I take all my vehicles to Sawyers service department. They have fantastic customer service. I usually deal with Dan, he always calls let me know what's going on with my vehicles and usually they are done before his estimated time. Dan's customer service is one of the best around and he is a big reason why I keep coming back.

One of the best car buying experiences I've had! A few days ago we stopped into a rival Chevy dealership on the South side of Lansing. After 20-25 minutes of roaming the lot and receiving ZERO service, my Husband and I left without any information. The next day (Friday) we stopped at Sawyers and were warmly greeted by Jeff. He answered all our questions and was highly knowledgeable about the 2021 Traverses. Today (Saturday) we drove my new Traverse out of the lot and home!! Thank you Jeff Johnson for everything! I enjoyed signing up for my routine oil change service using e-mail this time for the first time. It was easy. Enjoyed working with Dan when I got to the dealership. I waited for the vehicle to be done and the receptionist saw me waiting and came over to say hello and we had a nice conversation. Pleasant, no-hassle experience all the way around. :-)

I appreciated the fact that there was no 'high pressure' sales techniques applied. I also appreciate not being ignored. I've dealt with both in the past and have not been back to those dealerships. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll never have to worry about whether or not people will be coming through your doors. Everything went well. It was a factory recall for seatbelts. The repair was done quickly and to GM specifications. That is the second time I have brought my Malibu in for factory recall work. No problem.

When i called Anita with my battery concerns i was happy that she was able to schedule me in first thing the next morning to check this out. Knowing how some service departments schedule work flow and because I live 25 miles from the dealership I had planed to wait all day for this to be taken care of. To my surprise in less than an hour Anita was calling (I was having breakfast across street) to let me know my car was repaired and my battery was covered under factory warranty. Thank you for understanding my predicament and giving me FAST & CARING service.

My battery needed to be jumped for the 2nd time in 12 days on Wednesday night. Thursday morning it would barely start. I had to drive 92 miles to my job to give 3 exams and had to be there in 3 hours. I drove straight to Sawyers. Despite no appointment, Sawyers got my car right onto the battery tester, confirmed it was bad, sold me a replacement, installed it, and had me on my way. I made it to work with 45 minutes to spare. Very grateful for such great service :)

Trying to shop for a new vehicle that can accommodate a family of six is never a fun time, and yet that was the experience we had with John Turner. His sense of humor, and his easy going personality made what is usually a stressful time, a very pleasant experience. We came away with a wonderful vehicle, and a lot of laughter! I have been coming to Sawyers for many years & bought my 2003 Impala there 12 years ago because of the excellent service & friendly employees. I always have Ken Potts work on my car & schedule through Casey & couldn't be more pleased. However, the Multi-Point Inspection print out is useless & I meant to come in to discuss it with you. It is not in color as the old one was & it is impossible to distinguish between green, yellow & red. I have no idea what was inspected & what the results were. Great people who all were very friendly and easy to work with! I had an issue with the XM radio a week after I purchased the vehicle. I called Jerry Miller, who was on vacation, but did not leave a message. He took it upon himself after seeing a missed call from me to call back. He was very helpful! Going even further above and beyond, he called back about 15 minutes later to make sure the problem was resolved- he was wonderful!!!

they got the 3 recalls on truck done. but GM didn't tell me about the first 2. Sawayers told me about them on first oil change. then had to make appointment to have it done. GM told me about 3rd recall. hope this takes care of all problems. Its a Great Truck they made in Flint Michigan.

The only issue i have with your dealership is the email response, i appreciated the email reminder that service was due, the email gave an option to set up service by clicking on link, three times i tried this with no results or responses over a period of 4 days.

My service was done well and done extremely quickly. In the past, when dealing with other Chevy dealerships, the number one complaint I had was how long basic services like oil changes took. Not the case here. I was in and out super quickly! I'm very happy.

Experience was great from the moment I requested a quote online. Salesperson was not pushy or persuasive when getting me to come out for a test drive, nor after the test drive after I had already gotten to experience the car. The salesman also let me figure out when I was ready to purchase on my own time and was very helpful. I didn't feel like at any time I was being pushed into buying a car, and the salesperson made sure that it was my choice and exactly what I wanted. Not to mention, he helped me get a great deal on my trade-in, which I was not expecting. All-in-all, I was given a great price and excellent service. Beyond and above my expectations.

I had been looking for a car for a long time; I eventually decided on going through another dealership (Sundance, in Grand Ledge to be specific). They had a car I wanted so I put a down a down payment and came back to pick it up the next week (something they said would be okay)....I got there and they had sold it. I then found out about Sawyers and paid them a visit. They honestly have the nicest car salesmen I've ever met. They answered all of my questions and then some. I found a car I loved there, but told them it would be a couple days before I could get it. Not only did they hold the car, but they also reduced the price by quite a bit so it would fit my loan agreement and they gave me an even longer warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend this place

they checked car over and found we had bad wipers. they call and I ok it to be replaced. I know the wipers were bad when I took it in for tires and oil changes but I need to see if they were checking the car over or not and they did a good job. they reset oil life and pressure in tires. job will done. and I thank them.

