Larry helped us figure out the right car for us. He asked the right questions and gave my husband and I room to talk and then test drive again, and worry, and finally decide. Buying a car is an emotional experience, not just a rational one. I appreciated Larry's even approach, supportive without being intrusive.

We did not expect to find the car we were hoping to buy at a Dodge dealership, but we did. Larry Nuzum, the internet manager who contacted us in response to our query, was most helpful,. polite and friendly. He drove out to pick us up near our home when our old car was in the shop, answered all our questions directly, and overall impressed us with his honesty, knowledge and energy. It was a great experience, and we got the car we wanted at a good price.

i've been searching for sometime now to buy a car. i've had bad experiences in the past with dealerships. this dealership was amazing. they had great customer service and helped me through the process, and answered all of my questions. i'll be getting my new car in february and i couldn't be more excited!

Me and my wife had a great experience buying our new vehicle at Rairdons. At no time did we feel any pressure to make any decisions. Derek was respectful and a true professional. I recommend visiting this place when looking for your future vehicle.

I was in Bellingham on job assignment.Had service done at dealership after arrival Michael Lykins in service department was very helpful each time.I had multiple parts installed later and they were more than happy to assist me..Amazing atmosphere and waiting area.Good Dealership

I surfed the CARS.COM website looking for a Used Toyota Tacoma. I settled on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab that Rairdon Chrysler offered. They had posted a plethora of pictures showing various aspects of the truck. I called the dealership and Derek Crifasi answered the telephone. I had various questions. He wrote them down and went out and found the truck and determined what the answers were. He called me back to deliver the answers. He did not push me in anyway - which I found refreshing. I decided I wanted the truck and we determined what the next steps were in order for me to go across state to find the truck still there - rather than it being sold while I was in transit. The next day I arrived at the train station and there was Derek to greet me. I had plenty of time to look the vehicle over and do the test drive. again, I felt no pressure. I bought the truck. I completed paperwork with the Finance Manager Thad Langford. I was offered various 'extras', when I declined them, there wasn't any pressure to purchase the 'extras'. We did find that I needed 'Insurance Card' info that I didn't realize I needed. Thad was helpful and patient while I got that info delivered. I was treated very well and I am happy with my purchase.

I got a good deal on a preowned challenger but the dealership with out asking added all sorts of unwanted extra insurance, warranties , security tracking add on's. Keep a close eye on thew bottom line .

I bought a truck and they were very responsive and helpful No parking lot stalking but showed up when I started looking around for help Overall best car buying experience of the 5 cars I have bought in Washington Highly recommend this dealer

Cars.com inquiry for 2014 Jeep Cherokee 4X4 yielded Rairdon as a nearby dealer. My initial sales related communications (phone and email) with numerous Rairdon staff were very courteous and professional, but surprisingly deteriorated to rude and sarcastic immediately upon learning that I was purchasing the vehicle elsewhere.
