Visited Supreme Toyota this week from Baton Rouge. Before arriving I asked (via email) for a general estimate of all fees they charge in addition to the price of the vehicle itself, not including taxes (e.g. license, title, registration, etc.). I was told, in writing, that the fees would total approximately $440.After arriving and looking over the truck (2016 Tacoma), we made an offer and were invited to take a seat in the main lobby area while our sales rep and manager "ran the numbers." Upon their return, they showed us a purchase agreement (which we had to initial) that showed only two items:1) Full sticker price of the vehicle;2) A $495 charge for a product called Autoguard, which they said was mandatory, non-negotiable, and in addition to any fees charged "in the finance office" (i.e. title, license, registration). My wife and I expressed immediate concern that the sticker price of the vehicle had not been discounted at all; and that the $495 Autoguard charge had not ever been discussed with us prior to our visit. We explained that we were told, via email, the only extra fees on top of the sticker price would be $440; and as a result, we were very upset to see an additional $495 charge appear on the agreement. The sales manager then offered to reduce the full sticker price of the vehicle by $500 (to "offset" the Autoguard charge), but would not agree to tell us the other, typical fee amounts (i.e. title, license, registration, etc.) unless and until we signed the agreement in front of us.At that point, we were ready to walk out. The sales manager tried to explain that he wasn't trying to rip us off; that the Autoguard product "pays for itself over time"; that he "has mouths to feed"; etc. However, it was hard to believe him: The $495 was never disclosed until it magically appeared on our purchase agreement; and he still hadn't given us an estimate of what the other fees (i.e. title, license, registration) would be. "The back office handles that," he said. "Our finance guy will take care of you."Right.We walked out. Do yourself a favor and never walk in.

Buyer beware. This is probably not the dealership you want to spend your time or money at. I don't usually write reviews but I consider this a necessary PSA because the employees of this dealership are incredibly dishonest and manipulative. In fact, when I filled out the survey Toyota sent me, it asked what Supreme could do to keep my business. My response is as follows:There is nothing Supreme Toyota of Hammond can do to keep my business. I will NEVER return. This was my first new car purchase and while I expected it to be daunting, I never imagined it would be so awful. I signed on a car Saturday evening (2016 Camry LE) and it was suppose to be delivered on the following Monday. Sunday evening I decided I had jumped the gun and made a purchase I was not pleased with. First thing Monday morning I went to the dealership to reverse the sale. I was told that "because it is an electronic process, the sale cannot be reversed. The only change that can be made is a change in VIN #". I understand that they wanted to preserve the sale but I was literally in tears over the situation and just wanted to return home without a new car, have time to calm down to return at a later date. Sure, they care about customer service so long as they benefit greatly from it. My issue was that Toyota did not produce the car options I wanted, or so I was originally told. I like the body style of the SE and XSE but I wanted grey cloth interior and I was told my only options were black with red stitching or black with grey stitching for the SE and the XSE only came in leather. Both of those were deal breakers. So it bumped me down to an LE which I didn't care for the body style of. It was nothing personal, I just realized how much money I was spending on a car that I was just settling with. They wanted to know what they could do to make me happy with the purchase since they "couldn't" undo it. I ended up with a 2016 Camry SE, white exterior, ash (which originally they told me that ash was black and not grey) interior, and the convenience package. I can not make a single complaint about this car, I believe in Toyota and the reputation it stands on, my complaint is directed toward the process that brought me to it. On the Saturday that I spent negotiating, my trade in value on my car was bumped from $500 to $1000 and I was ok with that. After I signed on the SE that Monday and got home I realized my trade in value went back down to $500, I also had to sign a waiver waiving my right to a 72 hour return window which shouldn't have even existed IF I in fact could not reverse a sale on a car that I had never even driven or seen 48 hours after signing. I think the most astounding thing that I witnessed was the smile on each persons face as I sat in tears. They saved $500 on my trade in, got several thousand dollars more out of a sale, got me to waive my 72 hour return window, AND got me to waive my right to a jury should I ever have an issue. It was truly an impressive staff and I've been letting all my friends know exactly what kind of people they are. Of course, I was naive to think integrity was something a car salesman valued but we live and learn. Anyway after this response, I got a phone call from Kyle the sales manager. He was the one that I dealt with when trying to reverse the sale (not exactly my favorite person) and he proceeded to twist my words from our previous discussion and told me that if they owed me $500 they would make it right because they don't do business that way. Obviously they do because my date of sale was May 14, that conversation happened sometime in June and it is currently July 21. Since that conversation which left me far more angry than I was previously, I've emailed the dealership manager Bo Gray with no response. I told myself that I would give them until I picked up my license plate to own up to their actions before posting a review anywhere hoping that I could at least share some ounce of integrity but I picked it up yesterday and I feel like I've been more than patient. I wish I had checked yelp before hand and seen the 1 star, and now that I've told people I went to Supreme of Hammond they look at me like I'm crazy because they too have had horrible experiences in the past. No one gave me a heads up before hand, but I certainly don't want anyone else to go through this nightmare.

