I was having trouble finding the right car, but Rick and Suzie were VERY helpful! They went above and beyond, sending me information and extra photos (the vehicle had damage when they bought it, which was repaired - they even sent me the photos of the damage from before the repair job!)When I went to test-drive, I had a small concern, and Rick offered me a concession that made me feel secure in buying the vehicle anyway. A month later, and I'm happy to report that everything is running great.I really value how down-to-earth, honest, and up-front Rick is in his dealings. He's one of those rare folks who loves what he does for a living, and it shows.10/10, would recommend and would buy again.Thanks Rick!

I bought an 07 dodge Cummins from this dealer. At first the truck looked to be in fair condition, however after about 9 months after buying it both the rear wheel wells started to rust bad and the filler was popping out. Also the rear tailights had broken clips on the inside and was duct taped to keep from falling out. Also I noticed the paint had runs on the rear rocker panel. Rick told me himself that he had been doing body work for over 30 years, however from the shotty body work I wouldn't think he has ever spread filler before or used a spray gun in his life. Not to mention the facility was filthy and run down, the assistant helping us with the paperwork wasn't even wearing shoes or socks. I would never in a million years recommend doing business with this dealer.

These folks frustrated me to no end. I called the day before and told them I would be coming down the next day - Saturday - and that I wanted to test drive their advertised truck. The gentlemen told me that would be fine. When I got there the wife tried to put me in a Ford Ranger pickup, but I told her I was interested in the red Dodge Dakota they had advertised. She couldn't find the truck on the lot and had to call her husband to find out where it was. It seems that someone let a person take the truck for a test drive but they hadn't got back yet. It was 2:30 in the afternoon when we arrived and they said that the other person picked up the truck at 8:00 that morning and was 50 miles away - 6.5 hours test drive - give me a break!!! They were probably was using the truck for errands and forgot I was coming. I told her that I had to drive 160 miles round trip to see the truck and was unhappy it wasn't there. I honestly wouldn't buy a free cup of coffee from that place. I gave them 1 star simply because you didn't have any negative stars on your list. She did tell me she would call me and make so other arrangements, but she never called. I didn't expect she would. At least she met my expectations in that regard.

I would definitely will be coming back to Rick and his crew. I just bought an 2006 jeep liberty and absolutely love it. They just didn't sell me car they made sure I had a safe and reliable jeep for my family. Will become and return return customer for sure!!!!!!!!

I purchased a 07 dodge 1 ton and within 3 weeks I was faced with a repair bill of $1600. the rear end had bad bearings, u-joint, a/c condenser. one month later it was back in the shop for a clutch, another u-joint, a/c compressor, carrier bearing, and believe it or not, a bent carrier bearing hanger. two batteries that won't hold a charge. so far to date total repairs are a little over $4000 in less than 4 months, the dealer says I am being ripped off by my mechanic. not so. I have been a shade tree mechanic for over 50 years and have known this one for about 15

Drove 95 miles after being assured the car I was going to look at was a clean car.The exhaust was bad ,air conditioner did not work, the brake light was on,and when I touched the fender a piece of rust fell off, the size of the top of a soda can. This dealer gives used car dealers a bad rep.Dont waste your time with this guy.

We drove 4 1/2 hours to buy a vehicle from R & S Auto after talking to them all week about needed repairs on the car. We came ready to purchase the car. We specifically asked before arriving if the frame was bent and they guaranteed it was not. Complete lie. The owner totally played dumb when we arrived, took it for a test drive and realized the car was a hunk of junk with major frame problems adding significant amount to repair costs. Dealer claimed not to know anything about it even though someone from his company had driven the car from Michigan to Iowa. We knew after driving it for 2 minutes. This is why used car dealers have such horrible reputations! Do not do business with this company.

Very fast response from the dealership. Unfortunatley the vehicle they offered did not meet our banks criteria. They are very honest and freindly. I would definitley recommend this dealership to a freind.
