The service advisor MaryBeth bent over backwards to make sure my needs were met. I have always appreciated the excellent service she has given me since I bought my car new there in 2014. Its the service department that will keep me coming back. My only not so positive comment is the technician left my car sort of dirty. He didn't wipe his hands after the oil change and I needed to clean up the vehicle when I got home. No biggie, overall my experience was great.

The Raceway Chevrolet Team performed in a very professional manner and have my confidence such that I will return for future service an.d sales.I was not pleased that General Motors elected to "patch" the recall service. A connection was removed from the wiring harness and the wiring was spliced together. In the event that the seat has to be removed in the future, I will more than likely be charged additional to sever the wiring and reinstall. Regardless of the cost of a vehicle, the manufacturer should, in the event of a recall, provide new equipment matching the original installation. I feel GM took the shortest route to save money.

We bought car & truck from Raceway Chevrolet with great customer service. The 2 year maintenance service on the Chevy is good. The scheudling well quick and easy. The service was done well and done on time. The waiting area is clean, quiet and organized.
