I shopped in several dealerships in the area. I had some very negative experiences with toyota many years ago but Andy Eagle has restored my faith in Toyota. I not only had a wonderful and positive experience, Andy came through and found me the exact car I was looking for. I was stunned how quickly he found one, especially since I wanted a new color that hardly anyone knew about. I also hit 39.2 mpg with the 2017 Rav 4 hybrid. The est. was 30/34mpg, Overall, I would highly recommend this dealer and look forward to many yrs of driving this car.Joel

I was buying out a lease. From the time the lease was coming to its end I was kept in touch and up to date with my options etc. Other than waiting for over an hour for a scheduled appointment I would give very high ratings to all of those who were directly involved in the original lease and subsequent buy-out.

We stopped in to Prestige Toyota to shop for a new or used car for my son, who is headed to Colorado for the winter and needed a new reliable vehicle. Christian Pizarro came out to meet us, and was knowledgeable and helpful in reviewing the various options. After test driving a Tacoma and 4Runner and comparing the cost of the new versus used vehicles, we decided on the 2014 4Runner. With low mileage and Toyota's Certified Pre-Owned program, we are confident that this car will be much more reliable than the 2012 Jeep it is replacing. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly, helpful and professional, and the entire purchasing experience was a good one. The only negative comment I can make is that we were kept waiting for quite awhile when we were picking up the car. I know there's a lot of paperwork and coordination involved with different staff members, but they knew we were coming at a specific time and this process could have been a bit more coordinated. Despite that, we would highly recommend Prestige Toyota and Christian Piazarro in sales if you're looking for a new or used car!

Everyone was super nice and professional! Adam Sansone did everything to get me exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted ! Usually you get run around and different prices! I received exactly what I was quoted ! Adam went out of his way to make sure I got the exact car that I wished for! It came in early and paperwork was quick and easy! When they pulled my car up front It had a little dirt on front. He took it directly into back and got it cleaned up! He showed me how everything worked ! Even set up my Bluetooth connection for me! I know it's hard to find and keep great employees, Adam is definitely one of those great employees!!! We definitely will be dealing with Adam for our next car soon!!! Thanks

We went to Prestige Toyota to test drive a silver 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid XLE, which we ended up purchasing.Jake, the Sales Associate, was a true professional. He didn't tell us all the nonsense we had heard elsewhere. For example: "We are losing money on this car." He was just interested in reaching a deal that worked for both of us.Finally, Finance Manager Nalda Duran was just great. She made sure the process had a smooth conclusion. Ms. Duran got us to sign in about 20 minutes. There was no desperate effort from her part to sell every possible accessory or warranty. The only thing she recommended was the Toyota Warranty. She made a good point, "If the product is good, the warranty is just as good."UPDATE: I had previously given 3 stars because the promise of a set of all season weather mats was not fulfilled. However, on the same day I posted this review I was contacted by General Sales Manager Anson Castillo, who assured me he would get to the bottom of it and, most importantly, deliver on such promise. In short, Mr. Castillo reached out to me a second time and asked me to stop by and pick up the floor mats that were promised. He apologized for the inconvenience and reiterated to me that at Prestige Toyota customer satisfaction is the number one goal. The fact that such a high ranking management official reached out to me speaks volumes.

This is my second car from Prestige Toyota. My first experience wasn't a pleasant one however, I decided to give them another chance. Christian James was the Salesman who helped me this time around and Sam Ghabour was the Sales Manager. Both were great, very friendly, professional and patient. I felt Christian spoke to me honestly whenever answering my questions. I picked out the car I wanted worked out a good deal on it and drove away with it 4 1/2 hours later. The process was easier this time around thanks to Christian, Sam, and Ray Laureano the Business Manager. I had no anxiety like I had getting my first car. Thank you! I love my new Highlander. I purchased my first Toyota in 2013 from Prestige Toyota with the help of Andy Eagle. In 2016 I went back to buy a 2016 Toyota and I was hoping that Andy would still be there. I felt like I had a trusted friend who I could rely on to help me. I was so happy that Andy was still there and he again assisted me in getting my 2016 Rav 4. I love this car. He also helped me get a cargo liner so that German Shepherd Mookie could ride in the car with me. This dealership is really excellent in every way. The service department and "Toyota Care" makes owning this car a breeze. I thank them and so does Mookie!

I was so fortunate to have Andy Eagle for a salesman. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. If not for Andy I am sure I would have purchased another Honda Accord. On the test drive he pointed out all the great options and was so helpful. I ended up feeling a true sincerity and professionalism from Andy. He just kept building on this sincerity. By the time my first visit was over I felt like I was working with someone who really cared about selling me a car I would be happy with.After I was sold on the Toyota by Andy I went to Rockland Toyota, which is a lot closer to where I live.I found the salesman un knowledgeable.Went back to Andy and purchased the car.Great salesman. The lease, with Prestige Toyoya, for our 2014 4Runner Limited was coming to an end and we were interested in looking at the crossover line of Toyota's 2016 RAV4s. Krystina and Erica, in Customer Service, got the ball rolling in a timely manner; making sure all our paperwork was in order and setting an appointment for us, at the beautiful new showroom. Jeff, in Sales, was very patient; giving us all the time we needed to test drive the RAV4 SE and RAV4 Limited models and answered all our questions. Once we decided on the RAV4 Limited, Sergio, in Service, explained everything about the car's operations, including the vast and impressive safety features. Finally Tony, in Finance, reviewed the terms of our lease and did not make us feel rushed. Overall great experience dealing with Prestige Toyota and these five friendly professionals.

I've had alot of cars and have been through a number of different dealerships. However, Ramsey Toyota, by far, exceeded my expectations, and completely changed how I perceive the whole dealership experience. Buying a car was never such peaceful process until I came to toyota. After, regrettably, crashing my previous car I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Between financial restrictions and the insurance companies giving me the run around, I had no hope on getting a new car anytime soon. Which, ultimately, would have probably affected my employment status, along with my over all livelyhood. In hopes of taking a shot in the dark I went to ramsey toyota to see if i had any options at all. This is where I met the absolutely fabulous, Kelly Faver. She immediately made me feel at ease and told me shed do whatever she can to help my situation. After finding a car on lot that suited my lifestyle, as well as needs of a vehicle, we took a test drive. After a mile down the road I had complete confidence that I had chosen the right place, picked the right car and gotten paired with a genuinely caring sales woman who was there to help. From that point on Kelly worked her hardest to get me in that car. Til this day I don't know what miracle she pulled but she gave me the best, ideal situation possible. I returned the next day to finalize the deal and pick up the vehicle. Within that time, I found out another customer came in to buy the car i was looking at. Kelly had fought with other saleman and managers to keep that car on the lot for me. It was amazing to feel the sense of security I did as well see a genuine person work their hardest to make you happy and to meet your needs. That day I finalized the paperwork and drove away in an awesome 2012 charger r/t awd. The car is everything I need and then some, and I couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. Kelly Faver is an amazing person, and an incredible sales person. She made sure I had the best experience as well as drove away in a car the suites my wants and needs, with affordable payments and a fantastic warrantee to go with it. I completely recommend anyone in the market for a car to go to ramsey toyota and see Kelly Faver. I guarantee, you, along with countless others, will have a mutually great experience, as I did. Thank you Kelly Faver for making my life complete and for showing me that buying a car can be such an incredible experience.

Was not expecting to buy another car for my daughter. When I got an email from Jill Delgado she sold me. She was honest, with a great deal and always followed up. When I saw I might buy the car I shopped around. No competitor, Honda or Toyota could match the customer service from Jill. The entire Prestige team was A+.Erica Lo was great with my End Lease. Luis Alvarez made the finance procedure pleasant and fast. Rosalie Mann,Sameh Ghabour, Kevin Cadena and finally the vehicle specialist Dan Mahoney all delivered the home run. I was leasing my latest Corolla for, I believe, the fourth time. Jeff Jafry was very easy to dealwith and absolutely no pressure. He worked with me every step of the way and was kind enoughto escort me in the proper direction to get back to Rockland County, NY. I also have much praisefor Rosalia Mann. She greeted me, made me a cup of coffee and continuously checked up on me.When she saw it was taking a long time for me to get my vehicle (no fault of Prestige), she invitedme to go to lunch with her and she picked up the tab, something she certainly did not need to do.I have never had any problems with Prestige. My only complaint is that the holding place for theircars in Nyack, NY took way too much time to deliver the car. (I needed to see the color whichwas no longer available at Prestige.) I always recommend Prestige to my friends.

I went knowing what I wanted. Francia listened ran through the list to match my needs, came back with a answer. Its was like looking for a needle in a hay stack but she got it done. Francia was friendly, understanding, kept me updated every step of the way until I received the car. The used car manager A.C was friendly, informative, personable, good negotiator. The finance manager informative, knows his products, made things clear had all the information on paper in writing to back up what he said. I would recommend my friends. Management reasonable on the negotiations. Excellent Vehicle Certified Thru Prestige. Salesman Mike Chaitow was patient during several test drives of the same model. He relayed excellent information and reviewed all historical information on different vehicles. I went in to look at a new Toyota Tacoma pick up at Prestige. This is the 3rd Tacoma purchased over the past 20 years and my first from Prestige. I was hesitant at first to try a new dealer but I am glad That I did. This dealership is 1st class from the reception area to my salesman Jose Gonzalez (incredibly knowledgable) down to Luis Gonzalez (management). Very no-Nonsense, friendly (NOT PUSHY) attentive service. I had a few title issues on my trade (best value of the 4 dealerships I saw) and these guys went above and beyond to straighten them out for me.....Truly great guys. Would I recommend this dealership to close friends and family.....ABSOLUTELY!!!!!

My wife Rachel & I had an exceptional experience due to Andy Eagle - our salesperson at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ, just off Route 17 North. There were no hassles, and the price was extremely fair. My spouse traded in her Honda CRV and I traded in my 2012 Hyundai Sonata. My spouse chose the RAV 4, whereas I chose the Prius. We would and have recommended this dealership to our family.

It gets better, this place will sneak window etching bologna into your contract. Actually they don't even bother to put it in the contract, they sneak it it who knows where. And they charge 400 bucks for it. what a scam this place runs. They do not produce a copy of a etching contract I supposedly signed until 4 months after the fact when questioning their other fraudulent activities. Stay away from these clowns. And they call the etching "CSI" to make it sound important. What a crock....

Had been told I needed a 3000 dollar battery by another shop. They fixed it for 150. They also fixed some damage my dog had done to the interior with out charging. Honest, hard working, competent.THANKS!

I have to commend the Service Dept. They are very caring, professional and competent. They know how to treat customers. I brought my 2012 RAV4 in for service on 5/12/16 and as I sat in the waiting room, I could hear how nice all of the Reps talked to others waiting. They explained things and treated everyone with concern. It was nice to see this. I dealt with Ray Mariano, Asst. Service Mgr. and he treated me very nice, and arranged a loaner car since it was going to be several hours to do the work on my vehicle. He has a very pleasant, upbeat personality. He is an asset to the company. Thank you for great service. It's a class operation. Another thing, as my husband and I pulled into the service area with the loaner, large overhead monitors displayed Welcome and our name. That was so neat. It made us smile. It's nice to see them treat older people with respect. Thanks Toyota,

Mike mangano from prestige toyota is an awesome car sales man. He is quick and understanding and seems to care alot about what his customers needs are. We are first time parents and this is the second car we buy from him. We drove 40 minutes to his dealership just because how great he is. Luckily, we were spot-on! We walked in and we're lucky enough to be linked with James Zaku. James not only took all the time we needed to answer all of our (very detailed) questions and concerns, but he (along with the other fabulous Staff) worked with us to iron out each detail of our deal. We felt comfortable enough to go ahead with our deal, and couldn't be more thrilled with the service.. We know two things for sure: we will absolutely be returning to James when our lease concludes, and will recommend him to anyone ... A true professional!

My contact at Toyota service, who i worked with for 5-10 years moved to another dealership. So, i was hoping to work with someone just as good as him. I got lucky. The guy who took his desk was Brad Aiello. A family man, he engaged me in conversation about family and holidays during this time. I was relaxed. He then proceeded to help me get through the service process quickly and efficiently so i could get back to work. I was on call at the hospital later that day and needed to get through the service process efficiently. Brad is young, but very mature, professional, and friendly individual. A class Act. This is the guy i hope to work with for another 5-10 years, if i continue to buy a Toyota, and if you guys don't promote him to a more responsible position in the organization, which i am sure he will surely deserve and succeed at in his career.

