As a father who was traveling from New York City to visit his oldest daughter in Boardman, Ohio, I was quite happy (actually overjoyed) to find the friendliness, courtesy and overall professionalism at Preston Mazda. Their team (starting with Tiffany and Steven) along the entire crew of employees made my experience a memorable one. And not only was the job completed in a timely fashion, but I was give door-to-door car service to wait at my daughter's apartment until the radiator flush was completed on a 2008 Hyundai vehicle that my youngest daughter is the proud owner of this car. It's an old car but Preston gave us top-notch service. Thank you and look forward to a return trip. Keep putting smiles on the faces of your future customers. It definitely works.

Scott was not high pressure which was greatly appreciated. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable immediately and throughout the process. The used Jeep we purchased was a fair price, with low mileage and very clean. The only reason I posted 4 stars and not 5 was because there was no negotiating on asking price or perks offered.

I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I just purchased a 2018 Mazda6 Signature from Alex Kidd and he was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with (I’ve had 10 cars), so I’ve worked with quite a few. Plus I have vehicle sales background myself, so you can trust me when I tell you that they have one of the best staffs I have EVER seen. Liz In finance was amazing also. We had such great service here at Preston Mazda and we love our new bright blue CX-5! They gave us a great trade in value on my old car and gave us a great price on our new car. They worked with our budget and truly cared about our needs as a couple. We were praying for a great car purchasing experience and we got it, after shopping around for two months! The Dealership as a whole I recommend. The Service Department is excellent they always go above and beyond my needs and expectations. Scott is always nice and cordial. I have Purchase my CX5 through them and was pleased with the experience; however Jason is a pompous Sales Manager, who likes to lie to your face and try to play the numbers game (all of which don't quite add up). He is pushy and brutish towards potential sales. All that said I was prepared to buy for a fair price. I had done my research new what the market trends were and had a number plus $20 of what we should pay monthly. Then Jason stepped in started to ague with me about number and tried to throw out many different number as if to try to confuse me. I deal with algorithms all day long and could tell right away what he was saying did not add up. When I confronted him about it he got condescending, and rude. So I got rude back (not my best day). All that said he has lost a guaranteed sale all because he acted like he did.

Big Mike and Bill are most definitely miracle workers! My husband and I were very skeptical walking in and they reassured us they would help us. They certainly came through for us!!! Let me say I hate car shopping! But buying my Chrysler 300 was not bad experience Its what has happened since! Bought car feb of 2015 in ohio I live in pa had car registeredbin pa at end of march 2015 thought all was good. Was I ever wrong!!! Went this year mmarch to renew registration and was told I couldnt because it was registered in another state. After many calls to pendot and waiting on hold four hours I finally spokebwith someone who told me car registered in ohio. I was told to contact dealership to have them send paperwork to pa . Can never get anyone to answer phone there. Finally spoke to Bill who said they wouldbovernight documents to pa its ben over 2 and 1/2 weeks and pendot says they did not get it dealer insists they sent it but could not provide proof like who signedbfor the delivery at pendot. The dealership insists its all pa fault. In frustration I called finance company to ask why am I making paymentsbon car I can drive or even register they were amazing she was able to do search and found out that yes I registered it in pa in march of 2015 but dealership requested a replacemebt title on april 1 2015 She couldnt understand why they would do that and since their request was most recent title and registration went back to them!!!!!!! After many phone calls they said they dont have title it wasbin paperwork sent to ap they didnt even have copy of title.But then in a phone call to them they asked if we wanted to trade car really????? During this mess tryng to me a car.so now maybstill cant drive car do to no registration so I asked for them to provide me rental car til situation is fixed and they said they would set that up then called us and said we couldnpick rental up on saturday but I would have to give them my major credit car!!!!! We asked why this isbur mess so then was told they would give me rental without car but could only drive 20 miles a day my job is more then that round trip!!!!! Then was told oh we made a mistake to rental place not open in saturdays!!!!!!! So now another weekend without a car.so here it is May 15th I still have car cant drive that I am paying payments on but finance company trying to help me. So I urge anyone dont buy car from here. I have had nothing but headaches for more than month. And trying to get to my job withiut car

