My experience with Serpentini was OUTSTANDING from the first call with Kathy Watson to my eventual purchase of my 2016 Malibu Hybrid with John Williams. The entire dealership helped to get me into a brand new vehicle....my credit is not that great but that didn't stop these guys. Their positive attitudes and graceful demeanor was very comforting. Although they did get me financed, I would have been satisfied and left on a positive note if financing wasn't an option for me. These guys worked hard for me and didn't pass me around from person to person....I worked with John the entire time to which was great as he and I got along famously. Recommending this dealer and sales team is super easy and have already done so. I am grateful to have been able to purchase a new car and even more grateful for the outstanding personalities at Serpentini Orville. I have read one or two reviews from folks that did not have the experience they had hoped for....I do feel for their situation and will add the folks I worked with (John, Steve, Jason) were very positive, very real, straight shooters, kind, compassionate and cared. If you come in with a positive attitude and smile while maintaining a level head, you're going to leave here with a great vehicle and very satisfied experience. I recommend working with John Williams. I also recommend starting with Kathy Watson in customer service first. She is VERY good at figuring out what you want in a vehicle and is very understanding of any financial situation. She helped to get me started, told me what I needed to bring, gave me the confidence to go after what I wanted and stayed late to greet me. ultimately John Williams finalized my deal for my Malibu Hybrid and I could not be more satisfied with him. he worked long and hard on my behalf....a BIG thank you to John for all of his hard work and time. From the time my wife called to inquire whether a vehicle was still on the lot before we made the trip (she spoke to Floyd and found him to be most helpful), throughout the initial discussions and test drive, and ending with the sales and price negotiation process, Floyd was fantastic and its clear the dealership supports their sales staff. Even the little touches of allowing our dog to come into the showroom, and someone unrelated to the sales process bringing her a bowl of water. This might all seem trite, but its one thing to talk about service to the customer, and another to walk the talk demonstrated through actions big and small. The overall experience was good, sales management provided good documentation for their position on pricing, and worked with Floyd and us to meet our objectives. Regardless of your location, if you find a vehicle at this dealership it will be worth it to pursue.

Was pleased with the staff I spoke to and they did seem to try to be as helpful as they could. Bought a used vehicle and overall am pleased with the vehicle except for a mild lower end tap that was heard prior to test drive with salesman present. Tap went away.. but with the ride home it came back and I continue to hear it as of this time. Zach Bauer was very pleasant to do business with and he showed a lot of charisma and care for me the customer. I would recommend Serpentini Orrville and Zach to anyone who would ask of a promising auto buying experience. Also I am hoping they will reach out regarding the tapping issue with the motor as that is really my only concern. Again they treated me well and I will recommend them to others.

Called to make sure they had a vehicle that I found on internet. Told them I was on my way and was a 2 hour drive for me. Car listed on auto trader and their website for 409995. About an hour into my trip they call and say their website has not been updated and the car was 46000 plus now. That was august price. Still hour later and car is listed at 40995. Not a good way to do business.

I walked around the lot peeking in a few Windows and I wasn't swarmed right away I was given the chance to window shop which was very nice. Then walks out Tyson who was very welcoming and we once again looked at the cars I was looking at and went over a few things about each. I test drove one liked it and tried to get approved for it but it didn't go through right away so we checked out the car I currently bought and let me tell you what the comforting and attention I was given by Tyson was spectacular, I actually felt a bond and connection with him. I have recommended Tyson and serpentini to Over a dozen people since last Thursday... For anyone looking to buy a car I highly recommend serpentini Chevrolet of orrville.

Being out of state customers, from the first phone call to the dealership to picking up our truck it was the absolute best experience we have ever had period! I hate shopping for a vehicle. When walking on a dealers lot I know what I'm looking for. Most sales guys want to sell you a vehicle. Sell you what they want you to buy. But not here. These guys were awesome. I showed Floyd what I wanted we took it for a test drive I loved it but I told Floyd I have to think about it. It was Saturday very close to closing time I told Floyd I will call you Monday. He shook my hand and that was that. On Monday I called Floyd told him let's do this but I couldn't get there until 3 Floyd took my info and when I got there Mark was ready for me Floyd had everything together and I was treated like a king. So thanks to both those guys I will only shop here.

I had identified the vehicle I wanted ahead of time, but I was uncertain as far as what they would give for my trade, and if they would work with me on the price. Floyd was very friendly, stress free, spent extra time showing me features on the car I did not know about. Felt like I had known him for years. I did not feel hassled or pressured in anyway. I was offered a decent trade price, but was able to work out a slightly better number to make sure both sides felt good about the deal. I also had my daughter with me, they were very friendly to her, and recognized I had a time limit. Thanks Floyd for your excellent customer service, you took great care of me and my daughter! We are very pleased with the vehicle, and will definitely keep Serpentini Chevy on our list for our next vehicle!*The only feedback was on how the interest rate was communicated, I was told I would get a great rate, but never really was told a number. I felt a little kept in the dark, I wasn't communicated what rate it was, until I was signing the papers. I understand it only works out to an extra $10-15 a month, but it might help to know up front that number.

Awesome experience!!!I can't express how happy I am!!! We had looked into many places prior, until while listening to the Cavaliers play the finals we heard an ad multiple times for Serpentini of Orrville. After having many problems with my cars in the last year my husband decided,, since Cleveland finally won we should give them a shot maybe it's a good sign. He talked to Kathy Watson who is a lovely lady who understood our situation and gave us nothing but hope over the phone. When we got there on Saturday we had just missed her but was put in great hands. When we met John Conley he made us feel at home. I work with the public so I know all about sales and selling people but I didn't feel like I was being pushed or just a number. Yes they needed a sale but i felt like they were doing everything in their power to help ME not themselves. When you have not so good credit u expect the worst vehicle on the lot to be the one they sell you, not at serpentini when you walk in there they make you feel like that number almost doesn't matter and you CAN get that nice new car. My new motto is "Always Believe".. not only was it the Cavs shirt my husband was wearing when we went but it is exactly how they made me feel. Believing something good was going to happen got me in a 2016. Thank you Kathy Watson, John Conley, and Stephen Fusco for all the work you guys put in for us.

Pat Kaiser is the man to talk to at Serpentini in Orrville, Ohio if you are looking for a vehicle.My husband and I were looking to lease or purchase a Silverado. Of course we wanted to find the best deal so we were looking online and at the dealerships. We were very frustrated while at different dealerships because we could not get a simple question answered on the cost and what deals were available. We were told to check online, so we did, then online we the deals were not available until we sent our information to them. Then once we received a response, we were told someone else would have to get back with us with that information and to go visit the dealership. If was refreshing to meet Pat Kaiser. Pat was the only salesman that gave us the answers to our questions without the run around we experienced from the other dealerships. We realize the need for dealerships to get a potential customers information, but the reason my husband and I wanted to make the deal with Pat was because he treated us like he would like to be treated. We feel we got a good deal and are very happy with our new leased Silverado. We brought the truck in to add mud flaps and the service department took good care of us and completed this quickly. In the last year, 3 other family members have purchased or leased their vehicle from Serpentini in Orrville. That says a lot for this dealership and their sales team! After trying to buy a car from 4 other dealerships, I expected more of the same crap from this one. Well, I left with vehicle I wanted without disappointments. I worked with Jonathon Conley and he listened to my other car buying experiences. I was pretty blunt with him and I he didn't unravel at all. He showed patience and concern. I am a guy who doesn't want to take any prisoners when going to war with a car salesman. He was always composed and neither one of us bled too much from our minor wounds of battle. Kudos to this salesman. He got the job done. I drove an hour and 45 minutes to this dealership. Glad I did.

Left for vacation day after purchased. Checked out air filter and it was filthy, definitely not checked on inspection. No windshield washer fluid and burned out license plate bulb. All things that should have been taken care of during inspection.

