I want to Prime Motors for a prospective vehicle. Though the vehicle did not work out for our situation, our salesperson, John, was extremely helpful. He offered honest advice and helpful solutions. At no point did we feel pressured or forced into a decision. Overall good experience.

DURING MY EXPERIENCE AT PRIME MOTORS THE STAFF WELCOMED ME AND MY FAMILY WITH OPEN ARMS AND WORKED VERY HARD TO SATISFY OUR VEHICLE NEEDS. THE STAFF AT PRIME MOTORS MAY BE THE VERY BEST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND WORKED WITH. VISITS TO OTHER DEALERSHIPS IN THE PAST HAVE RUINED MY EXPERIENCE DUE TO THE UNPROFESSIONALISM AND NON COURTESY THAT PLACES HAVE DISPLAYED, BUT PRIME MOTORS AND MR ALIM AND THE STAFF EASED MY TROUBLED PAST WITH THE WAY THEY WORKED AND THE HOSPITALITY THEY DISPLAYED TOWARDS ME AND MY FAMILY. I was amazed with the service provided by the entire staff at at prime motors. They put me into my new bmw with a great interest rate and made the whole deal easy and smooth and on top of that I got a phenomenal deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was window shopping different car dealerships on Wednesday and found myself at prime motors in Arlington VA. I met with Moe salesman at the lot, he gave me such a warm welcome, I felt like he is someone I've known for years. The next thing is that I found myself at Mr. Alim's office and he is the one that walked me through the entire process and made it happen for me. These people are amazing. I will make sure all my friends and family buy cars from these guys.
