Purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership very good customer service...when something was needed for our car or truck there was no problem in securing the needed part. Qualifying for credit purposes no problem they're willing to work with you. Highly recommend this dealership for their cars and their service. Kevin & Bobbie Williams PS. Recently had an claims problem with a major insurance firm, the reps at R&D assisted us with good solid advice which helped to rectify the situation..they helped to straighten out a mistaken credit report as well as helped to put us in another very nice vehicle. This is a true statement. Again we highly recommend this company for your used car purchases, no we're not being paid for this endorsement we simply believe in giving praise where it is due when excellent customer service is rendered. Kudos to the staff of R&D Motors.

7 cars in 7 years bought here (friends and family) and they are excellent to work with. They also do in house financing and report to Transunion which is smart!!! Highly recommended...I just picked up a very clean Mercedes!

Enough can’t be said about this dealership and it’s employees. My lady and I had spent nearly a week looking for new to us vehicles and because we both came with our own set of issues when it came to getting financed and at a rate that is sustainable. Salesman usually profile potential Clients at many other Places and in the past have left me feeling disrespected . RD motors made my girl Juliana and I feel very comfortable with the decision We were making and we were very happy that it would be these people, these professionals, that we would enter into a contract with. They worked with us on the down payment and got us exactly what we wanted at the beginning of our car search. We thank you all from the bottom of our heart.

My first visit today ever to look at a vehicle with these folks. Always shopped at a regular dealership or private sellers until now. Never thought I'd stop by a small lot, non-dealership place. But, if the rest goes as well as today, I will be buying a car from them and they will be on my "stop by" whenever I am looking in the future. Nice guys, don't overlook them. I'll check back in whichever way it goes. ps "facilities" gets "average", but that's not why I buy a car. If you do, then go enjoy the Lexus dealer place and get a free bottle of Periere. I'm certain it's not built into the price :-/

Walked onto the lot & wasn't greeted by anyone - which was kind of refreshing. When I had a question it was answered. Enjoyed the laid back atmosphere.

I came to the dealership with hopes for a smooth transaction. Little did I know, I would walk away with THE best car buying experience of my life so far!!! R & D Motors is as layed back as Austin is, with exceptional customer service. Rosie, the office manager is the sweetest thing! She went above and beyond to ensure my car buying was stress free. I drove down all the way from Dallas....and would do it again in a heartbeat! I am so impressed with their selection and their honesty about EVERYTHING! I am a lifetime customer for sure!! Great dealership, great people, and I walked away in a beautiful used Infinity! I love my car....and have a new favorite car lot!!! Thanks R & D....You have earned my repeat business!!!

d motors is the best locally owned car lot in Austin Texas. In the passed 6 years I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership my car buying experience has been outstanding the owner Rob Dunbar is a really good guy and the staff that he employees go's above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction..