I went to serpentini after several bad experiences at other dealers I drove about a hour to get to the dealership. and I could not be happier with the outcome. Tyson was great and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted "even though i was asking a lot" and I would recommend him to anyone. I am now the owner of a 2011 Nissan rogue. Whenever I am in the market for a new car again I will certainly be going back.

Jon Conley was great to deal with. He called and spent time on the phone with me after an initial first visit that did not go very well. He simply asked for a chance to earn my business. As a business owner myself I couldn'the not give him this opportunity. I am glad I did. He listened to why we needed to change vehicles and started the whole.process from scratch. He impressed my husband enough to sit and attempt a deal. (Which is a.small feat in itself). He also put up with our three kids that we had to bring along with us. Thanks so much Jon!!! I needed to replace a car and did not have the luxury of searching over several weeks to find what I wanted at a good price. Fortunately, I saw a couple of cars of interest online and contacted Serpentini of Orrville even though it would be a 50 minute drive. My interest was promptly replied to with a return call and after determining a car was a available, I headed down to take a look. From the moment I was greeting, the folks at this dealer were friendly and low-key. We were satisfied with the condition of the car and made a purchase. John demonstrated how the Onstar and Serpentini app might help us with car maintenance. I was happy to be made aware of additional services/extended warranties but not made to sit through an excessive sales pitch.Good experience!

Over the weekend, my husband and I bought a new car! We just went to "LOOK" and test drive, but ended up going for it. Ray Hawks at Serpentini Orrville was very patient and understanding, as I was (and still am) emotionally attached to my old car which I purchased 12 years ago at this same dealership! I had my eye on the Malibu, I had driven a few times renting for business trips. Ray was very, patient, professional and helpful with making our decision. Mark, their Finance Manager, was very thorough explaining the details and paperwork of the sale. Jason and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite during our visit. I highly recommend Sepertini Chevy Orrville! Matt Matjunas in sales was awesome to work with! He was great at explaining everything and not your typical high pressure car salesman. This is where I bought my pre-owned vehicle. Matt was very helpful. The entire dealership is the nicest I have ever been in. They have a place for the kids to be entertained with a little table, books, toys and the Minnons pictures on the wall along with Elsa. Very clean areas. When I talked to a salesman about the vehicle we were interested in, he set up a test drive right away that fit our schedule. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The vehicle was in excellent condition, and we drove it home the same day. I especially appreciated the assistance I received from the salesman to remove a carseat from our previous vehicle. She is 16 but they treated her with the same respect that they spoke to my husband and I with and made sure she had a very positive experience. They stayed past closing time to wrap everything up and at no point did we feel rushed at all. Contacted almost immediately with good follow-up. The sales representative did a great job of meeting my needs. However, be very, very careful about trade-in! My extensive research vs. their number were about $3500.00 off. My advice is to come to the table with print offs of everything and have your smartphone loaded with evidence! With that being said, I still walked away with a fairly good deal.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased a vehicle online out of state, never had a problem before. I bought a 2009 Dodge Ram for a great price, only to find out after I purchased it that there were thousands of dollars in repairs needed that were not disclosed. I'm in the process or arbitration because they refuse to pay to have my AC fixed. I bought a truck where they failed to tell me had poor alignment, AC didn't work, needed new tires, was not detailed at all, had a tire pressure sensor light on, needed a new drive alternator belt. They said they replaced or resurfaced the front rotors but I was told by a Dodge dealership as well as another mechanic shop this was not true. My truck needed about $2600 in repairs, but what made me most mad was they said the AC worked fine when the truck was shipped to me, but all of a sudden the AC doesn't work as soon as I get the vehicle. The truck also failed to come with a tire changing kit/accessories. I never complain because I'm too busy, but I have called and tried to work this out with the mgr countless times with no luck, so I'm taking the time to voice my great frustration with a company that has sold me a truck with $2600 in problems that were not disclosed fairly to me, otherwise I would have negotiated the price lower or bought another truck elsewhere. Yes they gave me a partial refund of $685, but I was still out over $2000 in repairs. They said they sent me a wheel jack kit and accessories but its been almost 3 months and it still hasn't arrived, and they sold me a truck where the AC didn't work out of the vents in the dash even when they said it did, the tire pressure light is still on, the Dodge dealership still says the rotors need to be re-finished or replaced, the gear shift doesn't light up when you put it in reverse, etc. If you sell a vehicle at a dealership, you should properly disclose to the buyer what works and doesn't work, I'm not asking for much. Either your company has mechanics that cut corners and speed thru evaluations, or your company is dishonest. Either way, I'm still waiting for your company to send me the wheel jack kit like you promised and a check for $670 to fix the AC

My contact person was Kathy Watson and she was very pleasant to speak with. She kept in-touch with me on vehicles that were in inventory and trades coming in for several days and if they were still available. When I arrived, I did not feel like I was being pushed into any deals or purchases as I was just there to test drive. Floyd took me on a test drive and explained the vehicle in depth. After talking about the truck when we got back, he asked if I would be interested in doing a purchase that night. I agreed to see if I would qualify into a good rate at a payment I could afford. My husband convinced me to go to a dealership to look at a car. Right of the bat, we expressed our reason was to test drive a car and talk about the price. We had a set amount to use for a used car, and made an offer. Was disappointed on the fact that the price was only reduced by $150. I wanted to walk away but my husband kept me there and there was no budging with the price. We even said that we could write a check for the price we wanted. We left with no car. A couple days later we got a call back that the price was dropped a little more, still not in our price range. I didn't want to go back to the dealership but my husband once again talked me into getting the car. We went back to the dealership. We ended up paying more than we really wanted. While we were filling out paper work, we were told that the car was being detailed. Car not detailed only washed, antifreeze in washer fluid reservoir. My husband drained and cleaned it. Only one key with the car.

I have never had a better car buying experience before. I decided to try a local dealership, rather than another one, since I live here in Orrville. I bought a car for my son; he was able to witness a great buying experience because of John Williams. I had done my research and had already decided on the possibility of two cars. He lead me to the cars I asked to see and was kind and professional through the entire experience. I have never owned a Chevy before, but I have five children and four more will need cars. I will be taking my business back to them, because there is something to be said for treating a customer well. I'll be back next winter for my next sons car.

The areas covered for sales, customer service, the facilities, and the buying process is of excellent caliber. My wife and I were there for only two to three minutes before a sales person was with us. Matt was very friendly and out going. He bent over backwards to get us a vehicle that fit our needs. The facilities were clean and very convenient for people and the areas were well marked so that you could find your way around. I was riddled with poor experiences when searching for a used Suburban and came upon this dealership offering a Suburban. This is a rather long drive from my house but since we were in the almost nearby area on a flop vehicle showing we decided to stop by. The vehicle had not gone through it's service yet after being accepted in as a trade in however the salesman, Matt, explained this condition as we neared the dealership. There were some minor flaws/repairs and I told him that we had some other vehicles to look into first and left. A week later I contacted him about a second opinion from my wife and decided to take the long drive down. The vehicle cleaned up well and the minor problems had been addressed. We bought the vehicle and drove it home.

I worked with Matt Matjunas and he set a different experience for me at car dealers. He was not pushy and didn't try to force a sale. I stopped by over several lunch breaks and it was an easy experience all around. The only complaint is that they only had one finance guy around and about 4 sales happened on the same day which made my transaction take over 3 hours after coming to a deal on the car.

