I have purchased several Sierra's from Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC of Nashville. Tami Leonardo (TR) is who you need to see. Also have a Yukon on order. Don't go to Serra, they are; dishonest, disorganized, and will only waste your time. Dealing with Serra now for about 15 months, the only conclusion I can arrive at is, that they are not good at what they do; from scheduling all the way to actually repairing my vehicle: 1) "We'll get the wheel well attached when you come to pick up your new car tomorrow!" Result: Rips the entire wheel well out and calls it fixed, plenty of corrosion into the engine cavity as a result. Great "Fix" Irish! 2) We'll fix your key dongle that never worked, come on in tomorrow, no problem. Result: Batteries Plus fixed my basic problem, at my expense. -Weird how Old Irish always had my vehicle running for me when I'd go there. Great way to saddle an obvious problem onto the customer. 3) We have you scheduled to come drop off your vehicle at 7:00 AM in 10 Days. Result: Arrive at 7:00 AM, wait in a line of cars for 30 minutes, get told to go somewhere else, even though I verified EVERYTHING with Serra twice. "Don't worry though! The place you're taking it to is only a day out on service." - Yet, Another lie.

I went to their location to view two used vehicles that they were advertising for sale online, and when I arrived at the location ready to buy, the guy who greeted me did a great job of unselling the vehicles. After I showed the salesman the ads for the used vehicles they had posted, he advised me that the cars were garbage. Now I appreciate his honestly, but it would've been nice to see the vehicles that I've made the trip to see, or been presented with a comparable vehicle that wasn't trash. It just felt like they weren't interested in doing business, and since the lot wasn't close to home, it was definitely a waste of time.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a couple weeks back. I had called ahead to verify the vehicle was available. They were ready for me upon arrival, filled the vehicle with gas and encouraged a good length test drive. I felt no pressure during that review of the vehicle and only once I said I was interested in actually purchasing did we start to talk numbers. Settling on a price was quick and easy and I was definitely happy with that experience.

had some minor body work done, and when i picked it up and drove off, the radio didn't work anymore. It worked on the way there, and nobody had it but them. they denied any responsibility and wanted $75 to "diagnose" it. soon after, a piece of the body work done FELL OFF of my car, and i had to return it. they repaired it for free, but it took another week. the worst bodyshop experience of my life.

Continued... 11) scuffs and paint missing from front of bed where it meets up to cab. probably where the used something to lift the bed off and for install. 12) big ding in left front fender, also I believe I said those scratches all down the side of my truck were on the right, I meant the left. 13 tape residue that had already collected dirt all over my truck from where the had taped off sections of the truck for paint. Needless to say it was a long and aggravating list. The manager called me back the next day and said that my left wheel bearing was going out and that it wash"t from the accident. I was livid at this point and asked him to explain to me why he thought it wasn't from the accident, he then proceeded to tell me,"Typically a bearing don't go out unless it's from wear or it takes a side impact." I told him that we could rule out wear due to I have very low miles on this truck and asked him if he saw any evidence of a side impact on that wheel, a scratch, scuff anything. he said no. I then told him that if you take a bat in your hands and hit the tip of that bat against a tree... what happens? it hurts your hands. so therefore the impact may have been on the other side but it can cause damage to that side. he agreed and I called my insurance and took care of it. could never get ahold of the manager myself for an update and he never called back so i ended up calling the GM of the body shop. The GM had told me that all my complaints were legitimate and that they would take care of them and oversee it himself. he called me back about a week later to update me and says that it is almost done and everything is looking good but that he was going on a fishing Vacation and would not be there to look at the finished product. Manager calles me the following Friday now that they have had my truck for 3 months and tells me it is ready, I get there and he said that he test drove it just before I got there and that the whine in the rear is definitely gone, but that he now hears a whine coming from the front where they had to replace the right front rim. he asked me if I would like to test drive it over the week end and let him know if I hear it...lol I told him that I would probably hear the same things he is hearing and to check it out with sonic ears( diagnosing equip.) regardless we went over the whole truck and everything they re did, looked great, but found rock chips in the hood that just started to surface rust, he said they were not from the accident and I agreed. I said they weren't there though when I turned the truck into you the second time and asked if he could produce a photo of pre-existing damage. So I turned it back in, He then took it to his GM which at this point I'm sure he is frustrated as well, refuses to take responsibility and sand and paint the hood. He said that he would boil out the surface rust and use a touch up paint one for free, but was not going to have his painter paint it for free and accept responsibility even though he could not produce a pre-existing damage photo. I told him that they have had my truck for thee months now and had been test driven numerous time and that very well could have happened in the test driving. Still refused and I told hi I would call tomorrow but could not make a decision now from where I was so upset. Needless to say I had to call the head honcho and tales to him and he seemed like he was going to try to fix the problem. Don't know what is going to happen yet but I hope he gets the job done. All this so I could say that I liked my buying experience from Serra but absolutely DO NOT recommend the body shop. You have been warned...

This dealership is the worst I have ever seen. They lie to there customers and there work is poor to say the least. They can't even use the correct oil filter for your vehicle, they use a much cheaper version to save them money. When I purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Impala LTZ for Serra in Madison, TN. I had a 42 month warranty which they DID NOT HONOR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They used every excuse in the book not to honor that warranty and when the warranty was up they asked me to pay for tires and a Headlight. I had brought this vehicle in for service numerous times and explained to them the tires were dry rotted and the headlight was fogged. This dealership has hit the bottom since Tom Bannen sold this to these stupid people. I am not surprised to see other people having problems with these JERKS. I am sure others got screwed like me by not horning warranties that when vehicles were purchased from Tom Bannen. I wrote to General Motors in Michigan and the BBB in Nashville and the last response from those IDIOTS was they will not honor Tom Bannen warranties. The vehicle is still a Chevrolet you DUMB people.

My wife and I bought a 2015 SS camaro from Serra. In the first 6000 miles it went through 8 quarts of oil. We couldn't find where it was leaking and found on the web where MANY people are experiencing the same issue with the V-8 motors GM is manufacturing these days. We took it to the dealer where our salesman Told us his 2008 jeep leaks a quart every 1000 miles and this was normal. WE BOUGHT A NEW CAR and NO car should lose oil like this one is. So after a frustrating day wasted at this dealer in Madison TN they agreed to change our oil and start a consumption test. Would all the web reviews be lying? Would we lie about the oil loss? How was is 2 quarts low when we brought it in to the Serra shop. The service manager Ed doesn't know his station in life he and all the Serra employees are being paid to serve the customers with respect and are due nothing but a pay check in exchange for their service. They do not run the show. The ownership doesn't run the show. The consumers run the show! We keep your doors open. Well after the oil change was done the loss went away for 1000 miles. Then we find puddles of oil under the bottom of our new car. Remember before we couldn't find the leak and now we can. What was most likely done by Serras service dept you ask? They most likely put a sealant to stop the internal consumption. By doing this it swells the seals and rings and other internal parts. They took the simplest and easiest way to try to resolve the issue. They are dishonest, rude and take the easy way out when presented with a problem in my experience. So now we are going to be dealing with GM because their service dept is inept, and poorly managed. The service manager is well I think everyone already knows what he is.Our oil will be tested for their additive, and legal action is in motion.

I came in for an oil change as a walk-in on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 PM. I was told they would get to me as soon as possible but it would be a little bit of a wait, which I anticipated. The waiting area is very comfortable and has great Wi-Fi reception. I got my car back faster than I anticipated. Everyone was very courteous and was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I have brought other cars to a different GM service center in the general area and I can tell you, Serra is the best and most qualified!

The staff is very nice and courteous. I know that price draws in numbers for oil change but waiting 2.5 hours on average makes me sometimes wonder if there could be a way to give scheduled customers prioriety. My change oil light was not reset.