I just had an oil change and cabin filter replaced. I really like dealing with Sawyers; the people are friendly and the service is good. After I left the dealership yesterday (Mar 14th) I had to return because the technician had forgotten to put an oil sticker reminder on my windshield. At my prior oil change the technician had forgotten to check the tire pressure and and I returned to have the pressure brought back to specs. These are minor points, but still it's good to keep the service as good as possible.

Made an appointment and my truck was serviced on time and at the rate I was quoted. I have all of my vehicles serviced at Sawyers and I will return for both service and sales in the future. Highly recommend the Dealership.

Casey in service was so helpful. The issue I had with my car ended up being difficult and expensive. Casey took it upon himself to contact GM and ask for their help in providing payment for the expensive repair since my car wasn't that far out of warranty. GM agreed and it was such a financial relief. I appreciate everything he and his staff did for me.

There seems to be an issue with using the online scheduler. I've used it 5 times and twice I've shown up and not been on the schedule. I am very busy and love the online option, just wish it was monitored better.

Casey and Robert bent over backwards to help us diagnosis the problem with our Equinox and get it repaired as quickly as they could. Having it covered under warranty was an added bonus. They have consistently been outstanding to work with.

I had a very bad experience at Sawyers about 4 years ago. I swore I would never go back; however, you had the exact car I was looking for this time around. I ended up buying the car from Bill Hallenbeck who I had bought a TrailBlazer from 11 years earlier. My "Excellent" and "Extremely Likely" are ratings for Bill. I would not buy a car from anyone else. He is very straight forward, all the figures are in front of you, and no pressure. Plus, even though I am a female, he did not treat me like an idiot. I would recommend him to anyone.

Your service personnel were polite explained everything they were doing. only thing I am unhappy about is a damaged seal at the rear window that I was told would be taken care of when I purchased the car and now I am told that it is not covered by warranty.

i came in to schedule an appointment to have recalled engine reprogramming done, had to wait for the financial person to arrive and they originally set appointment for 2 days later but were able to squeeze me in and completed it while i waited

Everything seemed to be done properly. The guy who took my call (Brandon) was very respectful. Robert who took my follow up call is always friendly and helpful. Even the gentleman who drove tge courtesy car was polite and made the ride very enjoyable. The day I picked up my Cruze was a completely different experience. I was treated very rudely by Kasey, I asked simple questions and was treated like I was wasting his time and that I was stupid. I've never been happy with the way Kasey treats me. He is very rude and unapproachable. I honestly cringe when dealing with Kasey, he makes me want to chose a new dealership. I've always been happy and would hate to move but he makes me feel very uncomfotable. It only takes one person to ruin it for someone. Sorry for the bad review but someone needs to know.

Everyone involved with the experience: courtesy driver, people in repair, accounts payable person...all worked over time to get my vehicle back to me the same day. Even though I had an appointment for one repair they called me with additional items that needed attention. I expected the repairs to be more expensive but I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

I just want it know, I had my Mother go to Sawyers Chevrolet in Dewitt, MI from Midland, MI after being refered there by a couple of friends from Dewitt. The purchase process was good, but now I know why. The car my mother got had a fuel leak that she found after she drove it home. She took it to the local Buick dealer and they found a rusted out fuel line. They repaired it and Sawyer after much discussion did cover the repair. Within the first month she found out her power steering pump and Power steer line had leaks and Sawyers told her she had an opportunity to buy an extended warranty when she bought the car. They talked poorly of the dealer in Midland in which the Dealer in Midland was doing everything to avoid saying this should have been caught on the Used Car inspection. Although I do understand you do get some problems with buying a used car I feel that for Sawyers to want my mother to drive down to Dewitt with a fuel leak and no power steering and put her life in danger is not a smart way to run your business. My mother is spending $1300 to fix the power steering that should have been caught on the Used Car inspection or at least Sawyers should have helped out with the repair of the issue after her owning the car for less then a month. Just be careful when buying a used car from Sawyers to make sure they actually did a GOOD used car inspection.

Sawyers has a recent total remodel of thier facilities and it looks very clean and professional. I was greeted promptly and made to feel welcome. The repair an the Tahoe I purchased from thier used car department at a fair price was done on time and at the cost I was quoted. I will return for service again and Sawyers will be the first place I come back to when seeking another vehicle.

I called in the morning to get my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. They gave me an appointment that morning, and I was given a time of 45 minutes for the service which they met, and I was on my way. Very satisfied with this.

Roger Fowler was fantastic! He impressed me from beginning to end! I always felt informed, up-to-date, and educated. As someone who prefers email instead of speaking on the phone, Roger was the perfect fit for me - I figure we did about 90% of all business over the internet! He's also the only salesman I've ever worked with who, ahead of time, highlighted and bookmarked important sections in the owner's manual! Impressive! Thank you!
