Overall experience was excellent. David was very helpful. The buying process received less than 5 stars because we had to wait for quite a while on the actual paperwork to be processed by Ray. Apparently he had a customer ahead of us, but it took a while. Everything else was great. The truck was detailed and ready as promised the next day. Thank you!

David Miller was awesome...I knew what I wanted and He helped me find it. Went in a couple of days later and my dream car was sitting outside. Ray was awesome,"cold hands warm heart" When I go back I know who I will see Best car experience ever !

I have purchased a total of 5 different types of vehicles from Phillip Moore at Stanley Dodge in Brownwood. He is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot which was very helpful in deciding which vehicle I wanted. The entire staff was very friendly! My husband and I drove nearly 500 miles to purchase a new Jeep from Stanley Dodge, and it was worth every mile!I was looking for a very specific jeep - and the crew at Stanley found the absolutley perfect vehicle for me. The staff was helpful, considerate, answered all of my questions (I had a lot of them!), and kept me informed through the whole process. My wife and I purchased two new cars here a few months ago. A 2012 Durango and Charger. Everyone at the dealership treated us with respect and answered all of our questions, both financially and car-wise. We traded in our two older cars and were given fair market value. Just a very pleasant overall experience.Dodge quality improvements the past few years are truly amazing. I'm especially impressed with the ride and interior comfort of both cars. Dodge's Uconnect entertainment system is intuitive and so much easier to use than either Fords or Chevys. Actual round knobs for volume and tuning control along with a touch screen. Your choice of control. Eureka.We will definitely buy from Stanley again when and if we ever tire of these two new cars. That may be a while, though....

I have bought 3 cars from Stanley and they are the best. They go the full nine yards to make sure that we get the best car for our buying dollar. I always drove a Toyota , but I decided this time I wanted a SUV.. A friend of mine convinced me to drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I went to drive one and they let me keep over night knowing that I was going to fall in love with it obviously .. And I did .. In my line of work I don't have a lot of time to spend at a dealership . The salesman came to my work ,appraised my car .. And after that every thing was done via email or phone .. The easiest car deal I've ever had ... My mom and dad do not buy cars often. They have not owned a Dodge product in many years. When mom started looking for a new pickup, I suggested Stanley Dodge in Brownwood. The dealership already had a reputation as a fair and honest business so she went on my recommendation. She was greeted by the sales staff and shown multiple variations of the 2013 Dodge truck. She found one she liked and started the deal. The salesperson, knowing that the new truck had lots of technology, aka. Gadgets, he was concerned that she might have difficulty learning everything. The dealer assigned a person from the service department to actually help her learn the many functions of the electronic instrumentation. All of this before they actually made a deal. Bottom line, the dealer and her agreed on a fair price and struck a deal. The entire process for my parents was not only painless, but an actual enjoyable experience. I cannot say enough about how well the dealership treated my Mom and Dad. Hats off to Mr. Bunn for his patience and understanding while working the deal. Thanks
