I've always had service work done at Sharpnack and they always go out of their way to make the experience very friendly. TV in the waiting area along with fresh ground and brewed starbucks coffe, snacks and cold water. It was time to get rid of my 1994 Silverado and into something new. I talked with Adam, and he showed me a new Silverado and man was it nice! Maybe it's because I haven't bought a new truck in 21 years or maybe I was just excited at the thought of having heat for the first time in 7 years for winter driving, but I was really impressed with the new Silverado and with Adam's knowledge of the vehicle. He explained every feature without hesitation and made sure I understood how it all worked and how it would benefit me. I was even ore impressed that he made sure he found all the discounts I qualified for and gave me a payment well under my monthly budget. I had 2 family members recommend Sharpnack Chevrolet and after being here myself, I will definitely do the same. Thanks to Adam for his help, his honesty and for being so friendly. I really felt like I had known him for years. Great place to buy a new vehicle........

He was patient and listened to my needs and wants. He showed me a few options and ultimately we decided on a Chevrolet Cruze. Then he showed me the price difference on New versus the Used cars and showed which cars had the best deals. I finally picked the used Cruze and I couldn't be happier. He worked with me, showed me everything in the car and worked with me after closing time. He was most helpful and very sincere. I have purchased from here before. This time we were paired with Adam. He was very easy to deal with! He was friendly, upbeat, eager to help and made sure I understood everything before we worked any kind of numbers. He got me an awesome trade number, way more than I expected and was more than fair on the price of the Captiva we bought. He even let me take it home, show my wife, load it up with all the baby stuff we need on a daily basis and made sure it had plenty of gas it for the test drive! When we came back to pick it up the next day, we brought bout 3month old son and when he started to fuss, Adam jumped right in and offered to warm up our milk bottle, he made funny faces to calm him down and offered to take him for a walk while we signed papers in the Finance Office. We are beyond thrilled with the level of service we received from Sharpnack's but most directly from Adam. He was great to deal with, work with and offered Great Guest Service! Best deal & best warranty and their willing to deal! Adam was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and went out of his way to help! He worked out our Insurance Claim issue and made it easy to trade in our 2006 Impala. Also, he didn't take hours dickering through paperwork! Thanks Adam! I had the most fun anyone can have when I bought this car. Adam was energetic, fun and very knowledgeable of the product! When we came in we thought we'd get another pushy salesperson who was only looking to make a quick sale, and boy were we wrong! Adam was patient with my wife, my daughter and myself! We wanted to see a few different vehicles and he showed us all 3 and even pointed out the differences so we could make the best decision for our family. When it came time to figure out numbers my daughter go a little bored so he gave her his personal tablet device and she played a few games which was wonderful cause we could focus on what mattered, our monthly budget! Adam was great, the Malibu is great and we will definitely be back to Sharpnack's! We had a very FUN buying experience and can't wait to tell our friends to go see Adam at Sharpnack!

I live in Euclid Ohio and Sharpnack was about an hour and a half drive. I had researched the new body style Malibu's online and found the exact one I wanted in Willard at Sharpnack Chevrolet. I made a call and spoke with Adam. He was great. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my question without hesitation and spoke very highly of the car. Having done my research and Adam backing everything I found out on my own, we decided to take a drive and meet with Adam about the Malibu. When I arrived the car was washed, gassed and ready for a test drive. Adam came with us and showed us a few things that surprised me. The car was great and so was Adam. He made it very easy to make a deal on the car because he was upfront, honest and was fair on the price. He explained the difference between "used" and "certified" and once the seen the value, we were hooked. No oil changes for two years, extra warranty and free xm we were excited and happy to take it home. he even worked out all the financing for us and we couldn't be happy. Adam and Sharpnack's was worth the time and the drive to Willard. I will definitely be thinking of them for my next car. Thanks Adam!

