Brian was Awesome. He explained things to me in layman's terms to insure that I understood. I lost my husband over a year ago. He took care of the car before passing away. Brian made sure I had his card, so he could assist me in the future. He also went out of his way to check the status of my warranty. He made my experience a good one. Thank you Brain!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I purchased a 2020 GMC 2500 Denali from this dealership last May. To start, the purchasing process was an absolute nightmare, and this place treated me, the customer, terribly. Since then, I have had an ongoing problem with the brakes that came on the truck. They squeal like they are years old. This has been happening since I got the truck, and the service team here has been absolutely awful to work with. They performed some TSB work for the brakes per GM, but now the brakes are actually louder than they were before. Now I cannot get them to return my phone calls or emails. I have had much cheaper trucks in the past, and have never been treated like this by a dealership. Do yourself a huge service, and go anywhere else except here. You would actually be better off paying $10k more at another dealership just so you don't have to work with this place. It appears that my only course of action now is to file a formal complaint against this dealership with GM and to contact an attorney. It's very sad that places like this are run so poorly.

Charles and Nathan really went above and beyond to make sure I got into the car that I wanted. My credit is very challenged so I was going into this process with very little hope. Not only did they get me approved, but for the more expensive option that I really wanted. They are fantastic! I have already told my coworkers they need to go see either Charles or Nathan if they want to be taken care of instead of taken advantage of. Great experience from start to finish.

Well in case GM owners don't know the my GMC app that goes with your new vehicle let's you know how your truck was driven what it was"Being taken care of" at the dealership. Hope you have a lot of money to spend.... They abuse your car or truck when they have it..... Your app shows how the vehicle was driven. Go to the app Open driving activity Look at the score. Then there are several additional things to see. Where they drove Hard breaking Hard acceleration Speeding over 80MPH which is considered WRECK LESS driving. But they find this acceptable..... Because if you have the vehicle long enough and keep bringing it back they will shorten the life of you parts and force you to spend your hard earned money to fix it..... Don't be a victim..... I was. Don't think it's just this dealership either. Hendrick service does the EXACT same thing.... We have the proof the app Doesn't lie. Only the people who you drop the vehicles off to.... They need your money more then you do..... BTW I had only had defective batteries. They didn't need to drive my truck at all.

There was a mix up when I purchased my vehicle. While I was signing papers for a vehicle that was already sold. I was assured another identical vehicle was on the way to be delivered by the weekend. Nearly two months later I received my vehicle. During the wait my salesman and the sales manager were largely unresponsive and would make empty promises to give updates on the vehicles location. It came off as they had already sold the vehicle and didn’t really care to answer questions about the status of my purchase. That being said they did give a good trade in price and when asked included an accessory to the vehicle in compensation. Roughly a $250-300 bed cover ,we had discussed a different model, but I’m not surprised after my dealing with this dealership. I would not return for business to this location and I would not recommend it to any friends or family.

Sean kept us informed every step and responded to questions in a timely manner. He even had our Escalade washed and gave us a loaner vehicle to use for the warranty repairs. We are from out of town and were in a bind. We were dropping our son off at NC State and had to leave for Dallas that same day. I called them first thing in the morning and they were booked. The customer service representative put me on hold, checked with her manager, and squeezed me in early in the afternoon. They fixed a bad wheel bearing in under an hour and got us on the road back to Dallas on time. They are great!

Max Perry made this experience unpleasant. He was rude and did not appropriately handle the situation when I was extremely interested in buying a car off of the lot. He did not exemplify the level of customer service, especially from a manager, that I would expect from a dealership of this caliber. On the other hand Rickey and Marcus were both genuine and extremely accommodating salesmen. They were both great to work with and truly cared for and valued their customers.

My experience was very professional, courteous and quick. Greg Summers was the salesperson that provided me the excellent service when I was in the search for a New Cadillac Escalade. He was considerate with my timeline, since I was due to return back to Afghanistan. He quickly obtained the options that I was looking for. He also successfully navigated the trade-in process for me. I am extremely pleased with the service, and I would definitely recommend the Thompson dealership to my family and friends.

I had a loud sound around rhe left front wheel. They diagnosed the poblem as being a nut which the assembling robot had dropped into the mechanism. It had worn a part of the assembly at that point. They replaced the affected part(s) and brought it back to new condition. I was provided with a loaner car while this work was being done andI was completely satisfied in all respecrts with the handling and solution to this problem.

I was running late, due to taking a wrong turn but when I call the guy I spoke to was very kind and considerate and I was still allowed to come to get my tire rotation and my oil change. He even talked with me to make sure I knew which way I was suppose to go back and which way to come the next time. I was surprised at how quick service was completed,especially since I was late. I was very impressed. I really love the service I get from Thompson Cadillac. Yes I would recommend Thompson Cadillac to others. I am always talking about their superb service.

We ran over a ladder on the beltway and I was completely stressed that the undercarriage of my GMC Acadia Denali might be damaged. I called the service department and Renee Hart answered. She remembered me from when I was shopping 8 months before. She could tell I was upset and went above and beyond to have them look at my car immediately. Renee and Ray took WONDERFUL care of us! I really felt they cared.

Spoke to Greg in sales regarding a BMW on their lot. My wife and I drove about 4 hours to see this car. I was told the car was garage kept, nice car, elderly driven and only drove to church on Sunday, non smoker. However, when I arrived the windshield seal had serious dry rot and they refused to replace it. It had two bad tires on the car, I asked them to replace the two bad tires and once again they refused. Reeked of smoke. I was low balled for the trade in value on my car because its not convertible season (for a real convertible driver, winter is the buying season). I was low balled according to Greg because my car had been in an accident, major front end collision, no I was bumped in the rear had the scratch buffed out. Greg was not honest nor the manger. I was told that was the bottom line price they could not lose any more money. Needless to say I walked away, as I'm browsing today, oh look they marked the car down even more and wont stop calling me. Don't trust this dealership

My husband drove to this dealership an hour from our home and was told a listed used car was not ready. He arrived at 9:00 am on Monday after the car was listed late on Saturday. He was called a told to come back, an another hour's drive at 4:00 pm understanding he could see the car. He arrived at 3:30 and someone else was driving the car. He had been told he would be first. DO NOT TRUST THESE SALESMEN