Dealing with Preston Mazda was a true pleasure and not what I expected from a car dealership. I was treated with respect not pressure. Jordan and Larry are assets to this dealership, because as salesmen , they are top notch. Donny and Jason and Scott were also terrific. I have no regrets buying my CX 5 from them. The folks at Preston exceeded all expectations. They were honest, knowledgeable, genuine and very personable. We couldnt find a baby sitter and had to bring our little one into the store, which was an issue at times but instead of getting mad that he was running around all over creation, they instead tried to help. One gentlemen brought out a fire truck and balloon for him to play with. The car we bought was for me but my wife was asking a majority of the questions. I appreciated their willingness to address her when answering these questions. Dealerships in the past would often only address me, which really made me mad but this was not the case at Preston. Nick H. was so quick to get back to us via email and even more efficient in person. Kyler K. made some adjustments so that we can afford the insurance coverage that we wanted. Thank you thank you thank you for everything!

Very responsive. Effective at helping us identify the appropriate car. Zane, Jason, and Kyler were very professional. High integrity of dealership was evident when a mistake was made relative to the one pay lease calculation under estimating the cost. Jason accepted responsibility without hesitation and did not expect us to pay more. I have bought cars at the BMW store and now the Mazda store.... Preston stores will be my first choice of dealerships because I trust them.

I started my search on a Sunday for a new car to lease and by Tuesday I was driving home in one. I worked with Brian and he was phenomenal. He understood my situation and worked to get my payment where I needed it to be as well as getting my trade in at the price I wanted. Bill was incredible in finance as well. I never once felt pressured and felt like they listened to everything I wanted and needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Wonderful people!!!

As soon as I walked into this car dealer I knew I was going to buy from them. The staff is extremely helpful and kind, and isn't overwhelming in the least bit. The inventory is very well taken care of and is offered at great prices. I went at a later time in the day never once felt uncomfortable or rushed, the staff truly wanted me to find the car I wanted; they cared. I will never shop from another dealership again. I give this company a 100% in all categories and will suggest any and every person I know to them!

Let me start out by saying that Tiffany went out of her way to help and she was awesome! It was "Bobby" that let the ball down. We traveled over 3 hours to go look at a used car. My husband spoke to "Bobby" the day before and he promised to have the car ready for us to test drive and that HE would be happy to have everything ready for our arrival. He was not there and NOTHING had been done for our arrival (as a supervisor, he should have delegated). That is when Tiffany stepped in to help and she did her best but... We have purchased used vehicles from other used car dealerships in the area and one of the first things they gave us was a list of problems that they found with the car when they accepted the car into their dealership. No so with Preston Mazda. Not sure how they did it, but the check engine light came on within 10 miles of leaving the dealership. We stopped because of a message that showed up on the car's dash concerning oil. When we tried to pop the hood, the hood latch was broken. When we did finally get the hood up, we found an oil cap on the radiator that not allowing the hood to latch properly. All in all - buyer beware! Go somewhere else for a used car. Or, just ask for Tiffany from the start.

We did most of our research online, and requested an online quote. Robert was quick to respond, easy to work with, and good with follow-up. We got a fair price on our trade-in, and are pleased so far with our 2016 CX-5. The other employees were very polite and helpful too!

The entire time I was there, they treated me very well. I went there already knowing which car I wanted. So they quickly worked through the finances, let me take it for a test drive and did all the paperwork. I worked with Ramon most of the time and he and the entire team were friendly and professional. Previous review deleted. Bank didn't approve the loan, stating, "Value of vehicle is insufficient relative to requested loan amount" and gave a lower counter-offer. So the car was returned. I did not get my deposit back - part of which was the money for the monthly payment for my trade-in that was due just over 2 weeks later. And my trade-in was returned minus the floor mats, window visor deflectors, and inspection/emission stickers (the car was just inspected less than 3 weeks prior). They refused to replace ANY of those items. The inspection/emissions alone cost us over $74, and we had to get it done just to be able to drive the car. They prematurely paid off my trade-in and I had to hassle with getting that reversed before I could make my regular monthly car payment.

Great. Moved from a Honda owner to a Mazda owner. Everybody I was in contact with gave me the best service I've ever had in a car dealership. I am 60 years old and have bought new cars since 1976 and this was the best of all experiences. I will definitely consider a Mazda again in the future.