I called on a Thursday to ask if there was availability the following Saturday for me to come get an oil change/tire rotation. I also stated that the last time I had been in, Suzanne, the woman I usually see, had put in an order for a replacement driver's side vanity mirror cover. The woman on the phone said that all of that would be fine if I'd just tell the guys the same thing when I came in on Saturday and that it was first come, first serve. I arrived 10 minutes before opening on Saturday, the young guy I first spoke to said there were only three technicians working that morning and I'd have to come back sometime during the week to get my mirror worked on. Then he asked me if I wanted to leave and just come back when I could get all the work done at one time. I had the oil change/tire rotation done while I was there. It only started to bother me after I left that I was told it would be no big deal and yet it was.

There was a problem in getting a loaner vehicle but that was outside the control of the service representative. Enterprise did not have a car at the location where they firrs took me and I had to go to another location to get a car. I understand that the dealership has increased the number of loaner vehicles available for customers and this problem should be resolved for future occasions.

As always Debbie Deutchse always takes great care of my car and updates me on the status when she is abreast of things. She is an asset to your corporation and I enjoy dealing with her when I have to bring the car in. I am not happy to have to take the car in for repairs but, Debbie makes the whole process better with her GREAT Customer Service and compassion for the customers feelings. The young lady at the cashier's window is usually very kind and considerate. You are usually busy when I come in and she tries to keep things moving as fast as she can to get people out ASAP.

When I brought my Camaro in this visit, the girl that came to car to check me in put he clipboard on my hood to write the VIN # down. I recommend NOT doing this to any customers vehicle, especially a 2012 Camaro w/less than 20,000 miles on it! If someone is doing this in front of me, what is being done that I don't see!

Todd Ford was my service manager, very friendly and although techs called out and you were backed up he still got me in and out as fast as he could. I only have 10k and it's a 2014 so not much service was needed. Also while I was there my salesman Mark Musgrave came over to talk. You don't feel like you're just a sale when you come back to the facility. Your staff is excellent, and facility is very accommodating.

Rob Hardy, and Serra Chevrolet are class acts. I was treated fairly, respectfully and like a valued customer from the moment I drove on the lot. There were no car salesman games , no messing around. I got a great deal on a great car in minutes. Then, I dealt with the service department. Todd Ford, and the ladies and gentlemen I dealt with were consummate professionals. From the way they treated all of the customers they interacted with, to the way they interacted with each other. The team at Serra Chevrolet should be very proud. They are what a dealership should aspire to be. I will be back, because I feel like Serra Chevrolet wants me to come back. They did more than say it, they showed it. They left no doubt in my mind that they valued my time and business.

What made this to be perfect was after I bought the truck Fred sat my wife in the truck and showed her every detail of the truck. Quick oil change on Saturday because Friday was a four hour wait. Saturday took from 8:30 to 11:40. Biggest disappointment was waiting on paperwork - 25 minutes from when they parked it outside!

We were greeted and treated as beautifully as the term "Southern Hospitlity" implies by Mr. Leonardo. (TR). We were very impressed with the vehicles and his patience with us. However, we were disappointed to find after purchasing the Encore " loaded to the hilt"as TR described during our test drive, did not include the Crash Response option, that he said during test drive that it did.

My 2011 Chevy Impala would not go in gear. I got On Star to bring a tow truck and they delivered the car to Serra. When it was taken in, the mechanic got it in gear the first time, and the problem he said could have possibly been b.c it was sitting on a small rise of a hill at an angle. However, the tow truck driver from Interstate was also unable to get the car to go into drive, and he seemed to think too there was a problem. They were all most helpful, at Serra, as well as the tow truck driver, and they all addressed the issue quickly.

I have bought and done business with Serra, and Richy Scott always handled my service requests. He is very personable, knowledgable, and very eager to resolve the issue, no matter what or the cost. I own a 15 year old tahoe with 235000 plus miles and the service department espically my advisor greg mcneil, and the guys in the body shop handled my rig like it was a new vehicle, means alot to me and i will always recommend and continue to have serra chevrolet nashvile as my dealership. The first salesperson gave me erroneous information about the car I had selected; i.e., reversible front headrests and a storage drawer under the passenger seat which was not the case. Also since the color I wanted was not on the lot, I asked if he could find one. After three days when I had not heard from him, I went back to the dealership and worked with another salesman and the experience was great. The Fiance Manager worked really hard on her end. While the buying process could have been handled differently at the onset, I am very satisfied with the vehicle I selected in spite of no storage drawer and no reversible headrests.

On the day that I went to get my car serviced, it started pouring outside while waiting for my car. Once my car was done, one of your employees brought my car in the garage instead of lining it up outside. It was the most thoughtful thing ever considering I had my two year daughter with me and it was pouring outside. Thank you so much for that, you really helped out this mom :)

I came into the dealership expecting the normal, everyone acting as they were robots trained by another robot. I was quite surprised Greg McNeil was extremely friendly and educated about anything I had questions about. Dropped off my car for routine service and a recall and was told it would take several hours due to a busier than usual day. MY car was done in 1.5 hours and all work was completed. The service advisor also said I "might" be eligible for a rebate on service due to the "doubling" of the recall, which was on the software for the electric parking brake.

Only thing that I didn't like was I was told that I had already used my 4th free oil change and that I had to pay. When my car was bought new there. Oil changed every 5000 miles. I keep all my service paperwork. My car had around 20000 miles this visit so at 5000 each oil change I couldn't have used my 4 free changes. This was my 4th service. They should have seen like i did that that didnt make sense.Checked my paper work after I got back in my car and I was correct I had only had 3 changes prior. So I paid for something I wad told when I bought the car would get for free. I always keep track of all my service and car related paper work and keep them in the car. I would hope they would honor what I found and make my next one free. So really that was the only thing that upset me this visit.

I then went home and got my GMC truck and brought it and had the oil changed also. Both vehicles done that afternoon. Could not ask for anything better. If McDonalds sold burgers for a dime, you'd have to wait in line awhile for those also! Love the people and the service manager actually took time to talk about my experience with me before I left. My usual service advisor (Suzanne Keene) was out and I used Richy Scott, who was exemplary. Very fast repair and he kept my new Corvette Convertible inside at night as I requested. That was important to me and he made sure it happened and that nobody that could not drive a manual transmission could drive it. I felt very comfortable with James driving my car. All good people who take time to do it right the first time.

The rear view mirror fell off the windshield. I took the vehicle in and they reinstalled it within an hour and a half (more or less). My question to GM is - Why is there not a better way to install these mirrors in the factory? You are using the same methods that were in use in the '50s and todays mirrors are so much heavier.

It started out awful, then it improved. Originally, I left my car for 3 days for approx 3 hrs of work, but they gave my parts to someone else. I had to wait another wk and half to have another set of parts sent for my car. When they had me come back, they actually took care of me.

I really appreciated Barry ( I believe the owner's name ) taking the time to sit down with me to discuss what my exact needs were. The salesperson whom assisted me in finding my car, Seth, was very hands on and delivered everything I asked for. I was a bit disappointed in the first, several offers I received. But after negotiation, the pricing was adjusted to a monthly payment I was comfortable with. Carol, in Finance, was phenomenal! She explained every paper I signed, and made the process very easy! Seth went out of his way to show me all of the details of my car before I left. The only complaint I have was my car seemed to be detailed and cleaned in a hurry, as I found French fries under the seats, and soda stains on the back of the passenger seat and leather to the stick shift.

I was treated with respect and dignity....which has been a rare experience in a car dealership. The very first offer they made to me was very fair. They gave me 4,000 more for my trade than any other dealership I had been too.They are taking care of adding some things to my truck (5th wheel). The only concern now is getting the vehicle back before a big upcoming trip I have planned. I am hoping they will deliver no later than tomorrow.

