A great experience overall and quite quick. I kind of wish someone would’ve explained that parts were being ordered for repair, and that the oil life had been reset (I read the parts order on the invoice and reset the oil life indicator myself. Otherwise will be coming back. Once again, a flawless experience. Kelley has taken the guesswork and angst out of the service visit. I was able to schedule and confirm details via text. The car was ready before expected. Will definitely keep coming back.

My wife and I just bought a new GMC Acadia with Kelley. It is now the second vehicle we've purchased from Kelley and our experiences have been fantastic both times. Our experiences at Kelley have always been top notch! This purchase was no different! Our salesman, Logan, was very knowledgeable and professional yet friendly and never pushy. He let us take things at our pace and we looked over many vehicles. Made a selection, took it for a drive and loved it! Paperwork and transaction completed, keys handed to us and out the door in just 30 minutes. We also drove off with a full tank and as always. . . car washes for lifetime of ownership of the car. It was incredibly important that I had a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced as I only have the one car. I bought my car from Kelly Chevrolet but they were able to get me in with Kelley Buick GMC since they did not have a loaner. I was only without a car for 1 day. The service person helped me in suggesting that State Farm might cover the wire damage from the rodents when my extended warranty did not cover it. They worked with the State Farm people and it was covered 100%. I had the loaner truck (awesome, so want to buy one in a year or two) for about 2 weeks and they were very patient in waiting for the State Farm check to arrive. Thank you for helping me through what could have been a much worse ordeal.

When I purchased my vehicle, I purchased the additional protection package with the understanding that it covered minor dents and door dings, which was explained to me at the time of purchase. There was one ding on the vehicle prior to purchase and in a month span there was another ding. When I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and inquired about getting them repaired, I was informed that it would be an additional 700 dollars and that only major dents were covered. Poor communication to buyers to get them to purchase extended plans. learned my lesson, never again

Matt met us outside in the rain within the first 2 minutes of our arrival. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. After we decided on which vehicle and we went inside he offered us something to drink while we continued on negotiating a price. He gave us his full attention.When I returned to pick up our new Yukon he was waiting for me and at my vehicle before I could even get out. He went over all the features, helped program some before I left the lot.

Was looking to get out a current lease and into a new truck. Austin did a phenomenal job of showing me my options, while providing all of the pertinent information I needed for my decision making process. Made the buying process very smooth and more importantly convenient. I didn't have to spend hours and hours at the dealership haggling over particulars and price. First off I had to bring my car in to have a problem fixed that they already "fixed" a week before. Then when I arrived I had to wait for my service advisor to get back to his office. Several people went looking for him. As I sat waiting for my car, I watched every other customer have their service advisor come out and let them know what was going on with their car. I sat there for 4 hours and Jason never came out to tell me what was going on. I finally got up to see what was going on and Jason was at lunch. Very disappointed in the service!

Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we stepped into the dealership! We were looking at both new and used SUV's and he simply wanted to help us find the perfect fit for our needs. We did not make our purchase for almost two months from our initial contact. Dennis checked in occasionally to see if there was any specifics that he could be checking into for us. We ultimately made our purchase after a phone call from him stating a used vehicle had just come in that had several specifics that we had told him we were looking for. So impressed with his follow up with us and his knowledge shared about the different vehicles that we were interested in. Dennis set up our onStar and XM radio with us before we ever left the dealership...he made absolute certain that we had everything set and compete before we left so we could fully enjoy our vehicle! Excellent attention to detail!!

I purchased a new GMC Sierra Denali. I wanted some additional items added and the salesman Dennis Ernesr noted a chip in the windshield. This delayed my picking up my new car. This was an issue as a physician I could not be without transportation, so they put me in a brand new Yukon as a service loaner. They kept me updated on the status of my truck the entire time. The overall buying experience was awesome and I would recommend my salesman to anyone!!!

The dealership has a great selection of automobiles to select from which makes comparisons easier. We were also welcomed by a friendly staff member within a few short minutes. Cody Vervynckt was knowledgable about the product and the features and completed the transaction in a timely manner. I can not rate the service department at this time because I have not had any experiences yet.