This is my third time owning a RAV4 from Prestige Toyota in Ramsey. My sales person Rob Rago was wonderful and very helpful with my requests and questions and worked with me. A great experience from a terrific sales professional. Hopefully, there will be a fourth toyota in the near future. Also, I have to commend Service rep. Chris Budde. Chris is very helpful and responsive with my service needs. Whenever, I had a question he answer right away or would get back to me in a timely manner.

Although the facility update seems exceptional, I believe they need it to do business. We were in negotiations and agreed on a price on a specific vehicle they gave us a VIN # on. They told us the vehicle would be in any day now. Weeks went by. They didn't answer our calls and when they did, they told us there were "shipping problems." Finally, we put feelers out about the problem and came to find the car wasn't even in production yet!!! They were going to have us on the hook and lie to us for months!!! We bought elsewhere for the same price and at least they were honest with us and answered our calls and/or called us back. I would not recommend this dealership to my enemy.

The worst car buying experience ever!!!Was constantly pressured to sign for a car without even seeing it, and i had to wait over 2 1/2 hours (with my pregnant wife and 8month old) for the vehicle to show up so i can look at it and the vehicle was only 30 minutes away!!! I told the salesman my wife needs to eat so we were going to get food and again he tried to have me do the paperwork! And after i signed for the vehicle it wasn't even cleaned properly, there was glue on the rims and stickers on the interior lights and the windows were dirty. And to too top it all off the Manager called me about my survey that i wrote negative things and offered me a "car wash"! So i would have to drive all they way back 30 minutes to them for a $10. Dollar car wash at best! I told him that makes no sense, i get the same car wash from when i service it!!Whats the point of that!! He said he thinks its fair. I said i already cleaned it. And he said i see that nothing i can do can make you happy. He then offered me a little think of touchup paint. Again only worth like $10 dollars. Don't buy from here!!!

After searching online for weeks, our family decided to purchase a used car from Prestige Toyota. After receiving an incredible recommendation from a family friend, we were pointed in the direction of Jake Morganstein and within moments, we knew exactly why he had earned such an incredible reputation. He really knows what he's talking about when it comes to car sales and it was obvious that he did his best to provide us with the best deal possible. Throughout the entire process, Jake never "danced around" a question or made empty promises - it was clear that his customers are his number one priority. He took the time to explain everything in detail and never made us feel pressured to make a decision. He could have just forgotten about us after we signed the paperwork and drove out of the dealership's parking lot with our used car but since purchasing our car, we have heard from Jake many times as he has called to make sure that we are satisfied and that everything is operating smoothly. The kindness and respect that Jake shows his customers is unparalleled and we would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone!

In March 2015 I purchased a 2009 Dodge Challenger. After the first temporary registration expired, I received a second one .Hoping to get my plates I was told there was a problem with the title. They gave me a loaner car. Which I drove for a month after numerous phone calls I was constantly told they are working on it. I received a phone call to bring back this loaner car because it was going up for sale. I had to rearrange my schedule to be there. I was given another loaner car which I am still using.During my time with the first loaner car I called DMV they sent a investigator to see what is causing this problem. I was told they figured it out, I was told a week or two I would have the plates. After calling many times I was told on August 17th they would hand deliver the paperwork to the dealer. I called today, the managers were in a meeting. I left my number and still no call back. I feel this is unacceptable and unprofessional. I feel I should be compensated monthly payments for the time of not driving this car. If I wanted a Toyota Camry I would have bought one....

I went there to get transmission fluid I waited 10 minutes before he actually held me and when he finally came he greeted me with "what's up?"I'm almost pretty sure you didn't get your job by greeting your boss with that. He was very rude and lazy he told me that I needed to find out what type of fluid that the car needed and for me to find that out was to check under the hood of my car but instead he could just looked in the book to figure that out I waited a whole hour before it actually could use purchase the fluid. This by far was the worst service I've ever had and when I went to complain he lied and said that his name was Matt. never again.

Total waste of time going to Prestige Toyota in Ramsey. Stay far away. Being a repeat customer, I was invited to a "VIP EVENT" last Saturday. $7000 off purchase of Camry, $99/month lease Camry, etc..Called 15 minutes before the event, spoke Mark about availability of vehicles. He's told me theres plenty of Camry's in stock and available for $99/month. Arrive 15 minutes later, greeted by salesperson Raul who told there were no vehicles available, then brings me to another Camry $10K more than the one in my invitation. I said I didn't want it. He goes in the 'backroom, comes back and tells me there was actually one left, but at a storage location in Nyack, and would have it delivered to dealership on Monday. He asks for credit card and tells me he got his managers approval to take a $500.00 deposit and hold the car for me. Fast forward to Monday morning, I get a text message from Raul's telling me the Camry had not arrived in Ramsey and would get back to me when it did. He said in the text he tried to call me, but I didn't answer, which was a lie, phone was by my side, no incoming log with his number. Placed a call to his manager Kevin, who called me back and told me a mistake had been made, and the promised car was the wrong year. Told him I was only interested in the $99 offer, he said he would TRY to get me a car by Friday or Saturday. I noticed the $99 promotion still their website, so I call and spoke to Mike, who told me they did have cars available for the $99 lease deal. I asked to double check. He does then tells me there's absolutely cars available, no holds or deposits on them. Call Kevin about conversation with Mike. Kevin calls and tells me that one of the vehicles was a demo, and the other did have a check as a deposit. I then call Nelson Fong, General Manager, and Steve Reedy, General Sales Manager with my concerns. Neither one returned my call. Later Kevin calls to tell me he located a vehicle and will have it delivered on Tuesday, and I can pick it up Wednesday. Tuesday morning, I call Kevin requesting a pick up time and ask for a copy of the lease and all financial details. Not having heard back, I reach out to Nelson and Steve again. No luck. Kevin finally calls advising me my vehicle would be ready next day. I ask for financials again, he directs me to Sam, the finance manager. I call Sam, who insists on reviewing financials over the phone. Sam misstates several of the fees, and adds a few not in listed in the disclaimer. They amount to over $1000. I voice my concern, Sam refers me to Steve his manager. Yes, Steve Reedy, the guy who doesnt return calls. I tried to voice my concerns. He tells me all the mishaps were "honest human error", and that I would have to pay all the fees to lease the vehicle. I agreed, asked when I could pick up my vehicle. He then pulls out of the deal, because of my concerns. When I asked about the deposit Raul had taken. He abruptly ended the call, saying he was never told about the deposit. He called back saying there was no deposit. My bad for not asking for a receipt. He then reiterated his decision to no give me the car. Wednesday, finally get a call from Nelson Fong who had no interest in my concerns. He tells me he doesnt want to do business because, you be somebody who would continuously not be happy with the transition WHAT?! He follows with, its no difference than going to a restaurant and eating food you dont like, and people dont want you to be there. HUH?! Next he tells me he sells 450 cars a month, presumably to make me feel inadequate.Just try and get that $99/month lease....

Went to turn in my leased Scion.Was handled between 4 salesmen, one more uninterested than the other.2 salesmen went out to do an "inspection" of my vehicle...came back and informed me that I had a broken grill and 2000 dollars worth of damage. I had NEVER so much as bumped the car into anything !!They told me not to worry because they would roll tha amount into my new lease. As a woman, they saw me coming a mile away!! I was not convinced they were being honest, so I went to a different and reputable dealer who had Toyota Leasing come out to do an independent inspection and lo and behold...no damage. None at all.This leaves me wondering where the 2k was going to go?? Maybe they were going to use it for rennovations to their old and dingy building.Simply put..dont go here.

I called Prestige spoke with Jake and was given great directions to sales office. A few hours later we met Jake, only to find he sells on-line customers and quickly had Michael Digiacomo assist us with our inquiry. Michael Digiacomo was super assisting us with our interests in a sku # for a Rav 4, but was out for demo. Our next sku # for a Vesta proved great for us. and Michael Digiacomo filled us in with all the questions we asked. Michael had us on the road, Helen and I were overwhelmed with the performance of this vehicle. Quiet with all the muster one can get out of a quiet 6 cylinder engine. A nice looking vehicle with lines and curves that shows Style. The sales department works like a well oiled machine, Sales people and Kevin C. manager - Jim Finance Officer - Susan Scardino and others are courteous and polite as never seen before under one roof. I was searching for a Toyota and another brand and came to Prestige. I met with Jody Bachetti and her manager Kevin Cadena. After 10 days and numerous phone calls and emails Kevin/ Jody continued to keep in contact with me and ask if they could assist me in any way- no pressure whatsoever. 4 other dealerships later, Kevin/ Jody gave me a great price for a beautiful Highlander. they were always very courteous and professional. The price was slightly higher than a competitor brand, but I took their price instead due to their professionalism and hard work. They made me extremely happy with the car purchase experience and I should have stuck with them to begin with instead of going to there dealerships (different brand). I would highly recommend Prestige especially Jody Bachetti and Kevin Cadena.

I came in for my 20k miles service for my wife's 2013 Toyota. I wasn't aware that we were 1 month and 7 days past the 2 year service coverage. When I explained this to Jeff Weiss he told me that his job was to give "facts and figures and not engage in a dialogue with me about my issues." I told Jeff that I don't drive the car and if we were were given a warning that we were approaching a service contract coverage expiration, we would have brought in the car. He then told me that it's not his job to know "what's going on in my life."Jeff was not interested in understanding my frustration of not having information. I wasn't blaming him, Prestige, or trying to skirt around a payment. I was simply looking for some empathy about my frustration about not knowing the data. Eventually, he decided that I was not worth his time and pushed me off to his other colleague, Caroline Siderias. While working with Caroline, Jeff continued to debate with me from across his desk, and I asked him if this is what he considers good customer service? He replied by telling me that "he is not a robot and will respond to anything and anyone." His attitude and poor customer behavior was so bad that even Caroline asked him to "stop" twice. The other service advisors witnessing Jeffs directives towards me all looked confused and kept their heads down. To get yelled at by a Service Advisor was just a flat-out awful way to start a morning.We have been Prestige customers for many, many years. I have also owned many cars through the years from many different brands and this was the first time that a Customer Service Advisor yelled and dismissed me for asking questions and explaining my frustrations. Jeff Weiss stated many times that his job was to give facts and figures and not understand my issues. He dismissed me by asking if I wanted the service or not and was unwilling to show any level of empathy or understanding. He sent me over to his colleague because he felt that he could not work with me and should work with someone else. In my opinion, a Service Advisor would do more than parrot facts and figures on a computer screen and inform me that I should have read the contract my wife signed 2 years ago.This is the worse service attitude I have ever experienced. As I told the Service Director, Bill Troise, this is the kind of behavior that steers customers towards other options. Jeff kept shouting that hes not a robot but by continuously telling me that his job was to give facts and figures and not empathize with my frustration, he ended up exhibiting the behavior of an actual robot. Jeff Weiss should not work directly with customers.Terrible and very frustrating experience.

Our experience of purchasing a 2015 Toyota Avalon was extremely pleasant. Andre sized up our needs and driving style very accurately and recommended the model that was most appropriate. . The price that we negotiated was extremely fair. Andre then moved mountains to locate the specific exterior and interior color combination that we were seeking. It was like finding a needle in a haystack, but he found the car at another dealership about 65 miles away. The negotiated price stood, so we paid no premium for obtaining the car from another dealer's inventory, which we appreciated. Our new car was delivered within one week of purchase in pristine condition, and Prestige arranged for an in-vehicle tutorial with Ken to guide us through all the features. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We also appreciated the lack of hard sell on extras when we were paying for the car.We would recommend Prestige Toyota very highly for buying experience and price fairness, and Andre in particular.

Worst experience ever. ROB RAGO was my salesperson, he went to put my plates on and drilled two holes on the bottom of my bumper BELOW WHERE THE LICENSE PLATE SHOULD BE - then, I went back in the next morning looking to get my bumper replaced for the damage ROB RAGO caused and he tries to play it off as if he NEVER drilled the two "license plate distance apart" holes in the back of my bumper. After his deceiving words and lies to his manager DAVID ROAT (who ALSO hung up the phone on me and tried to tell me there's no way ROB RAGO drilled these holes in my car and that I must've gone out, bought a power drill and drilled the holes in my bumper MYSELF - avoiding all responsibilities for their actions) and to myself trying to make everyone believe he didn't cause the drilled holes in my bumper I wouldn't recommend this man to a monkey if they walked into this dealership!! Absolutely horrible attitude he hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain the situation and then did not pursue to help me any further with the damage he caused. After speaking to the Prestige Toyota Vice President who got this issue resolved I would save yourself the trouble and find another dealership to go to. Im still in shock about what this man just did to my car and my experience at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey. When life hands you a drill, DONT GIVE IT TO ROB.

