I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received today at Smithtown Nissan. I had no intention of actually purchasing a car today, I was just beginning the process and looking to see what I wanted. Tyler, my sales rep and Joe, the sales manager were nothing short of professional and patient and worked with me to get me into not only the car that I assumed I would end up with but actually into an SUV that I didn't think would be possible to own. They were more than reasonable and fair but on top of that courteous and quick. I was able to leave with my new Nissan Rogue the same day!!! I am ecstatic to own this SUV and it was due to help and professionalism from them. Even Alli in finance was wonderful to work with. I recommend Smithtown Nissan to anyone looking for a great deal without all the hassle!!!

As a previous Nissan customer, I knew the quality of the vehicle I was going to get would be great. In addition to that, the employees at Smithtown Nissan made my experience finding the right car even better. I cannot say enough positive things about Matt Brown, the salesman I worked with. Three years ago he had helped me get into a Sentra and when the time for my lease to end was coming up, I knew exactly where to go. He was more than accommodating and helped me choose another vehicle that I am extremely happy with. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to the cars and you can tell that he really takes pride in his job and helping customers. Joe Urso, the sales manager is your go-to man. It was our 3rd concurrent lease out of Smithtown Nissan and Joe always tells the Sales Consultant (ours was Tom Oliva) that he wants everything done quickly and painlessly. I really appreciated Tom and Joe's no nonsense approach to handling our 3rd Nissan Lease. The pricing was great and we had a deal within 30 minutes. I'm going home a very happy repeat customer in my brand new 2016 Altima SL and for sure would recommend anyone to Smithtown Nissan. Thanks Joe and Tom!

The experience I had at this dealer was nothing short of perfect. Shopping for cars as we know is always work, however this experience was a pleasure. No nonsense right to that point. No sales tactics involved. If you are looking for a straight shooting dealer, where they will do everything possible to get you the best price on the best vehicle, this is the place. The attention from everyone at the dealer and the genuine desire to make you happy was clear. I got exactly what I wanted and they did not give up until they found it. The price was much less then any other dealer on the island. In fact, no one was even able to meet it, and told me it could not be possible. But....It was as I drove away in my fully loaded 2016 Murano Platinum that I LOVE!!!!

This is the fifth car my family has purchased from this dealership. Every experience has been amazing. The sales staff makes you feel like family. They truly care about you. I went to Smithtown Nissan to purchase a car for myself. I have some credit problems and was not sure if They would be able to help me at all. The Manager Joe Urso and Salesperson Michael Fariello were so determined to help find a vehicle that would suit my needs. And they did! There Finance person Alli Rollero worked a miracle and i drove home with a new car that day. I would reccomend this dealership to any one buying a car. My Family and I are 100% satisfied.

I bought a 2015 Nissan NV 200. I was supposed to get hub caps for the car. I was told I would have them shipped to my house within a week. After calling my salesman twice and waiting 2 weeks and getting no hub caps I paid a visit to the dealership. I asked to speak to the manager. Out comes a bald headed guy. I tried to explain to him my problem and he starts to get annoyed and tries to belittle me. He then tells me to lower my voice (I was not yelling). He then tells me to get out of his "PLACE", starts to curse at me and tries to get in my face. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE? Needless to say this guy should be fired immediately. If you want to be treated like this then make sure you buy your next Nissan here!!!! They should be getting negative stars!!!

Great and friendly service at Smithtown Nissan. I was a VPP customer and had the pleasure of dealing with Cisco (Francisco). I came in set on leasing the 2016 Rogue SV AWD but came out with the SL AWD instead! No pressure sales and Cisco broke down the numbers for me to show me what I was exactly paying for. I came in on Black Friday so they had great deals as well! Looking forward to coming back once current lease is up. My parents lease their Nissan here as well. I would highly recommend Smithtown Nissan to family and friends.

These guys set me up with my new 2015 Altima and the test drive was smooth and their service was superb. Great guys, easy to talk to and they really know their stuff. They set me up with the best rates for both my lease and insurance on site. Tom showed me around all the details on the special edition model as well as the multitude of standard features and Joe was a wizard when finding me the best coverage for the car. 10/10 I recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

We picked up our new 2015 Altima on November 13th. We had kept in contact with Danny Gomez for a couple of weeks until we were ready to purchase. He not only stood by his word to keep our payments in our comfort zone, he researched the company's deals and was able to offer us a special edition 2015 Altima at almost the same price discussed on more basic model of that car. There were no hidden fees or more money needed as a down payment. It really was an awesome deal! Thank you so much... We love the car! I will absolutely be back there when we need a car for my son soon!

