away in my car, only a few hours had passed. I would not hesitate to recommend someone to this salesperson or team at Tom's Ford.

I did my shopping online and never even heard of Tom's. -I live up north and had buying cars from another dealer.When they had the car I wanted, they very courteous with no pressure whatsoever. Gave me a price right away and had no sales lines. The others were very generic like: "Come on in and we'll look at some"). Tom's was straight to the point and made everything painless. I am now the happy owner of a 2014 Explorer and would go back. It was well worth the 1/2 hour ride.I was also impressed how the whole place is always smiling and the receptionists took the time to have a conversation with me while I was waiting for detailing.

We visited Toms Ford to get an end of lease evaluation and to see what we wanted to do about a new vehicle. We were only contemplating a new vehicle. We had no issues with our current lease the Ford Edge Limited. In either case we ended up leaving there with another lease and a fantastic deal on a new Ford Explorer Sport. Enrico as always was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of by Jim Mellas. I have said it before and I'll say it again. Out of all the past vehicles we have owned Fords are our favorite and at this location they have always given us nothing less than red carpet service. I have been to very high end dealerships and yet to receive the attention and customer appreciation that we have seen from Toms Ford. Always a pleasure. We are loving the new car. Thank you.

I visited Toms Ford on Thursday June 19, 2014. While I was on the lot looking at the new Ford Explorers, Dylan Reyes approached me and shook my hand. He immediately walked me around the lot and showed me all the vehicles available. Once I decided, Dylan quickly got the keys and we went for a test drive. I did not go to the dealership thinking I was going to buy a new vehicle that day, but because of Dylan, I did. Throughout the entire process, Dylan was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. Once we had a deal, he followed up with phone calls and e-mails while the Explorer was being prepped for delivery.I would recommend Toms Ford to anyone who is looking for a no nonsense, no pressure experience. I would also highly recommend talking to Dylan Reyes and to give him the opportunity to be your sales associate.

I just leased a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium from Tom's Ford. This is my 2nd lease through Tom's Ford and certainly will not be my last. Marc Brennan is an outstanding salesperson. It's so nice that Marc greets you by name each time you walk into the showroom. We stop by to say hi every time I bring my car in for service. I've been impressed with Marc since we first met in 2011 and wouldn't deal with anyone else. I used to hate car shopping because of all the haggling and typical sales pitches, but I know Marc will always give me the best price without spending hours haggling.As for the service department, they are top notch. They are knowledgeable, thorough and so friendly. I won't have my car serviced anywhere else. When any of my friends mention they are car shopping, I tell them to go to Tom's. The sales and service just can't be beat.

I just leased a 2014 Ford F-150 XLT from Tom's Ford in Keyport. I had Ken as my salesperson. Ken made the process effortless. Everyone made the process easy from the friendly greeting at the door to the Scott in the Finance Department. Tom's really does well at making it as pleasurable an experience as possible. Ken had me in a truck I wanted, but not the color I liked just for a test drive. When I told him I liked it truck, but not the color we went inside, looked in the computer and he found what I was looking for. I got a real quote on the price wanted to take some time to make sure I really wanted this truck. Ken said take your time I'll be here for any questions if you need me. He didn't try pressuring me into buying anything. After three days I was looking one more time on the new inventory on the Tom's Ford website and found "My" truck. I called Ken, he said he could have it ready for me the next day, and I went in to pick it up. The day I went to sign the papers Ken met with me and went over the truck from front to back to make sure I understood everything the truck had to offer. I loved it. After the inspection we went over everything in the owners manual, Ken even highlighted the sections so I could find it easily. (when I need it most) I love the my new Ford F-150 XLT. If anyone in my family or friends needs a vehicle I will be sending them to Tom's!

I went to Tom's Ford on 4/18/14 to turn in a car I had previously leased from them. Similar to my last visit, everything went smoothly and I left more than happy! After initially meeting with Enrico he was able to find a few cars similar to what I was interested in-a 2014 Explorer. Debbie promptly showed me two cars and Enrico was able to quickly determine which option would be best for me. Within an hour I filled out my initial paperwork and I was able to return later on in the day to pick up my beautiful brand new Explorer! Scott was very professional and efficient in going over the rest of the paperwork with me. Everyone worked seamlessly together to make this an easy, pleasant experience. Debbie is so friendly and helpful and I love that she puts a ribbon in your new car and on your keys, this extra little touch just goes to show that she cares about her customers and really makes the car buying experience special. I normally dread the process of buying a new car but Tom's really does well at making it as pleasurable an experience as possible. I worked with Rod Anderson who went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with everything. He took me on a real test drive where I was able to get a true feel for the car not just around the block like most dealers do. He didn't try pressuring me into buying anything and even took the time to ear mark all the important pages in the owners manual. I love the my new Ford Escape and look forward to do doing business with Tom's Ford in the future.

I purchased a certified Ford Edge from Tom's Ford and had a great experience. I travelled 45 minutes to the dealership and Mike Bastedo, my salesman was great. He took the time to explain all the cars features and benefits as well as a lengthy test drive. There was no pressure like other car dealerships and the negotiations went smoothly. From the moment I stepped into Tom's Ford I was treated like family. Even though it was Gerry's day off he was more then willing to help me in any way including 2 test drives. Everyone, asked if I was being helped or if I needed additional help. I never felt pressure to buy a car and was able to talk with the finance staff to help me to decide what was the best choice for me. Gerry was again willing to come in on his day off to allow me to pick up my new car on my day off. He reviewed all the features of the car with me and because I am not very tech savvy he was willing to show me things several times. This is the third new car purchase my family has made from Tom's Ford and we would never think of going anywhere else.

I just got a 2014 ford mustang at Tom's ford. While the dealership was a little bit out of the way for me, I bought from them because they were the most responsive. I did send a request through the internet and got quick feedback from Matt, one of their internet sales specialists. He pursued me doggedly and when we finally spoke, he actually listened. I knew what I wanted and the price I was prepared to pay. So rather than trying to get me into the dealership and try to sell something I might necessarily have wanted, he looked and found what I was looking for. We closed the sale over the phone and arranged a mutually convenient time for pick up. They were ready for me when I arrived with the car and the paperwork ready. All together, I spent 90 minutes at the dealership. They tried to sell me the extended warranty without being too pushy. The dealership is very nice and all the people I dealt with were unfailingly polite. If you know what you want, Tom' s ford will listen and try hard to get you what you want"

I have a love hate relationship with buying/leasing cars and have been leasing for 20+ yrs. My last lease was a 1500 Silverado and now was tempted to try a F150. So I pulled into Tom's Ford in Keyport NJ. Walked in, looked around and then it started, The part I hate about car shopping. Usually I say, "I'm just looking", but this time it was different, it wasn't "Can I help you", it was, just conversations about the truck I was looking at. No hard sell, more about two people taking about trucks. As the conversation went on, even though they weren't selling, they were. He was listening while chatting about trucks so at the end of the conversation he knew the truck I wanted better than I did. At the end of the day, I signed for a F150 FX and was very happy that we got to the truck without selling. Now I know they were selling and he knew I was shopping, but it's about how you get there. Nothing slick, no bate and switch, just a very conformable way to shop. (Sales person-Bobby Keenan. Part two- the money/paperwork. Next I was greeted by Scott Nunbaum to do the paperwork. If you buy or lease a car from Tom's Ford, ask for this guy. Again, nothing slick about him, no hard sell. But you can tell he knows his business, it was painless and actually very humorous. How often do you feel like you made a friend after signing a big ticket item. And, after, when I got home and did some more research on my truck, I know I got a great deal on the truck. We know car dealers have to make money, but I felt it was a great finical compromise on both parties. So I'd have to say, this was my best experience at a car dealership so far.

I purchased a 2013 Mustang from Tom's Ford, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. I knew exactly the car I wanted, and was trying to find a dealer who could either find the car, or order one with my specifications (and I was on a tight timeline). Other Ford dealerships in the greater NYC area gave me the typical run around, but Charley and Marc were champs from the beginning. Not only were they able to order a car for me, but they already had a Mustang on order, so they just changed the specifications of that one to what I was looking for and were able to get me a car weeks ahead of what other dealers were quoting me. On price, I had done my homework (TrueCar), and knew what I wanted to / needed to pay. There was very little negotiation because Charley quoted the right price from the start, and there were no surprises as we want through the purchasing process. The financing process was easy, and when I came to pick up the car on a Saturday, Marc had me in and out of the dealership in an hour. From start to finish, I never thought a car buying process could be so pleasant, and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I was recommend to see Gerry by two people I know. I went there on a snowy Presidents day with my father. Gerry wasn't there because he was taking is daughter to college. In spite of my insistence on waiting to speak with Gerry, they treated me with respect and something else I didn't expect. I was told to stay a moment and grab an espresso while they pulled up a couple of cars in the neighborhood I was looking for so I could get an idea. Talk about customer service. I wasn't ignored or taking up time. I was taken care of...I feel...because they know they have the product and the foresight to realize the importance of customer service. I went to a few other dealerships in the area and didn't see anything that caught my eye (that was in my price range). I went back to see Gerry and he was, as advertised, a gentleman. He steered my in the right direction. I was most important. I drove a couple cars and then Tony pointed out a focus I didn't see. This was the one. Had the sync package and the rims. 2012 SE. It drives great. Most important, I'm glad that everyone, since the moment I stepped into the building, was concerned about me getting the right car for me. Not about if or how much. I hear the service is good too. Not to stop about Gerry. I noticed that an obscure part is superficially/cosmetically damaged. Gerry made sure the part was fixed. He also took the time to show me how the work all the bells and whistles before I left. As long as the customer service lives up to the salesmanship, I am confident that I am a customer for life.

