The guys down at Sacramento CDJR are fantastic! I started out looking for information on a car, 2015 Dodge Charger R/T, and got a call and email within 24 hours. Chris, the salesman, knew everything about the car and was respectful and polite in the decision making process. The guy who crunched the numbers, Michael, made us a fantastic deal for my trade in and on the Charger. I traded in my 2016 Corolla S and got more than what I was expecting. Purchasing the Toyota seemed like a headache with haggling to get anything. Michael made the process simple and easy and we couldn't have even asked for more! Financing was a breeze as well. I have been trying to talk my girlfriend into letting me get a Challenger. Juan helped me get a great price and was very transparent and knowledgeable. He had encyclopedic knowledge of every I asked about and let me test drive as many cars as I needed to. His level of service is what I would expect from Mercedes Benz or Lexus. I just wish it didn't take so long to do paperwork. I was almost late for my dinner date. Everything was as fast as it could be, it just sucks to do business in California.

The worst service ever. Then asking for service they kept me on the line for over 10 minutes. Sophie was extremely rude and very condenscending. When you get service it should be seamless transaction but being treated unfairly by Paul in service really compromises the companies integrity

We visited several dealerships with mixed results (indifference to our needs, trying to sell us used vehicles, etc). As a three time owner of the Dodge Grand Caravan we were aware of what we wanted. We came to Sacramento dealership with an online copy of a vehicle we wanted to see. To our surprise the vehicle was there!. Salesman Ziad Elsmadi was personable, and immediately brought the vehicle for our attention. The remainder of the purchasing experience was fairly short and only marred with the lack of insurance proof. As it turned out the written proof was removed from the vehicle at the same time the registration was and this was not communicated with those involved.

My salesman, Ziad el Smadi, was able to show me the exact car I was looking for, a 2016 Jeep Patriot. He understood I was not looking to buy on my first visit to the dealership. After doing my research, I returned the next day and met with him again. He pulled the car around for me to look at it again, while fully answering all warranty and Jeep related questions. After the car was purchased, Ziad even helped me connect my phone to the BlueTooth, and then took it a step further and drove my new Jeep Patriot back to my house while I followed behind him in my old vehicle. This kind of service is unheard of!! The management team at Chrysler Jeep Dodge was also very professional and worked with me in finding a price that I could work with. I want to thank everyone at this dealership for making buying a new car completely stress free. Trust me- if you know what you want, they will find it on their lot, and work with you to make you a customer. I came by the dealership to see what they could to about a vehicle that I was currently financing, but was upside down on my loan because I owed more than the care was worth. They completely worked with me on my situation and even worked out a deal for me to trade it in for a brand new car! I felt that there was a genuine sincerity from the sales person, Ziad, and with the finance mangers. I was at the dealership for a total of 3 hours, which is the shortest time that it ever took for me to buy a new car. They had accommodated me in every-way and I would not only refer a friend, but I will definitely be back for myself. Again, this was a great buying experience and I really appreciate it. Thanks!

We decided to go in search of a new car. We knew exactly what we wanted and what we wanted to pay for it. They found the car we wanted and after a little negotiation, we got the payments we wanted. They really worked with us and gave us the impression that they really valued our business. The process took a little longer than we were prepared for (we have two little kids) but the experience was great. Blake was very down to earth and did all he could to get us this car, even offering to pick it up and hand deliver it to us at home! The finance guy Eric was also very helpful and very nice. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We also get our cars serviced here and have only had good things to say about their service as well.

I bought my first car here on New Year's Eve !! I thought I would be hours and hours in there looking around but I was in and out driving in about two hours!! Brand new 2016 Jeep !!! Very happy with my jeep!!! Nice people all around! Lue was very nice and helpful went out in the cold and found me three cars to pick from and worked hard to get me a deal I could afford!!! Would give him and everyone a million stars!! I would select more people but I can't remember their names :/ the finance guy and paperwork guy were awesome!

We were looking for a new Ram 1500 with a specific set of options. We stumbled upon Sacramento Dodge on the internet, and saw a truck that fit our list. We called the lot, and got paired up with Chris. By far the best in his field. He bent over backwards just to help us with back and forth phone calls before we were able to come to the lot. They were scheduled to close early for the holiday on the day we arrived. Because of traffic, we ended up being late, but Chris stayed there just to help us. Once there, he answered all our questions, and then sat down with us, and helped us find every possible rebate and discount available. Chris and the rest of the team at Sacramento Dodge are the best and are our go to lot for our future needs.

