Just bought a preowned Taurus SHO from Your dealership in June of this year. Shortly after my wife and I noticed a slight sound/vibration coming from the front, the service department was quick in determining that it was a front wheel bearing. The part was ordered and service completed within a few days. As always your service department is top notch. Each and every member goes above and beyond to help make sure that your experience there is hassle free.

the wife and I were there to buy an entirely different car but while the paperwork was being drawn up we were looking at a 2017 ruby red fusion hybrid. it was an instant consciences that this was the one for us. to john hennessy and tom jullians surprise we bought it. none of us had any idea of what just happened, except that a deal was offered that we had to say yes to. we have bought several cars from john, as well as our daughter while in college, so we knew that there was no doubt about where we wanted to buy a car from. were we always satisfied? that is what buying since 1985 is about. can't beat the people or their customer satisfaction. g. finney, portage in.

We recently had an issue with tire pressure on our vehicle. Jack referred me to Ryan in service and the vehicle was serviced the very next day. The Works Oil change & recall for gas tank. The Works oil change is a great value - you should keep it more often. I would be encouraged to bring all my cars there instead of going to a quick Lube. Service writer & techs were awesome. Made me feel welcome & at home. Offered me something to drink & even gave me the remote for the tv. I was in & out of the dealership quickly which is very important to me. I would definetly recommend friends & fakily to come here for service & new car purchase. ?????????????

QuickLane is so much better than having my oil changed in the regular garage. It took a lot less time because the previous time I had to wait over 1 1/2 hours. The young man in charge at QuickLane explained how long it might take and offered me a ride back and forth to my house if I felt it was too long to wait. He called me when it was ready because my daughter had picked me up. He explained everything that was done. It was a much better experience.

My first experience buying a Ford truck was from Riverview and it was a pleasure! My salesman, Correy, was excellent. I didn't feel any pressure from anyone at Riverview when making my decision. The entire buying process took less than 90 minutes from the second I decided to buy. The only complaint I have is that I was promised Whitesox tickets by John Hennesey himself but have never received them or heard anything more about it. I would definitely recommend Riverview Ford to anyone looking for a new or used (like mine) Ford automobile or truck!

Everyone from the finance person to the sales manager were helpful and made me feel that my business was appreciated. Had a minor issue with the lift gate about a week after I purchased, went back and they fixed it no problem. I have to say that your service department went above and beyond all expectations to fix a nagging suspension issue on my Flex. The initial fix (replacing the strut) partially fixed the problem, but still left some front suspension noise in place. It took several days of troubleshooting, but they ultimately found the culprit. Kudos for sticking with it and not just punting the issue back to me (which has been my experience with other service organizations). Thanks again.

Wow, I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime but this experience is head and shoulders above the rest. They worked to get us into the vehicle we wanted even though our credit is less than stellar. The entire staff from the first phone call to the final sale were courteous, kind, and very personable! Never did we feel pressured nor did we have the old 'I'll check with my manager' line. The managers came and introduced themselves before we even saw a car! That is a great experience!

I am a Chicago Native that resides out of state. I am skeptical about car dealership reviews because they just seem different than those on Amazon or else-where. To let you know that I am from Illinois and resided in many areas and hopefully this will appeal to a wide range of individuals looking for a great car Dealership. I helped during the tornado that tore down Plainfield high school, while attending, then (College of St. Francis), and for my Southsiders and Westsiders Mendel parties, JW smith and 95 (peanuts, ID Wallet with a phonebook in it).If your are an individual that is respectful, honest and looking for a dealership that will treat you with respect, and not just as a customer, then this is the dealership for you. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was flabbergasted by the service, honesty, caring and respectful business practices.I hate to barter and have my time wasted. They put a great foot forward and I only had to write down a price twice (I am very cost conscience). There was a minor issue that I wanted the GM to handle, but I couldn't hang around or drive back-up to have it fixed, I needed it fixed in my home state, and thinking from past experiences, I was ready for the spiel. NOPE - "We will take care of it just let me know and get an estimate". I called on 6/21/2013, to let them know about the estimate and no spiel again. I will be faxing or emailing the quote.I will keep you all abreast of the conclusion but so far it has been a mind altering happy experience.

