I have been a customer at Rath's service department before, taking advantage of their oil change deals and receiving emails and even phone calls of other specials they offer from time to time. I did not expect to need their vehicle sales service as soon as I did. But when an accident ended the useful life of my 2012 Ford Focus, I found myself on the market for an affordable, dependable vehicle. I stopped at several dealers in Fort Smith, but decided to do business with Rath.Billy Adkins was quick to help my girl friend and me when we came window shopping, even though we explained we were days away from settling an insurance claim, and were unsure whether it would leave us able to do any business at all.Billy showed us several vehicles that fit my criteria -- compact, good on mileage and mechanically sound. (He even indulged us with a test drive in a car out of our range, for purposes of comparison).When we arrived at a choice, a 2015 Hyundai Elantra, he helped navigate a tricky path through my tarnished credit record to put me in the vehicle at very nearly the payment rate I had asked for.There are other dealers who probably do all this, but Billy Adkins delivered like few others. More than once, we hit him late in the day, kept him past closing time (and likely cost him the first quarter of an away football game his son was playing in). Still, we never saw him looking at his watch, or trying to hurry us along. He gave us his attention, his expertise and his courtesy. For that, I am thankful and I would not hesitate to recommend Rath -- and Billy Adkins -- to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My sister-in-law referred us to the Rath Auto Resources team and we are so glad she did! We had been looking at a lot of options for our next vehicle purchase and we this was a great fine. They gave us a fair deal on our trade and understood our budget goals while getting us into a great new ride. Danny was awesome to return my calls even on his moving day! Knowing that the sales team doesn't work on commission immediately made us feel more at ease about the process. We love our minivan and can't wait for our first road trip!

Working with Billy Adkins at Rath was a great experience. He listened to what I had to say and took to heart what my needs were. Coming out of college with a large debt didn't help my credit score any, but Billy understood where I was coming from and I am grateful. Billy and the guys at Rath Auto Resource helped me get the vehicle I needed with financing I could respectfully afford. I would tell anyonne and everyone to go down and visit with Billy and see what he can do to help you. There is even a little bonus, Billy was able to make a donation to my favorite charity in my name because I was able to purchase a vehicle with Rath... I have never had that perk anywhere else. These really are a great group of guys.

I've bought 2 vehicles from Rath auto and referred my mother and wife. Jerry Lovins is a salesman who really wants to help get you into the vehicle you want, and will do whatever it takes to make it happen. I personally recommend him to anyone who needs a vehicle, even if you don't have good credit or a large down payment, him and the finance team will make it happen! After referring my girls I spun the wheel twice and won $275! Don't go to the buy here pay here! See my man "McLovins"!

My husband and I didn't really anticipate purchasing a vehicle on the day we went into rath auto! We were just looking and seeing what our options were. We never thought we could afford a newish vehicle, or be approved for an auto loan through a bank! With the help of Billy Adkins, we were approved for a beautiful vehicle with an incredibly reasonable monthly payment that meets all of our needs. They are all so professional at Rath Auto, and were so patient with us (as we were first time buyers!). They were also very patient with our almost 2 year old who ran wild throughout the process, which was a plus. I would definitely recommend Rath Auto, and BILLY!

This is our 3rd vehicle from Rath. Our salesman Jerry works closely with the finance department to get a great deal. Even with gap insurance and an extended warranty my payments were low. The savings are great. They always have exactly the color and make of vehicle we are looking for. Check this dealer out!!! You will not be unhappy.

