Excellent purchase experience. Jon Muelh and Rich Spears and made the whole process simple and straight forward. From my first contact to driving away in my new Santa Fe Sport, Jon provided excellent and concise information. Highlighted differences between the Santa Fe Sport and the Tucson (the other vehicle I was interested in). Quickly located and procured the specific vehicle I wanted (color, trim, options). Rich provided specific information and available finance options, and was professional throughout. My experience at Rosen Hyundai was excellent and I would recommend anyone in the market for a new or used car to visit before purchasing from another dealer.

I really enjoyed working with Jared. He took time to work with me. I came in 3-4 times, but he never made me feel like I was a bother and appeared to appreciate my thoroughness. I didn't like that when we were purchasing the vehicle that another person had to come over to discuss paint protection. I also wish your car wash did not use brushes that will harm my vehicle over time.

We were very satisfied with our experience at Rosen Hyundai. All of the employees were polite and helpful. My husband worked with Henry via email before we went in for the test drive. He was professional and helpful. When there was a discrepancy in the final email agreement on our price-out-the-door, Henry and the manager worked hard to fix the problem and not penalize us for their error. Everything worked out and we just love our new Elantra!

I went to Rosen when my previous car had finally given up on me. I was less than enthused at the idea of having to buy a new car and have car payments again, but the sales and finance team did a great job of finding a way for me to have a car that I would enjoy driving and that fits with what I can afford. Negotiations were fair and transparent, conversations were light and friendly (never pushy or scripted), and the process was relatively painless. My family has purchased or 5 vehicles from Rosen over the last decade and we will continue to be loyal customers. Highly recommended!

I shopped for a used car for more than 2 weeks and just couldn't find what I was looking for until I went to Rosen Hyundai and found the car that I love. Al Jordan worked with my parents and I to make sure this car is perfect for me. Al talked to the used car manager and got my price down $300, he helped set me up for financing and he really did a great job as a salesman. I highly recommend this dealership and Al Jordan for anyone's car needs!

Jon Muehl at Rosen Hyundai provided great customer service! He followed up with me up to and after my purchase. When I sent emails asking questions he promptly answered them which was important to me because I like others have a busy life and many times it is more convenient to do business via email. I never felt like I was being pushed into something I did not want. I also have a friend who purchased a Hyundai last year. She went to a dealership closer the where she lives and was not happy with the customer service she was receiving. She ended up going to Rosen Hyundai and left with a new car. She said the customer service at Rosen's was like day and night compared to the first dealership she went to. We were blown away with the amazing customer service Randy Trachsler gave us!!! Our precious car was totaled and we went in late on a Wednesday night just to see what Hyundai had to offer. We loved the idea of the long warranty but had never driven any of their lineup. He generously and patiently grabbed several different cars in several different option packages so we could see what we liked and what we didn't. Once we decided on what we wanted, which was an AWD Ultimate with a turbo he gave us the news that they didn't have one in stock. As we thought we were going to compromise, Randy quickly found the one we wanted in the color and trim and kept in touch with us via text (while I was at work). He was amazing and we truly felt this was the best car buying experience we had ever had! The other dealership we went too every car we looked at the salesman was pushy and kept telling us "you need to hurry and put a deposit down, we have someone coming in from out of town to look at it". We let the salesman know we were just browsing and not looking to put down a down payment but just inquiring on options and price. We love our Hyundai Sante Fe Sport AWD Ultimate!!! Randy was equally amazing! If looking for someone to answer your question and not be pushy Randy is the one for you. Everyone at Rosen Hyundai was fantastic!!! From Randy, thru the finance department, all the way thru the customer experience manager! You will not be disappointed with this dealership!!!

Rosen did a good job, they have great service staff. It was a great experience, the best I have seen with car dealership, but I believe it was mostly due to using Truecar.com. I did not have to go through other cars and fight over a price. I do wish I could have discussed my trade in, it felt like this is all they were going to give me and that is it. Great job Rosen!!!

I have bought three Hyundai's and two Kia's from Rosen Dealerships. In 2005 when I bought my first car from Rosen Hyundai a friend I worked with ended up buying a Dodge Durango I traded in.Now 12 years later another friend has an appointment this week to buy my Santa Fe that I just traded in two weeks ago for my 2017 Tuscon. I love your team in the Service Department especially Jeff and Kyle. I have been widowed over for over 13 years and they give me peace of mind and keep me safe on the road.. A little tough for those unfamiliar to get to, but this is owing to a municipal zoning "thing." My vehicle was prepared and ready to go, and the paperwork was relatively painless (took much less time and had none of the "pressure" of my last vehicle purchase.). The entire team at Rosen Hyundai made purchasing this car a great experience for me and my daughter. We live 45 minutes away from the dealership, but had heard so many good things about Rosen that we decided to purchase a car from them and have it serviced there. When the lease on my wife's current vehicle expires in a few months we will be returning to Rosen to purchase a new Genesis. I am 53 years old and have owned all different makes of cars. This was hands-down the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had. The entire staff at Rosen is courteous, informative, and accommodating. I will highly recommend them to anyone buying a new car.

The salesman, Henry Campos was extremely knowledgeable about the Hyundai Santa Fe and its competitors. He was imminently professional and was not at all hard sell. He explained the features of the car, the warranty, and service schedules. He allowed time for me to "take it all in." I had done quite a bit of homework before I arrived and knew what I wanted and did not want. He showed me cars that met my expectations. I told him and the sales manager that this was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car and I have been buying cars since 1966. I got what I wanted at a fair price and feel very confident in Rosen as a sales organization and feel they will be excellent as a service organization.

Not only did the staff treat me and my wife as more than paychecks, they beat our local price handsomely. Bought my 4th Hyundai from Rosen in Algonquin last weekend (3-used, 1-new).I searched for a new sedan for over a month, comparing all the local competitors and spending hours on websites. The stereotypical car salesmen and the gamesmanship was starting to spoil my experience. I finally went back to where I should have started in the first place. Andrew was awesome, and so was Jared who helped me learn all the new technology. You cant go wrong with these guys.They were professional, down to earth, polite, and provide great customer service. In my driveway, I currently have a 2007 Elantra, 2009 Santa Fe, and now my new 2016 Sonata Sport. I could not rate "repairs" since I've never needed one. So far, I love my new car and I'm happy I went back to Rosen.

I had recently been in a severe car accident and my Hyundai Elantra although totaled in that accident saved my life so it was no question that I was going to go back for another Hyundai. The salesman we had was brand new. In fact, we were his very first customers. He did a great job in talking through the things that were important to us ie safety features, etc. His management was also great in helping to make sure that we found an option that worked for our price range. Overall great experience.

Everyone was fantastic at Rosen Hyundai Of Algonquin.. .. A big shout out to all who works there, especially Jon Muehl who took lots of time explaining everything about our new car.. Being an older couple he had to explain thing over and over and did so with a smile.. It was getting late and dark.. I don't care to drive in the dark anymore so the owner Scott Levy, had his guys take us home.. Now one took my husband in our new car and one took me in our other car.... then a fella followed so he could take the guys back to Rosen ..How great is that..WOW! so thoughtful.. Our car is wonderful, the color is red and it drives like a dream. .Can't say much more other then I would buy our next car there and would tell everyone to do the same.. More than five stars for the men who work there.. great experience .

I'm from Rockford which is about 45 miles from Rosen. I spoke with Dom Moreci over the phone and through emails and made the deal for my car. I told Dom that I did NOT want to see the numbers change when I got there, no BS. He assured me that he was an honorable man and that was not the way he did business. This deal included how much I would get for my trade. From experience I know this is always the area where the dealer throws you a nasty curve ball. Upon arrival I met Dom and he had the car ready for me to see. I took a test drive and he had the staff evaluate my trade. When I came back we talked about what they'd give me for the trade and they started $500 less than what we agreed upon. However, I think Dom was a little embarrassed since he knew I wasn't go to make the deal unless I got what I wanted for the trade. After a couple trips to the manger I got what I had to have and we made the deal. Dom was great. No BS, the numbers were true. He made sure I was taken care of in every way. He's an honorable young man. I liked the fact that he had a picture of himself playing with his daughter on the office wall. It gave a human touch to the buying experience. They had a USO fundraiser for the military "Classy move" on the day I purchased the car. As a veteran I thought it was awesome for them to do something like this. If there was one thing that was PITA was waiting for finance department to get freed up. I hadn't ate all day and it was after 4:00. I told Dom and he got me a burger, chips and a soft drink. It was really appreciated. Super staff and the best buying experience I've ever had. OH, and they had the best price in Chicagoland!

Reached agreement to turn in current leased Santa Fe a few months early, to upgrade to another Santa Fe with more options. Agreed upon price and drove car home overnight, to return the following day to have wife sign on papers. The next day, had to wait 2+ hours. Then, was informed the deal could not be made as agreed upon. inasmuch as someone at the dealership applied credits that I did not qualify to have. VERY unprofessional to possibily lose the deal, hearing only a plea for understanding on our part that human errors happen. (Exact quote) If my wife did not like the vehicle so much, we would have killed the deal and walked out. Not a good way to treat a repeat customer. We have had four Santa Fe's from this dealership. amd one of my daughters has dealt on three vehicles. I used to be a very vocal supporter of the Rosen dealership, but no can do that in good conscience.

Al Jordan was completely professional from the very beginning. I felt very comfortable and never pressured. He explained everything to me in detail regarding the purchase and answered all my questions. I would and already have recommended others to come see all or any of the other sales staff and Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin. A friend of mine that I work with just bought a car at another Hyundai dealership in Naperville and he had experienced many issues throughout the process which he is currently still getting resolved 3 weeks after the purchase.. Completely satisfied with my buying experience with Randy Trachsler. I wanted a car with all the safety features available without being pressured into buying a very expensive car to get there. That car is the 2017 Elantra Limited. After checking out many of the competitors I simply could not match all the options the Limited has especially when also comparing the classy sporty look with other cars on the road. It is easy to see why critics refer to it as looking comparable to a entry level high end car for a fraction of the cost. Randy did send me photos and specs of the type of car I was looking for and the car I picked was one of those that was sent to me. So I was not misled and I was not asked to check out a car that I had not read about in advance. I would recommend Randy to anyone looking for a stress free buying experience.

I recently purchased a 2016 Sonata Limited from Rosen. All I have to say is SECOND TO NONE! My sales person, Randy Trachsler, was absolutely incredible (and has stayed that way even after the sale so far). The new car sales manager, Frank "Franky" Favela proved that he will do whatever it takes on their end to help get the deal done. Next is the Finance Manager - Debra - I don't think words can describe how amazing she is at what she does. She got on the phone left and right to negotiate better rates for me than what the computer generated systems approved me for (and those rates weren't all that bad either, but she felt I deserved, and needed, better). And, she went out of her way to do other things for me as well, and made sure I understood everything - I have never worked with a better Finance person before who was truly there to help me; not just the dealership. Finally, the parts manager, Ricky, along with the serviec department, was INCREDIBLE as well. I had to have a small part replaced on my car and the part was backordered, but that wasn't good enough for him and he made sure he got the part, and the part replaced, in one day! Again - to sum it up - the ENTIRE DEALERSHIP is SECOND TO NONE!

