I bought my car from them last Monday. They had great customer service, and got me approved really fast and truly shocked me. Well after I bought the car I noticed my head lights didn't work. So I called them today and told them of my issue and they were so kind to fix the car for me, and not only did they fix the car, they had one of their employees drive me and my kids home so we didn't have to wait there for the car and then they dropped the car off at my house after it was fixed. That's truly going above and beyond, I'd recommend these guys to anymore.

Gregory Martinez was fantastic to work with. My last attempt at buying a new truck left a sour taste for the process, but this guy got me in and out without a hassle. Would recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone looking at buying a vehicle. My son and daughter are very happy with our family’s new truck, my wife absolutely loves the truck.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We were able to look at cars and take our time making a decision. I was very impressed with the cars on the lot. All in excellent condition and reasonably priced. Greg and his team definitely have our business and we will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal.

I had a great experience at this car dealership, Gregory was very open to me trying to find the vehicle I wanted. Allowing me to test drive multiple vehicles, until I found the one that suited me and was truly the one I wanted. He offered to bring vehicles from the other Quality Auto dealerships in Gillette or Rapid City which was also very helpful. He went through all the numbers with us and was willing to find the best deal for my family. I definitely recommend going to Quality Auto of Casper for an amazing vehicle (in my case a truck) and amazing service!!

Would recommend this dealership any day! Gavin and Michael were awesome to work with. Being from out of town they worked with us even after hours! No pressure to purchase. Second vehicle we’ve purchased from them this year. We will definitely be coming back for our future vehicles!

Greg and the team did an amazing job. Despite the fact that I was in a challenging situation and other dealers were unwilling to help, Greg took his time with me and showed me that he cared about what I wanted. The process was so fast, I couldn't believe it! I was literally in and out in one hour! He got me a payment that was so much lower than what I told him I wanted to pay. It was like he actually cared about my situation. Kudos to you Quality Auto! Keep up the good work!

Gregory was so professional and helpful in a difficult situation. He stayed on top of the task at hand until the job was complete! We were already nervous because of some bad experiences that we had at other dealerships. He made us feel like an honored guest in his home and we almost instantly were comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle. He even made it a point to let me know that my dad will receive a $50 referral bonus for sending us down here, even though we were not aware of that incentive. He helped us find a vehicle that was much nicer than what we expected, and at an even lower payment than what we had asked for. Thanks Greg YOU DA MAN!

The first sales rep Max from Gillette let me take the truck at 5:30pm and stayed until 7:00pm so I could allow my mechanic to go through the truck. He knew he wouldn't make the commission but stayed way past closing for me. I'm sure this would never happen at a big dealer. Greg called me just after they opened the following morning to go over trade value and gave me what I needed for my truck, funny, and friendly. Buying process took a long while, but I understand they were training a new gal, so it's to be expected. The lot and office are clean and tidy, but really small. I was told they are getting ready to move to a larger establishment though, so that will fix the issue.