I started out dealing with matt I am about 2 hours from there dealer ship Matt and I had a few phone conversations about a couple trucks they had I told matt I was paying cash for a truck and wanted to stay close to 20 thousand for a truck. Matt said he had a few we could work with in that price range. So last Friday June 12TH I took the day off work to go to there dealership to see what kind of deal we could do so I called them when they Opened and they said matt was off on Fridays so I ask if they could call him since he is the one I have been talking to on the phone. They put Jason Foy on the line and wanted to know what I wanted Matt for and what I was trying to buy. So I explained to Jason Foy what Matt and I have been talking about and he told me not to come there and waste his time because he would not deal with me on what Matt and I talked about. He was an xxxxxxx and no one should buy anything from Jason Foy and the dealership should fire him for being an xxxxxxx to a customer I will never go there and would not recommend anyone to go there as long as Jason Foy is employed there

(Akron, Barberton, Rittman, Orrville, ect) I finally found a beautiful blue 2011 Chrysler Town & Country on Serpentini's website. It was in my price range and looked nice in the pictures. I sent my husband a text and told him to look it up. When I got home from work that night we decided to go take a look. We got to the dealership right before closing. I just wanted to look at it. Well John Williams came out and asked us what we were looking for and told us all about the van. He even washed it before showing it to us. We took it for a test drive and decided to buy it. By now it was past closing time. I told John we would come back tomorrow but he said it was all right. We went through all the paper work with John and Mark Evans and I left that night with my new van 2 hours after closing. Those gentleman working that evening were just great. People typically tend to write reviews or comments when they have a bad experience, but my experience was so good that I was moved to share it with you. My transaction started at the Strongsville location where I ended up purchasing a 2015 Chevy Sonic to replace my 2013 Chevy Sonic that was unfortunately totaled due to an error on the other partys judgment. We quickly came to an agreement on terms and I had myself a brand new Sonic. I noticed that one of the side panels seemed to have an imperfection in it as I was about to drive off but thought maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me. One of the salesmen could not see it so I drove for home in my new car. After getting home and studying my car thoroughly, I came to realize it was actually a slight dent and wave in the one door panel. After a business trip, I took the car back up to Strongsville and met Bob Serpentini who looked at my car with me and sees the dent in my new car. He knows that I work right across from the Orrville location and makes a call to have my car looked at the next day in Orrville for my convenience. I take my car to Orrville the next day and worked with Tonya to have my panel repaired. Not only did they repair what I saw, but the technician saw another very small ding and fixed it while he was working on my car. Tonya also went above and beyond expectations when she had the body shop go to great lengths to fix a deep scratch on the back trunk lid. All of this was performed in one day and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Bob talked to me about how important his customers are to him and it shows throughout his organization. This is the second car I bought from Serpentini and I will not hesitate to buy future cars from this dealership as well as have my cars serviced at their great service center. Thanks again for such wonderful customer service!

it started with us coming in for service in our 2013 Chevy Cruze. My husband went out into the parking lot to look at a van and ended up looking at a GMC which was nice and would have worked. A Salesman by the name of Craig Bohl Jr came out to help us in our search. We ended up being able to get into a brand new Silverado crew cab! Let me begin by saying that I HATE car shopping! I do not like being hassled by salesman, feeling pushed into cars that I am not interested in and have found that it is difficult to reach a payment that fits into my budget. I do no have amazing credit either, so I was finding myself thinking of "settling' soft a car that fits my budget rather than a car that I love.Now for the good news--Matt and Serpentini Chevrolet defied my previous experience. My husband and I had time to peruse through the lot before we were approached by Matt. I had done some internet research, so I knew the cars on the lot that I was interested in. I was never hassled to try other cars, but Matt offered suggestions based on what I liked and disliked about the cars test-drove, listened and made helpful suggestions, but we did not find what I was looking for. He was not pushy when I did not like a car did not try and force me into a test drive. We were ready to leave and he decided to check through inventory one last time when he found my DREAM CAR. We were able to get payments that fit into our budget and Matt made that process less stressful. Also the extended "gold" warranty helped ease my mind and feel that my purchase is protected to the best of my ability.

We went into showroom 5 minutes before closing time and asked to see a truck, the sales Manager helped us as the Sales staff were all finishing business. He was very informative and honest, got a truck ready for us to test drive and never acted like it was any trouble ( even though they were closed !) It's been 11 years since my wife and I have had to play the "lets buy a car" game. The last time we purchased a car we spent almost a whole day negotiating and painstakingly going through the ever so familiar "let me see what I can do" and the salesperson disappears into that back office. Well at Serpentini of Orrville this wasn't the case. Our salesperson Zach Bauer was great. Friendly, took the time to discuss what we wanted and most importantly no pressure. Within a couple of hours we found the car we wanted, discussed the numbers, which by the way there was full disclosure of the numbers, and drove away. They have a state of the art new facility with a large selection of vehicles. I do recommend Serpentini of Orrville and will likely be shopping there again when it comes time to retire our Accord with 250K miles.

I went to Serpentini Chevrolet to look at a vehicle that I ended up leaving without. My experience was good enough though that I felt I had to leave a review. Floyd Stanard managed to simultaneously balance the professional and personal. He did not pressure me to buy the vehicle I was looking at and allowed me to take it down the road to a mechanic with no questions asked. When it became clear that we were too far apart in price negotiations, he was honest with me and allowed the conversation to proceed without high-pressure tactics. Stephen Fusco was also very personable and I left feeling like these guys cared about me personally rather than just my checkbook. Ray Hawk was easy to talk to and didn't put on the salesman pressure. Bought a Toyota Camry and I love this car. The dealership went out of their way when I left my prescription sunglasses in the car we traded in four days later. They had them for me by the end of the day. Only negative is the music was too loud inside and outside. We had to leave for the test drive in order to hear our salesman talk about the car. It was better the second time we were there.

Ive never visited Serpentini of Orrville until the past week. The dealership is about 45 minute drive from my home in Uniontown, plenty of Chevy Dealers to choose from that are much closer. I was interested in a 2011 Chevy K1500 Pick-Up. I was greeted in a very professinal yet home-town fashion. My salesman was John "H" Williams, he did an outstanding job of helping me select the proper truck. He gave my wife and I a full tour of the dealership introducing me to the GM Jason, also a very friendly and professional team member. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. The dealership had contacted me to schedule the appointment after On-Star had reported I was near end of oil life. The service advisor, Joe, greeted me by name as he always does when I come in. The work was completed quickly and Joe went over the results of their routine checks during checkout. The waiting area is comfortable and always has fresh coffee and snacks to make the wait easier. I used to go to one of those quick oil change places but have found that the dealership is a better value because the price is within $5 of the quick place and they do more thorough checks of the car at the dealership.

I found the team very amicable and knowledgeable. They were very busy during my purchase experience, but gave me all the time I needed and treated me with respect like a close friend. I felt very comfortable. Pricing was aggressive. There was no need to create competition with an alternate dealership. I felt the dealership made a very fair offer from the beginning and the buying process was much, much faster than other new car dealerships. Some dealerships ruin relationships during the negotiating process by consuming your time and trying to manipulate payment terms. This dealership was remarkably different. They were upfront, honest, and very professional. These folks see the purchase from the buyer's perspective. The approach at Serpentini creates confidence and trust for the buyer. The result for me is that I will look to this dealership for my next purchase for both personal and business vehicles.

