Ralph had been recommended to me by a number of people, and he made the experience very easy. This was my first car purchase, and Ralph helped me make the decision at my pace. He was incredibly responsive and patient when I needed him, but there was never any pressure to purchase. I highly recommend Ralph for anyone looking for a Subaru.

We thought we wanted a used 2015 Outback, SOK didn't have what we wanted in stock so we traveled out to (another dealer) to look at their cars, big mistake. Like jumping in a way back machine, typical sales stuff, began w/ making me sit in back while the sales gal sat in front w/ my wife driving, when we wanted things fixed on the 2015, she couldn't imagine how since the repair was another department (????). Kept us there for four hours, horrible. My wife was sick from the moment we left until we canceled the deal to buy their 2015 outback.Called Louis at SOK, he gave us a price over the phone on a new 2017, much better deal than buying used for us. We visited that day, picked out the car, bought it the next day. Like dealing with Adults vs. Children in the sales department between the two dealerships. This is our third car from Subaru of Kennesaw, a 2013 Legacy for myself, a 2010 Forester for our son and 2017 Outback for the wife. They (Subaru of Kennesaw) made it easy to buy, worked w/ us, got us in and out in a timely fashion, most excellent. Highly recommended.

I made an appointment online for my first service on my new Forester that I bought at this dealership. I arrived on time and told the person who approached my car that I was there for my first service and Jeremy is my service advisor. The guy did not introduce himself or ask me any questions about my car, he just said "You can wait inside." I proceeded to the sitting area expecting about a 30 min wait as all I needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Nobody offered to tell me that they have coffee and water available outside the sitting area. I found that by accident when I could no longer sit in the hard chair. I waited and waited....100 minutes total!! Finally, my car was ready. I was handed my key with no apology for the excessive wait even when I asked if that was typical, and told everything was fine with my car I had to ask where to find my car. He said " oh, follow me". When I saw my car I noticed that I did not get a complimentary wash as it states they do on the website. When I said something, "the guy" (still wondering who this was-from website pics it could have been Justin). He said "Oh, you wanted one?" I then told him I overheard another advisor giving a coupon to a customer for a wash. He said "I can get you one of those." No thank you, no have a nice day--nothing. I left shaking my head and thinking "wow, they could care less about customers." So now--a week later I notice an oil leak on my clean garage floor. Shocked I called and talked to another service advisor, Matthew. He was nice but blamed a "manufacturers defect" on the washer behind the oil drain bolt and said it must have been crushed. He said it was not their fault. I said I need to get this fixed and I want a loaner car because I refuse to sit there again. He said "Subaru won't give you a loaner car." I explained how I waited 100 minutes and was miserable last week. He said "That's the policy here." I asked to speak to the manager. He said no manager was present. I asked to speak to the manager of the whole dealership and he said that he was gone for the day also (it was Saturday). I said, "So, they leave you with no manager on duty?" He said "Yes, just the service advisors." That about said it all! I am so upset that I have this dealership so close to my house but I will have to take my car to another Subaru dealership for service from now on. I will not return to the Kennesaw Subaru if I can help it. I want to be appreciated for my time and money.

It was refreshing to step into a dealership and not feel pressured. We were taught about the different models, allowed ample test drive time and then went on our way to think. Glad to have had such a positive experience from our salesman all the way through to general management and finance dept.

We drive 1.5 hours to have our Subaru serviced at this dealership. In the past we have made an appointment to make sure they have us in the schedule. They now have a rapid service system for routine service and inspections. We were in and out in about an hour with a full oil and tire rotation as well as an overall inspection. The waiting area is very nice with snacks and wifi. The hour flew by. There are a lot of nice lunch stops nearby if needed. They used to shuttle us to the Red Eyed Mule around the corner as we always arrived very early for our appointment. With the rapid service there is no need for that and we can be on our way home much sooner, avoiding the rush hour traffic.

I was not bombarded by overly-zealous sales people upon entering the showroom. After reading about two different models and exploring the interior of each, I approached the receptionist and requested to speak with a salesperson. I was introduced to Ralph Kurland. He was accommodating and proceeded to suffer my indecision by encouraging me to test drive the models in question. We then searched the lot for my perfect car. Decision at last!

After a night of celebration with some friends, I was still in the market for a new car and wasn't really expecting much when one of them said, "Well, we'll just stop by some dealerships on the way home." However, I had a wonderful buying experience here. After a few mins Ralph Kurland came out and talked to us and found what is now my new car. I love it, and the service we received was better than anywhere I've shopped thus far. 10/10 highly recommend.

As a mother of an almost 2 year old; my main priority is safety for my child and myself, but also something that we can grow into as a family. I had been toying around with the idea of getting an SUV for a while but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. When I walked into Subaru of Kennesaw was greeted with a warm smile and a handshake from Colin. This was a welcomed change from the other dealerships I went to where they wait outside for you like vultures. I explained my concerns to Colin and told him that I wasn't looking to purchase today; but I wanted to narrow down my options when it came time to make my final decision.Colin was more than gracious to give me not only answers to each and every one of my questions/concerns but he also gave me his undivided attention. Never did I feel like I was being pressured into anything.I have to say...I'm IN LOVE!!!! I ended up purchasing the 2017 Forester 2.0XT Touring edition for me and my family!! Even though I wasn't initially looking to make a purchase today, I have ZERO regrets!This was the easiest, most enjoyable, and professional car buying experience I have ever had. From Colin (sales) to Joseph and Louis (financing/management), I would recommend Subaru of Kennesaw to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

My wife and I could not be more satisfied with our first purchase of a 2017 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Kennesaw. We had been shopping on line for a new vehicle at several dealerships, I inquired on an eprice to Kennesaw Subaru concerning a particular 2017 Outback, with in less than 12 hours, Colin Blanken responded with a response. I called and set up a meeting with Mr. Blanken, my wife and I met him at the dealership told Colin what we were interested in and were undecided what we wanted, either a Forrester or Outback, we took both cars out for a test drive. Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable answered all our questions we were very pleased and never did we feel the pressure of buy this or that today. We decided on an 2017 Outback 2.5i Limited. My wife wanted a Crystal Pearl White with Ivory leather interior. There wasn't one on the lot and to make a long story short, we put a deposit down on an Outback with a delivery date of August 29, 2017. Needless to say we were very happy our Outback came in on the 18th of August! Just what we wanted. I would like to thank all the wonderful people we met at Kennesaw Subaru making this a pleasurable buying experience. Thank you Colin, it was a pleasure meeting you, I will tell all my friends and family interested in purchasing a new car or SUV to ask for your help. I took my 2014 Suburu Outback into this dealership on a busy Friday afternoon. They were able to work me in for a simple oil change. Turns out I needed a new air filter and cabin filter and they alerted me to my tires being at the end of their life. Best of all they WERE NOT PUSHY. I got fixed what needed to be fixed and at a reasonable rate. I worked with MATTHEW and he was helpful. They even washed my car. I recommend them for sure.

This was the best trade-in experience for me - my old cars were priced very fairly, financing for my new car was fast and with my best interest in mind, everyone in a dealership was very friendly and helpful. Overall I had traded-in two old cars and purchased a new car in 2.5 hours, with all paperwork and car inspection and wash all together. No time wasted! Would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.

I've always had the belief that it was a bad idea to get major work done at a dealer because they are known for higher costs in general. However, the service provided at Kennesaw Subaru is top notch and the service team seems to really care genuinely about your car. I would highly recommend their services and plan to use them again for future replace and/or repair work.

When we first step into dealership, we were greeting by Mr. Howard. He is people focused, personal and very professional. We had not made a decision as to which make and model of car we wanted to purchase. He took time to point out the many safety feature of the Subaru Outback, Consumer Reports ratings and took us for a test drive further pointing out what sets the Subaru apart from its competitors. He made us feel that we were the only customer he needed to spend time with that day, we never felt rushed to make a decision. No matter how many questions we had, and we had quite a few, he was very patient and kind.

Ralph Kurland was our sales person that we met a month ago when we were trying to decide what car we wanted. When my husband returned to the dealership this week to test drive a Subaru Outback, he remembered my husband as soon as he walked through the door. He is not a pushy salesman, which my husband and I loved. He took the time to find out exactly what we wanted. After we purchased the car, he took as much time that we needed to show us how to use all the options in the car. Steve Abad who handled our finance at Subaru, made it painless. We were expecting some variations on the interest rate that we were quoted. Happy to say that did not happen. If you want a great car shopping experience without any of the BS that comes with car buying, head to Subaru of Kennesaw and I guarantee you will not be disappointed with their first class employees and serivce.

In July 2016, my husband and I purchased a 2017 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Kennesaw. Though we do not enjoy any car buying process (way too long), Kennesaw treated us extremely well. If we had to do it over again (and most likely we will), we would. William Howard was our salesman and he was very dedicated to making us feel comfortable in the entire process.

Shopping for cars can be very stressful, but from the moment my partner and I walked into the dealership Ralph took great care of us! His awesome sense of humor and kind nature assured me that we would have a pleasant experience. He also has great taste in music! If you are looking for a sales associate that will give it to you straight, look no further than Ralph. He answered every question we had about the Crosstrek and assured us that we were getting the best deal around! I know we will be back again soon and will be asking for Ralph personally. Kevin did a great job in communication skills for my service. I had my daugther's wedding in a few days when my Outback started having problems. I live an hour away and after having my local mechanic look at it he suggested I go to the dealership. I was reluctant since my first experience was poor. Kevin encouraged me to bring my car in, got a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to worry while the wedding approached and kept his promise for when he would be able to get back to me regarding the needs of my car. He also was good regarding my need to delay the pick of my car since I do live so far away and have to work. I am a single mom so this flexibility was necessary for me. Kevin has nearly redeemed my poor impression of the service I got the first time I came to Subaru of Kennesaw. I am now a week out from picking up my vehicle and I have no problems! Kevin also ensured the vehicle was clean inside and out and "polished up."

I purchased an Outback here today. I first contacted Stephanie in January when I started planning a purchase. She was extremely helpful and respected my request to delay my contact and purchase due to a family matter that came up unexpectedly. Then when I got back with her four months later; she went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule and requests. There was never any pressure and I highly recommend this dealership and Stephanie in particular. Joseph in the finance department was awesome as well.

I live in Charleston, SC and there must have only been a few 2017 Black Base WRX's in the vicinity of 500 miles, so I was worried about getting the model I wanted. However, Julio was great to work with from our first phone call and was willing to hold onto the car for a couple weeks until I could make it out there. It was a sensitive situation, and Kennesaw was the only Subaru dealer willing to reserve the car while not actually depositing the holding check. Julio was very responsive and flexible to work with, and when I asked him to match better lease offers I had received, the Kennesaw team actually ended up beating every other dealer offer. Once I arrived, Joseph made the finance process extremely simple and quick, and Julio even helped me drop off my rental car nearby. Kennesaw will be the first dealer I call when my lease term is over.-Ryan G.

Love my 2015 Outback 3.6 . Kennesaw Subaru has recently gone thru a construction update to the property ( not an easy task ). Even with all the updating of the faculty, my car service was done in a professional manner. I give special thumbs up to Matt in the Tire Center. He really helped in getting me the right replacement tires and a great price. Will be a regular customer at Kennsaw Subaru !!!!!!

We are so happy with our purchase of the Subaru Outback, we wished we hadn't waited so long to become owners of one of these fine vehicles. After researching many makes and models of cars for purchase, my husband and I stopped by Subaru of Kennesaw GA. We were greeted in the parking lot by Ralph Kurland. Ralph is one of their sales representatives. What followed was the best car buying experience of our 49 years of car buying. Ralph answered all our questions and took us on a couple of test drives. He treated us with respect and good humor, applied absolutely no high pressure and made the whole experience fun. We had no intention of buying that day, but wound up having Ralph and Subaru meet all our needs. The Business Manager, Steve Abad, also was courteous and handled all the paperwork personably and efficiently. We highly recommend Ralph Kurland and Subaru of Kennesaw.

I was heading home last Saturday afternoon when all the lights on the instrument panel of my 2012 Outback began flashing. Fortunately, I was not far Subaru of Kennesaw so I pulled in. A service advisor, Joseph Drupiewski, took my information and quickly had my vehicle in service bay. In less than an hour, the problem was diagnosed as a loose gas cap and I was on my way. Joseph was very courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw.

My Subaru Outback is a year old and I like to have my oil & filter changed more often than is recommended. This time I needed to also have the Electronic Parking Brake reprogrammed. When making the appointment I asked the service person to estimate how long the scheduled service would take and he indicated that it would be about 1 hr & 30 min. While I doubt if they are so good as to get it right every time, they got it right within one minute this time! More importantly, the people at Subaru Kennesaw are focused and dedicated on doing the work right. I have taken my Subaru there twice and look forward to future visits. You must have your auto serviced so why not do it where they treat you right and do the job right. It's a good feeling to know you're getting your car serviced by the best around. Thanks, Ray

Our Outback Window developed a Crack and after researching the internet, found that there was a problem with certain Subaru windshields. We reported it and we're on a list for replacement but we had a long planned driving trip planned. I called the service manager and he expedited the installation of the new windshield, lent us a loaner for 2 days and had us road ready for our trip that Saturday.

He worked with us for three weeks in order for us to make up our minds for certain about which car we would be most happy with. Picked up my 16 year old Forester from Subaru of Kennesaw Service Dept. This afternoon. In the past on occasion I used a local repair shop to fix a few things on my Forester. What a mistake, they messed up my Forester. Brought it to Subaru of Kennesaw and they had to undo all that the local repair shop did. Now my Forester has a new life and feels the way she did when I first bought her 16 years ago! Over the weekend, I bought my very first Subaru, and I must say I am not only impressed with the car, but I was extremely impressed with the quality of service Subaru of Kennesaw provided. They were attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. The salesman, even offered to set up some of the special features in my car, so I wouldn't have to navigate through the owner's manual to figure it out! Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and the the entire experience.

This is in regard to my last free oil change and tire rotation...the first three went fine. However, on this visit I asked that the service rep re-set the "oil change due" and "tire rotation due" messages. Also, a free car wash and vacuum was offered. The service department did no re-set those messages. My oil looked a bit dirty, my fluids did not appear topped off, and my car was not vacuumed. Consequently, I have little confidence my tires were rotated.

I took my 2016 Legacy in for a required recall update. I was greeted quickly and the friendly greeter let me know that service would take at most an hour and a half. He also asked if I liked my car to be washed and vacuumed. I agreed, but later I wasn't sure if this was a chargeable service or if it was complimentary. The service took just over an hour, well within the quoted timeframe. Upon receiving the car I noticed that my car was neither vacuumed, nor washed. I did not have time to wait anymore since I had a toddler with me so I did not bring it up. I thought the service was free so it would have been bonus anyway, but I did not find out for sure. I hope that this is more clear when offered again.Also, I noticed on the paperwork after I got home that the recorded mileage was off by about 10,000 miles. The recorder used my trip mileage, not the odometer as the total car mileage an omitted the decimal. For example, a trip mileage of 1105.8 was recorded as 11,058 miles.These small pieces of detail are not what I want my mechanics to be missing. Aside from these discrepancies my experience was good which is the reason for an average rating.