Transmission went out as I was passing through Nashville. Your team did an excellent job of not only taking care of the problem and assuring that I could return to Memphis that night but keeping me informed all along the way with status updates. The use of a loaner car while in Nashville also was a welcome surprise and this allowed me to visit clients and make what was otherwise an unscheduled stop a productive day. My thanks goes to the service team for spending the day working on the car to assure I could get home that night. Best service I have ever received from any dealership.

Everything with the service was good as always. The problem was checking out. I saw my car brought out and was not called to checkout. I went to the checkout counter after waiting for 15 minutes and was told my paperwork had not been brought up. I waited again till more than 20-25 minutes after my car was brought out and again was told my paperwork was not there and to check with the service advisor. When I checked with him he finally realized my paperwork was laying on his desk because he had moved due to computer issues. It was raining and I had to ask that they bring my vehicle to me in the service lane instead of me having to go out in the rain to get my car, I would think this is something that you should do for all customers if it is raining.

This service order was a re-repair due to the power seat not functioning after an earlier service visit to perform a Recall on the electric parking brake and oil change and tire rotation. All that was required was a general reset of all control modules, including the power seat module and now all works O.K. Not happy about the re-repair visit as I'm coming from Clarksville, TN.

it took a long time to get us out of the dealership after we reached our agreement. the people in front of us with the finance person took forever, like 2 hours. Charles Townsend was my salesman, he was nice enough. I think in afterthought I paid too much for the vehicle I traded for. I think after the fact, I should have asked to take the vehicle i bought into the shop area for a better look since it was dark and snowing with freezing rain. I am not unhappy with the dealer, more mad at myself for not buying smarter. I doubt i would recommend the dealership to family or friends, its too far away from Knoxville for most to visit.

The issue with my '15 TAHOE is not with SERRA. People and their capabilities are excellent. Problem with my vehicle was that Chevrolet support could not fix my vehicle. Out of 160 cays owned, vehicle was in for 6 visits totaling approximately 50 days. Computer issues that technicians from Detroit got involved with. However, even they, couldn't fix it. Have used this dealership location for over 20 years. Have no intention of switching for maintenance service.

I came in that day for your cheap oil change, that is awesome. The only part that sucked was the wait. It was almost 2 hours for a bAsic oil change. I know they wernt doing my truck for that long. I guess during the busiest time of the day maybe you need more people doing the oil changes. Or maybe another suggestion is to keep the repair shop open later? You can sell me a car til 8 but will only work on it til 6??? I don't understand that. A lot of peopke work in Nashville and by the time they make it back to rivergate area it's 5-6 already.

From the time I purchased my 2014 Camaro from the show room floor, I have been treated first class. From the man that sold me the car, his superior that explained every detail of my new car, the finance guy that took the time to explained the entire transaction in detail and all the service people in the shop that I have been involved with have all been very helpful, understanding, and handled all my questions as though I was their only customer. the lot, showroom and waiting area is spotless and clean. I love how organized the shop is as you pull your car in and the service person is right there is get your information and check the car in. I never have to look for anyone to help me; they are always on top of it. What great service and I do have others to compare with. In the past the service department handled all the work ever done on my corvette and now my Camaro and I'm certain they will continue to all be there to sell me and service my next new vehicle from Serra Chevrolet. I absolutely would not consider going anywhere else.

Service was fast but, communication and personal expeience not great. Since Serra took over, the personell does not seem as nice and are hard to get in touch with. They need to leave messages about what calling for, not just to call back. They also need to check messages. Think GM needs to do something about transmission issues. Tons of complaints on line yet, no type of warranty, recall, etc to help with huge cost. Just sucks to plop down $3100 on a repair that shouldn't happen and that apparently is a common issue. On top of that, the door handle on inside was dirty when picked truck up.

The cost of my repair was a lot, but the repair was made quickly. A reload of my truck's computer alone may have sufficed but I wasn't given that option. Based on blogs online, many people with the problem I had were given that option and it worked. The blog also said many of them found that the dealers pretty much just follow the repair scripts based on the codes; and mine was such that, to get it repaired there, I had to replace the throttle body and the reload the system. Anyway, so far, the truck is running good and no sign of the original problem so far.

This was my very first new car buying experience, and Steve Holloway made the process very pleasant. The other staff and technicians have also all been very professional, helpful, and considerate. They have actually made owning a vehicle much more rewarding because they considered to check every aspect of my vehicle to ensure that it's running optimally, even when I didn't specifically mention or request it during the initial intake. During a routine oil change, they rotated and checked the air pressure in my tires, checked all fluid levels, and even kept me informed about the latest news on my vehicle. (You'd be surprised to find out how many others don't do this, or charge you extra for all of this!) I think they definitely go above and beyond the customer's expectations. I am truly satisfied (and still excited!) with my purchase, and I would definitely purchase my next vehicle at this dealership.

Our vehicle had an issue that was still covered under the GM factory warranty. When I called the service department, Paul was very helpful working with us. We had the car towed to Serra and the entire process was painless from there. The vehicle was repaired as quickly as could be expected and Paul gave us regular updates on what had been found wrong with our vehicle, what was being done to fix it, and when it was ready to be picked up. Once we came to pick the vehicle up, there was no hassle with the warranty and everything was covered in full (including the tow charges). Serra (and Paul, in particular) took a bad situation and made it as bearable as possible. I note plan to use them for all service and maintenance work to be done on all of our vehicles.

Bought a 2014 demo Silverado with 5400 miles on it. The drivers seat collapsed on the left side seat bolster due to the weight of the demo driver it was assigned to. I brought it in to Suzanne and Ed and they agreed and ordered me a new seat. I was very pleased as I like the new truck a lot. Also needed an adjustment to the heated seats which will be done when the new drivers seat comes in.

Everything went fine EXCEPT not will to fix a problem that I considered "pre-exsisting"...In the past, I have had problems with the window switches not working and had the switches replaced while under warranty. This time, I told them that ANOTHER window switch was acting up and when it was checked, I was told that it does have a "short" in it but I had to pay $95.00 to have it replaced. Considering that I have had trouble with the other switches in the past, it looks to me that this switch shouldve been replaced also. But I was told "Since its not under warranty any longer....!" Even though I tried to explain to them that I didnt think it was right since the other switches have gone out before (One door-right drivers side rear passenger door was replace twice). I told them to "forget it..I wasnt paying that much when (or since I have to "pay" for it) I can get it done cheaper somewhere else....Anyway..other than that, I guess things went ok!~

So far I have been very happy with the service I receive at your dealership. About the only thing I could suggest is having a touchless car wash on site that you could run the cars thru so when you present them back to the customer they are clean. Mine was a recall on the key fob. I took the letter and the repair took just a bit longer to get written up in the shop, and then to get it repaired than what I expected. I called and asked Serra if I should make an appt, for it, since the letter received said to do so. I was told at Serra, that an an appt. was not necesary; thus then the wait.

i was not happy or completely sold on the color that was available, so when it did not show up when promised and i was told they did not know when it would be in..i decided i would cancel the purchase. But, my salesman and the staff at Serra went to bat for me and got me a SUV i am happy and pleased with. I am only waiting on one more thing promised, Chad my saleman told me it should be ready for me to pick by this Friday. The Sales Manager Jerry and Melissa also went beyond what customer service should be. i apprecaite the Dealership and will return in a few years to purchase another if i survive the payments on this one....Customer Service is the most important thing at any Company and Serra has Great Customer Service. The only thing is Chad was suppose to surprise with a gift card in the glove box....LOL

Following my first oil change, I began noticing small, oily looking spots in my driveway beneath where I generally park my car. When I returned to the dealer the trouble was diagnosed as a loosely attached oil filter. I treated the spots in my driveway with a combination of Dawn dish detergent and ammonia and have had no further issues. My regular parking spot has remained spot free.

