I bought a car a couple years ago from them and it turned out great, so went back recently as I was in the market for another car. Found a very low mileage 2009 Jetta in great condition. The process was really smooth, all the staff are friendly and patient. No pressure, and they gave me any information I asked for. So far so good, and I would highly recommend them.

Bad bad service. Tried to buy a car on line TWICE and they never responded. Wanted to WIRE the purchase price and handle shipment. No response. If you can't get a response when you're trying to give them money guess what happens when you have problem. You're right NOTHING. Run from here don't walk!

I bought a car from these dealers and I would highly recommend looking and buying from these people. They really make sure that the car is at its best condition before selling and handing it over to you. The car's interior was very clean and it runs very well considering it's age (2002 Camry). I highly suggest taking a look here first before going elsewhere. The dealers and staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I was terrified driving to Rockland Motors, but found when I got there that I wasn't going to get a huge sales pitch from a pushy salesman. Instead, I got the information I needed, got the reassurance that what I was getting (2008 Subaru Impreza) was the right choice for me. When I came to pick up the car, everything was ready, and dealing with all the paperwork was a true pleasure with Diane!!! There was very little gas in the car and the rear view mirror needs replacing, but all in all, Rockland Motors was wonderful!!!

I normally don't write reviews online, but felt compelled to based on my experience with Rockland Motors. Tom and Billy went above and beyond the call of duty and I was very happy with the overall experience. Tom was always reachable if I had any questions/concerns. Billy was nice enough to show me what parts were replaced and how everything worked. As a car guy, that really meant a lot. As for the car itself, an '06 Accord EX V6 Coupe 6-speed, I've been having a blast (if the title is any indication)! My main concern, coming out of my previous car, was reliability and fun -- and this car has it in spades. I've had it since mid-February and have driven about 4,000 miles without a single hiccup. I am due for a service soon since the maintenance minder has clicked on, but so far, everything's been great. Thanks guys! Would definitely do business with again.

They were very up front with my purchase of an 07 Tacoma. Car faxed right away to check vehicles history and recalls. The truck was given to me spotless with a few new parts like new brakes and rotors. The paperwork went very smooth and they delivered on all promises. Will recommend to all my friends!

Just picked up my 2010 c300 mercedes, the buying process was excellent, Joe like is a man of many functions. He had my car washed, filled with gas, snapped in my front and rear floor mats, (with they kept in the trunk so that they would not get dirty during road tests) and last the temp plate taped in my inside rear window. Barb up front in the office kept the ball rolling with printing my insurance card, giving me a prepaid FedEx envelope to return my emmissions receipt when the car goes through in the state of conn. They also will do all motor vehicle registration for me and I am out of state. Frank is the man who does all the magic. He is the dealers special finance manager. He is such a nice man, very pleasant to work with, and when we can to the final monthly payment number, when picking up the car the payment was lower. Truly a great asset to rockland motors. I would buy another car or should I say I will buy my next car here. I would recommend this great dealership to all, they are truly looking out for there customers! !!!!!!!!!

was looking for a Toyota 4Runner. after a few weeks of looking, rock land motors had 05 , witch was in great shape in& out for that year. took it on test ride & found 4w.d. was not working right. the salesman,Frank F. said they would fix it. also some other small issues were to be fixed. this took a few weeks & was told I could walk away from car. I didn't need the car yesterday, so I stayed with it.yhe day I was to pick it up, I had Frank take it to the Toyota dealer to look it over. all was fine accept for some rusted muffler parts would need to be taken care of in a few months, so Frank had it sent to muffler shop to fix.when I started car there was a ticking sound from outside engin. he also took care of it. needed a new pulley, when they changed it,they also decided to put on new drive belt.WOW need I say more?

Frank and the team at Rockland Motos rock - totally rock. We just bought a pre-owned Toyota 4-runner and Frank made sure it was in tip-top shape before we took it home. He even went above and beyond. The entire office team is friendly and welcoming and COMPETENT. Apparently, their mechanics are very competent as well. We couldn't be happier and this is coming from cynical people who don't like to car shop. We traveled nearly 100 miles to Rockland and we'd do that double again. Can't miss with a honest dealership!

