I bought a 2016 B5 Blue Scat Pack Challenger from Brandon Marker, whom was excellent throughout the process. When I arrived at the dealership, from Nashville, Brandon had the car prepped and ready to go for me. In fact, the longest part of the whole process was me emptying out my trade in! The website wouldn't allow me to give any rating for the other options but buying process and facilities were also 5 stars. Normally we spend hours at a dealership-and I trade in cars about every 2 years so I know!! We initially left but continued to deal via email, quickly and efficiently, and even got to complete paperwork on a day our dealer Brandon was off-he worked with someone who would be there the day we needed to come. Once financing was in place and we agreed on the numbers, it took 10 minutes to do the paperwork. Thanks Brandon for one of my better buying experiences. And the detail dept did a great job too.

Brandon Marker made our first Jeep buying a pleasant experience! Everything he said he would do from having pre approval complete and paperwork ready to be signed when we got to the lot was great. This guy is the one to see if you are looking for a new vehicle. The purchase was made easier by him being prepared, in today's world people just do not have the time to sit around waiting for things to happen in car buying, we can say we were in and out within 15 minutes.

What a great experience my wife and I had at this dealership! We talked with Brandon Marker over the phone about a 2015 Jeep Wrangler they had advertised, and it was a pleasure to speak with someone who really knew the brand. Based on his knowledge and assistance over the phone, we told him we'd make the 2 1/2 hour drive from the Nashville, TN area to see the Jeep, and he actually had it running and warming up when we arrived...big plus :-) We loved the Jeep, naturally, it was in such premium condition though used. Even though we already had financing arranged, Brandon asked us if we'd like to see if their financing could beat the rates we had pre-arranged, and quite happily they came in almost almost $20/month less(!) Kudos to both Brandon and Scott Skees(?) for making this such a pleasurable buying experience...not to mention the on-site "Cars of Yesteryear Museum" we enjoyed while the car was being prepped to go home. Good time, excellent help...highly recommended!

Chris was a very helpful, knowledgeable, car salesman. I was looking for a vehicle that would get good road mileage due to my daily 50 mile one way travel. He directed me toward the Dart GT, which happen to have a lot of the options that i wanted. Went home, thought about it, and called him (Chris) back saying lets talk money/payments. Beyond the negotiation process, which was A+ on it own, the staff treated me with kindness, respect, and courtesy. The salesman followed up on calls. The management did not pressure me. The other salesmen were cordial, polite, and humorous to boot. Really felt part of the family with the whole experience.

Traded my Challenger in on a Chrysler 300, the salesman, Brandon Marker treated us with the upmost professionalism, was very helpful in answering questions and very respectful to what I was looking for. I purchased a 2012 Mazda3 Hatchback from this dealer just yesterday - so far the car is great, no problems, but I wanted to leave a good review for this dealer before I forgot! I went to a Mazda dealer previously and the experience was awful. When I contacted THIS dealer they were extremely helpful and when I was ready to come see the vehicle, Brandon had it waiting for me to test drive. We ran into some issues with my insurance and Brandon agreed to pull the keys on the vehicle for me until the next day. The purchase process was smooth and I did not feel pressured.

Normaly I hate to shop for a new car but I contacted Gary, our salesman, And told him what we were looking for and what we were willing to spend. We set up a time to come see him and when we arrived he had already found a vehicle for us . It was exactly what we were looking for and in the price range we wanted there was no reason to haggle and we drove away with our new vehicle that day

It was a very fast process I had picked out the car and new it was the one I wanted over the weekend. That Monday Brandon called and we set up a time to test drive it. Left 2 hours later with my car and we got the deal we want on it. A great experience, will definitely recommend to friends.

Recenetly bought my second Jeep from this dealership. I did hours upon hours of research looking for the best deal. I had to drive an hour to get there but i felt it was well worth it. I had a few minor concerns about the Jeep and expressed them to the salesperson (Gary Bowlin) a few days before I headed to the lot. My only critique is that I wish these had been addressed before I got there. However, once there the entire staff, including Gary, were completely accomodating. They took care of all my issues before I signed. I got a rock bottom deal and I'm now the proud owner of what I feel may be my favorite vehichle, ever...

be sure the sales rep doesn't take for granted that you're purchasing the vehicle upon your arrival. I came from out of town and when I arrived we took a test drive, talked briefly, then sent me to the financial manager who assume I was ready to sign the papers for purchase. We had to do some talking to come to my terms before I purchased. In the end I got what I wanted.

the only thing negative I have to say is that after talking to the sales person, it was assumed that I was ready to purchase the vehicle upon my arrival at asking price. Detailing of the vehicle was a bit to be desired and sales person said dealer refused to make a replacement on the instrument panel of the vehicle that looked like it was cleaned with an inappropriate substanced that ate into the plastic cover.