I have purchased two vehicles through Rosen and the sales process is so easy. They are professional and accommodating and strive to make a deal that works for you as the customer. I do my research before I go to the dealership and know what I want - and they don't try to sell me something else or attempt to steer me in a different direction. Their service department is awesome. I take ALL my service work back to Rosen because their pricing is competitive and far better quality than I can get anywhere else. The staff is positive, professional, and fun to work with.

At the auto dealership,I met Al Jordan and things began to change. From the beginning to me driving away in my new Elantra, Al Jordan shepherded me through each step. The staff was solicitous of my needs from coffee to bathrooms, equipment on each vehicle to engine performance, my questions were answered fully--then the staff asked if I had other questions or concerns. Al Jordan was there each and every step of the way, being certain that every need was met, every question answered. He encouraged me to drive several different vehicles before introducing me to the Elantra. There was NO PRESSURE, there was no financial arm-twisting, nothing that would make me want to dig in my heels and go elsewhere. Al Jordan was the primary cause of this experience. Prior to visiting Rosen Hyundai, I scheduled an appointment with Rami to test drive a new Genesis. Upon arriving we were greeted by Rami, who was already prepared with the vehicle we we interested in purchasing. Rami was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and energetic, but never pushy. During our experience, Rami was extremely attentive to our needs, and was even available outside of working hours to answer our questions. At the end, Rami,.along with Dominick, were able to find us the perfect car at a great price. I would not hesitate in recommending, Rami, Dominick and the rest of the Rosen team as the ideal place to buy a Hyundai. We are elated with our new Genesis as well as the Rosen experience.

In 2004 my husband & I were there to purchase an XG350L for him & I purchased a Santa Fe. I was not intending on using the service department exclusively for my vehicle because I've always had bad experiences. in the past. The first time I came in I met Kyle Monteith and I was pleasantly surprised being treated with kindness, understanding and respect so I continued to take my vehicle there for service. He was honest with me and always helpful. I never took my vehicle anywhere else. Recently I came in for an oil change and to have a minor intermittent noise checked. The noise turned out to be something major, Kyle spent time trying to get the best price on parts and kindly asked me if I was thinking of getting a new car because major repairs would be happening due to the age of the car. He referred me to Al Johnson, who was very sympathetic with my situation, we talked awhile and he was able to show me some used vehicles. I did find a beautiful used Santa Fe but went back to talk to Kyle about it, he gave me all the details, said it was a good deal and I went back to Al and bought it. Al was wonderfully helpful. He took me to the bank, helped me with the paperwork and helped me move everything from my old car to the new. I didn't have my title or spare keys so he gave me an enveloped to send it to them. I also received a follow-up call the next day asking how everything was and if I had any questions to feel free to call either him or Kyle. I have never dealt with a nicer used car salesman in my life and I will continue to go to Rosen's Hyundai for my new vehicle. I've also recommended them to my daughter & her husband when they were looking for a new vehicle and they purchased a 2016 Santa Fe. They, too are very happy with their new vehicle and the service department. I will be back for my next oil change and looking forward to thanking Kyle and Al for taking good care of me. My son is starting a new job at UPS and needed a used vehicle. I went on the internet and started researching and located a vehicle at Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin. We drove 50 miles from the Beverly neighborhood in Chicago, taking the toll roads and using my GPS and I-PASS which made for smooth traveling. Upon arrival we were greeted by our salesman Jason Emery whom let us test drive the vehicle. The sales manager worked diligently with us to work out a deal. I have been a very happy and satisfied customer of Rosen Hyundai for about 6 months, and they way I became a customer is quite interesting. I took a friend to Rosen to look at a pre-owned Elantra Limited (with no plans of buying a car myself). Our sales associate was Andrew Heiduke, a tall gentleman with an outgoing personality, infectious smile and boundless energy. He explained that his job was to provide us with the most current and best information possible so that our experience at Rosen would be pleasurable.My friend looked at and test drove at least 6 cars that day before settling on the one he would buy. At no time did Andrew pressure us about anything. He was only too happy to keep bringing us the cars we had selected to drive. He said something to me that resonated with me and told me that I had found the right dealership. He said, "I want to make sure you are 100% happy and satisfied and I hope we have the car you are searching for" Andrew gets it. I went to Rosen Hyundai of Algonquin to buy a used car for my son who is in college. The overall experience was outstanding and the sales person I worked with did a great job. I went to two other lots where I was overwhelmed the second I got out of my car by a sales person charging at me before I could get my door closed. Al Jordan managed the entire process with class. He worked very hard to get us the right deal and in the end we bought the car from him. He introduced us to the used car manager who also gave me a comfort level that I would be well cared for in the future. They stand behind their used cars. They threw in some extras which only added to the positive experience. I would strongly recommend Rosen and in particular Al Jordan. I am not in the market for another car right now but the first place I would go is Rosen and I will make sure it is a day that Al Jordan is working.

We came in to Rosen to get some information because we were looking to replace a car. We had no plans to buy a car that day. Our daughter had purchased a car from Rosen 10 years ago so we were familiar with both Hyundai and Rosen. Dave Schultz was very accommodating and we sat down to talk about what we were looking for in a car. We test drove a new Santa Fe and were very impressed. Obviously Dave was listening to what we said. We keep our cars and the new one didn't have to be brand new (the one we were replacing was almost 14 years old and had been purchased new). He showed us a 2013 Santa Fe Sport loaded with extras and only 27000 miles. It was also in immaculate condition. We saved ourselves a few thousand dollars and were able to get a car with more features than we probably would have been willing to pay for if we were buying new. We had planned to check out a couple of other brands but this car was more than we were looking for so the decision was easy.

I did have some concern about the paint protector that was put on the car. The car was not washed first when the paint protector application was installed. Rob Johnson guaranteed that it was applied and I should not be worried about it. I tend to believe him since my past experience with the service department has been excellent.

Contacted multiple through the internet before making purchase. Asked dealers for their "best price" and Rosen Hyundai's price was better than everyone else's. Many dealers offered to match their price after I asked for their "best price" but I didn't buy from them because the price they initially quoted me was not their "best price". Rosen delivered exactly what they promised and they did an outstanding job of keeping my updated on their search for the vehicle I wanted. Absolutely NO pressure from our salesman (Jon Muehl) and left the dealership believing we received a fair price. Would recommend Rosen Hyundai. Have never enjoyed the car buying experience, but Jon and Rosen made this so much easier than I expected.

I found a used car online located at this dealership. I drove an hour and 15 minutes not knowing what to expect. I was greeted at the door with a smile and a friendly handshake. Andrew was amazing and was on top of everything I requested. After researching a few used cars online for my teenage daughter, I walked into Rosen and was immediately greeted by Al Jordan. After discussing a possibly rather complex trade-in situation, Al recommended that they shop around to get me the best trade-in value versus giving me what likely would have been a low offer on the spot. After a few days of working with other local dealers, Al did a great job on getting us the right car. I have unfortunately purchased too many new or used cars in the past 10 years, and I always dread working with yet another car salesman who is inevitably just looking for commission however they can get it. Al is the first one that hasn't made this list, and I thoroughly enjoyed working with him - I will definitely be reaching out to him in the future.

I looked at 7 different dealerships before i went to Rosen. i got there 20 min. before closing and looked at a 2010 Nissan Rogue. The salesman Al Jordan was very patient, comical, and informative to my questions and needs. I was not done with my research but put a deposit on the vehicle. I was looking for Car for the past six months and i looked at this Toyota Corolla 2010 XLE, the pictures looked good and so we went to see the car, surprising to me the car looked better than the pics. Jason (Sales person) was very helpful to guide us around and after the test drive he listen tio my concerns and decided to get those addressed, it was really good deal and the car looked as good as new when it was handed to me. New brakes, clean car and it wont require any maintenance for the next one-two years. Avoid!!!! It's all a scam. They sent me a quote on an internet price (which they say is the lowest price you can get). So although, it was not the closed dealership, I could not pass the price...I go in there and they tell me that they quoted me the wrong price (a $4000 price difference....the typical foot-in-the-door technique). If it wasn't for the fact that my rental car lease was ending the following day, I would have left and gone elsewhere.After the deal, the sales manager did not even have the curtsey to thank us for the purchase.We solely dealt with the the salesman. I then contacted the general manager a week later. He sounded shocked and related that this was the first he had heard of it and that he would get back to me the following day. A week later.....no word. Obviously poorly runned business with lousy customer service. Then they send me a survey via email. I was going to mark them poorly but it kept on giving me an error message. I then played around with that and realized that the only ratings to go through were good and excellent...anything below that received an error message...this is why they show such a good customer ratings review. I would definitely not purchase a car again from these scammers.

After months of looking at different car dealerships for our daughter her first car we settled on Rosen Hyundai. The first person to greet us was Jason Emery (Sales). With no pressure at all he allowed us at our own pace to test drive any cars we were interested in which we did. After finding a car we were interested in we were then introduced to Rick Burke (Finance Manager) to see what deal could be made. Rick was upfront with us on price and again no pressure at all. We settled on a car with intentions to pick it up in a couple of days. We returned two days later and decided to test drive two more cars and actually upgraded our decision to a certified pre owned Hyundai which at the time were introduced to AL Jordan (Sales). Rick did what he could on price and Jason and Al were fantastic with the no sales pressure and did whatever we needed to make things smooth. AL then introduced us to Yaseen Ali (Finance Manager) and Yaseen then went through all the paper work with us and was very detailed on what we were signing so there was no problems. The team of Jason, Al, Rick and Yaseen was fantastic. They made my daughters first car buying experience go great. We will be back when we are ready for our next vehicle. Liked the ability to negotiate via email with Jon. Nice to know what i was paying out the door before i arrived for a test drive. Wish that purchase of the protection package and extended warranty worked that way, that part reminded me too much of of the normal car buying process with too little time to make an informed decision. I realize that is where a dealer makes money so that will probably never become an up front price. Over all best experience i have had buying a car.

