My experience at Reliable Lexus was fabulous. The Manager met us at the front and our salesman, Dan Reagan, was exceptional. Dan was very gracious and helpful but not too pushy. When we decided on and purchased the NX200t f-Sport, Dan walked us through operation of the car expertly. And, it was even his day off.

I have had great experience with Reliable for 8 years. Bought my previous vehicle there and had all maintenance work done there. On a whim one day I stopped by another premium brand dealership that is very near my office. I walked into that dealership and wandered around for some time with no help. I had to ask for help and then was given an obviously inexperienced person to work with. That lasted about 4 minutes. I decided to buy a new car and went straight to Reliable Lexus and immediately met Kery Spinabella. Kery is very knowledgeable and great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and asked questions to get to know me better so that he could help me. Very patient with me as I changed my mind at the very last minute and switched to a SUV from the sedan that I had picked out. Had fun making the purchase and love the new car.Reliable service brought me back to them and will keep me there.

Reliable has kept our 1993 and 2004 in top shape so when we decided on purchasing another vehicle we went straight to Reliable. After researching online, I pretty much knew I wanted a Lexus CT200H. We live in Sedalia, MO and don't have a Lexus dealer, so I again used the internet to locate a couple of those vehicles at Reliable Lexus in Springfield. We drove down on a Saturday morning and arrived just before lunchtime. We were met in the lobby by Steve, the Sales Manager. He greeted us and got a little information, then turned us over the Kery Spinabella, a salesman. He couldn't have been nicer or more patient. He showed us the two brand new ones he had in stock and we test drove one. I fell in love with the car, but felt that one was too high tech for me and the other wasn't a color I really liked. As we were sitting at Kery's desk trying to make a decision, I looked out the window and saw a beautiful, white CT200H sitting in the front lot. Turns out it was a 2014 with 4000 miles that had only been used as a loaner. I said I wanted to drive it and Kery never batted an eye, even though it meant the sale would be several thousand dollars less. We drove it, bought it, and took it home that day. Kery was truly interested in making sure we got what we wanted and I couldn't be happier.

Just leased a 2016 Lexus RX 450h F Sport from Reliable Lexus in Springfield, MO. The sales manager Dave Wissbaum, financial rep Ron Edwards, and client advisor, Ken Olson were all very pleasant, friendly, and terrific to deal with, each taking charge of their areas of responsibility on this lease and making the process seamless. Ken had us under his helpful guidance most of the time, handing the ton of paperwork, conveying pertinent information on the lease agreement and walking us through all the operational and technological features of our beautiful new hybrid SUV!

I am the original owner of a 2007 Lexus. I have consistently used Lexus service department for all of my services. Everyone there has always been helpful and positive. It's a great dealership. This week I needed to replace my tires, and I was assisted by Myles H. I'm thankful for his knowledge and dedicated service. I'm not one for change when it comes to my car. Myles spent a lot of time with me to provide me all of the facts & options available since the tires I wanted were discontinued by the manufacturer. I appreciate how attentive Myles was to my needs and working with me. He was very patient and respectful. I feel confident in my choice and this department has earned my trust.

This is my second Lexus. I have a 350 that is 6.5 years old (75,000 miles) and has never needed anything but routine maintenance. I told Kery Spinabella what I thought we wanted. He selected an RX 350 that was exactly what we wanted. We never looked at another automobile. I've always enjoyed the service at reliable and the friendly sales people. I recommend them highly. "Reliable" is a name these people and Lexus live up to.

In 2013 I purchased a 2012 Lexus RX350. It was the first Lexus I ever owned and I absolutely love it. My salesman was Kery Spinabella and I found him to be very courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He continues to contact me regularly to make sure things are going well and offering assistance on anything I might need. When I buy my next Lexus I will ask for him. I take my Lexus to Reliable Lexus for all my service needs, which so far has only been routine maintenance. I have been going to Reliable Lexus service for over 10 years now with 2 different cars (both Lexus) and 1 truck. I like to have them service my Lexus and my husband brings his truck in for oil changes. Always convenient and everyone goes out of their way to make sure we are comfortable. I have purchased three Lexus vehicles over the past decade and still own two of them. I have always taken my vehicles to the local dealership for service. I have received excellent service from Lexus service departments in Nashville, TN, Columbus, OH, Ottawa, ON, and Pittsburgh, PA. Now that I have been in Springfield, MO for a year and bringing my vehicles to Reliable Lexus, I find that they don't meet standards for professional interactions with customers and quality of work. Recently, my older vehicle required some work. When I came to pick it up and drive home, within a few minutes on the road, I found a new problem with it that did not exist when the car was left for service. This required another major repair. I discussed my concerns with Reliable's service manager about this new issue appearing only after picking up the car. He interrupted me and lectured me about the age/high mileage of my car and dominated the conversation completely. I was stunned. I have never received such abrasive and rude treatment from a Lexus service advisor in North America.

I have owned 8 lexus' and dealt with seven different dealers since I moved a lot during this period.I took my car for in body work and the paint started to flake after a year. They also didn't replace the bearings so I had to go back and ask the insurance company to reopen the claim.I also bought a car there and had service. It has the worst facility I have seen in the Lexus system and the service department is slow and they promise completion times that they don't come close to meeting.They should not be in the Lexus system.