Tom's Ford came to the rescue when I needed to quickly find a new vehicle. Bill matched me with a 2014 Focus hatchback that is perfect for my needs plus fun to drive. Had an appointment to look at a used Mustang convertible (I'm a Mustang enthusiast) and when I got there the car was there in the front. So I go in and I'm thinking wow they have it all ready for me to look at and test drive. I ask to see the sales rep who I had spoken to days before and made the appointment with and they get him. So we're chit-chatting while he's waiting for someone else to pull up the car and then the car comes up to the front door. We then go out for me to look at the car and take it for a ride when another sales rep comes running out and says I cant look at the car because he just sold it. To my disbelief, I tell them I had an appointment from days ago and even provided them with my phone# just in case of anything. The rep that sold the car then basically says well thats too bad and gets in the car and drives off. Really? Are you kidding? Is this how you treat people and the kind of customer service you provide. I've been going to this dealership for years to service my existing Mustang, which now, needless to say, I will NEVER be going back to. Toms Ford you just lost a loyal customer because of this lack of communication and poor customer experience!

I was in the market for a new vehicle had been looking at the Ford Escape for years and finally decided to look more seriously. I built the Escape with the features I wanted on line and sent it to Tom's Ford for two reasons, 1.) they were close by, and 2.) most importantly I had positive experience with them on a previous new car purchase many years ago. I was first contacted by their internet sales rep Terry, who after several weeks of working located a vehicle very similar to the one I built on line. The Escape was at another dealer, prior to having it brought over to Tom's I came in for a test drive in a comparably built Escape. This is when I met Marc, the salesman I dealt with for the remainder of the purchase. Marc was great, very professional, friendly and courteous. He went over the Escape in detail prior to and during the test drive. After a very positive test drive I agreed upon a purchase price and Marc took care of transferring the vehicle to Tom's and ensuring that I had everything I wanted on the Escape. Marc contacted me when the vehicle was ready, when I arrived we went over the vehicle again and finalized the paperwork. When Marc and I were done I was introduced to Scott who went over all the financing and extended service plans with me in detail ensuring I had the coverage I wanted and no more. Prior to my leaving Marc went over the Escape again, it was a lot to take in and I was certain I would have questions later. Marc assured me he would be available to answer any questions I might have at any time and to not hesitate to contact him. There was no pressure at any time from start to finish and everyone I encountered was focused on ensuring I had a positive experience. I am happy to have selected Tom's to purchase the vehicle, was not disappointed and look forward to a good working relationship in the future for maintenance on the Escape and future purchases. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I'm torn. I origanally rated Tom's Ford service center a one star, the lowest rating, because i did have a negative experience when I brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change. A mistake was made by the employee. That wasn't my issue, though, as we all make mistakes. My issue was the way the employees at the service center reacted when i questioned the mistake made. I left very upset and angry. However, after posting my original negative review on this website, I was contacted by a service manager from Tom's Ford who finally validated my concerns. He was very apologetic for how I was treated and is working with me to make up for my negative experience. Because of this, I'm willing to give Tom's Ford service center one more shot. I'm hoping this experience was a one-time thing and that it will be positive the next time.

What an excellent experience I had at Tom's Ford. I am very glad I picked this dealer. My parents had a horrible experience with another dealer that I was interested it in. Me and my dad was looking around on the lot by the Fiestas and Focus, originally planning on getting a Fiesta. Jim came to us and ask very polite if we needed help. We asked him if they had an performance blue Fiesta hatchback sitting around. He told us he was going to check to find out. It turned out that it was still incoming to the dealer and would arrive on November 3, 2013. We thanked him for looking it up for us and told us if we need anything us, just call him. So a few weeks after that and more extra research, I decided to get a 2014 Focus SE Hatchback and boy I am glad I did. Me and my dad asked for Jim and boy this man is excellent. Made everything very easy to understand and pleasurable. There was no-nonsense in anything that happen. Scott from finance was also excellent. He gave everything in plain site and did not BS at all. Both men were very very friendly and hopefully down in the future I can do business with them again. To sum things up, gotta love the fact there was hardly and fees that really boosted the price of the car. The doc fee of $45.00 is amazing compare to other dealers who charge 300+ more bucks. Walked into Tom's to check out a new F-150 with plans of saving my money for another time, but the staff ended up really helping me out and giving me a price that allowed me to get my new truck a week later! Matt was super friendly and worked with me for hours to find the perfect truck and Marc made an awesome effort to make delivery asap. Scott, the finance guy was also very informative and patient. Overall I had a great experience and will be returning!

This is the 2nd car I leased from Toms Ford. I leased a 2012 Ford Edge a couple of years ago and I loved it, but the lease was almost over so I turned it in for the Early Bird Program. Enrique Cuzzi was great in explaining how the program worked to me and processed everything for me within a matter of minutes. Marc Brennan was my salesman again as he was last time and once again he was helpful and professional. He did everything possible to get me exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.He even got the ball rolling on the paper work hours before I came in so the whole process of getting my new 2014 Ford Escape took no more than an hour from beginning to end.At the end, I dealt with Scott Nusbaum in finance and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.He explained everything to me in detail and had me laughing the entire time. Overall, the service I have always received from Toms Ford over the past two years has been friendly and professional. I am already enjoying my Ford Escape and I have no doubt I will be dealing with Toms for many more years to come..

From the initial phone call to Tom's Ford right through the purchase process and pick-up of new vehicle, the experience at Tom's Fords was as pleasant as it could be, given the anxiety of such a purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted by Matt and made comfortable. We were then introduced to Scott Adeler who explained the nature of hybrid vehicles and had us test drive one. Scott spent as much time as we needed throughout the process. At no time did we feel pressured to purchase and there was no "hard sell" that we experienced at other dealerships. We are now enjoying a Ford Fusion hybrid and love the car. We are amazed there is not more press given to Hybrid vehicles as we are already saving a fortune on gas. Kudos to Scott and Tom's Ford of Keyport.

My wife and I went into this dealership to turn in our 2011 ford escape and lease a new 2014 escape. We were greeted immediately by Michael Deblasi, a very friendly, patient and courteous man. We told him what models we were interested in and he went right to work. He made us feel very comfortable with no pressure. Michael went to the lot and picked out several escapes (2) that met our criteria. We test drove the 2 and picked out what we would like to get prices on. At that point we were introduced to Enrico Cuzzi. He was courteous, understanding and friendly. We told him our concerns with pricing and our budget needs. He came back with the two amounts for the two different models we liked. The day of the the pickup we met Scott Nusbaum. He too was very friendly & understanding and worked with us to explain all the forms we had to sign. We got done in a short time with going over the paperwork and then back to picking up the car. Michael went over the whole car with us and knew what he was doing. As we were doing that Enrico and Scott both came out to congratulate us and our purchase. We are extremely happy how this dealership operates. Michael, Enrico, & Scott really worked hard at making this purchase come together. They are excellent at their jobs and we thank them for all they did for us.

THE WORST DEALER IN MONMOUTH COUNTY FOR REPAIR SERVICE. We changed the battery on our 2010 Fusion. As soon as the battery was hooked up the air conditioning stopped working. We went on-line and found that this is a common issue with the Fusion. When we took the car to Tom's they tried to charge us $600 to fix it. When we complained they told us to pick-up the car, as they would not repair it. Every time you take the car to Tom's for service they try and jack you up on repair costs. We are calling Ford Motor Company to lodge a complaint.

Took about 6 hours to finally get to see finance. After getting home I realized I never asked for a car fax. And yes my mistake car was in a big accident. I guess they got one over me. And after driving for 20 miles i realized there was a squeeking sound coming from the car. Turns out the dealership failed to realize the wider back tires were on the front of the car and were rubbing.

When first walking into the dealership I noticed how friendly the employees are. I was very happy buying my Edge from Tom's Ford. I had a great experience with dealing with sales and finance. It was the least amount of pressure buying a car that i ever had. The service department also was great when I needed my oil changed. It was nice having the shuttle driver drive me home and pick me up while my car was getting the service done.

My husband and I went to Toms Ford as it was recommended by our Mechanic (which we visited often due to all the issues our old '97 truck was having). Our repairs were going to be more than our truck was worth so we went looking for a used SUV. Mike greeted us and showed us all around - at used and new SUV's. He explained how Leasing worked vs purchasing a used vehicle. We was very friendly, detailed, and patient with us. We test drove the Ford Edge and fell in love. So much that we traded in our old vehicle and drove off in "Mallory" (we named her) that very same day! We now feel so safe knowing our 3mo and 3yr old are in a save vehicle and are thrilled with all the features our brand new Edge has. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend to everyone. Both myself and my wife are always impressed with the cordialness of all of the employee's at Tom's Ford. We are always greeted with a smile and a "how are you". We joke about the memories of some of the staff as a salesperson I've never worked (Rod Anderson) with but always takes the time to start a conversation with me, actually remembered I had an injury the last time I was in for service. And then there's Debbie Wagner who remembered my wife's hair color being different from the last time she saw her which was over three years prior. Considering we have bought one vehicle and leased two with Tom's over the last 4 years, and during the overall process of shopping, test driving then the negotiation of price we've never felt pressured. Our recent trip to Tom's had me make an appointment for 10am on a Saturday w/ Debbie and when we got there she was waiting for my wife and I and had numerous Ford Edge's ready for us to look at. This was the second time we worked with Debbie and after finializing the deal it's was like working with someone you could call a friend. Honestly, I compared dealing with car dealerships like going to a dentist. You hate going but you have to go even though you know it's going to hurt. I (we) don't feel like that working with Tom's Ford. Tom's Ford is a dealership I would and I have referred others to shop at.