We searched around for a used vehicle in many places across the tri-state area. This vehicle matched our needs and the dealer was very accommodating. We had the vehicle inspected by an outside third party and appropriate repairs were agreed upon and made. Vehicle looked to be in good shape when we completed the purchase and drove away. What really made the dealer stand out for us though was what happened next. The original purchase was made under the agreement that the vehicle would pass emissions. On the first try it did not. Although we signed a NO Warranty paper the dealer worked with us to evaluate the issue even though there was difficulty with an in house mechanic. Outside mechanics were approached and agreed upon and the dealer followed through on having the appropriate repairs made. The vehicle passed emissions the second time. The dealer kept their word. They followed through and made sure it was all settled in the end and that is why I would recommend this dealer to others. They are honest and will work with you to solve any problems even if it might not be in their best interest.

We we're looking for a first car for my son and went by Rockland Motors on a Sunday to find they were open. We found a great car, and our salesman Tom, owner Steve, and Diane in finance were all great. We got the car we wanted, and since the front tires were a bit worn out, they paid to have new tires, brakes and calipers, and a wheel alignment done on the car. Can't beat that. Overall, we would definitely come back if we're looking for another car in the future.

At this point I feel like a copycat writing this review because I saw so many wonderful reviews before I stepped on to the lot! When I did there was a smiling gentleman named Joe with his hand extended into a warm friendly handshake with my son! We came to RM for a very specific BMW! Joe had it ready to go for a test drive. I had lots of questions & he was patient & considerate & very knowledgeable. The office atmosphere was warm & friendly & we got to meet Steven & Diane. The ending of this review is that a week later I was driving off into the wild blue yonder feeling satisfied in my pre-owned BMW! P.S. I only wished I could have bought the Bentley! Sincerely, Ann !

From the moment that I pulled up to the dealership Steve the owner handed his umbrella to me so I can get out of the rain and welcomed me with a great smile and a firm handshake and let me know that I would be taken care of at this location . I was then introduced to Joe, a sales representative of Rockland motors , and right from the beginning he made me feel at ease !! He was very courteous knowledgeable and friendly they made me feel like what I was purchasing was the right purchased for me ,nobody pushed me into anything and they let me take the car as far as I needed to go ...they even brought me over to their mechanics facility to physically look underneath the car and make sure everything was all good and it sure was !! There pricing was great and they are good dealmakers!!! I will definitely be coming back!!!

Took my nephew to buy a used car from ROCKLAND AUTOMALL. the staff was friendly, helpful courteous. I looked a a beautiful 2012 HONDA PILOT. I ended up buying the HONDA PILOT. Diana did a SUPER GREAT JOB of processing my paper work and getting me on the road with my new pilot. The cars are in superb condition. The warranties are great!!! I was looking for a used SUV that could handle my growing family and found a great one at Rockland motors with very low millage and great color. I stopped by and spoke with Joe and he knew exactly what I needed for my family. When it came to start the finance details Diana knew exactly what I was looking for and when I called back to tell her what I was looking for, she already had the paperwork done with the payments I was looking for. Wanting to get a replacement vehicle. Looked at several websites and was attracted to there's. Picked out several cars and called to see if they were still available. Spoke to Joe who informed me that the site was updated daily. Made an appointment but you can walkin too. I saw all the vehicles that I had seen and started the paperwork that day. Diane is the best she takes care of the financial end of it. She has several people that she works with financing and will pick the best suited for you. I've picked my my car and love it. Minor things had to be looked into and were taken care of immediately. Service department is clean and the mechanics are friendly and courteous. Looking for a new vehicle stop by and check them out. Many vehicles in all price ranges.

I've been shopping for a specific car the past week and went to several dealers including the actual dealership. At the end of the day, I left with no car and feeling like the salesmen will tell you everything and anything to sell. I'm a firm believer of sticking to my guns and not settling. From the time I called Rockland Motors till the time I made the purchase, it was on point and hassle free. And the prices are fair! Frank ( salesmen) was up front and straight to the point. He answered every question. Once the deal was sealed in, he made sure that my vehicle was at tip top shape with full service and replacing new parts that were in question. Diane ( assuming she's the finance side of things ) was just as informative on all options and what to look for the best buying experience. I drove an hour to get to them and the trip was worth it. I strongly recommend them and will be buying from them again in the future, hands down!