Buying a used Toyota from a Toyota dealership should be a better experience. They provided me with ONE (1) key and told me it would be an extra $250 for a second key. $250! Spending over $12,000 wasn't enough to warrant a second key. Nor was it enough to warrant floor mats. Or all my dash lights working. I asked about these items and was basically told "tough luck!" Not happy at all. I would recommend buying a Toyota. From another dealer.

These guys aren't just about selling you a car, they're great people who make sure that you're happy - even long after the sale has been completed. The car I bought from them was in excellent condition, but there were one or two issues which they handled promptly and without any fuss. I'd buy another car from them tomorrow and I'd recommend them to anyone who's looking to buy a vehicle.

I found my car online and quickly realized the car dealership was 100 miles away from where I lived. For that reason, my first communication with the company was through email and over the phone. I was hesitant to take a 200 mile round trip to a dealer I knew nothing about, but after the conversations I felt confident enough to move forward with the trip. Well to my surprise, I ended up having a wonderful experience. Lance Aiello was my salesperson, and made me feel at ease as soon as I met him. He was very patient with my many questions, as well as the questions of the mechanic friend I dragged along! Lance was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable about making such a large purchase. Joseph Nanna processed my paperwork, and also was very helpful in explaining the different levels of warranties I could purchase. I asked a lot of probably naive questions and he didnt lose his patience with me. :) As far as the car, I bought a 2006 Volvo C7 T5. It was literally the best deal within 100 mile radius of my home! I researched it and couldn't find a better price. The car was just as pictured, and I am very very thrilled and happy with the car and getting many compliments. Thanks again for a great experience, and I will definitely recommend your company to anyone I know looking for a car!

The used car business, not always the recipient of the best rap-ore and the brunt of many jokes. That is up until you deal with Lance Aiello of Prestige Toyota, he raises the bar with his professional approach, integrity and honesty. He calls it the way it is. I brought a 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe for my son from him and did most of the deal over the phone. I was not disappointed, it was just as described and we are thrilled with the car! Chris D'Onofrio, my salesman for 2 car transactions, was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He made my first time leasing experience fairly easy for me. Two weeks prior, I purchased a certified pre-owned Corolla, which I am happy with, as well. Expect to spend most of the day if you want to test drive several cars, which I did. The support staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall. I would highly recommend Prestige Toyota for the sales experience. I hope that the future service experiences will be as pleasant and professional.

I selected this dealership after several email exchanges with other dealers.After about a week of negotiation, the Internet Salesman quoted a fair price for a 2014 Prius C One.I then agreed to visit their store hoping to have a few papers to sign and get my car.Unfortunately, the sales manager told me that internet price was for a car on the lot and he didn't have it.It will cost me another $750 to locate it.I asked him if the Internet salesman quoted me a price of a car he didn't have, something very strange since the sales manager is the one with the last word for a price.Prestige is not to be trusted; they will tell you anything to bring you inside the store and submit you to their high pressure tactics.

I walked into Prestige Toyota last week to trade in my Venza for a new Toyota 4 Runner. Joe Mahecha was very friendly, professionaland patient and got me the best price on the vehicle. He allowed me to test drive 3 different 4 Runners before making my choiceof the SR-5 model. Overall I am impressed with the sales manager Shawn and the finance manager Tony who were very helpfuland got me the best rate, fair money for my trade. My new Toyota was well prepped and I drove it home yesterday. Pleasant experience.

I gave Prestige, and Andre in particular, a rating of 5 in all categories because I was thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my experience. From start to finish, Andre was helpful, never pushy, and very informative. He tried to understand my personal needs and to get me in a car that suited me. On Saturday, April 26. 2014, I visited this dealership to see about leasing my second Rav 4. On arrival I was promptly greeted by Rosalia Mann and Andre Moshkovich. I had recently been contacted by Rosalia about a special deal being offered by this facility. As I loved my 2011 Rav 4 so much, I was very interested in hearing about leasing a new one. I requested the same salesman I had previously dealt with, Andre M., as my past experience with him had been very positive. The first time I walked into Prestige three years ago, I was only window shopping as I had never owned a Toyota before. Needless to say I left that day a proud new driver of a 2011 Rav 4. Well, on 4/26 I once again left as a proud return driver of a 2014 Rav 4. Rosalia was very friendly and helpful in helping me decide on a color choice as I was not sure of what I wanted. I then went to look at the car with Andre and Rosalia and immediately fell in love with the vehicle. After that Andre an I went back into the showroom to work on the paperwork. He once again made me feel very comfortable and confident in my choice as we filled out the papers. Andre was very kind and helpful and once again made me a very happy Toyota customer. I will definitely recommend Andre, Rosalia and Prestige Toyota of Ramsey to all of my family and friends. P.S. Went in looking for some car options for my growing family. Went back to Prestige because of the great level of service I received the first time when I purchased my 2012 Camry. The shopping experience for a car can be very tedious and down right unattractive in all sense of the word. My husband and I dealt with different car companies before and had unpleasant experiences. When we set foot in Prestige Toyota it was different. The staff was very courteous and attentive. We was matched with Andre Moshkovich who went over and beyond to meet our needs and took his time explaining every detail. Really made it a pleasant process. He made us feel really comfortable and assured us of our choice being the best by going over pros and cons of the vehicles we had in mind according to our life style. Statements such as "How can we earn your business today" was made and at no point ever felt pressured to purchase anything and felt the sense of Toyota really looking out for our best interest, thanks to Brent Reed. The close out process to finalize the deal was with Jim Adamo, again explained and went over all the paperwork making sure we understood and left with the best deal for us. The excellent service even followed us outside when we picked up our car, the gentleman who explained all the bell and whistles on the car took his time and made sure we knew our new car inside out. Thanks again for superb experience and customer service...oh yeah the awesome car! A+++++

We knew we wanted a new Camry, but were considering either a new 2013 or a 2014. Rob Rago understood our concerns and advised and directed us accordingly. At some point we contacted another dealer (because I would feel foolish buying a car without at least some comparison). Rob knew exactly when to make us the "offer we wouldn't refuse." He guided us through the process, and kept to everything he had offered. There were no surprises. Our first visit was February 25th, and we went home with a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry on February 27th.We will certainly direct our friends and family to Prestige, and in particular to Robert Rago, Thank you, Rob.

The man at the entrance desk, might be the manager, was very helpful and quick in directing us to a sales rep. All transactions went on smoothly and Andre was friendly, made us feel comfortable. He was tried to expedite the process. Except for 2 things, The car took a while to arrive from another location. Secondly, The waiting time to see a financial adviser for final signing of papers was a bit long. I guess maybe they had a lot of customers that day.

My husband & I went in to purchase a used Toyota Camry that we saw online. The origional car that we had in mind was already sold but Andre did provide us w/ a similar choice. He took us out for a test drive & made me feel at ease, he made sure to explain to us every detail of the car during the test drive & answer any questions we had. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, they are very good salesman but maybe a little to good. After leaving with my new vehicle and looking farther into the deal I signed (I know it's my fault for believing a salesman an not shopping around more before hand) I realized how badly I was taken. I visited two other dealerships and both were extremely cheaper and not more than a few miles away. The closer of the two was almost $100 a month less payment for a vehicle higher optioned than what I received from Prestige and that is some serious money I could have saved. I'm so burned up by the experience I had there it completely ruined the new car experience for me an is all I think about every time I'm driving my new vehicle. I can't wait to get out from under them an return to an honest fair dealership that can be trusted. I tried to trade it in somewhere else but the loan was to new I have to wait a couple yrs... What a nightmare this whole thing is!

When shopping around for a CPO truck I was looking between the Nissan Titan and Toyota Tundra. I had actually went to a Porter Nissan in Delaware to view a Titan but unfortunately it was sold over the weekend and the salesman had me look at a Frontier. I test drove the Frontier and after the test drive I told them I was leaning towards a full size truck. They shook my hand said if we get any in we will let you know and gave me a pressure-free sales experience. I went to Presitge Toyota in Northern Jersey the following day, test drove a Tundra and from the moment I was there, I felt as if I was going to be pressured into buying a truck that day. It started out with a test drive and upon getting back I was asking if they could see what they could do for me. They took my keys to my BMW and took it to get an appraisal. I told them that my credit was excellent and showed them a copy of my report. They told me that they can't run numbers via that report and that they would have to check my credit. I told them if that was the case and they can't run numbers based on the current financing offers for top tier credit then my time up there was done. They hesitated giving my keys back and gave me some line about hard inquires and soft inquires and it won't show up on my credit report and after a good half hour of going back and forth (and still not returning my BMW keys) I said ok do your soft inquiry. The numbers came back as I said they would and they proceeded to give me the financing for top tier. I told them that I was going to go home and talk it over with my wife and I will let them know. They kept me in their financing department and WOULD NOT LET ME LEAVE!!!! I kept telling them that I had to get back to Philly for work and they kept telling me that my keys were on their way and kept trying to make a deal, even though I told them that my wife had the checkbook for the down payment and that nothing could be done that day. It took them an hour to "find" my keys all the while they were badgering me and trying to get me to sign on the dotted line without discussing all the finances over with my wife. I finally was given my keys back, I jumped in my car and never looked back. Low and behold two months later my credit score dropped as Prestige Toyota did THREE hard inquiries on me with Toyota Motor Credit, Prestige Toyota Financing and Bank of America.

Andre and the entire team at Presitge was very courteous and professional. I went into the dealership at 9:00 a.m. and came out with a new Yaris less than 2 hours later. Thanks to Ben Zimmer the entire process went smoothly and efficiently. Although I would have liked to have been able to get a lower price after negotiating, everyone at the dealership was knowledgeable, friendly and made the experience a pleasant one.I drove my new red Yaris out of the parking area with a big smile on my face! After a week of back in forth about a vehicle that was listed as "in stock" on there website I was told that the car had been sold before I even began inquiring about it. False advertising at its best. These guys will try anything to get a deposit out of you or get you in to the dealership for a car that they don't even have in stock. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs today. It is illegal and considered "False Advertising" to claim that you have a vehicle "in stock" when the vehicle was previously sold over a week ago or was never "in stock to begin with". This is also known as "bait and switch" which there are strict laws against. They tried to "switch" me to a different vehicle with less options and a different color for the same price as the vehicle that was listed for sale. This dealer is less than honest and I would NOT even think about returning to there dealership ever again. STAY AWAY!

Rob Rago was professional, friendly, and thorough. He completed all the tedious paperwork before I came in to finally purchase my new car and was sensitive to my time frame. He worked hard to make my trade-in and purchase affordable. He kept in touch by phone during the few days between my first visit to Prestige and when I picked up my car. He was my salesperson for two previous Toyotas and both of those times he was just as efficient and personable.

We were greeted by Christopher,salesman, who shows us the car we were interested in. Listened to everything we wanted in the car and followed through on almost everything we wanted. This salesman was excellent and tried to accommodate us in every way without pressing us on a sale. We had gone to 2 different dealerships in the Rockland area and another one in Jersey before we went to Prestige, on route 17, If and when we buy another car we will go directly to this dealership and not waste anymore time looking elsewhere. Also, after we purchased our car and picked it up the next day Christopher greeted us and had our car waiting, after it was detailed. In this department we met Ken who explained the workings of the car and I would also recommend him highly. As you can see, we were completely satisfied.

Walk out with my Prius V that dayThree days later I came back for some tech help and George Award sat with me in the car and explained everything. I had not fully understood everything the first time a tech went over it with me as the place was closing and I was too exited with my new car to really pay attention.

Purchased a scion FRS,16 avaiable on lot,Prebiously i had a hard time finding 1 automatic to test drive! since dealership does such a large volume of sales,Scion allows them to discount their scions $500.Internet employees who answer phones are able to answer all my questions/ coordinate my appointment.so when I arrived my trade in was quickly appraised,and my desired car awaited my test drive. Salesperson,Clff Montes was professional,very straight forward,patient, a pleasure to work with. Overall experience excellent.