Last summer we were looking for a large SUV. My wife found a used QX56 here. It was a bit of a drive, but we went to check it out. The truck was just as they described it on the phone, and they had even run it to cool it down (we always seem to car shop on the hottest or coldest days). The salesperson was very professional and friendly, and the owner Jack, even talked to us for about an hour. We decided against buying the truck, because it wasn't exactly what we were looking for. Three days later, I came home to find a 4' tall teddybear that they had in the showroom on my front porch with a note saying "Sorry, we couldn't do a deal, but keep us in mind" (I had told him my youngest daughter, who wasn't there would love it). Three months later Jack called me and asked if I had bought anything as he still had the Infiniti. We went back, and he gave me an awesome deal, including my trade-in. I have been shopping for cars since 1984, this was my best experience ever.

I have been searching for a particular used vehicle for about two months now. River View had one close to what I wanted. My wife called and talked to Nancy about the vehicle, she was very helpful. When we arrived we were shown the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Upon our return we met with John, the owner. I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. The staff was honest, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. They qouted us a price that was fair, and weren't pushy at all. I whole heartedly can recommend this dealership to anyone. It was a drive from my house, but well worth it.

I know this might sound like an exaggeration, but I was truly treated like a queen at River View Ford. At the end of the day after negotiations were said and done, they still took the time to show me how to use the new Microsoft Sync feature in my new Ford Escape Hybrid. I actually had three of these gentlemen in my car hooking up my cell phone blue tooth option. What exceptional service!

We all know that there is that "sterotypical" thing in our heads about car salesmen, i.e. "what can i do to put you in a car today?" Diane's lengthy experience made her delivery more "motherly",caring&sincere. She did not make me feel rushed in any way! She took the time to CALL ford credit because it was taking a long time for the app to go thru the online process. She seemed to be familiar with whom she spoke to there which is why her lengthy experience with Ford was helpful. She faxed my insurance info over and even called my insurance company when I came to pick up my truck. She was a real person and genuine. She made me feel like she wanted me to do what was best for me, not best for her checkbook. We all work to make money as I am in sales myself, however her first concern was honestly for me. In my opinion it is not so much about the money a salesman makes from THAT sale but more about who that customer will refer you to for future business. I took lots of her cards and would be pleased to pass them out to anyone I know who is thinking of buying for sure! She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the financing, the product she is selling and about Ford itself. She was truly a pleasure to work with!

Service tech. was polite and knowledgeable. Service was completed accurately and in a timely fashion, except where parts availability necessitated a return visit.Either a guaranteed loaner vehicle or a short 'while you wait' time, in addition to on site parts availability are requirements for continued patronage of the service facilities at this dealership. It's out of the way, and has better hours than I do, necessitating my taking time off to service my vehicle here.I prefer dealer service for warranty and liability reasons, where this is practical.Ask me again about price after the truck is out of warranty.

I did my homework at other dealers closer to my home and with whom we had former dealings - I only chose this dealer because they had a model similarto my wishes that I could test drive. Because of one feature (power seat), I neededto order. It was over seven weeks from time order was in and no word regarding whenit would be made, so I was in contact with a local dealer regarding such. He suggestedthat I contact Joe, which I did and he "found" me a car similar to my order at anotherdealer so that I could use the vehicle yet this fall. It had upgrades and of course,more money, but I have a vehicle near I wanted now. I would recommend this dealershipto someone who lived in that area, but when I am next time looking for a special model, I will stay closer to home. I feel it is hard to have a "great" listing whenthe distance is such a factor even with computers, cellphones, etc. I like to be ableto look someone in the eye and know who I'm speaking with which wasn't/isn't possiblewith the dealer I used. I'm satisfied with my Mustang, no problems there so far.

Joe was very easy to work with, professional, honest and kept his word. He got back with me with information. Since I ordered my 2010 F-150, Diann and Joe were always available to check on the status of my order and were always gracious. I never felt like I was imposing on them at any time. Even now, I stop in to look at 2011 brochures and they both stop to talk with me. No other dealership does what Joe and Diann have done. Thanks, Joe and Diann.
