Had a very difficult time with several other car dealerships before coming to Subaru of Concord. Our sales consultant, Joe Power, was fantastic! Very professional and honest throughout the entire sales process. I experienced customer service and "no pressure" buying at its best. I'll highly recommend Joe and this dealership to everyone I know.

finding a 3.6 is harder than finding a needle in haystack right now in this area. There are none at any of the local dealers. Arrived at this dealer to test drive a 2.5 even though I wanted a 3.6 just to see if I liked the feel of the car/looks etc. I had been emailing with another dealer the same day about the one 3.6 they had on the lot. At the time I didn't realize they were so hard to find. Concord is closer so I went there first before making the 45 plus minute drive to the other dealer. After driving the car I told the salesperson Joe Power that I liked it but if I purchased an Outback I would get the 3.6 and that another dealer had one. He told me he would love to make a sale but if they had one and it was what I wanted I should call them and tell them I am on the way and get there fast. He then pulled up the "local" dealers inventory and there were only 13 3.6s on a lot or in queue for delivery for the next few weeks. in surrounding states! I had no idea I was looking into a car that was hard to find. Called the other dealer and the car was gone. That sales person was supposed to call me back quickly with any 3.6 inventory I could put a deposit on. In the mean time Joe told me to go drive any other make/model I was considering. Concord had ONE 3.6 scheduled to arrive in 2 - 3 weeks but Joe did not pressure me to put a deposit on the car. He explained the low inventory again and I looked for myself at this point. I left the dealership, drove another make/model then went back and put a deposit on the car. Joe called every few days checking in with me on the status of delivery even when there was no change in status. He was pleasant to work with and I would recommend him as a salesperson. I am rating price as average as there isn't a lot of negotiating on price for a car that someone else will gladly purchase before it even hits the dealer lot. This seems to be the theme for the Outback 3.6 version I have read on Subaru forums as well. I did get a package upgrade though....so not too disappointed since this was the vehicle I wanted.

Our experience with Concord Subaru was outstanding. I was shopping by phone, and Sean was honest and forthcoming with information. He patiently answered all my questions and promptly returned all my many calls. We love our 2013 Outback. It has lived up to all our expectations. Wonderful, courteous staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

We love our Subaru Forester, especially when we saw in the news that it is one of only two SUVs that got high marks in the safety test. Todd Stuver was patient and accommodating. We highly recommend the Subaru of Concord dealership - very professional staff!

I have been a loyal Honda owner for almost 30 years, but Subaru of Concord has changed everything. This was the easiest, least stressful, quickest trade I have EVER made. I never even considered Subaru because I thought they only had station wagons. Then I saw the Crosstrek on the lot in Concord and decided to take a test drive. I did all the work I could online so that our dealing process was minimalized. We told Jeff and Sean what we were willing to do and they made it happen. I absolutely LOVE this SUV! You can't go wrong at Subaru of Concord.

Friendly staff. Never pushy to purchase. Overall great atmosphere. Salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. Very helpful on answering all of my questions I might have had. Key point I chose Concord Subaru was they didn't keep trying to get me to buy there.

Great deal, no hassle. They even came to my house so my wife could sign papers. She couldn't be at the dealership because we have a newborn. They went above and beyond.

I bought a new forrester at this dealership, and the sales process was about what you would expect. Friendly enough when they want your money.I took it in for the 7,500 mile service, and had to wait nearly three hours. I'm pretty sure this was a basic inspection and an oil change. Quite a wait when you have an appointment. No efforts were made to let us know what was taking so long, I had to hunt down the service manager to ask. When making the appointment, I was told this would take less than an hour.Recently, at just over 10,000 miles the check engine light came on. I took my vehicle in, and finally after two hours was told it was fine, but the ECM needed updated to change some thresholds. That was Monday. Today, the light has came back on again. Obviously they didn't fix it.The service department here is totally incompetent and could care less about you or your vehicle. Do yourself a favor and don't go here.

Great used car buying experience; I had been looking for a Subaru Outback for a while and Rick located the year with the features I wanted at a sister dealership. He picked the car up and brought it to Concord so I could test drive it at a time convenient for me. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and neither he or the sales manager applied any pressure. They were willing to negotiate some on the deal and I believe it was a fair price. Everyone else I interacted with was friendly and helpful; as pleasant an experience as car buying can be!

Bought a used 2005 Buick LaCrosse for one of my family members. It is a very nice car. The pricing was fair, easily agreed upon price, excellent service, very patient and understanding experience by the dealership. My experience could not have been any better.

Subaru Concord worked with me to achieve my goals. After 4,000 miles with a 2013 Kia Sorento I had enough with the dealership service and the Kia itself in fixing my problems. My sales consultant, Jim, was very professional and answered all of our questions. The entire staff worked with us on a win/win deal. As for the Outback we love it. I just wish my wife would let me drive it!

Overall great experience, which is rare these days. Steve and Mark helped put together a good deal on the phone without seeing my trade[only pictures]I picked up the car[now mine] and drove/kept it for a few days. NO pressure from anyone. On my arrival back we sealed the deal and I am very pleased with how everything worked out. Without a doubt one of few positive experiences I have had with a dealership

Horribly incompetent, my check engine light came on during a vacation in NC so I took it to the closest Subaru Dealership. Was sold an expensive--and probably unnecessary repair to my transmission and sent on my way to complete my trip. About an hour into the ride the engine light came back on, took it to another repair shop to find out my car had almost no engine oil in it and was also very low in Transmission fluid! Are you kidding they NEVER even checked the oil when I brought it to them with and engine light on!!!!

Joe met us on the lot at our first visit to any Subaru dealer. He was extremely helpful, answering all our questions about a car we were not familiar with. He convinced us this was the make we needed for uor new mountain house and winter driving. The buying process with the sales manager, service manager, and the finance manager was very satisfactory.