Very positive sales experience with Stephanie Frazier. Let me say, I am not the person who wants to negotiate down to the last penny. What I got from Subaru of Kennesaw was a very fair no haggle price and with no pressure - although Stephanie clearly presented all the options available, I felt from start to finish that her goal was to sell me only the car I really wanted at a fair price. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone shopping for a new car.

I bought my Subaru Forester XT from Subaru of Kennesaw. I basically walked into the dealership and met Ralph Kurland at the door. He was easygoing and pleasant. We test drove some cars and I got some prices. There pricing was a little higher than True Car but probably fair. Ralph really went to bat for me on my trade-in which helped make the price low enough for me to say YES to the car. Ralph got my new car ready for me in a couple of hours and after showing me some features, pairing my cell phone to the car, and telling me how to use the cruise control, I was on the road. Buying a car is hard--it takes several hours, but overall I was impressed with the dealership and with my sales person. I look forward to using this dealership for service.

I called the service department about 730 in the morning. They were able to schedule my oil change and check my brakes. After further inspection they decided I needed some pads for the car. They replace the pads didn't oil change and I was able to pick the car up at 3 o'clock. As always the car was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Terrific service as always!

I was introduced to the Subaru Outback by a great salesperson. I had little knowledge of the car other than friends who own it, television ads, and internet research. She explained all the great features, the new technology, the right engine for my driving style, and we did the deal! She also took me on several test drives to fully learn the vehicle, The sales manager was helpful in completing the deal on terms that I wanted. The business manager was very thorough in explaining the extended warranty options. The closing paperwork was well organized and easy to complete. All around a good experience. I was introduced to the Service Advisor who was very friendly and encouraged me to call if I had any questions about the car. I would recommend doing business with this dealership.

Subaru has been in my sites for quite some time. Like so many others, I put in a great deal of research, even visiting out-of-state dealerships while away traveling. After enough of my own exhaustive research, I met William Howard, Subaru Kennesaw, and very shortly after he greeted me, I felt completely comfortable and ready to move forward. William was generous with his time, considerate, funny and not at all pushy. William did an excellent job explaining the WRX models and all in all, and after several test drives and very brief negotiations, Subaru matched my offer, even giving me what I asked for my trade-in. In closing, I've been a USAA customer for a very long time, not only did Subaru offer better financing than USAA but William, Joseph Ball & Johnny Poole made the closing the dealas smooth as it gets.An interesting point regarding a scenario that I didn't expect; William took the time to walk me around and introduce me to various employees that I may be dealing with in the future, parts employees, service employees, store manager, etc. This in particular made me feel even more like a truly appreciated customer. This is the perfect size dealership, offering great service and inventory. Subaru Kennesaw demonstrated to me that it feels like a family run business. And for anyone that hasn't experienced a comfortable, family atmosphere, make the trip over to Subaru Kennesaw...they'll take great care of you. From A to Z, this dealership was perfect! Our salesman, John Settineri, was very professional and helpful! We first talked online with him, then emailed and called to make an appointment with him to come in and test drive a vehicle. We had driven a Subaru once, as a rental car in Montana. We loved it at first site! We always said if we ever got a new car, it would be a Subaru. Well, the time came when we needed a new car. We looked online at Subaru of Kennesaw and the Forrester and Outback. At the dealership, I drove both vehicles. I loved them both, but wanted the Outback because of the added options. I LOVE MY SUBARU OUTBACK! It is exactly what I wanted! The price was good. I picked and received the color I wanted! They washed the car and filled the tank with gas while I did the paper work. I wrote a check and went to the car with John. He showed me everything about the car, which he showed me before I drove it. He set up my SIRIUS radio, navigation and phone. I recently purchased a new Forester from Subaru of Kennesaw, and Highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area! The buying experience still has me gushing on and on to family and friends, truly the most positive consumer experience that I have had. The shopping process for me started online and transitioned to email and then a visit for a test drive. From beginning to end Joseph Ball was straight forward, kind, and helpful. I never once felt pressured or manipulated.He is an example for anyone that is helping to guide someone else through the potentially stressful process of buying a vehicle. I will gladly point anyone that I care about in his direction that is car shopping. I am also very happy with the financing process. It took some wiggling on Subaru's behalf with the banks, but they worked to get me a fair deal that I am very happy with. I have been car shopping for a good long while now. I had finally narrowed it down to just a couple of brands. Subarus of course are fine vehicles and the driving experience speaks for itself, but I must say that my experience of working with Joseph from email to in person absolutely had an impact on my brand choice. I can't say enough about how helpful it was to have a kind, direct, straightforward human being help me navigate what can be a very stressful process. Subaru offers an amazing car and value, many brands do these days. Went in, unsure if they'd be able to help me with my credit history, but they got me in the best car for me! Joseph was totally helpful and friendly the whole time. I felt bad because the insurance company I was going through kept me on the phone for an hour and a half, which kept him and Mr. Poole there way past the time they had closed, but their smiles never went away. The next time I need a vehicle I will be going back to them. Until then I'll stick with referring everyone I talked to about dealerships to Subaru and Joseph.

Let me tell you a bit of story: I walked into this dealership with ~$28k in my hand and a gleam in my eye--this was the first brand new car I had ever bought and I intended to walk out with a fair price. I met with the salesman (this one remains anonymous, I'll give names of the latters*) and metted out a price I was satisfied with. During our time, however, he acted disinterested (especially after I beat down his initial offering price that was over 3k what Edmunds would place the value of the car at). In fact, during the latter parts of the selling process, he even tried to close me with some xxxxxx BS about my "wife allowing me to make this decision"! You may be asking yourself, "Then, why in xxxx did you give these people your money? Why are you giving them a great review" Bear with me, this is a Cinderella story, because I sure as xxxx didn't expect what's coming. I was pissed--unbelievably so. The more I thought on it, the more it grated at me...still, I got a car that did what I wanted, at a fair price, right? WRONG. In his eagerness to close, and my eagerness to secure a price I thought I'd not get elsewhere, he moseyed right over my questions regarding the capabilities of the car, and I ended up with a neutered vehicle, with the capabilities I wanted sitting behind ANOTHER pay gate, and in some cases, not even being POSSIBLE on my model.My "pissed"-ness mutated at this point into vindicated fury, and I hammered out a rather scathing email to the Sales Manager, Johnny Poole and the General Manager, Louis Kaissieh. As it turned out, they had no clue how my sale went; nor how frustrated I was with the result. They had heard nothing, other than that the sale had been closed, and that was that, despite my intentions to be heard. And this is where they earned my business: upon hearing of it, they dropped EVERYTHING and went to work making this right. Louis, after I recounted my story to him, was downright offended that a customer had walked out of his building as I had, mentioning to me that it would be equally unacceptable for someone to simply "not love their car", as it had been for me to be as disappointed as I was. In his eyes, the two are the same. So often are these dealerships concerned, so much, with their bottom line that they neglect their duty to the customer, and thus, cripple their ability to expand their business, via organic growth. After all, any sales professional knows that organic growth is the key to success in the business, and organic growth only comes from "wowed" customers. Louis, and his team, get that. But it doesn't stop there, no matter how well-intentioned, this is all still just platitudes. They continued earning my business by knowing their people--Louis deftly selected Joseph Ball to be my point of contact (since the volume of business continued to pull him from dealing with me directly), and I could not have been more impressed with the man. While I can only speculate at his choice, I couldn't help but notice that Joseph, by contrast to my original salesman, was technologically adept(I had debunked 3 of the first guy's assumptions about my original model within the first 20 minutes), humble (prideful does not begin to describe my original salesman), exceedingly polite, and incredibly attentive--stopping the sale frequently to make certain that he still had a bead on what it was that I was looking for. Joseph even went to the extent of researching the history of a particular technology, to ensure that the exact model of Clarion head unit found in the 2016 Crosstrek Limited that I settled on would be compatible with it, testing it on 3 separate Samsung Galaxy systems, to ensure compatibility. I have not had that level of service at a Best Buy, or a damned Lexus dealership, before. In the end, Louis' attention to the capabilities of his people and his focus on resulting in a positive customer experience, Johnny's exemplary communication response time, and Joseph's exceptional dedication to providing the customer with the best of all possible experiences and being an upstanding, ethical, and powerful sales force turned this phenomenally aggravated customer into someone who will recommend Subaru of Kennesaw anytime I hear of someone looking for nearly any type of car. Granted, I'll likely warn them away from the original guy, but hey, one person does not a dealership make; and while the initial was rocky, the correction was absolutely FLAWLESS. Well done, SoKsaw; Well done, indeed.*I've a little more than a decade in sales myself, and I know the impact of negative reviews on a salesman. While he DID piss me off to no extent, it's not worth it, nor called for, to impact his livelihood anymore than the removal of my sale from his numbers would--after all, the team's work to correct it satisfied me immensely, and that's what matters to me, at the end of the day.

Visited this location to look at Subaru Outback. Our friend owns one and had purchased it at this location. We asked for the salesman who had helped our friend; however he was not available, so Ralph Kurland helped us. Ralph asked if we had considered a Forester. and we told him we had never seen one. He suggested that we test drive an Outback and a Forester. My husband is not a small man so I was concerned about the smaller car being big enough for him to be comfortable. Ralph showed us that the seats were adjustable and gave Max plenty of room. The fact that both cars have the same engine was a plus. We liked the pick-up the car had and of course the gas mileage. Ralph gave us plenty of time to decide, answered all of our questions, and did not pressure us. We had a very pleasant experience and bought a pretty car that meets our needs. Ralph was very kind and truthful and we will certainly recommend the dealership and Ralph to our friends.

It's so nice to walk into a dealership and the staff remembers you. GM, Louis Kaissieh, assisted me almost 5 years ago when I was trading in my Baja for the 2011 Outback. I was in a few days ago to get my 60k service scheduled with Lucy in service and Louis came over to wish me a Merry Christmas. To make a long story short, I met a very nice sales rep, Ralph Kurland, who showed me the new 2016 model and I fell in love. Ralph and Louis worked with me to get a deal I could not refuse. Carlos Torres made the financial piece easy, fast and still explained everything. I have been coming to this dealership for years (service, purchase accessories) and I will continue to do so.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2016 Subaru Forester at Subaru of Kennesaw. Ralph Kurland not only treated me extremely well, but we also developed a wonderful relationship. I feel that he got me the best car at the best price! I would recommend him to anyone! Also, Carlos and Chris did their best to make all the paperwork involved a pleasure. Now, I've only driven the car for a little over 100 miles so far and am still learning how to "work" everything but again, Ralph, helped me with the basics. We're about to take the car on roughly a 1500 mile trip to Florida and back so I'll surely know more about the car by the time I return. I'm sure the driving experience will be as great as the buying of the car was. Thank you Subaru of Kennesaw and all the folks there!!

Joseph Ball was extremely laid back and approachable from the beginning. My entire car buying experience felt like talking to one of my good buddies about cars. After going through a pretty rough and impersonal experience when buying our last car at several Toyota dealerships, I kept thinking it was all just part of a major sales trap I was about to fall into. After talking to a lot of other Subaru dealers after my test drive with Joseph, he was by far the easiest to deal with and had the car I wanted and the best deal for it. Even after the buying experience was over, he still was very responsive and helpful. My dad is thinking about buying a Subaru as his next car and I've already recommend he talk to Joseph when he's ready to take his first test drive. I'll recommend him to anyone else in the future!

Great car-buying experience! In 30+ years of buying vehicles, Ralph Kurland was one of the best in sales. From the moment we walked in the door the positive tone was set. Allie greeted us with smile and professional attitude and got us to Ralph. He was super in helping select the "right" vehicle and close on our deal. His professionalism, good attitude, and patience allowed for a pressure-free atmosphere to get exactly what my wife wanted, inside her comfort zone. Moreover, he made sure we were set with all the features before we left. Jonathan Conway also did an excellent job in finalizing all the final paperwork. I highly recommend them all as well as the dealership.

When my husband and I had decided to purchase a new vehicle we were looking for a sport utility vehicle. The Subaru was honestly on the bottom of our list. We went to the other two dealerships and every time we walked into the Subaru of Kennesaw dealership we were treated with the utmost respect. Everyone in there listened to us and they were not simply trying got talk us into purchasing a car it really felt like they would have been happy for us no matter what brand we choose. However, Joseph Ball went truly above and beyond what any dealer has ever done for us. He allowed me to text him to work out the price specs and even a few days later when I could not for the life of me figuring out why my car was beeping at me. Joseph even made sure to check in a few days later to make sure that I was completely satisfied. But what I really appreciate is the fact that he told me to come back when my husband got home so he could show him a few features of the car. Most dealers will walk away and take their commission when the deal is done. Not Joseph he truly made us feel like we are now a part of the Subaru family. Joseph is the MVP!!! If you are thinking of buying a Subaru please go talk to him he will not push you to purchase more than your needs. In fact when we told him what we settled on he was surprised as it was the more expensive model than he recommended based on the questions that he asked us in our initial consult. I should also mention that when he caught wind of my husband being a mechanic he immediately called in the head of the shop to come talk to my husband about some of his concerns. And that gentleman was honest and upfront. So if you truly want an honest, no hassle car buying experience go see Joseph at Subaru of Kennesaw.

I cosigned on a lease this spring. I told the salesman and sales manager that my son was probably not going to be able to keep the car very long because he was moving to an area where he couldn't use a car.As stated above, I cosigned with my son to lease a Subaru WRX STI. I asked both the sales manager and salesman if they would put in writing that I would not be financially hurt if I returned the car early. They said they couldn't put it in writing but not to worry because that particular car was in high demand. I only signed because of their assurance. Well, I returned the car early as I had told them. They told me that I would have to pay $7000 because I turned it in early. I told them in advance about this and I had already given them a $3000 deposit. That is a total of $10,000 for a car that my son only drove for several months. I was misled and took them at their word. I was a lieutenant in the Army and there your word was your honor. Another dealership gave me a better price so that I was "only" out $5500 plus the deposit.I am 67 years old and have never had anything like this happen to me. It's too late for me, but I am writing this to protect future car buyers.

They treated my son with respect, answered his questions and took the time to make it agree at experience! The finance guy even received a horrible information about his dog while dealing with my son. The finance guy continued the process of going over everything with my son even after receiving bad news! Brought my Subaru Crosstrek in for a service appointment at Subaru of Kennesaw, scheduled 1 week in advance. After arriving early for the scheduled appointment and being put off multiple times to "check in" my car sat for over an hour past it's appointed time for servicing. It was not until I found an employee and questioned them about the wait that I received any indication that they were intending to service the vehicle any time soon. Another hour and a half goes by before the service is completed, during which time I had to check on the progress repeatedly in order to get an indication on how much longer it would take. All in all over 2 and half hours wasted on a Saturday to complete a basic oil change, and experiencing hands down the worst customer/dealer interactions I have ever had to witness. I purchased my Subaru Crosstrek from the Kennesaw Dealer in January of 2014, and in regards to the vehicle itself could not be happier. Unfortunately this can no longer be said of the Subaru of Kennesaw dealership. I will continue to be a satisfied Subaru owner, but in the future I will take my Crosstrek to another dealership for servicing and maintenance.