My experience with Tom's Ford had been a very pleasant one. I had lost my car during Superstorm Sandy and was desperate to replace my car as soon as possible. I wanted to replace my used car with another (decent) used car. After an entire day of searching dealership after dealership, I had just about given up on finding a decent car. My father had bought a used Ford Fusion from Tom's Ford a few weeks prior and was very pleased with the business. He had mentioned that I may find a car there, as a last-ditch effort. So, my last stop of the day was Tom's Ford, and I not only left with a car, but with a brand new Ford Focus! I am extremely pleased with the outcome, and the process was surprisingly smooth and painless. Between my wonderful and informative salesman, to the helpful and informative finance manager, I left the dealership confident and safe knowing that I had made the right decision leasing from them. Besides the individuals I worked with personally, the entire staff were helpful and friendly without being overbearing and pushy. The atmosphere of the dealership seemed relaxed and stree-free, unlike many other dealerships where you feel pressured to buy and you have a dozen salesman at your feet. I would definitely recommend buying/leasing from Tom's Ford. I was extremely pleased with the outcome, and I'm sure you will too!

I leased a f150 Harley Davidson from a local dealership in Staten Island on Oct 13 on Oct 29 the truck was totaled due to hurricane Sandy.I found out that what i was leasing the truck for was a ridiculous price.I went on google to do some pricing Charlie Schaub was the first to contact me via emails at my request.HE was very professional and made me feel comfortable.He put together a deal which was 175 dollars a month less than my original payment.At that point he led me to Enrico Cuzzi who carried the ball that rest of the way. Enrico couldn't have done a better job for me he made everything very easy.He told myself and my wife to feel free to call him at anytime and not once did either one of us feel as if we were bothering him.If he were busy he would return our call as soon as he could and was prompt.I have leased as well as bought many new cars in my life and as dealers often get a bad reputation these guys are a 360 degree opposite of that.they should be highly commended and rewarded and i will recommend them to any of my friends who are interested in the ford on lincoln market. Just purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 pickup and leased a 2013 Ford Escape,we worked with MIke as we had previously bought a used car from him. Both times were smooth and stress free,he is one of the nicest guys you could meet,not the least bit pushy and he know so much about Ford vehicles ! Walked in to the dealership with a car in mind and color but after the professional experience that Enrico has he showed me a different color that cought my eye worked on the price for me if I had any question he new exactly how to answer them professionally very very happy after getting my new ford fusion witch I love he went over the whole car with me step by step and he new his stuff its like he made the car lol I would defiantly 200% recommend Erico to anyone for sales and also the dealership. I purchased a 2013 Mustang GT from Tom's Ford. Let me start by saying that this was not my first new vehicle as I have purchased from different manufactures in the past. The sales PROFESSIONAL I had the pleasure of dealing with was Enrico Cuzzi. My beautiful 2009 Ford Fusion, purchased at Tom's Ford in 2009 was flooded and totaled by Sandy. My experience with Tom's Ford with the initial sale and the service visits of my car over the years were all extremely positive. They earned my trust so when I needed to replace my car I immediately called my friends at Tom's Ford. I never even considered buying anything other than a Ford from any other place but Tom's. They spent a lot of time finding the 2013 Fusion Titanium I am now driving. I didn't even have to go to the dealership until the day I picked up the car. They handled everything for me over the phone. I have dealt with several other dealerships in my life and the experiences were never that good. I can't say enough about how well managed this place is and what a great team they have there. They understand the value of great customer service. I highly recommend this dealership. I travel from Staten Island to the dealership in Keyport, NJ for every oil change.

I went to Toms ford looking for a crossover/suv. previous to this i already looked at 4 different makes at 4 dealers. I encountered various sales pitches and sales tactics.I did not feel comfortable with these dealers. I tried Toms Ford and was met by Debbie Wagner. She was very knowledgeable and honest with her answers. She did not try to pressure me into higher end models. She listened very carefully to what I wanted in a Car and steered Me in the right direction.I felt very at ease during this process. Everything that she said was backed up by the sales manager with no hesitation. The meeting with the Finance Manager was also pleasure. Again an extremely knowledgeable individual who made Me feel right at home. The entire sales process at Toms Ford was Stress Free. The atmosphere could not be any friendlier. When I picked up My SUV, all the individuals that I worked with helped put car Mats into the Vehicle. We jokingly bantered around. I truly felt like I was amongst Friends. I can't say this enough. The Toms Ford Team made My buying experience a pleasure.

Over the years I've purchased a number of cars and trucks from many differenf dealers Toms ford and mike made the entire experiance easy. They worked with me and helped after I lost two cars in super storm Sandy. When I took possesion of the car and drove it to work appox 37 miles I noticed that there was a lot of viberation in the front end I mentioned this to Mike when I went to Toms to pick up my plates and reg. Mike took me over to the service dept where they check and corrected the problem. I strongly recommend Toms Ford and will deffenitly be back.

Talk about no hassles - this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I have never felt so at ease during my decision to lease a vehicle. I dealt with a wonderful sales-rep, Debbie Wagner, who was able to help me better understand which product actually suited me best, and did so intuitively and without any pressure. She did her best to accommodate me within my budget, applying all applicable discounts and incentives from Ford, in an effort to make this deal a reality. Overall experience for buying a car was fantastic. Had a great selection and price was comfortable. I didnt feel like I was getting a 'steal' but you get what you pay for and we got a great car. I had second thoughts about the brakes on the car and Mike took it in immediately and had them cleaned and looked at. Also have a shuttle service to drop you at home and pick you up while you wait. We financed through another company and there was a lot of confusion but overall it went smoothly. I woukld definetly shop at Tom's Ford again.

From the very start of my process in looking for a car I wanted to purchase and all the way to the end Charley went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. After going through different options and having all the information I would need he went even further. He listened to me and knew what I wanted wasn't available at Tom's Ford, he searched to find my perfect car. He didn't stop there, I know it was a process to get this car and he was a part of the process in making sure I got it. Just having Charley to work with made me want to buy my car from Tom's ford and I was willing to wait for the car to make that happen. Following meeting Charley I met Ken. He is also a huge reason behind my decision that I absolutely had to buy from Tom's Ford. He was so personable I felt like I had always known him. He talked to me as I feel he would someone he cared about. We talked daily, even on his days off because he wanted make sure I was OK, he knew I was nervous. He made sure I got what I wanted, I know not because of the actual sale but because he wanted me to get exactly what I wanted. He wanted me to be truly happy and I now am more than I could have expected not just for my car but for the experience in dealing with Ken. Matt was great because he was called upon to help in showing me how to work different things in my new car that I wouldn't have been able to on my own! He was just as friendly and personable and continued to make my experience at Tom's Ford fantastic. I am grateful not only for my perfect car but for the experience I was fortunate to have in purchases her all around! This was our second purchase from Ken. We found Ken completely by accident 2 years ago when we visited the dealer only because they had a car on the lot we were interested in. My wife and I purchased her Lincoln from him 2 years ago. The thing that struck both of us was fact that we felt completely comfortable with Ken, he never pressured us, actually listed to what our needs were, asked all the right questions and placed us with the best car for us, even if it wasn't exactly what we visioned when we walked in. When I decided to replace my car this year, there was very little doubt we were going back to Ken. Once again he took the time to ask all the right questions and place me with the car that was right for me. Ken went above and beyond to get us the right deal and had no problems working with me on the last second modifications I kept throwing at him. Ken takes the time to make sure your familiar with your vehicle when you come to pick it up and he even Color Code's all the important sections of your owners manual for you so that you can quickly address an issue when you are not at the dealership. I picked up my new Fusion from him on Saturday and I can guarantee that when my wife's lease is up next year will be back at Tom's Ford dealing with Ken again. BTW we live in Bridgewater NJ, and have to drive almost 40 minutes to get to Tom's, have many Ford dealers closer to us, but will only deal with Ken and Tom's Ford.

Ken Gann spent 3 hours with my wife and myself detailing all aspects of the Ford Explorer and the various packages that were available during our initial visit to the dealership. At no time did Kenny look at this watch or pressure us that he had other commitments. Ken was available via email/text/mobile/direct phone for all our follow-up questions and worked to find a car that matched our exact specifications. Ken was great to work throughout the complete process.

I had been to another dealer, where they did a "bait and switch" on me. I feel no need to mention that dealer. So I went to Tom's, where I had bought my previous truck in 2004. Kenn was helpful, knowledgable, and very straight forward when dealing with pricing options. I did not get the "car salesman" vibe at all. I would deal with Tom's again, and I would recommend dealing with Kenn.

