We had the Beat experience, our sale Rep Diane was awesome, she made the processes so easy, we were only there for MAYBE 3 hours! Stopped in, we had just got in the market. My car finally gave out, and we needed to replace it. We went to all 5 dealerships in town, the Hyundai store was by far the best experience of them all. Wasted our time with the other stores, Nissan store played games and the Toyota store was a joke. If you need a great car go to Southtowne. Two weeks after purchase, took vehicle in for vibration. All four wheels required balancing! Wes Lawson was exceptional! Spent time answering several questions concerning our new vehicle. Was MUCH appreciated. Also, the parts personnel helped me to understand exactly how the new key and remote functioned and what would be required in the event of damage/loss of any of the parts. The key question was because we did not receive the key number when we first received the keys and remotes. This did not become apparent to us until we read about the importance of the number in the operators handbook.

This has by far and away been the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were very professional and had my car ready quicker than I expected. Everything was very smooth and easy. This is the first Hyundai I've ever had (we've previously had several Nissan's and one Mercury) and honestly I could not be more pleased with the car and the dealership. It's very likely that this will be the first of many Hyundai's that I own.

After my own research and opinions of family members that own Hyundai vehicles. I went to the Southtowne Newnan location Hyundai, to get a hands on look of the 2016 's. This is where I was greeted by Pop Pop and was very impressed on his demeanor. Never once did he attempt to make me BUY a vehicle that day and gave me room to process. He asked the important questions on my needs in a new car and showed me the options. After about a week I came back to that dealership and purchased the Elantra GT. The process was easier than I thought it would be and each staff member from insurance to finance made my day enjoyable. I LOVE my new car and would refer anyone to this dearlership.

Glenn gave me all the facts and then was respectful enough to let me think when needed! I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. I don't find that quality very often with sales people. I felt that he was honest with me and had my best interest at heart. I will even go as far to say that I have never felt so comfortable making such a large purchase as I did with Glenn. He was so patient with me. I will never use anyone else.

i was asked to go down to an other car cause at first they could not get me in the one i wanted till i, asked to put my wife on. they did not show me where the 5000.00 came off the price tag and all in all that i felt like the ball was dropped, he went fast enough to push the deal though and i went with it just so my family had another car.

Salesmen were incredibly dishonest and tried to pull all kinds of tricks, repeatedly lying or trying to be intentionally confusing, to try to get a sale. I know car salesmen have a certain reputation but I was amazed by how dishonest they were and some of the ridiculous crap they tried to pull. Definitely would have bought the car I wanted if they hadn't been so obviously shady about it.

This was my first experience with a dealership, because I have not purchased from a big car dealership before. I was just going in to see what my options were and to see what was available to me, being a first time buyer, just building my credit. I first scheduled an appointment with Diane Spurrling, because I have had a few people tell me she was great for them. However, I get to the dealership, she is busy with another customer, she tells me that Tommy Bowling will take care of me. I sit down with Tommy, and we start to discuss car options. At first, all was going well. Once I express to Tommy that I would not be buying a car today, I was just here to discuss my options, it seemed as if his entire attitude towards me changed. Tommy would not share with me the interest rate on the purchase. He was very pushy with me to purchase the car, THAT DAY. He said to me 'Why did you even come here, if you are not willing to buy a car today'. After going into the office with his manager, he comes back to me and says 'my boss is going to be mad if you do not purchase this car today'. He was very adamant on me signing papers, even once I expressed to him, I only wanted to see what my options would be if I had chosen to go through Southtowne. After, I told him I would not sign any papers, and I would just go ahead and go, he tossed the keys to my current car across the counter to me. He proceeded to say 'thanks, bye' and gave me NO contact information or business cards. Tommy has left a VERY bad taste in my mouth with Southtowne. I can only hope, whoever I do decide to purchase with, will be much more hospitable with me, and it will not be Southtowne. Customer Service is not something that can be taught, and when you want to sell a car, that is NOT how you do it.

I visited Southtowne Hyundai because it is the nearest Hyundai dealer to where I live. My wife and I have both been very pleased with our Sonatas, but I was interested in stepping up and checking out the Genesis. Salesman Pop Pop spent a lot of time with me comparing features of the Genesis and the Sonata. I test drove both. I quickly fell in love with the fantastic ride of the Genesis. I was a bit skeptical about visiting more new/ used car dealerships, after previous experiences. I was in the market for a manual/hatchback, specifically. I checked out third party/independent reviews on the Elantra and saw that it was to my satisfaction. I called Southtowne and spoke with Salesman DennisMoore, to confirm that the car was really on the lot. I was also concerned with the Carfax Report. When we got to the lot, DennisMoore showed us the report right way, this made feel better..because not only did the car checkout but it also had a remaining warranty. The Salesman, DennisMoore was very customer service oriented. He was upbeat, a bit humorous and just all around decent. I don't think we could have asked for a better salesman. I walked away from several other cars, but this car and the salesman, made the 1.5 hr. trip to the lot and the patience well worth it!. Salesman DennisMoore made the car buying experience a confident, and pleasurable one! I recommend anyone in the market for this type of car to visit the dealership and work with DennisMoore, as he will go above and beyond to meet your price and needs!!

