I don't usually enjoy giving reveiews but this is one for the books, from the moment Dylan Hollingsworth greeted me on the lot my whole mentality changed. He showed me how important the consumers needs are and no matter what objection or obstacle was given he overcame it and made sure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase. That kind of professionalism and honesty doesn't go unnoticed. I had a terrific experience at spirit dodge and will be returning in the near future.

I would like to start off by saying I came in with the lowest expectation and left with the highest but most of all happy and educated. Sean has really help me. I came I with the idea to get a vehicle based off of no money but a good paying job and bad credit. The first vehicle I picked out wasn't a smart decision, it was logical for the scenario I was in. Sean then gave me options with the freedom of respecting my time, my thought process and any decision. I felt no pressure I felt like he was a find that wanted to see best for me and my situation. After giving me understanding of processes and procedures to my credit, the bank etc I walked outside to a 2016 dodge charger that I had no clue of thinking I could obtain. Sean you have changed my life and made me a believer. Thank you. I came in as a stranger and now I feel a friendship. Thanks for not making this feel like just a transaction but an unforgettable interaction.

I recently purchased a 2016 Ram Sport from Spirit Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Swedesboro, NJ. I live locally so I went to the local Ram dealer looking for a new truck. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in stock but within 48 hours they got the exact truck I wanted and the deal I needed. Easy to deal with, no issues, no pressure. Very positive experience dealing with Spirit. I was able to test drive multiple vehicles before making a decision, I was given detailed financing options; the whole works. No complaints at all. Both George and Bill were friendly and went over all the features in each car in complete detail. George helped sync the phone with the car and even filled up my tank with gas. I was even offered a couple free snacks while filling out the necessary evil that is paper work. I would definitely do business with these guys again!

My son at about the age of five,whenever he would see, touch, feel or experience something new and exciting, he would begin sounding out the word spectacular one syllable at a time until he got it right. On August 29th my husband and I visited Spirit Dealership in Swedesboro NJ. Upon arrival we were greeted by the salesmen Sean Dudley , having no idea that we would be driving home in a 2012 Chrysler 200 at an amazing price. Though Sean, my husband and I are fellow parishioner ,he surprisingly, not for one moment allowed our friendship to sway his are of professionalism, impressive product knowledge and the ability to grasp and understand the need of his customer. Sean, with a confident, patient calm demeanor answered questions and gave pertinent information enabling us to come to our own concensus with out any high sales pitches. On a personal note, I must say,that I am absolutely not an easy person to please nor impress, but this by far was a Speckle-Tac-Alar car buying experience that exceeded my expectation on every level! SPECTACULAR! We got it right! Hats off to you Sean!

The entire staff at Spirit were very welcoming. Sean was friendly and approachable. When we decided it was time for a new vehicle, we went to Spirit in Swedesboro and couldn't be happier with that decision. Sean sat down with us and asked us what we were looking for and asked about our budget. There was no pressure to go above our budget and he found us vehicles to choose from. We were still there at closing time but Sean stayed with us after hours without rushing us and we went home that night with our new Jeep! We returned the next day to take care of more paperwork and he took care of contacting the insurance company, registration and tags making the whole buying experience painless. Me and my husband found a used vehicle online that we wanted to take a look at. Sean, one of the salesman came out to great us. My first thought, as most of us on a car lot say "here we go" but I have to say we were presently surprised. You could tell this was not your typical car lot. we actually felt like we were talking to old friends! From Sean, to the person who helped get us financed. Buying a car with Dylan at spirit went as smoothly as one could hope. He saw to the fact that the often stressful process of buying a car for the first time was not stressful at all. He quickly made connections to make sure I felt at ease and comfortable working with him to find a vehicle. He worked extensivley and diligently to help me work through all the variables that are involved in buying a car for the first time. He was polite and very receptive to any all questions I had, encouraging me to continue asking them if I was unsure about anything at any point. I decided that it was time to purchase a new car. My previous cars have been Nissan, and my plan was to return to a Nissan dealer. However, a friend of mine convinced me to check out Spirit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Swedesboro, NJ. We looked a few cars when sales associate Dylan Hollingsworth approached me to see if I have questions. I explained that I was beginning my search for a new car and thought that there were two cars that I wanted to test. He answered all of my questions in an expert fashion and didn't pressure me for the purpose of making a sale. I always felt in control during the visit and finally made a decision to purchase a Grand Cherokee Jeep Overland. It is one of the best decisions and love the car. I am still discovering new options and accessories that the came with the Jeep, e.g. DVD and CD player. Even after the sale, I have contacted Dylan with questions and he has graciously answered them all.

I purchased a used Charger from Spirit. I contacted Sean a few months before my purchase letting him know what I was looking for. He dilegenly searched and sent me several cars as they came to the lot but none of them were "It" for me even though he paid attention to my interests. I went out to Spirit in Swedesboro, NJ from Lancaster PA after working with Sean for a about 4 days after he sent me pictures and details on my Charger. He worked very hard to get me approved and to find a monthly payment that worked for me. I fell in love with the car as soon as I saw it and even more so after I drove it. It was a late night but Sean did everything he had to so I could drive home in my Charger that night. Unfortunately there us always a risk when purchasing a used car and as my luck would have it the car I fell in love with stalled out on me a week later the day I was leaving for vacation. I contacted Sean right away and he referred me to the service department, they were very busy. After returning from my vacation that Monday Sean and his sales manager Joe arranged for a loaner car to be delivered to me at work and took my Charger back to the dealer to diagnose it. After a few days the service department figured out what the problem was. The sales manager was very professional and accommodating in getting my car fixed and back to me in great shape.

traded in 2014 jeep grand cherokee for 2016 model. New car had some problems after one day and I no longer felt safe in vehicle. I explained this to my salesman( Dylan Hollingsworth) and he immediately allievated my concerns by offering me the opportunity of choosing another car which would satisfy. This is my second Jeep with this dealership and it was this type of service and caring that made me return to them. Everybody I came in contact with my dilemma was helpful in resolving this unforeseen problem. Let me just add that above all it was Dylan who made me feel special enough that I will return at the end of my lease to purchase another Jeep.

Went in to pickup a part my wife ordered yesterday. the guy behind the counter had no information regarding the order looked for the other counterman. found him he had taken the order and trashed the information for the car and didnt pull the part afer being told we would be in to pick it up today then proceeded to tell me i cant help you with out the vin. how is it my fault for his poor record keeping. after asking if they can do a search by chassis they said no. so i left with out the part i ordered and will never do business with this dealership again.

At first I was hesitant to visit the dealership because I had shopped and leased elsewhere in the past. This new vehicle was for my daughter and of course she wanted to drive home in a Compass that day. Let me tell you the trip was worth it! When I walked in I was greeted by Emily who quickly took our information and showed us the vehicle. After negotiating the lease price I was out of there in an hour. In our haste to get home the dealership forgot to fill the tank which was promptly taken care of when I returned for the tags. This is a no pressure smaller dealership where the customer still comes first. Don't be surprised if the person your talking to is the owner or his son.

This was my first time dealing with Spirit and will certainly not be my last. I had been doing business with another dealership for over 10 years, until they became what I call a "no" dealer. I went to Spirit where I met Emily, whom I was texting and speaking with on the phone. Although my deal was not an easy one, Emily and the "team" did everything they could to get me in the vehicle I wanted. The thing was, they didn't say "no". I had a terrific experience with this experience. Before driving to NJ (I live in DE) I wanted to make sure that I was PRE-APPROVED before falling in love with a vehicle. Once I was pre-approved I made an appointment via Spirit's customer service/internet Rep (Vicky), who was very pleasant and helpful. When I arrived to the dealership a very nice Salesman said he would help me. I was immediately attracted to Sean Dudley b/c of his laid-back personality and his smile. He made the process very easy and there was no pressure from him! I knew what I wanted to buy, and he helped me out by choosing two colors we agreed on that would be good for me. I feel that he picked out a car that I finally purchased that suits me, and represents my automobile style. It took us awhile to get to the right number, but Brian made sure that he made that happen. I completed the deal with the Finance Manager who was awesome! I AM REALLY HAPPY TO BE DRIVING A NEW 2016 JEEP COMPASS & LOVED ALL OF THE TEAM MEMBERS at the dealership! The reason I drove 25 minutes to this dealership was b/c I was SUPER IMPRESSED with their company website and program offerings. I have to say the customer service here is awesome. I went in with my heart set on a 2008 Jeep Compass. I was a little sad because the bank would not finance it because of the amount of miles on it. Mike said do get sad yet we may be able to get you in to something else. Needless to say I drove off in a brand new Jeep. My children and I are very happy. I recommend everyone deal with them.