On May 9, 2013 I leased my second vehicle from Prestige Toyota and it was once again a pleasurable experience. From being courteously greeted by Ashley Marrion, to working with Andre Moshkovich the sales associate, to Finance and the technical personnel everything went smoothly and quickly. Andre was knowledgable about all aspects of the vehicle I was looking to lease (2013 Highlander SE) to knowledge of the vehicle I was going to replace, being able to compare every aspect of both vehicles. The price I was quoted was a fair price and there was no deviation from the price quoted when it came to signing the papers. Getting the paperwork completed with the Finance department was quick, efficient and there were no last minute "Oh, we forgot to tell you about this charge." The Technical experts explained all aspects of the new vehicle and delivery took a little over an hour from beginning to end.Over the past three years I have also used the services of the Prestige Toyota Service Dept. and they are as efficient, accommodating and trustworthy as the sales side of the dealership.I would not hesitate to recommend working with Prestige Toyota above and beyond any other Toyota dealer in the area,

We entered the dealership after receiving an online quote early Saturday morning. The greeter introduced us to the internet agent who immediately set us up with a salesman on the floor. Within in 2 hours we had reached an agreement on our trade-in and new purchase, was given a test drive and set up a pick up time for later that afternoon. When we returned, the car was ready and we signed our finicial agreement and left. This was the smoothest car purchase I have encountered.

It was a very good experience. I would recommend others to this dealership. Rob Rago and Steve Escobar were excellant. The price was the best I could find. I went in because my wife wanted me to get a practical car and I did not want a practical. Yet I bought a very practical one at Prestige.

My experience purchasing a Corolla from Prestige was completely seamless from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and accommodating. I contacted Prestige before purchasing my car requesting information and received a phone call from sales administrator, Michael Mutter, within minutes as well as a detailed e-mail. I met with sales consultant, Tyrone Jackson, who was courteous, professional and was able to answer any questions I had throughout the process. The day I picked up my car I received a thorough lesson on all of the features included. The price, product and staff at Prestige Toyota cannot be beat.

Brett Kalish and Sameh Ghabour made the entire process of leasing our new car an enjoyable one! They were friendly, considerate and professional. When I spoke Brett on the phone prior to visiting the dealership, he was informative and was able to meet the price we had in mind. When we went to the dealership, Sameh showed us the different options that were available for the Camry. Even though it was late both evenings we were at the showroom, everyone went out of there way to take good care of us. When we came back a few days later to pick up the car, Greg (don't recall his last name) pitched in (I don't think it was his usual his job) because it was late and very busy, to show us every feature of the car. And the gentleman we did the financing with was terrific. We left the showroom very happy in our beautiful new Camry! Would highly recommend buying or leasing a car from this dealership.

I had found a Corolla that I was mildly interested in online and called in to get a closer look at it a couple of days in advance. I asked the dealership to please let me know if the car was sold before I got there as to not waste the trip, and they agreed to do so. I went to a different Toyota dealership on the same day and had asked them to do the same thing. The different dealership called me and told me that the car was still there but when I got there it turned out the car had been sold a few days earlier. Prestige, on the other hand, called me up that morning and said, and I quote, "Unfortunately the car was sold as of 15 minutes ago, but we do have other cars that are similar so if you are still interested you are more than welcome to come in and look at them." After searching for used cars from dealerships for months now, this was the first time that anybody had taken the time to let me know that the car I was specifically coming in to see was no longer in the dealership. Often I would come in the same day I found it and it would be gone, but Steve, one of the managers here, took the time to call me and let me know. I decided to go anyway and look at the cars they had and Steve came out personally to greet me. He introduced me to Tyrone who spend three painstaking (for him) hours looking at cars and trying to match what I wanted. When I found a car I was interested, both Tyrone and Steve sat down with me to negotiate a price that I would be happy with. I have never *ever* met with a dealership that was so invested in meeting my expectations with a vehicle. When I expressed doubts about a car Tyrone went through the Carfax with me on each car and went through the work they did on it when they received it piece by piece, covering every detail so I knew exactly what I was getting. We did this before I took the car out for a test drive. While we were driving, Tyrone would mention, "You'll notice the car doesn't make (this specific noise) which we mentioned was a problem with it when we first received it." As far as dealerships go, Prestige is a first class place where they actually work WITH you and FOR you instead of trying to swindle you into a purchase right away. At Prestige you know exactly what you are getting. I would recommend it to anyone.

From the moment I stepped into the dealership it was a great experience. Everyone that I had contact with was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed into something I didn't really want; they took their time and explained everything to me. The facility itself was bright, clean and comfortable. First contact was with Brett. Very good representative and courteous for the dealership. Came back with a good price to begin negotiations. He then in person handed me over to Andre who took me step by step thru the negotiating process. He was knowledgeable and respectful of all that we spoke about. After the deal was made he quickly filled out the necessary paperwork to expedite the completion of the sale and financing. Thanks for living up to the dealership reputation. This is our fourth car purchased at Prestige Toyota and are glad to be a part of the "family"!

I requested an online price quote from Chris Ortega and this was his response (direct quote): "What if I were to say I wouldnt negotiate until I see that you like the car and had test driven the car? You know that our Prius is the cheapest one on the market. There arent much out there. Youre obviously not contacting us because we are the most expensive." Chris OrtegaInternet Sales Because of this cocky response I decided not to even go in for a test drive at this dealership. Maybe next time you shouldn't act like you're doing someone a favor by "letting" them test drive one of your cars before you talk price. Prestige Toyta? No thank you.

Just purchased a 2013 Highlander SE. I put out an internet request for a quote and received it within 24 hours from Prestige. Upon arrival, we were direct to Danny Lawrence. Danny took us for a test drive and did a superb job of showing us the features of the vehicle and answering all of our questions. His professionalism and patience was a big plus and helped us come to a decision to purchase the car. I purchased my 2012 Camry Hybrid LE from this dealer in October. The first sales person I had, Robert Rago, was very pressuring trying to get me to buy the top of the line Camry which I didn't want, I wanted the base Hybrid model. I had emailed him numerous times that day about the model I wanted, he NEVER emailed me back... After enough of hearing him, I came in the next day ready to try to buy the base model again... the dealership tried to tell me I had to deal with Robert, and he wasn't in. I demanded someone else and went with Jarred. Jarred was one of the best salesman I have ever had..

I was dealing with Luis Oliver he is an excellent sales person, very polite, calm, gentle and professionally well behaved. Usually when buying a car my wife and I know exactly what we want. However, this time, we were conflicted between a Camry Hybrid, Prius or Prius v. We first visited another Toyota dealer. The salesman barely spoke English and showed impatience at the time we might take to make a decision. He did show us two vehicles but we really couldn't communicate with him. Then we went to Prestige and were greeted first by receptionist and then by sales manager Dean who put us together with Jarred. Jarred showed tremendous knowledge of his product and patience as we looked at a number of cars and went through all of the pros and cons for our needs. Dean then returned and gave us "a first price" but did not resort to any of the old "closer" tactics like "What will it take to get you to buy right now?" He suggested we set up an appointment to return and test drive a few cars. We returned two days later for our appointment where Jarred offered test drives in 3 vehicles, showing us as well their service facility. After almost two hours, we decided the Prius v would serve our needs best. Negotiation over price was very simple. He saw that I had my iPad with me and was constantly referring to TrueCar.com. So he said "Since you are referring to TrueCar.com, pricing is easy." We looked at TrueCar as well as CarsDirect.com, which showed higher prices. After only two trips to his managers, Jarred was able to present a price equivalent to the TrueCar "average", which was very fair for a short-supply and high-demand vehicle. We had to return home to pick up a check and then came back (we live 15 miles away from Prestige and by-passed several Toyota dealers to shop with them). The car was ready. Product specialist (whose name I don't remember) spent lots of time and made certain my wife particularly was comfortable with all of the Advanced Tehcnology Package features. He also then gave tips for driving a hybrid for optimal mileage. I remarked that this was a far more thorough delivery than for our far-more-costly BMW! Jim was very thorough in completing the financial transaction. What was most impressive is unlike most finance managers, he did not even attempt to push those high-margin overpriced aftermarket packages. We could not be more pleased with the car or with this dealership. We did not expect to receive "BMW dealer level of service" at a more mass market store and highly recommend Prestige for customer service, price and overall experience.

Every aspect of the purchase went very smoothly - from working with my salesman Junior Jimenez and sales management, right through delivery when Product Specialist Eric Bielicka did a terrific job explaining the various features of the car.

I have leased one and bought four cars at this dealership over the past twelve years and have referred several people. Although I live in NYC, I make a choice to come back to this dealership in NJ and also bring my car for service. It's a well tuned engine - staff is knowledgeable but not pushy. Process is well handled - timely, thorough, well-paced.Financing arrangements were easy and well managed. I received copies of everything, wasn't rushed and the staff was professional and pelasant to deal with.I was in and out in a few hours. I've had a good experience with each car - two Corollas, one Hybrid Camry and Two Camrys.My 2002 Camry is still running with 130,000 miles. My most recent car was lost in the hurricane and this was the only dealership I would use.I don't see his named listed, but I also dealt with Eric in Delivery who did an excellent job in setting up and advising me on the satellites and internet connections.

My experience at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey was pretty pathetic. I was in the market for a new Tacoma pickup. Having done all the research on my own, I knew exactly what I wanted. No truck was available to meet my needs so I inquired about ordering one. While I realize I was ordering a 2013 model and they may not have been out very long, no one at the dealership seemed to know what options were available. My salesperson Janis and the manager Steve Chanis shook my hand stating 4-6 wks for my order and took my deposit. I was renting a car and felt comfortable doing such based on the assurance of the staff. At 4 weeks I stopped in having not heard a thing about my order. Janis stated my truck did not even have a build date and that she expected to have a date soon. At 5 weeks I sent an e-mail about my concerns. Shortly after that I received a call from Janis stating it took 3 weeks for Toyota to accept my order...this was the first I heard of that. I requested a manger's input and then received a call from a Michael Mudder (not sure of spelling there is no listing of him on the website) he called to "clear up" some issues and inform me of the timeline. Not only did I find out my ordered would be delayed some 15 weeks or so but that I was not getting several of the features I had ordered. He frequently bashed Toyota headquarters about keeping them in the dark regarding such matters as what the are producing or discontinuing. Being that I was renting a car during this time I let him know it was unacceptable to me. He stated he would see what was available in the vacinity that might match the truck I ordered. Meanwhile I found 2 matches in Ohio. Michael called me back stating he found 2 similar trucks in Boston area. They were not very close to what I wanted. I asked that he get me 1 of the trucks from Ohio or to get me my money back and I'll get it myself. Next day got a call from manager Steve Chanis to go over my order and things that weren't on the truck I ordered. I gave him same ultimatum he said he would try. Next day he called saying dealers were non-responsive in trading and he would refund my money. Within 10 days I received my new Toyota Tacoma from the super nice people at Toyota West Ohio. I wasted 6 wks waiting for a truck that never came and would not have even been what I ordered. It cost me over $5,000 in rentals and much stress. While I understand that some of this was out of their control, the level of communication and responsiveness was terrible. I would not go back there again, and I am glad I was able to walk away and still get the Toyota I wanted from a dealership 550 miles away.

I will refer friends and family to Prestige, and will return there myself next time I'm in the market for a car.

When i first came to this website i did not believe that a dealership could have such a high rating. I thought all of the reviews on here must be false or written by those associated with the dealership. I soon found out i was wrong...I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla S for a great price. I first saw the car online and then later came to the dealership to look at it. Unlike other dealerships i went to Prestige keeps their online inventory up to date and actually have what they show online. I got to the car dealership and walked around looking for the Corolla and i found it. I went inside and was greeted right away by a very nice lady. Jorge Cuba then walked up to my family introduced himself and we went outside to look at the Corolla. We took it for a test drive and came back inside to discuss numbers. After conversation with Jorge and Dean Ciccarelli we agreed on a very reasonable price and i decided to purchase the vehicle. I was never rushed, pressured, or talked to in a negative way. Both Jorge & Dean were VERY polite, well spoken, and really took the time to explain all of the details of the car and on a price we were both happy with. I was then taken to speak with the finance guys who ended up being Richard Mith. A very honest gentlemen who will tell you what you need and what you do need. Once again never pressured, never rushed, never anything negative and he took the team to explain everything. I purchased the 8 year bumper to bumper coverage. I put a very good down payment down and am paying a great price on the rest with 1.9% APR for 60 months. The car was washed and a couple of things were fixed that were loose. I am very happy with the purchase and to now be a part of the Prestige family. (They really take pride in their Prestige name.) I suggest people go to this dealership.

