I LOVE this dealer. If you're in the market for GM vehicle you owe it to yourself to drive up there. I live down in Lee's Summit and this is the ONLY GM dealer I'll work with. Terance is the guy to ask for, he makes car buying a breeze and absolutely zero pressure to buy. I've bought several vehicles from him personally as well as for our business. Every single deal I've done with them has been flawless. I should also mention Tim in finance.. by far the nicest guy to work with, doesn't pressure you into anything you don't want.

When friends or family have complaints about the way they are treated at the big mega dealers, I tell them they should go to RobertsRobinson. Mary McCoy has sold me around 15 cars over the years and it's never the run around as I have been told about at other dealers (and have experienced myself occasionally). Tim is great at the paperwork and Sherry in service is as well. Spend your money locally and buy American.

I have purchased several vehicles from salesman Monty Tankersley over the years. Monty is very easy to work with and very cordial. He makes buying a car seem painless and is very thorough in every aspect of the sales process, making sure the customer is foremost in mind. I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received from Roberts/Robinson. I initially had reservations since the dealership, Westfall, I had dealt with for years sold to Roberts/Robinson but I have to say the customer service is better than it has ever been. I was so surprised on how this dealership conducts business. I purchased a chevy silverado recently and worked with Ms. Mary McCoy. Mary was a complete professional from start to finish. Not only did I get a great deal, I made some new friends. I am definitely going back.

I have bought several vehicles from this dealership, including the time it was known as Westfall O'Dell. I have had my various vehicles serviced here, and I've never had a bad experience here. I am very happy with my vehicles and the way I am treated by everyone involved in the whole process. I never have to worry if there is a Red vehicle for me...If they don't have one, Monty will find one for me. I love these folks and won't go anywhere else to buy a new Chevy or used Chevy!!! Thanks for taking care of me and my wheels! <3 <3

Fine print on dealer used car warranty. Service department dishonest with you until warranty up then they will fix but charge you outrageous dealer shop prices

I recently bought a used truck that was like brand new. First of all I cannot say how helpful and nice the folks at Roberts Robinson are. The whole process was quick and easy, didn't spend half the day there doing paperwork.lol . All said and done leaving with full tank of gas, an imaculate vehicle, and the very informative staff member Mary Mccoy, how greeted me by my name, sat in the truck with me and showed me how to operate all the gadgets in my new truck . The process to have my car repaired was simple. I needed my tire fixed as it continued to leak and the service department was able to get me in the very next day! The tire fixed within a short time and I was on my way. Great price too!

I have purchased several cars from Roberts Chevrolet. My 20 y.o. son has been in the Air Force for a little over 2-1/2 yrs. A little before Thanksgiving 2014 he decided, he was ready to drive a car to match the uniform. I called up my car guy Terrance Echols. I let him know what my son was looking for; and Terrance took it from there. My son came home 1 week before Thanksgiving 2014 from S.A. TX. Diving his 97' Pontiac Grand Prix and drove back to Texas a week later in his new 2014 Camaro. Terrance nailed it! The price, the car, the color was exactly what my son wanted and could afford. Thanks :) P.S. He has more than 6,000 miles in a month; also he's been home (TX to KC) 2x's since getting the new car.

I recently bought a new Suburban from Terance Echols, and the deal could not have went better for me. With my busy work schedule and distance from the dealership, Terance was willing to work with me through email/phone and even met me to test drive the vehicle. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, he was up front and honest the whole time. Terance was willing to work through any questions and concerns. I feel like Terance was working for me and not for the dealership. I will definitely buy my next car from Roberts Robinson Chevrolet.

I had several items "break" on my 2014 Traverse. I called in to tell them what needed fixed and knew it was under warranty. I took the vehicle in at 6:00am (appointment was at 8:00am) for my appointment and dropped the vehicle off bc I had to work. I called at 1:00 to check the status of my vehicle only to be told they were working on a different appointment right now and mine hadn't even been looked at yet. Finally around 3:00pm they called me to let me know I can get the vehicle and that they had to order parts for all the stuff (which I already knew). Took my car in today to get the new parts put on it. When I walked in around 7:30am there was one man eating over by the cars being worked on and he didnt acknowledge me walking in. There were also 2 men employees chatting it up on the top of the ramp by the "parts" window, they didnt acknowledge me. I walked in with myself and 3 kids and stood there for several minutes with out being acknowledged before walking up the ramp and interrupting the 2 gentle mans conversation to get some help. My vehicle has been there all day today only for them to call again and tell me that they ordered the wrong part for my window and I am DREADING the fact that I have to take it back there again. THEY WILL NEVER HAVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN. I WILL DRIVE FURTHER FOR CHEVY DEALERSHIP.

I came in three weeks ago for a recall on my maljbu. they told me the key I had wouldn't work. they were going to order me a new key. every time I come up their I am told its backorder but will be yn at the end os the week. its been three weeks now and its not therir yet. I would like to get this recall done before next year.

Do not do business with this dealership. They do not care about customer loyalty. We purchased a vehicle that we absolutley hated and they would not take it back and they wanted to take $7,000 off for a trade in value. It only had 75 miles on it. We had purchased one other care from them in the past, so we were repeat customers. Now we will never do business with them again. They have shown their true colors for their customers.