My experience with Serpentini Orville was extremely poor. So much so, I would never consider purchasing another vehicle from the Serpentini group of dealerships again (I was a returning customer). I called specifically to discuss a used Buick Enclave on the lot. I spoke with the Internet Manager, Kathy. We spent time going over the Carfax report. During the conversation, she was insistent on trying to sell me on the dealership and when I mentioned I had purchased a vehicle from another Serpentini location, she brushed it off by saying that the Orville location is far better than the Tallmadge location. I thought that approach was a little odd but I let it go. Ultimately, I am more interested in the vehicle than the dealership but that didn't seem to matter. During our conversation, I told her I understood that I knew I was looking at a used vehicle but my standards were high when it comes to quality. I was assured that Serpentini wouldn't have such a good rating on DealerRater nor would they be considered for dealership of the year if they didn't have equally high standards. We agreed on an appointment time and I made the 40 mile drive to the dealership. Even though we had an appointment and asked for Kathy, she never took the time to come out an greet me and my family. We took a few minutes to look over the vehicle and it didn't take long to figure our that the Enclave was not in the condition I was assured it was. The lights and the setting sun didn't allow for a very good exterior inspection so another sales person brought the Enclave indoors so we could get a better look at it. I couldn't have been more disappointed. The number of scratches were unacceptable considering the conversation Kathy and I had and the expectations that were set. We never even got into the vehicle to see the interior. We felt it was best to get back in our car and return home. I think everyone just want to be treated with respect, honesty, and integrity. Wasting potential customers time and misrepresenting a vehicles condition is no way to sell cars.

We spent two weeks looking at Civics, Camrys, Accords and CRV's all over the Cleveland/Akron area with some mostly good experiences. Upon visiting Serpentini Chevrolet two times after a day of listening to enough sales pitch's to last a decade, I was so relieved to work with a sales force that were actually pleasant, informative, responsive and especially NOT forceful. Zach and Matt were both very helpful in providing the CarFax info and explaining every detail of the car's history. General Manager Jason Anderson was very personal as well. I must say Eric Johnson took all my nervousness away and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I have been any many dealerships with my sons and have worked with many other salesman but none like Eric Johnson he made me feel so comfortable and made me feel like he really cared about me and my situation and well being. I drove about an hour to this dealership to look at a 2009 Jeep Compass that I was pretty much set on buying after weeks of car shopping. When I got there I found out the car had literally been sold about ten minutes before I arrived. Seeing as this was my first time buying a car and my heart was set on that Jeep, I was really upset. The Sales Manager offered a price match on a 2011 Jeep Patriot because he felt bad that I had missed out on the car I drove out for. When I realized the car did not have power locks, he offered to throw that into the sale as well! He then directed me to Eric Johnson to finalize the sale. Eric was extremely friendly and he really worked with me to get the car and payments into my price range. He seemed to genuinely care about me being able to afford the car as well as making sure I enjoyed the process of buying my first car. He was very good at explaining everything to me in full, which I really appreciated, considering I had never gone through the process of purchasing a car. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to sell me my first car and EVERYONE at the dealership was extremely accommodating and friendly. I love my new Jeep! Eric has already done many follow up calls to make sure everything is going good, and although I am very busy and he often gets my voice-mail, he has still been sure to call frequently to check in and make sure I am happy with my purchase. I am extremely thankful and blessed that Eric Johnson helped me!!! I was way out of my comfort zone when I arrived. Due to major health issues in our family I am now in the position to make all the financial decisions. I wanted to find out what Serpentini's would pay me if I decide to sell our 2010 Cobalt that we purchased from this dealershipbut I would not be purchasing a vehicle so it wouldn't be considered a trade~in. When we walked in to the showroom we were approached and asked if anyone was helping us. I said, "No, not yet". We were directed to take a seat at a table and we were asked if we wanted coffee, etc. Within a minute or two Eric Johnson approached us and took us to his desk. I explained why I had stopped in and Eric said he would be glad to help me and that he would need to have another man take my car for a drive to check it out. Eric kept coming back to me to check on me until he returned with the amount that they felt my car is worth if they were to purchase it. Eric did not pressure me to make a purchase and he was so polite and has a wonderful sense of humor. He helped me feel comfortable even though I was way out of my element! A few months ago I was at the dealership to have our car serviced. At the time I did not know Eric's name but I observed how he treated 4 other customers that were waiting for their vehicles to be serviced and I was more than a little impressed! I was also extremely impressed with how positive he was when he spoke of spending time with his daughter! I left that day still not knowing his namebut I remembered his face and my impression of him as an extremely positive and proud father! So, before I went yesterday, I got online and Googled trying to see if the Orrville Serpentini dealership web site might have "pictures" of the sales people. I did not see any pictures but I read so many positive reviews of an "Eric Johnson". So when I walked in yesterday, I had literally prayed before I drove in that I might be able to have the man help me that I remembered in the service waiting room a few months ago! And I also prayed that the "right person" would help meeven if it meant someone that I did not recognize. Well, I was THRILLED when I saw Eric's familiar face and he introduced himself and said that he was Eric Johnson and he "would take care of me"! And yes, he did just that!!! Unknown to Eric, I had an oncologist's appt. in about 1 hour in a nearby town and I was so glad that this whole process was not slow and drawn out! I was able to arrive at my appointment about 15 min. early. As of this morning Eric followed up with a phone call to ask if I had any other questions and graciously offered to help me in any way that I might need his help anytime in the future. We have purchased several new Chevrolet's from this dealership in the past and when I am in a position to need a new Chevy I will be sure to ask for Eric! There were only 5 stars available for me to give for Eric Johnson's evaluationand I think he is at least a "6 star if not a 10 star!" My experience with the help of Eric Johnson was great! I will suggest Eric to anyone that I know that might be car shopping!

I was shopping for a new company car and visited with Serpentini Chevrolet in Orrville. I can't say enough on how well I was treated and the service I received. Both Ray Hawks and Jonathan Conley helped me find the car I needed. There was absolutely no pressure and they answered all my questions completely. They showed me all the options that was offered and directed me towards the car within my budget. Not once did they ever try and push me into another car that was more expensive than my budget would allow. The staff in general were all very polite and helpful. Not to mention the soft drinks and coffee were bottomless. Even had some sweets to munch on while I was there. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Out of all of the visits to different car lots, and buying experiences. This is the first time I felt at ease with no pressure or sales gimmicks. Eric Johnson listened to my wants, needs, and concerns. He showed me many trucks all of which were related to my wants. He listened to my opinions and in no time I was test driving the truck I purchased. He was very personable and friendly. He did everything he could to get me the best price he could. I agreed to a price and he convinced me to let hime try to lower the payment and price. He actually did lower it. The whole staff including the finance department were very friendly, professional, and all had a great sense of humor. We just purchased a 2008 Chevy Equinox from Eric Johnson at Serpentini Chevrolet. He really worked to get the payments down into our price range, even though it took him three tries! We had a set budget to work with, and the dealership (and Eric) really worked to make this vehicle affordable for us. He showed us every aspect of the vehicle - safety features, dashboard and console features, etc. and helped get the OnStar set up for us. So far, we're loving our Equinox!

After seeing a used car I liked online, I checked Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville website to see if the car was still available. I dropped Kathy (Watson, Customer Care Specialist) an email. She responded very quickly and was very helpful. After a couple of emails we scheduled a visit for the very next day, I rented car and drove up (3hrs drive). The next day we were welcomed by Ray (Hawks, Sales Staff). Ray was great, friendly and professional, answering all of our questions efficiently. He took us for a test drive with the car we wanted, and our decision was made. At the beginning of the day we thought we would get financed through our Credit Union, but Mark (Evans, Finance Services) was able to get us a better rate so we went ahead with the deal. Staff members came over to congratulate us on our new car, which was very nice. Ray let us use their computer to get the paperwork they needed from us, and to activate my insurance. Mark (Evans, Finance Services) took all the time needed to explain to us all the details of the financing plan, and it was a very helpful discussion. Overall, we arrived at 9:30am in a rental car and by 1:30pm we were in our new car! Ray even called Enterprise to pick up our rental car. It was a fantastic experience.