This was my second time to buy a vehicle at Rath Auto and it was another great experience. I bought my car at Rath about two years ago and was so pleased that when we decided my husband needed a new truck this last weekend, Rath was the first place we went looking. They did not disappoint... Michael Jennings, our salesman did an outstanding job. He was extremely helpful and worked with us to get exactly what we needed. I highly recommend him and hope to work with him again the next time we are looking to buy a new vehicle. David Rath helped us with our first purchase as well as the second this last weekend and he was super friendly and informative. In my experience, it is rare to find a dealership you can walk into and not feel pressured or attacked. It is such a calm environment and each dealing I have had with them has been a positive one. I went to Rath Auto simply because of word of mouth. I am a retail manager and come in contact with a large quantity of consumers on a daily basis, many whom of which have mentioned Rath Auto as a decent place to buy a vehicle. I decided it was time to start the car buying process and made my appointment with no intention of buying, I just wanted to gather information and I fully intended to shop around, but what Billy Adkins and the team at Rath Auto did for me today turned me into a loyal customer in a matter of hours. I recieved a phenomenal trade in value for my older car, Billy took me immediately to a car that fit all of my needs, and then he and the team worked so that I could leave that very day with the car. I understand to a lot of people that being sold a car is not something spectacular as that's a salesmans job, they have a good and they sell it to you - but this visit was more than a car for me. Billy sent me home in something that is safe for my toddler son, he put me in something I can travel for work in and not worry I'll be stranded midway upstate, he eliminated my fears about the coming winter and how my old car behaved on ice when I'm crossing the bridge. He's saving me money with a great gas mileage and a car I don't constantly have to repair. Rath Auto Resources gave me peace of mind today, something invaluable that cannot be purchased, only given, and I am grateful for it. I recieved exemplary customer service today which, as someone who has been in the customer service industry myself for a long time now, that feels good to say. I'm in my early twenties and a single mother, a mix that in my experience creates the idea that I can be taken advantage of by salesmen, but today I was treated with so much kindness and respect, the entire staff was open and straightforward, friendly, and I never once felt like I might be making a questionable decision. I felt no pressure, only an extended hand ready and eager to help me find what I needed. Billy didn't know I have a teenage sister who will be needing a car soon nor that my mother has expressed interest in replacing her vehicle, but after today I know exactly where I'll be bringing the whole family. Thank you a million times for everything you did for me today.

For the second time now I have needed a vehicle. The first time my daughter had an accident. We went in with a wrecked useless car and came out smiling with a beautiful 2014 Nissan. A better than fair price with even more so very affordable payments. This time I new it wouldn't be long before I was going to be great need of a new vehicle. Oscar directed me to just the truck I was looking for. Amazing low mileage and barely a scratch on her. The price was right at Where it should be and I walked out smiling with the vehicle I wanted, affordable payments and a full warranty. I won't go anywhere else. Oscar you did an outstanding job. You were personable, polite and professional at the same time. You even gave a great compliment to my son that even reflected on me. Great job! I went in looking for a used SUV with a 3rd Row seat to accomodate my 4 kids, husband, and myself. Danny Novosad was the employee who greeted me, and was wonderful! Kirk Myers was a huge help, as well as the Meinike team. My transition into my "new" car was almost seamless. When i purchased it, it had a nice amount of hail damage from a recent storm. They sold it to me at a discounted price and even repaired the damage. That lets me know that they stand behind their work and their cars!! Their good, honest employees made our experience that much better. Thank you for everything!!

I am a grandmother raising raising 2 of my grandchildren and had a vehicle that spent my time broke down than actually on the road. So I went on a hunt for a new vehicle. To be honest when I went to the dealership I didn't have much hope of actually getting a vehicle because of some credit problems I've had. I went in and was immediately greeted by Danny Novosad. He was friendly and professional. He ask me, what exactly I was looking for, after telling him, he took me straight to a car that met and exceeded my expectations. After letting me test drive it, we went in and began the paperwork. The moment of truth, Danny went over it all and worked out a deal that fit my needs. After everything was processed Danny came and told me I could drive my car home that day. I could hardly believe it and actually had to have him repeat himself. I could never express how thankful I am to Danny and Rather Auto Resources.

My fiance and I were actually just out and about and happened to drive by Rath Saturday and noticed a Chrysler 300 on the lot. When we got there and was looking at the car, Billy was the first sales guy out to greet us. He let me test drive and when we came back, he asked if we'd like to try to purchase the car. I had explained that we had just purchased my Camary about 6mths prior, but I really loved the 300 and the fact that it had more room for my 3 children. Billy took hours out of his day to ensure that we got into the car and drove it off the lot. I must say Billy sure went above and beyond and out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied and were able to get the car. Thanks again Billy, the whole family loves the new car!

I went to look at possibly trading in my 2012 Nissan Altima. So I chose Rath auto resources because I've heard about them on the radio. So I went in and was greeted immiediatly. They referred me to Billy Adkins. So he sat down with me and asked me what I was looking for. I already knew what I wanted. When I drove up I saw a maroon Chevy Tahoe. I told him I was interested it it. He had me do a test drive. He started my paperwork and I got a good deal. He even paid for my families lunch at Lucy's diner while all the paperwork was being finalized. He was very good to my wife and kids. I will be coming back there and ask for Billy Adkins.