My wife is interested in trading her car and we worked with Art Baldwin on getting her a Crosstrek. We were very satisfied with how he worked with us although we chose to not buy at this time. My wife and I have bought many cars over the years, and our experience with Ralph Kurland was tops in our books. Ralph was not only pleasant and even fun to deal with, he avoided over-selling and hard-selling the vehicles, patiently explaining to me, and later to my wife when we returned together, the features of the car. Unlike many automotive salespeople, he showed genuine interest in addressing both of us, and did not use the stereotypical "man picks the vehicle based on power and styling, and the wife picks the color" approach...dealing with both of us on all aspects. He made us feel very comfortable with his input and information, and essentially treated us as if we were friends of his who had come in to buy a car. I am on my second Subaru and my first one purchased new. Circumstances prevented me from making my purchase here. First Subaru was found at another local dealer and second one was purchased in another part of the state because of an accident. Regardless, nearly all my service and repairs have been at Subaru of Kennesaw. Love the people and the atmosphere. My only disappointment lately has been that the advertised car wash with service either did not happen or was pretty bad.

What I love most about Subaru of Kennesaw, is that the personal relationship that is built even after the purchase of your vehicle. Every time I go in to have my car serviced, Stephanie F. and Johnny P. always find time to come over and speak with me. No matter how busy it is, I still get an acknowledgment. Ensuring I'm still satisfied with my car, and how things are going. It makes me feel more than just another customer. Unlike some dealerships, after you purcased your car they won't speak with you, yet alone remember your name. After a few weeks wait, the dealership installed new grommets on my side mirrors which resolved the loud turbulence/rushing sound that I was experiencing when driving over 60mph. This was very annoying and now I only hear regular road noise as is to be expected. This fix was a great solution.

We just bought an Outback from sales employee Ralph Kurland. From beginning to end he was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. He was very patient while we contemplated which Outback to buy. He explained all the features on the cars available to us and let me take multiple test drives to assure our satisfaction with the vehicle we ultimately chose. We have talked to other folks that have purchased Outbacks and feel we were treated fairly on price with a minimum of haggling. Since we couldn't drive the car home due to not having a 2nd driver Ralph took part of his day off the following day to pick up and drive the Outback to us and Subaru had a driver pick Ralph up at our home. We purchased a new 2016 Subaru Outback. Originally we wanted to purchase a 2015, but they were all sold. So we decided to put a deposit down on a new 2016 Outback. Mr. Charles Bayard made our car buying experience so easy! He answered all our questions and was a pleasure to deal with. I took my 2001 Subaru Outback in for oil change service. The Service department contacted me about several current and potentially dangerous problems with the 2001 Subaru that has 154,000 miles. It is showing its age and, when shown the wear underneath, I decided it was not worth keeping.I met with Art Baldwin and told him of my predicament. He was more than happy to sell me a new 2016 Forester at a price I was happy with. There are not enough words to describe how knowledgeable, informative, polite with absolute willingness to make sure you completely understand everything there is to know about the car of your choice. I've purchased several cars but this is the very first time that I felt I was dealing with family who cared not just about selling a car but was more focused on excellent customer service which is rare these days with so many companies giving you "customer no service" If this is not my last car I won't go anywhere else for another one and will definitely tell all my family and friends where to find the best rated sales person and vehicle!!! My friends and I went to Subaru of Kennesaw this Saturday after hiking Cloudland Canyon. It was just a thought that crossed my mind about going in to check out the XV Crosstrek since it seemed like it may fit my outdoor lifestyle a little better than my 3 door Veloster. I had no intentions of even buying a car that day but I would say the experience that I had with my salesman Ralph Kurland made this process a very smooth and fun process to buy a car. As soon as we walked out and started looking at the lot, Ralph approached us and really helped guide me to which car would have been a good fit for my liking and needs. As a consumer, that is the most important aspect that I could ask for. Ralph really cared about the car that fits my needs. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something that wasn't my style because it probably could have paid a higher commission. Anyways, within 3 hours of shopping, test driving and negotiating my price, I bought the car!!! I was able to get a wondering APR % through their loan vender, Chase and overall I am very satisfied with this dealership. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a smooth transaction. Once again when we experienced a problem with our Legacy Lydia in Service was right there to help us. The Low Pressure light came on again and when I called Lydia she got me in right away. When arriving she did an inspection of the car. After the car was repaired she went over the repairs with me, made sure I understood them and told me if there was a repeat of the problem to call. Lydia is a huge asset to Subaru of Kennesaw.

Subaru has the worst customer service and so does this dealership. I had an engine issue with my 2014 STI that only have 7600 miles on it. The Vehicle spun a rod bearing and instead of fixing it under warranty they would do it under a one time good will. They tried to blam me saying I miss shifted or over revved the engine both they had no proof to show I did that. This was a car that I only drive on nice days and take great car of. The worst part was the GM was extremely rude and disrespect full when I tried to explain there was no way this could have happen it was a vehicle defect. But this will be the last Subaru I will own and the last time I will go to this dealer.

Every time I schedule an appointment for regular service- it has been easy to do- I love being able to schedule online. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, and the service is fast. The people in the waiting room are treated like family (coffee and snacks are there). All in all a pleasant experience. While Chris Thompson was our primary sales contact we met with other sales, financial, and office staff who were all very helpful, professional and cordial. The whole purchase experience was quite easy and efficient. We found the vehicle color and options that we wanted on a list that was in transit. The vehicle came in about 4 days earlier than expected. We understood the value in the added warranty protection and opted for coverage for 7 years or 100,000 miles. Everything was handled very well at delivery and the vehicle was in perfect condition. We were fortunate to work with Joseph. We saw they had a car coming in that we wanted and easily through e-mail, phone, and text we were able to agree on a price, get a price range on our trade, and put down a deposit. Joseph held on to the keys until we were able to come by. He greeted us before we entered and had the vehicle already pulled up and cleaned up. I was very happy to see only 5 miles on the odometer. Joseph did a great job holding onto the keys! On the test drive he was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer every question we had. After seeing that we were getting exactly what we wanted for our trade with no fuss we filled out some papers and went with Carlos to finance. Carlos was able to get us an excellent rate and walked us through the process with ease. Joseph was waiting with the car all ready, he even switched out the floor mats for us. He explained everything we asked about and we were on our way. Great experience overall.

While driving in our new (8 months old) Outback my wife had some road trash fly up and hit the front of the car. There was noticeable damage done. With out an appointment we took it by our dealer service department and could not have been more pleased. They corrected most of the damage on the spot and ordered a replacement for a broken lens to the side mirror. Thanks for great service!

I traded in my Legacy I had bought from Subaru of Kennesaw and purchased a new Outback. Subaru's safety is the chief draw when considering a new vehicle, but I keep going back to Subaru of Kennesaw because of the people. Everybody is helpful and considerate, which is not always the case at other dealerships I've visited. Even when we moved about an hour away and there's another dealership closer, we still go to Kennesaw. William has worked with me and my husband for each vehicle we've bought/leased, and is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back for each scheduled service as well. I haven't found anybody else I trust to take as good care of the cars as they do, and frankly, I'm not looking for anyone else.

The team at Subaru of Kennesaw made buying our new Outback an easy, enjoyable experience. The Outback is a hot car right now, and we wanted a specific model and color (one that sells the minute it hits the lot). We were buyers from out of town, needing a car before our other car's lease ended, and as such we did not have the option of repeat dealership visits because of the time crunch and distance factors. Let me begin by saying that I'm not the type of person that usually writes reviews - so it takes an exceptional experience for me to even take the time to do this. Such was the case at Subaru of Kennesaw when I drove off in my brand new WRX sold to me by Joseph Ball.THE CAR:If you are in the market for a fun sporty sedan in this price range you owe it to yourself to get behind the wheel of a Subaru WRX. One drive and you'll be a fan. This car and this brand were not even on my radar when I began researching cars several months ago. I was determined to get my dream Audi or BMW - looking at Volkswagen (GTI - long time happy VW owner), and pretty much all other brands on the market. I was willing to get a pre-owned car (several trips to CarMax.) All total I probably went to 20+ dealers, spent 2 days at the Atlanta Auto show, and drove at least 10+ cars. It's a confusing market out there - lots of choices, none of which 'felt' right - until I drove the WRX. After that I was done. It's fast, it's solid, it's safe, it's unique, and - most importantly - it just pushes (all) your buttons. First night I had it I went down to my garage 10 times just to stare at it. Not bad for a car I didn't even know I wanted! If you are in the market for something in this price / performance range check out the 2015 WRX Limited.THE DEALERSHIP:As I mentioned I visited a dozen+ dealers looking at cars - and once I found out I wanted a WRX I spoke with at least 10 more Subaru dealers throughout the SouthEast. You see, the only problem with this car is they aren't easy to find. If you're picky about colors and options get ready for an epic hunt. My experiences with various dealerships ranged from horrible (I'd never go back) to decent (could have purchased a car there) - but I do give Subaru of Kennesaw top marks all around. Everybody was always friendly and helpful - warm and inviting - with no pressure or 'salesy' attitude. They got the specific car I wanted, they gave me a good value for my trade-in with minimal fuss, the process was smooth with no bumps from the first time I walked in and was greeted at the front desk until I signed on the dotted line with the business manager.THE SALESMAN : JOSEPH BALLOh yes, the real reason I'm writing this review. Imagine buying a car from a friend instead of a car salesman - that's the best way I can describe my experience working with Joseph. Dude was just cool from the first time we met until I drove off the lot. I've been searching for a car for two months and working closely with 3 different dealerships. Joseph's diligence without seeming pushy or annoying kept Subaru of Kennesaw in the front of my mind. Once I finally arrived at the dealer everyone I came in contact with was friendly and genuine. Joseph and I were able to make a deal in record time and he was 100% respectful of my needs and the amount I was comfortable spending. Even while he needed to step away to get paperwork or check out my trade in the other sales people were warm and engaging. I really had no idea buying a car from a dealership could be this easy. I cannot recommend them enough. I'd buy a new car from them every year if I could!

Lydia Carroll is a truly exceptional service advisor. We followed her out to Kennesaw from her old dealership in Decatur, where we first worked with her. We happily make the 31-mile drive from unincorporated Norcross to Kennesaw, because she is more than worth it.The last time I was there, for routine service, I watched as a couple came in and started their interaction with Lydia. They were somewhat demanding and skeptical; you know, armored up, the way you have to be at most dealerships. I smiled to myself and thought, "They must not know Lydia." Over the next 90 minutes, I watched as Lydia solved all their problems and eased all their concerns, as she does for all her clients. When they left, they were all smiles and offered to treat her to lunch.We are now on our third lease from Subaru of Kennesaw: a 2009 Impreza, a 2012 Impreza, and now a 2015 Outback. The leasing experience has been a dream each time. We wouldn't even think of going to another dealership--they have earned our loyalty.

Ordered the Outback via phone and internet while on overseas assignment. The vehicle arrived in 7 weeks and the car was ready when I arrived in 12 weeks. I've been looking at BRZ's for a while. and this dealership was the most friendly, and non pushy dealership I've ever been to. They answered all of my questions and ran a quote number for me without even pushing me to buy. They made the buying experience completely painless, and even fun. This is the second Subaru I've purchased from Subaru of Kennesaw. Both times I've had the pleasure of working with John Settineri and Johnny Poole and on this occasion, Carlos Torres. All of these individuals were truly outstanding once again. John is a great sales person but more than that, a great customer service guy. He made sure I had the information I needed and didn't seem to mind when I wanted to drive vehicles multiple times before I decided which to buy (Outback or Crosstrek). He explained both cars and pointed out small differences (like integrated cross-bars on the Outback).Although I had pre-arranged financing, Johnny and Carlos took time to see if they could get a lower rate for me and were judicious at moving things along (even though they had some computer trouble). Carlos made sure I had all of the information I needed and made sure I understood it. I would certainly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I use this dealership for service and look forward to future visits for both service and car buying.

My wife and I just bought a new Forester. It was a joy to deal with Charles Bayard who made my wife feel like a queen. He was so patient in explaining the various features of the car we bought for her. We didn't feel pressured to make a decision because we weren't. Carlos Torres was wonderful in explaining and recommending the value added services that will give my wife peace of mind for years to come. We couldn't comment on the service as this was a new car but I expect the service department to be just as attentive and customer focused at sales when we bring the car in for the first service in six months.

For the first time we decided to look at Subaru, and we bought a Forester about a year and a half ago. We loved it! It is so peppy and fun to drive; however, after taking some long distance trips in it we decided we needed a bigger car so we traded it for an Outback! Everything was just so easy! As my husband likes to say, our blood pressure didn't even go up through the process! We even got home that night feeling relaxed and refreshed, not frustrated and exhausted like the experience we have had in years past with other dealerships (not Subaru). This was my first Subaru buying experience. I had never considered Subaru previously. I'm glad I gave them a chance for my business. Ralph, my salesman, first listened to my needs and then provided the information I needed to make my buying decision. After three test drives (over two weeks) I ended up ordering just the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Very friendly and not antagonistic in any way. It was actually fun doing business with them. Charles Bayard as the sales person, was the reason we came back to Subaru of Kennesaw. We had just about decided to get my wife a Acura ILX instead of the Subaru Crosstrek, and with the determination of Charles Bayard, who explained everything about the car to my wife, and took her on a test drive, my wife decided she wanted the Crosstreck iso the ILX, and we leased the car at the visit.The Business Manager did a good job in explaining all the forms and tried to sell us service plan, as expected, which we declined though.A very pleasant car buying/leasing experience, and we would recommend Subaru of Kennesaw and likely shall return to get an Outback.

Subaru of Kennesaw provided an outstanding experience for our recent purchase of a 2015 Subaru Outback. Mr. Joseph Ball is a knowledgeable, laid-back young man of outstanding character. He allowed us to become thoroughly convinced without applying any pressure to purchase a vehicle. His knowledge of the vehicles and Kennesaw's inventory is above par. During our first visit we were not ready to purchase a car - this wasn't a problem and Joseph gave every indication he felt his time with us was well spent. He maintained a reasonable amount of communication with us over the following months. When we returned several months later, he was happy to make time for us to test drive the vehicles on the lot that day. Kennesaw provided a price that seemed very reasonable for the car as compared to market research. Upon our decision to purchase a vehicle, Mr. Ball provided an excellent overview to acquaint us with our new car.We have had the car for about a month, and could not be happier with it. The Subaru Outback is an excellent vehicle with outstanding features on its most basic models.The team at Kennesaw struck us as top notch. All the sales associates were very friendly and eager to direct us to the associate with whom we had been working - rather than try to steal the sale, as has been my experience through the years. We have not had our first service yet, but intend to return to Kennesaw.