I walked in to get information on a truck that I wanted them to get from another dealer. They didn't want to check to see if it was even still available. They didn't want to give much of any good deals like I could get from a Dodge dealership. They were about $5,000 dollars above what I could get elsewhere and they didn't want to make a deal. After a recent repossession, I am in the market for a car. I read Serpentini's reviews and started looking online at their vehicles, I found a car that I was interested in and I applied for financing online. I was "pre-approved." So after waiting several hours, I asked my dad to go look at the car with me, So we loaded my two month old son up in the car and drove to Orrville. Once we got there, we were met by a salesman (who never gave us his name.) He took us inside so he could "find the car." And he disappeared for almost 10 minutes! Then he shows up and says the car was sold several hours before and he wanted to show me something else. He took us outside and showed me a car that was TWICE the price of the one I was looking for. So after telling how much I wanted to spend, he showed me another car that he said they could "make work." We drove it, and decided it would work, it wasn't exactly what I wanted but it would do. So once he pulled my credit, he came back with pricing options. Come to find out, the car was more than $1500 OVER what I wanted to spend. And the pricing options did NOT work for me. After going back and forth and wasting 3 or more hours at the dealership I left without a car. My dad said he would bet money that they would find something that would work and I would get a call Monday morning. And I did. But come to find out, the car they were trying to sell me was listed for $1500 LESS online. They kept pushing for more money down or a cosigner, after I said multiple times I didn't have either! This would have been the third vehicle purchased by my family from Serpentini in the past 15 years. Needless to say, we will never be back! BUYER BEWARE! They say no pressure, and they are there to help, NO WAY!

I do not even know where to begin! I do not have the best credit, I've had 1 repossession! My husband does not have good credit and due to certain circumstances doesn't have a license but we walked out with a car!! A car that I absolutely LOVE! The day before I was at a car dealership in Dalton. I talked to a guy before I went and he told me my application looked great and to come down and when I went there they didn't even want to work with me. Wouldn't even take a look at my car as a trade in, even though it was junk! So when Kathy called me the next day from Serpentini I really did not want to drive all the way down to Orrville just to be rejected again! But she got all my information, kept calling me back, and made sure it was the real deal before I came in, and even still with the "Your Approved" I did not want to do it bc I thought it was just a hoax! When I arrived at Serpentini I was greeted by the general manager who told me he knew about my situation and said he will do his best to get me in a car and then introduced me to Pete! Pete was wonderful! He helped me every single step of the way, even with my screaming 2 year old right beside me! The customer service was phenomenal! He got my son a coloring book and crayons, that he drew on Pete's desk with, juice boxes, popcorn! And even helped me lower my payment, and down payment to something more affordable for me! Car buying the Serpentini way. After visiting other local dealerships and having some unpleasant experiences, we decided to search the internet for other 2014 Chevy Malibus. We made a quick call and spoke with several people at Serpentini in Orrville. We were very impressed with everyone we spoke with and decided to set-up an appointment with John Williams. When we got to the dealership we were offered popcorn and refreshments. When we first sat down with John, he let us know that he was new to the dealership but we quickly realized that he was not lacking knowledge about GM products. John insisted that we take the car out for a test drive just to confirm that this was the right car for us. When we got back to the office we discussed price and our trade. This process was a very simple, no pressure, and relaxed experience. During the vehicle delivery process we took a tour of the facility and met many of the employees. The Orrville Serpentini is a very new and quite impressive dealership. We would highly recommend both this facility and John Williams to our family and friends. For future purchases we will be starting here.

I'd been searching for a GMC Sierra Pick-Up truck and found a 2008 Sierra at the Serpentini Chevrolet Dealership in Orrville, OH on line. How do start to write a review when you have never went through the Serpentini's dealership. I have never been treated like a valued costomer as I was at this dealership. I really enjoyed looking around the lot for a vehicle (even though I knew what I wanted) and wasn't prayed on like a piece of road kill. When I went inside the first thing they asked is if they could give my wife and I a cold beverage. Now how many times is that approached used these days. I want to talk about three individuals Salesman Jonathan Conley, Sales Manager Stephen Fusco, Financial closer Mark. When introduced to Jonathan he was very personable type, he asked several question about what I was looking for and why that vehicle. After test driving the vehicle I knew this was the one. Now being a customer that did his home work before coming to this dealership I was ready to deal. Did you know that the Serpentini's dealership is in the Top 3 for Custom Service Department and Customer Satisfaction according to the Better Business Bureau. I did go to two other dealerships but wasn't treated like I was treated here. So the BBB of Ohio gave this dealership the marks they deserved. Also before you come to this dealership and you are a Military Member go to GM website to get your discount you deserve. You will need to print out your certified certificate to receive the discount. Now Iam ready to deal. I already a payment figure in my head so I was going from there. Stephan and I went back in forth several times. We had a great customer/ sales managers battle. When finally agreed on the price we both admitted we where exhausted and went outside and laughed and talked for awhile knowing that we both enjoyed the experience . I would not have battled over the price if I would have known that with my Military discount you received that vehicle at suppliers cost so really there is not to much room for dealing, After the purchase I was taken on the tour of there service department notice how clean and personable everyone was at this dealership. Now Mark the financial guy was so professional and so deliberate making sure we understood all of the vehicle warranties and explained other services like extended vehicle and Serpentini's Extended Maintenance Program also the Insurance Gap Protection. He was really patient while we made up our minds about these programs. Last comment about this dealership. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle and don't stop here to give them a chance to fill your needs for a vehicle. Bought a car from this dealership and was told it is a good solid car and in as little as 2 years it has completely fallen apart. Went to a mechanic for general work and he said that the front bushing came loose and rubbed a hole in my sub frame. Went back to Serpentini and showed them the problem they sent it to their service tech and he came back with a list of stuff costing me $484 in work. Went to pick up the car and the sub frame was still cracked got an "oops we missed it" attitude. After a couple of hours of arguing over how did this happen they came back with another $505 quote to fix the problem they missed in the first place. I knew that when I saw the sub frame not fixed I would end up having to pay out the wazoo for the fix. Asked to speak with Bob Serpentini and was basically told I was not allowed. What kind of company screws up and makes the customer pay for their screw up? Serpentini Chevrolet that is who.

We recently traded in our 2007 Silverado Truck for a 2014 Chevy Cruze. This is our third new vehicle purchased from Serpentini in Orrville with the help-guidance from Serpentini Sales Associate Ray Hawk. Ray can always be depended on to provide excellent customer service, from suggesting the best vehicle "fit" for our present needs to coordinating financing with Jason in Serpentini Finance Dept. (who also continued the excellent service Ray began that day) It is interesting to note that we checked out Progressive Cheverolet in Massillon first since they are located five minutes away from our home. It was soon obvious the drive to Orrville would again be worth it since Progressive was very objectionable to deal with to say the least. Not a good experience overall there. We were also very impressed with Serpentini's new buildings, service department and general overall staff of employees that we will be dealing with as we maintain our car's servicing. We look forward to being on Joe's service team for oil changes, and of course the free car washes available ! Looking for a Chevrolet Traverse on line and found several listed at Serpentini at discount. I traveled 20 scenic miles there from Copley Ohio to Orrville home of Smucker's products. The new dealership was modern in design and spotless with a comfortable waiting room with complimentary snacks and drinks. I was greeted at the door and linked to Matt, a courteous and attentive skilled salesman. He listened to my vehicle needs, did not try to make me consider more expensive options and presented my estimation of the value of my trade in vehicle to a business associate who came to his desk and conveyed my offer to "the decision maker". After several round trips we came to an agreement about trade value and balance due. I was given a tour of the agency and introduced to the parts manager. After meeting with the financial officer and completing the paper work I was scheduled for an appointment for a detailed review of the mechanics of the Traverse where Matt programmed our two phones into the system. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and friendly. The staff went out of their way to assure that I was completely satisfied with the vehicle and the options that I needed for towing. Though there is a Chevrolet dealer nearer to my home I plan to have the Traverse serviced at Orrville as a result of my pleasant experiences there.