Initially, I was looking to trade in my Ram 1500 Sport Crew Cab for the new Chrysler 300S, but I decided to go with the new Ram 1500 Crew Cab 4X4 Laramie. Bad experience with this car dealership, will never go to this car dealership again. When I first went they had a car I was interested in but could only afford and offered up to $27,650, they were trying to give it to me for $28,880. After being unable to lower the price to match my offer, I was not going to pursue the car any further and left the dealership. The next day, the salesman from the dealership texted me saying that they are willing to sell the car to me at $27,999. After receiving the message around 1:00PM, I was able to make it back to the dealership later that day at around 4:15PM. When I got there, the salesman then proceeds to tell me that the price he texted me was not an approved price and that original $28,880 still stands. While I was standing there in the dealership, he then proceeds to office, after 5 minutes, he texted me again, this time stating that the car can only be sold at $28,880. At this point, the original salesman disappeared and sent another guy to talk with me. At this point, they pretty much baited me with the lower price to get back out to their dealership so they can try to persuade me to buy the car at their price. This also got no where, the new salesman told me the same thing, that only the GM can make the price drop and that they were unwilling to do so. At this point, someone from the finance department came over and tried to play the blame game, trying to put the blame on me. Saying that, I wasted their time, that their salesman worked hard and in the cold, etc. (This isnt my problem, thats their job to stand outside, greet customers, and try to make their sales. Thats just part of their job). He then said that the first text I received was from the GM and that the second text was from the salesman, pretty much tried to make the texts insignificant. To the customer, in this case me, I doesnt matter who texted me, it was texted from the same number from the this dealership, meaning that they lied to me to get me to go back to their dealership. Pretty much wasted my time and their time, and then turning around and tried to put the blame on me.I wasnt there to waste anyones time. I initially went in there to look at a car I was interested, after being unable to get it at the price I was able to afford, I left. End of story, or at least it was supposed to be. It was their fault for trying to bait me and got me back into their dealership only to find out they had lied and was not going to honor their end of the bargain and then tried to put the blame on me. Worst experience ever.

Just purchased a new Dodge Ram 1500 from Ron Abbott. He worked with us to find just the right truck in our price range. Ron was also able to get us a few add-on's which made this purchase that much better. Rich Owens in finance was just the best.... Would recommend both of these employees to anyone looking for a great deal with no hassles. Thanks Sacramento Dodge for taking such good care of us. My only complaint was the detailing - outside looked good but they didn't clean the bed of the truck nor did they open the doors and clean the door jams or the inside of the hood. These were still pretty dirty from the truck sitting outside.

Ask for Ron Abbott-- he's the gold standard. I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude for over a month. I knew exactly what options and color I wanted and located vehicles matching what I wanted at six different Jeep dealerships in northern California. I spoke with sales reps at each dealerships and received a quote from each. In the end, I could have saved myself a lot of time if I had started with Ron from the beginning. He's a no nonsense guy and provided a great car buying experience. Besides buying a home, buying a car is one of the largest purchases most of us will make. For me, I wasn't going to do business with anyone that I did not believe to be 100% trustworthy and honest. That's Ron in a nutshell. With the other individuals at dealerships I spoke to, there was always a hidden fee or a sudden change of price that would magically pop up right before I was about to come to an agreement on the car. It was very frustrating. My car buying experience with Ron couldn't have been more open and transparent. We agreed on a price and he put our agreement down in writing prior to running any credit or starting the contract. There were no changing numbers and no surprises. He's a business guy. Either the numbers will work or they won't and he's straightforward about it. For buying a car, it was about as painless of a process as it could be.When I finished the paperwork it was pretty late and I had not had the opportunity to learn how everything in the car worked. Ron called me up the next day and invited me back in at my convenience so that he could make sure I understood how to operate all the bells and whistles on my shiny new ride. The deal was over by then but he was still concerned I was happy with my car and knew how to work everything-- that's customer service.I'd definitely recommend Ron Abbott to anyone in the market for a Jeep (or for any of the other cars they sell at that dealership).Thanks Ron! This dealership took over 4 months to finally establish that they had received my two recall parts in stock (to remedy the airbag recall and rear differential nut recall) for my 2005 Ram 1500 (that I have owned and driven daily since new). I had to call each 5 or 6 weeks to get any update on parts. I made an appointment with Jeffrey G. (solid rep & decent guy) last week via my phone call to them again, then took my truck in to the dealer on Thursday (10/22/15) at 7am (1st customer of the day), dropped it off (exterior clean), then returned to pick it up before 2 pm when I received a call that it was completed. When I arrived to pick up my truck, my sunroof was in a fully opened position (not the way I had left it with the sunroof tilted up for ventilation), and the sunroof frame was broken when I attempted to close it. A trail of fresh red fluid (from a hose drug over my roof from door to door) runs across the middle of my roof, where it clearly shows how my sunroof was broken while getting serviced there. Randy placed the broken parts in my hand when he was alerted of the situation, looked over the roof, and told me that I could pay them to have the damages estimated and repaired. he said the damages were from wear and tear and that the fresh hose marks with fluid "must have been there when I drove up". Another dealer (Folsom) is repairing the sunroof today, then I will force Sacramento Dodge Ram will pay me for the costs. Randy Tackett should be fired! He is a terrible excuse for a professional. He is a 100% LYING DIRT BAG. Do not trust him nor take any vehicle to this dealer while he is running the service department. I bought the truck in Sacramento at Swift, then Swift did most service repairs for the first 100k miles. They were great, although the building was not as fancy. Randy represents all that is fake, wrong and smoke-in-mirrors with regard to his industry. He really sets the lousy-service bar high.