As always, the service and level of quality Brian provided my wife and I was exceptional. Repairs were completely quickly and thoroughly, communication was frequent and in-depth, and all issues were resolved without a problem. The level of service and the type of experience Brian delivers is the reason that we bypass the Buick dealership a few miles away from our house and make the trip out to Serra for all of our needs. All vehicles will have issues sooner or later, it is just the nature of the beast, but with the way we've been treated and our issues have been handled, I can safely say that I won't be going anywhere else for my future vehicle purchases and service.

BUT I called the day before to set up a time to come in for oil change and tire rotation they told me 10:30 - I thought I had an appointment not just a suggested time to come in. I was waiting 2 1/2 hours for my car to be ready. Which I felt was really long especially since the woman I sat with came more than an hour after me and got her car at the same time. She was there for oil change service also. I bought a certified used car I just hope that paying customers are not put before those with pre contracted oil change and rotation as wait was much longer than the hour I was told. Would expect more timely service since I had called the day before and was given an approximate wait time when I handed over the keys. Once again there is no fault to be placed with all the really nice people that I interacted with. Maybe wait system needs to be reviewed and when things run over I should have been called and updated. The people at the cash desk just said it wasn't ready on the 2 times I checked.

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and needed to have 2 tires looked at for possible nails in them/leaks. They did a good job. I love that they have coffee, donuts, and water, but would really like it they added a few tea bags and some hot water to the customer lounge (I wasn't the only one looking)

The mechanics were very nice and friendly, and even gave me an extra key. My only complaint is that my wife came to pick me up while they were working on my car. I gave them my cell number and they told me they would call me. About 4 hours later I still hadn't received my call. Out of frustration we returned to see my car parked in the lot. I asked why I didn't receive the call and they told me they announced my name in the waiting room but never called. I never had that happen before and was a bit irritated.

On my service report it was checked that I needed a tire rotation. I was suppose to have one done. I asked the service advisor about it. He said it was done. I'm not sure if it was or not. If it was it should of been marked done.

The salesman was great, however, the car was on flat empty, my trade in had a half a tank, so that upset me, then, I couldn't figure out how to get the gas tank open. I got frustrate, I was tired and had to make a 2 hour drive back home to KY. When I got home, I had some buyers remorse... I also left my cd's in the trade in. When I made the dealership aware of no gas, they told me next time I come to town to stop by and they would give me some gas. I was like wow... not good at all. Other than that, the experience was ok. I think next time, I might do a little more shopping around..

Dropped my Traverse off for recall service and was greeted by Brian Hancock. Brian was courteous and personable, told me the work would be done in about 3 hours; and I would be called.It was actually a little less than that when Brain called to tell me it was ready.I wasn't able to get back before closing that same day, so I picked it up on Tuesday morning.Took a little time to get the car when I got there, but it was very busy. Your young lady at the Cashiers Desk was very nice and friendly, apologizing for the wait time.All in all, a pleasant experience for a chore that some people have complained about.

My visit was to fix the ignition problem on my HHR due to a recall. I am not sure that the keys are working properly and the problem is fixed. I can't tell any difference from the new fix than the old ignition. Will be in touch soon with the dealership to discuss this issue.

I know you all are busy but I can't understand how it takes 90 minutes or more for just an oil change and tire rotation when I had an appointment scheduled. It seems there has been a change in urgency since the ownership changed. Over all, I will return for service one more time to make sure it isn't just me and I always recommend Tom Bannen to others I talk to.

I had an oil change just as the dealership was transferred to Serra. I went in for an oil change. They wanted me to add the injector cleaning service, but declined. When I got my car back, the pressure senor monitor warning was on. I re-learned the tires myself, but noticed that the air filter was going to need attention soon, so since i already had one, I thought I would change it myself. Then I discovered that one of the clip that holds the cover was snapped off. Then I got a letter in the mail how they were looking for used Camaros to sell and that I could come in and they would adjust the price on the paper. That was more than I wanted so I do not believe I will return. Now that the car has been recalled for a new key, I believe that I will get that from another dealership.

I was visiting from MI and my car broke down. It was on a Thursday and I had to be back to MI on Sunday. Suzanne in the service dept. was so kind to me, calmed me in a time of panic. Had my car towed for me and had my car fixed within hours. I have a Saturn and most places take a long time to repair because the vehicle has been retired. I was so impressed with how quickly they had the work completed, and over all how nice and kind they were to me. Gave true meaning to the saying "southern hospitality". Riley and the car were ready when my husband and I arrived for the appointment, he answered all our questions...even brought in a Service Technician to explain a feature of the car. This is my explanation for why I gave Tom Bannen Chevrolet a very bad rating.On Saturday, 9/14/2013, I drove through the Tom Bannen lot and saw a demo model I was interested in. I wrote the stock number down and came to the sales office. It was probably 5:45 pm, when I entered and the salesperson asked if he could help us. We gave the stock number. He looked it up and quoted a price. He had the appraisal done on our trade in. After this he came back and told us our trade in value, then quoted a higher price for the demo. I told him, it was not the original quote, so he went back to talk to someone and comes back with the original quote, but now my trade in value was written down at a lower value and I asked him about that. He pointed to the figure on the paper and stated in an annoyed tone "THIS is your trade in value" It seemed he was annoyed from the beginning, because we were coming so close to closing time. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND UNHAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE RECEIVED!

He was tireless and persistent (and patient) and made our wish list complete-even though it meant finding the truck in another state. Ed Zehnder, the service department manager, helped us get additional options installed that we requested, and Mike Young found us an incredibly low finance rate. I was familiar with Tom Bannen because I have checked every dealership within 150 miles of my house. I am a dealers worst nightmare . I check for the right car with the minimum requirements I have , 1). The car must be exact color, 2). The size of wheelers and trim, 3). Interior must be black leather , 4). All available options for that vehicle, 5). The best financing , 6). Most of important of all a salesman that is knowledgeable and understands that I am here to meet my needs and not there sales requirements.I meet Sandier Calvert after viewing a car on Tom Bannen web sit. I called and asked if the car was there they said it was so two days later I went to see it. I meet Sandie at the used car section for the first time , I told him what car I was looking for Sandie told me that they just sold it the day before ( don't figure ha ) Then Sandie asked me to sit down with him and to see if he could a chance to find me my car. The next day I got a Email from Sandie stating he found me the car I was looking but he would have to have it delivered in about 4 days, I agreed.I was trying to stay warm when I received a call from Sandie telling me to drive down to see my car. Two hours later I drove in and there was Sandie , he said to follow him to the show room, I walked in and all I can say when words don't explain how you feel ! (. YES. ). It was better than I have thought. I bought it period.... I told her well, being as I'm in Atlanta, it will take me 3.5 hours, but I will be there before you close. Due to our living in Smyrna, we first approached a local dealership and received a disappointing, very high pressure 'bait and switch' tactic. Arriving home after that ordeal, I had received a pleasant email from Mike Gunn who 'laid all his cards on the table' with a quote and invitation to take a look.We took him up on it the next day. We worked with Melissa Bozeman, and Mike Gunn stopped multiple times to see if he could be of assistance. Melissa showed us the lot and we took a vehicle out for a test drive. We were satisfied with our choice and began the paperwork to purchase.While the paperwork was being processed, and my husband was about to put the final signature down, I spied a different vehicle on the lot and asked my husband to come see.The ink was not even dry when my husband asked Melissa if we could test drive the blue Equinox!!! With a simple look of amazement and a couple of blinks, Melissa said: "okay, let me get the keys."After the drive and my squeals of excitement, Melissa tore up the old paperwork (among many other processes she had to undo), and rewrote a contract for our new car!!My husband and I are not difficult people to satisfy, but a purchase of this magnitude (for us) had to be correct. Mike Gunn and Melissa Bozeman never once made us feel bad for the last second 'switch-a-roo' we pulled, and we are so very, very, very happy with our little girl who now sits safely in our garage.Thank you Tom Bannen for being the best!!!As an aside, that high pressure salesman from our first attempt has called MULTIPLE times in an effort to get our business back. To point out another difference, I believe that Tom Bannen would never resort to what I consider harassing phone calls with promises of 'rock bottom deals' and all the free chocolates I want. I had looked on the internet and knew which vehicle that I was interested in. When I pulled up Melissa came running out the door (Red Bull in hand) to help me. She discovered that the vehicle that I was interested in had just been sold. She knew what color I wanted and immeditely went to work finding a vehicle. I had the wonderful experience of a Gentleman backing into my car while I waited in line at McDonalds for a cup of coffee. His 6000 pound Dodge Ram rammed my Pontiac very well! He took out the left rear door and part of the drivers door. I took it to Tom Bannen where they did the repair. It was an OUTSTANDING job. They even repaired another small imperfection at no charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is needing a repair. Keith Bodinger was the estimator and he was extremely polite, professional and easy to deal with.