My Wife and I were looking for a used truck to pull a travel trailer. She saw a 2008 Dodge Ram SXT advertised online at Serpentinin Chevrolet Buick of Orrville. We traveled there and looked around the lot for it when Zach Bauer approached us and introduced himself. We asked about the truck and he was surprised to hear that we responded so quickly since it only just had been placed online. He said yes the truck was only now getting cleaned and he would bring it right out. He went over the truck in detail showing us every feature and explaining its capabilities. His knowledge about the truck was a good selling point. We took a nice test drive through town and we were hooked.We sat down with Zach and went over the price of the truck and its history. It had a clean Carfax and it was easy to see that the truck was well cared for by its previous owner. We went over the selling price of the truck and though there wasn't much wiggle room Zach did his best to help us out to reach a price that worked for both sides of the table.Through the whole experience Zach was courteous and professional. He did not use any high pressure tactics. His humor and quiet demeanor were genuine. We felt at ease with him.While waiting for the paper work to be finalized we met Stephen Fusco the Sales Manager who made us feel welcome to Sepentin's and wanted us to feel comfortable while there.Zach showed us around the Serpentini facility and while looking around he displayed a sense of pride about the place.All-in-all our experience at Serpentini Chevrolet Buick of Orrville was a great one.

My Husband and I are currently going through a tough financial situation and we needed to find a new reliable vehicle. Just in the past week we had been to two other dealerships who were unprofessional and acted like they could have cared less for our business. From the minute I phoned Serpentini until the process of purchase they were nothing but professional and caring. The minute we walked in the door we were waited on offered beverages. We were welcomed by a clean, friendly atmosphere. We initially waited for Matt and when he knew his current deal was taking longer someone took the time to explain to us why and introduced us to Zachary who was so incredibly friendly and personable, before we even took the car for a test drive he ran it though the car wash. He allowed us to take the car for a lengthy test drive with no harassing sales pitch, just the facts. When we got back and were waiting on financing he showed us the service bays which were incredible and so clean. They also have so may amenities such as free drinks and snacks while waiting. When we wrapped up the deal we were taken to Jason for financing who clearly explained everything. I am so pleased, God definitely showed us that there are still really great people in the world. My salesperson at Serpentini's Chevy was Eric Johnson. Although this was the first time I purchased a car on my own, I have accompanied my former husband on multiple occasions. This,by far, was the smoothest experience! That was due to Eric. I can't say enough good things about him. There were some issues with financing,(not due to Eric) that made the time spent at the dealers quite long but Eric made the time go by faster. He kept checking with the finance man to see how things were going. He kept me updated on the progress. He has such a likeable personality that I can't imagine anyone not getting along with him. When I first pulled into Serpentini of Orrville, there was a young guy walking on the lot. He smiled and I went on to look at a couple of cars. When I decided that I would like to test drive one of the cars, I hunted for a salesman. As I drove the short distance, there was this guy again and he smiled. I asked him if he was a salesman and he said, "Yes, how can I help you?" I test drove what was to become my "new" vehicle to me and I really enjoyed my conversation with Brandon McKee! He made me feel comfortable, showed me the new facility, and introduced me to the manager and other employees. There was never a time I felt pressured. I found the vehicle I was looking for online thru this site and spoke with John Williams on the phone about it. He was very friendly and helpful and as a new salesperson was very willing to track down any information that he didn't know. We live a couple hours from the dealership so we didn't want to make a bunch of trips to get the sale completed; we were able to do it in two visits. John took us on an extensive tour of the dealership and explained the service process and he worked really hard to make sure we were happy with the entire process. I just bought a 2014 Equinox from Serpentini Chevrolet Orrville and I love it. The service and professionalism that was provided was the best. I had my mind set on buying a Ford Escape Titanium but I was given the chance to drive the Equinox, right after I test drove the Escape and that is what sealed the deal for me. This is the 3rd car that I have bought from Serpentini Chevrolet Orrville and I was totally satisfied with all of them. I would suggest that anyone looking for a car in the area, to go to Serpentini Orrville and see what Jim and Pete can do for you. I have always bought my vehicles from private sellers so I was a little apprehensive to buy from a dealership. I have to say that I was completely impressed with the service I received. Eric Johnson was very professional and made the buying experience very painless. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing, a 2011 Buick Regal and made sure to explain all of the options and details of the vehicle. Eric followed up with me multiple times after my purchase to make sure I was happy and understood how to use all my new "bells and whistles." I went to multiple dealerships looking to purchase a slightly used silverado, with being only nine-teen, i was ignored, and wasn't treated well. At a particular dealership ready to buy a truck, with cash in hand, that i was interested in for more than a hour i stood waiting before a sales man talked to me, and i left because of it. My wife and I had went to serpentine for the first time ever a few months ago only because they had the only chevy equinox that we wanted in the right color and price from all other surrounding dealers. We approached with caution only going from all the other run arounds we have had at your typical dealerships. What we found was far far from that. Right away these guys great you like your have been friends or family for years. We can honestly say we have never been so comfortable while buying a car. Right away our salesmen Ray and Johnathan got right to work on finding out what we wanted, and what kind of payment we wanted. The next thing we noticed was how honest and straight forward they are. I went to Serpentini to look at a vehicle I had seen on-line. I met Jim Geig that day. He was very helpful and friendly. He didn't try to push me to buy a vehicle I didn't want or couldn't afford. He listened to what I had to say about my reasons for the type of vehicle I was interested in. After we took the Expedition for a test drive, I purchased it. I couldn't take it with me that day as I had to secure a ride to go pick it up. Jim was great with working with me on this. And when he said he was going to call me about something, he did. While waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up, I was shown around the dealership and introduced to key people in service, etc. When the papers were ready, I met Jason Foy. He is very organized and also friendly. It was a pleasure to have worked with these two in making my purchase. Overall, I never felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. I recently purchased my Chevy Cruze Turbo Diesel from Eric Johnson he was a very intelligent salesman. He knew allot about the vehicle and was very willing and able to answer any of my questions and he has followed through with his sale making sure I know of the cars features, is running well etc. The finance department was very helpful and no one was pushy which is a nice change. I feel like when you go to someone in Akron or Canton it seems like everyone is trying to get you to buy right away because they are afraid you might end up going to someone else. I've tried to do business with a number of local dealerships, but this was by far the easiest. I found my vehicle at their lot on an online website, and I went in to take a look at it. Brandon McKee was the salesperson, and he explained everything about this vehicle to me, from the features to the warranty info. I bought the car that same day. I left feeling satisfied that the price I paid for the vehicle was fair to myself and to the dealership. In my opinion, we both won that day, and from my experience that's a rare occurrence at a car dealership.

We had our last Malibu over 12 years and loved it so much that we wanted a new one. They are great cars and Serpentini in Orrville carries a large selection of them. They had the one with the options and color we were looking for. Floyd was our sales consultant. I have to say buying a new car today is a tough choice with all the choices and new technology built into them and his knowledge was very helpful to us. We felt very comfortable talking with him. He answered all our questions honestly and without any pressure at all. We really appreciated that. Floyd also took the time to show us and make sure that we were comfortable with all the features of our new Malibu when we returned to pick it up. If anyone is looking for a car or truck I would highly recommend him, he knows his stuff. I also want to add that we met the GM Jason Anderson. He was there to make sure everything went smooth, which it did. Just more proof that these people are interested in taking care of their customers. All of this added up to our feeling of confidence and a total great experience that we had with getting a new car. I was amazed at the sales volume they do so I guess a lot of people have figured out that you don't have to go to a big city to get an exceptional deal. I was at Serpentini to check out a vehicle after I looked online. I contacted Jonathan by phone and we set up a time.. When I went there in person I was greeted very promptly and with a smile from everyone. Before we got started I was offered something to drink. When it came down to it the vehicle I was looking at was not in my price range but Jonathan really worked with me and finally got something for me to agree to. As it was late on Saturday I was told to come back on Monday and we would get everything finalized. I did as I was told and again I was given a very friendly welcome. I then got into see Mark and he was just as welcoming as the rest. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this dealership and these 2 people mentioned. This guy is one of the most kind hearted guys I've ever met! I had found a used ford focus on the website and Pete sent me photos of it and I decided I really wanted to go test drive it. I got the the dealership at around 10 in the morning went and test drove the car and it was exactly what I wanted my favorite color and low miles the whole package. The problem I ran into was I didn't have a cosigner with credit. Pete tried everything to get me into that ford but the bank just didn't like it for some reason and wouldn't give a loan without a cosigner for it. Pete told me to hold on just a sec and came back and said he had something for me to look at. Here it was a 2011 Chevy cruze, MY DREAM CAR! The bank let me get a loan for it and I couldn't hardly believe it. I was in shock to have my dream car. I ended up being at the dealership for about 9 hours but it was all worth it because Pete made feel right at home and I got into my dream car. Thanks so much Pete you're awesome!