What really impressed me was that even after the sale was complete and I had the car home for a few days, Adam drove to my house and showed us how to pair the Impala to the garage door and even helped us set up the free OnStar app on our phones. Beyond happy with how Sharpnack's does business. For starters, they have and will continue to handle all our service needs. Second, the buying process here is second to none. Knowing Adam personally, he truly is a great person, in and out of the dealership. We've known Adam for many years and he really delivers! We came in just looking at Traverse's with the intention of buying in September when I retired. He showed us the vehicle, gave us a lot of great information and even showed us the financing terms and payments. That's what got us hooked! He took the time to show us all the things that were important to us and we liked the numbers so much we decided to buy it right then. He didn't pressure us, no tricky business and lead us to a great deal. Adam was upfront, honest and seemed to really care about what was important to us. Even today when we picked up the Traverse, insurance had already been called, the vehicle was ready to take home and two bottles of cold water were ready when we walked in the door. WOW! What a great experience. I actually walked almost 3 miles to see if I could purchase a new vehicle. My truck had died that morning and I needed to get to work that night in something, somehow! I drove into Sharpnack Chevy at 4:45pm with a screw in my GMC and my tire was FLAT! I walked into the service department and was greeted with smiles not at all upset that I strolled in without calling ahead! Matt from service and another young gentlemen helped me right away. I was over and hour away from home with 2 kids and they showed me to the waiting room. They put my spare tire on for me and sent me on my way WITH OUT charging me a penny!!!! Who does that now!?! Where do I start. On my initial visit I met Adam. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable, laid back & very funny. We had talked on the phone in short about different diesel 2500 Silverado's. He mentioned that he only had a few in stock at that time & set an appointment for me to come in & see what options they had on the lot. Once I got there, he was ready for me. Waiting for me to get inside, offered a hot coffee & walked me straight back to his desk. Once there he showed me all the options I had on my new truck. Since he didn't have exactly what I was looking for he offered to find one somewhere else. I told him I had called all over looking for the right color & the right options, so he said, "let's build one just for you!" We sat down & went over all the options, color, accessories & every detail together. Once we completed the order I gave him a deposit & the truck was ordered. He was great, answered all my questions & made feel very comfortable. He kept in touch with me every step of the way. When it is built, when it was shipped & when it arrived at the dealership. He even made sure all the accessories, detailing & all the paperwork was ready for me when I came to pick it up. I really appreciate that since my schedule is so hectic with work. He was not in the office when I picked the truck up but he made sure that Tyler was ready for me. Tyler was great. Young kid, clean cut, professional & very smart with all the technology inside that vehicle. He showed me a few things, made sure I was comfortable with my new truck & I couldn't have been more happy. Everything was great. From start to finish & even after the sale, Adam has called to check in & make sure I'm enjoying my truck. And of course, I am!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR GAS MONEY. We drove from 2 1/2 hours away, after speaking with the salesman over the phone three times this week, and were guaranteed approval, and told that they had vehicles to meet our needs- lies. We were there for 6 hours and went home in the vehicle we came in, with no new vehicle purchased. They were closing shop and we were with finance guy number three. My husband was extremely specific and totally honest and the salesman insisted and assured him that he would be approved and get the vehicle he wanted....could not have been farther from the truth. They were discourteous, and dishonest not to mention unprofessional ...this was the worst car buying.experience of my life.

I was told on the phone that I was going to be approved no matter what. I got there filled out paperwork and then they told me that I was approved for only one car! On top of that the car was WAY over priced and not what I wanted at all. I know my credit is not good and I know there are other people out there in my same situation but you dont have to take advantage of that! They say they are for the people well if I would have bought the car they tried to sell me I would have been in way over my head and to me that is not for the people!

We went there because of an ad we heard on the radio for up to an additional $2500 available to use as we wished (we were going to use it as a down payment) Once we worked out a deal we realized that they were not giving you money off, they were adding the $2500 to the total amount of the loan, which in turn added to your payment, instead of reducing the payment. If we had wanted a loan from a bank we would have gone to a bank, not added it to a car purchase.