I was referred to Debbie and Tom's Ford from another customer who had a positive experience with her as well. I had dealt with many dealerships over the years and always felt like I was in the shark tank- what a contrast with Tom's Ford! From the first interaction through final negotiation, Debbie offered the most genuinely warm and friendly customer service. I never once felt pressured or cajoled to buy. She was not only extremely knowledgable, but worked closely with my fiancee to tailor a deal that worked for me. I cannot fully express how thankful I am to Debbie for making it possible to drive away with a fantastic car and what a pleasant experience the entire interaction was. I personally recommend that if you are in the market for the brands of vehicles they sell that you save time and aggravation and just go to Tom's Ford- a matter of fact, I hadn't even considered a Ford Fusion until we spoke to Debbie and I am elated with both the vehicle and the personalized deal I received. I highly recommend Tom's Ford and Marc Brennan as your salesperson. This is my second purchase, and I feel like the dealership and the salesperson will be my life-long go-to's for my car. The dealership itself is very nice. The atmosphere is friendly, which makes it easy and comfortable when looking for a new car. Everyone in the dealership is friendly and says hello to you. I took my first vehicle into the service department for oil changes and found the service department to have the same sort of professionalism. My salesperson Marc was very thorough in explaining everything to me about my new car. He offers a continued relationship to you with himself and the dealership after the purchase of your car..he was really helpful in saying to let him know if I ever needed anything or had any questions. I think it is always a bonus to do business and work with someone that you just genuinely like, and that's how I felt about going through the deal wtih Marc. This dealership is family owned, and the family owned feeling very much oomes out when your picking your vehicle, and going through the financial process. Highly recommended!

it was time to turn my lease and decided to go to Tom's since it is close to home. I've been leasing vehicles since 1997, and Tom's stands out. The place is clean and professional. Enrico was available as soon as I walked in the door. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. We took a test drive where he explained all the new features in the Fusion I was interested in. Once my decsion was made, hegot everything ready. He even called my insurance company to transfer my coverage - a first for me! Since it would a bit to get the ready to leave, I decided to wait in the waiting area. While waiting, I also saw how attentive Tom's treats their service customers - which is why I'll be taking the car back anytime I need service. When my car was ready, Enrico once again explained all the features of the touch screen. He was great. My experience at Tom's was great - I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford product.

After 14 years, 200k miles and quite a few repair bills on my old Dodge pickup, it was time for a new one. I was impressed with the new EcoBoost motor so I decided on a new Ford F150. I built my new truck on Ford's web site and then clicked find my truck. I was contacted by a sale person from Fullerton Ford, (my local dealer) and was just given lip service and from his attitude I could tell he really couldn't be bothered. "Yeah come down to the dealership and we'll see what we can do". I called Malouf Ford, same thing. Hmmm seems like no one really cared to make a sale of $40,000. Go figure!! I searched through all the central Jersey dealers for what I was looking for. I made several other calls to Liccardi Ford and Flemington Ford and still the same attitude from the sales reps. I finally came across Tom's Ford in Keyport. Charlie Schaub took my call. I told Charlie I found what I was looking for on their web site. Unfortunately he said that truck was on order and about 3 weeks to a month away from arriving at the dealership. Not to worry he said, I'll find your truck for you. Right there on my first call to Tom's Ford he started searching through other dealers inventory and found my truck!! Unbelievable!!Charlie told me he'd have the truck by mid week, (this was a Saturday when I called). We agreed on a price and terms and then he handed me over to Enrico Cuzzi to finalize the details. Enrico and Charlie for that matter, are very professional and knowledgeable about what they do. I was at ease with both of them right from the start. Enrico gets on the phone and in less than 5 minutes everything was done!!That Tuesday I get a call from Charlie saying unfortunately that truck was sold and he had a couple others lined up that would suit my needs. He took the time to go over all the trucks he had found and answered all of my questions. He finally found my truck in Delaware. They sent a driver down to pick it up the next day!! All of this going on and I never stepped foot in the dealership!!With my work schedule I couldn't pick it up until Saturday. Ok no problem, what time would you like to pick it up? (This is a car dealer bending over backwards for me??!!) He went over everything they were going to do to ready the truck for me. Complete detail, make sure everything is in top notch form and fill the tank. Wait a minute I said. You're going to fill a 36 gallon gas tank?? Charlie sounded a little surprised by my question. I told him with every single vehicle I've bought in the past 30 years, I've had to drive from the dealership and find a gas station QUICK! He told me they do that for every single customer!! Unheard of in this industry!!I arrive at Tom's Ford an hour late and guess what? No problem again. I see my new baby right in front of the door and it's gorgeous!! Having never met Enrico before he comes out and said you must be Bob. I guess he could tell from my ear to ear grin. What a nice guy. We walked around the truck as he pointed out various features about it. We went inside to take care of the paperwork. Oh boy, here it comes, 3 hours of waiting while the forms are produced. Nope wrong again. All the paperwork was ready and waiting for me to sign. I was in and out of the finance office in less than 5 minutes!! Honest!!Usually this is when they throw you the keys and say have a nice day. Nope, wrong again. Enrico takes me out and goes over every single little thing about the truck. With a showroom full of people he takes about a half an hour of his time to acquaint me with my new truck. A couple of fist bumps and a buddy hug and I'm good to go!!I can't begin to say enough good things about Tom's Ford, Charlie Schaub and Enrico Cuzzi. You guys are the best. Thank you so very much for such a pleasant truck buying experience!! You have a customer for life and I will tell anyone who will listen that Tom's Ford is the place to buy your next vehicle. I had never even seen this dealership before I purchased a car there, but after visiting them I soon found out why they won the dealership of the year award. I primarily dealt with Marc Brennan the salesman I bought the car from. He went out of his way to make me happy even going as far as buying touch up paint for me out of his own pocket, when I was disappointed to find it was not included with the car.In general in was the quickest and easiest car purchase I ever made and they deleivered on all promises made without my having to ask twice.It is an extremely friendly dealership, and not one person walked by me, my wife or my son without saying hello. The other salesmen all greeted us knowing full well I was already dealing with another salesman.When we picked up the car that I bought for my son, a number of other salesmen came over to give us tips about the car and some advice to my son on how to drive it.These included Ron Anderson and Ken Gann. Also I need to especially mention Charley Schaub who owned a year earlier version of the car we purshased. He spent a lot of time with us giving additonal information and telling us about some of the things he did with his car, that we might want to consider.Overall I would have to say that this experience is not what I am use to when visiting a car dealer. Even though the new thinking at some dealers is not to apply pressure, none of the ones I visited showed the friendliness of Marc, Charley and the others at Tom's Ford. Based on this, I expect to find similar treatment when I start using the service department.

The whole experience starting with Marc Brennan our salesman, his knowledge of explaining everything in detail, putting us at ease from the start. Walking into the dealership everyone was very professional and courteous. The interior of the dealership was very inviting, as soon as we walked into it. The tour of the service department and Marc's explaining how it would work, regarding service, was very impressive. The service department was immaculate. The price of the vehicle was also wonderful, and the way the vehicle rides is spectacular. Tom's Ford had the exact Escape we were looking for when none of the Long Island dealers did. They beat all the other dealers on price, and were a pleasure to deal with. Angelina Colangeli and Enrico Cuzzi were our sales persons. They were efficient, informative and helpful in every aspect of our purchase. This is my second time buying a new vehicle on my own as a single female so I had an idea of what to expect in regard to purchasing a new vehicle; unfortunately from past experience I was not looking forward to the process. I am happy to report that my experience at Tom's Ford was a positive experience. Tom's Ford and in particular my sales professional Marc Brennan made the process of purchasing a new vehicle positive and without aggrovation. Marc treated me with the utmost respect and took the time to assist me in selecting the vehicle I wanted. Since I was uncertain of all the ins and outs of the body type and features I wanted in my new vehcile, Marc sat with me and reviewed in detail all the trims and packages offered in the Ford Escape. I never felt pressured or as if I was getting the "salesmans pitch" just informative information that would assist me in building the vehicle I wanted. Once I selected all the features I wanted in the 2012 Ford Escape Marc assured me that if Tom's didnt have the vehicle in inventory, he'd find it for me. Marc was excellent in keeping me up to date in regard to finding the vehicle. I recieved daily phone calls from him to update me on same. As far as the purchase price of the vehicle, Marc and the finance department at Tom's Ford were able to work with me in regard to negotiating the best price to fit my budget. The day I picked up the vehicle I sat with Keith Ozut finace manager to complete all the financial paperwork. Keith was friendly and answered all my questions regarding financing and explained in detail all the paperwork I reviewed and signed. Needless to say this experience of purchasing 2012 Ford Escape Limited from Tom's Ford in Keyport has been excellent. I highly recommend if you're in the market for a new vehicle you visit the friendly, honest, workable sales professionals at Tom's Ford!!!!

I was in the market for a 2012 F150 Raptor. I live close to All American Ford and contacted them numerous times to let them know I was interested in making a purchase. When I finally received a phone call back ( 2 weeks later )they tried to push me towards one that was on their lot, different color, wrong options. So through a collegaue at work I was introduced to Keith and Enrico. They immediately asked what color, options, etc I was looking for. They had me come down to the shop explained to me that they searched far and wide for the specific truck I wanted but there was not one available. They suggested I order the truck and it would take 2 to 3 months for delivery. The vehicle was delivered exactly 2 months to the day of the original purchase order. The vehicle was detailed and ready to pick up that same evening. Keith handled my paprwork, was extremely detailed as well as professional. Enrico gave me the "grand tour" of my new vehicle and left no stone unturned. I have never had an easier purchase experience than what I had at Tom's Ford. As for the truck.......AWESOME!