After having bad experiences with two dealerships in my area, I spoke with Nick and discussed my needs. Although he couldn't make any promises, he assured me that he would do the very best he could to help me get into a Toyota Camry. Everyone was so courteous and Nick was very attentive to my needs and let me know everything that was going on. He worked the best deal for me and I am very happy with my car. I appreciate everything he did to help me and I'll be sure to send everyone I can to Supreme Toyota of Hammond! I am a very satisfied customer.

In the initial phone call with our salesman (Nicholas Blazier), he sounded friendly, knowledgeable and fair. While test driving the car, we asked him several questions and he answered each of them to our satisfaction. We did not learn until later that he didn't give us the correct information about the details of the car. When we sat down to hammer out the details of the cost of the car including the fees, he informed us that "We do things differently here. That will all be done in the Finance Manager's office". When we were ushered into the finance manager's (Darryl Higgins) office, he did not look up, introduce himself to us, stand up or acknowledge us in any way. Had it not been for the fact that my husband and I were exhausted and in shock from the lack of professionalism, we would have gotten up and left. When he printed out some forms with numbers on them and handed them across his desk for us to sign, I asked about discussing the sale and the fees, and he informed us that "All of that is done outside of this office with your salesman, before you ever meet with me.". We questioned some of the fees and he was not willing to negotiate any of them. We eventually agreed to them simply because we wanted to complete the transaction and be done with the whole process. In hindsight, we should never had done business with them and certainly never purchased a car from them. Unfortunately, were in a difficult situation where we needed to purchase a vehicle for a family member immediately. It then took 4 phone calls to 3 different employees at the dealership to get them to mail the license plate to us. We lived about 2 hours from them and were told at time of purchase that they would "be glad to mail" the license plate to us. Eventually we received the plate. I have never reviewed a car dealership before but felt that I needed to in this case, if for no other reason than to give others a "heads up" before they did business with this dealership.

My experience with Supreme Toyota was poor to say the least. I called and emailed the dealership to set an appointment to come look at a truck. Never heard back from them. Chatted with a lady from their website and told her what I wanted. Never heard back from them. E-mailed Kyle as did my companys buying service. Never heard back from them. I had money in hand to buy a new truck and no one would call me to set an appointment.

As I was looking at many dealerships for the perfect car for the perfect deal and whatI found that only one person stood out. I received great service from every person at the other dealerships but within my 2 weeks of looking, Mike is the ONLY person that kept following up with me in attempt to fit our needs. That tells me that Supreme is definitely dialed into customer service. The reason for the follow up calls is the "Perfect" car for the "Perfect" price was not available at the time. Mike really went above and beyond to locate the our 2012 Toyota Camry that my wife absolutely loves. I Have since then reccommeded two other people to see mike and based on his service, I will continue to do so. We has a very pleasant buying experience with Supreme and especially with Mike.

I purchased a new car from Supreme Toyota recently. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially our salesman, Josh Nolan, and the finance officer, Kyle. The service guys, Jimmy and others in that department are very pleasant as well. There are usually a couple of glitches in purchasing a new vehicle, but these guys (and the nice lady at the receptionist desk) made the experience a pleasant one.

I did my research for a new car online, but wanted to purchase a car locally. After going to Supreme Toyota of Hammond and driving a Highlander XLE, I worked with Kyle to negotiate a deal on a couple of different trim lines. After comparing the different options on each model and agreeing on what I felt was a fair price, I decided on a 2015 Highlander Limited Platinum model. My salesman, Chad had to locate the specific exterior and interior color that I wanted from another dealership. Once my car came in, he spent hours with me explaining all the bells and whistles on my fabulous new car. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I could not have asked for more personal attention. Chad took me on what they call a "Poker Run" to meet each department and show me around. I look forward to having my car serviced with Supreme Toyota and having a long relationship with my sales team.