I had just purchased my 2008 Ford Explorer Limited from Adrian but had started out speaking first with Jessica. At the first moment that I called about the vehicle I knew I wanted my business to be with them. Jessica was courteous, polite and VERY informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and taking in my trade. She then turned me over to Rick Burke (finance dept) who then did everything short of sell me the car over the phone. He was professional, polite and very eager to mot only obtain my business but make sure that I was happy with the deal. I live 56 miles away and could not wait to finish the deal we had started. I had went to the dealership to meet my salesman Adrian whom was very accommodating right from the start. He had the truck washed and up at the front door awaiting my arrival with the keys in hand. We went on a nice test drive where it was easy going and did not feel under the typical salesman pressure. When we had gotten back from the test drive he asked if I had any questions or concerns about the truck and I said no lets wrap up the deal. Rick and Adrian did everything possible to make the process go by quickly and made sure my son and I were comfortable during the whole process until we took delivery ofthe truck and were on our way. I really liked my experience with this dealership. I had 2 possible Sonatas I was looking at in the lot. After test driving a Sonata, I had told Greg of the car I was looking at to possibly purchase and he offered to let me take the car for the night and sign a renter's agreement and that really helped my decision to buy the car. The next day i went back to the dealership and purchased the car! I also really appreciated that the whole process did not take as long as i had planned! I only wish there was an option for NO stars. I have been a Hyundai customer ever since I purchased a new 2012 Sonata. I am very upset over the manner in which I was treated recently. I realize that I am one person compared to your millions of customers worldwide. However, I must and will have my voice heard. After a refinance of my 2012 Sonata - which turned out to be a huge mistake, and after several assurances of how Hyundai products maintain their resale value, I attempted to trade it in this past August 2014 at Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin, IL. After being told that there was too much negative equity - a concept which I have never understood in all of the years that I have owned cars because dealerships get more money from their internal financing and sell trade-in vehicles at a profit anyway, I was informed that my only option would be a lease. After initial skepticism since I had never leased a vehicle before, I was told several things that I now believe were complete lies. Some of these concerns were voiced in my customer satisfaction survey after my lease began. However, they certainly merit mentioning again for full declaration of my concerns.First of all, I was told by someone whose name I have forgotten that a lease will boost my credit score. I have since met with a financial adviser who told me that my credit package that ensures against rust, weather conditions, and other hazards that was somewhere around a minimum of $1300.00. I obviously did not have the money for that. So, he told me - with very strong assurances - that he would see if that amount could be rolled into the loan. A very short time later, he returned and said that this could not be done. Fourth and finally regarding the lease itself, please be assured that I do very much appreciate the fact that their providing this new vehicle to me did get me out of a terrible situation with a reprehensible finance company. However, I do not agree with the fact that the entire deal was structured around a single vehicle. Basically, I feel that I should have been given more than one vehicle option. Now, for the greater concern regarding my credit score and recent experience.. This past Friday, May 15th, I went back to Rosen expressing a desire to convert my lease to a purchase. I met with someone named Steve and reiterated everything up to this point. He said that my financial advisor "does not know what she is taking about." He did bring up a valid point that a certain level of credit score is needed for a lease. Furthermore, he said that leasing records less debt on a credit report than a purchase would. These points do sound fair, accurate, and agreeable. However, without even pulling my credit and going to "speak to someone" about the possibility of converting my lease to a purchase, he returned a very short time later and told me three things:1. He said that a lease can be converted to a purchase at anytime.2. He pointed out the negative equity from my trade-in - which I already explained that I was told in no uncertain terms at the time of the lease that the negative equity "completely disappears."3. He said that there was no advantage to converting the lease to a purchase because the purchase would record more debt on my credit report as previously indicated.Well, now I have to pay $11,000.00 to finalize termination of my lease! I would recommend Rosen and especially the salesman Greg Epstein. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and we feel it was a very good deal. He was extremely easy to work with not like some car salesmen. If you go to Rosen I'd check with Greg first, I checked other dealerships and with the first call Greg gave us the best deal we found. This would have been a five star review but the guy that does the paperwork was rude trying to sell us a warranty even though we told him five times we weren't interested. Rosen is amazing in customer service! My family and I have been purchasing/leasing from this location for about 10 years. I'm not sure if I will ever NOT go here!! They are truly great with everything they do. When we sat down to talk numbers on my most recent purchase, they had already dropped the price of the vehicle down almost $4,000. They don't pressure you to buy something you don't want to. They start out by showing you the simplest model of their vehicles, so you don't fall in love with one out of your price range. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to purchase through this location!

Words cannot describe how ill at ease I was about going to a car dealership to buy a car, but our mechanic told us that the old Chevy was ready for the junkyard. One problem walking into any dealership was issues with credit that could hurt our financing. However, once we walked into Rosen we were made to feel that they were on our side and that they were going to do whatever they had to do to get us the best deal and best car possible. Andrew was our salesman, and I can't say enough about him. He made us feel like we were number one, right at home and greeted with coffee and donuts and he was very personable, witty, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. We test drove a couple of cars and ended with a 2013 Elantra. Business manager Rick made us a beautiful deal. To conclude, we walked out of Rosen in the afternoon with a great weight off our backs and a great car-buying experience behind us.

I have dealt with six other Hyundai dealers from service to buying and Rosen is the best. From the service department to the sales was top notch for me. I was sent to Rosen from someone that purchased a vehicle as well and was satisfied. I made a good friend from Rosen they treat you like a person and not a walking dollar. The only thing I was unsatisfied with was the paint protection service Rosen did. I was told it would have no swirl marks and the paint would be protected from environmental debris. I have swirl marks all over my car it looks bad. So be careful with that but overall Rosen will be the only dealer I'll use and I recommend them.

My husband bought a brand new Hyundai Accent last year at Rosen in Algonquin. He absolutely loves his car. We loved the whole experience. I was in need of a new car and wanted to find a used Hyundai veloster. We went to the Rosen dealership again because of my husbands experience. We were welcomed with open arms from Al. He was so helpful and took such great care of us. He then led us to Jed who took care of the financing. He worked his magic to get us a great price and a great percentage rate. We could not be any happier. We will always shop with Hyundai Rosen. They will be the only place we get cars from.

Jon Muehl is the best salesperson I have ever encountered! I went through Edmunds and he offered me the lowest price from the beginning, in writing, and the numbers did not change once I got to the dealership! He was not pushy in any way. Buying this car was actually pleasant. I never thought I would be able to say that about buying a car! It has always been such a headache. FYI, I have been wanting to buy an Elantra since the 2014's were first introduced. I didn't because I didn't care for any of the salespersons or dealerships that I dealt with. So it took me 2 years to find the right guy to earn my business. I will confidently send anyone that I know to Rosen, but specifically to Jon. I really can't say enough about him and my positive experience because of him!

My husband and I couldn't be more thrilled with our Pre-owned purchase from Andrew at Rosen. Having researched our prospective purchase for weeks, we knew going in that if we it didn't work out, then we'd move onto the next. However from the moment we walked in and met Andrew, until Driving off of the lot, was the most comfortable experience ever! (and I was pretty nervous and unsure of what we would be walking into from my past experiences with Other Dealerships). Before we came in, we spoke to Andrew on the phone where he kindly asked that we let Rosen do their magic in finding the loan we had been looking for. I was so skeptical that I STILL tried to do it on my own before going in. Not believing that any Dealership could possibly have a simple, friendly experience. With Rosen, I personally felt like we had people on our side to make sure we got the loan we were looking for with the options we needed. Like we had friends looking out for us. There was no haggling needed. The price was perfect and the genuine, kind service was more than exceptional. I drove down to Algonquin from Milwaukee. It was a long drive but well worth it. I would like to thank David Gonzalez (Salesman) and Adrian (Sales Manager) at Rosen for a great car buying experience. I went to Rosen Hyundai to buy a Sonata Sport and was greeted by Mike Becker. First thing Mike asked me was what brought me in today? I told him I am in the market to buy a new car and was looking at the Sonata as one of my options. After a few test drives and asking all my questions, We found the perfect fit for me! Mike made me feel very comfortable and eased the anxiety of buying a car. At no point did I feel that Mike wasn't looking out for my best interest. Though I didn't buy the Sonata because of personal choice- ( I actually bought a fusion, because I preferred how it drove)---I would still highly recommend Mike Becker and Rosen Hyundai! I hope that all dealers were like you guys! Worth the drive coming from the north side of Chicago!!!!!

I have purchased many vehicles in the past, and would have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Jared was awesome! From prompt email replies, to having the vehicle ready for our test drive all the way down to explaining every detail about the new Santa Fe to us. I usually have a hard time giving 5 stars to anything, because it just seems unrealistic, but I did not have a choice on this review. The day I went in, the dealership was shorthanded, and it was busy. Andrew initially helped me, but was working with 2 other buyers in different stages of the buying process. Regardless, every salesman who passed by during the times Andrew was busy, were genuine and apologetic. The wait didn't bother me anyway. Andrew, my salesman, was phenomenal - a very pleasant guy who is willing to help. The deal went very smoothly, and I felt like I got a good deal. After we agreed on a price, but before the paperwork was signed, I noticed a crack in the upper left corner of the windshield. I mentioned it to Andrew, and he and his manager told me that they would replace the windshield for no additional cost - which they did about a week and a half later. No hassles whatsoever. This has been my best car buying experience by far. If I had one gripe, it would be the closing process where the finance manager tried to push every available option and warranty, that I told him up front that I did not want. I know, it's his job, so I just let him go, and I still didn't take any option or warranty. Whatever. Overall, that does not tarnish my opinion of the dealership. Rosen Hyundai is great!

My fiance and I were in the market for a new vehicle when just by chance we happened to drive into Rosen Hyundai on a Sunday afternoon. Seeing exactly what we were looking for i contacted Rosen via the internet and was quickly replied back to on Monday by Al Jordan. We made an appointment to go in later that evening to look and test drive a 2014 certified Hyundai Tucson and needless to say we quickly fell in love with it. From the color to the features we found it to be the perfect choice although the price tag was close to our top end it made us slightly nervous... would they be willing to work with us on the price we thought? Would we get top dollar for our trade in? Would they fight to get us at the car payment we want with the bank? The answer to all these questions and more was YES!!! We received top dollar for our trade in and with Al's relentless pursuit to provide the best service possible he and the sales manager Adrian Salihu worked with the bank to get us exactly the car payment we were looking for. It' no surprise when i read this dealerships reviews and talked to people who have bought from them that there are nothing but great things to be said. I will definitely return when it comes time to purchase another vehicle and have told anyone looking to get a quality vehicle at a fair price without the games then look no further then Rosen Hyundai.

Service department was straight forward with there inspection. Identified items that need to be replaced. Left it up to us to decide. No pressure at all. We worked with Jason on getting a used Subaru Outback, or rather he worked with us. He answered each (of my many) questions about the car and how we could go about getting it in a timely manner. I felt we were given good deal on our trade-in and getting an affordable and very nice used vehicle.My requests such as detailing the interior and fixing an area on the side panel were met without question and I picked it up today. Jason was also straightforward about what the dealership could and couldnt do, which set up reasonable expectations all involved.

I just purchased my third Hyundai Tucson this past Saturday (5/10/14). I go to Rosen each time for two reasons, the absolutely fantastic (recall-free) cars and the people. Funny, low key, helpful, empathetic, sympathetic, knowledgeable, caring, dedicated, selfless, and NOT PUSHY. The list of positives goes on... They are the real deal. It's like purchasing a car from a family member (on second thought, better). And it isn't a fluke - everyone there is like that. Not a grumpy one in the bunch! If your salesman happens to have a day off, there are several people volunteering to "pop" into the conversation and help. I'd like to especially send a shout out to Ian Turner, my Salesman. I know he hasn't been there that long, but if the way he treated me is any indication, he has a great future with Hyundai. He was so courteous through the selection process, had all the information/paperwork ready when I arrived to purchase the vehicle, and had given me a list of what items to bring so we could get things done quickly. I was late because I volunteer at an animal shelter and we received a 2-day old litter of kittens at the last minute, but Ian was willing to stay there late on a Saturday to accommodate me. Then the sweet man spent well over an hour in the car with me going over each feature, doing it all after his work day was complete, ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. We made a verbal appointment to get together next week just to work on the Navigation questions, because I just felt too bad keeping him any longer. He has impeccable manners, incredible follow-up, and the fact that he kept me abreast of the situation every step of the way made it all a stress-free, enjoyable experience. Which is how a person should feel picking up their brand new car... EXCITED!!! The best of it all... NO PRESSURE!!!. EVER!!! FROM ANYONE!!! I also want to give a big THANK YOU to Jed Settles. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!The people at the Rosen Hyundai dealership in Algonquin are the reason why car dealerships have a terrible reputation. We spent well over $50k on two brand new cars at once. If we had known how we would be treated, we would not have turned to even look at this building full of SCAM ARTISTS! We were promised "bumper to bumper coverage" for 10 years. It was the main selling point for us on the 2 cars we bought. The dealership promised us this plan and said the terms would be mailed to us in a few weeks. BIG RED FLAG! When the terms of the warranty finally arrived, they apparently didn't expect us to read them. There were 6 words on what the plan covered and 3 PAGES on what is excluded: EVERYTHING. The engine, the electric/hybrid system, the body, the interior, NOTHING WAS COVERED! We called the insurance company and they confirmed that almost nothing was under that warranty and were surprised someone had actually told us it was "bumper to bumper." Once confronted, we were told to wait a few more days for them to gather the paperwork from the insurance company outlining the policy, not knowing we had called already trying to cancel directly. By some coincidence, those few days we were asked to wait were also the end of the month... ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR COMMISSION!! The personnel is extremely rude after you've bought the car and have driven us to multiple serious conversations about attempting to return the cars. This has been one of the most frustrating customer experiences we have ever dealt with. Buying a house was nothing compared to the CONS they attempted at this dealership. We were fooled by the good reviews and decent deal but once the sale was finalized, they attempted to pull any dollar they could out of us! We are in the midst of the cancellation process and are considering bringing lawyers into this. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! Go to a different dealership, it's only a Hyundai, or DO NOT EVEN LISTEN TO THEIR WARRANTY AND PACKAGE OFFERS! HUGE SCAM!