The idea of buying a used car kind of scared me. You've probably heard some sleazy-car-dealer horror stories too. But I saw an older Acura on the Rockland Motors website, went to see it, drove it and liked it. Nervously, I decided to buy it, even thought it was a 2004 -- much older than I had anticipated buying. After buying the car, there were a few minor issues that popped up. Every time I called Frank (and it was pretty often), he picked up his phone or called me right back and immediately helped me. At times, I felt like I was being a pain in the a$$, but neither Frank (nor any of his team members) ever made me feel that way. Everyone was so nice through the whole car buying experience. Rockland Motors is selling cars not just to make a sale. They are selling cars so you'll have a good experience and come back again. That's definitely what happened. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Rockland Motors next time, and if you're looking for a great car dealer that won't just disappear after you make your purchase, this is the right place. Frank and Steve were both extremely helpful over the phone, answering questions about the car and even going outside and walking around it for me to describe the condition inside and out. The price on the car was already the best I could find within a few hundred miles, but they were still more than willing to go the extra mile to make the car what I wanted. They took car of minor cosmetic issues, rims, tires...even new brakes. All to make sure I was happy and got a car that was safe and reliable. All their cars are bought from dealers and not at auction so the quality on the lot is worth noting. And Frank is the first dealer that went in for a hug at the close of the deal. Really treated me like family! My father in law was with me while I shopped there and despite the three hour drive he says he'll be shopping here for his next car too. Really quite a gem.

I bought a used CR-V from Rockland Motors. I've bought new and used cars from dealers before but by far this was the best experience. They do their best to ensure you have a stress free experience from treating you like family to prepping the car as best as they can before handing it over to you. The office was bare bones but the used cars they choose to sell as well as the staff are top notch.

Frank is great. I was shopping around for a used vehicle and Rockland motors blew away any other dealership I went to. Good vehicle selection and salesmen are helpful and not pushy. I'm 24 and lack credit history. I financed a 2007 Infiniti g35 Sport with only 6% interest and Extremely fair down payment options. The financing women is lovely and gave me tips/advice on boosting my credit score. A few small mechanical issues had and are being adjusted but Frank is true to his word and took the vehicle back to adjust hassle free. I am pleased with the service, I recommend to anyone, and will definitely be a returning customer.

To be honest I waited a month to write this review. I bought my 2004 Acura MDX on July 31 but I waited until it passed inspection today to write this review. I was waiting for something to go wrong. I have bought used cars in the past from other places and things have gone wrong. My experience with Rockland Motors was EXCELLENT! From the minute we stepped on the lot we were impressed with the condition of the cars inside and out. Every car was very clean. The customer service is top notch. Joe gave us plenty of time to decide between 2 cars without any pressure. Even though it was very close to closing time, Frank took his time with us and gave us a great deal. We felt so comfortable and left a deposit knowing we were in good hands. We owe a lot to Diane who worked so hard on getting us the best financing. Frank was kind enough to throw in some unexpected costly extras much to our surprise when we picked up the car 3 days later. From start to finish it was an EXCELLENT experience. I know it all sounds too good to be true, but honestly, Rockland Motors is a great place. I couldn't be happier with the buying experience or the car. I will definitely be going back.

I did a lot of online research and searching, this was the best deal. I applied and put a deposit online after speaking with them a couple of times. When I finally got there to see the vehicle it was as listed. The financing is great, no nonsense or hidden fees. There was someone there purchasing a vehicle when I got there and another one after I finished. Great place to buy used.

