I was in the market for a new car back in May 2016. I went to a dealership in South County that really gave the run around and completely wasted my time, energy and efforts. I was very upset with the whole ordeal until I called Quality Chevrolet in Escondido. I told them exactly what I wanted and I asked if they could sell me the car I wanted without all the hassle. It was a bit far for me so they said they would call me back. They ran the numbers, called me back just like they said and offered to come downtown to come pick me up. The buying process was a breeze. They even offered me better financing then what I came in with. They didn't change prices or hide any fees. They weren't pushy or rude, they were very helpful and extremely professional. I am so happy with my car buying experience and with my new car!! I have since highly recommended this dealership to friends and family looking to buy a new or preowned vehicle. Kudos to Jose, Vicente, and the entire sales and service team at Quality Chevrolet.

Ben called me as soon as my part came in, got me in the next day and out within 2 hours! Uriel was very polite and didn't hesitate to help me when Ben got a little busy. I swear I never wait for service when I'm there! Sam te shuttle driver is the sweetest person, totally made me feel at ease in the car- no awkwardness whatsoever- which can be weird when asking for a ride to and from the dealership but he was always prompt, and a good driver too!!

My experience at Quality Chevrolet has always been great at the service side. This is our first purchase of a vehicle at Quality and it was refreshing, with no pressure. My wife and I were looking to buy a 2016 Volt and had gone to Jimmy Johnson to talk about buying a Volt. The sales personnel were so focused on selling us a 2015 that they wouldn't even offer to let us put an order in for the 2016. We had done our research and knew exactly what we wanted. At the end of that awful experience we went over to Quality Chevrolet to talk to our favorite service writer for our Chevrolet C4500 truck at Quality, Wes Parkhurst, and he introduced us to Paul Brinkman. Paul told us of the wonderful deals on the 2015 but totally understood our wanting the 2016 Volt. We put a deposit on a Volt and waited for our new car to come in. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the whole experience at Quality. I love the all the services we get at Quality and they have my business for life.

My service consultant was Bill Smigiel Jr.. He was very courteous, informative & professional. I was in need of a new "belt tensioner pulley" replacement on my 2000 Corvette. Per my request, Ben Amick ordered it 2 weeks prior the installtion. As Bill wrote the service request, I mentioned there was no need to check my tire pressures because I had done so the day prior. That's when Bill suggested I should could consider a nitrogen fill for my tires and he explained why. I had it done with the service at this time. I'm very pleased that I did. The service was done in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the work performed and the communication with Bill Smigiel Jr. GREAT JOB!!!!

The only thing that I wasn't happy about was that my radio station was changed to Hip Hop / Rap. It only required a single tap on the screen to return it to my favorite station, so it wasn't a big deal. What bothered me more is that whomever did it (detailer?) felt comfortable changing it as if he owned the truck. I guess if your going to do this in the future, at least make a note of what station was selected when the vehicle is dropped off. Then, I would have never known.

I have recently returned to Southern California and needed information on leasing a Chevy Cruze. I was very lucky when Mike Kolonder answered the phone. We set out early on a Saturday morning with a plan to look around at what was on the lot and maybe test drive a couple different vehicles particularly a Chevy Cruze or if those were too costly for our budget then perhaps a Sonic. Out other vehicle is a Sonic and it's a great car. When we scanned the lot there was this one red beauty, a Cruze, and the price was fantastic. Then of all the things to happen the very nice (and no pressure) sales rep we started speaking with turned out to be a neighbor so we figured this purchase was meant to be! This was NOT my first experiance purchasing a new vehicle from QUALITY CHEVROLET and once again PAUL BRINKMAN very professional made my purchase process go smooth and easy . I sure will recommend QUALITY CHEVROLET to my family and friends, BUT there is a very important area the dealership needs to improve ASAP. The quality of the auto photos is very poor, it's hard to consetrate on the auto you are interested when you have other cars next to and behind or a construction company in the background. I really suggest changing the photo shoot area. THANX.

I arrived about 20 minutes before the service department opened and was greeted by employees arriving. I was told to just use the drop box so I wouldn't have to wait for them to open. Ben, my service advisor called and explained what he would be doing and when my car would be ready. After I arrived to pick my car up he advised my of some other services (free) that are offered and went over all the information about what was serviced and checked out. I was very pleased with the service and will have all of maintenance done at Quality Chevrolet Escondido.

I just learned about rewards program, yet conducted numerous services at Quality, including new transmission, and other expensive services. Chad will look into getting me credit, and am hopeful the owner will do what he can to provide me points for previous service and find a work around in the rewards system.

Great customer service and extremely helpful with accommodating my issues. Quality Chevrolet really went above and beyond this time, however it was a nightmare dealing with enterprise for my rental car for the week of repair. They tried to pressure me into renting a Camaro SS for $180 per day. I had to say no for 10 minutes. I also explained to them I was covered under my own insurance and my credit card. I never get insurance especially if I don't know how long I will need the car. When I dropped the rental car off they told me my total was close to $300. This is extremely stressful. Quality should stop using enterprise. They didn't have Chevys at any of the locations for 4 days. Hope this can get resolved.

I especially was impressed with the sales team concept as I would visit at various times and sometimes my initial contact was unavailable. Another salesman willingly took over, answered my questions, went on another test drive and worked out new lease proposals which eventually led to a deal.