I did a lot of research and found out that Spirit is a Rocky Ridge dealer for Jeeps. Emily was great and searched down the Jeep I wanted, got it sent to Spirit, and then it was off to Rocky Ridge in Alabama.I can't wait for it to come back! For years I have visited the dealership for service on my vehicle and one sales member Mike or Mack a more mature man with grey hair ALWAYS said hello and I told him that if I ever buy another vehicle I would come to him. I went to visit Mike but he was not there but Sean helped me and he was great and friendly. Sean was very attentive to our concerns and questions and made us feel like friends throughout the process. The back office finance staff member was very good, efficient and also very friendly. I also had a chance to meet with the manager because the passenger window was chipped and he was very accommodating.

I just bought a 2nd car from this dealer. Although not a local dealer to my house, they had the exact Challenger I was looking for. I noticed the car was in transit listed on cars.com and gave them a call. I spoke to a few people at the dealership and came to agreement on price over the phone. I scheduled an appointment to pick up the car on a Saturday after it arrived. spent time with Sean and Mike to finish up the paperwork and they walked me through taking delivery of my new Challenger. They were very straight forward to deal with and the deal was exactly what we agreed on over the phone. Our salesperson Sean Dudley, was so easy to deal with. No fuss and no stress, and a really happy kind of guy, not the typical salesman. The only thing that kept us there so long was the other people in front of us for the finance guy Mike! They were selling cars left and right today. Mind you it's April 9, 2016, and it snowed all day. People don't buy cars when it snows out! But they did at Spirit, why? My guess is the ease of buying a car with them. Everyone we dealt with was nice and friendly, I never felt like I was dealing with a "car salesman". Mike Connelly even came out to set up my phone with U connect. He did this as the dealership was closing for the day. Never felt pressured or rushed. I will recommend them to everyone I know, something I've never done before, and I have purchased many cars over the years. I would say I would buy from them again, but I've fallen in love with my Durango on the ride home. So I don't plan on ever getting rid of it! Oh and the price of the Durango? Well, let's just say no one around could have beat it. In fact, we had another dealership calling us while we were at Spirit, for the same kind of vehicle and honestly....they couldn't beat the deal we got!

My experience with the dealership started off fine but got progressively worse as time went on. I would have given 2 stars but for my last and hopefully final experience with them. The purchase experience went fine to start. Mike is an older gentleman with a nice personality up front. However, it became clear as time went on that he is behind the times on some things and quite a bit disingenuous. First of all, he didn't know as much about the features of the Jeep that I purchased. It was a new model, but I expect an experienced salesmen to know all the features. Second, I asked him for my credit score/report literally 6-7 times. I finally got it from him today because I was there in person. I asked someone else before Mike got there, and he said they no longer had it. Then, Mike appeared with it a few minutes later. Mike doesn't answer e-mails and retuned 1 of my many calls made to him. He goes on and on about how the relationship just starts when you buy a car from him. However, it pretty much seems to end right there after the sale. The dealership itself was supposed to handle my PA tags for me. They gave me a temp plate that was good for 20 days while the tags came in. I continued to check with them as time went on about the plates. They claimed they were on the way. I contacted PENDOT myself and was told that they had no information about my car or tags. At this point, my temp plate had expired, and I could not drive my car legally. After calling yet again and having the receptionist on the phone act rude towards me, I finally heard from Mike. He said the tags person was sick, and they were never sent in. To his credit, he did have someone bring me a dealer tag to use while my tags came in. However, I had no use of my car for a few days. Apparently, they have no back-up person when the "tags girl" is sick. I also got a chip in my windshield and had issues finding a replacement. Mike told me he would look into it and get back to me. That never happened. I arranged the whole thing with Jeep myself. I had to drive an hour down there to have it replaced, but I never would have gotten any service if I wasn't there in person anyway. There was also quite a bit of pressure to leave a review on this site about my experience. Well, here you go. They even tried to bribe me with a gift card to leave a positive review here by a certain time. I finally received my PA tag today but no inspection stickers. I was told by the "tags girl" (their term not mine) that I would get stickers too. Nope, I had to have the car inspected myself. I saw my mechanic who told me it was very common practice for a NJ dealership to cover the inspection costs. I called (twice of course) Mike and asked for reimbursement. He said they didn't do that, but I could drive an hour for a free oil change. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I have to imagine all these great reviews have to do more with bribes and pressure on buyers to leave them than actual service.

I was expecting big pressure to buy but that did not happen. Salesman (MAC) tried to get me to buy a brand new truck and made me a great deal but it was just not what I wanted. He said cool lets look at some used trucks. Got more than expected, it might as well have been a new truck with the warranty and condition its in. Neighbor thought it was brand new. (2011 model) stayed in price range and did try to push me up to a high cost. Whenever I buy something expensive I always feel like I've been taken, just don't feel it this time. Feels weird, I really got a good deal. I didn't have to see the CLOSER to get it done, I just dealt with MAC and then did all paperwork with Mike, I think.

Including the vehicle that I just purchased, I have purchased four vehicles from Spirit. I have to say that this is the best experience that I have had purchasing a vehicle. Mac knocked this one out of the park, he was very accommodating and bent over backwards trying to please me and that can be a chore. I have returned the vehicle to have some minor flaws fixed and Mike has been right behind me making sure that everything is taken care of. Also, the owner, Michael Baus, has been very accommodating and helpful. Dylan is the best dealer I ever dealt with. Very positive, knows about cars, very respective. Deliver what he says. He is a man of his word. He works hard to meet his client needs not just to make a quick sale. When I was thinking negative he gave me positive feedback and told me don't think negative. I am not one to write reviews but Dylan deserves the recognition. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango last week and had a great car buying experience. The week prior I my truck was totaled in an accident. I was not happy about that and had emotional attachments to my vehicle. So I arrived at Spirit with not the best attitude. But Dylan is a strong salesman. He didn't play games, and listened to what I said. For that reason, he met my expectations and was able to get me a solid deal - quite frankly better than I expected. I don't know this young man from a can of paint, but you guys have a strong salesman on your hands with a bright future ahead. He listens and he is honest - I can say that a million times. That is important. I am very satisfied with my experience. If I need another car, which I pray I do not, I will return to Spirit. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up. This place had the feel of a mom and pop dealership. As I looked around I noticed they had a great inventory of really cool vehicles. Not your typical rows of mini vans and cookie cutter sedans. For instance I was looking for a Durango. Well every Durango they had was interesting , meaning they ordered them with appearance packages and so forth, no fuddy duddy models here. Same was true with their truck selection. Lots of different stuff to choose from. To sum up. If you are looking for something a little different than what everybody else has, I would take a look at Spirit. The whole Feel of the place is different than what I was used to. The sales man I had was so laid back and so was everyone else there. I wound up buying that Durango which was my first new car purchase ever. I left feeling good that I gave my money to a bunch of good guys and not the typical high preasure slimeballs that I have become used to dealing with.