I waited a few weeks before I wrote this review because I could not believe how good my experience was dealing with Rockland Moters. It was almost to good to believe. They had the car I wanted, priced well within my budget.They repaired what they said they would repair and did a good job. My salesman Frank is "The Man"!! The car looks good and runs great. Diane did a fantastic job getting financing with payments much lower than I expected. All smiles here! At a time when I needed it most Rockland Moters came through for me in a big way. If you want a great deal on a great car, Run, don't walk, to Rockland Moters and tell Frank and Diane that Mark sent you. You will be happy you did !!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD, I 1ST SAW THE CAR BY MYSELF WITHOUT ANY SALES PERSON INTERVENTION TOOK SOME PICTURES AND DID SOME HOMEWORK ON THE REVIEWS OF THIS PARTICULAR MODEL BEFORE FIRMING MY DECISION TO PURCHASE. WHILE THE CAR WAS WITHING MILEAGE RANGE AND AGE THE PRICE WAS ABOUT $1800 OVER THE AVERAGE ONGOING PRICE. SUBSEQUENTLY I RETURNED TO HAVE A TEST DRIVE AND LOOK AT THE CAR IN MORE CLOSE DETAIL, THERE WERE SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THE CAR THAT REQUIRED REPAIRS. THEY AGREED TO HAVE THESE TAKEN CARE OF. AFTER WE AGREED ON THE PRICE THEY PROMISED THAT THESE REPAIRS WILL BE DONE PRIOR TO PICKING UP THE CAR. TWO OF THEM WERE NOT AND IT WILL REQUIRE ME TO COME BACK AND HAVE THEM DONE. I AM NOT SI SURE THAT THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IF OPERATING IN A SATISFACTORY MANNER, IT SEEMS THAT IT TOOK A LOT FROM THE SALESPERSON TO HAVE THEM TAKE CARE OF THINGS.THE SALESMAN APOLOGIZED FOR THIS. I WILL BE TAKING THE VEHICLE BACK FOR FINALIZING THE REPAIRS THAT WERE INCOMPLETE PRIOR TO DELIVERING THE CAR TO ME. THE SALESPERSON WAS FORTHCOMING AND HAD GOOD SALESMANSHIP THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS.

On April 26th, 2014 we purchased a very nice 2002 Nissan Altima for my daughter and its great and she loves it. I can truly say that Rockland Motors is the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. They are the BEST!!!. I truly want to thank Diane and Frank for their kindness, concern, honesty and respect they show towards their customers. I truly love the fact that both Diane and Frank only tell you the truth and will not sugar coat anything. They are both honest and will tell you the truth about any vehicles on their lots and they will tell you the truth about anything you need to know about financing as well. They are not phony like most of the so-called big car dealerships who only care about how much money they can make off you and less concerned about you and the vehicle you are purchasing. Frank and Diane make the purchasing process very comfortable and they perform it with ease to make you just as comfortable in the process. Bought a 2008 528xi BMW from this dealership and right from the beginning they were outside with us in minutes helping us with the car and on the test drive. We were uncertain if we wanted to buy it at first and they immediately put the car on hold until we came to a decision. When I got home I called them multiple times over a couple if times and every time I was on the phone with them and they were helping me out, I was never put on hold! Then when it came to the financing car, our bank made a mistake and Diane, the finance manager, stayed with us for over and hour and a half talking with our bank making sure that we were able to drive off with the car that day. When they prepped the car there was a small crack in the front bumper and once I mentioned it they said they were going to replace it no questions asked!! Overall a great place and very trust worth with great vehicles. Definitely going back to see them first with my next purchase!

Steven (Owner) went above and beyond to find the SUV of my dreams. There prices are very reasonable, large selection of vehicles to chose from, and the quality of service from all of the staff, Barbie, Joe, Frank, ect, was impeccable. They made me feel like I was family, which was really nice, because many other dealers, focus more on the sale rather then the Customers' happiness. This people are liars. I saw a list for an Acura MDX, stock #4524. Called them and made appointment with the owner Steve for next day to test drive. I called next day and talk to Manager Frank. He said that car had to go to the Dealer for recall. Two weeks later, I called again. Frank said he was looking at the car right there so we agreed to test drive the next day. When I arrived there, the story changed. The transporter of that car had to go to the hospital and the car won't get there until 5pm. There is no such a car. I don't know how this place is in business!

Steven (Owner) answered all of my questions via email and was very prompt. After deciding to move forward Diane (F&I Manager) got me a lower rate than my own credit union, which I thought was impossible!! After finalizing and setting up a shipper and delivery date, Joe (transport coordinator) followed up and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. With all things said and done, I found the exact truck I was looking for 827 miles away, and the description from the sales manager was spot on with my expectations. If your in the market and live a great distance away and the price is too good to be true... (GO FOR IT!!!) Rockland Motors took care of me like internet customers should be taken care of and their price was so much better than any dealer in my area. Thanks again to the Rockland staff for making this a smooth transaction.

