I came here to buy a car for my son. They make you feel very comfortable and confident when in the cars. The staff was very helpful especially Tim, he took me to test drive all the way to my town he took his time to help find the right car, they also let me take the car to the mechanics for them to check it out. Ended out purchasing and my sons loving it! I bought it 4 months ago and no problems! Thank you Tim and Shane!!

I am a single mom and I was shopping for a used car for my daughter. After visiting 4 dealers I end up buying car from shane's cars they were not pushy and the been very professional they worked with my budget .Now my daughter is very happy with car and I definitely go back to buy another car for my younger daughter because they were very friendly and honest .The sales man Tim been very helpful and he helped me to get the car with my budget.

I purchased my second vehicle from here last week. The reason I came back to buy from Shane's Auto Sales was because of their exceptional customer service they provided when I bought my first car from them back in summer of 2009. They were willing to work with me anytime I had any issues with the vehicle. Although, I purchased the car with no extended warranty, Shane's Auto Sales still managed to maintain my vehicle at a fraction of the cost compared to any other mechanics in the area. Such honesty and integrity is very difficult to find, especially at a used car lot.

No car fax?

I received the initial email confirming they had received my request for information about an Audi A4 on their lot; the email stated they still had the vehicle. I sent an email back to the dealer requesting information and most importantly asking if the had the carfax report for the vehicle, I have not heard from them since then. A simple no, we don't have a car fax report would have been sufficient. Now it just appears to me that they do not have good customer service.

Within 1 hr of purchasing our second hand car we could hear a strange noise each time we accelerated above 40 mph, we called Shanes back and they advised that was the turbo kicking in, yeah right, we brought the car back to them next day only to be told we had bought the car as is and this was our problem. As a courtesy they would look at it and do us a deal on the repairs but we would have to come back another day as they were too busy. Not a good sign when their maintenance garage is full (they only repair cars they have sold), obviously we are not the only poor suckers. We brought the car to a garage who quoted us $1000-$1500 to fix the problem, when we called Shane's back, they laughed at us and offered to buy the car we had bought from them less than one week ago, back from us for $2500.00 less than what we had paid. I dont know how this Company get away with it, we are now left with a headache money pit as the mechanic beside our apartment called it, we are beyond devastated. You hear so many stories about shady second hand car dealers, well this company is certainly Enemy Number 1! Avoid at all lengths! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SHANE'S CARS!

I filled out an application on what SHOULD be a Secure page on the dealer's website. I called to see if they received my application (with all my personal information on it) and spoke to someone who identified himself as Tim or Kim (not sure of the name as he had a heavy accent and was difficult to hear.) He said it did not receive it and it "probably went into the spam folder and was deleted. He proceeded to say that they do not even look at the spam and would not know if there was an application there or not. He then tried to get me to offer a down payment with absolutely no discussion concerning the condition of the car or if I wanted to come see it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said he is the manager. From the previous reviews, I was very suprised to receive the very unprofessional treatment I just received. Needless to say, I am no longer interested in dealing with this company.

We selected a great used New Beetle from the inventory as the first car for our teenager. Noticing a couple of small issues with the car, Shane took care of those in a timely manner before we closed the deal. Ours was a great experience overall and we look forward to an excuse to go back and would happily recommend Shane to others.

I did not buy a vehicle from Shane's Auto sale. I called Shane's Auto and the sales person picked up and then had me text him because he was busy. after that I texted, he consisted on knowing my full name, I told him my first and not last name, I said I would stop by and look first. after the third time of him asking, I asked "why do you need to know" and his reply was "Forget it, I just like to get paid for the customers I sale to, find another truck" after I said I was gunna stop by and I was a serous buyer. The sales man never gave me his name.

Was considering a R107 body SL class Mercedes (1971-1989). They have a great selection of old Mercedes and other classics from Jaguar and Porsche. Everyone I worked with was very honest. They did not Polish up the cars to hide flaws, presented CARFAX, and let you know exactly what you are looking at even pointing out the weak points on the car. Wonderful! Especially if you are in the market for a classic. I put a deposit on a beautiful black 560SL at an amazing price. When I decided I needed to wait a little longer before adding another car to the garage, they returned the deposit with no pressure or fuss like you would normally expect from a dealer trying to meet a quota. They are very professional and I will definitely make them my first stop when looking for a fun old car.

Very profetional and honest.They were not pushy they had the copy of a carfax displayed on all cars and they made my shopping experience painless.I definetly recomend them.

this is more a review of RAY of shane as opposed to shane auto itself...Ray was great , he was honest , and really worked hard to get me into my dream car , which wasn't easy , as my credit sucks...he ran me thru everything so that there were no surprises...Ray was great.

The process was entirely painless. I contacted them via telephone and e-mail about the car, they sent me the CARFAX report. I visited the lot, the car was exactly what I expected, and the purchase process on the spot was fast and efficient. Shane is great, and also speaks 7 languages. Very impressive.