Not only did we have a good experience with the process but also worked with us on our trade in. Overall I would say a pretty solid first time experience. While on a 10,000 mile motorhome vacation throughout Canada and the US, our towed vehicle - being driven on its own - was struck from behind by a large SUV while stopped at a yield sign in North Carolina. The rear end was badly damaged and, while the car was drivable (parts held together by Gorilla duct tape!), we were thousands of miles from home and only half-way through the trip. We were scheduled to stay in the Nashville, Tennessee area and the other driver's insurance, Nationwide, advised we could have an appraisal done at Tom Bannen Chevrolet as that facility is recommended by Nationwide and was near our campground.KEITH BOBINGER was the Tom Bannen employee assigned to the job.We cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Bobinger's superb service. Time was a major issue as we needed to be in Phoenix, Arizona on a particular day and Keith respected that need and enabled us to meet it, phoning us on a daily basis to advise of progress. Keith insured that the repair, though extensive, was done not only speedily but with great care and attention to detail, and the finished work more than satisfied us. Mr. Bobinger is a perfectionist in the best sence of the term: he made certain the repair was done to his own exacting standards, and it was.While certainly not a cynic, I am always surprised when something is done as advertised and wanted, and KEITH BOBINGER more than met our hopes and needs. My visit to Tom Bannen Chevrolet GMC Buick was as pleasant of a retail experience I have had. I arrived and Mr. Bannen introduced me to Beau Leslie. Beau spent most of the afternoon with me driving and comparing different trucks. He was very thorough in explaining all of the features of each vehicle. I picked out a truck and drove it for a couple of days to make sure it was the one. I called Beau and told him I wanted it. I came back to the dealership and then worked with Bobby Harrison on adding a couple of accessories. Once that was finished, I met with Mike Cancel to work out the financing. The entire staff there was so friendly and helpful during the purchase process. I felt confortable the entire time that I was making the right choice. I came in because I had a low coolant level on my 2007 Corvette. I actually live in Atlanta, GA but was here in Nashville for Thanksgiving. I authorized a diagnostic on my car, which revealed that one of my hoses was leaking. It was a huge inconvenience because the part had to be special ordered. I need a hose with a special bend in it. I told Greg my situation as far as needing to get back for work, etc, etc. He could have easily just told me that I'd have to wait until Tuesday and that there was nothing he could do, but instead he got with some of the mechanics and created an alternative to me purchasing that particular $100 hose (not including later). He had them take another hose and created the bend themselves!! My cost after the diagnostic...$4.83. I was amazed by his honesty and friendliness. He did everything he could to make sure that I didn't have to spend more money or be inconvenienced.BY FAR, THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A SERVICE CENTER....especially while owning my Corvette (6 years). I used to people trying to suck all of the money they can out of me because I have a high end vehicle. This has me considering driving all the way back to Nashville to have my car serviced. lol

I recently purchased a 2012 Chevy Tahoe and my experience was extremely positive. In today's world, I think it is too easy for a company just to expect their product to sell itself and the sales staff does not need to do anything to please the customer. Tom Bannen Chevrolet does not operate this way. Chris took the time to listen to our wants and needs and selected the perfect vehicle for us. After the sale, we had some issues with the OnStar system. The staff at Tom Bannen worked feverishly to get those issues resolved in a timely manner. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealer and salesman.

WOW!!! Sandie and Chad are by far two of the BEST salesmen I have ever dealt with! They made us feel like we were family just coming in to hang out. We went in for one type of vehicle but it ended up not working out for us so we kept shopping around. We were not as pleased with the treatment we recieved from other dealerships so we decided to go back to see these guys. And once again they made us feel comfortable. We ended up with a 2012 Cruze which we love! We are now working a new car option for myself because I knew this was the place to buy a car from and there was no point in continuing my car search at any other place! If you want to be treated like a person and not another part of someones paycheck.... GO SEE THESE GUYS! I will be recommending them and Tom Bannen to everyone!

We went in "just looking" and Ken Hayes came out to help us. He was so patient with us, he took us all over the lot and helped us find the perfect vehicle. We didn't feel pressured at all and everything was explained in detail. Mr. Hayes didn't even get upset when we asked the same questions over and over, he just answered it again. Ken was just a pleasure to work with. Just to give you an example of the service you can expect when you have Mr. Hayes for a salesman, a couple of days after the sale, I accidentally called Mr. Hayes cell phone, to my surprise he answered, he knew who I was and wanted to make sure everything was okay with the purchase. I told him yes and that I had accidentally called him. I felt bad because it was even his day off, but I was so impressed that he answered the call on his day off, and after the sale. He was genuinely concerned that I might have a problem and he was ready to help if I did. Service like that makes me know that I bought from the right place and is also why I can honestly recommend this dealership and this salesman!

Chad was very helpful and knowledgable about the Tahoe we bought. His personality made it a great experience; he has a way of making you feel like you are dealing with a long time friend. We did not feel pressured at any time, and that is a great plus for me. I have walked away from deals before because the salesperson was not really listening to what I wanted, but focused on what he wanted to sell me. Chad was attentive to what we wanted in a vehicle, and thankfully we didn't have to endure the yada, yada, yada of, what I call, the typical auto salesman's BS. The entire process of our trade in, and the purchase went smoothly. We had the paperwork completed in record time, and was on our way home to Huntsville, AL with a smile on our face. In my personal opinion the dealership is very lucky to have such an energetic, and courteous person on their sales team. When I decide to trade again, I will definitely call Tom Bannen and ask for Chad! I am not a person that trades every couple of years to keep up with the styles; when I find something I like I drive it until the repairs start costing more than a new payment. Fortunately I know a lot of people in Northern AL that trade frequently, and I intend to point them in Chad's direction.

Mr Roberts has been almost like an uncle or brother in helping my mother in getting great used car after my dad passed. one of her 1st vehicle she ever purchased without my dad being around ,thats being around 4years now.the vechile she purchased is still as beautiful ,and operates as good as when drove it off the lot. now , i have purchased 2 vehicles ,the 1st was chevy pickup ,2nd dodge avenger ,and now i proud owner of a chevy silveroda/ pickup truck. the truck is best looking pickup truck i ever owned,has low milege, reasonable price, and interest rate. robert makes buying a car fun and exciting. in my opponion he has treated my family more like friends or family than a customer. as long as Mr Robert Thomas works for Tom Bannen my family and i will always to be a customer.