Long story. We tried to do business locally with a dealer but they could not do business in a detailed straightforward manner like Lori and Quality Chevrolet did. For the second time we were compelled to do business there because of Lori's no nonsense approach. It is the way we want to do business. None of that "if we can get you a payment that works are you ready to buy today?" stuff. Nebulous, evasive numbers noting they are using high numbers and payments could be less, used a balance remaining on our trade that was $1,000 high (and we knew it) versus here's your exact figures right now. Dealing with Lori and Quality we got the facts we wanted out of the gate . . . here's the trade value ($1,000 higher than the other dealer by the way) less the exact amount we owed, here's the exact cost of the vehicle, here's your exact payment, . . . perfect!! (And by the way, the payment wound up being $5 LESS than quoted!) We are fans!!

I recently moved out of state, and the service department was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me prepare my car for the trip.

Would like to thank Francisco Frausto for taking the time to show me how to drop the spare tire. He actually dropped the spare which I now know I can do. Dropping the spare is a dirty job and on previous trucks the tools in the vehicle and the instructions were far from adequate. Thanks Francisco.

Lori built me the nicest car I've ever had. She knows how to build a car!!! I have had some minor problems that have been creeping up and my adviser Roger Killian have been conferring and I have been keeping him the loop of the problems. The oil lite came on and along I had a sound coming out of the engine that reminded me of a bad fan belt. I informed Roger and he told me the usual things with the service I was going to get. He came back to me and showed me a photo of an engine problem and lo and behold that was the answer to my problem. Also the water pump was making "fan belt" noise and Roger made sure that I was taken care of.This man has always had my back since I bought this car there 4 years ago. I was so elated that the problem was taken care of faster than I had anticipated. Needless to say, "I am a happy camper" and naturally, Quality will keep having my business. My thanks go out to the mechanic who fixed my car and of course Roger.

Roger Killian is my service rep at Quality Chevrolet. He once again was extremely helpful in determining why my DEF system is freezing and sending error codes. It is distressing to continue to have these error codes on a 26k new Siverado 3500, but Roger gives me great confidence in correcting the problem. Was promptly greeted by Norman my salesman as I walked up. We had spoken on the phone prior to my visit. He was great. I have to say I have bought many cars and I'm a hard one to please. If I get a bad vibe from the start I will leave immediately. He was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I was treated wonderfully by him and all the staff. Natasha in finance was great as well. Very helpful and knowledgable. Overall my experience there was fabulous! I do not hand out compliments to car dealerships easily, but Quality Chevrolet was great from start to finish. Overall it was an extremely good experience. I would only request one thing - I was literally bombarded with the statement "if you are not completely satisfied please let me know" in both in-person and from multiple e-mails. I though it put too much emphasis on dealer feedback and not enough on customer feedback. Just over emphasized. This was in no way a complaint, just an observation.

Once worked in sales at a Buick dealership mid 80's.sagging sales had forced GM to modernize cars to compete with more advanced imports. This dealer utilized a 'delivery group' that was thouroughly familiar with all aspects of the cars. I traded an '06 for '14 Malibu LT and went home hardly knowing how to operate the car, much less the more complicated aspects of systems. Has I not been a little car value savvy, likely may not have purchased at the time.

We needed to buy a 4WD vehicle, with a hitch, to make a move cross-country back to Michigan from California. We knew we should buy an American brand, as that is the "proper" vehicle to drive in Michigan. Quality Chevrolet was simply our first stop, because of its location on the Auto Parkway. We first found a used vehicle on the lot that we thought would work for us. The salesman helping us, went way beyond just trying to answer our questions. He drove us to the nearby U-Haul location to get information from the representatives there. We were astonished at the time and effort he spent with us. At first we decided upon this used SUV, but it lacked the 4WD option. We went back to the dealership the next day, and bought a 2014 Tahoe LTZ, the one my husband had been dreaming of the day before. Our salesman was not in, but the sales manager never skipped a beat, and dove in full strength to help us. There were a slew of components to getting this deal done. Nobody even flinched, nor made us feel "demanding". We have never experienced such caring and congenial service in our lives, and we are old enough to qualify for senior discounts at the movie theater! Not only did we not proceed up the road to check the competition that first day, we feel despondent that Quality Chevrolet is located in California, and we're moving back to Michigan. To us, Michigan Dealerships are known for their first rate customer care. It's probably the proximity to the engineering and manufacturing of vehicles that gives them that perceived edge. Quality Chevrolet needs to present an Executive Seminar to other auto dealers on 'How To Do It Right!" From sales to financial and administrative support, to facilitating extra features we purchased for the car, to servicing a power steering fluid leak, every single person we have encountered at this dealership has been exemplary, even the telephone receptionist has a caring and competent tone. What great luck we had walking onto the lot. Our sincerest thanks to Quality Chevrolet.

Randall Blaum was very knowledgeable about the Volt and took the time to explain everything, repeatedly offering to help anyway that he could. I arranged to come in and test drive, after getting numbers via email, and Quality was able to finish the deal in less than 3 hours (from the time I arrived to the time I drove off the lot with the car). No sales pressures, and a good deal was made. Very happy and satisfied with the experience.