My daughter and I purchased a used vehicle from Fletcher Jones Honda. We were greeted by Leon, one of the managers at this establishment. He has excellent customer services skills. He has a great personality, professional, and displays down to earth people skills. In other words, he's very respectful and can make you feel like you have known him for years. Leon introduced my daughter and I to Audrey, who is a great salesperson, professional and great customer services skills. She took us upstairs to show a few cars. Audrey answered all of our questions and let us take a couple cars for a test drive. She explained the spec's of the car. Then she sat in the back, didn't try and distract us, let us drive, relax and inspect the cars. No rushing here! Very patient and confident young lady. She's great! Both of these individuals made our buying experience one of the best we had encountered. I look forward to buying another vehicle from them in the near future. Set up an appointment for a standard oil change for this last Saturday and they told me that 11:30 would be the best time. So, I bring my car in, get there at 11:20 just in case they can get to it faster. Then, for the next hour and forty five minutes, they left me sitting in the waiting room without any update. By the time they finally brought it back, I was assuming they had wrecked it while putting it through the car wash. Simply ridiculous. If you can't do an oil change, why would anyone trust you with a real service project?

I was greeted by Dominick upon entering the showroom and Dominick introduced me to Mark Rus. Mark was friendly, informative, and quickly arranged a test drive of a Santa Fe. During the test drive he offered to extend the drive, which was not necessary. We discussed the differences in prices for 2013 and 2014 models, as well as the different equipment packages for the 2014s. I chose a 2014 GLS AWD with the Technology package. I changed my mind on color twice while in the showroom and Mark told me they would try to locate a vehicle and give me a call by Friday (2 days.) Mark called on Friday to tell me they had not located a vehicle in black and they were still working on it. I changed my color choice again (back to the original Iron Frost) and Mark called me on Saturday afternoon to say the car was at Rosen and would be ready for delivery that afternoon. During the delivery process they offered the standard protection packages (I declined them all) but were not pushy in the process. We had to wait about an hour to see the finance guy, because they were delivering several cars at the end of the day on Saturday. We were given access to the car and the opportunity to ask questions and simply get used to the new vehicle. Our finance person (I forget his name and it is not listed in the choices) was thorough and since I was financing through my bank, he offered several different options to get my finance business. He offered at least 3 different options, but he did it professionally and without pressure. When he realized I was sticking with my financing option, we moved on. The entire process for paperwork, etc was about 20 minutes or so. We were the last to leave the showroom (after closing hours), got our vehicle and left.My only quibble with the process was although I asked for carpeted floor mats as the only accessory, the vehicle came with a tow hitch, cargo net, cargo tray, cargo cover, and no floor mats all of which Rosen charged me for. I wish that had been explained up front and/or I had been given the option to decline the accessories. As it turns out the cargo cover is something I will use.Overall, an excellent experience. From walking into the showroom to delivery took 4 days, but total time spent in the dealership was about 3 hours. I would recommend Rosen Hyundai and Mark Rus for your next purchase. I will be having my Santa Fe serviced at Rosen (was a previous service customer with my Genesis Coupe) and Rosen will be my first stop for my next Hyundai as well!!

Mark Rus made my experience at buying a new vehicle very pleasant. I would most definitely suggest using him when it comes to purchasing a new or used vehicle. Sometimes, making an investment such as purchasing a new vehicle can be a bit of a headache but Mark's professionalism and willingness to listen to what I wanted made things that much easier....

I wish I could give ZERO stars, yet, I'll chalk up this 1 star I have to give the Rosen Team for at least remembering my name. Here's a LONG story made a short as possible.They offered me an approval (at least they claim they had one) on a new 2014, fully loaded, Santa Fe Sport Turbo. I had an issue with the credit, yet, had a co-signer with PERFECT credit. They wanted an EXORBITANT down payment, and they said they'd cap it at $575 monthly. They didn't... they wanted over $600 and more of a down payment, at a $22% rate... CRAZY! All due to an investment property that I own, they claimed was in FORECLOSURE... which it ISN'T.Then, they said that they would locate the car I wanted. Guess what? THEY DIDN'T. They tried to push the one and only package in the Santa Fe Sport I wanted on me from their stock... Which wasn't ever close to the vehicle I wanted. Never made an attempt to even get the car of my choice... You know... The one they wanted to charge me 22% for??!!They told me that when I explained to them that other dealerships could locate the EXACT car I'm looking for... They said that those dealerships were LIARS... And, only wanted my money... Ah, hello POT, it's the KETTLE!And, to bring this story to an end. I found a dealership that approved my car loan at 4.8%, (YEP, 4.1%)... with way LESS of a down payment, and a monthly payment of almost a $150 LESS as well! Not only that., I bought the car from the new dealership the night THEY were expecting me at Rosen to enter their Juice Loan Program. Best part... I didn't go home with my car that night from the new dealership, as they were driving it back to their dealership that night from 500 miles away to be inspected. And, instead of my having to drive out there almost an hour away again that following day... THE DEALERSHIP DROPPED IT OFF AT MY HOUSE BEFORE 10 AM THE NEXT DAY!Stay away from Rosen! It's BS at it finest... and, that's all you'll get. Although, they may want to sell you a warranty on the BS they give you! it's a JOKE!!

I'm a current graduate student down in Central Illinois. This past winter break my trusty Saturn died on me after 14 years of wear on tear. So it was time to look for my first big girl purchase and research new cars. Before I beginyou must understand the budget of a college studentlet alone a student in graduate schoolyou're going to expect a decent salaryhowever, it is not what it is expected to be. I spent a whole night research small sedans that would suite my needs as a college student. My first priority was safety of course. Secondly, I wanted a car that would give me excellent gas mileage. I researched the Ford Focus, Honda Civic, Toyota Corolla, and Hyundai Elantra. Ford and Elantra were the two I was debating between. When I was researching the Rosen Hyundai I found an amazing deal online for the Hyundai Elantra. I immediately put my contact information in and was contacted the next morning! Toni was working with me to help me receive the online deal that I had claimed; I went in that day and met with his sales partner Mark. Immediately they were both amazing and were willing to work with me and my budgeting situation since I was in graduate school. Unfortunately, the first day I went in I was only able to talk for a little bit but I had immediate and wonderful service. Over winter break I was working long hours and while I was working Toni was staying connected to me via email, text and phone. He was amazing and was able to answer any question or concern I may have had when I was figuring out my financial situation. The Monday before Christmas I researched more Elantras on the Rosen lot and found my dream car. It had everything I could have ever imagined and more! I again put my contact information in and immediately was given an appointment to test drive it. Mark contacted me before my test drive and had the car ready to go for me. He showed me all of the details that were included and we took it for a test drive. As soon as I was back in the lot, I was sold. I told him my decision was made and I wanted to purchase this car. He contacted everyone that would be in the process of helping me with purchasing my car and we began the paper work. He explained everything very slowly and gave me exact details of different payment plans that would work with my current financial situation. It could not have worked out more smoothly than it did. They took the time to explain everything as well as give me several deals on purchasing my first car, becoming a first time buyer at their dealership, automatic start, and interior and exterior protection! It was incredible how well the entire dealership team worked together to give me the best price and experience for purchasing my first car. I believe Mr. Brandt (I could have the name wrong...sorry) worked with me and my mom to explain the financial phases in regards to payments and he was incredible! He talked with us about the financial situation and also gave us an incredible deal and wonderful conversations.I seriously could not have asked for a better experience, and because of them I have an amazing car that is going to last me for years. They have had several people check in with me and my experience with my car and if I needed anything. The whole dealership is amazing and I HIGHLY recommend going there if you want excellent service and an amazing vehicle. Thank you all again for helping me purchase my dream car! Bought Hyundai Elantra last Thursday at Rosen. It was our third Rosen Hyundai purchase over the last ten years. We worked with John Hutton who was friendly, informative, yet not pushy. We had almost bought a 2013 Elantra GLS when John told us the deal we could get on a 2013 Elantra Limited. Again, John told us the plusses and minuses and never pushed which we appreciated. We eventually purchased the Elantra Limited and we are sure we will be as satisfied as we have been with our other Rosen purchases.

Purchase a 2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0. My wife and I test drove both a FWD 2.0 and an AWD 2.4 from Rosen Hyundai on a Saturday. We just began to research the Santa Fe Sport, Toyota RAV 4, Honda CRV and a Mazda CX-5. During the next week I visited the various dealerships, test drove and asked each dealer to E-mail me a price for the car including, money factor, residuals and a price for a trade in of a 2012 Honda Pilot. My sales consultant at Hyundai, Dave Schultz, was the only person to e-mail me what I asked for. I had to call the 3 other sales people and ask again for the information I was looking for, not just the monthly payment they sent me. Daves hearing and price for the car was excellent and after 2 more e-mails, we had a final cost worked out which came within our budget. We came back on Thursday to test drive a 2.0 AWD in the exact color and configuration we wanted to purchase. We still had one more car to test drive and felt no pressure from Dave to close the deal that night. Dave is a professional. He respected my time and better yet respected my wifes decision to drive the other three choices before making her decision. We purchased the car that Friday. In car sales reality, waiting 6 days between a test drive and a purchase is a long time. Dave was patient, followed up only one time and best yet, listened and understood our time constraints and need to do proper research.I went into the dealership on Daves day off and had the pleasure to work with the Sales manager Dominick Logan. I ask if he could clean up the car my wife wanted to test drive later that day and also had him do an appraisal on the Pilot. Upon our return the car was spotless, parked right in front ready for a test drive. They let us test drive the car without a sales person present which really solidified our decision to purchase the Santa Fe Sport. We were able to drive our neighbor roads and discover how compliant the Santa Fes ride is compared to the other 3 choices.We closed the deal on Friday at 4:00 taking a whole 10 minutes to sign the docs. Yaseen Ali of the finance department was outstanding. Dave delivered the SUV to my wife, educating her on all the new features, setting up her Bluetooth and answering any questions she had while being patient, professional and just a great guy to do business with.Rosen Hyundai, Dave Shultz, Dominick Logan and Yaseen Ali all provided a very relaxed, no pressure, enjoyable sales experience.