In early to mid-December, I saw a 2008 Solstice on their website and decided to make the 45 minute drive from my small town to theirs, with my husband, so that I could check it out. After kicking the tires, cruising down the I-55 for a test run, I decided to make an offer. We agreed on a four figure price and started the credit application process. I had a $4000.00 down payment in hand, and intended to finance the remainder. (You can do the math.) The salesman, disappeared into the glass enclosed cubicles where all the magic happens and for several tensely patient minutes I waited for word. As this jaunt into Toyota-Land wasnt the only item on our days agenda we had to leave to get my husband to an event nearby. After searching high and low, I found my salesman and told him so. Practically from his knees, he begged me to wait a few more minutes, promising that someone would get me to where I needed to be if my husband would only leave me there to wait out the decision of the lenders. This option was not acceptable so my husband and I left without getting a final answer as to credit approval. Less than ten minutes later, while en route to our next destination, my phone rang. The salesman said that a deal was struck with a lender and that I would be pleased with the terms, and that if Id return to the Morrison Road location after dropping my husband off that a deal could be struck and signed. Well, finally, I thought. I got back to the Supreme Toyota location early afternoon and my salesman took me straight to the finance clerk to go over the terms. Id been approved, with a double digit interest rate, and a monthly payment just under $300.00, however, if Id accept a recommended bumper to bumper warranty, my payments would only increase by a mere $12.00. After my initial elation at approval wore off, I texted my husband with the figures of the deal and a photo of the buyers order. Moments after the photo flew across time and space via the wonders of SMS messaging, my phone rang out with a hold up, wait a minute the numbers dont add up alert from my husband. It turned out that, I was being charged another four figure number for an unsolicited warranty; then three more figures, (over a monthly payments worth,) for a key replacement fee; then another monthly payments worth and then some for an item called KeyGuard that would supposedly protect my vehicle from theft and was included in each and every deal and vehicle sold at Supremes Dealership, absolutely, positively, no exceptions. While unhappy that my Solstice driving days were over before they began I followed the advice from my wiser, un-emotional half and left the dealership, with $4000.00 still in hand, and driving the same borrowed hooptie in which Id arrived. The next morning, I got a text message from my salesman, asking if I was sure I wanted to pass on what was likely the only approval offer any lender on the planet would give me. I asked about a re-fi option hed mentioned the day before and was assured it was 100% available, as long as I made my payments on time for a year. I admit, I thought about, but no, I replied that I was sure, and thanked him for his assistance. Hours later, I got another message from the young salesman telling me that a man was on his way with cash to buy the cute red Solstice that I was already approved to purchase with my double digit interest rate and the now required $2000.00 bumper to bumper warranty. The very next morning another text message arrived from young Mr. Salesman asking again, if Id changed my mind yet. I replied, courteously, that I had not and thanked him for his time. I moved on.The week after Christmas I went back to Supremes website to find, you guessed it, the Solstice was still listed in their inventory. I decided to poke around a bit and sent my salesman a text asking if the man with the CASH in HAND had dropped out of the picture. No, I was told, he hadnt but was planning to come in before the 31st and that my offer of the 18th was still good, if only Id accept it. Since all this began, I used the handy dandy internet to check a few facts and figures of my own and discovered that the likelihood of a lender requiring the four figure warranty, the key guard, the key replacement fees, etc was not only shady, at best, but predatory and unlawful in some circumstances. I told young Mr. Salesman this and even mentioned the fact that both the sales and finance managers were mentioned, by name, on several poorly rated, on-line consumer reviews. Well, suffice it to say, that I do not have a 2008 Solstice in my driveway and Supreme Toyota of Hammond has one more bad on-line review.