Sophie from the sales team was very helpful finding the specific vehicle I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, did not pressure me in any way and created an excellent buying experience. While it took some time to locate the vehicle, both Jason (sales manager) and Sophie kept me updated on the status and worked tirelessly to find the exact vehicle match. Sophie and Donny (manager) were also instrumental in working out a great deal for me to trade up my 2014 to a 2016 Mazda 6. We ultimately chose the CX-5 Grand Touring after looking at several other brands. The overall design and quality of the vehicle is dollar for dollar the best value on the market. after a test drive with Zayne, we were both sold, as the "feel" of the ride and the absence of road noise was a big selling point. The Tech Package with the Bose sound system and navigation just puts this vehicle over the top. My daughter was looking for a new vehicle so after checking on line at a couple of car sites, we happened upon a used Jeep Compass at Preston. We had an appointment to talk with Sophia Davis. Although she has only been on the job for a few weeks, she was awesome. She was very friendly & treated us like we had known each other forever. After taking our test drive (& my daughter falling in love with the Compass), it came time to get down to the nitty gritty of working out the numbers. We had a great ice breaker conversation with Jason Discello. Although I was less than impressed with the amount they would allow for a trade-in, Jason worked with my daughter's budget & we were able to come up with a deal she could afford. The financial officer, Roberta was a complete joy to work with. She explained everything very clearly so my daughter understood what all she was signing & why. Our overall experience with Sophia, Jason & Roberta was wonderful & we would recommend going to Preston Mazda in Boardman.

I was not pressured at any point of the car buying experience. There was a week of email communication in which I felt very in the loop about what was happening. But, I was not pressured into hurrying in at any point. We actually also changed our minds about which vehicle we wanted and that was accepted. We had to work a few numbers out, which is never the fun part. But, I was still never made to feel bad about what I wanted. It would be nice if the whole industry would adopt a change in which you do not leave your sales person to be handed off to a finance person who then tells you different numbers than was discussed with the sales person. But, I think that is par for the course unfortunately. Even with that process, everyone involved was nice, even when I said no a few times to some of the offers for warranties and things like that. In the end, a better deal was worked out for us than we started with, which we were very happy with. I highly recommend Preston and will return there in the future for other vehicle purchases.

We enjoyed our visit and love the Mazda CX5. Natalie was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the daunting task of purchasing a new car enjoyable. Two things that were bothersome....we left the dealership with a quarter tank of gas....to excited upon leaving to notice. Also, we were only given one key. However, a simple telephone call to Natalie and that issue was resolved. It only took maintenance about 1.5 hours to complete the issuance of an additional key at no cost to us.Great staff and wonderful dealership. Thank you Natalie!!

Natalie was wonderful. She is definitely a people person and made the process easy. The entire staff we encountered were great. Friendly, NO pressure atmosphere. The only complaint I have is that I think all purchased vehicles should leave with a FULL tank of gas. Pouring down the rain, and we had to stop and get gas.

I originally called them on a listing from autotrader.com. They were intelligent and super friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. They worked with me on financing and made sure I was happy before I left. They even had a couple of drivers follow me home to Pittsburgh to ensure I had my car the day I bought it. Excellent experience, I would definetely recommend them.

I purchased a 2009 Nissan Versa Hatchback. I have no problems with the price of the car, but When you sale a car with 3 bad tires and 1 new tire on it and a broken fender liner you wonder why this dealership would put their customer in possible danger with refusal to rectify either problem. I was willing to even buy tires from them if they would at least mount and balance them for me for free. The manager said no. The only other car I had problems with was a 2007 Toyota Corolla with a broken side bumper spoiler and the bumper itself. I didn't notice it till about two days later when the spoiler started to pull away from the bumper and the epoxy that they used to try to keep it together broke away. When I called to complain they said bring it down and we will take care of it. When I got it back it looked fine. A few days later it started coming apart again and revieled the velcro material they used to put it together. They were not willing to replace the side spoiler and bumper which was what needed to be done. Oh by the way, this was PRESTON HYUNDAI of Boardman. I will never buy another car from Preston Motors group again. If you you wish to buy at Preston Masda make sure you look up Bryan Degitz who was the only plus of the deal itself.If this was my company the Manager of this dealership would be long gone. This was the first time I've made a big purchase, and Preston Mazda made it really easy for me to enjoy the process. Natalie was extremely friendly and made me feel like I was a friend; not just someone she was trying to get to buy a car. She still periodically emails me to make sure I am happy with my purchase and not having any issues. I couldn't be happier with my new car - a 2015 Mazda3. Natalie and Jason worked their hardest to get me the trade-in value for my old car that I wanted, and treated me with the upmost respect. The facility was newly renovated and very clean. I would highly recommend purchasing from this dealership and from Natalie, and I don't doubt I'll be back.