My review....... I went in with very limited expectations and they took those and through them out the window. Billy Adkins, took us around the lot and showed us vehicles that would work for us. There was 1 car that stood out to him for us and it was a 2012 Lincoln MKX, as for me I would have never looked at this car because it was a Lincoln..... But he however encouraged us to drive it and we fell in love with it... Even waiting through the process of an approval he was very encouraging and positive on what the outcome would be... I bought a Mercury Milan from Rath almost 9 years ago and was totally satisfied with the auto and the follow up service I received from them. After 9 years it was time to let that car go. I didn't want to purchase another new car and since Rath Auto Resources sells excellent used cars, I went back to Rath for the replacement. Knowing that I prefer a mid-size car, that I travel a lot, and that I really enjoyed my Milan, Mr. Rath recommended the Ford Fusion. Not only did he have a 2015 Fusion on the lot, but the price was well within my price range. Mr. Rath made every effort to accommodate my budget and my needs. He went above and beyond my expectations, and I am very satisfied with my new Fusion.

I had been looking for a particular style of used GM truck for a year. I found some close to my specs but were outside my budget. I drove by Rath and saw what I was looking for and stopped to check on price & mileage. The sales rep was prompt & polite, very laid back and walked out to look at it in the heat. I drove it a little and they actually came off the price a little right there in the show room I called my credit union & got approved. Rath got the price down in my range where I could pay it off in 4 years. The finance guy was patient and thorough. He did. not try to force me to finance thru them. They offered an extended warranty & credit life but didn't try to for force it on me as other dealers in the past. They worked with my credit union and I took it home same day. They were fast, easy and professional. The only way to buy a truck. The entire staff was well dressed, very polite and took time to help or chat. I was pleasantly surprised not to get the high pressure, sell me something I didn't want routine. I would buy from them again and recommend checking them out if looking for a new ride.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had in buying a car. Billy Adkins came right out and demonstrated the vehicle to me and told me to drive it see how it felt. He was very patient with me. I can get a little overwhelmed at times, but Billy demonstrated good salesmanship bearing with me. He found just the right car for me, and I love it. Never seen a car fax report for starters, found out it was in auto body shop 10 times in 5 years. I am disabled I tried to get a different vehicle after 2 days of having the one had problems getting in and to low I said I would make the difference in price if they would work with me and they said NO!! Buyer beware it's all smoke and mirrors.

Bo and I have never been to keen on buying brand new cars off the lots and when we do we tend to keep the vehicle for the life of the vehicle. Thus said, after 12 years of use, it was time for a trade in. Our friend Bryan said he had great dealings with Rath Auto on used vehicles. We had prayed about a newer vehicle, and had saved a good sum of cash so, the first place on the list of many was Rath Auto. We never made it to any other lots. We were drawn to a 2015 Nissan Frontier crew cab. They gave us the keys and took her for a spin. It was in great shape, very clean, and a very smooth ride. They were so friendly, and polite, and continued throughout the process being considerate, patient, and answering all our many questions. Rath Auto spent over a $1000.00 themselves on maintenance prior to showing it on their lot. They gave us a great deal on the trade in. Gave us several options to choose from. Everyone was very prompt. We did very little waiting. We were so happy with them and their offer we just felt this was where God wanted us to be and the truck was an answered prayer. Billy Adkins has to be the best salesman I've ever dealt with From bginning to end.My wife and I walked in there not knowing what to expect and about an hour and a half later we walked out of there with a car we weren't able to make the down payment that day it was going to be the next day and they let us take the car home anyway.Anyone that isi n the market for a slightly used or used car or pickup I would highly suggest you try Rath Auto resources first. I have dealt with many dealerships and they have to be the best that I've ever dealt with.

Have your car thoroughly checked out before you purchase it cause ours broke down 1 week after we bought it and it has been a terrible nightmare.