My first experience with Prestige Toyota is when I sent an inquiry about a used 2012 RAV4. I wasn't expecting the response that I got.In previous weeks I had sent inquiries to other Toyota dealerships and I either got no response or the response was several days or a couple weeks earlier.Not with Prestige Toyota. I would have to say that within 90 minutes (or less) I received not only a response to my e-mail but a phone call from Stephanie Reynoso!She was very friendly and professional and she sent me all the information that I would need to make an informed decision about the car that I was interested in.Stephanie next set up a meeting Jorge Cuba and I met with him the following day.Jorge was also very polite, friendly and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and to take me out for a test drive. He did not pressure me into making an instant commitment. The one thing that I hate is when a dealership figuratively locks all the doors and really tries to pressure to make a deal. I wasn't ready to deal, they recognized that and they continued to work with me.I returned 2 days later with additional questions and I also wanted to look at and test drive other vehicles. Jorge again displayed the proper amount of professionalism, took all the time that I needed and again answered all of my questions.After changing my mind two or three times, we finally struck a deal and Jorge immediately went to work getting all the paperwork done and getting my car prepared and ready for me to take home.Once my car was ready, they took the time to clearly explain all the car's features, bells and whistles. This is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. Although I leasd my 2010!toyota rav4 in August of 2010, i still have it and I love it. My salesperson was James Adamo. I told James everything I wanted in a car including color, black. I did everything over the phone because i live in Westchester. James found the car I wanted and matched me with a great deal. No problems. It was fast and smooth. When I went to pick up my car it was ready and simply beautiful. I was treated like I was buying a Mercedes Benz instead of Toyota. The dealership is large and beautiful. They have a separate area for car delivery. They even have a person to explain your car when come to pick it up. All the sales people dress very professional and are outstanding. James Adamo was excellent. I guess that is why he is now promotted. I will be back for my next car.

My husband and I had researched the car I wanted, the Prius, on the internet, newspapers and visited other dealerships. When my husband, Ray, spoke to the telephone person and told him what we were looking for and our figures for the vehicle the telephone consultant was very accomodating and called my husband back several times. When we finally decided that Prestige had everything in the Prius that I wanted (color, mileage, etc.) we decided to take a ride to the dealership. WHAT A SHOCK !!! We couldn't believe the amount of customer cars, vallets to direct traffic and parking into spaces,and the vast number we could see on the lots. And walking in the door ... soooooo many sales consultants and client service representatives. We received so much attention from the minute we walked in that we didn't know which way to turn !!We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist, Beth-Ann who quickly located the telephone representative that my husband spoke with and he introduced us to Maurice. Maurice is a perfect gentleman and a softspoken, wonderful, and not pushy, salesman. He understood what I wanted in a new car and attended to all of our needs. Maurice realized my excitement at having a new and different car after having 5 Dodge Caravans, over 25 years, for transporting 5 children (who now have their own cars).Now is my time to "downsize" and get better mileage for my 40 minute each way commute to work!!The first car Maurice showed me was the car that I wanted and it was a deal !!! He had my old "mommy van" traded in and got me on my way to being the second Prius (my son bought one 2 years ago and I wanted one ever since) in our "Family of Priuses" !!Love that commercial! It's my favorite.I am so happy with my new car and the telephone and Product speciaists service that come from Prestige, and since then--i keep coming back for "lessons" and everyone is wonderful about helping me learn!THANK YOU MAURICE, I am sure that you will have a long and successful career with the wonderful Prestige Toyota family ! The reason why I'm giving Andre a high recommendation is because he is friendly, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Despite my financial limits, Andre was able to get me out of a six year old car that was worth less than what I owed on it and into a new car with a much lower interest rate. Andre never gave up on me. We first spoke in July and I told him to call me in October. He did followup and put me in a better car. Having worked in sales, I understand what is means to be a well-rounded salesperson. Andre is the ideal salesperson; honest and patient. The rest of the staff is exceptional too, from Beth Ann Forhecz who brought me water, to Steve Escobar who crunched the numbers and got the approval. There was also the gentleman who helped me pairup my iPhone with Entune. His name is not listed above but he was very patient and knowledgeable. I recently had one of my Toyota Camry's serviced at Prestige Toyota. I've been going there for at least 20 years because of their service department personnel. I just wanted to mention the new Assistant Mgr. Rudy Espana. He was friendly, patient and very informative about the repairs required. I was worried about my daughter's car and wanted to be assured it would be safe for her to make a long trip. He put me at ease, explained everything so I could understand, and made me feel less anxious. I would hightly recommend using Rudy to anyone who brings their car to Prestige Toyota for service. I'm looking forward to my future service calls with Rudy. I will only go to him!

We were greeted as soon as we walked into the showroom. The salesman, Andre, came over and introduced himself and asked us to sit down. He was very courteous and helpful and as we spoke,asking him questions, he was very knowledgeable about the company and the Toyota name. Andre took his time answering all our concerns and questions about what kind of car we were looking for and with some input from the manager on the floor we came to an agreement. We never were pressured in any way and they listened to what our needs were and from that information came up with a car that fit our needs. We were totally satisfied with everyone at Prestige Toyota and would recommend Toyota in Ramsey to our family and friends who are looking into leasing/buying a Toyota.

Great experience! I was looking to replace my 9 year old Honda Odyssey with either an SUV or a Mini Van with all wheel drive. After some internet searches, I decided to go to Prestige Toyota. When I walked in, I asked for a salesperson who was not pushy as I was just coming in to take a look at the Highlander and the Sienna. Hadn't made up my mind yet about brand or model at this point. Andre was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the differences between and all the great features of both cars. I decided to take the Sienna for a test drive and Andre even took me over to show me the wonderful service department. Mike also took the time to come out and speak with me. I felt respected, my questions were answered perfectly and I did not feel like I was being pushed in the least. These are really nice guys! I left the dealership to think about what I had learned. The next day I did some additional online research about the cars as well as on what I thought would be a fair price to pay for the car. Andre also called me back to follow-up on my visit. I then decided that the car was for me. I called ahead to tell Mike and Andre that I would be coming in. They were ready for me when I came back and made the buying experience pretty hassle free. I feel the price that I paid was very fair for a car a know I will enjoy for many years to come. I would definitely buy from this dealership again. Andre and Mike were so nice to work with.

It has been a great pleasure dealing with Chris and the Prestige Toyota Team. Shopping for a new car is not an easy chore for someone who does this once every three years. Many of the dealerships were just looking to make a quick buck without making sure the customer was completely satisfied. This is quite the oppostite with Chris, Mike, and the Prestige Team. They did not play games and from the very first phone call offered me the best pricing available for the vehicle I was looking for. Also, it was apparent from the beginning they were honest guys and had my concerns and needs top of mind. Prestige also allowed me to do all of the negotiating with them over the phone and email, which was really a huge plus in my decision to work with them. We had numerous emails going back and forth, and like many other dealerships, they never insisted on me going in there to discuss price and negotiate. When I did go in there Chris and the entire Prestige Team made me feel very welcome and took their time walking me through the process of finalizing our agreement. Additionally, after I took home my car I received several calls from Chris, and also a letter thanking me for my business...something I was not expecting so that was definitely a nice touch. If you're looking for a hassle free, honest (and best price), shopping enviroment then Prestige Toyota is definitely the place to go! I will definitely be going back here for my next car!

We were in the market for a slightly used Sequoia. I live in NC and did internet searches from Texas to New Jersey. Met with several Toyota dealers in a 150 mile radius of Charlotte. very few knew their product, and all others had higher prices and high pressure sales tactics. Mike Burke was different. He was a straight shooter on the phone, gave me an honest assessment of my potential trade based on photos, but most of all gave me confidence that my used purchase was the right place to buy a car/truck. i flew from NC to NJ, mike picked me up at the airport and chauferred me to the dearlership. He walked me thru the entire deal, and when we had a slight hick-up in prep for the test drive, Mike was my advocate to make things right. No high pressure, no 'buy it now or it will be gone' intimidation. This dealer has a hit and run mindset. Not interested in repeat business. This is the last time I will ever deal with this dealership.

I don't ever write a review but I had to this time. My experience with Prestige Toyota and Chris Ortega was great! Chris was very professional, nice and respectful. We looked at several different cars and I changed my mind several different times but Chris stayed with me and we made the right deal for both of us. He never lost his sense of humor either. I live in CT and have bought three other Toyotas there. I expected to by another in CT but the deal from Chris could not be bet. The other dealerships said I would never get a car for that price and to call them when it didn't work out. I have a new Toyota in my driveway at the price Chris said no hidden fees or costs. The price was the price. This was the easiest (I can't believe I am saying that) car I ever bought and we did everything by email. Thanks again to everyone at Prestige Toyota for everything! We are very happy.

It was my third time buying a Toyota and first from Prestige Toyota Ramsey. Rob Rago made us to feel welcome from the start, with his friendly and warm personality. He worked with us thru many options to meet our wishes. He easy was following up all our changes in requirements. This was our first in ten year car buying process and he explained all convenient for us options and new technology features on Toyota Camry. He made extra effort to find a car in the best for us color. Dealing with Rob was a big pleasure! He made so much to adapt us to some changes in a driving. Since buying my car at Prestige five years ago I have brought it back there for every service visit it has needed -- which haven't been many! Every single visit has been a pleasure -- from the greeting I receive pulling into the service area to getting back into my shiny, vacuumed car to go go back home. Each memeber of the staff has treated me with professionalism and kindness. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and welcoming with complimentary beverages. My car has always been serviced quickly and for very reasonable costs. One time I needed body work done to repair a dent in one of my doors and while many of my friends warned that "the dealer is always more expensive", in this case the quote was very competitive and I had the work done at Toyota with the added confidence of knowing the work was being completed to Toyota standards with Toyota quality products. I would highly recommend this dealership and this Service Department to anyone interested in Toyota.

They gave me a price that was higher than the dealership I first visited that day so I was first put off. They treated me with respect and told me that their price was a good price and included all taxes and fees and there would be no surprises. Mike was very professional and told me to come back if something were to change at the other dealership and he gave his word the price was honest.I never believe the dealer because you never know who tells the truth. I went back to the other dealer who was a thousand less and thats where the dance began- a college grad rebate, a military rebate, a destination fee,and etch fee, and then i am sure there was a fee for being born on a monday too. To make long story short, they wouldnt honor Prestige price and i went back.When i return to prestige, there were no questions. they were happy to make my business. the paperwork was quick and there were no suprise.Mr. Prestige, you have a great team.

The Customer Service and Maintenance Depts. at this Toyota dealership are excellent. As soon as you walk in, it's clean and looks professional. The receptionists are friendly, and there is a positive atmosphere. I went in for car service, and was assisted by the Assistant Service Manager, Rudy Espana. He was very professional, and explained to me, step-by-step and in detail, the things that my car needed to get done and why they needed to be done. I have been to other dealerships around the area where they lack the aforementioned. However, at Prestige Toyota I can honestly say that this dealership is by far the best in customer service and maintenance. I recommend this dealership to my family, friends, and anyone else I know who owns a Toyota.

I've leased several cars at Prestige; frankly, I was going to shop around this time to make certain I was getting the best price. I did my homework on the models we wanted (we were trading in two vehicles), and figured out what I thought was a fair price, and gave Prestige first crack. Was I glad I did! I worked with Rosalia Mann for the first time, who is the Client Retention Administrator. She's personable, and very high-energy. She doesn't waste your time. She was a real pleasure to deal with. With assistance by Mike Mutter, Sales Manager, they walked me through the pricing on the cars. I understood exactly where their offered prices were, in comparison to the invoice price. I knew that I was getting a great deal.Once the prices were locked in, Richard Mith, Business Manager, did a great job getting our paperwork organized and completed quickly. He described the service, maintenance and insurance options quickly and succinctly. Again, he was very solicitous of our time. Anyone whos spent time trying to make a deal on two cars knows you can spend the whole day at a dealership, and this team from Prestige got us on our way as quickly as possible.Everyone at this dealership is helpful. We had an appointment with Rosalia, and when we arrived, we were greeted by a receptionist with an offer of a beverage. Rosalia and Mike checked up on us all through the process, and a half-dozen other employees, that I cant even name, asked us if there was anything they could do for us, if they saw us waiting in between the various stages of the transaction. It was awesome, definitely the kind of experience Ive gotten used to from Prestige.I have recommended Prestige in the past, and did so again after returning home with our two new Toyotas, to a friend looking for a vehicle. I hade a problem with a object hitting my car . So i drove it in to Toyota. (that was my first time there)& they were able to help me out right away and I got there an hour before they closed. They installed new clips for my splash shield and I was good to go.It was annoying having that dragging and thank god i only needed a few clips and not the whole part. Excellent customer service and I will return for all my service needs.