My decision to go look at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee was rather last-minute, but I gave the dealership a heads-up that I was coming to look at the specific Limited on their lot that I was interested in. When I arrived it had already been pulled up to the front and was ready for me. Mike Connelly was awesome from the get-go - I felt very comfortable with him. I am not an experienced car-buyer, so I find the process to be a little intimidating and am always on guard that I am being "sold" something. I did not feel that way at all with Mike. We test drove it and he was able to give me an appraisal on my car for a trade-in right away - that night I drove home in my new Cherokee! Everyone at the dealership were efficient and very explanatory throughout the process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I love small-town dealerships - I find that the atmosphere is much more laid back, less "salesy", and more focused on finding the right car for the buyer as opposed to just making the sale as is the case in most highly-competitive large-scale auto malls.

While driving by the dealership I noticed a used Dodge pickup that caught my attention. When I stopped to get a better look I was greeted by Mike Connelly. Mike gave me the keys, told me to look it over closely and if I had any questions he would answer. No pressure to purchase at all... Took a test drive, received the numbers from Mike and in less then two hours I was driving home in a beautiful Dodge pickup I did not think I would have been able to swing. I attempted to buy trade my 2015 Ram in for a lifted 2013 ram 1500. It had 20,000 miles on this 13, 6600 miles on my truck. The first day I had the loan approved at 5% with one of their banks. I was not satisfied with the amount of money they were offering me for my truck or how they didn't want to budge on the price for the 2013 ram. I received several offers over the next 6 days from Spirit finally coming close to what I wanted. I went back and sat down with the dealer and was offered everything that we discussed. I then was told that the interest rate was raised per the bank from 5.0% to 6.9% in just the 6 days I held off. Come to find out the bank offered 5.0% and Spirit was going to receive the other 1.9%. per month to compensate for dropping the price of their truck and giving more for mine. (you can look this information up on your own. I'm not allowed to post the website on this reviewNow I looked at the 2013 at night (my mistake) when I took possession of the truck, the next day I realized that the tires are dry rotted and there was a grinding when I came to a stop. I took it back to the dealer and asked to have the issues looked at and the tires replaced, the owner was very ignorant stating that he bent on the price of the truck far enough and I would have to buy the tires out of my pocket. Then stated "you don't have to buy the truck take the offer or leave it" in a very nasty condescending tone. Needless to say, my wife threw the keys on the table and told them to get our truck keys and the deal was off. As we walked out the front door a female employee walked down from the management area towards the door, looked at my wife and stated "bye Felicia" Felicia is commonly used in the phrase "Bye Felicia!" Being a "Felicia" means that you are no longer relevant to or liked by the person who said it. A "Felicia" is also known as a b***h or someone who is just plain annoying. The sales people then refused to secure my tags back on to my original truck (which they took off and I had no screws to secure the tags back on my truck because they took them.) I had to walk into the garage and ask someone that was washing a vehicle to secure them so I could leave.Service here was horrible and very unprofessional. Good luck if you buy from them. Watch your interest rate!

This dealership is a class act! This is our second vehicle purchase in three years and will continue to come back. We were looking to get a 2014 Durango, but found it to be just a little beyond our budget. I was told no clean my car out when I returned with the title. I advised them I had to apply for a duplicate and it would take 10 days. When I returned with the title they already had my old car detailed and all of my personal items were goneDeal seemed uninterested in getting to the bottom of it and reaching out to whoever they hired to detail the car. Now have the Woolrich township police involvedWill never do business with this dealer again or refer anyone there unless they make this right!!!

Went to dealer, from another state , to look at car. Couldn't get there till 7 pm cause of traffic. Met James , very personable. Looked at car, he arranged a test drive, and did that quickly. Started talking about price, no pressure, which I like. I thought I would have to come back since they closed at 8pm. James offered to stay late as did others. Worked on price and my trade value, very happy with purchase. James , the manager and finance guy stayed till 10:30 to help me get that car. I was greeted by sales rep James Makes. Polite, personable and honest right from the start. Honestly can not say enough good things about him. Long story short, I left there with a new "used" car which should h1ave just been co sidered new. Flawless and with little miles. Best part was they kept me in my payment range and put me in the car I actually wanted. It amazes me the lack of personal interaction between myself and my salesman and sales manager after I bought my jeep. Guess I didn't pay enough for personal interaction. Dylan wasn't even there but got credit for the sale so I negotiated with George. These guys completely ignore me now that I'm an owner. The only reason i give 2 stars is because Mike has made this experience tolerable and is a credit to the dealership, otherwise I would rate it as a 1. I am sitting here today waiting on my jeep to be serviced and passed by George and Dylan several times and they have said nothing to me. Mike said hello and is a great guy. Before this I have left several messages for George and Dylan and never got a return Call. I purchased a service plan but am sorry that I will now have to return until it is over since the were not very friendly. The parts department seemed ok but the service advisors were not very friendly either. Not sure about the service of my vehicle but may send a second rating later. I would not recommend this place to anyone and cannot wait until I never have to return. My intent was to find a dealership to deal with for many years but will now look elsewhere. Sorry but I don't go along to get along. I call it like I see it.

2 month old renegade had squeaky front brakes. Brought it back to Spirit to have it taken care of. They test drove it then pulled the wheels and brakes off, found nothing. They put it all back together, after 3 hours, told me nothing was wrong with it. I test drove it with them and sure enough the brakes were still squeaking. My wife decided to call the service manager to find out why it took them 3 hours to do absolutely nothing, the service manager told her that I lied to her when I told her what happened and that they were doing work on the vehicle. When she asked why it wasn't fixed yet he didn't have a answer. They decided that I could bring it back the following week and they would try to fix it. Brought it back, was told that I couldn't have a courtesy vehicle because they didn't have any, even though the gentleman in front of me just returned one..... Sat for yet another 3 hours only to determine that they still couldn't fix the squeaking brakes, shocker. Was told that they would replace the brakes under warranty, as if they were doing me a favor. They ordered new brakes with an expected date of 3-4 days max. Never heard from them for approximately two weeks. Decided to pay them a visit in order to chase my "free" brake service. Asked the parts guy if they were in yet and he said "yes they have been sitting on the back shelf for atleast a week now". Supposedly it's being fixed as we speak. I guess we will find out. Funny thing is we are in the market for another Jeep but we sure won't be shopping at Spirit, and for any other service it CERTAINLY won't be at this joke of a service center.

I recommended this dealership to a friend, who then purchased a vehicle. When I called the dealership and spoke with the manager she told me that I was not entitled to the referral fee. I advised that my salesman told me that I would receive $250 for the referral. The manager then told me that I was not intelligent enough to understand the send a friend program. This dealership obviously is not interested in customer service.

It's all most as if they put effort into providing terrible service. I have a 2015 Grand Cherokee. Took it in for it's first oil change - they damaged the suspension system while on the lift. It took three hours to repair. As a concession, they offered our next oil change free of charge. Took it in to give them a second chance - this time they damaged a heat shield with the lift, then informed me that they ran out of oil after they drained my oil and refused to do recall work that needed to be done. I was stuck at the dealer until "they got more oil". Two hour visit this time in their dirty waiting room. 3 days later, the truck broken down on the road. Since they are the closest dealer to me, that's where it was towed. After getting the run around for a week, I called Chrysler corporate. They said that Spirit did not expedite the order and that they would. After 15 days, we finally got our car back and found that they once again did not perform the recall work, nor the heat shield that they damaged and that it was never ordered. Spoke with Fred at least 6 times during the 15 days and each time he assured us that would be done also. When my wife wanted to know why it hadn't been done Fred told her to "get out of the dealership and never come back". I think I'll take his advice.