Was shopping for a car for my son (not necessarily a Subaru) and was interested in seeing what Subaru had to offer as I was going to purchase 2 vehicles fairly soon and was hoping for a double deal. All Subaru owners I know are die hard loyal Subaru lovers. I have had great higher end cars and was now ready for a vehicle that fit my more adventurous spirit. I too was secretly planning to fall in love with a Subaru. I did my research. They didn't have a vehicle for my son, but Joseph Ball took the time to educate me with a Subaru 101 intro and zero pressure to buy. Quickly decided that I would be back to test drive a Crosstrek VX; my perfect fit. Two weeks later I was back for "love" - with the Crosstrek XV. Test drove it and was determined to find the perfect used vehicle with low miles and the right cost. Joseph was patient, a great listener, personable and seriously negotiated hard for me. I ended up in a brand new 2015 Crosstrek with 9 miles and $3.00 under my monthly budget! I have never bought a new car! And a great warranty and maintenance plan. Perfection! This dealership will be your best friend until you have a problem. I had a huge safety issue with my 2014 Outback and the dealership completely abandoned me. They blamed everything including me for the issue. Please beware! There are many other dealerships that will back their product. Not them. They preach family, but it is all talk!

They blamed everything including me for the issue. No help, no compensation just excuses. They preach family, but when you need help, they toss you aside! Please look at other dealerships!

I bought a 2003 Forrester new in 2002 and have been happy with it for the last 12 years. I knew I'd never trade it for anything other than a new one. As mine reached a point where it became a little more trouble to maintain, I decided to think about purchasing that shiny new Subaru. I mulled it over for most of a year, waiting for the money to be right. On January 10, 2015, I walked into Subaru of Kennesaw to speak with William Howard. I'd visited with William on a few occasions in 2014, sizing up the new 2015 model and sitting in all the cars in the showroom. I still came back to the feel of the Forrester. I told him I was looking to test drive today, and honestly, had no intention to buy. He walked me out to a loaded Forrester, with more features than I'd picked out online while dreaming about the car, and one that was red, besides. From the moment we pulled off the lot, I knew it was going to be the car for me. All the extra features are things I'll use in life, the driving feel is amazing, and the interior comfort is such a step up. It was familiar but new, like driving my (old) car, but much better; Forrester 2.0, if you will. I tested some skills I knew the car would need driving in Atlanta traffic, such as quick swerves and sliding stops, and it performed beautifully. I spoke with William about my trade in and the Share the Love event discount, and the price he quoted was below cost and a really great deal. I told him I'd go home and think about it. I sat in my car in the parking lot for a few minutes, texting my husband and son about my experience. I told my husband that I wanted to, but wouldn't buy it today, knowing that I shouldn't rush into it. He asked, "What makes any other day better than today?" (I think he's secretly getting a check from Subaru). I realized that day was as good as any other, and walked back into the dealership. William was busy with another customer, but the other folks (Louis Kaissieh, Johnny Poole) were happy to get me started on the paperwork to buy until William was available to finish the process. About 2 hours after I'd walked in, I was driving home in a great new Forrester. The service at this dealership was remarkable in sales, and the service department matches it. I've been taking my old Forrester here since they opened for maintenance and Lydia Carroll (Service Dept. Manager) runs a tight shop. From buying your first Subaru to buying your next Subaru, do yourself a favor and choose Subaru of Kennesaw.

I worked with Jim Powell over a span of two weeks to research and find the best price and options for my new 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek! He was patient with me and I took my time in researching many testimonials from Subaru owners, and key in to exactly what I wanted to get out of a car. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I LOVE the car! Jim honored my USAA car buying service certificate and even beat the USAA price by $100, so I was a happy camper about that. I opted for the long warranty (100,000 mi) and once I sat down to speak with Carlos Torres to finalize the deal, the price of the warranty was about $400 more than what Jim had originally told me, but that would be my only issue. From what I understand, salespeople on the floor normally don't give final prices on warranties anyway, Jim was just trying to be helpful. So, I would recommend talking with the business manager to get a concrete price on the warranty beforehand, because that's normally what jumps your price up in getting the final out-the-door price. But with all the other details, I was very prudent and took my time and they very accommodating. I would recommend, and good luck with finding a good car. Do your research!

I worked with Joseph Ball along with Louis Kaissieh, who is the GM, I believe. I was in the market for an STI and I came into the dealership several times over the last few months just browsing and Joseph was always super helpful and friendly. He made the process incredibly painless and after selecting the car, he went out of his way to make sure it arrived exactly as I had requested. They gave me a great price and when the day came to pick up the car, it was a breeze and I wasn't at the dealership for very long at all. Louis was also very pleasant to work with and his smile was contagious, making the paperwork go very smoothly.I'd highly recommend the sales team, and I'm looking forward to working with the service department for my scheduled maintenance and services since I hear they're exceptional as well. There was a noise in our 2013 Legacy. I called Lydia Carroll and as usual she got us an appt. right away to get it in. Upon arrival the service center was extremely busy but Lydia always has time to make sure you're taken care of. She is always friendly, efficient and I always request Lydia when calling for an appointment. We have 2 Subaru vehicles and would recommend this dealership and Lydia in Service.

We had spent about six weeks looking for a Subaru Outback, with some specific options, some color desires (less important than the options) and had a vehicle for trade. Most of the dealers I spoke with would not negotiate much below the MSRP, and a few even refused to go below MSRP. Had actually negotiated with one dealer for a car, but found that while they had given us a very low trade in value for our vehicle, insinuating that the price was based on what they could get for it at auction, they placed the vehicle (which was in very good condition) on their used car lot (away from the main dealership), at $5000 over what they paid. We then voided the contract and continued to look. Kennesaw Subaru had two vehicles that met our requirements, and though it was a two hour drive, we drove up and had a GREAT experience. We got a much better trade in value for our old car (well within the KBB recommended price range), didn't get any pressure to buy a specific vehicle, and actually had a sales representative who knew the vehicles and talked us through the specifics of the vehicle. Probably one of the two best car buying experiences we've ever had; well worth a two hour drive for the result and the personal service. Plain spoken, honest negotiation on a couple points, quick work to prepare the vehicle with the additional dealer-installed items, and efficient paperwork processing made the day about as pleasant as it could be.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. Great service department. We drive an hour and half to get our car serviced. They treat us great and have a free shuttle so we can have lunch at the Red Eyed Mule while they service our car. A double win. Car is always clean and ready on time.

We just bought a new 2015 Subaru Forester 2.0XT Touring, and our experience was simply a 10 out of 10! Emmanuel Beard is a class act, who was able to answer every questioned we had. Unlike other sales experiences, Emmanuel was never pushy or trying to guide us in a certain direction. In fact, we test drove over 5 vehicles and he spent about 5 hours with us just to watch us walk out to think it about in longer. A week later, we told him what we wanted and what we wanted to pay, and he made it happen. We definitely look forward to working with Emmanuel again, and highly recommend everyone to ask for him. During the closing, we also worked with Louis Kaissieh. Louis went over all our paperwork so we knew exactly what Subaru offers its customers, and he also provided us with other options we could add to our contract if desired. He simply stated all the information and left it to us to make our own decisions. John, Id like to thank you and your team for everything that happened Friday night. Theres always some worry that something will happen that is going to drag out the process, or change it altogether. Those worries get multiplied by x100 when you have to travel a great distance for a car that is sight unseen in person. Discussing the car with you over the phone put me at ease, and getting to just converse about cars in general definitely made me feel that you and I were on the same page with this purchase. Everyone I had discussed this car with said that it was too good to be true, that there had to be something amiss with the car for it for that price. I can happily say that that just isnt the case. The car was well represented, you answered all questions I had about it, and everything described was spot on, even the faint scratch that couldnt be seen in the online pictures. That kind of candidacy was very much appreciated. Upon viewing the car in person, I knew that this was the car for me, and any hesitation I had melted away. I dont know how you guys got me on the road in under an hour, but I appreciate it very much. The time spent in the finance office with Carlos was one of the best experiences I've had. I wasn't pressured into anything extra, and he suggested lowering my down payment just enough to get the better interest rate. I appreciate the time you spent to check the map, seeing which route was the shortest way back home. All my worry about where I was gong to stop was for nothing. I enjoyed driving the car so much, I went completely through Tennessee to Kentucky before I finally stopped for the night. The Saturday drive was just as enjoyable, the Kentucky hills were wonderful to see this time of year. I made it home around 2:30 Saturday, I still cant believe I made it back that quickly. I showed the car off all weekend long to everyone I could, everyone that saw it and got to sit in it couldnt say enough great things about it. The entire experience has been one to remember.

We purchased a used vehicle from Subaru of Kennesaw on 9/13/2014 with cash and our check cleared 9/16/2014. It is now 11/7/2014, (almost two months later!) and we have not received the title to our vehicle and have thus been unable to register it. We have called the dealership multiple times with no success in obtaining our title, and no indication that any meaningful effort is being made to provide it. My wife had a baby in October, so we are now pursuing legal options and alternative methods of titling the vehicle in addition to caring for a newborn. Subaru of Kennesaw wasted no time depositing our check, but that is evidently where their service ends. It is clear to us that they do not take care of their customers once theyve made the sale, so we will be purchasing vehicles elsewhere in the future. We did have a great sales experience with Chris Thompson so I gave a few extra stars for friendliness and price.UPDATE:Shortly after submitting the review above we were contacted by Subaru of Kennesaw and were informed that the dealer did not have a clear title to the vehicle and should not have sold it to us. We were offered either a refund for the vehicle or our choice of two other used cars both priced $600 below the car we originally bought on Subarus own website. The general manager (Louis) tried to convince my wife that this offer was an upgrade even though both vehicles were worth less than the vehicle we originally purchased by Subaru of Kennesaws own valuation. Such gimmicks are to be expected with car dealers but I was a little surprised that they would try something like this given the circumstances.Nevertheless, after rejecting this offer and asking for a refund we were told that the title had finally cleared. We were able to register the car on 11/21/2014. This was a frustrating ordeal but we were able to avoid a lawsuit and my wife will have a car to drive when she returns to work from maternity leave, so weve revised our overall rating from 'poor' to 'average'.

A friend of mine had purchased a new Outback from this dealership a few months ago. He worked with Stephanie and was very please with how easy the entire process was to purchase said vehicle. I have been "looking' for a new car for almost two years. That is to say, I have needed to purchase one and hadn't really done anything to move the process along. I truly dreaded getting a new car but needed one to accommodate my growing family. Although my 1999 Ford Explorer still runs great (281,000 miles later) it can't accept car seats safely. Knowing that I really needed a new car, and that I hate car shopping, my friend scheduled me an appointment to meet with Stephanie. Unfortunately she was unable to meet with me so in her steed she had me meet with Joseph. He immediately called to introduce himself and confirm our meeting time. Even over the phone I could tell he was laid back and would be exactly what I needed in a salesman.I could not have been happier with Joseph's patience, easy going demeanor, and the way in which he treated us (my wife came along). Although I was unable to get a 2015 model we eventually test drove a 2011 with only 44k miles. I have been driving it for a few days and today I was able to take my son to breakfast in my own car (don't need the wife's Murano anymore). I love the car and can't wait to put another 200k plus on a vehicle.Thanks to everyone at Subaru, and especially Joseph for dealing with my OCD and silly idiosyncrasies. Ok let me preface this by saying: I have bought a LOT of cars in the past 10 years. At least one per year. Now, my wife and I both have purchased cars from Joseph Ball and seriously folks, he is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. ZERO pressure, willing to work with you, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I'm a 'car guy' and usually when going into a dealership, I know more about the car than the salesman; not the case with Joseph. He is a Subaru owner, Subaru expert, and believes in what he sells. Car buying should not be like pulling teeth - people just want a good price without all the B.S., and thats exactly what we got on both of our vehicles at Subaru of Kennesaw. As far as other people at the dealership? Everyone is super nice. I dealt with Louis as my finance guy and Jason as a service manager (no issues with my Subaru, just had a different exhaust installed). Both were easy going and glad to work with me on my time and budget. Overall an EXCELLENT experience. Would I recommend Subaru of Kennesaw? In a heartbeat. Would I recommend Joseph as a salesman? Beyond any other that I have every worked with. I honestly would even have no hesitation sending my mother (who bless her, knows very little about cars) to this dealership. Will I be returning for service? Absolutely. Great job Subaru of Kennesaw! Keep up the good work!

From September 2014 we have been in communication with Stephanie and Joseph. I have always been a Honda girl, but I would not trade my Subaru for ANYTHING!! The salesmen were so nice, the manager was even better, and I did not feel pressured at all to buy a car if I didn't want to. My husband and I have not had a car payment in over 8 years, so we didn't have to buy anything, but we did. I got an amazing deal and I am so glad we made this purchase, and that we did it at Subaru of Kennesaw. We will absolutely be returning customers and I would recommend anyone to do business here!!!

I went to Kennesaw last Saturday to replace a headlight. It was the second time in about 18 months that the light needed replacing. I have now replaced both headlights, one of them twice. I got a vague explanation as to why that might be the case. Recently, I have also experienced problems with the check engine, cruise control, and brake lights flashing. I was told it might be a loose gas cap and it should resolve itself once the cap was tightened. It did resolve only to reoccur twice since. I am now a bit "paranoid" that it will continue to happen. Again, I was given a vague explanation. I have never had a car that needed quite so much attention before. I live 1.5 hours from the dealership and find it difficult to simply "drop by" if I am having an issue or need an oil change. It would be helpful to me if I were able to make an appointment. That being said, on my last visit, I was told that my last "after market" oil change was leaking and got the impression that I was being judged for not bringing it to the dealership. While I do ultimately love my car, I am not impressed with the amount of oddities that have been happening since my warranty expired. I am also not particularly impressed with the judgmental attitude of the person at the front desk. While she is at times funny and warm, she can also appear to be disapproving of my choices or inability to afford the time or the money for services when she believes I should have them done.

First off they are closed on sundays which I didn't know but one of their salesmen was in with some customers finishing up some business and he let me come in and at least take a look inside the showroom cars and he took the time to go over features with me. I decided to come in the next day to test drive a 2015 Outback and ended up buying it since it have everything I needed/wanted and the color scheme I like. Joseph was my salesman for that. Great guy. Really attentive. My second trip to the dealer was to have a wind deflector put on the moon roof. In an out in about an hour. My third trip there was due to my own stupidity. With less than 300 miles on the car I managed to cave in the cover to the subwoofer in the back of the Outback using a full 5 gallon water bottle that tipped over. If the car was 3 years old, I might not have bothered to get it fixed, but since it was about 3 weeks old... Anyway, if you buy a new Outback, which I recommend highly, get something to keep stuff from rolling around and smashing up the subwoofer in the cargo area. You have to replace the entire panel, not just the round Harmon Kardon speaker cover.