I would like to take a second to thank Jaime Sprague for such a wonderful car buying experience. My Chrysler 300 was in for service, but I always wanted a Challenger RT. Now that the kids are grown, it is time for a muscle car again. While waiting, I browsed the Sacramento Dodge website and found the Challenger RT I liked. My salesman Chris Cuevas was awesome!! Hands down this guy knows his brand! Very knowledgeable. Every question I had he had the answers. He takes the time to talk to you about the little details most dont even bother with! I hate working with sales people for the most part because all they want to do is SELL. They don't care what your buying as long as you buy from them! Now Chris I got a different vibe, he wasn't just trying to sell me a car, he was making sure I was happy with what I'm purchasing! He even told me " don't worry about the numbers.. It's about getting exactly what YOU want, what's going to make you happy every day when you get into your car. My salesman was Jamal a real friendly guy, also he grabbed a golf cart to drive us around the lot, being on crutches I found this really helpful. I was already wore out from walking previous dealer lots throughout the day. Jamal and the Manager Cash really bent over backwards to get me in the car I wanted, and didnt pressure me to get something different unlike pretty much all the previous dealers I had been to throughout the weekend. The financing guy "Bear", who fits his nickname by the way, was also real friendly and made it real easy to get it done and get out of there. The other thing that really impressed me was their inventory of used cars seemed to be of higher quality than a number of places I had went before, I looked at 3 different cars and all were superior to what I had been shown at prior dealerships. I would recommend friends or family to go check them out. Im sure Ill be back next time I go looking for another vehicle

I went in looking for a Jeep Patriot, not planning on buying. I was greeted and helped by Lue. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He was not pushy or overbearing. I ended up buying a Jeep Patriot. I defiantly recommend Sacramento Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This was the best buying experience I've had. I walked in to test drive the car I was interested in and walked out with the care two hours latter. I didn't feel obligated to buy the car. Definitely buying my next vehicle from them!

Found a used car listed by this dealer on the internet. E-mailed for info and an appointment, e-mails answered by Mike Sheets quickly both times. Visited the dealer and was greeted by Ron Abbott. Ron was very helpful without being pushy. Great guy, great salesman. Putting my deal together took a little time and effort, but Ron stayed with it and it all came together. I ended up with a good car at a great price. Two other fellows processed paper work, Michael, and Bear, (hope I got your names right) both friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience.

I don't want to get too emotional here but I cannot even begin to express how happy I am that we found Sacramento CDJR. Our family has had many, many challenges in the past year. God fixed one of our challenges by leading us to your lot and hooking us up with Ron Abbott. I've been to car lots where people are so impersonal, or pushy. Just by asking us a few questions he was able to lead us to a better car than we thought we'd be able to get in our current situation. He's down to earth, professional, and he really knows his stuff! With Ron Abbott's help, I found my truck online. I live too far away to "run down and look", so most of the sales arrangements were made over the phone. I drove to the dealership the next day, a three hour drive. Ron, Michael ?, Michael Sheets and Bear made the purchase of my new Ram a breeze. Fastest new car purchase ever for me. i shopped primarily online and after great online service, when I came in they had exactly what I had outlined I wanted and in my price range. The whole experience from test drive to purchase was fairly quick and everyone I dealt with was awesome and not pushy. I would definitely purchase from there again, and recommend that my friends and family check them out as well!