I worked with Pete for about 3 months on finding the right car for me. I walked out on him at least 10 times, but he was in contact with me the whole 3 months with great customer service. I was referred to Serpentini Orrville, and more specifically to Eric Johnson, by my sister. I am definately glad I decided to follow her referral. Eric was super friendly and very helpful. I told him my budget and the kind of car I was looking for and he made it happen. He answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Jason Foy was also very helpful with the finance part of it. He got my payment down to what I asked for and was very professional. I am beyond happy with my 09 Pontiac Vibe. Anyone in need of being saved from the cold or in need of a vehicle, ask for, Pete Grieco, at the Serpentini dealership in Orrville, Ohio. This is what he did for me. I was locked out of my house, in the cold, and no transportation. This gentleman, Pete, was going to meet me later about a car but when he was told of my situation, he came to pick me up to get me out of the cold. I don't know if any other Sales Consultants do this but I was thankful and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Then he had to help other people so this gentleman, Jonathan Conley, took over. He's a very easy-going kind of guy and very pleasant to talk with. Both men were extremely helpful and knowledgeable,Needless to say, I left tht day with a new, used car and very, very happy. Nice to have met them and work with them. Courtesy goes a long way when they make one feel important. I have made new friends in the Showroom and met others in the Service Department, as well. Let me first start by saying that this was a fantastic car buying experience. I had been looking for a Pre-owned winter vehicle for a little over a month, when I sent my cars.com inquiry to Serpentini. I must also say that i am a very particular customer and know exactly what i wanted in the car i was searching for. i was contacted by Brandon McKee from Serpentini, who throughout the whole purchase process did a world class job. Brandon provided everything i had asked for prior to my visit since it was over an hour drive for me. He provided me an accurate description of the car. He also provided me the copy of the service inspection that i had requested, and even went as far as to have their mechanic visually inspect the brake line condition prior to my arrival ( like i said i am particular when it comes to cars. ). From beginning to end this was an easy hassle free process, and could not have been a better car buying experience. I am a very customer orientated person and Brandon along with the rest of his colleges have certainly made a customer out of me.

I went to the dealership because I had a problem because my present car was costing to much to get fix all the time and I had no more money to keep it and with Jonathon's he;p, I was able to purchase a better car for only a few more dollars a month. He also helped me get a free month without a payment dued so I was able to take this money and pay off 6 bills that were small amounts but add up alot each month. My old car was a 2001 and I was able to upgrade my new car to a 2008 for only for a few more dollars a month. With this newer car, I feel safer and less worried that I am going to break down and have no money to fix the car. I purchased a 2013 Traverse from Serpentini Orrville, Oh, in August 2013. I worked with Jonathan and Stephen. I wanted a specific color and interior combination. They had it out as a demo. It was the vehicle that I wanted and they did everything to make sure that I was able to purchase that vehicle. Totally misled by online purchase at Autotrader.com. Dealer said truck was from Virginia, actually New Hampshire. Had I been told where the truck actually was from, wouldn't have even considered it. I was told the truck was in good shape. Once I had a chance to look under it I found the undercarriage, brake lines, fuel lines, body mounts, everything horribly rusted. Many of the bolts are rusted to the point there are no threads visible. From the over spray on the windows, it appears to have been repainted or at least had minor painting done. I fell the dealer was less than truthful with me. I'm sure the salesman only repeated what he had been told about the vehicle, but someone knew the facts about this truck. I made it clear when I bought it that I was shopping for the last Chevy I would ever own. Now I'm stuck with what will be a repairs nightmare. I've been a loyal Chevy driver since I was 19. This has left such a negative impact, this will be my last Chevrolet.

From the very beginning Jim answered all my questions and if he was unable to he went to the right person and got right back to me. Everything I ask was done right away ( putting the vehicle on a lift so I could see the under body, sending additional pictures and working with the shipping company on pricing and delivery ) After both sides arrived at a price, I inquired about undercoating. Before I knew it I received a call from Joe the body shop manager who proceeded to answer all my questions, gave me a price and said they would star work on the vehicle Monday. Everyone that I have had an opportunity to speak with at Serpentini have been polite, courteous and very helpful. But here is the most unbelievable thing of all. When I ask how they wanted payment, their response was, "a personal check would do" Most dealerships I have dealt with in the past conducted an FBI background check and held your first child until they received their $$$ HATS OFF TO SERPENTINI

Bought the truck I had been looking for online from Serpentini Chevrolet. My salesman Brandon McKee was the main reason the deal went thru. As it was an online purchase Brandon was more than willing to take the time to personally go thru the vehicle in detail for me inside, outside, underneath, even going thru the glove box for me to assure the owners manual was included. I went to Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville looking at a couple specific Chevy Cruze's. I live about an hour or hour and fifteen minutes away so I was definitely looking at a few different specific cars. I was sort of dreading the experience but Eric Johnson made it as great as it could possibly be and made me feel really comfortable and seemed to really care about us specifically and try to help as much as possible. I bought a different Cruze than I was originally looking at but something that was more in my budget and that I also liked alot. Every one there was nice and the salesman who sold me my car, Ray, was not pushy like many other sales people are. He took the time to show me what he knew about the car I was interested in rather than just trying to get me out of there in a new car ASAP. I was following the type of vehicle I was interested in online and Serpeniti in Orrville had two vehicles that I was interested in, I ended up getting a black 2008 Chevy Cobalt which I love. Had a few issues, one is on order (steering wheel has a chunk out of it), I kept getting a warning light for a tire monitor censor and I did not receive a keyless remote for the car. I made an appointment, the service center replaced the tire censor and I received a new remote all under 30 minutes and all for free, no hassles, nothing. Everyone I have dealt with has been very nice, hospitable, and even the whole car buying ordeal was not anywhere near like I have had to deal with in the past. Alot of push pull, frustration and ending up paying a whole lot more than what I could actually afford. It was a very good experience and would not hesitate to return there for my next car.

My boyfriend and I went to many dealerships on our search for my new car. We ran in to quite a few "shady" dealerships. Serpentini was definitely not one of them. Eric Johnson was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that he was understanding rather than pushy. The finance manager was also very nice. I don't recall his name but he did a great job on our loan and got our payments down to a very reasonable amount. I am very happy with the car and very happy with the dealership!