I took the ride up from Vineland N.J. and didn't regret it . I've bin in the market for a 15' Ram 4X4 Crew Cab for a while and after getting a TRUCAR referral and email from Spirit Dodge...I knew I had to take the ride to see them. Upon arriving there I was greeted by salesman Taylor Doty who very pleasantly inquired about my visit and my "had to have" list of options .After a quick chat he retrieved the keys to the vehicle I was interested in and we went for a test drive. During the test drive he was very knowledgeable of the trucks options/capabilities and functions. All my questions were answered and I was confident that I was at the right place to purchase this truck. Following the test drive we went in and talked about my set of circumstances regarding purchasing etc., We negotiated a fair price and I left there feeling confident that I didn't over pay for my truck. Everyone there was helpful in answering any further questions that I had. This was truly a great "Car Buying Experience" for me and I will definitely keep Spirit Dodge in mind for my next Vehicle purchase. I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Dodge Ram Crew Cab 4X4 Sport ! Worst experience I have ever had. I have never felt so unvalued as a customer before in my life. These people will call you relentlessly until you purchase a vehicle and offer you all types of deals as you sign for the car then someone else will come up to you after the paper work has all been pushed through and tell you they apologize but (whatever "deal") they offered couldn't be worked out into the deal and that you can pay cash for it. This place is full of shady people with obvious lack of respect for customers, and I advise anyone in the market to steer far away from this place and their horrible ways. I am at the point where I'm covering up the deadr symbol on my vehicle so they do not get any sort of credit for selling me my vehicle. These customer service reps and sales reps at spirit should be locked up for the way they treat people. These people are degenerates and there is no other way to word it.

After going to several dealerships to get a certified jeep with no avail. I decided to go over the bridge to Spirit and within 15 minutes of being at the dealership I found the car I wanted and the deal was made were all other dealerships failed. I don't know how they did it but if you are looking for a new car and have a trade I would recommend going to Spirit.

First I clicked that was interested in a Kia Rio, and was almost immediately contacted by a very nice sales associate. Then, I was asked of I'd rather communicate through text, which was perfect, because I was at work and also I'm a bit of an awkward turtle. When I got to the dealership, they had the car ready and after a test drive with the awesome, professional, down-to-earth Dylan, I knew this cute little orange car had to be mine. We had to wait nearly an hour for my dad to arrive for insurance reasons, and while my accompanying friend and I waited, Dylan helped us fix up my friend's car with new parts we had just bought.TL;DR- This place is great for people who want to buy a vehicle and be treated like a human in the process.

I have dealt with dealerships and salesman in the past who made the experience very pressuring but my salesman, Dylan, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car for me. When I walked in to the dealership, they found me a salesman right away. I told Dan which car I was interested in and he got the keys and we took it for a ride. No pressure, when I said I wanted to see how it drove on the highway, even though we weren't near one, we drove to one. No pressure sale. They got me water bottles and kept me comfortable.Update 9/8/15When I went to the dealer to pick up my registration 3 weeks later I was told that my warranty parts were in. The dealer is about 40 minutes from my house, so I wanted to take care of everything in one visit. Upon arrival Dan gave me my cargo mat I was waiting for. When we went back to parts to get the new windshield bolt due to the original being rusty, I was told it was never ordered. The dealer also owed me touch up paint to fix a chipped roof panel. That wasn't there either. When I asked Dan Stephens, my sales person to swap the bolt with a new Jeep and use the one on order for the replacement, he told me that the dealer wouldn't do that. It would cost me more to return to the dealer than the cost to just buy a bolt from a closer dealer. When I asked him to ask a manager, he was argumentative with me, but eventually asked and the bolt was swapped out. The paint I was told was on back-order. I called a local dealer and was told the paint was in stock in the depot and it would be in the next day. That cost me $18. I called to tell their parts manager, and I found out that he had just started that day and he would look into it. Turns out whoever looked the paint up was looking at the wrong part number. It was in stock. Dan Stephens also told me in an e-mail, If I filled out this review, I would get a $25 gift card from him. It's been over a month. No card. I wonder how many others they bribe for a favorable review. Keep your card!

When my house burned down in 2013 Ron, Mike and Alyssa Baus were kind enough to lend us a car at no charge until we were able replace both of our cars which were lost in the fire. My wife and I did not forget their kindness. We felt that when the time came we would try and show our gratitude. There was a Jeep Jamboree at a local speedway recently and we were able to test drive a Wrangler. All I can say is it was love at first sight. We found a pre-owned 2009 Wrangler and were able to make a deal. Our sales person James Manes, who gave me his card at the Jamboree, did a great job guiding us through the process. We test drove a number of Jeeps before we made our decision. He has only been there a short time but he handled the sale like a pro.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. I made an appointment to look at the car. When i pulled up my salesman Dylan was outside waiting for me with a huge smile. I had been looking for several months and this was the nicest dealarship i came across. And they had what I wanted. They were highly recommended and I am glad I gave them a try. I didnt feel pressured and they were very kind, professional, and it was clear they were sincere in getting me what I wanted.

My relationship with Spirit started out by taking my 2010 Dodge Caliber in for a repair. Dealt with Eddie who really helped me out to try and figure out what needed to be done to my car. Eddie was up front with pricing and even worked with me on costs when it came to light my car was worse off than expected. Rather than just having me keep sink money into possible fixes, Eddie was again honest and said it might not even do anything. He referred me over to the sales department and said he would have them work out something possibly on a new vehicle since I already had spent a good amount of money trying to fix my car. On the sales end, James was a huge help trying to get me into a car that fit my family's needs. When the first vehicle I looked at didn't fit my budget he made a suggestion on a new Caravan which never even crossed my mind. Almost immediately after sitting in the car, my wife & I realized it was exactly the car we needed and it fit perfectly with our budget. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a car as he was kind, courteous, and really sought to help me get into a new car that didn't break the bank.

I can't say enough positive things about Spirit Jeep-Chrysler-Dodge-Ram! They are the ultimate car dealership. Trust me, it was It a no hassle, no stress, no pressure buying experience. Everyone there was extremely friendly and treated me like I was family! From the moment I walked onto their lot, I was kindly greeted by my awesome salesman, Ed Underwood. Ed was great to deal with. He was a very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable salesman. Even though we just met, Ed made me feel like a long time friend. Along with Ed, I was greeted by another great guy, Mike Baus. Mike was a very cool guy. He was very polite and welcomed me to the dealership. I have to say, these two guys basically made me want to buy my Jeep from Spirit even before we made the deal. Once my deal was complete I had the pleasure of meeting with business manager, Erik Wark. Just like Ed and Mike, Erik was very personable and down to earth. He helped to make the final steps of my purchase very enjoyable. Overall, I can't say anything bad about my buying experience here at Spirit. They just proved that buying from a smaller dealership is the way to go! I will certainly be back for future purchases and I would recommend Spirit to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I took my 2 year old Avenger in for service. While waiting, I walked over to the truck lot where I located the R/T section where there were a variety of colors. Fell in love with the red one. Texted the hubby, he showed up, and we walked out of there, both of us, New 1500 Hemi Ram owners. Me with the red R/T of course. Our sales guy, Mac, took care of us as always!

Even though it's your mundane oil change, I'm treated like I just spent a million bucks instead of $30.00. The Express Oil Change operation is great. In & out quickly. Everyone at the dealership, from the owners, Mike & Ron, on down is very friendly & welcoming while you're waiting for the work to be completed. Zach is always focused on taking care of the customers, first & foremost. Been working with Spirit for at least 15 years now {bought 3 Jeeps (1 "Patriot" &, 2 "Grand Cherokee Laredo Special Editions"), Dodge Avenger, Dodge Dart, Plymouth Grand Voyager and even a Mercury Sable} and it is always a pleasure doing business with Spirit and my salesman, Mike Connolly. Always bring my vehicles here for service and buy whatever parts I need, like replacement lamps, from the Parts Department. No need to go elsewhere.