I was walking through a super store buying food in bulk and thinking to myself that I need a new car. I was so over driving my big Dodge Ram that I previously purchased at Sac Chrysler Dodge etc. Because the guys at Sac Chrysler were so cool the last time, I decided to go back to them again to see if I could trade in my truck. I went to the website and completed a pre-approval application online. Ten minutes later I received a call and had an appointment to meet with Chris. Chris suggested I take a look at the new 200s in stock and sent me an email with links to videos and specs. I replied back to the email with the car that I liked and set an appointment for a test drive. The next day, I test drove the car and decided I wanted it. Chris took care of everything else. Chris even told me that the financing portion would take about 45 minutes. I thought 'BS'. Well, I got approved in 30 minutes and I was at the signing table within the hour. I learned after talking to friends that my car buying experience is not the norm. This is my second car purchase with this dealership and both times were great. I will always do business with this dealership and refer my family and friends.

My experience with this dealer has been nothing but great . They care about us! The consumer . After we drive off they could forget all about us there deal is done . But they take it so much further then that . Their caring goes straight to the service department where you are treated like gold .After I left the service dept. In the over 30 years of owning a car, I have never had such bad customer service at any type of car service business. The employes at the service department are unfriendly and not helpful. I have brought my new jeep hear twice for service since it was where I bought the vehicle. Both times were awful. First, do not try to use their online schedule. It does not work. I did not receive a phone call and was not contacted after completing the online form. so I called. I make an appt with one person and let them know why I am coming. When I arrive at my scheduled time, there is no one there to help me. I wait up to 5-7 minutes while people are walking around in and out of the area and checking computers, but not one of them asks me if I need help or even greets me. Finally a man comes by and asks me why I am there. He pulls up my info and asks me what I need done, even though it should be right there. When I go to pick up my car, both times, the paperwork can not be found and things are not clear on the bill, so it takes a while to get it all settled, pay and get out of there. It is the WORST experience. I can't not say much about the actual service since I only went in the a squeaky window and they fixed it and to have an alignment. which is computerized. I can promise you I will not be going back there again. I will have to go to a service shop further from my home.

Jose has redeemed himself. My last experience was horrible but this time was much better. I originally was set up with an advisor who seemed like he wasn't interested in my problem but Jose took over. I wasn't looking forward to the same experience as the last time but Jose apologized for the last time (transmission recall) and took care of business. He shared his frustrations with rattles in the speaker department and said he would not stop until it was fixed. He made it happen. Thank you Jose.

My husband emailed Mr. Abbott back and forth a few times. He established that the van we wanted to see was available and the price was right. When we arrived the first time, Mr. Abbott and the van were waiting for us. We went home to chat one more time. It's a big purchase, and it needed to be right for us. Mr. Abbott didn't pressure us, but welcomed us back the next day. He is honest and the experience was enjoyable. I would recommend him to any of my friends who were buying a car.

Overall, our experience at this dealership was a good one. We liked our salesman, Rey, as he was very hospitable and friendly. He had a good sense of humor and was attentive to what we were saying. Rick, who helped us with the financial aspect of the sale was equally as attentive and humorous. These employees were friendly and willing to work with us. We didn't walk away with exactly the price we were looking for but, after communicating back and forth, we mutually agreed on a different reasonable price. The most difficult aspect of our experience was the lengthiness of the sale process--it took just a over four hours. But, at the end of the day, each individual we worked with was pleasant, and we walked away very happy with our purchase!

My experience with Sacramento Chrysler Dodge and Jeep, was excellent the salesperson (Richard) was great he and management had me out with a beautiful chrysler 300 in a little under 2 hours. This was the quickest sales service I have had in a car dealership. They all were great very friendly and did not try to put pressure on the customer to purchase any vehicle but wanted you to get the vehicle you wanted. The service person (Andy), was very helpful with showing me how the accessories worked in the car and made it a point that if I needed any assistance no matter how long after the purchase they are there for me. I'm sure I will received the same service from the service department. I put in an order for parking assistance sensor to be installed this week upon arrival.

Totally tag teamed me. Took my keys. Only had two trucks to choose from and they couldnt find keys to the second one. I was there for over 7 hours while they tried to work out a deal. At one point when I got up to leave the manager came running out and introduced himself, but by this time I was done. Very frustrating experience. In my opinion drive a little further to Elk Grove it's like night and day.