Hi, I have some complaining to do regarding my purchase with your dealership. We visited your dealership on Saturday, May 10th due to my daughter seeing a Used Malibu on your website. She really liked this car. We test drove the car and visited with salesman William Bunns, Mr Bunns was extremely polite and a great salesman, as well as Tony the manager. We spent the entire evening working out a deal that I could possibly afford as I was very limited with funds. Everything worked great with this 2009 Malibu for the test drive etc. For my daughter to be absolutely positive this was the car she liked we reentered the car several times without while negotiating a price. While signing papers and writing check I sent my daughter to put something in the car from our other vehicle and she came back in and said mom my keyless entry key wouldnt open the door and when I went to lock the door on the inside on the driver side that button wouldnt work. I finished signing and we walked outside with our salesman showed him the issue. It was late at 7PM on Saturday, he stated our service department is closed but yes that was working call me during the week to come back and we will have our service department take care of this. I called and he told me I dont work in service and am not familiar with how they handle appointments let me transfer you to them. Without telling service anything transferred me and I had to explain the problem at hand. They said no appointments on Saturday but I could come early and would have to wait a little while. We are in Thibodaux an 1 hour and away, told them I would come out the next Saturday morning. We left Thibodaux at 6 am to try and be the 1st in line. When we arrived we explained to service the problem at hand again, then they said oh we cannot do anything until your salesman comes in so we know what is allowed. So this tells me the salesman did not speak with service at all regarding me coming in with what issues and even though I had spoke with service and explain NO one from service went and questioned salesman. So this became my first encounter of NOT Great Customer Service. So I have to sit and wait for salesman then he arrives and proceeds to tell me there is only one technician here today and there is no way we will get to you today. He says look we cannot fix the door as we really didnt make any money of this used car I will call you during the week on what we can do. We leave NOT happy let me say, he calls me during the week after I had to call him and email him several times then we played phone tag. His suggestion is we have a sister dealership in Gonzales is that closer for you we can do at dealer cost for you. Yes that is closer for me but I am not happy with the solution you are offering. He tells me who to contact at the dealership in Gonzales I contact them they think I am crazy. Who are you calling to see how much the dealer cost would be on parts and to fix these actuators? I explain they give me a price which is more than I can afford and I think was my cost not the dealerships but I dont know. The price is about $200.00 for the part per a door. At this time I call salesman back and he says oh I thought someone talked to service in Gonzales let me see. I receive no return call I email our salesman and he has still yet to contact Gonzales or try to help me. His answer is we really didnt make any money on this car. 1. I work in accounting with used pieces of machinery and we have taken a lost to make money on new piece of equipment or to make customer happy. 2. I also know there is an account to write off small incidental items to. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I can see this is not at all what your dealership is interested in. I would not recommend to a friend at this time.

Most dishonest deceitful impolite people I have ever encountered. Sets a new low for car salesman. Bo Gray (manager) is one of the worst. Darrel (finance guy) will sit right infront of you and lie to your face about how the interest rate is higher right now, but by financing through Toyota motor financial, you can refinance in 1 year with a guaranteed lower rate... Come to find out, Toyota Financial does not offer refinancing! Bought a certified pre owned truck from them. Got on the interstate to drive it home, dangerously pulling to the right. Brought it back, they said it really wasn't their problem but they'd do a courtesy alignment. Waited 3 hours. Truck still pulling just as bad to the right and now the steering wheel is cocked to the left. Called them again. Said it's not their problem, I bought a used vehicle. On top of that, they used the wrong address when submitting my registration causing my taxes to be higher. They will not release my registration until I pay them $324 for their mistake. Team Toyota in Baton Rouge is now in the process of evaluating my truck to see what the issue with it pulling to the right is. They said it's absolutely covered as a certified used vehicle it must track and drive straight on an even surface! Very nice and helpful service department at Team Toyota. Quite the opposite at Supreme Toyota. Also, when I asked them to see the carfax, they faxed a year older model wrong truck! They clearly don't have their sh** together. Bo Gray is extremely rude and next to impossible to deal with. I will be contacting our family attorney regarding the $324 taxes they expect me to pay for their mistake as well!

My experience with Supreme Toyota was extremely pleasant. I went there to purchase a car and get myself back into the Toyota family. My sales person, Matt, was not only knowledgable about the cars and had a very pleasing personality, he knew exactly how to help me with my situation. The financial manager worked with me to get an acceptable financial package and, like Matt, he was very pleasant. The facility was very clean and comfortable. At my age, I have had the opportunity to be in many car dealerships and I would rate this one the best!

We traded in our 2011 Camry for a 2013 model. Our salesperson was Buck and he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the deal. Great experience from start to finish. It's is our third vehicle purchased from this dealership location and this past purchase experience was the best thanks to Buck.

Supreme started with the lowest price off the bat and I couldn't get others to even meet it after several days of going back and forth. "Buck", the salesman, took the time to go over all the features of the vehicle even though the deal was done and he could have moved on to the next sale.