I applied through RoadLoan and was qualified for a loan. Immediately, I was contacted by a Preston Mazda rep telling me they have great news for me and they wanted me to come in immediately. Over the next 5 days I called a total of 6 timesstating I have no co-signer, no down payment, and not the greatest credit. I was still told to come in, that you guys deal with a lot of banks and could work something out for me that I would leave a happy customerneedless to say I left, but not very happy. The 1st person I spoke to over the phone was Elizabeth Beth, after I told her I had no down payment she was the 1st to say still come in we can work something out for you. Another person I spoke to over the phone was Brandon Russell (a sales manager) who also told me I had a great chance of getting out of there with no down payment and a new car. This was also the person who told me I would not be able to get a car because basically I had no co-signer, no down payment, and not the greatest credit (sound familiar).which I made clear several times before I came in. I understand you cant give everyone a car but if theres a chance they may not be able to, tell them that before they drive an hour and a half and sit in the lobby for 3 hours. After being assured several times that you guys would be able to do something for me despite my current situation, I scheduled an appointment. I was sent an email confirming my appointment time. It was sent by Elizabeth Farrow, it told me to call if I was going to be early or late to call as she dedicated a time slot for me and to ask for her when I got there. Then I find out she is basically just a call center girl having nothing to do with sales!! If thats the case then why is she advising my odds of getting a car and assuring me that you would be able to ensure I get a car with no down payment?!? That is poor customer service. The only person I spoke to showing any sort of empathy, compassion, or customer service was the poor guy that had me fill out all the paperwork. I also stated from the beginning that I did not want to trade in my current car. I knew it wouldnt be worth much for starters. Also, my mother has recently learned she has the trait for Huntington's disease, she has no car. I figured I cant give her her health but I can give her my car so she can get out of the house and enjoy life while she still has full use of her brain and body. However, the 2nd guy I spoke to (dont remember his name because I spoke to several people during this awful process) stated that if I wanted a chance at a loan I needed to trade my car inso I agreed to do that. Later I was toldby someone else entirely, that I still could not get a car despite trading mine in. How can you approve people for a loanhave them drive all the way there.sit for 3 hoursand then still deny them everything? Owning a successful business is all about networking (interacting with other people to exchange information and develop contacts, especially to further one's career). Basically people talkand I guarantee no one will hear any good things from my mouth about Preston Mazda or any Preston dealership for that matter.

My wife needed a new car for her commute, which is around 80 miles a day. The Mazda3 offered great mpg, and was the best equipped and best looking car in it's segment, so we decided to go with that. There aren't any Mazda dealerships near where we live, so I researched online, and found Preston Mazda.For the majority of my experience, it was pleasant, and decided to do business with them after visiting a few other dealers. Richard Sherb was good to deal with, seemed knowledgeable, and wasn't pushy, unlike many dealers. Utilizing TrueCar, a good price was negotiated, and we came down, signed the paperwork and went home. All in all, a nice change from the typical car buying experience.After that, it started to go downhill somewhat. After we got home that day, we noticed on the rear driver's side quarter, a few deep scratches in the paint. Figuring that some road damage occurred on the way home, I took it to a local reputable body shop. I was told that this was older damage that had been touched up (and badly). He recommended returning to the dealer to get it sorted.I contacted Preston Mazda, and after speaking with Richard, and the sales manager Jason, I was assured they would have the scratches repaired at no cost to me and a rental car issued while it was in the shop. I will be dropping the car off tomorrow (7/29/2014) and do not foresee any issues. Richard has been forthwith with answers, and calls with information to keep me updated.I had expected resistance, and perhaps denial, but it was refreshing to see a dealership step up to make things right without a fight. I wasn't sure where I would be taking the car for maintenance down the road (no local Mazda dealers for us), given the potential for issues, but seeing how they handled the whole matter convinced me that it would be worth the drive to bring it to Preston Mazda.I can honestly say that despite the hiccup, when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, we will return to Preston Mazda. Thanks goes out to Richard Sherb and Jason Discello for taking care of my concerns.

