Aaron and Enrique were amazing and very helpful. At no point were they pushy. Everything felt casual and genuine. They let us take our time and test drive multiple trucks until we landed on the one we fell in love with. I’m hoping we’re able to do business with them again very soon!

When we first showed up to the dealership we found zero inventory. We were helped by Mario and found ourselves needing guidance. Mario gathered our wants and was able to inform us that he had a Yukon on order and should arrive soon. When it arrived he called us and we went to look at it. It was not exactly what we were looking for but we knew of the shortage. Mario did not push to sell us the vehicle because he knew we weren’t extremely happy with it. He gave us the option to build one to our exact specifications which is what we did. We knew it would take a couple of months to get here but Mario provided weekly updates on the status. We never had to reach out to him, because he would always provide an update before we would even ask. Paperwork was smooth once the vehicle arrived. Mario walked us through the entire process from setting up the Onstar all the way through the last signature needed. By far Mario was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. When it’s time for our next vehicle we will definitely come back to Mario again. Great experience.

john was very professional. i let him no i didn't have another vehicle and if he could try hard to have my car at least by Friday. he told me he would try cause they were backed up about 4 day. he kept me up to date on my car. i feel he went out of his way to have my car ready. we need persons like in the work force that take time to consider us customers. i would rated him a definitely a 10.

The salesperson was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He thoroughly covered everything in detail. His communication throughout the deal making processes (about 1 week) was on point. My only issue was with the finance dept and their representative. He was not honest or up front and tried to pull a fast one on me. If it weren't for the salesperson correcting finance errors I would have walked from the deal. Hence the 4 stars. Good customer service, just be on guard when dealing with the finance dept.

I've always made this my go to facility whenever I need something inspected or repaired. I've always had great customer service and every advisor has fulfilled my needs and answered all my questions however today was the last time I will ever go back there. Isaac , my service advisor was extremely rude and didn't want to help me out with any of my concerns. I had an appointment at 1p.m and upon my arrival he questioned me about why i was there and i told him my reason and his response was that his mechanics were to busy right now and maybe i should've came a little earlier. I needed my tire pressure checked and I also had a concern about a squeaking noise coming from my tires and i brought that up to him and he answered me with the same response. Also , every time I've arrived they always check me in and make me sign a paper , this time around he didn't do any of that. Im very disappointed and unpleased with his service.Therefor i will no longer go there, specially with him .

I drove from Las Cruces, NM to El Paso's Shamaley Buick GMC and was definitely worth it. Client Manager Jason Boughton was a pleasure to do business with. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Jason made it his goal to find me the perfect vehicle and at the best price. All staff at Shamaley Buick GMC were attentive and made sure I left there a happy customer. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically, Jason Boughton, if you're in the market for a new vehicle.

First I was quoted $39.99 for my oil change over the phone when I arrived they told me it was $72.99. They found me a coupon and the oil change and rotation came out to $62.99. The tires were to be rotated and balanced. When I left the dealership and was almost home my tire pressure light came on. All four tires were low on air. This will probably be my last visit to your dealership. This is probably the worst service I have ever received from any dealership.

Where to begin i had gotten a letter for a couple recalls on my buick i called and scheduled an appointment and were very curtious although it took a bit long cause i kept stepping out haha that was my bad i needed to fill out some papers when i kept stepping out mercy (sales advisor) was awesome and would recommend her and bob (car dealers) was very informative.

I knew there was an issue with my enclave but another service department kept telling me nothing was wrong. I took my car to Shamaley and Kathryn Walker was so incredibly helpful and found the issue right away. She went out of her way to help me repair my vehicle and really listened to my requests. I will never trust my car to anyone else.

Sean Collins (Client Manager,Sales) really paid attention to what was important to us and what we liked. He gave us space to discuss things in private when we needed to. His customer service throughout the sale is the #1 reason we bought from Shamaley. Roberto Quezada (Finance Manager) made signing for the vehicle a breeze, he was very patient and was happy to answer all of our questions! Thank you all so much, service like this is hard to find these days!

I took my dad's terrain to get serviced on Wednesday May 20, 2015 at 10:30 am. Jason Lynne, whom I have never met, was very helpful and attentive. I told my dad how he was able to give my boyfriend a lift home after dropping off the terrain for us! We were assigned another service advisor and he never called or followed up with us at all.... Jason did 100% of the time....from now on we will be asking for Jason Lynne to take care of us for his excellent customer service. My sister also purchased a 2014 terrain the same time my dad did and I will be sending her to Jason Lynne! Please relay this message to him! To the Shamaley Buick GMC Service Manager all I can say is that Jason is a big star in your department. Thank you again Kat and Juan Lozano

My wife and I are in the market for a new Acadia. We stopped at shamaley GMC with the intention to purchase a new vehicle. Upon out test drive our sales man was literally falling asleep in the back seat. He asked us if we were just doing research or actually buying. We told him if the numbers worked then we would move forward With a purchase. They brought the "first" set of numbers to us and we knew it wasn't going to work. They seemed like they didn't even want to deal with us. Word to the wise. Never go car shopping just before they close for the night.