DO NOT EVEN WALK IN THE DOOR of ROSEN HYUNDAI! I have purchased a few cars over the years, and have NEVER had worse service than this place. I came in near closing time and they had me put down a $100 refundable deposit to hold the car until the next day. The car I wanted has been selling out (I've been researching cars for 5 months and know they have been on a wait list etc, otherwise I would not have paid a deposit). The salesman was great, not pushy and very friendly. The deal seemed to be going good, until I walked into the finance department. The guy was as sleazy as they come. He was rushing thru paperwork and trying to get me to sign off on papers. I asked "What is the % rate, we have not even discussed interest rates" he said "12.9%" (the SUCKER RATE) I was like, xxxx no.That would have been a payment of$470 a month for 72 months. I am not paying that. He showed me my "trans union credit report" that read that my credit was supposedly in the mid 500's. Little did they know I had all of my credit reports run the week prior, and my trans union credit was really in the mid 600's. As I was standing up and walking out, he scurried and said he would try to get it lower. I told him I was not going to pay more than 6% interest. He came back with 11.9%. I told my dad to get up and that we were leaving. The finance guy told me that if I waited he would try to get it lower. In the end, the lowest he could scurry to get was 9%, but because it was that low, he had to use some "DEALER COUPONS" or something, and I would have to purchase a remote starter, GAP INSURANCE, and some other items after market.... in order to keep my interest rate low. Now, I asked him - "What the xxxx does me buying a remote starter or your GAP insurance have to do with my INTEREST RATE?" He said that if my rate was that low, (9%) his dealer has to pay over $1,000 in fees to get it that low. TOTAL BULL$%^&. Oh, they also were not going to give me the recent college grad rebate because my "credit was so low". We walked out. I ended up calling GERALD HYUNDAI in North Aurora (20 miles out of my way) and having them run my credit. I had chatted with Frank L there a few times over texts and over the phone. I literally told him I wanted the car, NO EXTRAS, no dealer added pinstripes, no GAP insurance, and that I wasn't going to pay more than 6% interest. I told him that I had somewhere to be at 6:30pm and that I wanted to literally come in, drive that car, read and sign papers and leave. It was literally the best car buying experience ever. I was able to do just that. I was at Gerald Hyundai for about 1.5 hours. Basically just chatting while they wrote up the paperwork, and I drove the car. Also, my interest rate on THEIR trans union had my interest in the 600's!!!!! In the end, my payment is only $340 for 72 months! My interest rate is where I wanted and I have the car I wanted without any extra crap on it! I got the college rebate, the loyalty rebate, and PAID $1,000 UNDER INVOICE for the car!!!! Here are my questions for you to think about:How is it that two different dealers ran my credit and they were WAY different?When will I get my deposit refund back from Rosen?How could the original interest rate be 12.9% but then within minutes of me walking out he was able to drop it down to 8.9%?Rosen Hyundai should be ashamed of themselves.Please, DO NOT SHOP AT ROSEN. Do your research and DO NOT SETTLE FOR having to buy a car with extras you don't want or need, (dealer add ons just jack up the price, Rosen had offered to remove them for me)Do not SETTLE for a high interest rate! Don't be afraid to walk out of the finance office, YOU HAVE THE POWER!

I have always believed that the true measure of any business is not how they treat you when everything goes well, but how they treat you when things do not. I recently purchased a 2009 Certified Pre-owned Santa Fe from Rosen and discovered about a week later that the tires on the vehicle were out of spec in regards to tread depth. When I called Rosen to tell them that the tire pressure monitor light had come on, and another Hyundai dealer had found the tires to be out of spec, I was quickly connected to Dan Ditusa, the used car manager. Dan listened to my problem and politely asked me to bring the vehicle and the old tires in for a look. The front tires had already been replaced (the other dealership had the tread depth at a failing 2/32 on the front) and the rear tires were at the end of their life span. As soon as Dan saw that the tires were, in fact, in bad shape he apologized that that problem had managed to slip through the certification process and agreed to install two new rear tires to match the front, and reimburse me for the cost of the others I had been compelled to buy. Needless to say, I was able to walk out of Rosen's doors feeling just as good as I had when I bought the vehicle, and I honestly had not expected that on the way in that day. I appreciate that Dan stood by the guarantee that Rosen had offered with no questions asked and I would recommend them strongly to anyone who asks me where they should buy their next car. Honest people are hard to find.

John gave us the time and space to make our decision and there was no hard sell or pressure to buy, which was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. After arriving home I also had the pleasure to speak on the telephone with Scott Levy, General Manager about our experience. My wife and I know that we will also be well taken care of by the Service Department, as we have worked with Kyle Monteith before and he is the best! I had a great experience at this dealership. I have been to Happy Hyundai in Oak Lawn and Family Hyundai in Orland Park, IL and have had horrible experiences. This dealership was so fantastic. Mark Rus was wonderful, he was very nice, not pressuring, and worked with me over the phone. They even stayed late for us because we came from an hour and 15 minutes away. This dealership is the only dealership I will go to in the future because they are NOT a sleazy dealership. Honestly, the smoothest transaction ever . I highly recommend!

While shopping for quotes, Kyle worked with me over 3 days to solicit a timing belt change. Not cheap anywhere, but he came out best.When he offered to drop loaner and take my Sante Fe in, he got the job. 1 minor surprise but wash, oil change, etc. made this a great experience.... and 12 month warranted vrs. 30 days by locals.

He was extremely friendly, and went the extra mile to help me -- including staying past closing time to help me finish the deal and walk me through the many features of the new car.I would highly recommend Rosen Hyundai. We found a very nice Sonata and worked out a great deal. There were a couple issues with the car when we test drove it and were told they would be fixed. We made the deal and told them we were going to the bank to pick up a check. When we called after we left the bamk to tell them we were running late they told is someone else was looking at the car. We asked if the service dept. Looked at the car and Sean said they did and the brakes were fine. We called back ro speak to speak to the sales mgr upset because they were showing the car. We asked if we could have it in writing that the brakes were ok and he told us no one had looked at the car because they didnt have mechanics in. Would not ever trust them to sell a reliable car. Wish we had as good of an experience as other reviewers. May have just been our sales man was sleazy.

I stopped in to Rosen Hyundai and Al Jordan came out to meet us. Al was a pleasure to meet and work with. He never wavered and found me just what I was looking for. Now I did not come without some financial baggage but the dealership did everything they could and more to get this done for me. I came back with a friend and she was also impressed with Al. Was nice that Al spendt so much time looking for the car for me. Most forget all about you if you don't buy right away.

We had a nice experience at this Dealership buying a Hyundai Veracruz. I'd suggest you ask for Mike (Last Name Burden, I think) if you go there. He was low pressure, knowledgable, personable, and stayed with us to shoot the breeze and pass the time as we waited for a finance person to be available. If I had a suggestion for this dealership, it would be to revise the system by which finance personnel is assigned to waiting customers. We did wait quite a long time, but in the end the finance guy (Jim) was great.

All are great vehicles, no issues, service department is very accommodating and have always gone out of their way to make sure we are 100% satisfied. I was working with Mark Rus on the internet for a few months. Mark always answered my questions quickly. When I was ready to buy, I went to a few Hyundai dealers to see if I could get a good price on the trade in of my 2010 Sonata.The reason I stopped last at Rosen was the excellent service I received when I had a problem with 2010 Sonata. The service department got me a rental and fixed the problem with no cost to me.So I meet with Mark Rus, we looked at the exact Sonata I wanted. Mark gave to a great deal but his trade-in value was lower than another Hyundai dealer. I showed him my other offer and he went to his sales manager and came back meet that trade in price. I was very happy with the complete deal. Johnny W in finance was great too. as .09% interest is awesome.Mark took a few minutes and helped me set up my phone with blue tooth and off I went a happy camper. Mark Rus is very professional, low key and very helpful. I will recommend Mark Rus and Rosen to all my friends!!!!!!

This being my first ever car experience I went into the dealer fairly nervous. I had been to a couple of other places; Carmax, Knauz Hyundai, and Patrick Hyundai... really only having a somewhat decent experience with Patricks. After being referred to the Algonquin Rosen by my boyfriend's dad I decided to make the hike there from Mundelein. I walked in and was greeted and at first was thinking I wanted a used car... so they sent me over to the used car area. I should have known, I wanted the perfect car and I wasn't going to find that in a used one. So after test driving I went back over to the new section. Walked around the whole lot with Mark Rus and discussed what I really wanted. He knew the inventory very well and found me exactly what I was looking for, but not before tracking it down at a different location and having it shipped to the Algonquin dealer overnight. We worked out a price I was... somewhat okay with (what 24 year old is okay with spending all of their savings) and I met with Jim in finance who was extremely personable and easy to work with. Being that I don't know much about financing and cars in general he was very patient with me and answered all my questions in terms I could understand. I drove home with a car I could not have expected to be able to afford at this age... but with saving and budgeting throughout high school and college I made it happen and Mark and Jim helped me every step of the way!I would definitely recommend Rosen in Algonquin to anyone!

I arrived at Rosen excited to buy my first new car, only to find out that the representative I had spoken with over the phone had given incorrect information, and the car I was hoping to buy was not actually available. Having driven almost 2 hours to the location, I was less than happy. Mark took responsibility for his company, and did all he could to to make my drive worth it: He not only honored all the things the previous represenative had promised me, but also made sure that the car I got was exactly what I was looking for. I assumed I'd have to wait for a week or 2, but he had it delivered to the location the very next day! And I cannot say enough great things about his approach to customer service - I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and he gave me tons of information so that I would know what to expect throughout the entire process (which was great, since I'd never been through it before!) Although the experience started out terribly, Mark turned it completely around, and I could not have asked for a better experience than what he gave me!

