Kent was hands down the best car dealer I've ever encountered! Amazing price on a great vehicle! Very accommodating and inviting atmosphere. My wife bought a Volkswagen EOS last summer (2020). There were some issues while test driving the car for a weekend but Kent stated the car was previously owned by a VW mechanic and the problems were minor. With only 50k miles, we regretfully decided to purchase the vehicle for app 8k. After putting less than 5k miles miles on the car, the convertible top is inoperable and the local VW dealership says we need a new transmission. Total cost to repair the car is almost nine thousand dollars. Yes, its a used car and that's the chance you take. What bothers me is that Kent really sold us on how well the car had been maintained by the VW mechanic. Our local VW dealership stated that the problems had been present for quite some time.

Mr. Kent and JR came over on their day off, Sunday, and took care of us. Great little dealership with exceptional inventory and service! Very straight forward and friendly. Highly recommend them!