The lease was up on my 2010 Ford Fusion. Since the time of the last contract my situation had changed very dramaticlly. The company I had worked for lost the contract at the site location I had worked for the past eight years. The good news was the winning company asked me to stay on but at a much lower salary. Everyone knows what the economey is like and most people will say, "Your lucky you have a job!"Well I was certain that a 2012 Ford Fusion was out of the question. I was looking at the Ford Focus which I wasn't entirely happy about. Well thanks to Mike Bastedo and Marty Marotta in lease finance they understood what I was going through and did everything in their power to get me into a 2012 Ford Fusion. We had a wonderful experience dealing with Rod Anderson of Tom's Ford. Living three and a half hours away in Connecticut, we did virtually the entire transaction over the phone or via email. While this is obviously not the norm for most people, we mention it only to point out the professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness of the customer service you receive even if you are not right there on the showroom floor. We negotiated a very competitive price for the car, as well as for our trade-in. When we arrived to pick up our new Fusion Sport, Rod was waiting for us with a friendly smile and a firm handshake. With the able assistance of Business Manager Scott Nusbaum, the paperwork to close the deal proceeded smoothly and efficiently. The service department did a great job prepping the car and had it ready to go at the agreed upon time. As we were leaving the dealership to head back to Connecticut, Rod asked us to stop by if we were in the area again in the future and you could tell he wasn't just saying it; he really meant it. Overall, we were very impressed with Rod Anderson and the entire team at Tom's Ford which made for an excellent new car buying experience. We highly recommend Tom's Ford.

When it came time to get a loan there was some challenges, but Scott Nusbaum never gave up even when it seemed like I wasn't going to get approved Scott went the extra mile and made it happen. Besides the courteous and friendly service we received, there were no outragous fees and charges added on to our purchase. We searched extensively for a new vehicle, and all dealerships we went to had a laundry list of fees and surcharges associated with buying their brand... not at Tom's Ford. We came in to test drive a new Ford Escape or Edge and were interested in leasing or financing, whichever would be cheaper.. Got a call from Marc after he saw my interest on the website. Toms Ford was the 4th dealer we had been to that week and quite frankly at that point we were tired and leery of sleazy salespeople who just want to get you in the door and then lie about what they have. As soon as we entered Toms Ford and met Marc, we could see this would be a different experience. From the comfortable waiting room with TV and the coffee/hot chocolate machine, not to mention the friendly receptionist, this was already like going from black and white to color.Marc greeted us and within minutes had a 2012 Ford Escape waiting for us to test. My husband, myself and Marc all got in the car and I drove it for a few blocks. All the while, Marc was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered anything we asked about it. In the end, we felt although it was a decent car, we just wanted something a little roomier and with better pickup.We asked about the AWD Edge and Marc said it was not such a huge gap in price, so it is worth looking at. We said we didnt have time to test it that day as we needed to get home for our son and Marc was totally fine with that and said come back whenever you want.We promised we would be back in the morning and the next morning he had the 2012 Edge waiting for me to test. We instantly loved it and again, Marc was able to explain all of the aspects of it, even the confusing touch screen computer system.We sat down with Marc and Alex the sales manager with some numbers and within an hour, we agreed on a price for a monthly lease for 24 months including trading in our car to them.it was exactly what we could afford and we left happy, knowing Marc would be on the lookout for a black Edge for me since I wanted that color and they didn't have it on the lotHe did call me in a couple of days to say he located one and within a week, I was picking up my new 2012 tuxedo black metallic AWD 6 cyl Edge with only 95 miles on it (they drive it from NY from another dealer)A couple of days later, I was back there signing papers and all went really smoothly. There was not one penny on the contracts that differed from the amounts we discussed. Keith in finance explained everything to me perfectly and within a couple of hours I drove the car home.The next day I had an issue syncing my cell with the computer in the car so we drive it into the service department to check it out. Sue,my service manager did all she could to correct the issue but the only solution was to reset the system which they did.Needless to say, I was upset that the car had already had an issue in less than 24 hours. Both Alex's in service jumped to my rescue and called a rental car to take me and my husband home so that their general manager could have time to look at the car the next day and see if he could do something for us.Well by the time we got home, I got a call from Larry Doremus Sr, the VP and general manager asking me what happened. What struck me was that Larry was home on his day off and took that time to call me. He could have easily waited until he was in the office the next day but he chose to reach out to us sooner than that which made a big impression on us. Long story short, we met with Larry the next day and he did everything he could to make things right with us and keep us as happy customers. We are keeping our Edge and so far we are very happy with that decision. I buy a new car every 2-3 years, so I have many dealership experiences under my belt. The experience I had yesterday at Tom's Ford in Keyport, NJ was by far, one of the best experiences I have had. Tom's is not my local dealership, as I live in Staten Island, NY. However, I heard of their reputation, and after visiting my local dealership, I decided to take the short 30 minute trip over the bridge to Jersey. Well, let me tell you, it was well worth the experience. First, the phone experience with Charlie, the internet salesman, was excellent. He was well informed and made everything clear to me. Then when I arrived, I was greeted at the door by Marc Brennan, and the car was ready for a test drive. The car and the terms were exactly what they described to me over the phone. The trade in value on my vehicle more than pleased me, and the overall courtesy and professionalism of Marc Brennan, my salesman, were everything you could want but don't usually get in a new car dealer experience.The car was prepped thoroughly, Marc explained everything clearly about the car, the service area was shown and the procedures explaineded, and the bottom line on the deal beat any other proposal I had received at other dealships.Ford Motor Co. should be proud of this dealership, as they set the example of what every dealership should be.I highly recommend Tom's Ford and their salesman Marc Brennan!

I went to Tom's Ford because of there large inventory of F-150 pickup trucks. They had the exact truck that I wanted so I stopped in one night and met salesman Vinny Pace. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I told him I was very interested in the truck as long as I got a decent loan with no gimmicks. Well that is exactly what I got , Vinny gave me a great price and Scott Nusbaum got me great financing. These guys are straight forward and make for a great experience. I worked with Enrico & from the start he was very informative about the autos that we were looking at. We were looking for an AWD sedan vehicle with very low mileage. We started out looking for a Ford Fusion AWD which they didn't have in stock . So Enrico mentioned the Lincoln MKZ which we took for a test drive. Enrico was able to explain all of the features of the vehicle & the vehicle rode beautifully. Once done there was no high pressure sale but there was fair negotiation. This was my first car bought from Tom's but not my last. Also I've had an experience with the service department as well & I have to say that it was an A+. It was fast & efficient . The shuttle service was excellent & Pat was very friendly.

I actually love a dealership. First time ever.... I have walked into a dealer and felt like the SA were helpful and encouraging. They were not just trying to sell you a vehicle. We walked away and came back later. No pressure. They actually knew their stuff. Our SA was Enrico and he was a very cool guy. He took us for our test drive and showed us all the new features our Edge had to offer. When we went to sign the paperwork, there was also a children's play area in the lounge. Finally a place that caters to families. I would gladly go back to have my SUV serviced and feel comfortable to wait in the lounge with my kids. Some of the SA even stopped to speak to my children. I also liked it was very clean place, inside and out.

Considering I had been to numerous dealerships over the last few months trying to decide what car I wanted next and when I finally settled on the 2012 Ford Mustang at first I went to Dana Ford since I live in Staten Island. What a mistake that was, they're sales reps that I dealt with were very cold and snide, they tried to tell me that they did a search and that there were no Base V6 models in black or kona blue in the entire Northeast and that I would have to special order it and it would take 6-8 weeks to get it in. They then proceeded to push me towards a higher end mustang that cost more and was a color I didnt even like, not to mention they gave me an inaccurate price quote and then before I left they brought over the manager to try and tell me I should make a decision quick because someone else just took it out for a test drive right after me which was B.S. So after a horrible experience there I search the nearest Ford Dealers and came across Tom's Ford Lincoln. What a complete 180 turn from the experience i had at Dana Ford. Charlie Schaub and Vinny Pace provided an experience that every car buyer hopes for when shopping for a car. They were the utmost professionals, extremely friendly, and absolutely unwavering in their effort to get me the car I wanted and needed in several days. They originally were suppose to be getting the model and color I wanted but it wasnt going to arrive at the dealership in time for when I was leaving for vacation. So after I came in and we sat down and discuss what I was looking to spend and the what the figures would be, Vinny and myself quickly came to an amicable agreement within several minutes. As a result, I left a deposit and they were able to locate several other Ford dealers that had the car I wanted on their lots and they were going to be able to do dealer swap with a dealership in Philadelphia, but then we hit a bump in the road. Charlie had drove down to Philly to pick up the car and it turns out that that dealership had backed out of the agreement to swap and sold the car right out from under them so it was not looking good for me to be able to get the car in time. But due to Vinny and Charlie's relentess effort they were able to locate another Mustang in South Jersey for me and made it possible for me to still be able to take delivery the day before I was leaving for vacation. The final paperwork process went very smoothly and Vinny then proceeded to take time out to go out to the car with me and sit and explain how every thing worked in the car, about different features and about having Ford's 24hr roadside assistance for any problems I may run into. Overall it was absolutely pleasureable experience and would highly recommend anyone living in the Tri-State area looking for a Ford or Lincoln, that they go to Tom's in Keyport, NJ and surely ask for Charlie and Vinny if they are looking for the smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience instead of the headaches that usually come with buying a new car.