The staff at Spirit Dodge is friendly and down to earth. They are concerned with what you want not what they want. They help you find the right vehicle that fits your needs and price range. I use to shop vehicles and go to 2 or 3 different dealerships trying to save penny here and there. The guys at spirit have allowed me tone stop shop. Buying a new car is my most dreaded task. I drive my cars until they die because I hate the all day ordeal of haggling about prices. When I started looking for a new vehicle. I wasn't sure where to start. It has been a long two year process but I can finally say I got my dream car with the help of Dodge Spirit! Not only are they local to where I live they have been a big influence in all of my families purchases. When I first walked up to get information I was greated right off the bat. They were very knowledgable and had answers to all my questions. The test drive was fun yet informative and the financial sit down was painless and easy. I have never had this much satisfaction from buying a new car. There's always so much paperwork and negotiation. Not with this dealer! They made me feel like I was the VIP! Offering me drinks and asking if I wanted anything to eat as it was around dinner time when we finally worked out the deal. Which brings me to my next point. The deal was great! I am in no way a well qualified buyer but they worked with me and I feel I got the best deal ever. I highly recommend this dealership and all of its workers. Expecially Eduardo Veletanga! I was looking for a very specific vehicle and Spirit had what I was looking for. I began by contacting Sean Dudley, the Internet sales person. He responded to me very quickly and sent me several pictures of the vehicle. Shortly after I was contacted by Ed Underwood, who would be my sales person. I explained what I was interested in and that I lived 2 hrs. from them and wanted to get as much done prior to my visit. He was VERY accommodating and took care of all my needs quickly. Spirit also made selling my previous car to an outside party quick and painless even though the buyer caused a bit of an issue. When I arrived at the dealership, Ed along with Mike and Ronald Baus (owners) introduced themselves to me. Due to some minor issues with the sale of my car the staff stayed well after closing time to get me on my way and at no time did they give me the impression that they were inconvenienced by this. I will make the 2 hr drive again when I am ready to buy another vehicle. I just wish they were closer so I could get my vehicle serviced there.

The hellcat is a fantastic car and Spirit has the SRT trained mechanics that I want only to work on this special car. This is my first Dodge vehicle. I got the 2015 Journey Crossroad, with all the bells and whistles.It was priced well below the competition in the mid-sized SUV's. So far I really like it and am satisfied more than I would have imagined. It is cool to drive, looks good, and quite smartI bought it for the good price at first, but now realize it has more than the competition offers,largest navigation screen, heated steering wheel, etc.Salesman Ed U was very helpful and understanding. I found the Jeep Rubicon with the options I wanted in the dealer website I contacted them by email I got a quick response I made the offer and they call me back for further questions. I drove to the dealer (1 hour 15 minutes)Arrive to the dealer and Dan Stevens was in the parking lot and he approached me. We went over the Jeep and 90 minutes later left the dealer with my new Rubicon. There was no hassle, no nickel and dime and no BS. Saturday appeared to be a busy day at Spirit. I don't like shopping for cars - pushy sales people, always trying to figure out the max I want to spend, etc...Anyway, no pushy sales person - Dylan is an excellent guy to deal with and really appreciate him constantly checking up on me and apologizing for the busy day. None of this constant back and forth on price - also - he was really good with our two stage approach to buying a car - wife came in to test drive several then I came back later to do the finance end. Just as a note - we had looked at other cars and other dealerships and ended up buying at Spirit. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200 with the assistance of Dan Stephens. From the moment I stepped in the door, he made me feel at ease. Not only was he pleasant and personable, but he made the process so easy for me to understand by explaining even the smallest details. My situation took a little longer than most but he was patient and continued to keep me abreast of what was going on. The staff, especially Jennifer and Emily, worked very on the financing to get me a great deal. There was even some staff who stayed late to finish us my paperwork and they never complained, while still making me feel at home. I recently decided to lease a new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at Sprit. The experience was as smooth as it gets. ED my sales guy and Mandy helped with everything I needed from listening and showing me the Jeep I wanted based on my request and ultimately the jeep I ended up purchasing. I had visited spirit in the past few months to look at several different cars. I never felt pressure and Mike Connelly was always honest and gave me the best advice. He was patient, helped me to fit my car seats in the back to make sure I had enough room for them.I ended up looking at another dealer based on advice from a co workers. That place didn't feel right. I called Mike right away and he told he that the deal they offered didn't seem right. He told me he could do the same truck at a better price, and he was right. With in a few hours I was driving home my new Ram at a better price feeling like I got a great deal. I would highly recommend Spirit and any of the sales people there on a scale of 1-10 they are an 11.

I've never had an experience like this. I've been to shotty dealerships in the past where I felt that all they wanted was more money and didn't care about me. Spirit was exactly the opposite! I worked with Dan and we had a great time talking with him while we were going over numbers. He really made my wife and I feel like friends and part of the spirit family. I took my jeep in for service and it ended up having more problems than it was worth. I was not in the market for a new car, but suddenly needed one. Dan copied my driver license and sent me home with a new jeep to try. It took all of one minute......I didn't like the new jeep however so I took it back the next day thinking I would have to buy a different make and model at a different dealership. He asked what features I didn't like and suggested the Dodge Journey. I didn't even know what one looked like. He sent me home again this time with the Dodge. It was just right and negotiating a price was easy and done over the phone (since I was babysitting for 3 little ones and taking them to a dealership would have been a disaster). I was free of babysitting duties when Dan was finished for the day but he stayed late to get us through the paperwork. I have bought many cars throughout the years and was expecting the usual agony, but this experience was a pleasant surprise

I dealt with Dan Stephens and I must say that he had my drive worthwhile. I live in PA and went to another dealership near me and had the worst experience of my life. To the point that I don't want to even buy a car from ANY Dodge deal at all. Spirit called me from one of my pricing phone calls and asked me to come in. "I decided to buy here because of their old fashioned feel..." I was looking for a specific vehicle, and these guys did a great job getting me what I wanted, even though they didn't have it in their inventory. I felt like I was getting a good price, a good explanation about my trade in value, and a willingness to work out the logistics in making this happen. All of this was good so far. The showroom and service departments reminded me of dealerships of yesteryear, which I long to do business with. I wanted a quick delivery, which I got. The vehicle was only partially cleaned and prepped for delivery, which is okay, I was rushing them. The paperwork was handled by a fill-in that let me leave with all copies of the contract. That was an issue later in the week, even though I said I'd bring this in on my Saturday service appointment. The hype about needing this back sooner ramped up all week and by Friday they were going to come to my home to pickup the copies. I even made arrangements with work so I could be here for them, and yet they never showed and never even called to say they wouldn't make it. In the end, I brought the paperwork to the dealership with me on Saturday for my first interaction with the service department. The parts I ordered at delivery the week before, were not ready when I came in for my Saturday AM appointment. I sat for 3.5 hours before I was able to go, finding out that none of the issues on my punch list were resolved. The "Travel Link" features of the radio were not working and the radio would need to be replaced. The daytime running lights were another complication that needed to be addressed through Chrysler Corp. The parts I ordered weren't in. I was frustrated after spending 3.5 hours at the service area, just to find out that nothing was resolved. The only resolved issue were to do with them getting their paperwork back. Now the issue of the out of state plate was a bit more concerning. Seems that the paperwork coming in on Saturday didn't result in any firm action until Thursday when they needed another copy of my drivers license. I explained that I was always getting them what they needed, yet they hadn't provided me with anything I wanted to get done. So they won that battle because I needed my loan paperwork finished so my tag could be processed. At delivery I was told I'd get a new plate with 2 years of registration fees paid. Turns out that I had to write to the Chrysler help line to get a response about the tags that were about to run out. They in turn decided to do a transfer of the tag that was on my car that was traded, and didn't do anything with the 2 years of fees. By chance I hadn't yet surrendered the plate they used for the transfer. I had to drive there to pickup the registration card because "SHOCKER", they didn't send it overnight as promised. This dealer is 45 minutes away, each way, and not easy for me to just go to, mostly because of extended mandatory hours at work. But I did that, I drove over, picked up the registration card, because I also had to get my state inspection done and could not do that without a current registration. When I went for the service appointment # 2, in which my parts were now in stock, I was able to get everything done (sans the radio, which is on a lengthy backorder). Of course this isn't the end of the story. When I went to get checked out, they could not figure out how to bill the service for the parts I prepaid on my credit card at the time of delivery. The parts counter guy basically eluded to the effect that I hadn't paid because the parts weren't ordered and they were not showing as being on the car. So I found the slip from delivery which showed the parts, along with my receipt for my down payment monies, coupled with the parts. This guy cannot see anything outside of the box and so when I said "How did the parts mysteriously get here" all he could say was they weren't ordered through him. I guess the parts fairy just showed up...

