My only "comment" is a good thing/bad thing comment. I had reached an agreement with Rich Eilers and Brandon Schafer for the purchase of my car on Friday 10/23 and I agreed to pick it up on Tuesday 10/27 after the mud flaps were installed. I had arranged a 3 pm appointment and when I arrived, the staff was busy with customers and other clients or contacts. I did have to wait about 20 minutes before Travis Norman was able to complete my paperwork. I had some friends with me thinking this would be fairly short and sweet. My total time there was about an hour and twenty minutes. Again, I can appreciate the fact as a self-employed business owner that they were busy, and that's a good thing! I appreciate the service I receive at Sid Dillon whether in Fremont or Blair! Everyone is always so courteous and friendly. Brandon is going to be very successful in the auto business as he is very knowledgeable and has a great mentor in Rich!

I was in an auto accident and had to replace the new vehicle I had purchased from Sid Dillon in 2014. My husband and I went back to the same Salesman Steve Fastenau and he was able to help us find a replacement vehicle similar to the one we had. We had not reached a settlement with the company that was responsible for my auto accident but Steve and the Finance Department helped us to get into a new vehicle anyway. We were not prepared to purchase another vehicle so soon but due to the circumstances, we had no choice. Steve worked very hard to check all different options to make sure we were again purchasing the vehicle that was best for us. We are also very grateful that he helped us set up the OnStar and Sirius radio. Steve did not walk away from us until we were completely ready to leave the dealership with our new vehicle. We love this type of service.

I would recommend Sid Dillon. Ken Hultgren stayed late, after closing hours, to get the deal done, detail the car, get the financing, and get us on our way. He also went out of his way after work to bring us a few things we had left in our trade in vehicle a week after our purchase. The key for Sid Dillon is the down to Earth nature of the employees. I have always loved the Fremont SId dillion. I had recently bought my Tahoe from the Lincoln store and there was a problem with the horn and still has not been fixed. They tried last time I was out there and they said that they couldn't figure it out and that they were closing so I would have to bring it back another time. I will probably just end up bringing it out to the Fremont one. This is something that was discussed with my car salesman when I bought the car but I feel like they just ignored it.

This was a special order. It only took a few minutes to place the order, and the truck arrived on time. Very simple. I was able to get in to have the recall taken care of on my Acadia in a timely matter. That was important, because I have to drive about and hour and a half. They were able to get me in on the day that I had another appointment. I appreciated that. They had a shuttle to take me to and pick me up at the hospital, where I had the appointment. I stopped by Dillons to have a sound checked out on my GMC Envoy and to make an appointment. The Service Department checked out the sound, told me what the problem was, and how much it would cost.. To my surprise, they were able to work on my car right away. One half hour later I was on my way. Everyone is always so courteous and helpful.

I got a courtesy ride so I could do some shopping and they came back and picked me up. When I made my appointment I was told how long it would take to do the recall work, plus my 30,000 mile check-up. I also got to chat with my sales rep so time went fast and I am now to go traveling for awhile.

Very prompt service and courteous. Explained why the rear wiper could not be repaired and since they did not happen to have a replacement part on hand, they removed one from a new vehicle so I would not have to make the half-hour drive back just for that. Very Appreciated !!

I waited quite a while and finally asked why it was taking longer than normal. The lady at the desk went to find out. The delay was due to a recall and they were fixing. I didn't know there was a recall and it would have been nice to have them let me know before I had to ask about the delay. Other than that it was all great!

They washed & vacuumed my car. Which is great but there were streaks of pink liquid of some kind running down the sides of car so I had to re wash it. There were grease marks left on my glove box from replacing a filter.

There were three reasons I brought my Acadia in, and only onewas taken care of. One was the collision alert system - works sporadically, the other was the windshield creaking going over bumps in the road - like it was stressed. I was told they found nothing wrong with either. The collision alert system I can live without - it can be turned off, but the windshield is another story. I will have to bring it back out.

We were very impressed with the knowledge of our salesman regarding each vehicle. We were with him for 6+ hours and test drove numerous vehicles. He was able to answer all of our questions regarding each vehicle. He was also very willing to show us anything we wanted to see even if that mean running between several departments. The oil change was satisfactorily completed as requested. I had asked to have the driver side windshield washer nozzle looked at because it only sprays the bottom half of the windshield. Unfortunately, if it was looked at it is still the same. I had also asked about the outside temperature indicator in the DIC always appearing to read about 5 degrees low. But I don't think it was investigated, either. I realize these are small items and in no way adversely effects my opinion of the service department at Sid Dillon Buick GMC Mazda dealership.

We have purchased 6 cars from Derald B. over the past 7 years. Each time we have received top notch attention and service and great deals. Each time we have been looking for a different car Derald has answered our numerous calls and responded to our needs. Service has shot straight with us and never ever pushed us or recommended a service that we didn't need. There are always doughnuts on a Saturday morning while we wait for an oil change. Finance guys have never been pushy about all the extras that we never buy - they suggest and tell us why they think we could benefit from but then take our no and move on. From start to finish I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
