Awesome place with quite the selections of luxury cars. Saw an Audi online that I've been searching for and it was totally legit. Happy I made the trip from Lebanon and think I'll spread the word about this place. Not pushy at all and fair on my trade. Thanks guys.

They had a truck I was interested in but priced too high. Pointed out the difference of $2000.00. They wouldn't come off their price. I moved on.

In the past 10 years I've purchased 7 cars and 1 motorcycle from Jason at The Auto Livery and I've always had a great experience with them. They're fair on price/trade ins, easy and flexible to work with, great at working out financing and finding you the best deal possible. They will always go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Looked at a truck went back with my mechanic test drove it pointed out the problems to the older gentleman he said it was what it was wouldnt come down on the price and was rude when we asked if he would he then told us to talk to Jason who was nice said he would fix the issues and get back to me when they were complete. Never heard back from them or got my call returned 2 weeks later they sold the truck I will never go back there and will never recommend them

Husban and I showed up when facility was closed, unknowingly, because they had a vehicle we were interested in. With after hours they went above and beyond to help us, even though they stayed 2 hours after closing time. The business is well ran and exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend to others. It was a long drive for us, coming from Lebanon but with the above and beyond service we received would definitely shop there again. Appreciate all their hard work, was worth the drive.

Saw a very rare BMW at Auto Livery, and contacted Jason. I was in Chicago, and communication was very good. Agree'd on a very fair price, and I flew down to see the car. Jason actually picked me up at the airport, which was fantastic, and he showed me some of the current repairs they had done on the car. Customer service was really nice. It's a family run business that they've had on the family for a long time, and it shows. Facility could use a little brightening up. Jason showed me the current repairs and service they were doing, so I waited a bit. Gave the car a test drive, and was very impressed. No initial issues. Jason set me up with both a 3 month 3000 mile warranty, and a long term warranty as well. Drove the car back to Chicago, and everything was fine. Noticed there was an issue with the locks, and had to get it repaired, along with a head gasket issue once I got back. Warranty covered a lot of it, and Jason split the rest of the repairs with me which was fair, as I had gone to a dealer, and they charged an arm and a leg. Overall ... great experience. Would highly recommend Jason and Auto Livery!

I bought from Auto Livery. I am happy with the car. Jason answered all questions I had and I'm very happy he fixed my remote. Definitely would buy again. The lot has many cool cars with low mileage. And lots of motorcycles, too.

I visited the Auto Livery to look at a truck they had advertised online. I had called ahead and spoke with a salesman and informed him that I would be there within the hour. On my arrival, he was no where to be seen and could not be found for a good 15-20 minutes. When he finally appeared, he was basically disinterested in the sale and kept disappearing...I had to continually look for him to ask him questions. There were some issues with the vehicle and when i pointed them out, the general response was "so what? I can fix them and sell it for much more, or you can buy it and deal with it." The lot was not busy and there were two other employees there but they seemed more interested in grilling up their lunch on a barbecue than helping with customers. When I went into the office to negotiate pricing, the older "gentleman" (who is apparently the owner) proceeded to curse and degrade me for asking for a lower price. This was not a lowball offer- I was asking for $500 off the asking price- cash sale. Had I not wanted to buy this vehicle, I was ready to walk out at that point. We agreed on a price and started filling out the paperwork, however this process was continually interrupted, even though the other two employees (including the rude owner) were still just sitting around essentially doing nothing. This caused the process to take at least 45 minutes. All told, we spent at least 2 1/2 hours to purchase a vehicle that we came prepared to pay cash for on the spot and take home. Since I was paying cash and had plates on hand, I did not need temporary tags. I was told that they do not keep the titles and did not have a notary available on hand, but assured that I would have it within a week. At this point it has been nearly a month and I still have not received the title to this vehicle. I have made numerous phone calls to inquire on it and have been told that they should have it "any day now" or that it will be in the mail "today or tomorrow." Although I feel that the vehicle was fairly priced and am happy with it, I will not be doing any further business with them. The only respectable person I found at the dealership was the mechanic who was very open about what issues he felt the truck had and what he would do to remedy them. If I did not have knowledge and experience with working on vehicles, this could have been a very bad situation for me. I say this because I did hear the salesman telling another customer that "some oil leakage from the head is normal and nothing to be concerned with" among other things.

I responded to an internet ad for a BMW Z3 for sale by Auto Livery. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, we arrived at a deal. Then they suddenly cut off all contact, making me wonder if they are in the car business or not. Imagine my surprise that the car we had struck a deal on was sold to another customer ! I am very disappointed at the lack of good-faith dealing by this car dealer. Caveat emptor !

Recently bought my second vehicle from Jason and his team at the Auto Livery in Ross. Couldn't be happier with the deal and the service I have received even after the sale. The vehicle was delivered in spotless condition and they were even good enough to remove some unwanted aftermarket equipment which a previous owner had installed that I didn't care for. Stuck with me until I was completely satisfied, even though the deal was already done and in the can. I won't hesitate to go back for my future used cars needs. Thanks guys!

Apparently they don't believe in Kelly Blue Book values, they ask for thousands more than even the dealer excellent price. Anyone that has bought a used car knows that less than 4% of used cars rate that, which makes their "deals" even worse.

Purchased my second used car from the staff (Joe, Steve, Jason, & Holly). Great family feel. They are very particular with the cars they purchase for sale. Also, they servcie what they sell which provides peace of mind to anyone buying. Working on the purchasing a third car for my daughter. I feel that comfortable with the staff.

Be VERY careful- the livery sold a car with a known transmission issue. After I purchased I went to the dealer to get the service records. He told me the livery had brought the car in for service on the transmission. The dealer told them that it needed a new transmission. The work was declined. I go to the owner of the the livery and inform him of the situation with the transmission. He stated that it was just their opinion on the transmission. He felt it was fine. He then goes on to tell me how I got such a great deal on the car and that he saved me $30,000 over a new car. I asked him to take the car back as a measure of good customer service. His response why would I do that. He went on the say how much business it took to keep the dealership open. I will say that he did provide an extended warranty. But it still cost me $1200 to get the transmission replaced. So heed my warning and learn from my mistake. BUYER BEWARE Not able to give zero star That is the REAL rating

I looked all over the country and found the car I was looking for on the Auto Livery's website. Jason picked me up from my hotel and had the car ready when I arrived. The car buying experience was excellent and the car was exactly as presented on the website.

Purchased a nice used pickup truck from Jason and his team at The Auto Livery and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. The vehicle was spotlessly clean when I picked it up and ready for delivery. I had a minor issue crop up a month after I bought my truck (turned out a complete non-issue that I had caused) but he still didn't hesitate to help me out with it even though the transaction was completed. Buy from these guys with confidence!
