My salesman knew every detail about the car & options.He was as professional & polite as could be,as were all of the dealerships other employees.Transaction was completed in a timely fashion.I was not pressured.All of my questions were answered thoroughly,regardless if they were repetitive or common sense.The responses were worded in language I could understand.The dealership was very clean & organized.This was my 1st & only stop.I had no urge to shop price or brand.An overall excellent buying experience.

The buying experience at Sunset Kia of Venice was fantastic. The sales person Nick Izzo met me at the door with cold bottles of water. He spent at least two hours letting me test drive the Sportage and explaining all the car options. Since my last car was 12 years old I wasn't familiar with the new technology and he sat and showed me how to use all the options. For example he showed me how to use the navigation system and the voice command. He was so patient and made me feel very relaxed. No high pressure here! He knew the vehicle well and acted proud of the Kia dealership he worked for. I had looked at other car companies but I was impressed with the much better warranty. He even explained how the turbo engine works. This car has so much more pick up and smooth riding than the competition's comparable. I am so happy I changed to Kia. My Sportage is beautiful and I have had three people in the first week ask me about my Kia and I told them go to the Kia dealership in Venice and talk to Nick Izzo. Their whole staff was friendly. After I purchased the car and Nick gave me the keys you could see that he was glad that I felt comfortable with everything and pleased that I was happy. I am driving my peppy car and loving blue tooth and all the other bells and whistles it has!.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my car! The employees are amazing! From the time I walked in the door til I drove away in my new car, they went WAY above and beyond anything I could have expected. I can't say enough about the service. I especially appreciate that every "little" detail was though of. I left feeling happy and excited not stressed! Totally changed my opinion of car buying!

I love how I was treated with kindness and respect and given a lot of knowledge about the car I really wanted. Dario was a great salesperson and knowledgeable, the managers worked together with sales like a great team. I would recommend anyone to come here to buy a car!

I have bought 3 new KIA's from this dealership in the past 3 years and every time the sales staff have gone above and beyond to make the process smooth and quick. And the service department is second to none. By far the best and most helpful service staff I have dealt with. I have to say from the technicians in the shop to the detail dept, sales, service write up all the way to the higher management. All are a wonderful group and make every visit a very enjoyable experience.

THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!! I bought my first car from Sunset Kia of Venice! I had a WONDERFUL Saleswoman! She introduced me to the Finance manager (who is hysterical) and the Service manager (who is VERY knowledgeable)! I was very impressed on how everyone was honest and professional. Everyone was able to answer all of my questions (not so good with a smart phone but my saleswoman paired my phone for me and showed me how easy the voice commands were)! I honestly feel like I am part of the "Kia family"!! Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience! I even told my mother she needed to check out there pre-owned selection, the next day she went there and bought a car!! If you are looking to buy or lease a vehicle please go to Sunset Kia of Venice! As a single mother , I was driving around in a 1999 Chevy Blazer, that was literally about to break. I smelled oil everyday, it started shaking and worrying me to the point that I knew I could not go one day longer. My child and my safety were in jeopardy and I had been so long without a car payment, that I was definitely nervous about how I would manage to get out of the Blazer and into something safe and brand new. I knew that my credit was not exactly up there and I took a chance by putting in an application for financing with Kia for a 2015 Forte I had my eye on. The finance department was extremely helpful and worked hard to get me approved. My sales rep Joe, was awesome, he was professional, friendly and helpful, even helped pair my phone to my car. I received a Thank You card from him within 2 days of my purchase and I greatly appreciated his excellent customer service. The service dept, as well as their customer care were so welcoming .The managers were all friendly and they made my buying process hassle free, no back and forth, no funny business, just an overall easy process. I now have a brand new vehicle, a great warranty and a worry-free driving experience every day. I got all of this AND great monthly payment!! SO HAPPY, THANK YOU to everyone over at Sunset Kia of Venice!!!

Good day to all Venice Florida. My name is Michael Rose United States Federal Fiduciary. In case you do not know, I work for the veterans association. USMC. I protect the elderly, and watch their finances. I wanted to share this story so that my fellow vets do not be taken advantage of. After all, It is my job to protect them, and their money. That being said, I walked into Kia to purchase a car, and was greeted by a man named Ralph Ramirez. I was trading a 2007 SHELBY GT500. I thought that the car was a little too small on the inside to transport people. In addition, the power was way too much. Ralph was the nastiest person I have come across. There was a point when he was flirting with a rep, and told my new sales person to beat It he was busy. Moreover, He advised that my car was only worth 18k with 30k miles on it. I was shaking because I just spent 28k on it. So, I drove it to the next dealer that I was personally familiar with, and received $28,000 to trade it. Please Venice people be careful when you deal with people like this. I handle many elderly financial accounts so that we as citizens are not taken advantage of. Don't waste your time, you will be sorely disappointed by the customer service. They refuse to come down on their price (not a dime) even if the car is used. They try to trick you with smoke and mirrors, and they aren't ashamed to do it in the most obvious way possible. Insulting.

I have a 2009 Optima now (bought at sunset kia venice in 09). I was in for service (great service department) and checked out the new 2012 Optimas. What a neat car. Wish I could afford one. Sales staff was terrific even though I couldn't afford the car. When I can buy, I will be back to their store.

Hi Bought this car on line after doing about 3 weeks of research. I live in Canada and have a home in Ft Myers Beach. The sales staff were excellent, all the paperwork was done on time and when I picked the car up it was everything that they said it was! I would highly recomend Sunset Kia of Venice to anyone.