We just bought a Jeep Wrangler from Rath Auto and we had a very good experience. They fixed what they said they would fix. They gave me a Fair amount on My Trade in. Billy Adkins handles himself with Class, does not make promises he can't keep, and followed up with me when he said he would.. I met Larry and felt he gave me the best Deal he possibly could. made a 3 hour+ trip to look at a late model Armada at the successful coaxing of Sherman Oneal (sales rep) who convinced me he could get close on the money and terms I was hoping for...I really thought we were talking about a vehicle that was too new and priced out of my range...made the trip just to find that Sherman was very professional - very enthusiastic (not pushy) - a very nice young man and would not give up on trying to get the deal I wanted from his managers... This was the most satisfying experience that I have had at a car dealership I think ever! They greeted my husband and I like they've known us our whole lives and I can't say enough about our salesman, Sherman Oneal, WOW!!! He went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted, very professional and yet relaxed and that made us feel more at ease. The price was not what we expected, it was BETTER!! He let us know that he did not work on commission and that he would not push us into anything we did not want, that was a relief. From then on it was smooth sailing, we found and car, got it financed with the help of David Rath, he's their Finance guy and I must say a very good one, very pleasant to deal with. This was actually a pleasant experience. Normally, I don't like going to a dealership due to a pressured feeling from the salesman. Jerry was not only very friendly, but let us know right up front that he was on salary. We were very relaxed from that point on. We asked about the type of vehicle we were interested in and he showed us what he had. The price was what we expected to pay for the vehicle we wanted and there was no haggling to try to get to a fair price. We stayed late on Saturday evening getting everything finalized and met with Jerry on Sunday to pick up the car. Fantastic service. We got a great price on a great car from a great salesman at a great dealership. "A Dealer For The People" is no joke at Rath Auto. Great Job Guys. I'll be back for the next car too.The only reason for a "Good" overall rating instead of "Excellent" is because the selection of sedan types we were interested in was a little limited. But, hey, I got what I wanted and am Very happy.

We have all heard the commercials "for the people" credit approvals. Bad credit no problem, ECT.At Larry Rath it is all true. They want you in a nicer newer car as much as you want to be in one. I wasn't feeling my best when I walked in. And - holy crud! - the low, low, low interest rates! How?! I...have no idea. But it happened...and I couldn't be happier. I had an excellent dealership experience, and I learned some things about the incredible range of products and services offered by their service department, Meineke. Leather was something I had learned to come to love in my '07 and, like it or not, I was going to kind of miss it. It was hard finding a car that was affordable and I could use for my work (rural carrier at the USPS). I have to sit in the middle where a console usually is sits. I can't afford a nice right hand drive because I'm a part-time worker. After a lot of research I find the best fit would be a Jeep Patroit or a Compass. I couldn't afford a new one so I looked around at older ones. Rath auto had just the one for me. It was a Jeep Patroit more room than the Compass which I needed. My sales person Jerry Lovins was awesome. He was very patient with me ( a nervous buyer). He answered all my questions and took me around to look at the cars I was interested in. He nor any of the sales people pressured me to buy a car or trade my old one. I really didnt want to trade the one one but in the end decided to because of the APR I was stuck with and tryin to juggle two car payments. Boy, I'm glad I did! They gave me so much more for my trade in than I thought was possible. I got a great deal on almost brand new car (2014 Jeep Patroit with 57,000 miles)! Now on to the next bump in the road the down payment. I didn't have very much to give on a down payment. Jerry and Micheal had a plan...I could do my taxes with them and see if I would get any taxes back. If I did I could use that as my down payment. I had never heard of this before so of course I was nervous. They explained how this process works and put my fears to bed. I would highly recommend Rath Auto for anyone looking to buy a new car. Check'em out. My APR is only a fraction of what it was. They set me up with an awesome car with a 3 year warranty that even included electronics and gap insurance for only 3 dollars more than my old payment! And a little extra...peace of mind! I was in a bad position last year and needed a car and didn't have much choice so I had to go to a second rate lot. I ended up with a 2001 Nissan Altima for almost 7 grand and a 2 year note. After going over finances with my husband, we decided it would be better for us to just pay the same amount and get a newer car if we were approved for it. I caught Billy up on my situation and asked if he thought he could do what I was asking and after giving him the documents that he needed he was able to work with the bank and managers to find a way to meet my needs. Not only did my vehicle take an extensive amount of time, I literally HATE my new tires. In almost 40 years of driving they are absolutely the worst tires I have ever put on a vehicle. I trusted the recommendation by the salesman. I do not feel safe in wind, rain, or going the speed limit on the freeway.