I am not very knowledgable about mechanics but he made me more than comfortable with what his team would do to my vehicle. Everyone, and I mean everyone was so helpful. If someone was unexpectedly busy, there was always someone else that helped me in a seamless fashion. Pricing the car was very fair and void of intimidating tactics. I explained the pricing research I did to the sales person and gave him a bottom line number (with trade in)...... and stressed to him it was my bottom line, and because he was my local dealer he gets my business if we could agree. My offer was very fair for both parties in my opinion, and I knew the dealership incentives from the manufacturer were strong due to the dealership being price aggressive and moving many cars for larger manufacturer rebates. Outside of minor haggling ..... we settled at my price and we both walked away happy.I really liked everything about Prestige Toyota, and I hope to buy a Hybrid Camry with them next year for my business. All dealerships today are pretty good with customer relations, but my experience with Prestige Toyota prompted me to write a recommendation that I normally wouldn't do ..... I guess that should tell you something about Prestige?

When my husband asked me to go and begin our new car search, I groaned. I would rather go get a root canal but began the process. After being at several dealerships, I landed at Prestige and in the wonderful hands of Junior Jimenez. I could go on and on about Junior's knowledge about the product, his patience, his ability to understand his customer's needs and to help them attain them. I went to many different dealerships and the reason we bought from Prestige was because of Junior. He made the experience pain free. Two weeks after we bought our car I had my son go to Prestige....all because of Junior! As far as the rest of the Prestige staff, they were all friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean. We love our Camry Hybrid.

I returned my previous highlander and leased new 2012 model. I was greeting and helped by Rob along with the crew of managers. They were able to provide me with all of the answers and ultimately the vehicle and price that meets my expectation. During the pickup I was in and out in 30 minutes (inclusive of paperwork and going over the vehicle). This is my third car purchased at this dealership within last 3 years.

I may or may not recommend this dealership. I went there after visiting 3 other car dealers (some toyota, some not). This was the only place that was willing to negotiate the cost of the car/lease. In that respect, I do recommend this dealership. Once the negotiations were set, the only problem I had next was the trade in of my suv. They wanted it that very same night. If I didn't give it up that night, well, maybe I wouldn't get the trade in price we just agreed upon. I decided to go ahead and give it up. Keeping in mind this is all happening around 7:30 PM, and the dealership closes at 9 PM. I had to clean out my car asap, and wait for my new car to be cleaned up as well. 9 or 9:30 that night I was in my new Rav 4, very tired but happy to have it. Another very important issue that keeps me on the fence about this dealership is that I had to wait for WEEKS to receive my CHECK for my trade in. My car was worth more than my down payment, therefore I was due a refund. I was promised left and right that the check would be sent out within a few days. It was more like WEEKS. During those WEEKS of WAITING, I was constantly calling my salesman, his manager, in fact any manager that would take my call. I was really worried I would not receive my money due. Finally, I received a call back from Mr. Ciccarelli saying my check was on it's way. I got the check and noticed it was DATED 2 weeks prior to mailing. Why did it take so long from processing to getting into the mailbox and why did it seem like no one wanted to deal with this problem?

I had been pricing a Toyota Prius from a couple of dealers and wanted to try one more in my area. I walked into Prestige Toyota as my last stop and really did not expect much. I was directed to Rob Rago as my salesperson and told him what type of vehicle and options. He asked how he could earn my business and I told him I wanted a price without haggling. He came to me with an offer which I said I needed to think about but thaat I was interested in doing business with him. This was on a Wednesday and the deal was finalized on Thursday. And then changed(different car after the original was deposited) by me and finalized on Friday and then options changed on Saturday. With all these changes Rob's demeanor had not changed at all and he was extremely accommodating through all the craziness that I put him through. The car was picked up today and everything went without a hitch. I find Rob to be one of the best Car salesmen that I have ever dealt with and this was actually my third car purchase in a year. He has changed my outlook on car salespeople and is a credit to his dealership.He also paved the way for a quick closing (the fastest I have ever gone through). And on delivery of exit the dealership had somebody actually go over every facet of the Prius (and you need that) and take their time to do it. we did not get the bum's rush to leave because they were through with us. If looking for another Toyota, Rob and Prestige are the first (and only) place to go.

Ms. Stephanie Reynoso started the ball rolling with a very competitive price offer on a Camry XLE. Since this transaction started with the internet and then a phone conversation I had my doubts that the numbers would stay the same when I got there. (You know the saying "when somethings to good to be true......) Lo and behold Stephanie greets me the next morning with Mr Rob Rago at her side, they present the sales agreement to me with the numbers exactly as quoted, beautiful. We agree to a trade in number on my existing car and they draw up the papers. Deal complete, right? Not so fast, I change my mind about the trade in and choose another method of payment. Stephanie and Rob don't miss a beat, continue smiling and redo the paper work. These two are the best. Deal closed I love it. Wait, one more dude to deal with, a product specialist to show us how things in the car work. Enter Mr Eric Bielicka. This guy was as personable as you can get and knew the car inside out. He took his time and answered every question we asked thoroughly. He knew the questions I was going to ask before I asked them and made it known several times that if i ever had any questions in the future to call him at the number on his card. Overall, he was the wrapping and bow on a great deal from a great dealership.

I was a loyal Ford customer for the past 30 years, however when I needed another car for my long distance commute I realized that Toyota's vehicles offered me more for my money not to mention the superior gas mileage. After much research, I chose the Toyota Prius C class hybrid which gave me 50+ mpg. This Toyota, due to its large selection, was able to have more than 4 of these rare newly released vehicles. With this variety, I was able to pick and choose the different features and colors according to my taste. What went from just a test drive turned into a same day purchase. I was so pleased with not only the car but the great service and professionalism of the staff that I am returning this week to purchase a second Toyota Prius C class hybrid for my wife. I highly recommend the sales and finance team of Steve Chanis, Luis Oliver, and Joseph Nanna. Again, this team went out of their way to assist me in the purchase, finance, and delivery process making this the least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience ever.

at 97k on a 08 Tacoma I had them change the transmission fluid, Belt, flush coolant, and change differential fluid. Address all the recall letters also. First time I let the dealership touch my truck. Over $450.00 later I get home and find my engine air filter sitting in the bottom of the engine compartment, coolant all over the place, cabin air cleaner upside down and broken, 4 stripped bolts on the skid plats under the truck and I needed to add coolant. I spent 2hrs checking all work done. Spoke to the service management. NO LUCK I should charge them 2hrs labor. Update: thank U Michael M. Customer service representative at prestige Toyota for addressing this situation. Refunding me two hours of labor charge. Shipping me 4 new bolts for replacement on skid plates. Very happy this situation is resolved.

I went to this dealership and bought a new car. I was pleased with the financing, and thought I got a pretty good deal. A few months after purchasing the car, I called my salesman to tell him about my experience with the car. He could not be bothered giving me the time of day, as if it was an inconvenience to him that I was calling. He basically acted as if I was wasting his time; not giving me any sense that he wanted me to be a recurring customer. Also, I have noticed that the service dept is constantly trying to squeeze people into jobs that they most likely don't need. In the times that I have brought my car for service, as I have been sitting in the waiting roomn, the service writers are coming out most likely to customers whose warranties have expired, or are driving used cars, and basically trying to push unnecessary repairs on them. I find this cheesey and cheap, although most likely common. I think I am going to contnue my serivce intervals at a dealer closer to me.

This is our third vehicle from Toyota and we love it! Our family outgrew our Rav4 & went to Toyota Memorial Day weekend, the dealership was so busy, and the staff greeted us and helped us as soon as we walked in. We worked with three staff who went above and beyond for us. Andy was wonderful, (he remembered us from five years ago when he sold my husband and I each a new car, greeted us with a smile and a big hello as soon as he saw us) Steve was wonderful he went above and beyond to help us and got us in a beautiful Sienna for our family - he treated us like family! He spent hours helping our family and making sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond for us. Stephanie was wonderful as well, so helpful and kind, spent so much time with us making sure everything went well and took such good care of us. The staff was great, the three I mentioned were exceptional! Thank you again Toyota - especially - Andy, Steve & Stephanie! Our family loves our new van!

The dealer evironment are welcoming and friendly. Staff are friendly and accommodating. My sale person (Ben Zimmer) was very helpful and knowledgable about the highlander that i got from Prestige Toyota. He answered all the questions that i had about the car and went extra steps to make sure that i got the right car that my family and i need. He wansn't pushing me to make a purchase until i was confortable with the car and pricing. The reason that i gave a 4 to overall experience was because on the day that i picked up the car, it was not as clean as it suppose to be. There were water spots all over the outside, dust on the windows, and dust spots on the dashboard and event some on the seats. I asked the person who in charge of showing me the car's features to have it clean again. But when it came back 20 minutes later, it look exactly the same as it was 20 minutes before. I asked him how did you clean the car and he told me handwash. But it looks like he just took it for a spin and came back 20 minutes later. So i told Ben about my unhappy moment and he took upon himself to clean up the water spots and dusts.

I and my dad went to Prestige Toyota (Ramsey) for a Camry. The salesman we dealt with was Maurice, who was very professional, energetic, very friendly, did everything by the book, but we couldn't reach to an agreement so he brought out his manager Nick like he was supposed to, that's when everything went downhill. Nick first criticized how the web sites we used for research were mis-leading, provide consumers with lowball prices, after we refused to accept the final price Nick just turned on us and started to criticize how inexperienced and foolish I and my father were, insulted us saying things like "last you bought a car was 10 years ago, you don't know what it's like nowadays", "you guys are so stubborn and blind with your numbers". I guess being return customers (2003 & 2006) meant nothing to Prestige. The management at Prestige is too aggressive, as soon as they realized they're unable to close the deal, they will start being rude with their words and insulting the consumers' intelligence. For this reason I do not recommend this dealership. Try Rockland (Blauvelt) or Glen Toyota (Fair Lawn)

This was my first time buying a Toyota after over 20 years driving another brand. I was made to feel welcome from the start, greeted immediately upon entering the showroom and introduced to Rob Rago. Rob worked with me thru various options to meet my needs and wants. He never made me feel rushed or pressured. This was also my first time buying a hybrid and he explained many features about them and what to expect when driving one. He went the extra effort to get a car in the color I wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Rob. I met Eric the day I ordered the car when he helped me ensure that a walker would fit into the car. I met him again when I took delivery as he stepped me through the various features of the car and set up Bluetooth with my phone. I felt comfortable with the car when I drove it home even though the hybrid is a whole new experience. Back in the office, Nancy dealt with the paper work efficiently and competently and was pleasant to work with. One of the things I liked most was that, unlike other dealerships, I was never pressured to take the dealer financing or a lease. I stated how I would pay and that was it. Overall, an experience I dreaded turned into a pleasant one that had me looking forward to getting my new car.

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever visited all the sales people were rude and obnoxious and could care less about making a sale for me I would never go back to this dealership after visiting over hundred and 50 dealerships in the past five years this is by far the worst!

This was my first time buying a new car and went in there still a little unsure of which car I wanted. At first I thought I wanted a Rav 4 but after I drove it and went over the numbers I realized it was not for me. I then drove a Corolla and knew this is the car I want so we talked numbers and that same day I drove off the lot in my new car. The transaction was easy and smooth with no pressure and they allowed me all the the time I needed to make my decision. Steve was great, he made my decision easy by working a great lease deal for me on my Corolla. In three years when my lease is up they will be the first place I go to get my next car.

I found my vehicle online via Autotrader.com. I reached out to the dealership and Mike Mutter responded same day, literally within a few hours of my e-mail. Mike updated me on the car I had interest in, I passed along information on the trade that I had and by days end (in principal) we came to terms and he just needed to see my car the next day. I met Mike and Andrew the next morning (Saturday) and they reviewed my trade, I test drove the car I looked at on line and it was all that Mike and Prestige had described on line. The entire Prestige Team went above and beyond and took care of the smallest items on the car I was going to buy, and helped me through all paperwork, temp insurance coverage, it was the best new car / used car purchase experiance I have ever had. The team was incredible and should be recognized for all their hard work and efforts....which is why I decided to fill out this dealer review information. I have dealt with Prestige Toyota primarily through the internet. To that end, my major contact has been with Michael Muter, Prestige's primary internet salesperson. I have dealt with Michael on the purchase of two cars over th epast two years. He is extremely responsive -- he is always there and gets back to me with information in record time. Once you visit the showroom, the staff is knowledgeable and courteous. There is no high pressure, and there is no last minute deals -- you knoe everything upfront. I have had very good experiences with the sales staff and their finance personnel. I have also had good experiences with their service personnal. I highly recommend this dealership.