I may regret sharing this, but here it goes.....I followed my husband into the service bay, and it was early in the morning. Dan B. is the most pateint service man alive. I began to show him an issue that I personally experience with the hatch of our Buick Enclave. The issue is that there is a hole above the latch and when I open it, it never fails to drip water on my head. Makes me crazy. So, I went through this whole demonstration (with now, 5-6 men watching and maybe giggling at me), then I walk out. My husband thought I was losing my mind, but in fact your lovely mechanics had a reason for it, adjusted whatever it is that needed adjusted and I am one very happy camper! I will not be renewing my lease on my Nissan, I will be at Kelley's for my next vehicle. Thank you so much!!

I went in for the first oil change on my 2015 2500HD Duramax and told Neil the Service Manager that I thought the horn did not sound right. We went and listened to the horn on a new truck and Neil agreed it needed replaced. Neil had the Tech go ahead any replace the horn while I was there... thus saving me another trip from Marion IN for the repair. I am a Very Satisfied Customer!!!

I worked with Ashley on trying to get a bigger vehicle for my family, she was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and wasn't trying to pull a fast one on me like many other dealers. I had purchased a Cadillac SRX for my wife 2 years ago and after the purchase she was never happy for on reason or the other but mostly because it was not 4 wheel drive. She said she had wanted a Jeep. I went looking on line for a good used Jeep with low mileage and found on at Tom Kelly. I made the drive from Findlay, Ohio to see the vehicle and it was very nice as advertised. I made the Test drive with the Salesman Matt McGill whom was very nice. The dealership was very nice. I ended up making what I would call a good deal and purchased the vehicle. They got everything around and set me up with the F & I Manager Stephanie Hartman who was very nice also. The treatment I received was excellent as were the little extras they include free car washes and coupons for discounts on service. I would recommend them to anyone. I walked into Tom Kelly Buick GMC at 14/69 Auto Mall, Fort Wayne, IN. I didn't know this would be the only place I would have to go before making a purchase. The entire process from looking to buying was made easy by the salesman. He really listened to my needs and we discussed options then we looked at vehicles. I didn't like the mileage on the used models so we looked at the new ones. I test drove the Buick Encore from the GMC building and we discussed the vehicle in more detail. I decided I had to have it. We went inside and the salesman sent me off to the refreshment area after getting my information to check on the financing. Once the financing was done, I was handed over to a dear gentleman who went over the finer details of the car such as the GPS and On Star systems. This was by far the most enjoyable purchase I've made in a long time.

It was like a courtship. I arrived on Friday and was greeted by Thomas Zavacki. We had some light coversation and settled into further discussion about the Buick Enclave. My ultimate decision maker (wife) came back with me on Sat. morning to look at and test drive. Thomas was very courteous and informative on the vehicle and it's capabilities. We than began the dance and he lead at times and I lead at times. In the end the customer walked away with the joy of a new vehicle and felt listened to and respected in the process.

Service people I dealt with where rude. Said I need a module for my computer. After spending over a $1,000.00 for the module a 32 point oil change. They did not check my tires or top off fluids, took everything out of my trunk and just rolled up in a ball and threw in the trunk. While they had it they shorted out my rear door look relay switch. Of course they did not agree with me on that and told me to have a nice day. Which meant they did not want to address this problem.Now I have the same problem with my car that had before I took it to Kelly's. Turns out is was the spark plugs that needed replaced and most likely not the module for the computer. They charge $25.00 to each bill for the cost of they're electricity- WHAT. No copy could be found for my towing bill so they sent me all over the place, even to the body shop and no one could find.There was grease and smudges all over my leather on the back seat and hand marks on the back of my bucket seats also.Stay away from the service center they are running a racket on diagnosing cars.I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau about the poor service I received and the miss diagnosis on my car.