This dealership has restored my faith in humanity. I was treated with respect and most of all with kindness. They even gave me a ride from my home to get my car today...and I live an hour away! Talk about going above and way beyond! It floored me! At 62, I am humbled. Fair price, great deal, excellent service and wonderful humanity. You don't witness that kind of integrity much anymore...Wow...their kindness to me spurred me to "pay it forward" with a joyful smile. It was by far, the best auto buying experience I had ever had. It was an incredible experience I had in purchasing my new CX-5 from Preston Mazda's Boardman Dealership. I live in Beaver, PA, and there are 3 Mazda dealerships all pretty much an equal distance from my home. On the morning of February 24th, I sent an email to each of the 3 dealerships with a complete summary of what I was looking for: 2014 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring in Soul Red Metallic, and a list of the additional features I wanted as part of the purchase. Preston Mazda responded to my email within about 15 minutes of me hitting the "send" button. (Just so you know: to this day, I have still not received a response from the other dealerships.) Sales Consultant Michael Cylar was very prompt in his reply, indicated that they had the model and color in stock, and invited me to contact him, which I did. He was very up front that the vehicle did not have all of the additional features on it at that time, but that the service department could handle that for me. We set an appointment for that evening, and - to make what is turning out to be a longer note than I anticipated shorter - I drove my new car home that night, thanks to Michael, Jason, and the very prompt service provided by Bill in your finance department. I brought my car into the dealership the following week to have the remote starter, trailer hitch, and other items installed. Unfortunately, I was not told to bring in both of my key fobs for the installation of the remote starter, which meant it couldn't be programmed properly. In a sense, I'm glad it happened this way. First of all, EVERYONE makes honest mistakes. The issue to me is how a company goes about making it right. I learned a LOT about Preston Mazda as a result of that "mistake". The service manager, Jeff Baker, is quite simply an exceptional individual, and Preston Mazda should be very proud to have him as part of their organization. Jeff went WAY over and above in making the situation right for me, went out of his way to minimize ANY inconvenience to me, and followed up to be sure that everything was right. THAT, is customer service.

Preston is so interested in getting your money, they don't let you see the final numbers until you're signing the papers. They also put the wrong hitch on my car, and refuse to correct this situation without it costing me more. I already paid $ 787 for the wrong hitch. I will not recommend them, or go back there.

I love my Mazda CX-5 Sport. The black model is especially sharp. The manual shift is smooth and I am averaging 37 to 38 MPG. The interior is very comfortable and roomy. The ride is very quiet and despite what some reviewers say the acceleration is fine. The sound system and all the extra features are great too. They are very reasonably priced, and the best crossover vehicle that I found.My sales consultant was Richard Sherb. Richard gets high marks for his knowledge of the Mazda's key features. He does not use high pressure sales techniques. He allows you time to think about the purchase. He is also a person of integrity. He gave honest answers to all my questions,was patient, and made me very comfortable when I took my test drives. My only regret is that we were unable to finalize the deal together, since his salesmanship was what convinced me to purchase the car. The closing consultant was Brian Degitz. He showed me the features of the car and how to operate the systems. No problems with Brian. I just felt I should have been allowed to finish the deal with Richard. Management needs to permit the customer to wait, or reschedule their appointment if their sales consultant is serving another customer, especially if the customer has expressed the desire to close with the consultant who sold him/her the car. The customer's wishes should prevail, since he/she is the one making the purchase. Some final notes on financing and other issues. The document fees are part of the purchase price and taxable in the state of Ohio. Rebates are also taxable in Ohio. Customers with large down payments do not need GAP insurance. Temporary tags cannot be renewed, which you might want to know if you are selling a vehicle instead of trading it in to the dealership. Happy negotiating! Go Mazda! Ask for Richard when you visit Preston. You won't be sorry.