I recently leased a new Sienna AWD Limited Edition and I had a very positive experience with all of the employees I encountered. Chris D'onofrio was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and courteous. There was an issue that arose when trying to lease the vehicle I had wanted and Chris and his sales manager, Michael Mutter, were wonderful. They really did all they could to make sure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I really feel Michael went that extra mile so it would all work out. Once we made the deal and I came in to pick up my car, Chris was with another customer so Ben Zimmer was kind enough to work with me to get all the paperwork done. Again, he was awesome and made the whole process very easy and pain-free. Eric Bielicka was the product specialist who reviewed the features of the car with me. He was extremely thorough and also told me not to hesitate to call him if I had any future questions. I don't have the name of the finance person who helped us, but he was also terrific. Each one of these individuals was a pleasure to work with and you should be very proud to have them representing Prestige Toyota. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige Toyota and each one of those individuals to my family and friends. I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle and I'm so thrilled to have had such a positive experience at Prestige. It was by far the best car buying/leasing experience I've had and I will look forward to a long future as a Prestige customer.

Got a 2012 FJ Cruiser at the close-out 2011 price because my 2011 got sold post agreement. I knew what I wanted, so I dealt through the internet with Mike Mutter - who was FANTASTIC through and through. They bought my old FJ that was coming off lease with the difference then paying essentially for the taxes I had for buying the 2012. I got what I wanted at a HUGE discount from MSRP. At pick-up: the FJ had the auxiliary light package - a $450 option - which then was included at no additional charge. George Ikonomakos was the sales guy as well and was a total gentleman. Every step of this process was without doubt the single best experience I've ever had in the purchase of a car. Post-sale, I got an email from George asking if I have any further questions and I did have a small one... which he answered late that night. What more can you ask for from a dealer? I drove down from Massachusetts because I couldn't get this deal up here in New England and I am VERY glad that I did. I plan on being a repeat customer from Prestige Toyota of Ramsey, NJ - BEST OF THE VERY BEST!

Let me begin by saying that 'if you shop anywhere else other than Prestige, you are making a mistake'. I am floored by the level of service I received from Prestige Toyota. It all began with my salesman, Andy Eagle. Throughout the whole experience, one thing remained constant: his statement of, 'I just want you to be happy; I will give you all the time you need'. I never had a salesman like Andy; just focused on one thing, the customer. As we were completing the process, he even called my insurance company and got the new insurance card for me. I never had a salesman do that, before. Andy let me choose the vehicle that I wanted, and once I decided which it was, the process was streamlined. I don't know what other dealerships do to turn off customers, but this was by far the easiest and most rewarding car buying experience I have ever had. When I took the car for a test drive, Andy showed me the new state of the art service facility...beautiful...you drive right in, valet service greets you. When I met with Tony the business manager, he couldn't have been nicer; he explained everything to me, and went over every detail. I also had a nice conversation with Steve, another business manager, about some common interests; everyone was just the tops to work with. I can't say enough about the experience. For someone who is challenged by some credit issues, Prestige made my day by making those issues go away, and treated me like the most important customer. I am a local resident, a local teacher. They just found a customer for life. The service never ended. They had a seperate dept. to go over the vehicle with me, and all it's features, once I took delivery. This is the best place to buy a car...ask for Andy Dean, or any other sales rep. I now have a new Corolla that is beautiful.

We were paying over 8% interest on a 6 year purchase of our 2007 Toyota Rav4 , whichwas purchased at the same dealership, that salesman is no longer there. Our new salesman , Rob Rago, pointed out how we could get the same level 2011 Rav4 with evenmore features it on at 36 month lease using the difference between what we still owed on the 2007 Rav4 , and it's present market value, AND NO OUT OF POCKET monies, and realize a monthly savings of $140.00/month. When closing with the finance depart,emt , i worked with Mr. Joe Cucuzza, who went point by point over all the money details, and made certain my paperwork copies were clear and concise on the amounts agreed to.

When I realized that my 2000 Camry was on its way out on 8/15/11, I went to Prestige Toyota to trade it in and sign a new lease. I chose this dealership from the get go because of the outstanding service I've received in their Service Department. They've always been no-nonsense, courteous, time- and budget-conscious, and responsive. (I didn't purchase my 2000 Camry there as I was not living in the area at that time.)I completed an online form early in the morning, and received a call from Jarred, one of the Internet specialists, at 9:30 a.m. I gave him the situation on my current vehicle, my bottom line price point/monthly payment, and my two preferences in terms of model for a new lease. We scheduled an appointment. When I went in later that morning, I was greeted with a smile, coffee, and a "thank you for coming in." He introduced me to Rob Rago, my sales consultant, who took it from there. Rob had obviously read the background notes from Jarred, because the car he suggested (a 2011 Camry) was within budget and exactly what I was looking for. He didn't try to upsell me something I could not afford, and we worked out the price to make sure I had GAP insurance in the deal. The test drive was fine, and he gave me a brief overview of the differences between the 2000 and 2011 models while we were driving. He also made the smart suggestion to switch from my traditional white, and when I saw the sandy beach it was a done deal.We took care of all the insurance info (faxing back and forth) while we were working out the deal so I could drive off the lot that day. Throughout the transaction he was very friendly, courteous, respectful, helpful, low-pressure, no-nonsense. Of course he wanted to make the sale (that's his job after all), but my primary sense is that he wanted me happy because he knows a happy customer comes back. I got a fair trade-in value for my 2000 Camry given its condition, and had to put down less than I'd originally anticipated to get my monthly payment where I wanted it to be. Valeriano Sanchez handled the paperwork, and he was great to deal with as well. Again, very friendly, very professional, very conscious of time without seeming rushed.Andres did the vehicle run-through for me and he was also wonderful. He showed me all the new bells and whistles (several important changes since 2000) and made sure I was comfortable in the vehicle.So I drove in at 11 a.m. in my old Camry, and drove off the lot at 2:15 p.m. in my new one. The entire experience was well-paced, pleasant, and stress-free.The comments about staff in this review extend to everyone I interacted with that day. When my husband and I decided to find a new car for our family, we first did our research online among various manufacturers. After deciding on the Toyota Corolla as the car we were interested in, we looked around online to check inventories to find the specific car we wanted. We found our 2011 Toyota Corolla S-type at Prestige Toyota in Ramsey, NJ. My husband had had experience with the team there last year when he bought his 2011 Tacoma truck, so he went back on Friday afternoon to speak with his former salesperson, Andy Eagle. Andy remembered him from his previous visit and was glad to show my husband the car we were interested in. They then made an appointment for Saturday morning for me to join him in giving final approval of the car. When we arrived at the dealership this morning we were promptly greeted, offered immediate assistance, and when we informed them we had an appointment, guided us to Andy's desk. He was watching for us and waved us over. Andy knew we had a particular car in mind so he showed us out to the back of the building, where the car in question was waiting for us, freshly washed and gassed, with the key waiting for us to take a test drive. He readily answered any questions we had about the car, was very knowledgeable about this particular model and the product line in general, and gave us as much time to look at the car as we liked. I really appreciated the extra time and care he gave us. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a sale, although it was the last day of the month, and I'm sure he had other customers to take care of. From our research we knew that they also had another Corolla S-type in stock, in a different color with a few additional options, and Andy was more than glad to have us take our test drive to the storage lot so we could look at it. On the way we made a stop at Prestige's service center. I could write a whole additional review on this beautiful facility! At any rate, once we found the second car, we decided that this was the car for us. Again, Andy was so helpful. Due to our late Spring we currently have a heavy fall of pollen. The cars in the storage lot were of course covered, but Andy right away offered to have this car washed so we could see what it really looked like. Once we drove the car back to the dealership Andy and we worked out a price that was agreeable to both parties. We finished the paperwork and waited in the Customer Lounge while the car had the finishing details added to it (manuals, temp. registration, and inspection sticker installed, etc.). Andy even offered to provide us with lunch, due to our long day! Although everyone I witnessed at Prestige Toyota of Ramsey displayed friendly, professional, and exceptional behavior, three stars stand out that we worked with directly. Our Finance Manager, Mr. Sanchez, who got us through the necessary paperwork as quickly as possible and never tried to "hard-sell" us into additional options, our service tech, Andre, who patiently explained to me all the features of my new car, and even set up the Bluetooth for my phone for me, and of course our salesperson, Andy Eagle. He was so professional, courteous and knowledgeable, he instilled confidence in us from the start. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality car from a great dealership that obviously cares deeply about its customers.

Because we had had a bad experience in our previous dealing (4 years ago) with Prestige, we asked to speak to a sales manager when we walked in to the dealership. We met Michael Mutter and we dealt with he and Ben in buying the car. Though, we dealt mostly with Michael, Ben was also helpful in assisting us with the necessary information about the cars we were interested in. Both men made the experience a very pleasant one.

Because despite their high volume, I was treated as an individual. In such an affluent area, I am not the wealthiest but I was taken care of very well despite the fact that I was there to buy an economy car. Salesman Rob Rago clearly explained our options and was attentive to our needs. I sadly have forgotten the name of our finance manager that helped us there, but he also did an outstanding job helping us out. Finally, the car detailers made sure my car was flawless and that I knew how to use the various options and accessories of my new Yaris. They made the process as painless as possible. The wait times for everything sometimes wore on, but I couldn't fault the staff, all that paperwork and financing simple eats up time.

This is my 5th car from Prestige Toyota, salesman (Rob Rago) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. At no time did I feel pressured. I went in with plenty of research info and it worked to my advantage. I did a trade-in on my 2008 RAV4 (which was paid for free and clear) and leased an upgraded 2011 RAV4. The trade-in value covered the payments for the life of the lease plus I am getting over $2000 back. Definitely recommend Prestige Toyota.

Andy Eagle was very helpful in finding the exact right car for us, allowing us the time and consideration through various options even if it was not the most profitable for Toyota. He was terrific.We came there looking to replace our dear 2006 Prius that had been totaled that week and though we could afford a new car, really was just looking for something comparable. When it turned out that having the rear camera in the new model created such a difference in price, he showed us some used cars. Our son saw in the lot a 2008 Prius that was exactly like our old car with a lot fewer miles and given a total service call from the dealership including new tires and alignment. It was a lot less money than a new car with the camera option and was already priced way below all the different Kelly and Edmunds "book" values we checked on the internet. (Andy gave us time alone to look at everything and make sure we were comfortable with the price and what we could find elsewhere.)All in all, the dealership was very stress free and pleasant to deal with!

They won't stop calling me after I made it clear that I was weighing my options out. They pressured me almost in a confrontational fashion, and I left feeling extraordinarily uncomfortable. They were nice when they thought they were making a sale but pushy when they think they won't make one. They were going to give me almost 2 grand less for my trade in prius than what it's blue book value is. All I really wanted was leasing options but it was like pulling teeth. All they were trying to do was push for the sale. I did not have a good experience, and now I've had four different people calling me during my work hours ( I made it clear; do not call me between 9am and 5pm) "checking in". I finally had to have my boyfriend tell them to STOP CONTACTING ME and that we would CONTACT THEM WHEN READY.I will say that Chris was very very nice and helpful but the MANAGER NICK was pushy and seemed condescending!I was seriously considering buying a car from them but now I feel so put off that I'm never going to go back.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARRASSED!!

I was referred to Prestige by my father who had recently purchased a vehicle there. He told me how great the service and deals were and I soon found out for myself how true that was. The sales staff and manager there went above and beyond my expectations. I did my research upon getting the lease information and compared to a few other dealers. They could not even come close to the numbers I received at Prestige. I would strongly reccomend this dealer to anyone.