I'm owed money for the wheel locks that I prepaid for and could not wait to come in for fear of these wheels getting stolen (I just had my Subaru wheels stolen from in front of my house recently - a Subaru Crosstrek). Since they could not figure out how the parts fairy dropped of the parts, they could not figure out how to return them. That has yet to be figured out and no refund yet issued. No email follow up, and no resolve. I did get a check back for some of the tag fees the other day, with no phone call and no explanation. It isn't all of the fees, but some. That was a step in the right direction. I'm still upset with the way things were handled, and the idea that somehow I didn't pay for parts that I clearly paid for, that were delivered to the dealership by the parts fairy, and that is a bad feeling to have. In fact, the negative feelings of dealing with this have soured my feelings about the car, but the car has been fine. Sure there is a defect with the radio, but it isn't a big deal. But the car is a nice car and I'm happy with the quality of Dodge these days. So, in summary, I went there because of a fair price, honesty in dealing with pricing on paperwork, and that is a strong point for them. In fact, that is a hard thing to find these days with all of the slick car dealers. However, as I searched for words to describe them, I can only say inept. They try, they all seem to be happy, and they want to make you happy. But they are disorganized and seem to be only able to do things if they are all lined up properly and following the order of things. Nothing can be rushed or outside of the norm, or the world falls apart. I have a Dodge dealer in my backyard (almost) but I didn't want to buy there based on the slick salesman who was trying to force me to buy what he wanted me to buy, not what I really wanted. These guys were not like that and I applaud that. They really need to work on figuring out how to get organized and make the customer feel like they aren't overlooked. I'm sad because I thought there was still businesses out there who could function in today's technological world, without being all fancy. Likely I will go to my local Dodge dealer for service, albeit awkward after not buying from them. I just cannot imagine going back and dealing with more drama over things that aren't drama worthy.

I bought my Dodge Avenger back in May 2014. The initial experience was fantastic. Mike helped me with all of my questions, spelled things out so clear and helped me make my decision. They made the paperwork part fast and easy and understandable. I love my car! But what I really like is that almost a year later I get friendly reminders on scheduling maintenance work for my car. That is very helpful for my busy life. I also like that I don't get bombarded with emails. It's a pretty great system they have. I actually went to Spirit Crysler on Saturday 4/5 to have an oil change done on my 2007 Chrysler Seabring. While there I went out to the lot to see what cars were there. I had 135,100 miles on the car and was thinking of purchasing a car, not sure whether pre-owned or new, before the end of the summer. I met Bob Dybus out on the lot and we spoke about pricing a new car. He was great, very courteous and accomidating. He worked with me and the finance people to get the best rate for financing and price for my vehicle.. I have been using Spirit for years for service. I was only living in NJ shortly when I bought my vehicle and did not know of Spirit at the time. I had been taking my vehicle at a different dealership when I first bought the Seabring but was not happy with the service or people there. I am very happy with the way I am treated by everyone at Spirit and their service is great. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service or to buy an vehicle.

Note: My first car purchase and I absolutely recommend this dealer. Pre Purchase:I used AutoTrader.com looking for a used Chevy Impala and came accross Spirit Chrysler Jeep Dodge. They had exactly what I was looking for. I contacted the Internet Sales department using the number provided on the AutoTrader website. I spoke with someone immediately, no machines and no put on hold. I was forwarded to a man named Sean W. He took down all my information and was very kind. He asked what I was looking for and scheduled an appointment. He also told me that buying a car through the internet sales department has extra benefits. Scheduled Appointment:I arrived on Saturday April 12 for my scheduled appointment. When I arrived I learned that Sean W. was not available and instead met with Dan Stephens. Dan was awesome! Dan was very friendly and easy to work with. I arrived and told him about the car I was interested in. He had a full set of notes from my conversation with Sean W. Every detail we talked about on the phone was present. We rehashed some details and then Dan pulled the car around the the front and we took a quick ride. Dan and I had some conversation about what I was looking for and the specs of the car that I was driving while driving. The car ride was smooth. Upon returning to the dealership Dan let me inspect the car fully by walking around it and popping the hood. While Dan was present and over watching me inspect the car he wasn't pushy and let me take my time. This is an excellent quality to have. We went inside that talked about the current price and how I would pay. I also brought up that Sean W. mentioned special online sales deals for people who go through the internet sales department. Dan did not have that information present and promised to get back to me with the details. I purchased the car. From this point on things were really straight forward. We followed proper procedure scanning ID's calling insurance and signing papers. The finalization process took about an hour to an hour and a half. Dan provided me with some cash to fuel up, due to the fact the dealership gas pump was closed, and then I drove the car home without any issues. Post purchase:Come Monday morning, being new to the car buying experience, I attempted to take my car to get inspected with the temp registration in PA. This is not allowed, you buy the car get the real tags and real registration and then have 10 days to get the car inspected. I was not aware of this and being confused I contacted Dan and asked because I thought you needed the car inspected before they issued the tags and registration. Dan was quick to respond and provided me with the number for the tag and title manager who i contacted the following morning and everything was cleared up.Tag and Registration Pickup:I was contacted about a week after purchasing the car that my tag and registration were ready. I contacted Dan to see if he was available when I pick up the tags. Dan was quick to respond and told me he would be. I arrived and Dan was available, he directed me to tag pickup and I signed for my registration and tag. The dealer provides installing your tags for you if needed. Dan sent me an email containing the details of the online sales benefits. We shook hands and I was on my way. Car cost:I purchased the 3.9L V6 Chevy Impala LT for about $12K after tags / title etc. The car by itself cost around $10,990 the carfax was clean and I was very happy with the interior and engine of the car. The outside of the car has some minor scratches and some dents. The hood of the car had a dent that was about the size of a thumb pressed in. Kelly Blue Book recommends the car about about $10,449. Like I said other than the minor dents on the outside the interior was perfect. It even had the brushed aluminum instead of the wood grain. The car was kept up really nice. No driving issues at all. The glove box had the original window sticker with all the original books for the car, xm radio, and onStar. I feel the price was great. I paid for the car with a personal check. The one star deduction is due to the fact that if I choose to fix the dents it will probably cost me about $500 - $600. Since KBB stated the car should be $10,499 in excellent condition and this car was very close but not quite 'excellent'. Note* I didnt argue the price or even try to negotiate a different price. Plus Dan was a big help and guiding me through my first car purchase, he put up with my worries and questions and answered everything. I personally hate nagging people and I hate being the guy with all the questions that I probably should know the answers to, but Dan stuck with it even after all the paperwork was signed and done. A really good guy.Dealership Overall:They have a lot of cars. The dealership is a pretty small building with several huge lots and a service center. Also note you gps is going to lie to you. Seems county renumber the streets and put a circle in and it throws off the gps. Don't worry you can't miss it. Look for the American painted windows. Everyone is friendly at the place. As soon as I walked in someone wanted to talk with me. The whole staff was nice to meet. The neighborhood is also clean and kind of farmy feeling. Lots of open space. It was a nice drive over from the city of Philadelphia. The biggest thing that stood out to me was that the dealership was busy. People were looking at cars other than me. On both trips over the place was busy. Post purchase:I took the car to Pep Boys to have it state inspected and get a general overview of its status, All fluid levels were properly filled and the car passed inspection with flying colors. The tires had about half their life remaining. No problems found. Quick Breakdown:Pros:-Friendly staff-Small mom & pop style business-Nice ride over-They have the process down-Not pushy when selling cars-Hopefully in about 8 months i can have all the existing dents removed using the benefits Cons:-Car warranty provided isn't all that great-Building was a little warm