I bought my 2007 Sante Fe GLS from Rosen Hyundai in October, 2007 and have been very happy with the vehicle. When we purchased the vehicle, we were of course ran the gauntlet of the post sales stuff: rust proofing, etc. The guy peddling the extended warranty was a smooth operator and we did the foolish thing of purchasing a Hyundai Advantage Wrap service agreement to the tune of $1443. The standard vehicle warranty was 10 years/100,000 miles so between that and the service contract, I thought I'd be covered for just about anything except the usual: tires, batteries, brakes, etc. At about 50,000 miles, my check engine light came on. I took it in today, 8/16/2012 to Rosen Hyundai to get a couple of air bag recall items fixed and to get the check engine light checked out. I figured I would not have to pay anything. Much to my unpleasant surprise, I was informed by the service rep that the cause of the issue is a gas tank vent valve and that was not covered under the warranty....of course. Cost to fix, $350!!! I was absolutely incensed. What the heck did I buy an extended warranty for? I checked my paper work, and of course, there is no mention of what was exactly covered by this "Advantage" warranty. I bought a $1,500 piece of toilet paper. I was also told when I dropped the car off that there would be a $68 diagnostic charge that would be put towards the cost of repair if they did the work. I was so mad about the part not being covered, I called my regular repair shop, and they said that is a common part that fails on Hyundai's and that he was surprised that that was not covered by a service contract. In other works, I've been screwed. When I went to pick up the car, I was handed a bill for $115 for "diagnostic" work! It cost $115 for some jamoke to plug the car into a diagnostic computer to put out the diagnose codes? I am NEVER setting foot in this dealership again. I feel like I've been flim flammed and sold a bill of goods. When new car time comes around, this place will be the last place I will shop for a car if that's how they treat their customers. This is the first time I needed warranty work(or so I thought) on the car, and the part was conveniently not covered. A lady was sitting there waiting for her car and she said the very same thing about their contract as well as a friend. Nothing seems to be covered by these useless contracts that are only money makers for slimy car salesmen. Live and learn.Steve SartellHuntley, IL

I came to Rosen Hyundai because parents of a former student were very happy in their dealings with Rosen. On Tuesday, July 11th I grudgingly drove there and ended up at the service building. I whined to the man who met me that I didn't want to waste anyone's time, I just needed to gather info on their vehicles. I had an 18 year old 1994 little, red Cavalier that I had bought new. After 18 years it had become a part of my life, but it was getting old and I knew that eventually I'd have to do something. I also have a 2003 Chevy S 10 and didn't know which vehicle to replace. He led me to the showroom building and intriduced me to Chris and I again whined about my indecision. He very kindly introduced me to John Hutton who was to help me. I soon learned that John is a very skilled, sensitive salesperson who guided me through the purchase of my new silver Elantra. He listened intently as I answered his thoughtful questions about my driving habits and preferences. He then showed me Elantra models, all the while clearly explaining the purposes and benefits of the many features offered. John and Bob Williams and Chris were very understanding each time I cried as sentiment overwhelmed me. John took a picture of me with my "Little Red" and Chris is going to frame it. John will bring it with him when he comes to sync up my garage door opener! Everyone of my friends is in disbelief when they learn that I have traded in "Little Red" and how happy I am with my vert sporty silver Elantra, a.k.a Hi-Ho Silver! These reactions are all testament to the wonderful treatment I received from John Hutton. I am very thankful.

We are from the Milwaukee WI area. The reason we went to Rosen is because we had an unhappy experience with a local Hyundai dealer in our area. We wanted a 2012 Tucson GLS AWD in chai bronze that was not available locally. The dealer required we sign a purchase contract before they would locate the preferred color in IL and requested earnest money. We offered earnest money however refused to sign a purchase agreement without seeing the vehicle. The dealer refused to back down on the required contract. We then searched for an IL Hyundai dealer to locate a Chai Bronze and we received information on Rosen. We emailed and called Rosen and spoke with Jared. He didn't have a chai bronze AWD however could obtain the vehiclewith $100 earnest money down. The same day Jared called us back and confirmed he located the vehicle and had it on his lot for us to see and purchase Saturday. Jared was super friendly, helpful,and even went out of his way to activate the bluetooth in our new vehicle. Everything went very smooth and hassle free with the pricing which we were quite pleased about. Jared and the dealership went out of their way to make us satisfied with our Hyundai purchase after what we went through locally. We even received a few options for free beyond the GLS standard. Very happy!

I actually purchased a used car from the Rosen Kia store which was also a very good experience, however about a year after I bought (2008 Saturn Vue) it had an issue with the whipper blade mechanism and it was in need of repair I explained to Chis Stevens that it would be easier for my wife to bring the vehicle to Rosen Hyundai and that I was concerned that it would be covered by my extended service contract. Chris assured me it would be and made arrangements to have a loaner vehicle ready for my wife when she got there. The whole thing could not have gone any smoother I am very happy and just wanted to say thank you. Thanks againM Hills

Although it started up immediately, I wanted to have it checked out.I called early this morning and Kyle listened to my description of the problem and suggested I bring it in. He greeted my husband and I pleasantly and called up our previous service history. He reassured us that the service team would run diagnostics and would call us to discuss their findings.We inquired about what check up should come at 90,000 and he shared that info with us. After receiving his good news after the service team checked out the car, we said to go ahead with the 90,000 mi ckeck up. When I picked up the car, I was greeted again by Kyle, who proceeded to review the service report with me. Kyle's service, along with the fine quality of workmanship the service department consistently provides are reasons we continue to do business with Rosen. In the next year I hope to purchase another Hyundai; I look forard to doing business with you again.

Jamie was very professional, empathetic and understanding of the issues we were having with our car. The other service tech (im not sure of his name) was very unprofessional and jamie took the reigns over and solved our issues quickly and professionally. it is a joke that these two people work in the same shop due to the fact that they are polar opposites. The managerial staff needs to look into the people he works with, because jamie cannot plug the sinking ship on his own.

With no appointment, I was greeted by Jamie Edwards, who not only took care of me immediately, but put me in a vehicle while mine was being worked on; he explained in detail the issues with my car. His knowledge, concern for my safety and his ability to make me feel comforted in a time of crisis was not only a sign of compassion, but that he truly was looking out for me. This was also an indication that he genuinely has the customers best interest at heart, we need to have more people like Jamie working for their customers, not just interested in taking their money. Upon picking up my car, he thanked me for my patience, when I was the one that was so thankful. Jamie should be acknowledged for a job well done, and some of the other employees should take note of his professionalism and follow his lead.

I bought my car new in 2004 and have been coming for service to Rosen ever since. Everyone I've dealt with have been great. Kyle Monteith has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions and treats me like a very valued customer. I guess the best way to describe it is I feel like he has my back and wants me to feel secure with my vehicle. I now work an hour away from the Dealership but still bring my car in there every 3 months for scheduled maintenance. I just couldn't imagine going anywhere else. My overall experience at Rosen was great! When I first got to see the car that I was purchasing, there were some scuffs and they were taken care of right away. I felt at ease when talking with Mark, and never felt the uncomfortable pressure that can come with purchasing a new car.

Awesome. Our credit waa horrible Dave worked hours to get us a great car. He was in constant contact with us for 2days. Problem after Problem arose but Dave never gave up. Mark was outstanding and helped get my wife and I into a new Tuscon in preparation for our baby in a few months. A friend had mentioned to me to visit Rosen in Algonquin. A friend of his had bought a new car there and was very happy with the service. I had been looking on line at different vehicles and dealers and decided to stop in there to look at a couple of cars. I test drove two and did end up buying a new Veloster. My salesman was Doug (who, unfortunately is retiring this month, but good for him!)The place was busy but as busy as it was, they made the whole process painless! They were efficient and took the time to help you find what you were really looking for without being pushy.If you are looking for a car, the trip to Rosen will be well worth it.(Best wishes on your retirement Doug)

Prior to our visit to Rosen, my wife and I weren't entirely certain whether an Elantra or a Sonata would be the right choice for our needs. Jared was most accomodating by guiding us through the mechanical, performace and safety specs on both cars. After which, we were able to test drive the 2012 Elantra and then a 2013 Sonata GLS. With out hestitation, we determined that the more roomy and powerful Sonata would be our choice. Although Rosen did not have our personally chosen color in their inventory, they were most accomodating in having the exact car relaocted to their dealership within three days. Our buying experience was pressure-free and actually involved Rosen matching an internet price received from another Hyundai dealer. To top it off, our final contract was at a lower interest rate than advertised and also included numerous dealer-installed add-ons that we didn't originally choose to pursue.We would definitely recommend visiting Rosen for your Hyundai purchase and to personally ask to work with Jared Shaw.

I was very happy with Josh's willingness to be available throughout the buying process. He was very cooperative with supplying me additional information as I needed it. As I was unsure what options I was interested in at first he was patient with me while I was making my decision. Josh was always pleasant and available through either email or phone. I enjoyed the fact that I didn't feel any pressure to make my selection before I was ready.

After searching for my Veloster around and being rejected and ignored from my local Hyundai dealerships I found my Veloster at Rosen Hyundai. From 1st email to delivery Josh made it super easy. Once my car arrived I was contacted by Josh and I taught now problem will hit a fan (I had my bank approval and lots of dealers just simply.. hate it) but I found it differently. Mr. Bob (F&I manager) beat my bank rate and 30 minutes later I left dealership in my new Veloster. Super positive dealership from beginning to end so if you are looking for good deal, good people then please do your self a favor a visit Rosen Hyundai and ask for Josh and Bob..You will be pleased. Great experience! Both Bob Hoffman (Sales) and Bob Williams (finance) were very professional and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Bob even called me a couple days later just to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I've bought several new cars from different dealers and this by far was the best experience. I went to this dealership looking for an elantra. I had a unique situation that required some extra work with the financing in order to get the deal completed. I was told by my salesman and a sales manager that it could not be done, not by them, but by any dealer. I explained to them that while shopping at other dealers who were aware of my situation, those dealers never expressed concern over getting the deal financed. "Sorry can't get it done". I then left and went to Brilliance Honda in Crystal Lake and worked with John and purchased a new Honda Civic in and out of the dealer in an hour and with competitive financing through Honda Finance. My problem now is that for the last three weeks I get at least three credit denials from banks where Rosen Hyundai attempted to get me financed. I just have trouble understanding why other dealers were so capable when a major dealer like Rosen wasn't. Thanks Rosen for settling any questions I might have had about making the right decision.

My Hyundai Elantra purchase experience with Rosen Hyundai was easy, fair and timely. Joshua Hastings was very helpful and patient with me throughout the process. I was set on my color selection, which they did not have readily available, but, Joshua came through and delivered my car on the day he said he would. Dominick gave me a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle and the financing & signing process with Bob was simple and took no time at all. Rosen Hyundai has a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere, and the new car buying process was a pleasure. I would recommend Rosen to anyone looking for a new car.

My Dad was assisting me with buying a pre-owned Elantra. We were working with Joe who was very flexible with my needs. They didn't have the color I wanted with a sunroof. They actually went ahead and offered to throw in a sunroof. They expressed their sympathy with not having the vehicle I wanted on the lot. That's when Dan came into play and said they might possibly find the specific car I want if I'd allow their buyer a few days to look around for it. Needless they weren't able to find it but I admire their effort. With my horrible experience at McGraths I'm thinking about taking their offer with putting a sunroof on a different color car then I wanted. I feel better doing business with friendly, honest people that are willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I liked everything about this dealership, they were very friendly and no high pressure. I test drove about 4 cars with Mark who was knowledgeable about the product line and pointed out the different features. When I chose the car I liked I got a bottom line price on 2 options, new and used. Since Saturday was very busy, I liked that they let me leave a deposit to hold the car I wanted. They offered to let me take it home for a day if I wanted. I like that Hyundai's pricing is simple, 3 trim levels no options.I came back Monday to complete my transaction. I liked that they came and picked me up for my appointment since I didn't have a vehicle at that time. It took about 1.5 hours all together for them to prepare the paperwork and finish prepping my car.The finance person offered an extended warranty hadn't been mentioned on the first visit but the manager explained to me their reasons. I wasn't happy about getting this info at the end of the process because I hadn't researched and read up on this option and it was new for me. So I spoke to the manager about it. Once I understood I had a few days to make a decision about it, I was satisfied. Don't let this throw you as a consumer, and don't get mad at the finance person like I did. The extended warranty is totally up to you depending on whether you want the convenience of the roadside assistance etc.Buying a new car is a big decision, you are limited only in your time by how much research you want to do. Hyundai and Rosen made things very simple. I haven't used their service, but will do so soon and leave a rating.