Bad things do happen to good people. Prestons claim to Finance your future, not your past is legitimate in the sense that there are lenders willing to finance people that face financial hardship. All dealers have access to these lenders. The Construction and Touchdown Sale TV Infomercials leads you to believe that Preston is different offers great prices and has compassion for disadvantaged buyers offering Top Dollar for your trade and the ability to get even the most challenged credit financed. I agree that the staff is friendly and there are lenders but as we worked through the process it became more and more clear that making the sale and maximizing profit is actually What Comes First. As the process began you get the sense of being kept off balance as a number of people: sales agent, car appraiser, pre-finance and finance seem to be working to set you up for The bad news. I went in with the knowledge of what my trade was worth, what the car I was interested was worth and what I could expect for the terms of a loan and payment. All these people seemed to work in concert as they prepare you for Their Deal. I dont know about youbut, I get really tired of car dealers telling you how worthless your trade is and how much you got screwed and how valuable their cars are as they are bending you over further and further After my car was appraised I had to find my key which is a standard tactic to keep you from walking out while they work to break you down to their deal. As their deal was forming I was diverted away from the car I was interested in, moved towards a bigger loan and payment schedule, I would have to be willing to let them steal my trade, and put $1000.00 dollars down to offset the negative value (Dealer Profits) to consummate the deal. I couldnt get out of their showroom fast enough and wont return.When I bought the car I am driving from Fred Martin Ford in Austintown, they gave me a fair deal, got me a decent loan, and worked hard to show me the compassion and respect a person that just experienced a financial hardship deserves. Preston is just another big volume, high pressure, manipulative car dealer that keeps us all leery of walking into a dealership and wanting to buy a car. Buy your next car from Fred Martin Ford.

I needed a new car, fast. Prior to going to the dealership I had looked at cars that were being sold online. I had in mind exactly which one I wanted. Keith was very helpful in working everything through. He kept in contact with me and made sure everything was just perfect before I drove my new car off the lot. It really surprised me when he contacted me to make sure everything was going good with the new car and to make sure I liked it a few days later. I was car shopping as the lease on my vehicle was almost over and stopped atthe Mazda dealer. My daughter is driving her second Mazda and loves it so I wantedto drive one. Sean was my salesman and he "did it right". I appreciated his calling to check on my decision every few days ( actually why I went back ). The day I wentto drive the car, I had made a deposit on a Honda Accord. When I drove the Mazda 6 I was sold. Prior to visiting Preston Mazda my car buying experiences have all been relatively the same. An all day affair and a battle, usually leaving with a car but never feeling like I got the best deal. At Preston Mazda I feel like the entire team was working for me especially Stacy who worked hard with Bill the finance guy to get me the best deal possible. I never felt over pursued or pressured in any way and they got me out the door in record time. Overall they have given me my best experience and a great vehicle. Many thanks to them, I will recommend them to my friends and family.

As soon as I got out of my car I was greeted almost immediately by Stacey. She was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I didn't have the greatest credit in the world, but her, and Bill did everything in their power to get me and my wife financing. She fully explained the vehicle and once I drove it, I was sold. Also, Jason Discello was very helpful as well. Of all the dealers I visited, no one explained their product as well as your company did and your staff made me feel very welcome.

When I arrived I was greeted by Keith and we talked about the kind of cars I was looking for. Normally looking for a new car is stressful but he made me feel very comfortable and he made the process very enjoyable. When I first started thinking about getting a new car I asked around to see if anyone new of a good place to go and the overwhelming answer was go see Keith at Preston Mazda and now I know why. I went to Preston because of the infomercial i seen on tv. I had been there a few months prior with no results. I was very impressed with the service i recieved on this visit, the sale person was listen to what i had to say, she was able to find me a car i truely believe was the right one for me. I had a fabulous experience shopping at Preston Mazda! I was havin a terrible time with my old car and it just wasn't worth fixing anymore! Preston Mazda gave me a fabulous deal on my trade in and met my every need! Keith was superb in finding the car that met all of my needs but while still staying within my budget. He was a straight shooter and took excellent care of me! Prior to goin there I had tried a few other places and their cars were awful. My father is a collision specialist and would rip other cars apart, but not at preston. He looked over my car head to toe and nothing! Received a wonderful car for a wonderful deal all thanks to Keith! Myself and my family will definitely be back in the future!

