First of all, the quality of the work seems to be adequate. I have no complaint on that at all. Where I am unsatisfied is with the employees themselves, The service representatives were untruthful on two occasions, and treated me as if I were untruthful with them! First I was quoted one price for 4 tires, then the actual price was nearly $20 more per tire! Then they said my tires were eligible for the $70.00 rebate, but after holding for a long time to speak to a Ford CSR, I learned that they were not! I would have paid the higher price for the tires anyway, because I needed them, there was no need to lie. When I told the person I was checking out with what I was quoted, he said no one would have told me that and asked for a copy of the quote, which he knew I would not have because it was verbal, putting the burden of proof on me. Even though I would have been disappointed about not getting the rebate, I would have appreciated honesty because I would not have wasted an hour of my time uncovering the truth. I feel that they told me that to appease me and 'get rid of me'. Finally, the mechanic did nothing to protect the interior of my vehicle, and left grease marks on my leather seats. I came to the dealership because of a factory recall/repair. I am sorry that I stayed for the other work. Next time, I will go elsewhere.

Looking into get in an affordable Ford Taurus. I went looking online and found a perfect cinnamon colored 2013 Taurus and it had reasonable mileage on it. I came in and picked it up from Brian and Galen and have loved driving this vehicle for the last month and a half.

I came in looking for a regular cab F-150, bad thing was, it wasn't available out on the lot. A nice gentleman came out and helped me out. Come to find out the truck was in the service going through it's final process to be able to be put out on the lot. I drove off with this exact truck and it's everything I wanted in a truck. I took my 2015 Ford Focus in for an oil change at 3,000 miles after 7 months of owning it. I also got a great car wash from Eddie back in clean up. Thank you Timbrook Ford for having the DriverPlus+ Maintenance Coupon Booklet, I paid very little for an oil change.

Have had my non-Ford serviced here as well as my Ford F-150. Had occasion recently to deal with Ben Benedict at Timbrook Ford to test drive a new passenger van. Although we did not purchase since this model did not particularly meet our needs, we were treated courteously without any sales pressure. We hope to be able to deal with a local dealer when it is time to purchase a new or used vehicle. In the mean time, we will continue to count on Timbrook Ford for our local auto service needs.

I recently moved to the region and needed to turn in a leased Ford vehicle. The staff at Timbrook took care of the process for me with incredible ease. It was because of their ability to take in a customer from another dealership and treat them with the most amazing respect that I knew I wanted to purchase a vehicle from them. The sales team knew what I was looking for and found me the perfect AWD Taurus with low miles and used car certification to 100,000 miles. Other dealerships were closer, but none of them gave me the treatment that I received here. My sales manager Brian and sales person Ben were amazing!

I bought a 2015 Ford Focus SE from these guys. My sales process went smoothly and I was pleasantly surprised to see my payments were nice and low for a brand new car. I will be in in three months for my first oil change. I love the cold weather package. Heated steering wheel and heated seats are a nice feature and it looks nice with the sports appearance package.

I had my service appointment there at Timbrook Ford. I got an inspection and it was quick and painless. The coffee was great and the donuts were excellent. The people at the counter were very nice and I got to look at a few Mustangs while I was there.

I have used Timbrook's service deartment since I moved to the area eight years ago for both my Ford and non-Ford vehicles and was always pleased with their work and prices. When I needed another vehicle, Charlie Owens helped me find the one that met all my needs. I got a great price on my Flex as well as my trade. I have been buying cars for 40 years and this was by far my best experience EVER! I can not say enough to express my gratitude to everyone at the dealership. The salesman Charlie, manager Brian, Bill in finance and Eddie in delivery were terrific to work with. There was never any pressure. I tryed out the vehicle several times to be sure my wife and I would like it.

We recently brought our Mercury Mountainer from Tmbrook Ford and we our so pleased with the sales people and everyone involved. They did everything in their power to get us into our vehicle.