In recently purchasing a new car, we visited 8 nearby dealerships of various auto makers and worked with 6 salesmen, as well as consulting numerous dealerships within a 75-mile radius of our town via Cars.com. At the end of our search, we had resolved that we wanted to give Supreme our business. Our decision was based on the amount of information that we were given, which far exceeded our questions, and the professional, honest presentation by our salesman, C.J. We are delighted that we were able to negotiate a deal with Supreme, and look forward to a favorable business relationship with the dealership and service center in the years ahead. The negative reviews that precede this review demonstrate the responsibility of buyers to examine every financial document with a fine-toothed comb, question every entry and double check every total. We spent far more time completing the financial deal with Supreme than we spent deciding on the car. We don't believe this would have been any different with another dealership. Buying a car is a negotiation, and by its nature, the seller is going to try to make as much profit as possible. Unfortunately, car manufacturers have a myriad of deals to throw at us buyers, and closing the deal is confusing. We were told we were the most detail-oriented buyers they had encountered. We say we were looking out for our own interests, and if that meant repeatedly questioning the numbers and the documents we were signing, then so be it.

Without my knowledge an extended service contract was added to the bill of sale that I did not notice until I got home to look over all the papers. The disclosure statement was never discussed with me. I have been trying for the last 2 1/2 months to have this canceled and my money returned. I met with Bo Gray on January 18, 2013 and he said he only found out about the situation the day before and that the contract was canceled and a check had been sent to Toyota Financial. It was never sent. This is the worse car buying experience I have ever encountered.

The sales team and finance team at Supreme Toyota do not seem to value their customers' time or money. During our sale they were either deceitful, incompetent, or both. My wife and I purchased a vehicle here in October after what was a less than ideal experience with the sales associates. The financial advisor gave us an outrageous finance offer after 30 minutes of waiting. We have shopped for cars before and have never waited this long for financial information. I proceeded to give them the terms I wanted in order to purchase the car and was told that was not possible given our credit history. They made several finance offers that I rejected before agreeing to the terms that they originally said were not possible. Thus, they were obviously not being truthful beforehand in an effort to squeeze money out of the deal. I only demanded financing similar to what was offered at competing dealerships and did not expect to be questioned for wanting the best deal. After the financing went through, the staff seemed to be annoyed that we were able to get a good deal, as if we should have just accepted the offer they first put on the table. None of that compares to the struggle we had attempting to contact the financial serviceman after the sale. We had been made promises regarding our extended warranty and service contract that ended up being false. There was no misunderstanding or confusion. He lied to our faces as we were signing documents. I will not delve into the details of this lie, but you should be aware that if something sounds fishy at this dealership, it probably is. When we realized that his promises had not gone through, we attempted to contact him to discuss where the confusion originated. He was too busy to speak to us on the first day we attempted to contact him twice. The second day he eventually took the call, listened to our complaints, and promised to return our call when he had more information. He never returned the call. We attempted to call him back several times, and were not able to reach him. When I brought up this problem with Sean (a manager) on the phone, his only solution was for me to drive the forty minutes to Hammond and talk to him in person. Sean guaranteed me that the employee would be there at the dealership until close. We arrived at the dealership an hour before close, and the financial serviceman was nowhere to be found. We had a long talk with the General Manager, Bo, who assured us nothing could be done to remedy the situation and seemed annoyed and irritated at our anger towards his employees. He was - in fairness - direct with us and honest about the situation. I simply cannot imagine a worse handling of service after a sale. Do yourself a favor and find an honest dealership with competent and courteous employees.

Usually, I find dealing with car dealerships about as pleasurable as a root canal. My experience with Supreme Toyota was entirely different. The internet sales representative, Amy, and I negotiated the price of our new Avalon by email, in a respectful and constructive way, over a two day period. At the dealership to pick up the car, we found Amy to be very friendly (not to mention charming) and helpful in every way. A floor rep was assigned to help acquaint us with the car, and we found Terry to be just as friendly and helpful. Because of the holiday period (Thanksgiving) we experienced some problems in establishing our insurance coverage for the new car. Amy and Terry spent together something like an hour and went beyond the call of duty to help us resolve this with our insurance company. Yes, I recommend them.

I was searching for new cars online, and the internet team at Supreme Toyota contacted me. They weren't pushy like a lot of sales people, and they made the process easy and simple. They were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I typically don't like guying to buy cars, but these sales people seem to be more concerned about customer service than trying to make a buck. All the hard work was done when I came in, and I got just what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. It was actually an enjoyable experience. Looks like buying a car doesn't have to be a headache after all. I would recommend them to anyone in the market.