I only went for a test drive. The staff were pleasant and the facility was nice. I did not buy and did not feel pressure to do so. I also did not ever hear back from them. Lack of follow up is all too common with car dealers it seems.

Do NOT go to Shamaley, Buick/GMC for anything, the worst customer service you will ever come across. My family and I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past and we have now have vowed not to go back. The service department is horrible. I had multiple bad experience in the past. I had to take my 2012 Lacrosse in for service (under warrenty), but now I had to take my 2013 Acadia in for 2 recall and was treated even worse then before. It first started after I called Shamaley to verify that the recalls were for my Arcadia. They confirmed with use of VIN and told me it would take a month to get the parts in, 2 months later they called an said they have the parts in and it will take 2 days to do the repairs. We asked if they would provide a rental since the work would take 2 days to complete and I need my vehicle for work. They called me back and said NO to the rental but to have it in at 9 am to ensure that they would have enough time to finish the work in one day. The vehicle was dropped off at 8:30. I decided to call Shamaley after lunch around 1pm to check on the progress. My fist 3 calls went unanswered, during my forth call I was transferred then immediately hung up on me. (which really upset me) I called a fifth time and asked for a supervisor, at this time I was transferred to the service supervisor. I explain what happen with my previous 4 calls, in which he some what apologized for then asked what he can do, I then ask him for an update on my vehicle which he said it was just about done just waiting for them to wash it. I ask if it would be ready by 3 pm so I can go to work, he assured me that it will be done but to wait for a call confirming completion. Well 2:30 pm came along and no call, I thought that maybe they forgot to call since all it need was to be washed. I asked a family member for a ride to the dealership. When I walked into the service department there was no one there to help me so I walked to the casher and explain that I need to pick up my vehicle, she said I had to find a service advisor to help me (more aggravation), I told her that no one was there. She looked over the counter and saw for herself that no one was there. She then walked me over to the advisor desk and began looking for my keys. She found the keys with the invoice and handed them both to me. At this time the 1 of the 4 advisors came from a back to try to assist, but by this time I was already late for work and in a hurry. Later that day I look at the invoice carefully and noticed that Shamaley didn't even start work on my vehicle till 10:31 and finished at 15:23. They wasted 2 very important hours, they made me late for work, horrible phone etiquette, a child's car wash and poor customer service. I would rather drive to another GMC dealership on the other side of town or to Las Cruces, NM then go back to these clowns. DONT waste your valuable and precious time/money here!!!

I am very pleased with Shamaley GMC for their level of knowledge of their product, professionalism and courtesy/friendliness. During a scheduled maintenance visit, my family and I were dropped off by a Shamaley shuttle to eat down the street. After calling for the shuttle to pick us up and it took approx 1-1.5 hrs to be picked up. The management and staff were very apologetic. My suggestion to Shamaley is to have a secondary/back up shuttle at peek times or that one shuttle possibly cover closer routes to the dealership opposed to one shuttle driver covering all of El Paso. My prior experiences at Shamaley is what has me going back, I feel this area is where attention is needed to take this dealership to another level.

The Shamaley Dealership in El Paso , Texas, was amazing. The salespeople were courteous, patient, and not pushy. They went out of their was to help us and explain all of our questions. My husband is knowledgeable about vehicles and wants to really know how everything works. The salesman explained carefully and then set up a special personalized session with the Shamaley Service department. Everyone involved with out experience was knowledgeable and professional. We loved our experience buying a car.

Although Shamaley Buick didn't have an Enclave with the feature I required in stock, they located one in another state and brought it in. They were helpful, patient and courteous throughout the process. My salesman, Jorje Trevino, was knowledgeable and a joy to work with as was Armando Moraga, who handled the paperwork seamlessly. The atmosphere of the Shamaley dealership is friendly and the business is bustling with activity. It is clean and well organized and I will recommend it without hesitation.

We stopped by Dealership and were greeted by Jesus ! One of the best salesman we have had. We test drove a 2014 Gmc and fell in love with the truck so went in the facility and did our application and were approved , we were very happy! He has the most patience ever and very nice. We would highly recommended everyone to ask for Jesus. He will definitely wont send you home empty handed!! I was in, and greeted by a salesman named Jesus. He was terrific, and held nothing back, allowed me to test drive three vehicles. I was sold... The managers were also fantastic, no bull, to the point, and courteous. I left there with a smile on my face, and very happy with the truck I selected. Finance manager was very nice, and helpful with questions I had, he answered all of them, and I also left his office with a smile. In all, the experience was just all around pleasant.