I am very happy with my salesman, Earl Stricker. He is always pleasant to deal with...returns all calls I make to him, and I feel he is 'honest' in giving me the best deal I am able to get on any vehicle I'm interested in leasing. I also like that the facility is kept very clean...the availability of different drinks, cookies and pop corn is appreciated especially when you have to be there for any length of time. All employees seem to be friendly, and acknowledge your presence even though they are not dealing directly with you.

Our sales person Mr. Dennis Waybright was an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the product he sells, as well as his knowledge of his competition, was quite helpful to us in making our final selection. I stopped in to see about an emisions light that came on to make sure my truck was safe to drive. I did not have an appointment but needed it checked because I was taking my truck out of town to help my daughter move. Only disappointment was the long wait even though I showed up on time for my appointment. An oil change should only take a half hour. I was almost two hours waiting on my vehicle. It was a complementary service, so I can't complain too much.

My wife had a flat tire that needed to be replaced and also to have the alignment checked. She brought her Verano to the dealership where she left it overnight for tire replacement and re-alignment. She was driven home and back to dealership the next morning while her Verano was being worked on. My wife thought it was the best experience that she ever had at a dealership.

Tom Kelley Buick, Terry Barr the Asst Service Manager specifically, have really taken care of me twice when I had problems with my 2013 Verano. Both times I was given a loaner vehicle and my problems were resolved prompty without any cost to me considering the issues were under warranty. The process was simple, fast, and stress free for me and I really appreciate everything! Service like this keeps customers coming back.

It was a very good experience. I had misjudged how many miles I had put on my last oil change, and so I badly needed an oil change. I got good service. It was a long wait, but I think next time I will leave the car and pick it up later, and after all, I did come in without an appointment.

They treat you very nice, they do excellent work and most of all they are honest. Purchased a yukon and was told it had been ran through their service department and everything was great. I drive it home and find out It needs $900 just in parts. I called the dealership and they only offered to run it through their service department and i would have to pay for it. Why would I want it ran through their service department if they couldn't find what was wrong with it before they sold it???? While at the dealership I was told before I could drive the vehicle home I had to purchase insurance despite the fact I was a fully insured driver. Needless to say, I had to purchase insurance through some random company the dealership worked with before I could sign the papers. After going through the hassle of purchasing insurance, as I was signing the papers to purchase the yukon I was then told I didn't have to purchase the insurance. The process took forever, as we were at the dealership for 2.5 hours. After signing the papers, i ask for snother set of keys as they only provided me with one set and was told they didnt have another set but i could order a set online (at my expense). When i called to discuss the mechanical issues a week later i was told they found another set and would mail them. I will never purchase from these people again and would recommend looking elsewhere for your vehicle purchase.

this past summer I started researching about a dozen different vehicles and decided on staying with a GM product as our last two GM vehicles have gotten 267,000 and 311,000 miles out of the respectively. I like the advertised mileage of the Buick Encore and could fit comfortably in that vehicle. Our agency insures Kelley Automotive Group and I wanted to support our customer so I walked in on Wednesday and asked to see a salesperson. Michael Hines was assigned to me and he is awesome. He listened to what I had decided on and didn't try to upsell me on anything else. I will recommend Michael to other friends and associates.

It appeared that my windshield washers were empty so I drove into Kelley's to have them refilled. It turned out to be either a blocked or frozen tube. I waited in the newly remodeled waiting area & when I went to pay, was told that there was no charge. What a lovely early Christmas gift! It had been a bad day & that just made everything seem better.

Came into the service center, expecting to have Valve Stems removed on 3 tires, due to the frequency of times having to re-inflate my tires. Techs tested my tires and found no valve stem leaks on 2 of them, but did find a nail in the 3rd one. The tire was repaired and I was saved the cost of having to buy valve stems along with the replacement labor.

Due to a nail in the side wall of a tire, the tire needed to be replaced. The service person kept me up-to-date by email regarding the status of the repairs, i.e. the replacement tire was being shipped from Indy to the dealership, when it would be arriving , etc.