When I purchased my escape on 6/22 I also purchased 3 add on (running boards, hitch, auto starter). These were supposed to be in the following week. No call from salesperson. I called & left a message, no return call. I called again the following week and left a message again, no return call. I called and asked for the sales manager, got his vm and my salesperson finally returned my call and said the parts were in. I scheduled service for today (Saturday) at 7am. At 7:40, I was told that service doesn't have my purchased parts. Again called the salesperson, waited 1 1/2 hrs, no return call, called the sales manager. Spoke to my sales person, he will check it out an call back within 1 hour. Waited 1 1/2 hrs, no return call, I called & left a message again. No return call with 1/2 hr, called the sales manager again. My salesman finally called back and said the parts were just ordered, and should be in next week.

After dealing with many not so great dealers over the years, I decided that it was time to avoid them and try a dealer that other people were raving about. At first I was a bit suspicious of the reviews I was reading. They could be fakes that were put here to pump up the dealers rep. Well; after going to Tom's; I can tell you that these great reviews are real.After owning a couple of Mustang GTs back in the early 90s and loving them, I figured it was time for a new one again. Maybe another GT? So I walk into the showroom and spot a Kona Blue Shelby GT500 sitting right in the middle of the sales floor. I immediately realize that I could be in trouble. Somehow, the thought of buying a plain old GT went out of my mind.As I am standing there a pleasant, tall gentleman says hello and then Debbie comes over with a big smile and offers her help. It seemed everyone was smiling and happy to be there. How could you not like being in an environment like that?I think I half heartedly asked if there were any GTs available and was told there weren't any but there were more coming. That left me with only one course of action. Buy this Kona Blue Shelby but don't be too enthusiastic about it. Yeah, right!This is a scarce, premium car and I remember over the years seeing cars like this in dealer show rooms with dealer added stickers on the windows that were there to jack up the prices. Well, there was none of that here. Not only was it being offered at sticker, but I asked for a discount and got it. Needless to say, I bought it. I love these guys!Now I haven't driven a car with a manual transmission since the 1990s and after the car was prepped, Debbie offered to sit in the car with me and let me practice driving it around the lot. Is she brave or what? I noticed there were none of those sissy handles over the inside top of the door when I took off and Debbie went to grab the missing handle. LOL! Then she had me drive around the neighborhood a bit to get me to a point where I could drive home without having to call Ford's road side assistance.She also explained everything about the car and even set up my phone to work hands free. She also downloaded my contact list into the car. Everything works by voice command. Very cool!I could go on and on about my great experience at this dealership. But to make a long story short, I will end it here. One more thing though- one by one, everyone eventually came over to me and shook my hand and congratulated me on my new car. I imagine because it is a special car. But even so, I thought that was very nice of everyone.Before you go anywhere else, you should give them a shot. After all, you can always leave if you are not happy. But you wont.

After various extremely poor experiences at other Ford dealerships I searched online for Ford dealerships in my area and saw that Tom's Ford had gotten excellent reviews and after my experience I can see why they did. My only complaints are that they did not have the car I wanted in stock at the time and seemed as if they were trying to sell me on a different car just so they could make a quick sale another is that I feel that they tried to sell me the car I ordered at a relatively higher price than what the car was going for in the area although I do give them credit because when I brought this to their attention they did work with me to bring the price down a bit even though it was still a couple of hundred higher than average in the area. With that being said, I did not mind paying the higher price for my car because I know that at Tom's Ford I will get A+ quality service at their dealership and you really can't put a price on that.

My first contact with Toms Ford was with Vinny. My lease was almost up and I was leaning heavily towards purchasing my Mariner. I made an appointment with Vinny and he introduced me to Marty to explain my options. To buy or go into a new lease was the big question. Marty spelled out all the pros and cons, ran the numbers and gave me all the information needed to make a decission. Back to Vinny who listened to everything I wanted in my next car (and then some) and made it happen. Not to forget Scott who was responsible for what seemed like a bottomless pit of paperwork to be signed.It was all accomplished with a good sense of humor and no writers cramp. All 3 of these gentlemen made the car experience hassle free and truly a pleasure. I can honestly say I look forward to my next lease and working with them again. In the mean time I have 3 years to enjoy my Ford Escape.

We traded in our 08 Explorer for a new Edge. The salesman vinny was excellent. Very friendly and imformative. The process was quick and to the point. Only issue we are currently dealing with is a vehicle cleanliness issue. This was impart to a few hard to remove grease stains that were in the truck. There was one on the seat, visor, and door (the other day we also noticed a spot on the floor). We came in 2 weeks later to have the plates put on and to have the grease removed. They were not able to have the grease on the seat totally removed. They suspect that it was tar that got into the car from when the parking lot was paved. So now we have to come back "again" in like a week or so to see a fabric "specialist". I have no bad feelings toward our salesman bc he is totally doing what he can for us, but im extremely not happy with the quality of car that was given to us. When you pick up a new car you expect it to be immaculate, not dirty...and to have to go back to the dealer already going on twice in the first month is ridiculous. Oh and the all season floor mats were not in the car either (and for some reason ford only makes black all season mats, even tho we have a tan interior car,lol)

It took me a month to decide what car i wanted. Enrico Cuzzi our salesman was patient and always willing to help and answer questions. When i did decide the exact car (Ford Edge Limited) i wanted was not at the in stock at Toms but Enrico worked hard to locating it for me even calling dealers on his day off. I was given a fair price for my trade in and paid a fair price for my new car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They made what could be a horrible experience relatively painless and easy. I have my car one week and absolutely love it!! One extra point... Service does not stop after you purchase your vehicle and drive away. Since i am not familiar with all the gadgets my new car has i have called Enrico several times and he always answers my calls and explains what i am clueless about. He know's his stuff!!

I initially went to the Ford dealership in Staten Island where I live to purchase my 2011 Ford Explorer. I had very bad experience in the Staten Island Ford dealership. The office was run down, the sales men were inexperienced and they tried to force me into buying a car that I did not want at a higher price.My experience at Tom's Ford was much different. From the moment I walked through the doors I knew I was in good hands. The office was very professional looking and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My salesman Vinny Pace made my car buying experience very easy. He was honest, friendly, experienced and a down to earth guy. He got me the exact truck I wanted at the best price possible. The whole sales process from meeting Vinny to driving the truck home only took a few hours, because Tom's Ford took care of everything for me.I highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a Ford to go to Tom's Ford, even if you have to drive a few extra miles to get there.

I first visited another dealership and was not pleased with the service at all. They were not friendly and acted as if they didn't want to sell you a car. But then I came to Tom's and right away was greeted by helpful and friendly sales people that took the time to answer all of my questions. I test drove a Focus and fell in love with it. My finance process went smooth and I was well informed of my finance options and warranty deals. My first contact with Tom's Ford was through an internet price inquiry. That was quickly followed by return emails and phone contact. I made an appointment to visit the dealer for a test drive. We were able to drive a vehicle similar to the one we were looking for. We quickly arrived at a sales price and the new car arrived at the dealer in a few days. Pick-up was quick and easy. To Whom It May Concern,I had an excellent experience with Rod Anderson at Tom's Ford/Lincoln. It was a relatively quick and painless experience. Rod was very professional and informative. He understood clearly what I wanted at the onset, and was able to locate the best deal for me. The MKX I selected was not available at the time, and had to be ordered. Rod kept me updated continuously, and provided as much info as was available along the way, so that my insurance could be ready once the MKX arrived at the dealer. He was always available for any questions I had, and responded promptly. Once my MKX arrived, and we scheduled my pick-up, I brought my kids with me. Rod was very friendly towards them and made them feel very comfortable. He was very professional, courteous, knowledgable and friendly throughout the entire experience. I am sorry that I did not know about Tom's Ford/Lincoln when I got my first MKX in 2008 from Freehold Lincoln. The salesman worked around the area to get the best price and with many options I didn't even think of. Previously I visited other dealers in the area but working with Mark I was able to recieve much more for less. Once the vehicle arrived Mark stayed in touch not only till I had the truck in my possesion but has called numerous times to be sure I am satisfied. Every time Mark checked with me he made sure he wasn't being a bother but actually went out of his way to make sure all items were to my satisfaction. The price they gave me for my trade in was what I wanted, and although the trade in price was made in the prior calader year they stood by it. Often I would find us chatting about other things than cars. Chris, my sales-person was great. I had a great experience at Tom's Ford. I visited other dealerships before going to Tom's because they were in closer proximity to my home and work. By far, I was most comfortable at Tom's. I worked with salesman, Marc Brennan. It was a very pleasant experience. I think it is important to feel comfortable right away with the person you are working with, and I had this experience with Marc at Tom's. Also, from my experiences, the way a dealership takes care of itself reflects in how they treat their customers. Tom's Ford has individual cubicles for their salespeople to discuss matters with their customers. The dealership is clean, and very presentable. Very honestly, it is the nicest dealership I have ever been in. When I walked in for the first time, the waiting area was very nice and the clients all looked very relaxed, calm, and many were interacting with the workers as if they had known them for a very long time. On the outside, the dealership is very organized. You do not get the feeling that you are in a mess of cars. When it came time for me to pick up my Escape, Marc showed me the service area. Tom's Ford puts you on a color team, and you are assigned a personal service manager. The service area was immaculate. I have never seen anything like it. It was amazing to see how organized the "drive up" service lines were and how well thought out the service department was. All in all, Tom's Ford is a highly respectable place to do business. My experiences the finance manager, Scott, were great as well. Again, I felt at ease. It was very nice to hear he was with his company for over 20 years--that says something as well for Tom's Ford. Tom's Ford is a great place to find your new car.