After speaking with Tyler on the phone, we came in see him. We had a vehicle in mind and a payment that we wanted to stay within. In about 15 minutes, we had the deal that we were looking for and we took delivery of a new Murano that same day. As a first time new car buyer I can only highly recommend Smithtown Nissan. I put off buying a new car because of all the negative cliches about the process. I am incredibly pleased to say that I experienced nothing like those commonly held thoughts. From the moment I spoke with and shook Ed O'Donahue's hand, I knew I would be treated with respect and care. After being greeted by Ed, Tom Oliva began the process. As with Ed, Tom put me at ease and gave a sense that he was more concerned with pleasing me, the customer, than in just selling another car. Tom took the time to learn a bit about me and about what I wanted. I never felt pushed or uncomfortable during the entire process. I drove my new 2015 Xterra off the lot that very same day. Avoiding the typical words, phrases, and descriptions we all read in these types of reviews, I will say that the sense of friendship, and even family, is an incredible quality the staff at this dealership has. Don Gleason and Tom, along with some other guys from Parts and Service, offered to help me clean out my old truck and help move my kayak from my old truck to my new truck. ( I just got back from a kayaking trip and did not think I was going to buy a car that day. I walked out of a different dealership because of the high pressure to buy and lack of concern. ) These guys continued and enhanced the feeling Ed and Tom conveyed. I feel as though I bought a car from a friend. I want to thank everyone I dealt with, from Ed and Tom, the guys in Parts and Service, to Will in finance. Not only did they help me purchase the exact truck I wanted at an excellent price, but they made me feel like a part of the Nissan family.

The last step of new car deals is usually dealing with the high pressure financial Mgr. Not Marco, he was respectful and easy going. Michael Fariello (Salesman) and the rest of the Smithtown Nissan Crew including Will Alicea (Finance) made this the smoothest and hassle free car buying experience I have ever had. There was no high pressure sales and the numbers were the numbers we were quoted with no hidden cost which you get from most other dealer. Received an outstanding rate on my 2012 Nissan Frontier. Speedy Service went in on a Friday night drove off the lot the next day by 2:00PM. Highly recommend this dealership.

Quoted a monthly figure by sales, when paperwork was brought to manager we were told the actual lease quote would be $26 more per month Sales person stated he was wrong to give us this quote but he was"busy and running around" was able to secure a slight negotiation with "manager" but not at initial quote. Hope to have a good experience with the vehicle but left disappointed with the sales process. Sales person stated he was working there for 12 years so we feel he should have known what the monthly fee was and his quote should have been honored by management.

I previously wrote the comment "confused and upset". However, that response to my experience was due to my own impatience and misunderstanding of the car buying process. I owe Will, the financing manager an apology. The experience has been one I've learned from. I now know how the financing department works and they have gone far and beyond for me. I didn't realize this until everything was taken care of. All I had to do was keep my mouth shut and let them work their magic for my mistake. They did just that. I'm very pleased with the 2011 Mitsubishi Galant I purchased from this dealership and look forward to many years with my new pearl white baby.

I just want to mention how pleased I am with Smithtown Nissan and their entire sales staff! I went out shopping for a car in St James as middle country road seems to have every car dealer you can think of all lined up in a row. Although I live in Huntington, Sunday is my only day off and I needed to make the best of my time. I went to a Audi, BMW, Toyota, and Infinity and was not able to find anything that sparked my interest, not to mention the sales staff in the aforementioned stores seemed to be very bland, almost robotic. The reason I say this is it all became very obvious to me when I walked into Smithtown Nissan. They were clearly having some sort of event because the sales department was packed with people. The sales staff were oh so cute! All dressed in football attire :) Everyone had a smile on their faces, even the customers. Although I had to wait a bit, I understood as it was clearly busy. And boy am I glad I waited because I got quite the deal on a Nissan Altima. I would have never thought of purchasing this car until I actually drove it. My sales representative John was so helpful in helping me find the perfect car and at a price way better then I anticipated. They even had a heavyset gentleman that was juggling in the showroom, I think his name was Jim? I remember his name because he made my daughter a balloon creature of some sort. It had a little ketchup on it but that was no big deal. Moral of my story is I had a fantastic time buying my car. I wish more dealers were like this. My only disappointment is that I cant purchase a car more often as I will certainly be returning to smithtown Nissan. Thank you for the great time and the great deal! Care less about customer concerns. Blame other shops for whatever goes wrong with the car if the car was serviced elsewhere. No concept of customer service. Frank Pantaleone and John Stallone need to be trained in how to deal with customers and their concerns.

Worst experience. They are thieves. Had to wait three weeks for a car they said would be in three days . After all papers were signed three hours later I found out the down payment was 900.00 more than originally quoted . I was also buying the original car I had leased for my daughter they said it had to be inspected. When I came back the next day they put new tires on that car the original tires only had 22,000.00 on them. When I told them to put the old ones back on. The next day I realized they put old bald tires on that we're not mine I refused to not have the car inspected by them there was nothing I could do. I will never go back there. The manager is condescending and nasty. The salesman was sneaky and added 900.00 on to my down payment The finance man was the only helpful person there. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM
