I was looking for a used Chevy Traverse, to make things even more interesting, I was across the continent for work. Everyone I worked with (Harley, Don, Stephen) we’re all amazing and made the process as easy as possible. They even found financing at a better rate than what I got through my own credit union. Can’t wait to get home and pick up the new ride. I would recommend them without reservation.

Stopped in right before closing and Marshall Dunn was by my side in a matter of seconds. He was willing to stay past closing, which was very accommodating, but there was no need. I drove my new vehicle home the very next afternoon. He made it so quick and so easy, I still feel like there’s something that needs to be done. Brad in finance was excellent too. Very satisfied. Update- Returned after 2 years May 2021 & Fred took care of us yet again! Thank you so much You are the best!! Fred Harvey was our sales consultant and he was amazing. The process was so quick and easy on leasing our brand new 2019 GMC Terrain. He answered all questions and we had quite a few. He went above and beyond for us and we walked out with the car we wanted! I will be a returning customer to this establishment. My in ported in to Port Huron Michigan from Canada 1999 champagne color Buick Park Ave stop running. This place got it in the next day to tell me what it needs to get it running so I can get it back to Houghton lake MI where I stay. Thanks !! P.S. Super happy Nick Ruffolo was up to take a cell phone call be for shell close and they gave me his card whit phone # on it seeing they are owned by same people so it would not get towed away for being parked on dealership side of shell where it would have been towed whit in 24 hrs so yeah man Thanks !!

I have taken my GMC Acadia in here twice for service and both times they can never "duplicate" the problem, even though I experience the problem immediately upon leaving, and I still get charged for them to look at it. Done going here. Don't waste your time.

Great customer service by a top notch team! Joe Miller has always taken care of us, constantly updating us and always checking on us after any repairs have been done. We continue to drive a half an hour to get anything done on our cars at the dealership due to Joe Miller!

Once again Joe Miller went out of his way to research and find the best tires, the best deal and in my price range. He actually saved me alot of money which allowed me to make the other necessary repairs to my Envoy. He was very thorough with explaining everything that was going to be done as far as repairs go and my options. It was very surprising when he called a day later to make sure all was good and informed me of a Gift card I had earned. Joe has always taken car of myself and my family and even though Matt Williams, my sales guy, has left for another dealership, I will still continue to bring my vehicles to Joe Miller. Thanks

I contacted your dealership through the internet and was impressed by the number of 2014 GMC Sierras you had in stock. I decided to stop in even though I live 40 miles away. I met Danny Ray without an appointment. He spent all day with my wife and I while we picked out a color and the options we wanted. He ran the paperwork in several ways to get us the best deal possible. Danny arranged for our trade in and for our insurance. Late in the day Danny got into the truck with us and went through all of the controls and infotainment selections. The truck was delivered to us that evening in top notch condition. I have purchased over 20 new vehicles in my life time and Danny Ray is by far the best sales person I have encountered. I will definitely recommend your dealership to anyone and I will tell people to contact Danny. Our trip to your dealership was an excellent experience and Mr. Ray is exactly what General Motors needs to promote it's products to the customer. He is knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient with the customer and shows a genuine desire to help.

I came in only for an oil change and fluid check, and everything went very quickly. I arrived near the end of the day and wasn't sure I would even get in, but I was able to get in and my vehicle was processed very promptly.

I have taken vehicles to many dealerships over the years, and in general the experience is usually terrible. Prices are higher, and they seem to have their own version of time...everything moves at a crawl. At Wenzel, I got my car back in an hour. Unheard of at a dealership. Nice to find a dealer that understands my time is valuable too. Maybe I finally found a dealer I can return to. Thanks.

The visit itself went just fine; however I do have a comment about scheduling. I ended up not being an appointment, but before I was told that I tried scheduling online and never received a response. I'd suggest shutting down that part of your website if it's not monitored.

Vehicle took longer then expected. Rental Car provided. Tech's rechecked their Brake work and determined that the front Brakes did in fact need to be replaced. My wife is very happy with the quite brakes. A radio issue also needs to be addressed but Joe Miller has ordered same to replace unit. I am very happy with the Service Department.

Arriving at Todd Wenzel Dealership we were met by Nick Ruffolo. He was very pleasant to work with, quickly under-stood what we were looking for and identified the availablediscounts and rebates that were available to us. Always top notch service but I would rather not have the mechanic reach into my car to turn on lights. Minor issue but I can handle that task and avoid having grease left on my keys and steering wheel.

We had an 11:00 AM appointment for an Oil Change & Tire Rotation on our 2013 Buick Lacrosse after approximately 11,800 miles. We were told it would take approximately one (1) hour to complete.