I have had my car serviced at Meineke for the past 2 years. There customer service is wonderful. I recently went for my routine oil change and I felt that possibly I needed brakes due to "squeaking". Garrett was on duty and after inspection informed me I did not need brakes. I was convinced I needed brakes before arrival and Garrett could have sold them to me and I would have never known the difference, instead he explained to me what was causing the "squeak". I have been dealing with Garrett since I began having my car serviced there and completely trust his judgment. Again great customer service and I have never had any problems with the work provided to my vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Rath, The Customer Service was untouchable, I didn't feel like "they just wanted the sale" I actully felt like they wanted to work with me, The Salesman Kevin Hegermann really was with me every step of they way and made sure I was aware of everything and kept me updated with each step and really worked with me and explained every detail very well he was also very knowegable. He did a real good job at getting me what I wanted and not what he wanted to sale. The entire staff was polite and helpful and worked well together, There was no stress on me at all. I don't have the best credit so there for the people process is truly for the people. As for my trade in They gave me far more than I had originally anticipated. The most affordable and polite place to get an oil change. I really appreciated being walked to and from the break room and bring treated like an actual guest. The person who helped me (so sorry, I'm sick and can't remember his name), even said how well his employers treat him, which is a rarity nowadays. He was in a great mood and was just so kind. I know I can leave there assured that the work done was quality and that it was actually completed. I was all the time hearing about Rath Auto "For The People" commercials rather it was on the TV or the radio. So one evening after hours my husband and I decided to pull into the car lot and just see what they had. The next day I called Rath Auto and they took all my information over the phone and said they would call me back. I figured well that's the end of that and to my surprise that after noon Larry Rath called me back and we started talking about what vehicle I was interested in and he asked a few more questions and said ok let me see what we can do. Well once again I figured that was the last time i'd hear from Rath Auto. I called my husband and told him what I had done and he said its just a waste of time with our credit. The next morning Larry Rath called me back once again and asked when my husband and I could come in and test drive a few cars? I told him what time we both got off work and he said well we are open until 7:00 or until the last customer leaves. So I called my husband and had him meet me at the car lot after work and Larry walked the lot with us while we looked at a few cars and then he told us to drive it and see how we liked it and of course I fell in love with the car. Larry told us to come into his office and talk about a monthly payment that we would be comfortable with and so we did. Larry took our amount up front and came back in just a few minutes and said this is what we can do and this is what your monthly payment will be. We was very surprised to learn that we had been approved for a 2014 Dodge Journey and the best part is we got to sign the papers and drive it off the lot that night! I would recommend Rath Auto to everyone. Larry did all the work for us all we had to do was give them some information and sign the final papers. We are now proud owners of a 2014 Dodge Journey! My husband and I were looking for a car that was comfortable riding and would keep us on the road while traveling for doctors appointments in Little Rock. We weren't looking for an suv in 2012 but tried a 2010 Ford Explorer. It was perfect for carrying him home after surgeries, cancer treatments, and carrying large medical equipment for him. He has since lost his fight with cancer. With my free time now, I have traveled with my daughter and granddaughter to different places around the country. We were taken such good care of when buying the Explorer that we continued having maintenance done at Rath Motors where we bought it. There was never a time that they were not friendly and courteous to both my husband and I.As I have gotten older, I have noticed some problems climbing into the Explorer since it sets so high. I thought I might look into a smaller suv and called Rath Motors. And even though I had moved 4 hours away, they were willing to work me in a find me a vehicle. I drove 2 suvs and enjoyed both. Jerry got going with the paperwork and got me into a 2015 Lincoln MKC. Beautiful car and exactly what I needed. I was always unsure of following reviews online. Let me tell you, Rath is an excellent place. I barely made it in the door before I got a taste of great hospitality. I have dealt with several of local dealerships and lots, and this is by far the best experience. Larry actually came over and talked to me personally. For the short time I was present it seems to be a place that truly wants to help people. I had a very minimal level of confidence walking into the place, but upon departure I had a great sense of accomplishment. The overall atmosphere of the place was great. We told him what we were looking to do.and a price range.he took us out to the lot and showed us some awesome cars we pick one and went back inside to run the numbers will as luck would have it we was about 400.00 short the deal was falling apart Sherman said do you have a trade in I will take anything with wheels. we all had a good laugh we told him we had a large generator with wheels he looked it up on the NET went an talked to Larry Rath came back told us we had a deal this people are awesome we left that night with a 2013 dodge Avenger they work hard to help use .Yes we would recommend them to ever one check out Rath Auto and ask for Sherman Oneal

I went to Rath hoping to find a new car for myself since my 95 Marquis died on me the day before. I explained what I was looking for, the first car I looked at was the car I ended up taking off the lot. I saw others but they nailed it with the Ford Escape. Billy, made the process fairly simple and clear for me; considering I am a first time buyer. He even bought me a Monster from the vending machine ;)What really stood out me is that they offer a donation in your name to 1 of 5 local charities of your choice. To top off the experience Kirk set up Sirius radio and another kind employee- Michael took his time to teach me how to use my voice command and Bluetooth feature- hands on. Overall it was a good experience.