First called to see if what I wanted was in inventory and received a courteous conversation with Mr. Abati. Was happily greeted at the dealership and introduced to Ms. Rickard, Mr. Discello and Mr. Nogay. Allowed me to test drive a couple of cars to see if we were comfortable with the Mazda3 Hatchback/Sedan. Chose the sedan model without any real pressure to buy. Came back the second day to work out a no haggle deal. Picked up the car the following day with informative and helpful introduction to the new car. Returned two weeks later to have splash guards installed as part of the purchase agreement with no distractions or problems. Nice overall experience.

I would have to say that I put Keith Shingleton and his staff through the ringer. But with his great people and customer service skills I can honestly say that he made me a proud owner of the car I was always wanting. Keith has went over and beyond his normal duties to make sure that I stayed well informed of every action he was taking, worked with me side by side to gather all of my information,never shopped out of his own pocket, and even got the car I wanted from another state! All I can say is WONDERFUL! Preston Mazda should be proud to have him on board and I will always send business to Keith.

I went into the dealership hoping to get out of my current car into a more fuel-efficient car with less miles. It was a pleasure working with Jason--he was the most friendly, down-to-earth, and honest car salesman I have ever worked with. He treated me like a friend instead of seeing me as dollar signs, and he helped me to find a great fit. He got me a great rate on a really nice car, something that I was convinced I couldn't afford because of the upgrade in luxury, and was very patient with me as I made my decisions. I must say that in the past shopping for a car was a huge pain in the neck. However from the time we walked into Preston Auto outlet we felt very comfortable. Our sales person Shelly Engellenner was by far the nicest and friendliest sales person i have ever had help me through what i concider to be a painful experience. Great experience, Dave was great to work with. We requested the existing pin stripes be removed and the exterior detailed, as well as the front brake rotors be turned/repaired as needed, before we agreed to buy the vehicle. Dave accepted that challenge and got the deal done. Within 10 days the stripes were off and the brakes were fixed. Dave was able to work with financing to get us where we wanted to be on a payment. We made our decision to make this buy the same and only day we visited Preston. We will deal with them in the future and we will recommend them (especially Dave) to friends.

Most dealers that I have gone to have employees that almost seem to pressure you into buying a car. Shelley was not one of them. Shelley is very outgoing and friendly and you always felt comfortable when talking about purchasing a new vehicle. She was very helpful with any questions I had or information that I requested. Her smile and attitude were very genuine and made the whole transaction a lot less stressful than usual and you felt like you were dealing with a human instead of a brainwashed salesman. I would recommend Shelley to anyone looking to buy a car.

I was getting very frustrated looking for a car but Keith called me the very day that I needed a car and I went to look at it and he gave me awesome deals. I have not even purchased a vehicle (new or used) yet but feel compelled to write even before I purchase: Walt contacted me by email fairly late Sunday night. He called early today. He has been the consumate professional. I realized that what I have stated might seem like he has been too aggressive; that would be very wrong. Walt is doing all he can to find the car that is right for me. He has been incredibly forthcoming in terms of "deals" on new vehicles and has clearly invited me to peruse the used vehicles. I feel as though he is my financial agent rather than an antagonistic and opportunistic sales person.I have the feeling that he will not care (at least not show it to me) whether I buy or lease a new car or simply buy the lowest priced used car to accommadte my budget (which has been compromised due to recent diabetes).I will write again when my purchase is complete. For now, I conur with the other writers who have found Preston to be of the highest quality and their home for auto care and cars in the future. I highly recommend Preston!

Keith and bill were phenomenal, even though our credit was not the greatest they did everything that they could to get us in a vehicle, not just any vehicle but the vehicle that we wanted. They really made us feel welcomed. Going into to buy a new car had me very stressed but once we got there and could see how much effort these guys put in, to get us the car we wanted I was actually relieved. This was by far the easiest & most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Jason guided us through & made the process painless. His professionalism & willingness to to make sure we were satisfied & pleased with everything was outstanding. He, nor anyone else, ever presured us into anything. I would highly recommend Preston Auto Outlet and Dave Micco. My transmission went out, I was concerned with a negative equity situation, but with the price of the vehicle I bought it worked out perfectly. I really liked how they give you their best price up front right off the bat. I did some research with book values and other dealerships prices and what Preston's best price was before I went there. In my mind, and what I found in my research, they were the best. I didn't have to haggle to get the best price. I don't like to dicker and I wanted in and out. They made my experience exactly that and I felt good when I left there despite my negative equity situation. Dave Micco is highly professional, understanding, and very up front. He offered me a car fax before I even asked for one. At no point did I get that shady feeling that I've gotten so many times in the past with other salesman or dealerships. So Dave, if you reads these, you can believe that I'll be back and I'll refer any friend or family member to you as long as I have to buy cars! I sincerely thank you!