Working with Jared was absolutely wonderful. He's not your typical pushy salesman, which is very refreshing for a woman shopping for a new car. Although it took some time, Jared and Debrah were able to find the exact color combination we wanted on the 2012 Santa Fe. Costco price was unbeatable and no hidden costs when we came to sign. The finance manager was extremely unprofessional, cursing, and slamming papers around in anger, acting extremely full of himself. My used vehicle was defective, and while they did fix one issue, others developed after. Also, they had my old car sold the day that I traded it in, and when I told them I wanted it back, "BOB" said that its too late, and that if my truck were to break in half leaving the dealership, that I would "own both pieces" Please avoid this dealership if at all possible. I cant speak for the new cars, but be extremely careful about the used ones.

So I walked in as was greeted by Frank. He is a salesman. I was in the market for an Hyundai Elantra. So he explained prices and options to me very thoroughly. He was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. So he pulled up the first car which was an Elantra, very basic. Exactly what I wanted. Then I said I wanted a different color. He pulled that car up as well. I decided I was to big for the Elantra and needed something with more space. So I asked him for a Sonata. He pulled that up next. I decided I didn't want this either, or the next car. But i liked the 6thh car he pulled up. He never was annoyed at my indecisiveness, he remained calm and patient with me. I felt bad for using so much of his time, but with in a couple of hours I was driving home a brand new Sonata. I honestly do not know how I got they prices they gave me, it was way under other dealers. It was a great feeling and experience. They have donuts and really good coffee in the showroom. 10 outta 10! Buy from Rosin you will not regret it. FRANK IS THE MAN!

Buying a car seemed like it would be a big headache and a hassle dealing with the car sales men acting like vultures, being dishonest, and pushy. However I had probably the best experience a person could have when buying a car. Josh was very informative and helpful with answering questions and helping make an appointment to come look at cars. Mark was very personable, friendly, helpful, and not pushy at all. He answered all my questions I had about the cars I was looking at and I did not feel pressured into buying something I would not be happy with, or felt like I was being pressed to make a decision right then and there. We feel very fortunate that we had Doug Howison for our salesman. Doug is a person you would like to buy a car from! No pressure, honest, and knows his cars. He took the time to explain all of the features of the sonata and of the warranty that goes with it. We never felt pressured to buy! After we signed all of the purchase papers, he spent a couple more hours making sure we knew everything about our new car. I have to start this with this was a team effort while Jared Shaw was the first step he definitely was the one that put Hyundai on the board for me and really with the help of the Sonata sold me on the car and Hyundai. While he was correct the car sells itself pretty much all the people I dealt with were very astute on their cars at the time I wanted what would later be a very difficult color combination of interior and exterior colors to get. But to Rosen's credit Debra especially tried to land me the exact car I wanted I was contacted by Dominick and kept in the loop on how the search was coming along as well as telling me if you have any concerns let me know and I will take care of it I have to say that is a fact and not just talk Dominick is the real deal . And finally I knew I would have to change the color scheme or be carless for a long time. So when I changed what would be easier to get Debra was very quick to get that car and we were good to go. To shorten this up I received the price I was looking for and all the options I wanted except wind deflector does not go on the sonata limited cars. As for Mark when I picked up car he was super patient and showed me everything on the car how to work it and what all buttons and lights are for. Mark was the closer and a heck of one as well as for Rosen Hyundai class act tremendous team from there managers to service Rosen rocks big time if you want to get a new car no better cars and no better dealership than Rosen I would buy a car from them again and look forward to a long and healthy relationship with a fantastic dealership and a fantastic salesman in Mark Rus thank you Mark and Rosen team.

I needed to buy a car and had a list of dealers to visit. The first on the list was Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin. After visiting this dealership I did not have to go anywhere else. Though I wanted certain exterior and interior color, certain size of the car and other particular details, they found for me exactly what I was looking for, and withing my price range. As I had to wait until my car will be delivered from the factory, I was offered to use their car meanwhile for free.I got good deal on auto loan from this company, employees were very friendly and helpful. The service was great: no waiting, no hidden fees, all question were answered clearly, a lot of extra services were offered without pushing. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and definitely shall recommend this dealership to my friends.

We drove 4 hours to pick up a used Volkswgon from Rosen Hyundai online. What a great dealership. All the pop coffe tea and donuts. Cars lined up out of the back lot waiting to get there free customer car wash!! Supernice waiting area with a big screen TV. Dave Schultz was our salesman and he greated us at the door.Their follow up was great, they took really good care of us. I wish Dave and the Rosen dealership was here in Michigan, but I would have no problem driving another 4 hour trip to purchase a car from Dave and this dearship.Did I mention how busy this dealership was? I began searching for a new luxury vehicle in December of 2011, being in sales I knew that whatever vehicle I purchased the salesman needed to be not only respectable but knowledgable. I have owned several Infiniti vehicles in the past, so I gave them the first shot at my business with little luck. On a recommendation from a friend, I decided to check out Hyundai's Genesis and Equus. From the second I stepped into Rosen Hyundai I was amazed at the level of attention payed to me. My salesman Jared was very kind from the start and once I told him I was interested in the luxury vehicles, he told me about the new building Rosen was building to further their attention to customers such as myself. After test driving both vehicles I wanted to inquire about Jared walked me through the benefits of both cars. The Equus's added service maintenance program and Rosen's devotion to ensure Equus customers are taken care of to the full extent really impressed me. Jared was pressure free and never twisted my arm when it came to negotiating. Once we agreed on a price, Jared kindly offered to deliver the vehicle to my house and go over the paperwork with me. It made the sales process so easy, Jared went over the required paperwork and documents (usually the most frustrating and time consuming part) and then proceeded to go over the vehicle with me. While delivering the vehicle we noticed a small scuff, which Jared was very willing to take the car to a professional body shop for me free of cost. Overall I had a top notch experience, even better than how I was treated at Infiniti as a "repeat customer". If you are looking for a luxury vehicle, do not overlook Rosen Hyundai!! I knew I wanted a new Hyundai Veloster but didn'tt know what color I liked. I visited the Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin because they had the vitamin C color (orange) Veloster) . I loved the color but their car didn't have a sunroof which is what I wanted. I met Joshua Hastings In the process and knew his guy meant business. He was really friendly and helpful. He seemed very trustworthy and knowledgable as well. Joshua followed up with me without being pushy or annoying. I am always hesitant about car dealers and thought Joshua was going to let me down like the other dealership did. He came through with flying colors. The dealership was unlike most dealerships in that it's sales reps (especially Joshua) was not a pushy salesman but actually took the time to listen to what car I wanted and needed. He was friendly and most importantly honest throughout the whole process. They worked hard to get me the payments I was looking for and were able to come through. Even filling out the dreaded paperwork wasn't so bad. It went pretty fast and I was thorougly informed about everything I was signing. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially my sales rep Joshua to anyone looking to buy a car.

This dealership has a great feeling from the minute you walk in the door. That's the truth having gone to another dealership and being treated terribly by pushy sales and finance people. Everyone at Rosen is friendly, pleasant and genuinely nice. I worked with Mark Rus and he was great at listening to what I was looking for and finding the vehicle I wanted. I did lots of research on line and was interested in the Tucson, in Chai Bronze. They didn't have one but did some searching and found the Tucson I was looking for within the price range I could work with. I also had the pleasure of chatting with other employees (Dominick and Ryan to name a few) who also made this a most pleasant experience. I have already been telling friends if they're looking for a car this is the place to go. Thanks to everyone for being so nice.

In September 2011 we found ourselves needing another car since one of our older cars got rear-ended and was totalled. Since we already own a Santa Fe we decided to go to the Hyundai dealer we dealt with before which is Rosen in Algonquin, IL. When I, the wife, walked into the dealership alone I was greeted promptly and I told the salesman what I was looking for. They did not treat me as a woman who was just looking. The salesman and I took a few out and test drove them, but they only had one in stock and it was pretty basic. Not what I wanted. After about an hour, the dealership received delivery of new cars and only one was not earmarked for another customer. The one they had that was not earmarked was just what I wanted. Fully loaded Elantra Ltd and the price was not too bad. Everyone at Rosen was very helpful, our salesman was new to Rosen and if he did not know the answer to our questions, he brought someone over to assist. When my husband arrived, we bought the car and are very pleased with it. I have given Rosen a very high rating because they deserve it as you can see in my above statements.

I purchased my new 2012 Sonata from Rosen and let me tell you this is the type of dealership that you can only dream of purchasing a car from. Mark Rus was who I worked with and he was great. He showed me several different trim lines and we test drove the car that I ended up purchasing. He explained the car's features and options very well. I got a great deal on the car and a fair price for my trade-in as well. When I forgot my garage door remote in my trade-in Mark offered to meet up with me to drop it off closer to my house to save me a trip! I would have never expected that kind of service these days! Everyone that I met that day from the sales manager to the finance guy were friendly and answered any questions that I had.I would highly recommend you buy your next Hyundai from Rosen.

Hyundai Sonata GLS pack2 Silver/grey: Rosen gave me the best quote over phone. I was busy at work and could not go same day. After almost 10 days I called and asked if they could honour that price and if they have a silver car. Yes for both. I was ready to close the deal same day. SO, I walked in that evening (I called before I started driving to make sure they have silver car again) and was assigned to Dave. Who greeted me well and asked what my quote was. No silver (which they said they had) and gave me a grey one for test drive. When I came back Dave asked me to wait while he finishes with other customer and finds a silver one for me. Diet coke+ 25 mins wait. First thing Dave wants to check is price. He said he can not do that price ,talk to Leena who left for the day and would call next morning. Next day I get an apology e-mail. I was not angry but surprised. If you decide just to pull me to dealership then sell me a car. Don't just waste time. 4 hrs of time, 2 Gallons of gas and disappointment.

After looking at Honda, Toyota, Ford and another Hyundai dealer, I decided to check out Rosen Hyundai which was fairly close to home. I was interested in getting a new car to replace an 10 year old Hyundai and was looking for a good economical car to drive locally. I wasn't committed to any make, so I asked to drive both an Elantra and a Sonota to compare them. I was pleased to find out that both cars were very nice to drive, and very attractive to the eye and the wallet. However, it was up to my wife to decide, so I had her return for a test drive in both cars, and she really liked the looks and feel of the Elantra. Mark Rus helped make the visits extremely pleasant and put us at ease through the whole process. There was NO pushy sales effort, just a real interest in getting us the car and features that we wanted. With the Elantra model in such high demand, we had to settle on ordering the car we wanted. We were told the wait time may be four to six weeks, but Mark kept us informed and we were happy to find out that one came in less than two weeks later! We got the car we wanted and the trade-in value was just what we asked for. I would recommend Rosen and Mark Rus to any of my friends that are looking for a new car.

Rosen was a great dealer to work with. Mark was always in contact or easy to get a hold of if I had any questions or just wanted to talk about my new car. He is very professional and has a great respect for the customer. I appreciate what Rosen did for me from a finance perspective as well. They did what they could to help me out as a first time buyer to get me the best deal possible. I can't be more happy about my experience with team at Rosen.