We had a very specific need and a tight budget with not so perfect credit. Jerry helped us find the perfect family car with third row seating for our big family. My story begins in August 2014 with a diagnosis of Breast Cancer. I was out of work for 5 months and became behind on my car payments. My wonderful husband was in college full-time and not working either. I went back to work in Feb 2015 and in April we began the search for a more "family-friendly" vehicle. We went to Rath and spoke with Billy, we test drove several SUVs, found the right one and they started on the paperwork. Billy and David worked hard to get us into the vehicle. Unfortunately, due to my late payments, being off work and husband not working, they were unable to make it happen. They gave us tips on how to make it happen. We came back after my husband was employed and were able to secure a vehicle that suited our family. Again, Billy and David worked diligently until after 8pm trying to get the deal done. I traded in my 2009 Sebring Convertible for a 2012 Jeep LIberty! My husband and I cannot thank Billy enough for helping us make this trying time easier with some great stories and laughter. After being turned down earlier in the day by a large dealership for a NEW SUV, I'm so glad we decided to come back to Rath and Billy to buy our vehicle.We will be back next year to purchase a truck for the hubby.

I have known Jerry Lovins for a long time and it was time to get a bigger vehicle. Jerry had asked me a few times to come see him and I finally took the plunge!! I found a vehicle I really liked and was offered to take it for the weekend. But I was going to be out of town/state and didn't think that would be right. Ok wasted my time by going into Rath .Auto. I heard the commercial saying we will give you more for your trade than it books. Well I took my 2008 Nissan and my 2013 Suzuki blvd in and was asking about trading it for a 2011 jeep they priced me earlier in the week at $25.000.00 . they ran the number and came back with this crap..less than 1/2 of what was owed on truck and less than half on bike. and then went up from the $25.000 on jeep to $27.000. They use Kelly blue book which we all know is the worse to use. Nada gives the better price to consumers. Took truck to Breeden and was offer $11,900 but Rath wanted to give $8,???. Went to Suzuki and was offered $9600 so when Rath says we will treat you right and he is for the people...Do some checking first.

I did not have a good experience with Rath Auto. My borrower/co-borrower signatures were backwards, even when we asked at the time of signing. They lost my title and told us Oklahoma had lost it when in reality they had stapled it to another title and didn't want to take the blame for it. They also did not give the bank financing my car my correct mailing address only my physical. Although I told them I did not receive mail there. So I had to call the bank and fix it myself with my correct mailing address so I could get my billing statement.

Bought a Tahoe 7 Month ago and add problem. Got the extended warranty for the vehicle. Not 2 months later, the power steering rack went out. Now the sensor for the stability ride control is bad and not covered. We was told the the extended warranty would cover everything except normal wear & tear and cosmetic. Is their vehicles trust worthy to buy with these problem and is their extended warranty worth buying. I would say NO. Lost me as a long time customer and I wouldn't recommend going there for a vehicle. I though Larry is the people but not after the sale.

Very relaxed atmosphere and family oriented. No hard pressed for sales from salesman with hassle free negotiations. I really enjoyed my experience buying a car from Rath Auto Resources. My wife and I visited the dealership with no intention to buy a car. Two hours later, they dropped the price on the car we were looking at by $3,000! It was the best price on that specific car we had seen. They really wanted us to get the car we wanted. They didn't even try to push a more expensive car that we didn't like on us. Very pleased with our purchase. I just wish they offered more perks with buying from them such as free car washes and reduced prices on oil changes on cars purchased with them.

