Couldn't be more displeased with my purchase, 2 days after i took my car off the lot the issues started happening. I cantacted the dealer several times. I was promised they would make it right only to in the end be told that i will need to pay for them to fix the car they advertised as a great car. If the car the sold me is great, what is a bad car?

Took about week and half before I made my decision and bought my car. Ed Stieher was very helpful explaining the warranty and the extended warranty which I purchase. While I was waiting ask Ed if he had any free t shirt( I work with handicapped residents ,have a guy who loves cars) he gave me 2 t shirts and a poster for his room. The service department was very helpful. I called that morning and they were able to get my MKX in and fixed the same day. Billy Joe, our sales person, always goes above and beyond. He had the loaner car ready and waiting for me so I didn't have to spend time waiting. When my car was done, he delivered it back to my home so I didn't have to make another trip to Farmington. We have always been chevy buyers, we own 2 chevy Camaros, truck,and Tahoe. Never have owned a Ford. We bought the 06' Ford Focus from a friend 6 yrs ago for Jim to drive to Cahokia IL to work. It only had 13,000 miles on it when we got it. Jim has put over 200,000 miles on it. Its been a good little car! He was getting nervous with the miles, needs a good car for work, & we had such good work repairs & service with you in the past. Knowing how he needed it for work right away, you got it going & fixed for us. So he seen the good rebates you were having & decided to get another SE Ford Focus. It made the sale for sure on Saturday, we came in only to just look at them. your sales man Jeff Asberry was not pushy and took all the time we needed with questions, rebates, and showed us how to work things in the car. We have not drove the new car much yet, keeping it in the garage because its been raining! Its clean! We kept the old ford focus to drive on the bad yucky days. My experience with Sam scism was at first alittle nerve racking as always because of the amount of your money is going towards this purchase. The sales associate that helped answer all of my questions to the fullest extent as well as helping me relax and actually enjoy this experience and milestone in my life by walking me thru all the steps to give me the best deal that I could afford. I had an excellent experience in getting my 2012 Fiesta serviced. Billy Joe Boyer made the situation the much easier to deal with. Having a replacement car ready when it was the most convenient for my schedule, helped review the warranty information to make sure my car's problem was covered, and worked with getting the information to the service department so the repairs could be made. I didn't have to miss time from work and that makes a huge difference!

My family had years of good experiences with this dealer, so they were my first and only stop for a new car (talk about buyer's remorse after-the-fact). Unfortunately, a few weeks after purchase, the car began stuttering and making all kinds of noise. It's been serviced three times in the one year I've owned it. Each time, I'm told the issue has been fixed. Nearly two months ago (the last time it became obvious the issue was still not fixed), I tried calling AND emailing to let someone know the car was still stuttering and making noise, and I've had no more follow-up. Not-so-coincidentally, my one-year warranty was up last month. It's not such a surprise that once you buy a car, the dealer isn't going to want to spend too much money fixing the aftermath of what is likely a Ford problem, but honesty is still a better policy. If Ford had an issue with the transmission, I should have been told up front instead of rescheduling work to continue and have a new car looked at and "repaired." It's been a disappointing year, to say the least. I see now why so many folks are going to Honda, Nissan, and Toyota. The quality just isn't there for Ford anymore, and this particular dealer has no more excuses, clearly. The lack of follow-up says it all.

Every step from negotiating price to possession was absolutely enjoyable and hassle free. Staff was courteous and knowledgable. A beautiful dealership with several vintage vehicles was cool too. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them and would highly recommend them to my friends.

Stopped by Sam Scism Ford looking at new cars and if I could afford one, the sales person was quick to come and speak to us on the lot,let us drive the vehicle to go get lunch,discounted the sticker price,had the car ready in one hour for us to pick up.Called to check and if we were happy with our purchase and if everything was Ok.Calls to wish me a happy birthday ever since.PS- just left the Chrysler dealer across the road from Sam Scism had to find a sles person .would not let us test drive, and would not come down on the sticker price of a car.