I worked not only with Nick but also the manager, the finnances secretary,and another salesman, however I do not have their names handy however everyone I met here did everything they could to be friendly and helpful. One warning: vehicles over 100,000 miles do not have warranties. I had driven the car and came on a later day to buy, after the paperwork was done we looked at the car and a plow for their lot had thrown rocks on it chipping some paint on the hood and a tiny crack in the windshield and even though I did not have a warranty they assured me they would fix it, just problems on scheduling so far. Rookey mistake on my part, be sure to check cars for rock damages in Winter. Otherwise I love my new car and they had the best price of any other lots I had looked at.

I had been shopping for a specific car for several months when one came on the market at Preston. I then realized it was over 70 miles away. So it then became a date night for my wife and me. We called ahead and Dave Micco was assigned to us and he told me that he would have the vehicle ready for inspection. We got there and were immediately greeted with a friendly smile even though it was very close to closing time. Dave never gave me the feeling that I was an inconvenience or that I should have come tomorrow. Instead, we got into the car and went for a nice test drive. I loved the car and we began working on the numbers. I felt pretty comfortable with the deal but wanted to sleep on it. The next morning, Dave called me as I asked him to do and he gave me some additional information about the car and some financing options. To make a long story a little longer, Dave and the rest of the crew at Preston including Don the owner worked to make me happy and do the deal. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. My wife and I drove back that day and signed on the line. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. The car is the "bomb" (a good thing) and we love to drive it. I wouldn't hesitate to drive 140 miles round trip again to buy from the good folks at Preston. If you go there ask for Dave Micco. He rocks!

Also, the credit manager (Bill) went out of his way and got everything taken care of in an orderly and efficent manner. I am a very picky car shopper and knew exactly what deal I was looking for when shopping for a used car. I had been shopping for about a month, surfing all the sites and cruising in and out of all the lots in the area repeatedly. I knew I just wanted to spend the least, and have the most value 3 years from now. I was not concerned about service or salesmanship. I was really looking for a no nonsense experience. I walked into Preston Auto Outlet before work 2 weeks ago to look at a specific car I'd seen online, and came back as soon as I could get out of work to buy it. Besides the car clearly being the deal I was looking for, Nick and the sales manager were the no nonsense businessmen I was looking to deal with. Very impressed with the overall experience, and I LOVE MY CAR! Not to mention, I came away feeling great about the money situation, best of both worlds! we bought a 2007 aspen off of preston motor outlet a few weeks ago. before purchasing we visited about 5 different dealers and searched online for the suv we was looking for, the sales person we worked with mr.micco was above and beyond any of the other dealerships, at prestons they were not pushy at all like most dealers they wernt just trying to make a sale, they were totally into trying as best as possible to find us what we were looking for at the price we were looking for, with in 48 hrs i had a email and a phone call describing about 7 different suvs they thought were within the specifics we gave them, they found the car we wanted at the price we needed to be at and they also worked very well on my trade in, over my years i have bought vehicles from about 7 or 8 different businesses and by far prestons was my best experience, i have no reason 2 lie or just say this either i have no affiliation with this dealership what so ever,

We seen the vehicle on the internet trough AutoTrader.com and called to see it and test drive. When we got there, we had our two children with us, and the guys at this location were great. Went on the test drive and liked it so well that we went inside to start the paperwork, and everyone was so nice and excepted that we had kids with us and never seemed to mind. They let them watch TV in the lounge area and ask questions. All of the guys were very helpful and friendly, did not get the pushie feeling. Would highly refer to family and friends. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted outside and was taken to the truck that i wanted to test drive. When I went to test drive the truck I was given directions on where I was goin. This was very helpful because I didn't know the area very well. The directions were simple and easy to follow. After I got back from test driving the truck and decided to buy it they were very helpful in getting the paperwork ready for me to sign. All in all the service was great, they were very friendly and the experience was great. I would recommend them to family and friends.