This was the most comfortable experience I have ever had buying a car. I went in thinking, " Okay, I am not going to buy the 1st vehicle I find, and I really don't want to deal with a salesman probing me and trying to get me to drive something I don't like or can't afford". This was not the case at Wrath Auto. I went in and saw a few I liked and test drove one of them, then I let the Salesman (Kirk) know if I was interested I would call hm the next day. He said " no problem, here is my card, call anytime" . I went to several other places that day and they all tried to get me to let them run my credit without even knowing if I was interested in anything they had to offer. One place wouldn't even show me a vehicle at all. The next day I knew right away that I only wanted to do business with Kirk at Wrath. The quality of the vehicle was great, price was REALLY great, Kirk was great, and everyone greeted us with a smile. I highly recommend doing business with this company and their associates. This was our first dealership experience - and incidentally, our first nice car. We chose a 2009 Pontiac Vibe with less than 50 K miles on it. The car was nice and clean, tho a little low on coolant. The buying process could have been more streamlined - e.g. the dealer (Benny Ray) could have suggested when we called to set up our appointment to fill out the credit app online instead of doing it at 4:30 in the afternoon and having to wait until the next day to finish our "experience". He also needed a lesson in listening skills. We told him TWICE we were looking for a Ford Escape or similar, or at the very least a hatchback style with fold down seats. He had a Toyota Corolla pulled to the shop for us to try. A nice car, but NOT what we wanted. So he proceeded to show us a HUGE Jeep Liberty. Once I got my intentions through to him, he got much better. We test drove a Chevy HHR 2011 (yuck), a Dodge Caliber 2011, and the Pontiac Vibe. Benny was VERY intuitive, and did progressively show us closer to what we wanted cars after each pooh pooh-ed test drive. Benny was a very kind salesperson. Even with his listening skills, Benny was a kind person, and I would STILL recommend him! The facility was VERY clean. The overall process was a little lengthy, but David Rath (the owner's son) was excellent at getting us through signing, and he was VERY easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Overall, I would recommend Rath Auto Resources to anyone who has crummy or no credit and is in desperate need of a car!

Any other place I've been the salesperson always made me feel pressured and made me feel like they were just wanting to hurry up and make a sale! I did not feel like this at all with Rath! Every morning on my way to work, I listen to big d and bubba on KMAG 99.1, and every morning I hear one of Larry Rath's commercials. I've wanted a nicer, newer car for a long time, but I've worked in sales for a long time. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's a salesperson! Let's be honest. They're way too pushy and assumptive. I don't handle being pushed around very well. I have bright red hair and a temper to match. I was pleasantly surprised by Kirk's attitude when we first met. I know I'm a difficult customer because I'm extremely picky, but Kirk took that in stride. Not only was he able to answer all of my questions, but he was also completely open and honest with me. I have a very short length of credit history which makes me a high risk for most lenders, but he and mark worked hard to find someone to finance me AND get me the low monthly payments I asked for. Kirk even picked my car out for me and he and mark stayed late to work with my work schedule! They did an awesome job and had me out the door and behind the wheel in less than an hour! The entire staff is so friendly and professional that I must say it was the best customer service that I've ever had. I can't wait til tax season next year so they can put my husband in a new truck. They've definitely gained a lifelong customer and I plan on helping them gain a few more! Keep up the great work guys!

Fast, friendly and very curtious. In order to stay sane, I'm somewhat of a joker due to my disabilities. I figured when I first went I would be shunned and turned away because of who I am, as I have been with other dealerships. Surprisingly I was accepted and nearly the whole staff was enjoying my company as I was theirs. They laughed with me, cracked jokes with me and even got a good laugh when I pranked the salesperson into believing the truck was missing the knob to adjust the mirrors when there was never a knob for it. Great place to purchase a vehicle. My family has been customers of Putnam for many many years. I can't even begin to tell you how many hours, as a child, I spent at the dealership while my parents purchased a vehicle from Putnam. My husband and I made our first vehicle purchase from them in 2001. No one has taken care of it except the exceptional service dept. When the name change came about I was very sketchy about the change. But the only thing that has changed is the name. Service staff and performance is great. Philip, Chad, Garrett, & Eric are great guys. Very attentive. And will do what it takes to get the job done, done right, & satisty the customer. Richard Russell has been our salesman for our last two purchases and you will be hard pressed to find a better, trustworthy man. Larry Rath has always been readily available and has always made a point to thank us for our business! They were even part of a very special moment for our family. We passed on our vehicle to our daughter. They were there when we bought it, they were there to keep it serviced and they were there and got to pass it on to our daughter! The phone call I got from Bennie Ray Monday morning (Jan. 7) more than shocked me. I was finally approved for a loan. (Mark had been trying to secure financing for me for months). When I finally got there that afternoon and parked my old junker in front of the showroom, there was a white car beside me. I didn't know it was the one Bennie had mentioned earlier. I was thinking, 'what a beautiful car that is'. Then my sweetheart of a salesman came out and asked me what I thought of it. Huh? It's mine now, people, and the payments are only $15.00/month more than the payments on the old junker. THANK YOU, GOD!!!! I have purchased cars there when it was Putnam L/M. This was my first as Rath. This was by far the best experience I've had there. I did my credit app on-line on the weekend and I received a call on Monday. I was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks and when I returned Richard had everything ready. My wife and I looked at several different cars and we chose a nice 2010 Lincoln MKS with less than 30,000 miles. Richard was very helpful and by no means pushy. I recently had a need for a better... Need may not be the right word...dire need may be better. After hearing of Rath Auto on the radio I visited the website one night and also registered there. I recieved an e-mail response the next day. Not a pushy sales call just a message to let me know when I was ready to buy a car they were there to help. After a few phone calls I finally had a chance to stop by, or so I thought, a last minute need to help a friend put me in Tulsa the morning I had planned to check out the cars. I work a rotating shift of 12 hour day so it's sometimes hard to get things done during regular business hours. They understood and even stayed late just so I could look at the cars. This kind of service is very rare today. I decided on a car and the next day, once again, they stayed late just to get the paperwork done. I was very impressed with every step of the process. From the first e-mail to when I picked up the new car to when I finally got a chance to pick up my old truck which they let me leave there so I could drive the new car home. I could not have been made to feel more welcome or treated with more respect anywhere.