My husband and I had the best experience with Robert! He was very professional and friendly. Robert had the car we were interested in ready for a test drive the minute we got there. We just got in the car and drove it around. When we decided this was the car for us he made the whole buying process very painless. We actually enjoyed this buying experience with Robert. Once all the papers were signed Robert took the time to introduce us to the various options on our car which he didn't have to do but we really appreciated him taking his time with us after the sale was finished. I rate this dealership as the best place to buy a vehicle. They are my kind of people, honesty is big with me and they are. The buying experience was actually fun and I feel as if they are now friends. I went there because of the voluminous inventory and I was greeted by Jason Hinkle and right off the bat he made me feel welcome and worked with me in heat and humidity and it was 107 degrees Fahrenheit, I couldn't make up my mind on which truck I wanted so he brought both of them from the back lot and parked them beside each other. We. Were almost done with the paperwork and I changed my mind but that was no problem. The sales managers were joking and cutting up with me like close friends do, we had fun. I also met the general manager and she is great, I really like her. Also, I needed a bed liner and Jason took care of that and everything they said they were gonna do, they did! Jason took care of my bed liner and did it on his day off. Jason has followed up with me several times just to see if everything is alright. I will go back!!! Roger Ghrigsby was low key, professional, knew the products and did not pressure us. The 1st vehicle he put us in was exactly what we were looking for. He did show us some others so that we could compare and actually encouraged us to test drive more than one. We felt very comfortable with Roger. Robert was amazing! He was friendly and very professional. We had been looking at SUVs and were pretty sure that we knew what we wanted. In total we went to about three dealerships before this one. As soon as we got there Robert was fast acting and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what we wanted and they had our SUV on the lot. Great variety there! We told him that we wanted t get in and out. She could only narrow the field to know she wanted a 4 door sedan in the color red or black. However that narrowed the field a little. Mark was able to suggest a car in her budget and to her liking. When we first met Christopher Thomason he was so professional and yet we were soon calling him Chris because he 'felt' like family. Knowing we were upside down on our vehicle, we really didn't think we could get a new car loan. We were wrong. Chris explained that the dealership could work with us and soon we picked out a 2012 Impala in the back lot that was our first color choice. Chris took the car to get cleaned. We later found out that due to the hour, he ended up washing it himself! Did I mention that is was a very hot afternoon? After the rebates offered and the staff working hard to find us a good lender, we drove home that night in our new car with payments we can afford! The service hasn't stopped there; Chris has called us several times just to check on us and make sure we don't have any questions. We couldn't be happier with our experience. After telling my Mom about our new car she reminded me that she and my Dad had been Tom Bannen customers for years and she had bought her last car there. I want to start this by saying that I am very cheap person and the thought of spending money causes me physical pain. Now with that said let me tell you about a company and it's people that make it the best experience it can be. I started buying bars from Tom Bannen back in 2004. Since then I personally have bought 3 cars from there. My sister has bought 2, my brother bought 1, and my Mother has purchased two more. I have sent three friends there who have bought cars and even my In-laws bought an Equinox. Now all these cars weren't bought because I told them how great it was to do business there. That's what got them in the door, but after that the dealership made all the deals because they are very good at what they do. My Mother dealt with Shane and he was very nice to Mother and for that I am grateful. She was there during a hard time. After losing my Father after a long battle with M.S. she got rid of her Van that she had needed for transporting my Dad and his wheelchair. It was actually very hard for her to get rid of that van because of the memories tied to it. Shane understood how hard it was and was sincerely caring during the process. Now I have to say that the main reason I keep coming back to Tom Bannen and telling everyone about it is because of Kevin Leyk. I have dealt with him every time I have walked in the door. He is by far the best person I have done business with. I have argued, walked out, laughed and done just about everything I can think of to get the best price I can and he has always been fair. I seriously can't say enough good about this guy. My family also uses the service center to take care of our vehicles. They have always been quick and efficient. I like having everything done at one place cause they will always take care of you. It's nice to go in and the technician actually know your name. Well, that's my review of Tom Bannen. Mark is the Casanova of car sales. He knew exactly what my family needed and what would meet all our needs at a price we could afford. He was so helpful & friendly- had the patience of a saint & answered all our questions as many times as we needed to make us all feel comfortable with our purchase. My father was actually buying the car for me and he is deaf and reads lips. Mark took the extra time needed to speak slowly & clearly so he could understand and we all felt comfortable. Even when my toddler passed gas in the office Mark was understanding & made us all comfortable explaining he too is a father & totally understood kids. First of all, I would like to say that this was the 1st vehicle that my wife and I have ever purchased, together. We had a 2004 Saturn Ion that needed replaced and we starting looking at vehicles. To our surprse we had the privilege and honor to be blessed with such a caring, compassionate, professionally assertive, and all-around great person, Melissa Bozeman. She kept in close contact from day 1 and would communicate on a routine basis with my wife. We had our decision narrowed down to 2 vehicles, which were neck and neck per Consumer Reports/KBB reviews and consumer ratings - a 2013 KIA Sorento AND 2012 GMC Terrain. Based on this review, you can clearly see that we decided on the 2012 GMC Terrain. I would say that we are ecstatic with our purchase and thanks to Mike (and his shopping abilities) we got the best rate possible, at an amount that we agreed to pay, with an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty. Bottom line is we made it tough on the team (and probably made Melissa frustrated to no end), but she stuck alongside us and nurtured us in to making the 2nd biggest decision my wife and I have ever made as a married couple. We look forward to being a part of the Tom Bannen family and anticipate it being reciprocated on their end as well. We are confident with the choice we made, and trust me, it was a labor -intesive, exhausting (long nights away from home)-as we were looking at other dealerships and making comparisons, but Melissa stayed after us and pursued us a customer and that is the way it should be folks. I would higly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Tom Bannen (specifically from Melissa Bozeman), b/c you will be joining a family, purchasing a product/service (and not just a "something", if you will), Plus reaping the benefits of your new vehicle. Mark did an excellent job with making us feel comfortable in the car buying process. He was so friendly, I almost forgot he was selling us a product and felt as though I was just having casual conversation with an old acquaintance. It is employees like Chris Thomason that keep return customers. Chris was assisting another customer when I drove onto the Tom Bannen car lot. Knowing that I was rushed for time, Chris offered to get another salesperson to assist me.While waiting on financial approval, Chris stopped by to make sure that I was being helped by the other associate. He continued to answer my questions about the vehicle that I chose to purchase. It impressedme that Chris took the time to write the name/ph# of a reasonably priced window tint specialist and tow hitch installer when I mentioned interest in those options.Chris, Harvey, and all of the Tom Bannen staff gained my trust with their knowledge and patience.

Mark did a great job showing us all the features and benefits of the car we thought we wanted even though he did not have the specific car on his lot. After test driving and showing us several vehicles that had all the features we wanted, Mark worked on finding the exact make, model, and color of vehicle. This is my second purchase from Tom Bannen. Steve was very friendly and created a no pressure atmosphere from the very minute i first started looking at Tahoe's. Steve helped me out by calling whenever he received a SUV that i was looking for. Once I found the SUV I was looking for, Steve made the negotiating quick and simple and i walked out with the SUV i wanted. Very painless process. He even stayed three hours after he was suppose to get off work to finish the deal. Even then he stayed longer to go over all the features and buttons in the SUV. When I called in about having car problems, Jeff Boyd was the first one I talked too.He was very courteous and respectful in helping me set up an appointment to bring my car in to get serviced. Once I got there, Jeff was very patient with me while I explained my car issues. My salesperson, Melissa Bozeman, was kind and worked very diligently to get my car loan approved. She was not only courteous to me, but also to my 10 month old baby. I could not make it to the dealership until 6pm because I had to pick up my child from daycare and take her to an appointment. Melissa was very patient and waited for me, though I believe that she normally leaves work at 6pm. I would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a new car.