Spirit dodge was the first place I went to when I knew I wanted a dodge Challenger. When I showed up I was immediately greeted by Mike Connelly. Mike was extremely helpful with finding me the car that was my perfect fit. I had a thousand questions about the car and Mike answered them all with great description and even sat in the car and gave me a tutorial on how to operate everything. Looking at new cars can be overwhelming but Mike really made me feel comfortable and right at home! Aside from his incredible knowledge about the car and its features, Mike was very willing to work with me in regards to the price. I had a clear idea of what I would have liked my payment to be and Mike made it fit my budget perfectly. The owner (Also named Mike) was also very friendly and helpful when I talked to him. Overall my experience at Spirit Dodge was an incredibly smooth and stress free time, which is crazy to imagine because usually buying cars takes hours and is lower on my list of things to do than getting a tooth pulled. I will definitely return to spirit dodge in the future when I am ready to move on to another car and I will certainly recommend them to friends who are looking to buy a car. This dealership management was not honest. Dan the sales rep was fine to work with, but the rest of the experience was quite poor. I bought a used 2011 Grand Cherokee. The dealership owner brought up the fact that the vehicle was in a parking lot accident after my purchase papers were done of course. "Oh, we forgot to mention this little accident..." A police report was never filed so of course the CARFAX report didn't show it. They did at least let me know about it, but the biggest issue was the very poor quality of work with which the repair was done. Their repairs came undone within 3 days of my taking possession and it was immediately brought to their attention. In the end, I had to pay $233.07 out of my pocket (on a Certified Pre Owned, no less) in order to have half the finish work redone properly. Then a week or so later I received my Delaware tags and registration. I was charged for three years and received a tag for two years. Another $40. Naturally no one brought this one. I discovered it myself as I put on my own tag...I didn't expect to have such a forgettable experience. I believe this dealership owes me $273.07, but not only do I anticipate never seeing this restitution, I'll bet no one at this dealership will even acknowledge this situation. I suppose it's worth 273.07 to Spirit Chrysler to have have purchased a unhappy customer with a poor experience who will never bring business or refer it without restitution. This is a poor business model in my opinion. Just thought other consumers should know.

My overall experience at Spirit was excellent! I went in with hopes of buying a brand new car, but never thought I would be able to afford the payments. They made it possible that I could get the car I wanted with the payments I needed and I even traded in my previous car to them. . Julyen, my sales person, was patient with me and took the time to really find out what kind of car best suited me and where I was comfortable with a payment. We looked at cars and test droves cars for hours. When I finally decided on the 2014 Dodge Avenger, the dealership let me take the car home for the night to make sure it was what I really wanted. This was the first car I have bought on my own and my parents were nervous about me purchasing a brand new car. Julyen talked to my Mom about the payments and the safety of the car and made her comfortable with the whole process as well. It made me fall in love with the car! Recently purchased a new Dodge Ram 1500 from Mike Connelly. Mike treated my son and I with the utmost respect and was very fair in the pricing of the vehicle. I have purchased vehicles from this dealership in the past and have always found them to be fair and friendly toward me and my family members that I send here to purchase vehicles. They have a great attitude of treating a customer the way that customer would like to be treated. I also take my vehicles to Spirit for maintenance. The service department is great to work with. They tell you what is wrong with your vehicle (if anything) and they tell you to watch out for things that are getting close to needing repair, so you can determine when to fix something. They provide a FREE 16 point inspection of your vehicle every time you go in; even if it's just for an oil change. They care about your car and they care about you!

We were searching for a Ford Edge for a few weeks and came across one online which brought us to Spirit. As we were an hour away I called the dealership & they put the vehicle aside so no one else would look at it until we could get there. Julian was our sales guy and he was great!!! Never once did we feel any pressure or feel like he was giving us a sales pitch or have any sales gimmicks. Just an honest sales person doing his job and we stayed within our budget. Thanks to Julian we couldn't be happier with our new (used) car.

Bob was very easy to work with. He's an honest guy with a good sense of humor. He was sure to get answers to my questions if he wasn't able to answer them, which I appreciated. Overall, mostly everyone at the dealership was friendly. I had a couple of requests which were a bit out of the ordinary. The first was to not install the front license plate frame, and the second was to remove the hideous looking dealer sticker on the rear of the car. Bob did a nice job of ensuring my requests were sent along, however he was overridden by another employee on my request for the sticker to be removed. Shockingly, the employee told me that if any of the dealership employees were caught removing the sticker, they'd be "fired on the spot". I guess spending $50k on an SUV doesn't entitle me to such an egregious request. Rather than get into an argument with a manager with an obvious inferiority complex, I smiled and went about my business. I'll have my detailer take it off when he preps the car. Overall, this was a minor gripe and Bob met all of my expectations.

Bought a good looking used F150--which is an off brand for this dealership. Had emailed site a few times & found them more responsive than most dealers. Discovered an expensive repair while looking over the truck (heating core); dealer mitigated this by a free warranty, which was fair. Staff was very friendly, though 4 hours on site was too long (awaiting approval for financing--not dealer's fault?) Should have gone over the truck in greater detail (it was raining hard) -- I later found some significant rust inside the driver's door. Well, truck was "as is"--but I wouldn't have bought it if I had caught that (and I was previously assured through email that there was "no rust", which is why I drove out of state to look at the vehicle in the first place).

BothLogan and George cut to the chase, gave me numbers for the jeep and my trade that were more than reasonable that made the deal work with numbers I could afford. Last week my friend purchased a used car from them and I was looking for a particular truck that showed up a week later. I test drove the truck and was extremely disappointed with it. I test drove the truck next to it and feel in love. The truck was priced right. The dealership added a great warranty which saved me money by dropping my interest rate. Read over all contracts especially the loan agreement. There was a typo on the form that would have caused the contract to get returned. Overall I had a great experience there and Bob was extremely friendly to us and all the customers.

I did a lot of research before buying my Jeep. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but just needed to test drive it. I went to the local Jeep dealer with my husband, and they set us up for a test drive (we saw their commercial on TV during the Olympics). The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a great vehicle! Despite a few interesting and funny events that occurred that night, the staff was friendly and willing to work with us. Logan was able to get us into the price range we were looking for, and we made up our minds to purchase a Jeep that night. They brought us the vehicle that next day (the one we wanted was not on the lot). The paperwork process was painless, the car was clean, and they did everything they needed to do to to get me all set up. Even the service department was friendly (they had to install my nav and plates). I appreciate the friendly attitude and look forward to working with them for any future maintenance or vehicles. Logan was pretty cool and very easy to deal with (no nonsense). Thanks!

I knew exactly what car I wanted and I found it at Spirit Chrysler/Jeep. I had a low mileage speciality car that I thought I was going to have to sell myself because of its special value. Bob Dybus demonstrated every option and function on the Jeep and we negotiated a deal that was acceptable to both of us. I never thought that would happen because I really expected I would be selling my old car myself. He was friendly, thorough, and easy going with no high pressure sales. Went to trade my 2012 ram 1500 quad cab for a 2014 ram crew cab since I needed space for my 3 kids. Logan got me a fair price for my trade and found me my crew cab I needed. I called the dealership prior to coming in and had the privilege of speaking to salesman Mike Connelly. I explained to him that before I came in, and not wanting to waste his time, that I had recently had gone through some tough financial hardships and that I was inquiring if Spirit Dodge had any special programs. Mike was extremely empathetic to my situation and spoke to me for about ten minutes on the phone about possibilities that I could be looking at.I arrived at the dealership about 30 minutes later and when we sat down, I felt at ease speaking with him about my situation. He did not come off like the typical car salesman, rather spoke to me like he knew me for years. He put me at ease and showed me some options that made me feel like he put me, the customer first. In a day and age when customers are not always treated they way they should be when purchasing a produce or service, Mike came through with flying colors and now has a customer for life.

