I recently purchased a 2014 For Escape at Ted Russell Ford on Kingston Pike. Doug Philpot is the salesman who assisted me. I cannot really express how great it was dealing with Doug. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and was patient with me in my search for what I wanted. I went back to have the Escape detailed and once again, Doug was extremely helpful. He showed me how to access many of the features on the Escape and I appreciate his willingness to do so. I would recommend Doug to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Everyone at Ted Russell Parkside has been awesome!! Cougar set me up with Brady Sweet and he bent over backwards to find the right car for my wife and me. They are very professional , friendly, and service Minded!! It count not have been a better car buying!

Couldn't be happier with my new Ford Focus. I stopped by several months ago to look for a car. Jeff found out what I wanted and called me when they got the exact color I was looking for. He worked with me on the price and was always very professional. I went to several other places and I felt like the people on the floor didn't know the first thing about the cars they were selling.

I arrived at Ted Russell Ford on Kingston Pike looking for a car this afternoon. We had already been down the road at another dealer with a car even on hold. Then I meet a young man named Doug Philpot at Ted Russell Ford. I really did like the other car but to be honest they were not as helpful and caring as Doug. The other car was on hold but I had had a lot of heartaches this past week with the death of a dear son and Doug made me feel at ease along with the General Manager. Thanks to this nice salesman named Doug I purchased a much needed car. A true Christmas blessing. Thank you for Christmas Angels.

As a first time car buyer, I came into this experience with little expectation that it could get done. Man was I proven wrong!! My salesman, Doug Philpot did a fantastic job helping negotiating my deal. Robert, the loan officer, was also phenomenal. With a bit of luck and a great deal of patience these guys were able to get me into a great car. A car that is reliable and also looks great driving down the road.