When taking my 2014 Subaru Outback for a regular change of oil, it was also needed to change the head gaskets due to an oil leak. I was promptly loaned a car until the repair was made. Everything worked fine, excellent service and excellent work. But also as important, the friendliness and high quality of the advice provided at every step. This is the main reason why I bought my second Subaru at this dealer, and why I always bring my car here for services and/or repairs. Besides the great costumer service provided by Lydia Carroll and Steve Napier, I want to praise the professionalism and high sense of responsibility of mechanic Terry Fleck for answering all questions and making sure everything was ok. It is a pleasure to deal with Subaru of Kennesaw and they have my full trust.

Our experience at the Kennesaw Subaru Dealer was great. In spite of all the visits we made before deciding on a Subaru, the salesmen were always courteous and patient with us. Their explanations were understandable and there was no pressure to buy their product.

This was my first time car-buying, so I was prepared for the worst. I did a considerable amount of research online, and actually used the Subaru of Kennesaw online site to get a quote. Really, the quote was already below what I was willing to pay based on the online research. I was pleased. Went in a few days later after scheduling an appointment with John Settineri, test drove the car, then bought it. Told them I needed to be out the door by 5:00, and they got it done. Definitely going back to have my servicing done there, and I certainly would buy from them in the future too.

This weekend, I had to have my 12 year old Beetle TDI towed into the shop after hearing a loud pop and barely making it home. Fearing the worst and realizing that I currently owned two 12 year old cars with high mileage and have an aging Mom who lives 4 hours away, my daughter & I went out to test drive only. Guess what? We came home with a 2015 Forester! It is absolutely beautiful and what a smooth ride!! Go see Art Baldwin!!! He is GOOD!! But, mostly he was kind, respectful, personable, and very funny! Our experience with this dealership was unexpectedly delightful - so if you're in the market, I highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw.

If you dread the car buying experience because of pushy salesman then you need to go buy a car from Joseph. He is a member of the military and has served his country in Iraq and Afghanistan. His customer service skills were exceptional. I think he is a testament to why businesses should try to hire as many returning veterans as possible not only as a way to say thanks for their sacrifices but also because they have tremendous work ethics that translate into everything they do. Buying a car has never been my favorite thing. I arrived at the dealership with my 5 year old in tow, expecting just to look. I knew what I wanted, but I had no time for hassle. A few hours later I walked out with my dream Subaru Outback - and a happy kid. Mr Meb was very kind, professional and took great care of us. This was also the first time I have ever had a good experience in a finance department! No kidding around - this was an actual great experience at a dealership! Crazy! And I LOVE my car!

My wife took our 2004 Forester XT in for service and we ended up with a new Outback. We have always received great service for our Forester at Subaru of Kennesaw and loved the car. While there my wife called and said she loved the looks of the new Outback in their showroom. After an hour or so of research on the internet I found that the car was very highly rated and decided to contact Stephanie Frazier a internet sales rep to start the process. Stephanie was able to find the car options we wanted and I was able to negotiate a great price and trade for our forester over the phone. I drove to the dealership and drove home in our new Outback within an hour of my arrival. We have been very pleased over the years with the exceptional service at this dealership and have found they have a sales team to match.

I recently purchased a brand new 2015 Outback from Subaru of Kennesaw. I must say I ave NEVER had such a pleasant experience buying a car. Stephanie Frazier was very informed about the vehicles, and took the time to educate me. On purchase of the car, she painstakingly went over every detail. A procedure omitted in any car (new or used) purchase in my past. I was so impressed with the whole process, that Ihighly recommend the dealership to anyone with any interest in purchasing a Subaru.

I was in the market for a used Jetta for my daughter for school. Charles was great! We didn't feel at all pressured, but truly helped. They worked with us on the price and as a single mom I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. They were more than fair. This Dealership was great until I had a costly problem with my transmission. At 83,000 miles the transmission had corrupted fluid (engineer admitted faulty transmission) but since their warranty only covers 60,000 miles I was told the repair would be $8500. Subaru of America (after one week in limbo) said as a sign of good faith would contribute $1,000 if the repairs were made at their dealership. Needless to say that started a search across North America to find a used transmission or face a ridiculous repair bill courtesy of my Dealership. I understand the warranty issue but if they really cared about their customer and didn't want negative publicity (It will be my mission now) they would've come to some kind of reasonable compromise. I wouldn't buy another Subaru and certainly not from this dealership.

In the past I did not care for visiting car dealers to purchase new vehicles. I found most of them to be too pushy and in some cases quite obnoxious. My recent experience with Subaru of Kennesaw has changed my opinion. What a difference compared to what I was used to. Clean showroom, pleasant and courteous personnel. No excessive pressure to buy. Very good inventory of new vehicles. Professional serve department. Truly a nice experience. I will be recommending them to my friends.

I came in on a saturday for an oil change and Lydia was able to fit me in last minute. she also informed me that I had nails in two tires and that I needed new tires so she was able to get me new tires installed as well with alignment. It was overall a really good service from her and team and I look forward to coming back in the future.

Our experience was truly incredible. I did not want to be there and actually started with Subaru to check them off my list and move on. I really wanted something else. The minute we met our Sales Rep. Micki Floyd there was a connection. We test drove an Outback... then went to other dealers to test drive 5 other vehicles. We were back at Subaru of Kennesaw by 3:00 pm the same afternoon and were proud owners of a 2014 Outback by 4:20 pm. It was quick, kind, non-threatening, not hostile, it was good... it was perfect. We really feel part of the Subaru family. The last car I purchased at another dealer took 8 hours from start to drive off. This took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Again, we had a great experience and are so glad we selected our Outback.

I reached out to many dealers in my search for the right vehicle and Subaru Kennesaw was one of them. My experience with them was stellar. Joseph Ball was always available and willing to answer my questions, provide my with quotes for multiple vehicles and take calls on weekends when there were other engagements. He also always followed up with me- in a non-suffocating way- and I truly appreciated the concessions the whole dealership was willing to make in order to meet me at my price range and still be happy with the vehicle. It is a great team and even through all of the phone and email interactions, their friendliness courtesy and accommodating nature was evident. If I find myself in GA next time I am buying this is definitely going to be my first stop.

Working with this dealer was the best sales experience I've had. Joseph Ball and I were able to work out a good deal. From the negotiation to the business office to taking delivery, the whole experience was great. What's more, I now have the car I wanted! Buying a new car is not something I nor most people do but every few years, but in the future, should I be looking for a new vehicle again, I would definitely look to Subaru of Kennesaw first.

Our wonderful experience started with our sales representative Meb Esmail. He was welcoming and we instantly felt comfortable with him. He began by giving us a very informative and interesting history of Subaru. He made it very easy to understand by the Subaru brand is special. There was never any pressure buy and we had an easy time talking price. The entire buying process was smooth. What I found was even more impressive was the amount of time Meb and the entire team took with us to explain every detail of the vehicle, detail the car, fill it up with gas, bring the service technical expert out to set up our phones on Bluetooth, etc.. Even other sales reps that weren't dealing with us would come by an speak and have something nice to say. Meb made it clear that we were to call him if we had questions about anything. He sent us a card and still refers to us as his customers. The finance office manager was very nice and complimentary as was the service department. We are excited about our new Subaru Impreza hatchback, but it is even better knowing that we are in good hands throughout the life of the car. The entire dealership was friendly and professional.

Micki Floyd was the salesperson and he actually made the experience enjoyable. Driving off the lot there were nothing but smiles and high praise for the entire buying experience and Micki. I found a great deal on a car online. I drove up from Florida. When I arrived the car was detailed and ready for me. When it came to price, there were no surprises or hidden costs. They gave me a good price on my trade-in.Without question, the most pleasant (who uses that word to describe a car buying experience?), professional, and honest dealership I have ever encountered. The overall experience was better than I could have imagined. Micki Floyd was outstanding as my salesperson. I can't speak highly enough of him. If you are thinking of a Subaru and want the best deal possible, it is well worth a phone call to Micki.

Each and every person whom I worked with at Subaru of Kennesaw were nice, helpful, and genuinly great to work with. Joseph Ball was the best sales person I have ever worked with. He made me feel important, relaxed, and comfortable. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeble about the vehicle. I had an emergency come up and had to leave the dealership suddenly and he checked on me after I left to make sure everything was ok. All of the other individuals I worked with remembered that I had an emergency and when I returned to the dealership, checked to see that everything was ok. This was a fantastic buying experience. This is my first subaru and after this, will not be my last.

Subaru of Kennesaw provided such a wonderful experience when my boyfriend and I purchased our new 2014 Subaru Outback. Where other dealerships had written us off as a young couple who wasn't serious about buying, Subaru of Kennesaw did not hold back when giving us the 5-star customer service treatment on day 1. We did not buy the first day that we started looking but we ended up back at Subaru of Kennesaw several times in the next week to research our purchase. Not a single employee lost their patients with us, a car is a big purchase, and they let us take our time when making our decision. I would especially love to highlight the service we received with Jim Powell for the test drive he gave us, he was so friendly and incredibly knowledgable and didn't try to sell us on features that we didn't want. It was also the most fun test drive I've ever been on. Meb Esmail also was so much fun to work with. He helped us with getting our 2003 Subaru Forrester appraised for the trade-in portion of our purchase, as well as helped us so much when deciding on our payment plan to keep our monthly payment at a more than reasonable amount. Every staff member that we have had an interaction with was so nice, patient with us, and answered all our questions so that we felt really comfortable about our purchase. We will be back to Subaru of Kennesaw for our future auto related needs because of the amazing staff and the quality of the products they sell.

I'm so used to overbearing sales people and ridiculous offers that I have become incredibly leary of buying cars. My experience with helping my daughter to buy her second car, however, was incredibly wonderful. The salesperson I connected with at the dealership, Jim Powell, was the epitomy of the soft - sell, first trying to help me determine what I was really looking for (sometimes what we want is what we think we need) by spending almost 2 hours just discussing our needs. During our test drive, Jim took the time to go over the history of the car as well as go over the idiosyncracies of driving a hybrid (that's one of the main things we were after). At one point in our discussions, Jim actually suggested that we wait on buying a car since the one we wanted didn't have enough room in the trunk for my wife's wheel chair. He was more concerned about our comfort with the sale than with our driving the car off of the lot that night! Anyway, we worked out a deal for us to take the car to our mechanic (it was used) for a checkup. Our mechanic found some issues that we confirmed with a separate mechanic. When we returned to the dealership and showed Jim the issues, he had no qualms about giving us the price break we would need to address these problems with the vehicle. The next issue; my credit was (is) horrible and I told Jim our limits as to down and payments (I really didn't think this would work at all) and after about 15 minutes closeted with his manager, Jim showed us the paperwork for a payment plan that fit our needs EXACTLY!! He even took my junker and gave me $200.00 more than Kelly Blue Book for it to help us qualify. So, the car we needed (and wanted) along with a loan tailored to our exact needs. This coupled with a soft - sell where the customer obviously comes first will keep me going back there for all my car purchases. Also, a real shout - out to the Sales Manager, Johnny, for really working out a financing package for us that works and for not giving me a hard time for not having all my paperwork ready until the next business day. These guys let you make your own choices with your own time and really just want to put you in the car you can afford, need and enjoy. THANKS!!!!!

This is my eleventh car purchase and is the best, easiest and most rewarding experience I've ever had buying a car. The dealership is big enough that you don't get the feeling you're in La-la land but still small enough that you can receive the undivided (and calm) attention of a sales person. Our salesman, Jim, took the time to REALLY listen to our wants and needs and never tried to push us into any purchase. He gave us the breathing room to think things through for ourselves and often gave us insights into things we never would have thought of. There was never any pressure to purchase and, in fact, at several points he stopped us and had us rethink why we wanted certain things in a car. Overall, we spent over 4 hours simply talking, test driving and debating the points of our possible purchase without any undue pressure. Finally, when we had reached our decision, and presented our specific problems with financing, Jim was able (along with the sales manager Johnny) to come up with a purchase plan that fit our needs EXACTLY. The down was exactly what we could afford along with monthly payments that were $7 less than I had calculated!!! These folks actually listened to what I could afford and then worked with me to get me something I liked IN the car I wanted. Again, no pressure was ever applied to get me to accept their terms over my expectations. I haven't had the chance to use their service department yet, however, I do know that for my next purchase, I'm going back!

I have made two visits for service on my new car so far and both have just been great. Lydia is just the nicest lady and makes the whole process super easy. I'm usually in and out within an hour or two depending on what I'm having done which is very nice. The wait is made easy with their comfortable chairs in the waiting room with tv and coffee available. Their quality of service and friendliness did not end after the sale and I am more than pleased with them. Thanks again!

The personnel in the service department are friendly and seem committed. Their work appears to be of good quality, but their prices are high. While typically oil changes are around $29.95 for other dealerships, SOK charges $61,95. Some dealerships, for example Carl Blacks, across the street charge $7.94 if you bought your car new from them. Of course, Subaru of Kennesaw (SOK) doesn't even attempt to court its customers with such treatment. Also beware of what the sales manager tells you to sell you one of their cars. If it's not in writing the owner will nor only not try to help his customer, he even come across as insulting.

I was looking for a used 2011-2012 Subaru STi and had looked all over the country. Everything was overpriced and/or ragged out. Then around Thanksgiving, a 2012 STi hatch with low miles showed up at the Subaru of Kennesaw dealership that was thousands less than some 2011 models. (It also had more features, (NAV, SPT exhaust, short shifter), as well!) I contacted them and John Settineri contacted me back almost immediately.At 6:00 on a Saturday night, he went out in 40 degree weather to take pictures of the car and give me more details on the car. Once he did this, I made a deposit and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday.Once at the dealership, John had my trade-in evaluated while I took a test drive. Basically, it was a done deal. Went ahead and financed the car and I was on my way.This was a great experience and I would highly recommend John to be your salesman!

Met with other dealerships prior to arriving at Subaru of Kennesaw. They were okay, but our overall experience here was excellent. The minute we parked our car and walked onto the lot we were greeted by Art Baldwin. Art listened to our wants, was very knowledgeable about his product, and never once tried to "over-sell" us into something he knew we didn't need. Art along with his sales manager made the transaction easy and painless. I would recommend buying a Subaru, and I would definitely recommend buying from Suabru of Kennesaw. My Subaru Outback was due a 25,000 mile checkup and oil change and I was about to go on a trip and let the service slip up on me. I called service and Jason answered the phone and I told him of my problem. He told me to bring the car in and he would try to work me in. I went to lunch next door while I waited for my car. I wasn't gone more than 30-40 min so I decided to wait the rest of the time at the dealership. When I go back to the dealership me car was waiting at the front door. Good polite service at a very reasonable price.

Steve and Lydia are the nicest folks to work with. This is the third time I've been in their service department, and they truly understand customer care and service. On one occasion, I didn't have an appointment and was concerned about a light indicator that popped up on my screen. I called every early in the morning, and Steve was there to help me. He had everything checked out and found that my tires needed balancing. He made sure everything was done correctly and there were no other issues and sent me on with a smile. Ms. Lydia is no different. She makes sure that I'm comfortable while waiting and always gets me in when I need to schedule an appointment. She's great at what she does. Plus, there is always a follow-up call to make sure everything is still good!I can highly recommend this service department!

