I recently purchased my first car from here. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. I was originally looking at other dealerships, but Savannah assured me they were awesome and could get me the best deals (she was correct!). Between Savannah and James, who helped me make sure I was getting the best deal and making it happen for me, this was a wonderful first time - buyer experience. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a new car. I'm happy to have them as my car dealership! Wonderful people!

Savannah and James are AMAZING! They helped me get into an amazing car (2015 Kia Optima). The process was easy (for me at least!). They’re both helpful and knowledgeable AND friendly!!! 🥳 I absolutely LOVE my car. It’s more than I even wanted! 5 Stars. Highly recommend.

Ten phone calls to get a simple mudflap order and they failed miserably. Their GM did not offer to get it taken care of somehow so...I called their competition and placed an order for mudflaps. Turns out that they were cheaper than Skillman. I suggest you do not use this dealership.for anything and don't buy a car from them as they DO NOT have your best interest in mind. I'm currently placing a complaint with Mazda Corporate regarding this dealer. I have also notified BBB as of today.

I purchased a CX-3 from here and they were very helpful in helping me find what I needed. Alex Flores in particular was kind and made the car buying experience a breeze. Since the purchase of my car early last year, I have taken it to their service center for every oil change and have been quite happy with their services. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sensible vehicle from a reputable dealer.

I'll have to say that this was among one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had. From beginning to end, the entire process was seamless. I explained my financial situation to Savannah (my wonderful salesperson who is pictured with me next to my car) and James (my financial guy) and both offered sound advice for financing, payments, insurance, warranties, etc. and different vehicles to try. I never once felt pressured into purchasing the car I ended up buying, and was even told that if I didn't like it after a week, I could bring it back and get something else until I was satisfied. I would highly recommend purchasing a car at Ray Skillman NE Mazda...make sure to ask for Savannah!

I recently drove up from Louisville, KY to buy a used Hyundai Genesis and couldn't be happier with the process. It was very smooth from start to finish. I have no qualms recommending Bryan Baker as a sales representative or Ray Skillman NE Mazda if you are in the market for a vehicle. Bryan was straight up and didn't resort to high pressure tactics which was refreshing because the local dealer here in Louisville wouldn't even give me a price on a comparable vehicle unless I scheduled a test drive. Bryan immediately setup a test drive then negotiated a fair deal on a trade-in without haggling or any old school sales tactics. I was on my way back home in the Genesis fast and pleased. The best part is I absolutely love the car!

I went in looking at a 4 year old higher end vehicle. The sales person that responded to my email was aggressive, pushy and unprofessional. When I went into the dealership to test drive the car, I was treated like an idiot being that I am a female. I had to educate the salesman on the specs of the car and he seemed to know nothing about the Make or Model I was test driving. When it came to the negotiation process it was extremely inefficient, rude and worthless. It was a complete waste of my time. This sales person and sales manager were completely unwilling to negotiate or to come down off of their over market value list price. The sales person continued to treat me like I was an idiot and was very unprofessional using poor grammar and misspelling in emails back and forth. Over all I have never been so offended in the car buying process and would never visit any Ray Skillman dealer again because of this experience.
