I purchased a used truck, as is, from out of town. I was made to believe the truck was in great condition. They were very friendly and eager to sell the truck. That was fantastic, and felt reassuring buying a vehicle from a reputable franchised dealer. However, the truck was full of rust, had a hole in the muffler and needed brakes all around. I paid full retail value. No big deal, I bought it used as is. The issue I have with this dealership is that I found there to be no emergency brakes on the truck. When I called to see what they could do to help, since I was under the impression I was buying a good reliable truck. They told me to buy inexpensive parts and there's nothing they will do to make this right. Plus the GM wouldn't speak to me or return call requests. I spoke to them with respect to give them the opportunity to make this right, and they could care less. The truck is unsafe and won't pass inspection without the emergency brakes. Now I have to put over $2,000.00 dollars in repairs to the truck. Never buy from this dealer, thinking that a reputable dealer would thoroughly look through a vehicle before selling it. They did not and will not offer help if you need it.

Initially, I liked the fact that when I leased my vehicle, it was the smoothest, least stressful experience I had ever had. Since then, the staff is friendly and helpful. The service staff worked me in when it was convenient for me, and even changed my time the day before when I realized I had a conflict. Also, the projected service time of 2-3 hours was completed in 1 1/2 hours!

My car sort of blew up, so I needed wheels and fast. I'm a girl and come on lets face it, being female walking onto a car lot with a decent credit score you become a target. Happened to me many times in the past with other dealers. Didn't happen here. Everyone was really nice, willing to listen to me and what I wanted out of the vehicle and worked with me both on price of car and the warranty so the bank would say yes!! Not every car lot is going to do what they did for me to get me in the car and the salesman even stayed over past his scheduled shift several hours, so I could be able to take the new car home that day. They were really great and wouldn't think twice about buying my next car there, and my mom is also car shopping and plans to go there first after the exp I had so I know they will take good care of her and please do ...she still my mom lol But thanks again guys. I love the ride its been great so far and couldn't be happier with the purchasing experience

Staff was friendly. I believe the gentleman in Service was John and I didn't catch the man's name for paying at the window, but he was very friendly and smiling.Your service waiting area was nice. Chairs could be a little more comfortable, but nice, compared to others I have been to. Appreciate the vending machines (esp. the affordable prices, others have high prices).

I purchased a brand new 2015 Ram 2500 Diesel. PCM went out of the truck. took the dealership 3 days to even look it over. had it for 1 week, got it back and the power outlet is no longer working. they suggested I check a fuse. Not my job with a brand new vehicle. You spend over 60 thousand dollars, you should expect better care. I was not offered a rental car until day 3 and that was after i complained.

John was my key salesmen who helped be find the exact Jeep to fit my wants. Jeff walked me step by step through my vehicle so I new how to operate my Jeep before leaving the dealership. Chuck Kougher the General Manager, was extremely easy to do business with and he went over and above to meet my wants. Brian Bragg the Finance Manager, made the closing process quick and easy. This a great dealership! Our salesman (Greg) was the best. No pressure and we were comfortable with him from start to finish. He was extremely helpful and answered every question we had. The finance manager (Brian) was also great! He was very patient with us and we felt absolutely no pressure as we worked out the details of our deal. The owner happened to be there that day as well. He took the time to meet with us even though he had other things he was trying to tend to. I can't say enough good about these guys! I went there on Saturday to look at a 2010 GMC Acadia with all 3 kids...crazy right... Dave Stamp as my salesman and he was wonderful, very helpful and did no make us wait long, very patient with the kids. We then went to see Brian to finish up the finance part..yuck..He was great also. He told me one price and it ended up being lower...YEAH!!!! My name is Dan and I was in the market for a used truck. My wife and I had a few credit issues and every place we went they tried selling us vehicles that we didn't want. We drove to Salem and ran into a true gentleman Dave Richards. He sat us down and began asking questions about us and what we wanted not what they wanted to sell. I had purchased a hummer previously and when it came time to change the oil no one would take me in because of the skid plate. While I was here buying another car I mentioned this. They had me in the next morning at 8 am. took care of it. These people are the best...you won't go wrong with them. I will tell a friend.

My fiancwas struck by a semi-truck totaling out her car. We were looking for a used car for our growing family with little money to work with at the moment. We were referred to Salem by a close friend and from there the true story begins. They set up an appointment with us and allowed us to test drive all the used cars we asked about and while finding us a bank to finance our load they were able to provide us with us with updates and a great deal we went shopping for a used car and walked out instead with a 2011 Chrysler 200 with 9miles total for the same payment we would have gotten for a used car. They searched for rebates and worked with our budget, they have our loyalty now because they treated us like family through the whole process.