I was unable to travel to Rockland motors from Newburgh NY. due to recent surgery, my wife and I were looking for a Mustang GT in that color combo and they are rare. So Joe and Frank were helpfull over the phone and made arrangments for a small delivery fee to bring the car to us here. There was a Radio problem and they went and installed a New AM-FM CD for us. Joe and a worker delivered the car and we drove it first and did the paper work and a done deal. They were professional through out the process and always helpfull. First of all, if you are looking for a used luxury car, this is the place to find it. Every car on the lot is in very nice condition and is a luxury car, they have all the brands it seems. I bet if you are looking for a very specific car they can find it. I bought a used Lexus SUV and I travelled to Rockland county from Queens because of a car they had that we both (wife&me) really liked. My experience with everyone I interacted with was very professional, from my salesman (Joe L) to the office workers that handle the paperwork, warranties, finance, etc. When I had a question, or an inquiry, each one of them responded very quickly whether via email, text, vm, etc. These days service is everything. You delay a little, and you lose out. I think they guys at Rockland get this, and their level of service and responsiveness is top notch. Having dealt with a dealer first, I was accustomed to certain comforts and guarantees you "feel" are there by doing business with the dealer. The dealer didn't have the color my wife wanted, but Rockland did. The car was in pristine condition and it was what we were looking for. Before we went, I was skeptical of dealing with a typical "used car lot". But this was not one of those in any sense of the word. They make you feel like you are doing business with upstanding people, and nothing like what everyone thinks of user car salesmen. Joe understood that every customer is looking for something a little different from the other, and went the extra mile to make me feel like I was walking away from a Lexus dealership with a CPO vehicle. Once I made my decision to go, they got on it and had the car and everything else ready in a day and a half. Wow. I wasn't expecting to have my new car ready to go on our road trip for New Years but they had it all ready to go very very fast. I am not an easy guy to do a deal with, I'm the type of guy who will walk away if I feel like I'm not getting the right value for my hard earned money. Joe gave me the deal I was looking for and made both myself and my wife happy, and that's not an easy thing. If you're looking for a luxury used car, do yourself a service and check Rockland motors first.

My boyfriend and I purchased a 2007 Mercedes-Benz ML from Rockland motors. I can honestly say from the minute we were greeted we were treated like family. Diane Roman the finance coordinator was extremely kind and very efficient. She took a personal sense of responsibility to get our loan processed with a great rate and in a timely manner. Our salesperson Joe S was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Frank was was able to get our vehicle to us very quickly because they all worked as a team to get myself and my boyfriend in our new truck. We had been researching for a specific vehicle, model and year with many additional options which narrowed our search capabilities. After an extensive 100 mile radius search and with no success, we decided to expand our search radius to 250+ miles. We found the exact car and it surpassed our expectations. The problem: we would have to travel 285 miles, one way, to Rockland Motors in West Nyack, NY for a car that we had only seen photos of. The web site pictures (26) were fantastic and all telling. We negotiated a small hold down payment with salesman, Joe who provided outstanding information about the vehicle, the important carfax information, and at a price that could not compete in the Northern Virginia market that we have come to know so well. We took the risk and traveled with cash in tow to do a test drive and hopefully, secure the deal. Upon our early morning arrival, we found the vehicle was in pristine condition except for the driver side front bumper that had a small blemish which they fixed while we enjoyed a local diner breakfast and while swiftly completing the paperwork. We were on the road back to Virginia in no time. Rockland Motors performed all tasks with professionalism, knowledge, and superior customer satisfaction and our risk paid off: we got a great deal. I first came into contact with Rockland last week through a quick Auto-Trader search for a Honda Civic. I really just needed some wheels to get me to my new job but, I was convinced this was the model for me. I WAS RIGHT! I was forwarded to an awesome dealer named Frank and he with the rest of the staff took care of me like family. I was able to drive the car multiple times, I pointed out a few dents and asked a lot of concerning questions. This was my first time financing a car and I couldn't have been more nervous. As an early college grad most of the banks turned me down but Diane (I love her) was determined to help out when I myself had little faith. To my surprise, Diane worked very hard and got me a phenomenal deal with a great warranty. Frank on the other hand, made sure the body shop got dents off of the vehicle and that they put new michelin tires on. My car looks brand new, I feel like a rock star and they made me feel like it was my birthday day! I highly recommend Rockland motors and I'm sure my next car will be purchase there as well. They don't treat you like a customer, they treat you like you're part of the family. Truly a breath of fresh air!