My boyfriend recently purchased a truck from another Ford dealership, and after witnessing his experiences with sales and service, I was skeptical. Tom's Ford and their wonderful staff put my fears to rest. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. My salesperson Rod Anderson was amazing! He was very friendly and it was easy to tell after speaking with him for a minute that he is very knowledgeable and knows a lot about the vehicles he sells. He is patient and understanding and tries to find the best deal for your situation. I never felt pressured or rushed, and I am very grateful for all of the work he did to make me feel comfortable with my purchase. He worked with me on my different financial options and was able to find something in my price range without having to sacrifice quality. The service and parts department was also a pleasure to work with. I have leased and/or bought my last 5 cars from Tom's Ford. I have used other dealers, but all I can say is that I never had the service from them like I do Tom's Ford. My brother lost his life due to the dealer not leaving original equipment and changing things out. By the time the investigation was done even GM was helping us out to prove what this dealer did wrong. It is extremely hard for us to trust dealers because of this. We explained our situation to Tom's and they have done nothing but go out of their way to ensure our needs are met. If I every had a problem, they did their best to take care of it in a quick and effecient manner.

I have been a Ford Customer for over 13 years and have leased 4 other Ford Explorers. The staff at Toms Ford in Keyport, New Jersey was informative, pleasant and more then anything, kind. He took his time to show me all of the gadgets and useful features in the car which was a big timesaver for me later on. We contacted this dealer via phone/internet to arrange the purchase of a vehicle. Unfortunately they didn't have the car in stock, but were willing to acquire the vehicle from another local dealership. In the span of a week a few things changed. First the car we selected was no longer available, so we chose another. Then the person we were dealing with admitted to making a mistake regarding the rebates, but offered an alternative solution. Finally an "estimate" for $450 for title and registration on the car. We had been asking for a firm price and all detailed numbers spelled out for a week (not estimates). We supplied the fees from our state's website, which totalled less than $100. We never received a reasonable explanation for the excess $350 in their estimate, but they weren't willing to reduce it. This isn't brain surgery, the fees are published and this dealer should only collect on behalf of the state, plus some reasonable costs for overnighting the docs out of state. What this dealer was asking for was a blank check and us to believe them when they said they would refund any excess later. How is "excess" defined, by whom, and when is "later"? Honestly, I really don't care, because I won't pay it. Come on, there is no reason why you can't come to the table with hard numbers. We walked and they don't want to refund the deposit because they already acquired the car before they tanked the deal with their fuzzy math. Interesting business strategy. What should have been an easy transaction has turned into a headache with Tom's Ford. Based on our experience, I can not recommend them.

We actually did a lease end and a new lease with them. We had some wear on the old vehicle that caused us to have a residual payment and our credit had taken a fall over the past two years, as many have. Scott and Enrico were great and got us into a very nice Edge with significant savings over the Expedition EL we turned in. They worked with Ford credit and got us something that was jsut what we needed for now. They were just great!

I went to Tom's Ford because it had a better inventory of 2011 Fusions than many of the other dealerships in the area. I test drove a Fusion SEL, however, they did not have a model with the exact specifications I wanted (I wanted a specific color (platinum tri-coat white), interior (charcoal black) and features moonroof)). Enrico found the exact car I was looking for and had it to the dealership in a few short days. I also got a good price with little negotiating necessary. I didn't feel overly pressured by Enrico and because of that I was able to make my decision to by the car the same day that I test drove it. I was also pleased that they did no try to force an extended warranty down my throat. I have had my 2011 Fusion SEL for a little over a week and have loved every minute of driving it. It is quite the upgrade from my 2002 Honda Civic.

I recently visited Tom's Ford/Lincoln in Keyport seeking information on a 2011 Ford Edge and was promptly greeted by Marc Brennan. Marc showed me the Edge and answered all of my questions quickly and easily. We eventually proceeded to talk about pricing and discussed payment schedules. Had it not been for Marc's no-pressure approach and expertise regarding the vehicle, I would not have pulled the trigger and completed the purchase. Everyone with whom I worked to finalize the purchase was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. Those are qualities that are hard to find when shopping for a new car. Of the three cars that I've purchased to date, the experience with Marc and the Tom's Ford/Lincoln team was easily the most pleasant I've ever had at a car dealership. My 2011 Ford Edge is a great vehicle too!

Tom's Ford is great. Our salesperson, Rod, was the best. Never any pressure to buy throughout the entire process. He listened to my needs and pointed out features that would be beneficial to me. When I informed him that I was looking at another make of car and was going to test drive it later in the week, he didn't try to pressure me at all. Rather, he said he would be waiting and willing to help if I came back to purchase a Ford. Throughout the entire process, Rod was very flexible to my needs and was very friendly throughout the entire process. We laughed, we talked, we had a great time buying a car. I recently bought a 2011 Mustang GT. Came in for a test drive and there was absolutely no hassles involved. Mike got the keys and let me do my thing. No pressure. As he said, "the car sells itself, I can only mess things up." He quoted me a good price with minimal - if any - haggling, and let me be on my way with contact info and no "You have to buy today" gimmicks. Mike promptly followed up and we made a deal. The whole process was smooth and painless. Signing the final papers and getting everything squared away took quite a while, (several hours including a break for lunch on my part) but Mike and the others at Tom's were more than accommodating. This is our 3rd time visiting this dealership in the past 8 years and each time we leave with a happy purchase. All the staff are nice and greets everyone who walks through the door. This was the smoothest, most stress-free experience we have ever had with leasing a car. Alonza Gilchrist is an excellent Sales Supervisor, who helped make our experience a great one. We had called him prior to coming to the site, and he was ready to help us when we walked in the door. He listened to what we wanted and related all of this information to our salesman, Mike Candeloro. Alonza continued to check in on us during our visit, to insure that everything was going the way we wanted. I might add it was very, very busy at the dealership that day, and we were still made to feel that we were the highest priority. Mike Candeloro was very accommodating and attentive, and gave his all to help us, by showing us several cars (moving cars around and bringing them to us since it was freezing and raining). My experience with Tom's Ford -- and specifically, my salesman Chris Fennen -- was far beyond what I expected. I walked in and immediately was treated with respect. Even though I admitted I was not there to buy a car "on the spot," Chris answered all my questions and even presented me with a few options. He gave me a few brochures and his number, and told me to call him with any questions. NO high-pressure sales tactics. I came in twice more before I signed the papers and ordered my new custom Ford Explorer. NEVER once was I pressured into a decision on the spot or into purchasing a vehicle or options I did not want (which in today's market means a lot). Chris met our whole family, and treated us all with kindness and understanding. When we picked up the new SUV, he went over every feature with detail. He has even followed up a few times to ask us how we like the new Ford. I have owned my new Ford for almost a year now. I LOVE IT !!! The entire staff -- from sales to parts to service -- whether they sold us the car or just knew us from the dealership -- has always been helpful and friendly. About 13-15 years ago I had a Explorer leased from this dealership and terrible experience with Service Dept. My husband liked sales person at the time (Keith; who surprisingly recognized us after so many years) so we went with another dealership and another brand. When he mentioned possibility of a Ford I was very sceptical about Ford explorer and more so about dealership. He did all research online and at the end contacted Tom's Ford and got Charlie Schaugh. Charlie was extremly professional and he clearly enjoyed his work. It took several days for me to even consider going to look at the car (Explorer 2011 looked fabulous online)but I had a lot of lingering doubts. At the end, miles per gallon were very hard to ignore so I took plunge and went to dealership to see cars for myself and I met Charlie and Debbie Wagner. I am real estate broker by trade and have very specific needs - Debbie was fabulous showing me all wonderful features that Explorer has that are great for me; after driving it I really appreciate them more and more. Both of them really worked very hard to accommodate me: getting the car I wanted, readdy to go when I wanted at the time when I had to have car ..etc. They both went out of their way and nothing was a problem. Being in customer service industry myself I totally relate. Both of them truly made whole process smooth and easy. I know it was not; we are as demanding as you can get and have high expectations. I know I drove them crazy about running board - I wish my explorer has one because it is still not easy to get in in skirt and high hils; being 6.5 inches lower did not completely eliminate problem.I took my office for a ride and everyone was pleasantly surprised how smooth ride is and how nice and roomy inside of a car is. My kids love it. My clients are remarking on how beautiful car is and I am still learning how to use features(don't have time to read manual!).I sincerely hope that Service Dept will live up to standard of service Debbie and Charlie set up.