We lost our truck to 8 of flood water during Hurricane Isaac and needed to buy a new truck. We did our homework and shopped around but we got the best deal at Supreme Toyota of Hammond. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect truck for our needs. They texted us pictures of the vehicle before we left home but the pictures didn't do it justice. It's a beautiful truck. When we got to the dealership the Salesman Terry Vitrano and the General Manager Bo Gray couldn't have made us feel more welcome. They answered all of our questions and the entire buying process was really quick and painless. Before we left they showed us how to use all of the electronics on the truck and reminded us that they were only a phone call away if we needed anything. This was the first vehicle we purchased from Supreme Toyota but it wont be the last!! Thanks Terry and Bo!!

We were insulted and held emotionally captive for 6 hours at this no class dealership! Dont waste your time there. They dont have the inventory but want you to sign a paper buying a car that they wont tell you where it is or when it would be coming in,if ever! Not only does " Bo the manager" not know how to treat customers with the respect we deserve, he's just totally untrained to make a sale with any dignity. No class! Dont know how they stay in business.. The lack of interest is obvious as we were forced to sit there for 6 hours while the saleslady ran back and forth to a plastic cubical with a group of men (so called managers) eating cheetos and talking with the female employees while my husband and I had not even eaten dinner yet. It was rediculous... the owners should send this whole crew back to school or fire them and get a new bunch in that would possibly care about the business, asap! We were treated like criminals when we asked to trade our low mileage mercedes CLS55 with a 43,000 added on brabus package, in on a much lower priced highlander. It was obvious they weren't equipped mentally to deal with such a proposal so ignorantly turned to insulting and degrading our automobile and eventually us in the process in hopes of making a sale. NOT!! BO, take some classes in sales and how to treat customers....you need it! We will never go back to this shabby dealership.

I have gone through 3 different dealerships looking for someone to help me out. My credit is not the best and I knew that going into it, other dealers just told me that I needed $5,000 and they "MAY" be able to help me out. I was dealing with a salesman there named Nick and he was very helpful to me. I explained to him what was going on and he told me that they were going to help me out, AND THAT THEY DID!!! These guys went above and beyond to make sure that I was going to leave in a car (that I liked). Nick introduced me to the General Manager (Bo) and he made sure that everyone was doing their best to take care of me. These people really care about their customers. They have even called me after the sale to make sure that I wa happy with the car that I bought. I will tell all of my friends and family about them. IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR A CAR GO SEE NICK AND BO AT TOYOTA OF HAMMOND!!!

I did not purchase a car from this dealer and I would advise you not to waste your time dealing with them, especially on the internet. I was negotiating with them through email after requesting an online quote. I was offered a great deal from another dealer. Supreme Toyota promised to match the quote from the other dealer. I had not yet settled on a specific vehicle and was promised that the deal would be good for any of the cars they could get for me (they said they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock). On the plus side, they did show me the invoice. There was no mention of Autoguard or any other extra fee. When I asked for the out of the door price, they suddenly threw in $495 for Autoguard. I told them I didn't want it, but they refused to remove it. Even still, they were cheaper than some of the other dealers, so I still decided that I was going to buy from them. When I told them that I was ready to purchase, they said that was great and that they could get the car I wanted within a few hours and certainly by the end of the day. A couple of hours later, they told me that they could no longer get the car I wanted from the dealer that they were going to get it from. I was also told that the deal we had worked out was not good for any other vehicle. That was not the agreement that we had. I emailed the sales manager and told her that I was not happy with the situation and felt that they were being dishonest. I did not hear back from her, so a few days later, I emailed the general manager and told him the same thing and informed him that I would give negative reviews both online and in person. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard back from either manager. It seems that they do not care about honoring their deals. I would avoid them if I were you.

Dealer did not honor trade in value from web site that they confirmed prior to arrival. Then, car that they promised would be there in the morning not delivered till 6pm that evening. Did financing through Toyota. Told I could have $1000 incentive or 2.95% finanacing. Took incentive but noticed all kinds of extra fees. $495 for window serial number etching, $1295 for paint sealant and so on. Car not even there yet, so how are these fees there. They agreed to take of sealant fees but said the other wasn't optional. Found out later that serial number etching kit costs $20. Very dishonest and left me feeling ripped off. I would not recommend them to anyone. This is my 4th Toyota. Had a great experience at at the other 2 locations, but this one claimed to have my car on the lot. They lied right from the start.

What’s more, Supreme Toyota of Hammond has been on the market for a very long time and remains the preferred dealership for buyers looking for used cars and trucks for sale. From low mileage used cars to cheapest used cars, there is something for you from Supreme Toyota. Check out the listings today to find the right car for yourself. Supreme Toyota is definitely the best place to buy used cars online.