I came in on Christmas Eve to look over a dodge ram 1500, and logan was great. We talked for a few minutes & he zeroed in several key features, and walked me out to 2 different trucks, 1 of which was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. We talked for a few minutes after the test drive, and after a few minutes of discussion, we came to a price I could work with. I had a few complications with my trade in title, so I came back after Christmas & closed the deal. The financing part took longer than expected, and while we waited, my son was hungry, so Logan offered him some of his personal snack stash :-) Very positive experience with Logan, Spirit Dodge, and I love my truck! I'll be back.

During the purchase of a new vehicle for my son, I found everyone at Spirit very friendly and helpful. Logan, our salesman, was knowledgeable and personable. He was straightforward and did not use "salesmen pressure". I appreciated the fact that he was conscious of my time and he tried to expedite paperwork. At the end of our deal, while Logan was going over the car with my son, one of the owners came out to thank me and shake hands. It was a simple, but meaningful gesture. I also noticed that the dealership collected Toys for Tots. I like knowing Spirit is involved in our local community. The next time I am purchasing a vehicle, I will return to Spirit first.

Went to this dealership to try for a prize and ended up buying a 2013 Dodge Charger. I had my heart set on what I wanted so if I couldn't get what I wanted I was out the door! "I want the HEMI or nothing at all" is what I told my salesman. He convinced my to test drive the vehicle, I felt very little difference between the two models and I was up the road with a smile on face. I have no regrets besides not going earlier. Even the salesmen I weren't dealing with were friendly. A completely great environment inside and out.

I arrived at Spirit Chrysler Jeep Dodge and was meet by Dan Stephens and found Dan to be very friendly and informative, I told Dan the exact vehicle I was looking for and he immediately took me to the vehicle I wanted. Dan went and got the keys and off we went for a test drive. The Jeep I was looking at was a Jeep Sport Unlimited 4 door. I was impressed with the way it drove and Dan explained as we drove the functions of the vehicle which was great because I did not know I lot about Jeeps. We went back to the dealership and I loved the new jeep so I told Dan I want to buy. Dan went and got the price of this vehicle and it was under the price every where else I went by 1,000 dollars. Great Right. I had a trade and Dan fought to get me the price I needed to have. So we made a deal. Dan went out of his way to help me in every facet of making a deal with me. The owner came by and also helped with the deal he looked at my vehicle I had to trade and came in with a great number, he as well made the deal pleasant. I have been to Dealerships that are not that great but Spirit was a great experience and Dan Stephens made that happen. I had been looking for a new Jeep, very specific color and options. Spirit had one but when I called, another dealer had already contacted them and set up a trade. They offered the Jeep to me first and held it until I arrived. Logan handled the transaction and was very friendly and efficient.The financing piece took longer than I would have expected given my excellent credit but they did manage to get me another .20% off of a rate I had received from a major bank.If course, no one is ever particularly pleased with the trade-in price they receive and I am no different. However, in the end I received a great price on the Jeep given that I received preferred pricing through my employer. I expected to be treated differently because of this but I was not, which was nice.The people at this dealership really seem to care about their customers. Logan has been in touch several times to see how I am enjoying the new Jeep and to offer assistance. I would be happy to recommend that anyone see him if they are considering purchasing a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicle.

Originally stopped in to see a used Ram truck but it turns out it was in their Elmer lot. Joe was assigned to drive me there but instead I decided to look at a used Dakota that was also in my price range. Joe was knowledgeable, not pushy or manipulative, and said the right things as a car salesmen (since I used to be one, I more or less knew what he would be asking me and saying about the truck. We went back and forth a few times over price and some details, and Spirit did their best to get me to sign on the dotted line before I left but I resisted. Next morning I went back up, after discussing with family, and doing my due diligence research on the truck. Spirit had the truck right out front waiting for me. They got me a fairly good interest rate, and made the financing part of the deal pretty simple. The last three cars I bought were cash deals, so it's been a while since I had to go through the "credit report" rigamarole. I believe I got a fair deal on the truck, I would have liked them to throw in a longer warranty, and I wasn't completely pleased with having to PAY $135 for a second key & fob, but overall I'm satisfied. As of the date of this review I've only had the truck for 36 hours but so far so good.

I stopped by the dealership just to look at the new Ram with no intentions of buying. I was courteously greeted by a sales representative (Joe Wallace) who took the time to show me his selection of trucks and gave me an in depth explanation of all it's features. The entire buying experience was wonderful and I would recommend anyone to stop by and visit.

Dan Stephens made the purchase off our new 2013 Chrysler Town and Country a very positive experience. He was friendly and relaxed throughout the purchase process. Dan was extremely knowledgible of the vehicle we wanted to purchase and answered all of our questions. He was familiar with every aspect of the transaction and made sure the paperwork was completed accurately. Dan made sure I was given all available discounts and sales incentives. He was able to meet the final sales price I was seeking along with a great finance rate of interest. Our overall impression of Spirit Chrysler Jeep Dodge was excellent thanks to the great service Dan Stephens provided us. I had a great experience at Spirit Jeep. Not only did they have the exact build on a wrangler that I was looking for, it was even better than what I wanted, at a very fair price. The car was waiting for me when I got there and Spirit not only gave me great value no my trade-in, but also got me a lower interest rate on my loan than I had originally qualified for. This is my third time buying a new wrangler and has definitely been my best one. After feeling frustrated at a few other dealerships, Spirit was able to work with me and once again put me in the car of my dreams. I can't wait for the new diesel engine wranglers to come out so I can go and order one from my salesman Michael Connelly again. I am already recommending this dealership to many of my friends, even though it was about an hour away from my house. Thanks, Spirit Jeep!

My wife and I recently went here to look for an alternative to buying out her lease. Upon arrival a young, friendly gentelman named Joe Wallace greeted us. We explained our situation (which was not very good since she was well over mileage) and what we were hoping to do. Mind you her leasing dealership chose not to work with us at all when we tried to turn the lease in early so we did not expect much from another dealership. However I cannot express enough how incredible this experience was for my wife and I. She is now driving a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee in a very reasonable buy and because that expererience was so refreshing I chose to follow up the next day, trade my car in and get one for myself :) From the owner Mike, General Manager George, Sales staff Joe and Dan right down to the detail crew this business operates like a family and a classy one at that. I've bought a lot of cars in my life. This was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I went here pretty much expecting to be shot down on my request for my trade-in and the price I was hoping to get for a new Jeep. Not only were both requests met, but the staff went out of their way to ensure I got the best possible rates on my loan, and did everything possible to make me a happy customer. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. This was an old-school experience where everyone was friendly and treated you with respect. I can't say enough good things about Joe, Jenn and Chet.

Great experience. Low pressure, great price, brand new car. They were helpful in identifying other rebates outside of the dealership which helped in increasing my down payment and lowering the price.

My husband and I went shopping for a new car. We were open-minded to what we were looking for. Joe was great at showing us a couple options that could work for us and our family. We never felt rushed or pressured which was a key factor in us making a decision and purchasing a pre-owned minivan. Joe has great communication after the sale as well to finish up any outstanding paperwork and in our case a trade that needed additional attention. Great job Joe! We will definitely shop with you again when the time comes.

I have been working with this dealership on the purchase of a RAM 1500. I haven't completed the transaction but the service and buying process is truely a breath of fresh air. No pushy sales, very professional, and most import they know how to communicate. They don't talk at you or talk down to you! I have been a Dodge owner since 1979 when I bought a used 71 R/T Charger. They reminded me why I fell in love with the MOPAR brand, it's a mindset that is hard to explain but my salesman Oscar and others in this dealership, have it! If you are wanting a MOPAR dealership this is it!