WOW... What an experience. I filled out an online credit app. I was called shortly after by Zach. We talked for a few then I agread to meet with him the next day after I got off work. I did go out the next day. I met Zach for the first time. I told him who I was and we started talking about what I was looking for. He treated me like a person not like a number. I had been to a few different dealership's in a couple weeks prior to this and got treated like a number and since I didn't have perfect credit, they didn't want to do anything for me. Zach sat down with me and we went over different options. Zach was very professional and friendly. Zach and the finance department did everything they could to get me into a different vehicle than I was driving. Zach was awesome. The dealership was suppose to close at 6pm that Friday but Zach stayed and worked with me. I can honestly say at 730 pm when I left, I left with a new car. My experience was great with Eric. I went in looking at a used silverado in which he told me the entire truth about the vehical, in which I decided it was not the vehical for me. He asked me why I was looking at used rather then new. I explained that no dealer so far was able to get my payment where I needed it. without hesitation he said , "I'm not going to play the 'usual' games." And within 15 minutes he had exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. No hassle! Serpentini Chevrolet of Orrville provided a wonderful experience. My husband and I recently bought a 2008 Mercury Mariner from Eric Johnson. Eric was well informed of the vehicle and provided a fun, comfortable experience-with no pressure to buy. Prior to buying it, we noticed a stratch on the side. Eric took care of it by having Serpentini do the body work to repair it along with some touch up work around the rims where it had rusted. It was done within 2 days. Eric has called me quite a few times since to make sure I am still loving my vehicle. I am! Serpentini was all around a wonderful dealership to work with and I would recommend going there to look for your car.

I was very impressed with my experience overall. My husband and I spent many hours and weeks looking at cars for sale and meeting many different sales people. Sadly, there were very few that we would actually do business with. Then we met Pete from Serpentini in Orrville. Professional, friendly, and honest are just a few words that come to mind. His priority was us finding the car we needed and being satisfied, not him getting a sale. His interaction with coworkers and other customers was positive and friendly. We met others at the dealership also who were friendly and didn't act as if you were invisible just because you already had a salesperson. The car we bought was used but feels and looks like a new car (one of the cleanest I've ever bought). They set the bar of excellence high. We are Ford people who buy Ford products whenever possible, especially new. However, next time I am in the market for a new car I would definitely consider Serpentini of Orrville for my purchase. I gave the rating because this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. We had visited several that day and saved Serpentini for last because it was so far away. One of the reasons we chose to visit this dealership was because we know Orrville is a small town and hoped for the "small town experience." After a somewhat frustrating day at the big box dealerships we arrived at Serpentini Chevrolet. Zach Bauer greeted us on the lot with a smile and a handshake (by the way, the other dealerships made us wait to talk to their sales staff). Chris Atkins came over and greeted us while in the dealership working with Zach. He was just as pleasant and friendly. It was apparent that all staff present in the office on Saturday enjoyed their jobs. Everyone had a smile and had a friendly demeanor to all customers present. I bought my car that day. I worked with Mark Evans who was equally as pleasant as Zach and Chris. He took the time to explain all the financial paperwork. He treated us like a friend he had known for years. I walked out of the dealership with keys in hand and confident that I received not only the best deal possible but the best customer service ever! I mainly worked with Steve while i was there, He was amazing to deal with! I have a one year old who is sometimes very loud and energetic, to say the least, and Steve was extremely patient with me and my child. He did his best to get me the best price that he was able to get for me, which i appreciate very much. While the price isn't exactly what i was looking for, Steve still took the extra time to make sure that my "new to me" minivan was nice and sparkly when i drove off the lot! He even held my little guy so i could strap down the car seat. He was truly a gem to deal with! Another guy that briefly helped out was Jason Anderson, he was also someone who made my experience very enjoyable. When he noticed that i was at my breaking point with a screaming child, he was very sympathetic & kind, making sure we had snacks and drinks to entertain my very unhappy toddler! I had no clue that he was the general manager, which impressed me even more, that is the kind of leadership that you definitely need to run a business! While i wish i didn't have any complaints, I do have one, The was a sales manager there, Chris, that kind of needs a bit of an attitude adjustment. He started out friendly, but when i questioned the price and that the van i wanted didn't come with a DVD Player, which the Serpentini website and too other sites stated it did, he got a piss poor attitude and then tried to tell me that not only did the van not have the DVD player like it stated, but he magically raised the price in the 30 min that it took me to drive to the dealership from my home. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me, luckily i did my research and i had an amazing sales consultant looking after me.Aside from one person with an attitude problem, Everyone else was really genuine and personable. I had to go back a second time today to finish stuff up and a lot of the staff surprisingly remembered us and were so friendly and welcomed us back again. So, thank you again Steve for the great experience, but also for shinning up my beautiful Mommy Mobile!

I was on a tight budget and went to test drive a 12 Sonic, before making a deal Steve, said in a few years you would not like this car. He showed me the 11 Cruze and came down enough so the payments, rate would be the same as the Cruze. I got the car I really wanted and stayed within my budget!

And after some "good old fashioned leg work",he was able to find us the exact car we were looking for,(her color and my 4 wheel disc brakes),at a very competitive price. We're very pleased with how Floyd worked with us and for us to find the vehicle we wanted, my wife "l-l-oves" her new car. We received great value on our trade and when we we're closing the deal, Mark Evans helped us verify and receive a "vehicle manufacturer's incentive" we weren't sure we were eligible for. My Mother is 89 years old. Her Buick Park Avenue of 24 years finally died. I cannot tell you how much I dreaded having to help her buy a new car. She is unusually outspoken and definitely not a timid old lady. Nothing and nobody are good anymore, especially cars and salesmen. She wanted to go to Serpentini because she thought she could afford a Buick. She couldn't (once we looked at the prices). Ray was the first person they sent us to when we went inside the sales office. He entered the lions den with no fear and came out nearly unscathed. I've never seen ANYONE handle my Mom like that. I mean, she was nearly docile by the end of it. He listened to what she wanted, went and got her a Chevy Cruz (now, I would say $18,000 for the bottom line one is a BIT steep but luckily she didn't think so), she test drove it and bought it. He worked through all the details with her and has already gone far and above what he should have as a salesman. He has also asked her to call him when she gets her title in the mail, and other matters so he can help her. Luckily, he knew our family and an 87 year old man my Mom knew walked in (getting his free weekly car wash) and put in a good word for Ray so it was all downhill from there. I've never been so relieved in my life. Only thing to worry about now is her remembering what all the "gadgets" are for on the dash and remote door opener (she never had one of those before). I'm sure he will be happy to help her with any questions. Like I said, he was MORE than great and YOU NEED TO GIVE HIM A HUGE RAISE RIGHT AWAY. Not kidding.

I had missed the salesperson I had scheduled to meet but one of the other salespersons contacted Jason and he was there in seconds. I never felt like I was being pressured or rushed. I appreciated the service from Stephen Fusco, and Ray Hawk. Thanks Stephen for going the extra step to explain the bluetooth capabilities and OnStar. If this were not have explained I would most likely not be using it at this present time. And thank you Ray Hawk for your work and time to help us capture the best price. The moment we walked in to the present my husband and I have been treated royally at Serpentini. Pete was very helpful, friendly, and reasonable. Pete knew all about the models we were considering and answered all our questions. The staff at Serpentini went above and beyond in friendliness to us and seeing that we are satisfied. We were able to purchase our new Cruze with confidence that their service will be second to none.

There are car dealerships and there are car dealerships. Some people will do anything they can to get a sale, while others genuinely care about the quality of the product you're purchasing and service provided to get you to that purchase. Serpentini of Orrville is definitely the latter. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, as if my concerns, both about product and cost, were being considered. I never felt pushed and instead, I felt that the dealership went out of its way to accommodate my needs. I couldn't be happier with my new car and I must recommend that if ANYONE is looking to purchase or lease a car, new or used, Serpentini in Orrville is the only dealership to consider. They have my business for life and I cannot recommend them any higher.

Everyone at The Orrville Store are super friedly and respectful and treat you as family.They are very helpful,kind,and go out of their way to help you. Eric , Joe F. and Joe P. the guys that helped me were great.