I had been looking at a particular car at Rath for about a week but really didn't think they would be able to get my payments where I needed them, I had been talking to one of the salesmen ,Richard Russell on it & he told me that they would work some numbers & get back to me. I went into the dealership on Monday 11-12-2012 & was greeted at the door by Richard, and not like at a lot of dealerships like a vulture as he was looking for prey & pushy but as a salesman honestly there to try his best to supply my family's needs. He introduced us to all the other salesmen, the owner, the finance manager, made us feel at home. I normally walk away from a dealership upset at the way I was treated, but this was different. They took us in & showed us how they worked the numbers, & OMG! I was amazed at what they did for us. They gave us more for our trade in than we ever expected, gave us a great deal on the car & we also got an extended bumper to bumper warranty above the one that came with the car & still kept my payments in a comfort zone. I walked out about an hour later driving my 2011 Honda Accord & felt like royalty, not like they had just wiped their feet on me. Rath is truly a place that I would recommend to my family & my friends. Richard was an awesome salesman & person, they all have the attitude that the customer is #1. I had my eye on a 2011 Honda Accord at Rath, I really didn't think that I would be getting it as I wanted my payments in a certain price range & was sure they couldn't help me with a car as nice as it was. I had been talking to them & went in on a Monday after work to see how they had worked the numbers in my favor & OMG was I pleased. My family walked in & was greeted at the door by our salesman, Richard Russell who was ultamately the best salesman I had ever encountered at a car dealership before. He was kind, respectful, didn't act like he just wanted to sell a car, he treated us like we were in charge, we were royalty in their court. He introduced us to nearly the whole crew which made us feel like we were with old friends. Everyone there was exceptionally nice, they all told us that if we ever have any questions to be sure to call & they will go out of their way to get me an answer. In the end they had worked to numbers to give us a favorable payment, we even got to add an additional bumper to bumper warranty & finance it as well & the payment was still in our favor, they gave us a better than expected trade in on our car. Rath Auto was my hero this week! I had a previous experience with a car dealership that was horrible. Rath Auto took me in with the most sincere care and helped me find exactly what I was looking for plus a payment that I could afford. Before coming to Rath I didn't think I could ever purchase another vehicle after my bad experience but now I know that I will only purchase from Rath Auto. Being a female, they definitely did not discriminate and treated me with the utmost respect! I appreciate everyone who helped me! Mike, Michael, and Mark! I did all the paperwork over the phone. Benny Ray was very helpful. I was already approved before I went there. He had a car ready when. I got there. Overall it was a very easy and nice way to buy a car.

I was only looking when i visited the website. I wasnt planning to buy a car until february because of my financial situation. Things fell together so quickly and in my favor for a practically brand new pt cruiser that onyl had 35,000 miles on it. i never thought i would get financing after a bad divorce ruined my credit. everyone there was so nice and didnt make me feel like less of a person for making mistakes in my past. while the finance manager was getting my paperwork together, larry rath, the owner came over and talked with me. i thought that was great. my salesman richard was so nice and wonderfully helpful. i will definatly be back to rath for my next car, and even when i get my daughter a car for her sweet 16 :)