When I visited the dealer to look at a new car I met two managers Al and Al who are twin brothers. They were both very helpful and friendly and very professional. They then introduced me to a salesman who also was very friendly and helpful. Best of all he was no pressure. I came back the following day and bought the car. From the time we entered the showroom to purchase our vehicle my wife and I were treated very professionally. We were greeted by our saleman, Marc Brennan, who listened to our needs and proceeded to look for a vehicle (2011 Lincoln MKX) that met our expectations. We had a few models to choose from but when we found the vehicle that we wanted, he took us for a test drive. When we returned from the drive we sat down to negotiate the price. We sat with Marc and Alex Gilchrist, the sales manager, who patiently and meticulously entered data in different ways to find out the best deal for us. The process was a little tricky because we were doing an early termination of a 2008 Lincoln lease and there were various ways to do the calculations. We had shopped in other dealerships previously so we knew the dollar figure that we were looking for. Alex not only met that figure, he got the figure lower. Throughout the process, he was friendly and cheerful. There was no haggling, "nickle and diming" or stress involved. It was truly enjoyable. The next day we returned to the dealership to pick up our car. We met with Scott Nusbaum to complete some final paperwork. He actually had found a way to save us a few more dollars on our payment. He too was friendly and professional. When we concluded our business with Scott, Marc gave us the keys to our vehicle which was detailed and in perfect in every way. On my way car shopping one night, I stumbled upon the Dealer Rater website. After a terrible experience at a different dealer, we decided to give it a try at Tom's Ford because the reviews were so good. I had seen Marc's name mentioned on Dealer Rater and ironically he was the man that helped us out when we first arrived at the dealership. All the kind words on this site about Marc are true, he's a great guy who is very helpful and personable. They do not pressure you into a sale and are more than willing to answer any question. It was a pleasure working with a group of people that know their product and believe in it. Marc was the salesman and did a great job but I also worked with Charlie and Larry both of whom were friendly, knowledgable and accessible. I am always nervous about going to a car dealer because of the pressure they try and put on you to purchase the car at that moment. NOne of that took place at Tom's Ford/Lincoln. We walked into Toms Ford expecting a sleazy salesperson. Instead, we were introduced to a friendly, charismatic, easy-going man named Chris Fennen. He gave us all of the options, and after telling him what we were looking for, he eagerly went and got the best car for the price we wanted to spend (best bang for the buck). I had visited Tom's Ford about 4 years ago but was not pleased with anything they had to offer. The salesman was seemed uninformed and I found a much better deal at a nearby dealership. Despite my dislike for Tom's ford, I recently revisited the dealership in hopes of giving it another chance; I was far from disappointed. I was quickly approached by a young salesman named Christopher Fennen. Never have I met a more genuine salesman. Chris answered every single question I had regarding the vehicle I was interested in and expressed complete confidence and assurance in what he was selling. Although he truly despise most salesman due to their snake like behavior, Chris was the total opposite. Well I have been looking for a new car for some time but was not sure what I wanted. When I went to Toms Ford and spoke with Ken Gann, I test drove the 2011 Ford Edge and fell in love with the car. I also test drove the Ford Escape not such a smooth ride as the Edge. I was able to pick the color I wanted ie White with a brown leather interior. The technology in the car is amazing the my Ford Touch is Great takes some time getting use to but so far so good. All in all Iam very happy with this car it is everything I wanted and more.

Being referred to Tom's by a friend, I walked into the dealership a little cautious because of bad experiences at various dealerships. I had a warm welcome by a young man named Christopher Fennen. I explained to him my needs and budget. Knowing what car you want/need is very stressful but I felt very at ease with Chris. He was not pushy and was most helpful when it came to my concerns. Having a friendly staff, this man really stood out. He showed me vehicles I may be intrested in when we finally came to an agreement that a fusion would be most suitable for me. Not only was he receptive when it came to my concerns, he was intrested in finding me the best deal possible. Having such vast product knowledge on each vehicle, I was impressed. Because of Tom's ability to hire such a great salesman, I will never go to another dealer/salesman. I look forward to being a loyal customer of Christopher's for many years to come. My mother & I went to Tom's on Thursday 11/4 to buy out her lease, instead we wound up leasing 2 new vehicles. Our sales rep Chris was very friendly and did what was in our best interest, wich we greatly appreciate. He seemed very concern to make sure we were happy customers. We are so happy with our Ford Fusions so far and hope that Ford continues to make us happy customers. I would def recommended this dealship to family & friends.

I decided to go to Tom's Ford for their great reputation. Since this was my fist time Leasing a vehicle i was a little nervous, but i had nothing to worry about, Chris Fennen was a great salesperson really explained the process and benefits of leasing rather than finacing a vehicle. He asked me exactly what i wanted and what price i wanted to be at, showed me a bunch of cars that fit what i was looking for and showed me everything there was to know about the cars we test drove. He went above and beyond to get me the best price and walked me through all the paperwork, to put it simple he made it a piece of cake. I left there confident that i purchased the right vehicle and i did! i love it! I will definitely be going back once my lease is over.

I have purchased vechicles at other dealerships, only to be fustrated by the whole sales process. my experience with toms ford was less stressful my salesmen cris fennen made me feel comfortable explained all my options, showed me every function/option the vechicle was equiped with. had given me a ride from the dealership to my home. returned all of my phone calls whenever I had a question even when he was not working(important)** after vechicle was purchased I had a question about after market accessories, cris answered my questions and continued his courteous and professional service. I can honestly say this was my best car buying experience in 25 years.

I bought my first car from Toms Ford in 1972, a Ford Pinto. My father has bought cars there since the early 1960s. I have always had a good experience at Toms Ford and would recommend it highly to anyone needing to buy a car. The service department is excellent. I especially like the fact that I can just pull up and someone will always take a look at my car. That is a big plus with me. Recently, I bought a 2008 Ford Mustang from Chris Fennen. He was very friendly and helpful. I have already bought several cars from him. He made me feel at ease, even though buying a car these days can be very stressful! He knows how much I love Mustangs. I would definitely recommend Chris Fennen to anyone looking to buy a car and will definitely go to him again the next time that I need a car. I have talked to other car sales people over the years in other dealerships but I will definitely go back to Chris at Toms Ford.

My husband's lease was up on his Mazda, so we began our search for a new car. Our first stop (and last as it turns out) was to Tom's Ford. From the start, salesperson, Debbie Wagner was extremely friendly and helpful. She listened to what 'we wanted' and never tried to pressure 'sale' us at all. We not only bought a replacement vehicle for my husband, I also bought one for me! Our buying experience could not have been better - unless the vehicles were free! I was in the market to buy or lease a new car so we (my wife and I) went to Tom's Ford to check out the Edge. We were introduced to Debbie who helped show us around.I usually dislike looking for a new car because of the pressure and haggling that goes with it but I'd have to say this time around it was very relaxed and at ease.Debbie was very personable, knowledgeable and very patient with showing us the different models. Exceptional customer service! My neighbor buys cars from Tom's and recommended them. So, I got in my car and braced myself for the horrors of buying a car. I wasn't tackled in the parking lot which happens everywhere else I've bought cars at. My only criticism is that I had to track down my salesman. Al (sales mgr.) greeted me and introduced me to my salesman. The place was buzzing with business, but didn't feel tense and I didn't hear the typical screaming. More than anything I heard customers laughing. Weird. Long story short, my purchase was very easy. I was treated great and got a payment less than expected. I had to come back to have a tire pressure light looked at 2 weeks later. It was scheduled and handled immediately with ease. I love the fact that the job didn't end once the car was over the curb. Exceptional service. Highly recommended!

Visiting Tom's Ford in Keyport for the purchase of our Ford Focus' was a great experience. The Sales Professional, Mr. Alan Haag, went out of his way to help get us into what we wanted to buy. And he stayed with us through the whole process of our purchase. He even put in some overtime for us to make sure we were set to drive our new cars off the lot. We were also so impressed with such a great price that we bought two.Mr. Scott Nusbaum, Financial Officer, went out of his way also to save us money by getting us the best interest rate possible, and explained everything to us in detail. He made the experience extremely pleasurable and fun. Yes, fun.Overall from the first e-mail from Sonia Soto, E-Sales, to the purchase of our cars, to having the pleasure of talking to Rob in the Service Department where we had my wife's remote starter installed and seal coated(Premium Prep),was just superb. Everyone was friendly and professional. There is no question that we would very much recommend Tom's Ford in Keyport to everyone.I enjoyed the experience so much that I'm looking forward to bringing my car to be seal coated and windows etched this Wednesday.

Emailed Larry Jr., He responded great! Made me want to come down ASAP. I met Siad and Patsy and they helped me with the purchase. A real pleasure to work with. Made you feel real comfortable. Larry at the end personally came by to see the face behind the car took care of a variety of things without hesitation real customer service. The best is we get to bring car in after 5000 miles for free oil change and tire rotation and if you have to wait, the lobby is very comfortable. Great for kids too. I would recommend Tom's Ford because of the people that work there. They know that it is service that sells not the car. There are plenty of Ford dealerships, but if you want to be comfortable new or used these people at Tom's Ford sell relationships and that doesnt cost anything! They take the time and educate you and of course get you the best price! Larry and Staff The Ford Expedition is wonderful. My wife and I love it and our two girls fit in it so great. My experience at Tom's Ford was a great one. I normally don't write reviews, but figured my experience there was worth a write-up. I've had some bad past experience buying cars, so therefore I was apprehensive before visiting Tom's. The whole staff put me at ease immediately. Everyone said "hello" to me and actually treated me like a human (very strange concept in car sales). I bought a used Fusion in great condition and absolutely love the car. The price was fair and negotiations simple. I brought my car in for it's first oil change and once again, everyone said "hello". I like the fact that I can pull my car inside for service and am greeting upon arrival. This is a very professional establishment and would recommend Tom's to any friends or family.

This is a high pressure dealership the sales manager who I cannot remember his name acted like he was doing me a favor by letting me buy a car! Once I agreed with the sales person on a price and an amount of a deposit. The sales mamage lectured me on how he was holding the car and that I really needed to finance the with them. They were very condescending