I recently went through my first new-car-buying process for a 2015 Subaru WRX. I initially reached out the the online shopping department at the Kennesaw Subaru by requesting a quote through their website. Stephanie got back to me quickly and we were able to arrange a test drive soon after. I went in and Stephanie was very helpful, patient (my first manual transmission car), and knowledgeable. Even after my extensive research, I still learned about some features on the WRX that I was previously unaware of. We talked about various trims, options, and colors for my WRX. I had my heart set on either a WR blue or white one. Unfortunately both were pretty popular colors and the Kennesaw Subaru didn't have one in the specific trim I wanted. Stephanie offered to either trade for one or order one from the factory, and offered me a very fair price. She was understanding that I would need to think about it, and wasn't pushy at all.Ultimately, I chose to get the WR blue one, and Stephanie was only able to located a white one that she could trade for. Although I ended up purchasing my car from a dealer out of state, I am still thankful for the help that Stephanie offered me. I would definitely recommend my friends to check out the Kennesaw Subaru and especially Stephanie for their Subaru buying needs.

Lucy was very instrumental in helping me assess what type of service I needed for my car. She was knowledgeable respectful and professional. Whenever there is a service coupon available they always apply it whether you have it or not; this always helps with the cost.

We went to Subaru of Kennesaw to look at the 2014 Outback and compare it to a Hyundai Santa Fe (before thinking we would probably return to purchase the Santa Fe). William answered all of our questions, took us for a test drive, and worked with us most of Saturday to ensure we got the best deal possible on the exact Outback we wanted. After working with Louis to secure a great trade for our BMW to get the white Outback, they saw us eying the green 2014 Outback parked in the showroom and went right to work on a trade deal for our Jeep Wrangler. Monday we went back, signed the papers, and picked up our 2nd 2014 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Kennesaw! We could not be happier with them. William, Louis, and Johnny are all outstanding. Subaru of Kennesaw made lifelong customers and the best advertisers money could ever buy!

To begin, I have never enjoyed purchasing a car because I dislike the time involved and all the add-on's that get so confusing. That being said, I recently had a GREAT experience at Subaru of Kennesaw. Art and Louis wanted me to be happy, no matter what!I went to buy a Forester and because of a promotion that week I reluctantly purchased an Outback. When Art called to check on meand my new purchase, he realized I really would rather be in a Forester as it fit me better. They wanted me to be happy! Owned Subarus in the past. So, knew we wanted another one. A coworker recommended this dealership and a specific salesperson, Meb. A win, win situation. Meb's honesty and integrity and salesmanship goes hand-in-hand with this dealership. The General Manager came personally to us while ironing out the final details while the Financial Associate spoke honestly and was quite detailed oriented in all phases of setting up the loan. My first contact with Subaru of Kennesaw was through an internet inquiry. Might as well let technology help in the car buying/pricing process. Stephanie Frazier contacted me immediately. I relayed what I was in the market to buy an Outback. Again, Stephanie came back with several options. I was also looking at another vehicle/brand. I wanted to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. I contacted Stephanie to let her know I was still looking. She let me know when she was available and when I was ready let her know. There was absolutely no pressure. I do not like to feel pressured or rushed. I chose to work with Stephanie and Subaru. I arrived at the dealership unannounced and had changed my mind on a Forester Premium which had more of the of the standard options for which I was looking. Stephanie was out with a customer who had made an appointment. Another salesperson was helpful opening several vehicles for me to look at while waiting for Stephanie to finish with her appointment. Again, there was no pressure, I could look at my leisure. Stephanie was able to negotiate a price in my range. Carlos made the remainder of the purchase process friendly and in a timely manner. I feel confident any regular service needed on my Forester will be handled professionally and quickly as well.

Because of my indecisiveness about which car I wanted to purchase(too many great choices),I had the opportunity to work with all the sales force I mentioned in this rating. They were all great. Each one was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I highly recommend each one of them and they work together as a team. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the process was easy. Initial contacts by phone were friendly and efficient. Appointment for service was made to my liking. I was immediately greeted upon arriving at the service center. Car was taken to service bay at appointment time. Lydia Carroll made special time to greet and discuss my service details and upcoming maintenance schedule. The coffee bar was good, too! Ms Carroll has been our service representative ever since we bought our Subaru - she seems like family!

Great Purchase experience. Visited this dealership once to pick up brochures and then communicated online for options I wanted. Emails were promptly returned. I also received bids via an online buying service from 3 other dealers but Kennesaw beat them all. Because I got a good deal on price, I was expecting to get jacked up on financing, but instesd got a terrific interest rate for lrrs than A rating credit score. Thanks Stephanie and Johnny.

This was our first Subaru purchase. We have been long time Honda and Toyota owners. We chose the 2014 Forester because of its safety record, roominess and reliability. We spoke with other Subaru owners before making our decision. Micki gave us a very good price from the beginning and we received a fair price on our trade in. The whole process went smoothly and we have no complaints. Two years free maintenance was included so we will see if their service department lives up to expectations.

At my previous scheduled maintenance visit, it was recommended that I get the differential fluid service done at my next convenience. When I checked in I asked why I needed this service at only 33K miles; Steve explained the consequences if I didn't get the service and then gave me the option of not having it I had changed my mind. I also inquired about having the rear wiper arm replaced-due to a cheap car wash visit when it was ripped off. He called me as soon as he got verification that they had the correct wiper in stock and told me the price. My car was then completed sooner, and for less money than I had expected-always nice to find that out! We had casual conversation during the visit that added to the friendliness of the visit.

I put off trading in my old van because I was dreading having to deal with an aggressive dealership. I was scared from past experience that I didn't know enough about cars to not get taken in a humiliating experience. NOT SO with Art and the folks at Kennesaw Subaru. They were great. No hard sell but very knowledgeable. They took their time with me and not once did I feel I was in a hard sell situation. I got the Subaru I've always wanted in an experience that was by far the best ever. Buy a Subaru and buy it from Art and the folks at Subaru of Kennesaw. I know it sounds too glowing and too good - but the experience really was. I had no idea it was this straightforward and pleasant to buy a car. I would have done it years ago.

The 2014 Subaru Forester is the first new car I have purchased in many years. I had several different vehicles and brands that I was looking at. Once I decided on a SUV, the Forester was the best choice for me.My sales person John Settineri was very thorough and knowledgable and helpful. I'm a car guy but I hate buying cars. I don't like dealerships or car salesmen. That being said this was the best experience I've ever had buying a new or used vehicle. Normally I feel like I've been taken advantage of when I drive off the lot. This dealership was very professional and gave me a great deal. I went into the dealership after looking at some other models online I always came back to Subaru. I wanted something very safe and reliable and I feel like I made a great decision by going to Kennessaw Subaru. Jennifer Michaels was my initial sales contact and she was really great. I spoke to her on the phone a few times before going into the dealer but I did research online first. Its super convenient to check the inventory online it tells you what they have on the lot and what is coming in, which to me was helpful because I needed to get the car sooner than later as my wife is due to have our first child in just a few months. It was ironic the last time I spoke to Jennifer before my wife and I came in I said to Jennifer that we were in no rush, but then a couple of days later we ended up buying a car when we went in. Scott Bell & Johnny Poole were really great too. Everyone made us feel like family & were very glad for us about the baby and that we choose Subaru to protect our families future. Scott handled the financial contracts & explained all of the insurance options. Johnny was very nice too and a huge help after the sale. All in all we are really happy with the car and service and very happy we went to Subaru of Kennesaw. They had a great selection and were very patient with us. In fact Jenn, Scott, and I believe Johnny all stayed late as they closed at 8 pm but all three were there until 9 pm when we finished the papers and Jenn handed us the keys before we drove on out of there. They were all fantastic and the car is super high quality and worth every penny. I had initially wanted a turbo model of the 2014 forester, which is what we test drove first, but I am very pleased with the 2014 Forester Limited that we ended up buying. The car is fantastic as we were able to score a model with the Navigation system installed & with some additional options that make it even more stylish & I love love the marine blue pearl. I did not email a bunch of places as I knew what I wanted & Subaru of Kennesaw had it, so I just went in there. Literally in this day and age you can place an order online & shop from coast to coast, but I am super happy that I went to Subaru of Kennessaw. Jenn was very pleasant to work with and made the entire experience really pressure free. Scott was great and when he saw my pregnant wife he offered to knock some off the retail price of the car, which was nice. Johnny also gave great service after the sale and helped ease some post purchase paperwork concerns I had and in addition he offered me a discount on parts & installation. I bought some splash guards and a few other things and I can honestly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw to anyone considering purchasing a new car, especially Jennifer Michaels, Scott Bell, & Johnny Poole, & I give them kudos for their great service & for staying late again, they went above & beyond. I also met Louis Kaissieh on a subsequent visit and Louis was also very nice and super helpful regarding some questions I had about the windows.

My amazing experience started with an email and a follow up call. John sent me a very warm email introducing himself, even including pictures and his hobbies. I felt like I was family before even walking into the dealership. Upon arriving at dealership, things only got better. He devoted all his time to me, and was very thorough. I do not normally write reviews but felt compelled to after the experience I encountered at Subaru of Kennesaw. Everyone was pleasant and understanding once I explained my situation, I had recently been in an accident and wasn't sure if my 2003 Forester would be repaired or totaled. Charles took the time to show me both the Forester and the Outback and to have me test drive both. He also emailed me the information on the Forester we were interested in and then called my Monday morning to see where we were at. I agreed to meet him Monday afternoon and ended up buying a 2014 Forester that day. Johny Poole helped us with unfreezing my credit and with all the paperwork. All this was done with humor and understanding and virtually no pressure to do anything but what was right for myself and my husband. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.

My 2007 Subaru Impreza has had a problem with the check engine light ever since I bought it. I bought the car at this dealership. I brought my car to this dealership a couple of years ago and spent $80.00 to have them tell me there is a small vapor leak - but the problem persisted. I took my car to a Subaru dealership in Michigan, and they told me the same (after charging $30.00). The problem persisted. I was not able to pass the required GA emissions inspection so I bought an after market gas cap to see if that would fix the problem. It didn't, so I took it back to the dealership. For $56.00 they told me I shouldn't use an after market gas cap (I'd only had it on the car for a week) and they said they couldn't diagnose the problem because I had too much gas in the tank. It still wouldn't pass inspection and the light came back on (that same evening). I called them back and they said I should get a new gas cap (!). I asked them to apply my $56.00 towards a new gas cap (since obviously they didn't do anything last time), and I was told they couldn't. After another $60.00 or so, I have a new gas cap and it appears that the problem is solved. How come it took over $200.00 and 2 years for the DEALERSHIP to determine that I needed a $30.00 gas cap to fix a persistent problem...I called the service manager to say that I was confused as to why they can't figure out the problem, and I got a call back from Lydia asking me why I didn't call her...I was also told that in order to reset the computer, I needed to have only 1/4 tank of gas, have several cold starts, several hours of city driving and 20 minutes of highway driving going between the speeds of 50-70 mph...I am calling this the Hogwarts method of car repair because it appears that it take some wizardry to diagnose and fix the problem...

Our experience with Subaru in Kennesaw was a pleasure. We are new to the Georgia area after living in NY all our lives, we moved down and needed to purchase a new vehicle. We shopped around looking at other makes and models prior to making our purchase, other dealerships were bothersome after our visit...we returned to Subaru and made our final decision to purchase the Outback Limited Ed. The sales help was extremeley knowlegible and the salesman, John Settineri was the best...he reviewed the vehicle inside and out with us before we left the dealership. The time before last when I went to Subaru of Kennesaw, I had a pretty rough time simply due to the very abrasive person behind the customer counter - this was th first time I'd ever not enjoyed a trip to a Subaru dealership. This time however it was a 180 degree U-turn and my experience was excellent, I gave them one more shot and much to my delight they have a new young lady by the name of Lucy working behind the counter. Very polite, very accommodating and extremely professional, my faith in the Kennesaw dealership was restored. Aside from the customer service, they seem to have excellent techs who seem to know their stuff very well. No matter what the issue they have found it immediately and fixed the issue with no fuss or expense (I have a 2012 WRX). As a side note; if you do have an issue with their service, they do take it very seriously and contact you to try and make things right....I appreciated that which is the reason I returned and will continue to use Subaru of Kennesaw.I will very likely be purchasing my next Subaru from these guys.

We drove 2 hours from Alabama to visit this dealer. We had called every dealer within driving distance and they had what we were looking for in stock (2 actually). We have owned a few new cars in the past and always dread the dealership experience. This dealership was like no other that we had ever dealt with. A truly "no pressure" sales approach that allows the consumer to make an informed purchase. We had a great experience from the time we arrived on the lot until we drove our new car off the lot. John and Johnny were great to deal with and have changed our outlook of the traditional car salesmen. I can't put a finger on exactly what ya'll are doing differently than the others' but it is working! If you are in the market for a car, don't buy until you have met these guys! we drove 300 miles to buy a 2014 Forester from Subaru of Kennesaw. John Settineri was very helpful to go along with test drive and found the best deal for us. It was a positive experience with the dealership. I would recommend John and Subaru of Kennesaw to our friends when they decide to buy a new Subaru car.

This is the second Subaru we have purchased from this dealership. We feel they are friendly, honest and there are no hidden costs when they quote you a price. Their service department is top notch and the people working in that department are also friendly and will answer any questions you might have about the service of your vehicle.William has gone out of his way to assist us in purchasing the vehicle that fits our lifestyle and needs. We definitely would recommend this dealership and Subaru to anyone. We enjoy driving our Subaru vehicles.

Would definitley recommmend. We will keep them in mind for further purchases. Customer service was fantastic. They went above and beyond. For example, the wheel lock was not in the car, they located it the following morning and are overnighting to us since we live about an hour away. We talked to them over the phone, when we arrived, all we pretty much had to do was test drive and sign. Great experience!!!!!!Thank you Stephanie Frazier and Johnny Poole Jr.

I had visited several Subaru Dealerships even out of GA and tested driving Legacy before going to this one. I went there because the price was what I expected and the equipment of the car was useful to me. I don't like fancy stuff such as moonroof or Navigation system, the simpler the better. The process from introducing Legacy to testing driving and final negotiation was free of pressure. The most suprising thing was that, the traded-in value of my old car provided by Johnny was way better than CarMax. Also, in the past three weeks during the break-in period, Stephanie answered many of my questions, which was very helpful. Overall, a good experience and a good buy.

The dealership works very hard to create and maintain a positive image. Both the ownership and staff encourage customers to write positive reviews and not surprisingly, get a lot positive customer reviews. Also, there is equal pressure to suppress anything other than positive customer feedback. This tendency is what keeps Subaru of Kennesaw from being a great dealership. Positive reviews provide information about what is being well and should continue. However, without feedback on areas that could be improved, one cannot improve. SoK never ask customers how their service might could be improved; only what they are doing well. I even talked with the owner. He is a very impressive fellow with a voice that could be an announcer's. He seems to be very supportive of his employees and is very proud of his operation. But my impression was that he was not interested in hearing how the dealership could be better serve me. After all, you can't improve on perfection.