After a long day of car shopping with my step daughter between Nissan,Ford,Chevrolet and Mazda I suggested she take a look at the Hyundai Sonata before making a final decision. She was convinced she wanted the Nissan Altima but agreed to look at the Sonata. We had a very bad experience with a salesman at Woodfield Nissan and I must say as a result my blood pressure was up and I was prepared to instantly walk if there were any games. Upon entering the dealership they were extremely busy and we were greeted by Jared Shaw (salesman) who was very polite. We requested to see a basic Sonata to simply get a feel for the car. Jared brought up a demo (which was fine) that he told us if we were interested in a Sonata that he could get us a very good price. I am not a fan of a demo as most ( I won't say all) managers etc do not respect the car and treat it like crap. We drove the car and my step daughter instantly fell in love with the Sonata. With knowing the Sonata was the vehicle of her choice Jared explained the options in each model of the Sonata and after reviewing the msrp's and the offer that was on the table with the demo it was clear the demo was a smart choice (demo had 3000 miles). With the price of the Sonata worked out it came time to agree on the trade in. We were tired and I told Jared exactly what I wanted for the trade in and if the request could not be met there would be no deal PERIOD!!!. The trade in was done and my requested price was met. I knew the financing rates for the Sonata and upon going into finance we were met by Robert who is the business manager. Robert was very polite (great sense of humor) and instantly dropped the rate by 2 percent when he saw my step daughters credit score (over 840) and the paperwork was signed and done. I am a huge car buyer and have purchased over 10 new cars in the last 2 years for myself and family. Out of every single purchase I have never received the level of courtesy, respect and not a single ounce of pressure from anyone in the dealership. This is the way to treat people. I highly recommend this Dealership if you are in the market for a new Hyundai or any vehicle. The level of service alone sold me on Hyundai and I personally am a huge Acura fan. Not anymore!!!!

I highly recommend Rosen Hyundai. I recently bought a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I worked with Jason Perilli (sp). He is really nice and patient, he knows the product line well and he can answer all of your questions. Jason has many years in the automotive business and it shows.I researched this car and knew what I wanted and how much it cost. I had talked to many dealers on the internet before going to Rosen. Many of the other dealers did not want to move their units. On the other hand Jason and Dominick at Rosen wanted to sell a car and were extremely pleasant to work with. Rosen has a very professional staff!Jason spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the car and even help me set up the Bluetooth. Financing went really quick and without unduly pressure to buy all the add ons. (of course they have to try to sell you the add ons, its part of buying a car)If you want to buy a Hyundai, it is worth your while to visit Rosen and give them a chance to sell you a car. Do you research and go to Rosen. I will bet that you will drive home in a new car. They are that good.

All people spoken to were knowledgable,friendly and believe in the product they are selling. Service can be a little confusing because it's a busy dealer, but the people serve us in a professional friendly manor. Price seened fair and the paper work was completed in a timely manor. when delivered the car was clean and ready for delivery. This is the second car we have purchased from Rosen and the experience has been good. We would definately recommend Rosen to anyone. We thank Frank and the rest of the staff for a good customer first experience. Thank you

Buying a car can be a very daunting experience. However, it was not at Rosen Hyundai. Frank Sciarabba is an outstanding professional. He made my experience a very positive one. He was very attentive, friendly, and answered all of my many questions. It's very difficult today to find someone you can trust, but I certainly did in working with Frank Sciarabba. I would recommend Frank to anyone when looking for a car.

It has been a great experience from beginning to end. I also spoke to Bob Williams about financing and he also was very helpful. I definitely would recommend Rosen and Frank Sciarabba to others.

I highly recommend Rosen Hyundai. My experience was wonderful. I recently bought a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited. I worked with Greg Epstein. He was great -- really friendly, knows his stuff and could answer all my questions, and has great sense of humor. I knew what I wanted, but due to the overwhelming popularity of the Elantra, I had to order my car and wait a few weeks. Greg checked in with me frequently,keeping me informed every step of the way. By the time I picked up my car, we were old buddies.When I picked up my car, Greg spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the car and even help me set up the Bluetooth. Setting up financing went really quickly (I can't remember the name of the finance manager but he was really great). I love my Elantra - and Rosen is a great place to buy one!

I found my salesman frank sciarabba went above and beyond my expectations.He was professional and friendly. Out of all the cars i have bought in the past, ihave nevermet a more honest salesman that made buying a car painless.I have used the service department for my first oil change and they were great also. I would reccommend rosen hyundai and frank sciarabba to everone.

Patrick the internet manager was the best. From the first email until we drove off in the car Patrick was gracious and accomidating to all of our needs.He also responded to all of my phone calls and emails in a very timely manner. Patrick also took the time wheeling me around his parking lot in my wheel chair to make sure I was happy with my color choice, he then pulled up multiple cars to make sure I felt comfortable in the car. Patrick also took the time during my test drive to stand behind the car so I could see how the back up camera worked. He took the time to follow up with all of my thousands of questions with honesty and professionalism. This was my first hyundai and it will not be my last. Patrick also was very patient explaining my bluetooth system and my blue link, both of which are great. I will recommend this dealership to anyone who will listen. Patrick made the car buying experience enjoyable which is a rare thing.

I am so happy that I went to Rosen, the sales staff was sooo helpful, my salesperson Jason Emery, dealt with my hundreds of questions and phone calls with ease and was always there for me. The entire Rosen team was extremely friendly I never once got pressured by Jason or the management to buy anything other then what I wanted. So happy with my purchase and the Rosen staff for all their help, I will send all my friends and family thier way with no worries!

I took my Elantra in when it failed emissions testing, and was satisfied with the service. They pointed out that the power steering line was seeping and should be replaced. When I called to make the appointment, I explained that I would need a loaner. The first appointment I could get with a loaner was more than a week away, but I gladly scheduled and waited. Meanwhile I got a nice coupon in the mail that would have saved me some money. Awesome! When I got there for my appointment, there were 4 cars ahead of me. It was 20 minutes before I even talked to a service writer. A little frustrating, this is gonna make me late for work. After waiting a week for the appointment and 20 minutes to talk to the service writer, I mentioned the loaner. He looks shocked and gets up to check a list. Then promptly tells me the loaner program was cancelled! Funny cuz a gentleman 3 cars in front of me left with one! I again told him I made the apt with the understanding that a loaner would be available. He has no explanation and the only suggestion he had was he could call Enterprise and I could rent a car. I was already late for work and frustrated. I left the dealership without the service and was late for work. What a frustrating way to start the day. While I had previously decided that any future work I needed would be done by Rosen, this experience might just change my mind. I wrote a letter to the dealership to complain and they didn't even care enough to respond! Great Customer Service!

My husband and myself went to the dealership just to quickly check out the new Elantra and walked out 5 hours later with a beautiful new top of the line Sonata Limited 2.0t thanks to the excellent service we received from Jasper Cicero. Jasper showed us both the Elantra and Sonata, allowing us to test drive both while explaining features and differences between them. He skillfully answered any questions we had and made sure any concerns we had were addressed immediately. We were at the dealership so long, he also fed us from some groceries he had purchased earlier in the day. He had such a friendly, engaging approach to helping us that we felt completely comfortable in making this purchase. He was also very helpful in getting us a good deal on our trade in a great final price on the car. From beginning to end it was a pleasure working with him.

Gregg kept me well informed of the status for the car and I pestered him almost daily with text messages. He always responded.There were 4 dealerships that were much closer than this one and we chose to drive the hour for them.

My husband and I were looking for a used car in the $10,000.00 range and Greg quickly pointed out the ones in our price range and we took the Accent for a ride. Greg was not pushy like a lot of sales people can be. We drove it talked about a few options as far as financing and left the dealership. It was great! We then came back to the dealership the next day, after researching, and bought the vehicle. We were both very pleased with the management and Greg. They treated us very nicely and we didn't feel pressured at all. The only thing that we thought could have been better is the wait to get into the finance office. While we were waiting Greg talked with us and it helped as he is a very nice guy to talk too. Greg and his manager were very patient with us as we discussed the purchase of the vehicle. When we got into the finance office it was very quick and entertaining. We really enjoyed buying our pre-owned car at Rosen. I will be passing Greg's name and the great experience we had at Rosen Hyandai to my family and friends. This was the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Great Job Guys!!!

Mr. Crement took the time to explain all of the many features on my new Genesis V8. Since it is loaded with features, it took him a great deal of time to go through everything. He not only took the time, but had a thorough knowledge of the car and never made my wife or me feel rushed in anyway. He also has a very engaging personality - he is both fun to talk to and funny at the same time. That being said, he is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever dealt with.As to my new car, it is beautiful, luxurious, extremely fast, and I love it.Hats off to Rosen Hyundai and especially to Joe Crement.Barry Cannizzo

From the first phone call to the signing of the final papers I was treated with respect. I was not made to feel like I was being pressured into a purchase. All my questions were answered in a mater of fact way no double talk here. I told them what I was looking to accomplish in terms of car and how much I wanted to put down and what my payment i was willing to accept. They came up with some options that I felt were fair. Nice people a clean operation. Highly recommend this dealership

The sales team was great, and the financing person I worked with (Dan) was helpful and did his best to move us out of there while making sure we were comfortable with the paperwork we were signing. Though we went on a Saturday and the dealership was VERY busy (our salesman was working with at least three different people), they made an effort to make sure we were comfortable and felt attended to. My wife had bought her previous car from Rosen and was all for us going back there, and now I see why. I will always go to them first if I'm ever in the market for a Hyundai again. It was a breath of fresh air after having a very disheartening experience at a local dealer in Sycamore.

After having what seemed like a great experience with Jon - no hassle, fantastic price (the reason I made the 40-mile trip), they were to order my car to come in 2-3 weeks, up to 4-6. Three weeks later, Jason calls me and tells me they can't find my car, and Jon's no longer with them. I ask them to keep looking, and Jason never calls me back after saying he would. He also doesn't return my calls. A week later I finally get in touch with him, and he passes me on to the Sales manager. The sales manager says it's appalling that I have been dealt with that way, and that he'll try to get the car, and he's going to handle me from now on and will call me back the next day.Two weeks pass and I never hear from him. Finally I call Hyundai's corporate headquarters to find about the color I want, they finally patch me through to Tony, the new internet sales manager. After a week, Tony finally says he can order me a car, but it's blue (I wanted purple) with leather (I wanted cloth) and without bluetooth (I wanted bluetooth) for $500 more than my original quote. "Oh the bluetooth, well, I wanted to get you the cheapest car I could..."Completely unhelpful, kept jerking me around on the price - he would say one price on the phone and then e-mail me another (even though I had written down the price so I knew it was wrong) - it was completely outrageous. I finally bought my car NO-HASSLE from Ettleson.

I came to this dealer after being treated poorly at Elgin Hyundai and not only did my girlfriend purchase a new 07 Elantra, I purchased a used 06 Honda Civic from them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a new or used car.

We must be going to two different Rosen Hyundai dealerships. I bought a 2004 SanteFe in 12/03. I shopped 14 dealers (Phone & Fax) and they gave me the best price. They beat the interest rate on the financing I had lined up.<br><br>This Saturday I'm picking up a new Elantra. Again they gave me the best price from 7 dealers. I call Scott, he tells me the price, it's been the lowest by far on two separate cars. I sign the paper, take the car home. No problems, no hassles, great deal and I'm treated like a friend. If I get treated any differently this Saturday, I will ammend this review.