Although theres been several new/other car dealers pop into the area since then, I have chosen to stay with this dealership because of the relationships I have received in being a 25+ year customer. In that time period I have extensive experience with all their departments and personel. Over the years the staple that keeps me coming back is the great attitude and service I receive from their service Dept. and especially Jeff Boyd. No matter if its a warranty issue or a simple oil change I always feel at home and being treated as a friend instead of just another customer. Its relationships like these that develop a trust and a bond that keeps me coming back. You simply cant find that sort of treatment anywhere else. I purchased my vehicle at Tom Bannen 4 years ago and have had it serviced there ever since. I have worked with almost all of the service people but Greg has been the one that I always go back to. He is very nice and speaks to me like a person and try's to explain everything to me so that i understand it. And I am the first to say I know nothing about vehicles. I have had a few issues with my vehicle and he has always taken care of it and done everything he can to make it right. He does not try to sell me any service I don't need and is offers his expert opinion when asking about parts and service. He is what makes Tom Bannen the type of dealership that I will continue to do business with for a long time.

My GMC Yukon was burning a lot of oil, so I took it to a local service shop where the head mechanic told me the engine would have to be replaced and it was a very costly repair. Of course, this was a HUGE shock and disappointment to me! I decided to get a second opinion, so I went to Tom Bannen and talked to Greg McNeil, the Service Advisor. He did some research and discovered a GM factory recall for that specific problem and it was a 100% FREE repair! Greg saved me ton of money and I'm very grateful for his diligence and honesty. Jason helped us on Saturday, August 11, 2012. He was very friendly and took us for a test drive and drove us out to the back lot to look at other options. He had to jump off both of the cars we looked at and took questions he could not answer to his boss. He came back with a ready response as quickly as possible. The car we purchased had some issues with the battery. So, we were given a comparable loaner for the weekend and our car was put through on Monday in an orderly fashion and was ready when my husband went to pick it up. Jason even called on Tuesday to see how we liked the car.

Service is always great! Greg always takes time to explain why certain maintenance needs to be performed. As a widow, I know that I could be taken advantage of but don't feel that way at Tom Bannen. They are always very accommodating to work me in for oil changes. All staff are super friendly.

I was looking for a late model Tahoe and Tom Bannen usually has a few on their lot. The salesman that I meet was Chad Waggoner. With his help I found the Tahoe that would most fit my need's.I took it home for a day. The next day I returned the Tahoe close to the end of their business day and at the time we didn't get everything ironed out so no deal had been completed. The next day another customer took the Tahoe home and purchased it! So I lost it! IF YOU FIND A CAR OR SUV YOU LIKE MAKE SURE TO PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN! THAT WAY THE DEALERSHIP KNOWS YOU ARE INTERESTED AND WON'T SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE! MY FAULT! So Chad put on his NEW car salesman hat and between Chad and Beau "the New Car Sales Manager" I purchased a new 2012 Tahoe LTZ. We showed up in the "showroom" (they're renovating) at 4pm on a Sunday and Mark was very friendly, patient, honest, and helpful, staying long after closing to finish the deal and even cleaning the car himself (the cleaning guy had gone home). I purchased a new 2010 Chevrolet Camaro from Tom Bannen Chevrolet and have thoroughly enjoyed my purchase. It is an exciting car to drive, and I have had to have very little maintenance. However, when I needed any type of service on my car, I always dealt with Jeff Boyd, Service Representative. If he was not available, I would always schedule my maintenance when he was available. He is so pleasant to deal with, and he is very efficient in making sure that every detail is taken care of. He has always done all he can to make sure that you leave Tom Bannen Service Department with a smile on your face, and confidence in your vehicle's maintenance. I would recommend Tom Bannen Chevrolet to any of my friends who are interested in trading vehicles or purchasing a new car. I have been coming to Jeff Boyd for the last six years with all my vechiles for service. Jeff never cared what make or model I brought in he always took care of me and the vechiles. I visit Jeff Boyd at least once a month with my lease car for the oil to be changed. Tom Bannen has a awesome service department. Jeff Boyd has always given me a time frame of when I could expect my Vechile to be complete and he has always held true to his word. Jeff Boyd take care of my vechiles for my wife when I was away serving our country. Jeff never tried to take advantage of my wife like other service companys do. We would like to start by stating we have bought 4 vehicles now from Tom Bannon. Three of those vehicles were from Mark Musgrove. Mark is a very caring person and puts your needs first. We told him what we were looking for and he was on the look out. Mark called to check on us to see if we had our new baby and to see how we all were doing. If you have any concerns or if you are not happy with something he will do his best to take care of the situation. We will not go anywhere else when looking for a vehicle and will use Mark or Fred Payne to help us pick the best vehicle for us.

I recently had a manufacturer defect on my stereo on my car. As I bought my car brand new, it was covered under warranty. I expected to go in and get second rate service as it is at most dealerships. The morning I planned to bring my car in for service I called to make sure the repairs could be done. After speaking with Greg he mentioned he would need to order my parts. That was on Friday. On Tuesday he already had my parts and was ready to get the ball rolling to get me driving happily again :)vMy car was taken the following Friday for the repairs, due to my work schedule. I was quoted approximately 2 hours work of work between paper and labor. One hour after dropping my vehicle off, he called and advised it was already done! It was as if it were never misfuntioning to begin with! I left extremely happy and now a dedicated Tom Bannen (Greg McNeil) customer! Thank you Tom Bannen And Greg for all your help!

I was pleasantly surprised that the price quote I was given was right in line with the research I had done on what I should have paid for the vehicle purchased. I didn't even have to ask. The salesman took the initiative to reduce the price. It was nice not having to play games like I have in the past. Roger also took plenty of time to explain the features of the truck.

When I had originally gone to Tom Bannon, I dealt with another sales man, Harvy Robinson, and test drove 2 different Chevy models (the Cruise and the Sonic). Harvy was helpful, but not overly personable or friendly. On my return visit, when I was actually going to pick one of the cars and purchase it, Melissa greeted my father and I at the door, and tried to locate Harvy for us. When she was unable to locate him, she helped us herself without missing a beat. She found the specific Cruise I wanted to see and test drive, even though it was hard to find, since it was in the over-flow lot. She was very helpful, extrememly personable, and super friendly. I would reccommend her to anyone looking to buy a car, and she made my car purchasing experience a strees-free, enjoyable expeience. If, or more likely when, I purchase another car in the future, I hope that I have the privilage of having Melissa be my sales person again. She did a wonderful job.

Experience at Tom Bannen was perfect. We came to the dealership to look at lease options on Acadias. That is where we met Jason Hinkle. We expressed to Jason our desire to lease an Acadia. Most salesmen would have blown us off the instant they heard "lease," but not Jason. He was very friendly and inviting and even though he did not know everything about leasing, he made it a point to find out everything we needed to know. We returned a week or so later, and were able to get our lease on an Acadia.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing a car. From my conversations with Mike Gunn about our alma mater, to the no "gray area" numbers that Craig Armstrong provided, the staff went above and beyond to not only accomodate my wife and I, but our one year old son that had to come with us during the purchase. Tom Bannen makes you feel like you are a part of their family, and I will go back there just for that reason alone.