This was the easiest car purcahse ever. I was able to communicate my needs to Stephanie and she was able to fit my needs. I went to the dealership and pretty much walked in and signed all my paper work that Louis had already prepared. I think the total time was there was just a couple of hours. My husband and I went in and met Charles Bayard upon arrival. He was very friendly and took the time to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. Both my husband and I were new to the Subaru product, so that was much appreciated. We had a bit of a wait for the car I wanted but Charles was very paitent and understanding answering my anxious emails. When the car arrived, I was notified immediately. I went in to complete the paperwork and worked with Johnny Poole, Jr for the financing. He was very friendly and got me in and out of fiance as quickly as possible while still answering any questions I had. All in all, it was wonderful working with the team at Subaru of Kennesaw. We liked them so much in fact, we have another vehicle transaction in the works for my husband! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I scored this dealer and Stephanie Frazier a five, because I was never harassed, pressured, or push aside. Eventhough my credit score was not excllent, and I had no business inside a car dealership, I was still treated with the utmost respect. I thought the car of my dreams was beyond my reach, but Stephanie gave me hope. I told Stephanie what I could afford, she worked very hard considering my credit score, and got me as close to that goal as possible. Stephanie followed up with me, giving me updates to the status of my vehicle. Then the glorious day came when she called me and said my car was here, words cannot describe how happy I was. Then, I go to speak with Johnny in finance, and the deal got even sweeter, the note was much lower than previous quote. It was a dream come true.

Great dealership and knowledgeable staff. Stephanie Frazier did a fantastic job of locating the vehicle I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership. Most of the communication was done via email. The vehicle was delivered as scheduled and she took extra time late one afternoon going over all the features of the vehicle. Louis Kaissieh made the purchasing experience painless.

I wanted a simple and straightforward experience, which was initiated via internet price request. John Settineri was very fast to respond to my initial request. He listened well, gave me exactly what I needed, and offered solutions to all "roadblocks". Within the past month we purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. On a whole, the entire process was seamless. William gave both my wife and I a thorough test drive of the vehicle that we were interested in. We made no decision after our test drive of the vehicle that we drove and certainly never felt pressured to do so. We left the dealership but once home decided to get on our computer and review the inventory of vehicles that this dealership had in stock. Thereafter, we submitted an internet bid on the vehicle that most interested us. In a matter of a few hours, our bid was accepted. The next day we met Johnny at the dealership to trade in our car, for what we thought was a fair price, and finalize the paperwork to purchase our new vehicle. Never has buying a new vehicle been so hassle free.

Professional. Attentive. Knowledgeable. Well organized. Respectful. Took time to be sure everything about the car was clean and running properly. Also made sure I understood how to operate all parts of the car and the functions necessary to driving my Outback. I live about 100 miles away and did all of the negotiations by phone. (Did the test drive at another dealer.) They show their inventory online so I knew they had what I wanted before I called. From start to finish the process was easy, thorough and smooth. This includes the process of paying for the car. There were no bad surprises when I went to pick up my car. Had never used this dealorship before but would definitely do it again. MEMP

William and Louis are the best! I don't know how Louis does what he does, but he will work until he finds the best deal for you. I hate, HATE buying a car, I have always felt like I was taken when my back was turned. I was introduced to Kennesaw Subaru by my fiances family and have never been happier. I bought a 2011 Forester in July of 2011, where all my expectations were exceeded and beyond. I just recently traded the 2011 Forester in for the 2014 Forester Turbo (which I am in love with)! This 2014 makes our 15th Subaru in the family. There is a reason we keep coming back to Kennesaw, you always leave feeling like you are special. No vultures here!

My search was targeted on a Honda civic,around 2010 with moderate to low mileage for the teenage girls in the family.I checked out other dealers and private owners and was disappointed with their product,promises and customer friendliness. I found Subaru of Kennesaw via the internet,who had a civic that matched my search criteria. Spoke with John Settineri,who was very nice and low pressure who invited myself and wife to come over and test drive car and shop around. We did go on a Saturday afternoon and found that John S. was busy with customer,but Johnny Poole met us immediately explained that John was busy but they were expecting us and that he would help us out. We test drove car,liked it,but were not ready to make a deal right there on the spot. Johnny was low pressure,said call any time when we make decision,they would make us happy. We went and looked at some other sub-par cars and dealers,and realized that we had found the nicest car and the best deal at Subaru of Kennesaw. I called that Monday,and fortunately they still had the car we wanted. So now we have a quality,safe car for the girls,the wife is happy and I am pleasantly surprised that there is a car dealership out there that actually cares about customer satisfaction. I had always owned another make of car, and I had not bought a new car in over 10 years. Thus, I was stepping into uncharted territory for me and was dreading the whole process. So, I went to Subaru of Kennesaw with the thought that I would just test drive one and then come home. From the moment I shook hands with a greeting from John S. until the final handshake as a proud new owner of a Subaru, I was treated with the upmost courtesy from everyone at this dealership. I didn't feel pressured or stressed, and just so amazed at their attention to detail. They took the time to show me where every 'gizmo' was located and how to use it, thus I knew I was truly getting a better equipped car than I may have realized coming in off the street. Ok, I don't ever write these things but here we go. I called multiple dealerships over the phone, and I know I was looking for a car that was hard to find. But with in a few mins these guys found my car.... now I'm not praising them for that because in my mind that's their job. What I'm praising them for is because I was over 500 miles away for work, and from emails, texts and phone calls in a matter of about 5 mins we came to an agreement on price and they were going to be on the way to pick up my new car for me. I was about 2 weeks away from coming home from working out of town. I drove my rental to them, they had the car ready do go when I got there, about another 15 mins of signing paper work and my sales man was taken me to drop off my rental car and I was heading home in my new car. The point to the story is these guys are one of the top people I've bought a car from, very painless process.Lance

My husband and I made a couple of trips to Subaru of Kennesaw to confirm that we wanted to buy a Subaru, and then to confirm which model suited us best. Charles Bayard was exceptional. He didn't push, but offered sound advice and information on both models that we drove, and on others that we were interested in. His attitude was friendly and professional, and so was everyone that we met there. Johnny Poole could not have been easier to work with on the contractural paperwork, and Louis Kaissieh was wonderful when we came to pick up our car.We think all of them went the second mile for us, and would have helped in any way that they could. It's obvious that this attitude is encouraged and rewarded, which makes this a very unusual dealership, and top notch. We have already recommended them to friends, and co-workers..

I called late Friday afternoon to get an oil change and was told that the dealership could do my car on Sunday. They were very friendly & accommodating in scheduling. I arrived a little before 10:00 on Sunday as workers were getting in and was taken care of immediately. Lydia was very personable and talked to us as we settled in to wait. She offered us coffee as well. They even washed my very dirty car which made me very happy. (That was a job in itself as my white pearl Impreza was black in places from all the road grime). I drive an hour to get to this dealership and highly recommend them to buy a car and to get it serviced. All the customers that came in after us were treated like family.

The "low-pressure" atmosphere (coupled with a sales force that is product knowledgeable) made for a fantastic buying experience. Chris provided great technical information during our test drives (and was very accommodating as my wife selected her car of choice). John offered us a good deal on the vehicle that we wanted, and Johnny provided a quick and professional transaction. After a quick email, and a short phone call, we visited the dealership for an efficient close to the transaction... no needless "up-sales" or gimmicks that you get at other dealerships... simply the deal we were offered with no surprises. Overall good experience (other than being shown initially a vehicle we weren't interested in and a stripped down version of the vehicle we wanted). Finally got a very good review and test drive of the vehicle we were interested in with a full rundown of features and instruction on all the basic operations. Now very pleased with the Outback Premium we purchased (the third Subaru in our auto history -- one of which we still have). This one is a joy to drive.

Sales Rep was sick and had to leave in middle of negotiations. They would not come down in price. But I wanted the car. They did take off document fee and checked and got the interest down,but only because we insisted. Felt bad the sales person didn't call back the next day to say Thank You for the sale since he had to leave,thought for sure he would follow up.

I had a great experience! I had done a lot of research on buying a 2010 Forester 2.5X Premium. I had actually brought a Forester, w/ 27,000 miles, from another dealer to have it inspected by the Kennesaw service department before buying. Steve Napier, service manager, gave me a detailed report that indicated that the tires had 7-8,000 miles left and the car would be due for a 30,000 mile service soon. Because I had done so much research, including the used cars at Kennesaw Subaru, I called Kennesaw later to see if I could get an almost identical "Certified" Forester (with 31,000 miles) for the price of the used "not certified" Forester from the other dealer + the cost of the new tires and 30,000 mile inspection that was coming up soon. The answer was "yes." I had never really considered a certified car because they do cost more, and I think that I did pay a slight premium based upon reflection, but, in return, I received a certified car with a 100,000 mile, 7 year from the date of the original owner sale, warranty on the power train (the engine transmission, all wheel drive). There should be a premium for the added warranty, because you are getting a lot of piece of mind on a used vehicle. I ended up buying from Kennesaw and had just a great experience. I ended up up dealing with Steve and Wendy (so nice and responsive throughout) in service, John and Charles (sales representatives), and Johnny (sales manager). Without fail, all were great and made the experience such a pleasant one. I highly recommend Kennesaw Subaru for flexibility on the price (based on my having gotten competitive pricing from my research), the service attitude, and just being such nice people with whom to deal.

My husband and I have been trying to find an ideal SUV for over 2 months. We did a lot of research and frankly was not impressed w/ the vehicles / pricing. Our primary reason for getting a SUV is that our family is growing and we need more space but the SUVs we looked at were not large enough and leg room space was just awful. In any event both my husband and brother recommended Subaru so we visited on Sat 11/17/12 to look at the Forrester Limited but once I saw the Tribeca, I was sold (so to speak). My trade-in was a pretty new vehicle 2012 Prius V so we knew it would not be easy but we have great credit and had a budget in mind which we were not willing to move on. We provided our info to Chris and they came back w a number higher that what we were willing to move on so Chris invited Louis in the office and Louis was extremely gracious and wanted to work with us. After Chris spent some time speaking to us and trying to keep our 6 year old entertained, he came back with a number we could definitely work with and we took hold of the Tribeca that same evening. The process was painless and we did not feel pressured at all. The majority of the staff was very friendly and I would definitely recommended this dealership going forward.

Purchased a 2011 Outback from SOK two years ago, and this dealership really impressed me with their honesty, integrity and friendliness. It became time to replace my second vehicle, and the new (2012-2013) Imprezas caught my interest. So I ordered a 2013 back in mid-August of this year and sales mgr Louis Kaissieh agreed to get me one from the factory at invoice, AND agreed to give me full Kelley Blue Book trade in value on the vehicle I was replacing. Unfortunately, SOA has been slow in fulfilling orders on this high demand vehicle and after several inquiries was told I might have to wait until Dec. or longer. After becoming discouraged, I met with Louis to request he find a similar style Impreza from another dealer of the same color and he agreed to install all the options so I would have virtually the same car as I ordered. Within two days he found one and had it sent to SOK. And the best part of all was that when it arrived, he kept his word on the price and my trade in allowance. Kudos to Mr. Kaissieh for going the extra mile to keep a repeat customer happy. Salesman William Howard was also very diligent in keeping me informed with the updates on my factory order. I would also like to mention that my experiences with service mgr Steve Napier and his service writers Lydia Carroll and Wendy Kinslow are a good reason to consider this dealership. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and friendliness is stellar, and I have dealt with many new car dealerships in the past to know an exceptional one when I see one. In fact there are times when I will stop by when I am in the neighborhood just to say "Hi".I would highly recommend SOK to anyone who is in the market for a Subaru or even a used car.....they will treat you like part of the family.

My first car buying experience turned out perfect. I was naturally nervous traveling to buy a car I had not actually seen. Stephanie Frazier text'd me specific pictures that I asked for and answered all my questions. She even picked me up from the air port. Subaru called me to let me know it was time to bring my car in for regular maintenance. I was out of town at the time, and the tire pressure light went on. I tried filling the tries myself, but the air machine at the gas station I was at was obviously faulty (telling me my tires were at 35 psi), or I was doing ti incorrectly.I went to the dealership and explained my confusion. They gave me an oil change, filled my tires correctly, and rotated the tires--and all of it was under my warranty. They were friendly throughout the process, and updated me on my car's progress. I got a free wash, and was on my way in about an hour and 15 minutes (and that was with 4 other people in the waiting room--not too bad).I also noticed that another woman had come in and was talking to a salesman about how she wanted her old car back. She was pretty whiny and insistent, and the salesman did everything he could to get her back into her OLD car (even though her Subaru was obviously nicer/newer).I thought that exemplified service. Oh, and he was nice to her the whole time she was complaining as loudly as she could about how her new Subaru didn't have a space specifically for her purse, etc.

Great customer service. I received a call from John Settineri that a BRZ arrived and scheduled a time to look at the car. I loved it. The dealer was very helpful and accommodating. They did not rush me into buying the vehicle. Very very happy with the car and the experience I received at Subaru Of Kennesaw.

This was an Unbelievable experience. Stephanie and everyone at the dealership were friendly, knowledgable and courteous. I didnt know buying a car could go so smoothly. No haggling, no minuplation, no long wait time! My only wish was that they could train the other dealerships in their customer friendly manners. Kudos to you guys!!!!

After research on cars and their ratings, my husband and I visited Kennesaw Subaru on a stormy afternoon. We were greeted as we walked onto the showroom by Art Baldwin. He explained each of the vehicles on the showroom floor and asked me to sit in them. Most of them were SUVs and a little too much vehicle for my petite frame. He told me about the Impreza which was just outside the showroom and backed it under the breezeway to keep us dry. It had been reduced in price, had exceptional finance rates, looks good, and gets great mileage-all the things I wanted. We took it for a test drive and I loved it. I like the all wheel drive, the steel frame to keep me safe, and the fact that it will turn on a dime! It is roomy yet sporty. Art is a very personable salesman and I couldn't believe how fast(and painless)the paperwork went. Louis explained the types of maintenance plans available and worked with us on the one that best suited us. The final papers were all stacked and rhythmly signed-so easy. Even after the sale was completed, Art set up the car's handless phone system with my cell phone-another great safety feature. He's an exceptional salesman and person! I have been very pleased with my purchase. I made a 250 mile trip a few days after the purchase and got about 40 miles to the gallon. Wow! I spend two hours a day in a vehicle with my commute back and forth from work. The car is so comfortable.I would highly recommend Kennesaw Subaru--and ask for Art Baldwin. You will have an outstanding experience I promise!

Excellent service. I could go to a Subaru dealer much closer to my home in Dunwoody, however, because the folks in Kennesaw do such a great job, I don't mind traveling the extra miles.