I have been reading about the newly redesigned Hyundai Tucson for some time in car magazines. The styling is very sharp. My wife and I like it much better than the outgoing 2015 model. We wanted a small SUV becuause it is just the two of us, and wanted some utility with good gas mileage. We test drove a Toyota Rav4 Limited and the seats were very uncomfortable for my wife. The styling was nothing remarkable either. The Tucson Limited, with the 1.6 turbo was a pleasant surprise to drive. I was wondering if 175 hp would be enough power, and it is, likely due to the 7 speed auto transmission. The styling of the exterior, with the shark fin antenna, chromed exhaust tip, and the features of the interior, made this the top contender for purchase. When my wife came back to the house after driving it with a big smile and saying she gives it 2 thumbs up, I knew that I would have to buy it if the price was right. This being a 2016, and a redesigned model, I knew going in that there wouldn't be many incentives/rebates on it. I would have been better off waiting a year to get some of the year end deals to save some money, but there is no guarantee that any of us will BE here in a year. When I came back to the dealership, Scott Williams and I made a deal, which I felt was fair, trading in my 2006 Sonata with 140k miles on it, and I was on my way home in 2 hours. I did research on the Tucson, and knew what my car was worth for trade in, so there wasn't a lot of going back and forth on price. Scott came out with the first price, and I countered once, and that is all it took. Everyone at Southtowne that I dealt with were a pleasure to work with. Sorry that I only remembered Scott's name

So when I pulled up there was a Salesman already standing outside. He greeted me by asking "can I help you Ma'am?" He was friendly and very helpful. Never once tried to push me into something else (more expensive). I was so set on what I was getting I did not even care if I did a test drive. But Scott said "Julie you can't buy a car without driving it first." So I took a test drive and man was I right in my selection of cars I was in love. So when we got back to the dealership he set the wheels in motion. For the very first time when buying a car I was in, looked, test drove, made deal, signed paperwork and driving off the lot in my new Hyundai Elantra GT in less than two hours. Arrived at 9am ready to buy. They found the new 2015 car that I wanted at a different dealership and I was told that they checked and it was available. Over an hour later, after we agreed on a price and I signed a price quote that included a VIN for the car that they had located, I was told that the vehicle is no longer available! They then tried to sell me a more expensive model that they had on their lot. I left, cooled off, returned a couple of hours later and met with a different salesperson. He found a 2016 at another dealership with the options that I wanted, we agreed on a price and this time signed a contract. Once again, after over an hour, I was told that this vehicle was also no longer available. They again tried to sell me a more expensive vehicle that they had on hand. After this I was through with this place. I went to a different dealership with the price quote and VIN for the the 2015. They met that price, located a vehicle and told me that the car with the VIN on my price quote was sold over 3 months earlier! BEWARE!!

I took my 07 Santa Fe in for timing belt replacement. I was quoted $600 for replacment cost. I was also told that they always place the idler pulley, which I completely agree with. It is a simple inexpensive part to replace and helps insure against potential catastrophic engine problems down the road. When I picked my car up the receipt stated that they did not replace the idler because it was out of stock. No one was willing to take the time to order another idler so as a result I am stuck with driving my car for the next 60,000 miles with an old idler that could go out at any time! I also was not given the option to have the water pump replaced and as a result should the water pump fail before the next scheduled timimg belt rplacement it will cost me far far more than it would have at that time. Also, the final bill was more than $688. Would the bill have been even more had they performed the job as stated, or was I still charged for the idler pulley?! They are totally uncaring about any problems you may have with them. Also after having my car in two times no one bothered to check for any 'open campaigns' of which the car has two. I now have to take my car in and leave it for the campaignd to be taken care of. I attempted to contact Hyundai cusumer affairs and was told that since my car was out of warranty then they really could care less what happened to me. If your car is out of warranty you are a fool to use these people for anything. They only care about getting the job done as fast as possible and getting you out the door. Fund a dependable local mechanic and use them. I will not even take my wifes new Santa Fe in for service with them again.

The salesmen Harold is a fast talking lair gotta watch him also Richard the finance guy try to stick me with a 72 month payment which would have made me pay double the amount!smh little did they know I'm not stupid so I didn't want to move forward because they couldn't be trusted ( but i did shame on me smh)Warning when u go buy a car have a budget and stick with it no matter what anybody say....I'm taking mines back before the grace period ends!!!

Herb the sales manager is a Rude liar and was very disrespectful. I have never been treated this way at a dealership. Stay clear of this dealership. I was also lied to about the financing. In was told that I could get the 72 month 0% on the vehicle I was interested in because it qualified. When I got to dealership that all changed.

I will never go back there for service again. The service person was very nice however the people doing the work totally ignored what she wrote for them to do and 4 hours later when I showed up it was not done and no one even knew.... The manager in charge of the people who did not do the work was incredibly rude and obviously does not care if you come back or not. Like my car. Do not like the dealership.

The Greatest experience I have ever had, I have bought cars from other dealers, but I have never been treated as good as I was treated at Southtowne. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and took the time to let me make the decision that i wanted to make, nothing but first class service. They were in the process of remodeling their new showroom, I cant wait to see it, so far it looks beautiful. If you are looking for a car, give these guys a try, they are great.

HORRIBLE!!! HIGH PRESSURE!!!! I have never been treated so badly! I went there and had just started looking for a new car. I told the salesman I just wanted to look and see how much I could get for my trade in. After a quick test drive, I got TRAPPED in a tiny little room with the salesman asking me repeatedly over and over again what the "magic number" would be that would make me leave today with the car. I told him there was no magic number and that I had just wanted to get an idea. I asked for my keys back to my car they had just appraised and was ignored. The salesman got up and left and another salesman came in and started into me again. He had the nerve to say that I was obviously wanting to buy a car today because noone gets their cars appraised if they aren't serious. I tried to calmly explain I was not ready to commit, this was the first place I had looked and again asked for my keys. He left and said he was gonna go bring the car around and show me some more features because he stated he didn't think I understood what a good deal I was getting! This was 2 hours after being in this room! I finally had to push past him, walk out the door of the dealership and DEMAND my keys. The kicker was my husband tried to grab my keys from the salesman and he MOVED his hand away and told my husband he wanted to give them to me himself!!!!!!!!!! I was ENFURIATED!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