This was my third attempt to get the oil leak fixed. The last two times the most likely culprit was a leaking oil filter. But this time they examined more and determined it was a the engine front cover. Hopefully, it is fixed this time.The most irritating thing about visits is how all my settings in the radio and seats are lost each time. I've finally just given up putting in more than six favorites in the radio. They get erased every time anyway.

Had car towed into dealership with completely dead battery.2014 La Crosse had only 1943 miles on it. Went shopping the night before no problems, next morning completely dead. Computer showed low voltage codes. Battery checked ok after charge. My problem is a battery should not go completely dead unless the battery is bad or there is an electrical problem in the car. Needless to say my wife and I are apprehensive about the reliability of the car.

Paul Coy was great. He told me about the recall that was on my vehicle when I was only in for an oil change. I knew I had an issue with the fuel level sensor and I was going to pay for it out of pocket. Thanks to Paul for saving me a couple hundred dollars and gave me a brand new car to drive while they were working onit. They even swept out my truck with out me asking.Great customer service.

I am beyond pleased with the timely, thorough service I received from Paul & the sweet ladies at the checkout counter. I brought my Acadia in on the same day I called to have a recall issue checked. Even though the recall issue wasn't a problem, another was found. When I dropped the car off another day, none of the courtesy vehicles were in yet. Paul made sure I was given another car right away. The problem with my vehicle was solved as well as a leak that was found. The thing I was MOST IMPRESSED with is this: this is my second Acadia. All of the work on my first was done at another dealer. Both Acadias have had an issue with the steering (funny sound when turning). The other dealer took a LOT of visits to fix it so when this Acadia started having the same problem, I didn't want to mess with it. When I picked up my vehicle, someone must have driven it, heard the issue, and fixed it. Also...I asked that my brakes be checked bc I thought my brake pads were worn. They weren't & I appreciated the honesty instead of trying to make a sale.

He was extremely knowledgable about the GMC products and what the Acadia had to offer. We both liked that he did not try to push the most expensive vehicle on us, but instead he showed us ones that suited our needs to the best of his ability with the inventory available. Brian Lytle, the General Manager was also extremely helpful with us during the negotiating phase and worked above and beyond with our trade and getting us the most in an Acadia for less money as possible. My wife and I stopped in Kelley Buick GMC to look at a Buick Regal and Lacrosse. We test drove one, talked with the salesman, and went home to discuss it out. The salesman was excellent to work with, and didn't portray to be the "typical" salesman. He was not pushy and allowed us to look at the vehicles without being hagled. We let them know where we wanted to be and they pretty much made the deal. To our surprise when we went in to sign, the account lady actually had found a 2.9% interest rate, which was not what we had previously talked about. So to our surprise, our payment stayed pretty much the same from our previous loan!!

You were on schedule and took us right away. We had a wonderful place to wait, and the problem was fixed within two hours and for a reasonable price. You also did a great job of explaining the problem to us. I really appreciate your Saturday hours. Going in for a car repair is always stressful, but if you have to go, Kelley's is the best. I've been going there for over 20 years, and no other place I've been to has come close in terms of service. I really trust the people at Kelley's. Just as an aside, my husband once left a valuable tool attached to the underside of the hood and forgot to take it off before we went in for a repair. He remembered it after we got home from Kelley's and opened the hood, figuring the tool would be gone. It was still there, but more safely attached than before!

I was talked down to, ignored and insulted, I was even asked my age. I was told I am very young with the implication that I should just let the adults make the deal. I am a 50yr old grandmother and I have never been so insulted in my life while conducting a business transaction. I am giving serious consideration to contacting the better business bureau.If you are a female do not frequent this dealership, Mr. Kelley did tell me that once I have the car painted I should be much happier with it, and they threw in car washes for life. It was great. Bill Uptgraft made me feel very comfortable. Michael Hamilton made the financing part a breeze, and when I went to the BMV to get my plates they had sent everything to them, I was in and out in 5min. And I love my car! Bill took me to the car wash for the first time and to the service dept. so I would know where everything was. I cant say enough good things about them. They will always be my Dealership from now on.