I had a great expereince at Subaru of Kennesaw. I live in Birmingham but originally went to them so I could test drive a WRX and they were one of the few that had one in stock. They talked to me a but and made sure I was a serious buyer and not looking for a joy ride, then pulled it off the showroom floor so I could go around the bock with it. When we got back to dealership after a short ride, they told me my options as far as ordering a vehicle and only needing a $100 deposit. They were responsive throughout the waiting process of having the car ordered by phone and email. When I went to pick it up they were accomodating to requests of no dealer stickers on the paint and letting me pull the protective white film off. One minor issue was some scuffing on center console likely from when they vaccummed out interior as part of dealer prep and the hose was pulled across in front of the stick shift. All of the paperwork was clearly explained and there was no pressure or rush to sign anything before I read it or asked questions. The paperwork was very organized and professional. Even one of their maintenance guys came out to help and offered his advice on caring for Subaru paintI have since gone back for my first oil change, driving back from Birmingham to let them do it, and with the service agreement everything was simple and easy. I just called to make an appointment, showed up, waited an hour for them to replace the break in oil, and then walked out. Very simple.Overall I'm glad I went to them and can see why their dealership is rated so high.

We are very pleased with our recent purchase of a 2012 Subaru Forester. Both John and Johnny worked hard to get us to the financial numbers we were personally expecting. Looking back at the negotiation, the purchase definitely felt like a win/win at a fair price structure (especially after the 1st table offer made by the dealer)...though during the negotiation, I felt that I may have needed to get our trade-in appraised at several other dealerships just to make sure that everyone was on the same page. The price of the Forester was "perfect", but I felt like the trade-in we made might have had a chance to yield more value (much of the fault here was on us; not Subaru of Kennesaw)...so when rating price as "OK", it is directly related to the overall price of the deal. Both John and Johnny worked with us fairly to get us to a payment structure that we expected (both timing and cost). If I had to buy another car there, I'd go back to John Settineri.

I called 3 dealers in MI and they didn't give me a good price so I started to call dealers in other states and I found Subaru of Kennasaw in Georgia. They were friendly and professional from the start and they gave me a very competitive price so I bought the car from them.( MI to GA round trip 1420 miles but I would still do it again) When I went to pick the car they were very professional and friendly and they did took care of me right away. Charles was my sales person and he was great. I'm gone consider them again in a few years ....( 5 years ago I bought a car from NY- Bill Kolb Subaru -a VERY BAD experience!!! ) Strongly Recomand This Dealership Subaru of Kennasaw!!!

We spoke to John Settineri the night before we were going to look at the Subaru Outback and set up an appointment for the next day. We arrived early and John was at the dealership when we arrived, it was his day off. He was very professional and not pushy at all. We were very happy with our purchase, both he and John Poole were great to deal with. John S. took us around the dealership and introduced us to the service staff, never experienced that before. At 75K, my 2006 Subarau Outback station wagon is finally beginning to need some of the loving care and maintenence work that I didn't need to worry about for the first six years of driving it.The car has been used both as a commuter and as an off-road car, so it hasn't been all easy road driving. I brought it into Subaru of Kennesaw to replace worn brake pads, and ended up replacing some drive train worn bushings, changing differential and transmission fluids and filts, some other wear-related odds and ends; they also found and repaired a nail in my front tire which I hadn't noticed. The final cost was not cheap, but it was more than fair, and the service manager Wendy additionally took off every promotional discount she could think of. What I am paying for when I take my car to a (good) dealership is the comfort factor. I know that they aren't just going to fix the problem that I brought it in for; they are going to thoroughly check my car and alert if there are any other problems. I have taken other cars in the past to private mchanics and specialists, and while they have been excellent for fixing specific issues, they usually didn't have the resources to easily check over all the car's systems, so unless they bumped into something while fixing the main problem, wear issues that would soon become problems tended to get overlooked. That nail in the front tire probably would have been overlooked. Subaru of Kennesaw is among the best dealerships that I have used; they are relibable, they do an excellent job, and they stand behind their service work if somethng is not satisfactory.

I fell in love with a brand new car, the Subaru BRZ, and my co-worker recommended that I order mine through Subaru of Kennesaw. From my very first phone call with John Settineri, I knew that I was in good hands! I had heard lots of horror stories about the people you come across at a dealerships, but nothing could be further from the truth at Subaru of Kennesaw. This team genuinely cares about the buyer's experience throughout the entire process... even after the sale. While I may not be able to return for service (since it's almost an hour from my house), I do plan on returning to this dealership for future Subarus.

This was the best, most friendly, most kind and caring dealership that I could have ever imagined. Louis is an amazingly calm man and definitely helped us out in a difficult position (we were being manipulated by another dealership). We greatly enjoyed purchasing our vehicle here. If anyone is thinking about purchasing a subaru in the area they should come straight here and skip all of the other dealerships in the area. This is definitely the best one.

After making many trips to other Subaru dealerships and after almost deciding not to purchase a new vehicle, I made a call to this dealership. I have a 9 month old baby and it was not easy to run around and entertaining the dealer needs. When we made a final call to Howard and he transfered us to His general sales manager Louis - we were surprised how different and nice experience we had here. Very friendly, very respectful of our needs and never tried to lure us in buying something. Money part was very straightforward and hassle free. I would highly recommend this dealership - they are the best in Decatur and Atlanta area

I absolutely enjoy this dealership. I bought my 2009 Outback from John and I have loved the car. He was great to work with and patient with my questions. Every time I am back for service, I make sure to stop in and tell him how pleased I am with the car. Lydia always is pleasant to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. The best part about working with this dealership and Lydia is that they are honest. I trust their work and I trust their ethics. 5 may be the highest rating I can give them, but they are a 6 in my book. This dealership is the reason I will continue to drive a Subaru.

I had been looking for a new car for several weeks but had not explored the Subaru until I went to the dealership with my son and daughter-in-law on May 26. We were fortunate to have Chris Thompson as our salesman; he is very knowledgeable about the cars he sells and answered many questions. He was not at all pushy with us, but made us feel that he did appreciate our business. My son did buy a new Outback that day and was assisted through the finance process by Louis Kaissieh. Louis is very thorough, quick, and made the finance part a lot more pleasant than what I have experienced at other dealers in the past. While we were there, I drove the Outback and Forester and decided that a Subaru would be a good car for me as well. After several e-mails, phone calls, and another trip to the dealership, I purchased a 2012 Limited Outback on May 31. Louis gave me a very fair trade-in price for my 10-year-old Toyota and helped me work out terms that were affordable on the new car. Both Chris and Louis made the entire process a pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to buy another car from them. I have only had my Outback one day, but am enjoying it so far. I highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw.

I have always been told "If you leave a car dealership and you don't feel horrible, you didn't get a good deal". My experience at Subaru of Kennesaw was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car and I feel like I got a very good deal. We had a fantastic experience working with John. Our purchase was a 2012 STI. We had to special order it and John helped us every step of the way and kept us informed during the whole process. After it arrived and we picked it up we were introduced to the entire Subaru of Kennesaw "family" so we would know who to see/go to in the future for all of our needs.I have had the car for 2 weeks now and I couldn't be happier. I was a little leery about taking my 98 Subaru Outback in for service at the dealership but, Subaru of Kennesaw and Wendy in the service department immediately put me at ease with their warmth and hospitality. Wendy kept me updated throughout the inspection process and was honest about the potential costs of the repairs. I went out of town for about 3 weeks during the repairs and Wendy kept in touch with me via email. Subaru of Kennesaw stored my car after the repairs for no charge and they came and picked me up when I returned. It was easy-- how often can someone say that about getting their car repaired?

I stopped into Subaru of Kennesaw on Saturday May 19, 2012 just to see what the price of new subarus and the financing rates. I was quite surprised that new subarus were not much more than than the used ones we were looking at. And the financing, the rates are so low it became apparent that buying new was more affordable than used. Our salesman Chris was very patient and answered all our questions. Louis the sales manager made the actual buying procedure very easy and laid everything out so we knew what was up. I was very satisfied with my experience at Subaru of Kennesaw and would recommend them. This is the first actual "NEW" car we have bought. We usually buy used 1-3 years old but if you can swing it buying new makes more sense now.

Had my 13 year old Outback in for repairs. Lydia Carroll is great at explaining what the service tech recommends to repair the problem. She arranged for me to be dropped off at my home. She is very friendly and knowledgable. She phoned me when my car was ready for pick-up. I have been using this Subaru dealer since it opened and I have always been very satisfied with their services.

The staff at Subaru of Kennesaw from the moment we walked through the door. We were in the market for a high end limited production vehicle. They were one of the few dealerships in the southeast to stock this vehicle. They helped us through the overall purchase process. Chris was wonderful to work with. He worked with us to install a sunroof on the car I was interested in. We will consider using Subaru of Kennesaw for all our new car purchases from now on. We love our new car. Last July, I went into this delaership for an education about Subaru Legacy and walked out with a new Outback, which I love, because John Settineri REALLY listened to my needs and matched me with the right fit. The negotiation process,which I normally abhor, was one of the least arduous ones I have ever faced in the car industry. I credit John and Johnny Poole for handing me off to Louis Kaissieh quickly to get to the bottom line without the "silly" back and forth usually associated with the business. I also want to commend Art Baldwin for his "walk-through" tutorial when I picked up the car, though he had no previous dealings with me. And a big thanks to Wendy Kinslow, my service advisor, for ensuring all work done is correct, timely and appreciated.I just left the dealer again with a Certified Pre-Owned Forester. Most of my service experiences have been with Lydia and all I can say is that she is awesome! I like to call ahead to schedule any services for my Subie and what I appreciate is her honesty with regards to whether or not they can fit me in the schedule for that day instead of saying yes and then having me wait for hours. I think that is great! Lydia is always super respectful and always pleasant to talk to. Even when I have to come in for some of the more expensive services she makes it a lot less painful. Have never had a bad experience-ever!

We traveled from over 4 hours away because they had the vehicle we wanted. Chris was very easy to work with. There wasn't any pressure and he was able to work with me on my terms. The other dealers kept wanting me to come in before they could quote a price. I got the feeling that I was doing THEM a favor but Chris made me feel like he really wanted my business. He took the time to explain any and all features on the car and really made us feel like he were the only customers in the dealership, even though we weren't.We ended up with the exact car we wanted, at a great prices, and really enjoyed the experience. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Subaru of Kennesaw.

I recently purchased my 13th Subaru, dealing with Louis and William was a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to any one.They made every attempt to be sure that I was completly satisfied with my purchase and the vehicle had been delivered in a professional way.

We bought a pre-owned car at this dealership and have had nothing but trouble. The dealer admitted at a later stage that they knew that the car had an oil leak, but sold it anyway without fixing the car. We have since spend nearly $2,000 to repair the car (which is worth about $6,000), which were engine-related, and potentially related to the existing oil leak. Every time we interacted with the dealership, we were faced with nothing but arrogance and bad service (e.g., when we tried to find a solution, the general manager said "I don't want to look into the past, but the way forward"), which aimed at getting more money out of us. I would strongly recommend to stay far away from this dealership! We have since interacted with other Subaru dealers in the same area with significantly better service!

It is the fastest and simplest car purchase and finance that I have ever done. The staff address all my concerns. The sales mgr did my finance in under 15 min. And they included a nice maintenance contract. After 45 years of GM, I am Subaru convert!

Every time I have taken our 2011 Outback in for scheduled services it has been a great experience. They are always friendly & get you out as fast as they can while doing quality work. I have had to bring the car in for warranty work one time & they were awesome! The waiting area is very comfortable w/plenty of reading material & media if you need it.

From the scheduling call to driving away from the dealership, Wendy Kinslow's attention to detail, determination to resolve my service issues, and keeping me informed of the status of the work being done was superb. This was my first visit with Mrs. Kinslow having been my service advisor. She is without a doubt the best service advisor I have worked with in over 40 years. In addition, since having the service completed, Mrs. Kinslow has called to followup on the maintenance provided to make sure all is well with the vehicle and the that the work accomplished did in fact solve the problem. In today's day and time, I find this level of customer service incredible.

The staff at Subaru of Kennesaw are very friendly and helpful. I bought my WRX from there in 2010 and have been very pleased with the overall experience from Sales to Service. I wish the prices were a bit better (some of the competing dealers offer better quality oils for the same price). I've had some warranty issues and all have been taken care of with no problems. I can always show up without an appointment and get service with a short wait. They always offer free wash when I go which I like. Just be very specific with your service request and make sure you get pricing upfront as I have been surprised before with what I asked and what I received (mistake on my part for not being clear).

First, I must say that Subaru of Kennesaw has a very attractive building and showroom, I was geeted promptly by a friendly and polite salesman (Mr. Art), he asked me a few questions and knew what I wanted. After showing me a couple of vehicles I chose the 2011 Outback limited with the Navigation and had some concerns about the cost because it exceeded the budget I set for a car and I too was concerned about my trade in because I had it only 10 months and was told it was too soon to trade in my 2008 Jeep Liberty limited with Navigation by the salesman I purchased it from. I was only interested in trading vehicles because of the ice storm we had which left me stranded at home for 4 days and my previous sales person told me that it was a great vehicle in any weather and that is incorrect. My research led me to Subaru which I hadn't thought produced such attractive vehicles and their benefits as well as the warrantees are excellent. Art and his manager Mr. Louis treated me with respect and answered all my questions promptly and kept eye contact with me, I felt that they were real and cared about my needs, wants, as well as my overall experience and that was new for me being a female buying an automobile as my past experiences were less than awful. I did put cash down not quite as much as I thought and my payments only increased $50 much to my suprise, needless to say that I got the right vehicle for the right price! I am very happy that I chose Subaru of Kennesaw and overjoyed with my new New Outback, I can't beleive I have such a wonderful vehicle for what I paid and I have referred 2 people one of which have met and purchased from Art and Louis and feel as I do. We purchased a used Saturn Vue at the end of a sales day from Subaru of Kennesaw. We asked if the dealer provided any warranties, as we've had issues in the past w/check engine lights coming on as we left the dealer (that was the case w/the car we were replacing). The dealer did not offer any warranties. Asked about extended warranties. Finance manager was out but would call us next day. We took delivery that night, and as luck would have it, the check engine light came on while driving home. Left a message w/John the next day asking to return. They offered us an extended warranty at $2000.00. I advised I would not have purchased car w/o dealer warranty if I knew extended warranty was so high...and did not have opportunity to discuss warranty options prior to purchase. Dealer advised they would trade but not return. We advised we would entertain a trade, but wanted to return as soon as possible. They located a Jeep Liberty, as we had requested, in about a week. They offered to sell it at $15,900, plus all our money back on trade. We were happy with the trade price but thought the sales price was unusual...as they had priced a newer Liberty on their site for $1000 less money previously that week. I checked their website and the internet price for the vehicle they were trying to sell us was listed for only $14,900. I told I wanted to pay the advertised price. Gen mgr advised would only give us our money back if we paid $1000.00 over advertised price. We are currently three weeks out from purchase and are having significant problems with the vehicle. Maintenance shops have not been able to identify the source of a major evap leak. Noted that the check engine light was bookmarked in the owners manual...and that previous owner, and possibly dealer, was aware of the issue prior to sale. I've since called the owner of the Troncalli Automotive Group to inquire about a return. Would love to see this resolved before we have to tag the vehicle.