As I arrived at Tom Bannen on Aug.1, 2012 the first person I saw was Christoper Thomason he was outside on the phone. As I approahed the building he quickly got off the phone and ask me if he could help me, i said yes I needed a sales person he said here I'm. He introduce him self and so did I.I told him what I was looking for and what I could pay for a new car and he told me he was going to do all he could to make it happen. after spending time with Christoper he made it happen, he was the nicest sales person that I ever had. He took care of all my needs. Explain everything to me,not that I remember all that he said. I got the car of my choice.Botton line he was the top of the line Sales Person a true people person.I will recommend him to everyone who I know that is looking for a car.I test drove my car he took me everywhere I had to ask where am I now :) I think he just wanted me to make sure this car was it. Ms. Bozeman was wonderful. She went above and beyond to get me a car. My previous car had left me on the side of the road. I am a travel nurse and rely on my car to get me from job to job, Ms. Bozeman was instrumental in getting me into a new Chevrolet Malibu that I am confident will get me to my next job. Ms. Bozeman could tell my sister and myself were distraught to be out of state and to be without a car. She made us both feel at home in the dealership and stayed late to make sure we had a car before she left for home. She encouraged the finanical officer to get us the best deal possible that would work for me. We were so happy with her and the job she did, my sister baked her a cake. We surprised her with it the next day. My sister and I just love, love, love her and would and do recommend her to everyone we talk to about new Malibu. We were greeted by a salesman, Jeff McCarty, and we asked him to give us a few minutes. He returned and we asked some questions and he got all the info we needed and got us a great price on our trade-in and excellent price on the new truck we purchased. He assisted me after the purchase with setting up my bluetooth and showed me the options the truck came with. Also told me he would help me program my music player.The finance guy, Mike Young, really helped us to understand our options and helped us make the best decision for us. Very pleased with the overall service we received all around.

I would like to share my service experience with you. My Tahoe was experienceing some service issues and i had been to two other dealerships and gotten prices for repairs in the $1000.00 price range. I had heard good things from a friend about Tom Banne service so i said what the hey i will give them a shot.I arrived at the dealership with no appointment i was greated by Greg Mcneil he asked if he could help me. I was expecting to hear the same old story but i was wrong he was more than helpful and explained if i would give him a chance he would help me.I checked in and in less than 45 minutes he came to me with a esitmate for my repairs. it was $475 dollars less than previous repairs and he could have it fixed that day.Greg was very well informed on what the repair was and very understanding of my situation. I will reccomend your dealership and Greg to everyone i come in contact with.I work in customer service and it is very good to know that people like Greg still are out there.

I drive a 2003 GMC Yukon that just reached 100k miles. I had been informed by Greg McNeil in the service department that I was due for my 100k scheduled maintenance. Greg was very knowledgeable about my truck as he stated that is what he and his wife have driven for years, so i trusted what he was telling me. However I wanted to do my own research, not only was he dead on about everything he had also priced the service well below what his competitor's were telling me. After a couple weeks of research I decided to call Greg back and schedule an appointment. I was delighted to know he remembered me he also provided me with a rental car for the day so I didn't even have to miss a beat. When I picked my vehicle up it was completely washed inside and out, he greated me as I came in and went over everything that had done to my Yukon. There were two special gentlemen that played a huge role with helping me to reach my goal. The first one is Mike Gunn. He was the one that sent me all of the necessary information through email on choices of selections of cars as well as helping me to get started with the pre-qualifying first. I really appreciate him, because he would always follow back up to make sure that everything was going well. Then next, he introduced me to salesman Roger Grigsby, who is absolutely the best salesman ever. I like the fact that he took the time to help me decide exactly what I was looking for in a car, as far as the total package, as well as making sure that I stayed in the budget too! I only came to "look", and a few hours later I was driving home in my brand new Chevy Sonic Hatchback. Mark Musgrove was great to work with. I told him what I wanted to spend, & that I needed something to haul paintings in, and he went to work find the best car to fit my needs. I have already recommended him to some of my friends, and I couldn't be happier!

I would highly recommend Tom Bannen Chevrolet. Mark Musgrove, and the entire staff are always helpful and friendly. I love my Chevy Cruze, and I would never buy a car any where else.

I took my 12 Cruze in for routine service and the service was great, everyone was very friendly, work was performed in a timely manner and the price was spot on. This is why I continue to use Tom bannen and will continue to do so.

Mark is great to work with. I bought a Camaro from him in September 2011 and had good experience working with Mark. My son's truck motor blew up a couple weeks ago, so he needed a new car. He wanted a Camaro, so I told him that we needed to go see Mark. I would not buy a Chevy from anyone else. We went to see Mark and left that night with another Camaro for my son. Mark is very helpful and tries to get you the best deal possible.

I want to personally thank Melissa Bozeman at Tom Bannen Chevrolet. I purchased my first car this past month with her. Melissa make the purchase a smooth graceful transaction. I briefly told her what I was looking for, she searched her inventory, had the SUV transferred from another lot, my financing completed, and ready for me when I arrived. A test drive and a hour later, I was heading home in my new car. She is a true angel and I am grateful for Melissa.

I had a great experience buying my new Buick Lacrosse from Mark Musgrove at Tom Bannen Chevrolet, Buick, GMC. Mark was adamant that I make the right choice for me. He was always professional and allowed me time to be comfortable with my decision. As long as I live in the Nashville area I will always give Tom Bannen and Mark Musgrove an opportunity when I am buying new or pre-owned automobiles.

I just wanted to say that my experience with Tom Bannen Chevrolet and Mark Musgrove greatly surpassed my expectations of my car buying experience. Mark was extremely helpful in the process and I couldn't be happier with my Cadillac STS. Mark was great in assisting me to buy a good used car in a short period of time. He stayed in contact with me, worked the financing to an agreeable deal, wrapped up loose ends and followed up nicely. I also had a good experience in the service department, was explained everything on my old cars issues with an honest, up-front analysis.I would recommend Tom Bannen Chevrolet and Mark to anyone.

This dealership has received some negative reviews, so I thought it was only fair that I share my positive experience with Tom Bannen Chevrolet.Back in January, my wife was in search of a new 2012 Camaro with Crystal Red Tintcoat paint, but that paint color wasn't being made available on Camaro's at that time. We decided to go to Tom Bannen and see about ordering a Camaro with the color and options we wanted on the car. When we arrived, we were introduced to salesman Steve McFarland. Steve was very honest, friendly, and professional. He allowed my wife and I to test drive several Camaro's before we found the model we liked. Steve was very helpful in ordering the vehicle for us from the factory since we wanted the Crystal Red paint option. At no time did we ever feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. Steve stayed in frequent contact with us and kept us updated on our order status. When the vehicle arrived 6 weeks later, Steve made sure the vehicle had a thorough pre-delivery inspection performed on it. Not only did Steve make sure the car was "cleaned to the max", he even gave us a FULL tank of gas, which is unusual from my 30 yrs of car buying experience. I can't say enough positive things about Steve McFarland. He is by far, one of the best car salesman that I have ever done business with.I also want to say that Jeff Boyd (service advisor) and Ed Zehnder (service manager) have always been very honest, friendly and professional when I have taken any of my Chevy vehicles to their service department over the past 7 years. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicles were serviced to my satisfaction.I would recommend Tom Bannen Chevrolet and especially salesman Steve McFarland to anyone looking for a new or used Chevrolet.

I had the worst experience that I have ever had in my life at the Service Department!! I will never do business with this Dealership again!! I would have also given no stars if that was an option. Not only did they not fix my car, which is brand new!! They broke it even worse than before, and didn't bother to tell me!! I had to discover it when I picked up my car!! Then when asked the Service Advisor, he was like "Oh, yes... well we had to order parts" THEN he turned his back on me while I was still standing there!! I have never been so rudely discarded in my life!! We are filing complaints with the BBB as well as GM. There are too many dealerships out there to deal with one that really doesn't care about the service they provide. Don't walk, but run away from this Dealership!!!