My first contact with the dealership was with George Ikonomakos. From our first call to the dealership, to actually walking through the front door, it was a pleasure to deal with a salesman of this quality. He was friendly, professional, and overall made you feel like you were speaking with a long time friend. He worked hard to "crunch the numbers" to make it work for us, and we were confident in our decision. If that was not enough, the finance manager came out and introduced himself, and explained the next step in the process. We have never, in all of our years of purchasing and leasing cars, seen this happen. On pick up of the car, we were not in the dealership for more than two minutes, and a gentleman from the back office came out, introduced himself, to me, my husband and my son (5 years old), and directed us to the waiting area. In addition, every salesperson we passed, stopped and shook my sons hand, and greeted him. In a total of ten minutes, the contracts were signed, conducted with the nicest gentlemann, and we were escorted by George to the bay area to have a tutorial on the car with Leonard Mann, and a detailed walk through it was. Leonard took the time to answer ALL of my questions, and there were plenty, in addition to answering all the questions posed by my five year old, in the same tone and professional manner that he addressed both my husband and I with. My son was beaming, and it was truly a result of this dealerships superb staff. It is safe to say that not only have my husband and I become life long Toyota customers, but solely a Prestige Toyota customer. We look forward to referring this dealership to family and friends. The staff is a tribute to this dealership!

I could bring my cars to a local dealer but I choose to drive 40 miles each way to have them serviced by Prestige. From the moment the car enters the service center you are treated like a king. The reps and the manager really know their stuff. They are reliable and thorough and I've never had to return a vehicle because a service wasn't compleated correctly. Went there on a Saturday during Toyotathon. It was busy in the dealership. We wait for while for just speaking with a sales person. Wait another 40 min+ for a test drive. They did not have the exact car we wanted so we ask them to locate one for us. This guy asked about my trade-in. I gave him the VIN # and other info. I also took out the print-out from Kelly Blue Book. He then printed out a copy of his and saying mine was wrong. I compared them side by side and I was 100% sure that he did not add leather seats and moonroof on his version. But he said the car came with them originally so they did not add value, What a lie. He kept arguing with me saying my info was incorrect, wrong , etc. while asking me to make an offer... First of all- they do not have the car I want and I kept asking if they will have one- he said they can't guarantee. Then what I'm buying by making an offer? Second, he brought me a Galles book( ?? the one dealer used for pricing) and told me my car is worth what- but ignored that Leather and Moonroof are options on my trade-in (which adds $1500 of value). When I pointed out to him, he did not acknowledge his error an argued with me even louder!!! Come on, I was the customer and he said more than 10 times of " you are wrong", "your number is incorrect"... but he couldn't even face the fact that he found he underestimated my car's value... Also he insisted all trade-ins were priced as "fair" (the lowest in KBB) before he even took a look at my car. And the attitude was HORRIBLE... fighting with customer for KBB number but he did not even know what my car has to offer? I guess he just could not accept that his customer is prepared and he could not rip his customer off... Don't think all customers are idiot and had no experience buying cars... I may not be rich but my money could still be the source of your paycheck. Why do you want to piss me off? This dealer was well rated and that's why we went there. I had my title and checkbook ready and decided to get a car paying cash that day. Maybe their business is really good and this salesperson did not really care about our business. I was only getting a highlander with MSRP about $36K... I wonder if I walked into the Lexus dealer across the street (owned by Prestige too), will the same thing happen? Of note, the sales manager Craig called after we left and apologized. Craig sounds very polite and reasonable although he still could not find the car we wanted. I just wish he could have trained his salesperson better and let him know that he should improve his knowledge and respect his customer a little more.

Very good experience dealing with Prestige and George F. Everyone friendly and knowledgeable. Returned our phone calls promptly. Gave Quality of work a 1 due to the fact that my car was not detailed. I had read this complaint in other reviews. Was not happy that I had to clean the inside of the car and shampoo the carpet (yes the stains came out when it was actually shampooed). What looked like blood or ketchup on the visor came out when wiped off. Would buy from them again.Kathy

I requested a price via internet and very specifically noted that I did not want to be contacted by phone, but wanted contact via email. I received phone calls on July 1st at 4:52pm, June 30th 7:06pm, June 25th 11:21am, June 23rd 10:51am, and June 22nd 7:30pm. I decided not to purchase from this dealership because they did not respect my wishes about contact. When I called to inform them of this the individual who I spoke with accused me of being rude (I did not once raise my voice, but expressed my dissatisfaction and told him that their dealership lost the sale to another dealership due to not respecting my request) and hung up on me.

I had to drive quite a distance in order to get to this dealer but it was worth it. They have absolutely the best selection of any Toyota dealer within a 50 mile radius. And their price was very competitive. Walter, our salesman did a great job in explaining all of the features of the vehicle. My wife test drove the Sienna Limited AWD and I was very impressed with the patience he exhibited while she made wrong turns and almost hit a road sign! I would strongly recommend this dealer to anyone. But come prepared to wait a little bit. The showroom is always packed with car buyers.

Ever since Prestige moved to a standalone service center from their previous location, I had this coupon for a free oil change. Took my 02 MR2 there last month to get the oil change since it was free. Usually do my own, but since I had this coupon for 3 years sitting on it, thought I'd use it. Finding the new place was easy with the direction, the place was busy but then is was a saturday and all those recent recalls.... Getting my MR2 back, most places don't see a lot of them, those with the SMT, even less.. After the usual car talk and explaining the SMT to the folks there, got the car back, drove home. Drove for about a week, to notice that the monkeys never fully tightened the oil drain plug. I find an oil sheen in my driveway after the next rain. Checked and filled up the oil, and of course, torqued the bolt down. Bozos never even responded to my email when I contacted them to inform that those monkeys never tightened the bolt, and oil was slowly (thank god) dripping. Don't trust them for anything more serious than perhaps cleaning the windshield (maybe not that either)..Jay

My husband and I purchased a used 4-Runner in November from Prestige, and the experience was superb. From start to finish, Michael (last name starts with an M) was friendly, helpful, and most importantly: KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT HE WAS SELLING! We had been living in the US for nearly 2 years without a car and back home we had Toyotas for many years. We were deathly afraid about this venture, never having negotiated such a purchase here before, but Michael went above and beyond. He fit a Toyota into our price and vehicle needs. The big A+ came when I needed to finally get the car inspected. I had NO CLUE what to do or how to go about getting the car inspected. Michael met me at my home, on his day off might I add... and led to a station in Paramus. He went through the waiting line with me and handed all of my documents over and made sure the car went through ok. This was above and beyond the call of duty and above my expectations of buying a used car.Thank You Michael and Prestige Toyota, you made my used Toyota buyin experience feel "Red-Carpet". Very pleasant experience & friendly. I am not one to trust car dealers or realtors for that matter but these guys were up front and straight forward willing to deal with me and price especially after some bad negotiating experiences at other dealerships. Offer excellent programs and car was delivered in excellent shape and that day. Thanks definitely recommend this place.

Its the place to go if you want $800 off sticker on a $33000 Highlander. Other dealersare giving between $3000-$4500 off sticker Craig said he was not as hungry as they areto make the deal. They will play the cat and mouse game with you all day. If you aregoing out to buy a car and not play games all day long I would try another dealership.

Top notch! The best customer service experience I can remember! Great price and attention to all my questions. This was the second time we've bought a car from them and I would do it again! They had the car I wanted available and so I was able to take delivery almost immediately after our first visit. They were very accommodating with regards to our schedules in taking delivery... oh and the coffee in the lobby was delicious, too! All in all, it was a great car-buying experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. (PS - My husband got his BMW from their BMW dealership on the other side of the highway and had an equally good experience.)

I called and left him a message, he called back & apoligized for not being available, due to the fact he was with another customer, but wanted to let me know he received my message, we then set up a time to meet. Once I arrived I was welcomed and introduced to George.From that moment on I was very comfortable. I had an accident that totaled my Toyota Matrix. I had to buy car before my insurance rental car agreement expired. We went to Prestige on a Wednesday evening and Andrew Eagle was patient and compassionate. The Financial Manager Lous Bouchard was equally as helpful and in the end we bought a brand new Rav 4 and there were no unexpected finance charges, cost of the car in total and the monthly payments met our needs. We have had so many bad experiences at car dealership and now Prestige has set the bar very high for those other dealers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a car. Excellent service is their intention and clearly through our experience they exceeded our expectations.

Had phone conversations with Micheal Mutter before coming to showroom. Met with him, was shown 2010 Rav4. Explained, walked me through details. Ben Zimmer then gave me a purchase price which I was happy with. Signed and paid. Everyone was more than happy to be of assistance, well groomed, pleasant and made me feel great. Thank you. My wife and I came in with serious concerns about the Toyota recalls related to the gas pedal on our 2008 Sequoia (which we had leased from Prestige Toyota). Our initial salesman, Andrew Rice, was still there and happy to help. Andrew made every effort to satisfy our concerns. He tried to get us a loaner, showed us new and used vehicles that fit our needs and made several calls to the service department - always looking out for our best interests rather than just trying to make money on us. The service department checked our vehicle for free and advised that the part in question was in good working order. They put that in writing and encourage us to wait for Toyota to provide a solution. Still, we were too uncomfortable to continue using the vehicle. Within 3 days of my initial call, Andrew and his sales manager, Craig, had made us an incredible deal on a replacement vehicle. During the closing paperwork, when they found that they had made a +/- $2,000 mistake in our favor, they ate the difference rather than go back on their handshake. I can honestly say that Prestige Toyota did everything they could to satisfy us, even at their own expense and they did it with a good attitude.

We were reluctant to consider Toyotas due to previous bad experience with a different Toyota dealer. Prestige was great to work with. All concerns were taken seriously and addressed with class. Maurice is a gentleman and the dealer is certainly hopping with customers.

The words Top Notch, Professional and Personable come to mind when I recall my experience at Prestige Motors. The Salesman who helped me quickly honed in on what I was looking and presented the differences between the models. He was very knowledgeable and personable. This dealership obviously takes care to hire the right people. Our Salesman brought us on a test drive and brought us to their Service Facility. Make sure you always ask about this and visit where you will have your car serviced. They have their Ducks in a row here too and their is no question that this Dealership fully understands the value of pleasing their customers. It was refreshing to NOT see typical cocky or arrogant salespeople and to work with true professionals who have old school customer focus.

This would have been our third purchase with them. They drew me in to the dealership with a great quote on a Sienna. However, they offered me an absolutely ridiculous appraisal on my trade-in ($2500). Buyer beware! When I started to walk away, they offered me the new car at invoice, and $4000 for my 2005 Corolla with only 30,000 miles on it, with typical wear. They spoke to us in a very condescending manner when we rejected their initial offer, and tried to make us feel as if we were being unreasonable. The condescending tone continued in a follow-up email, "Do you not think that is fair?"Apparently being a loyal customer means nothing to them. I went to another local dealership today and got a reasonable quote on the Sienna (about the tmv) and a reasonable offer on my trade-in. When I take the cost of the new car and subtract my trade-in, I am financing about $1500 less with this other dealership, without the attitude, fights, negotiation, etc... (mind you, this is after Prestige tried to make a better offer to keep us from walking out the door!) DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK! Know what your trade-in should be worth. Calculate how much you will be financing. Buying a new car at invoice may not be the best deal!!!Also wanted to note- with our previous purchases, we were suckered into pre-paying maintenance. Wrong move. Since I put low mileage onto my car, those little forms expired well before I would have used them. We were able to get them to accept 1 or 2 expired ones, but lost out on the rest. I will NEVER prepay maintenance again.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! The place is like a factory.After 3 hours at the dealership we made a deal for a new highlander and our trade-in. At the last minute thay told us the car was already sold a few days ago. They promised us they would hold another one that was coming in next week, and then told us that one was also sold.

Sandro answered all of our questions and no one rushed us to make a decision until we were ready. This is not usually the case when we have gone car shopping before. Personally, I was dreading the car buying experience but had to get a 2008 Solara before there were none available. I located two cars of choice on your website's Pre-Certified list. From the very first telephone contact with Prestige Toyota of Ramsey, my opinion changed. The salesman, Michael Mutter, was friendly and cordial,efficient, more than willing to accommodate all my requests for information, and provided helpful information to solve the logistics of transporting the car to Florida. His response time to any telephone call was immediate, and he personally photographed the areas of concern on the car which were e-mailed to me. The sales staff, including, James Adamos, were very accommodating to my family who previewed the car on my behalf. Upon arriving at Prestige from Florida, I found a car that had been detailed to perfection, beyond what the dealership had promised to do. Through every step of the transaction, the staff of Prestige were efficient and afforded me every possible courtesy. Family members who reside in New Jersey and I will most definitely recommend Prestige Toyota to anyone and everyone who is in the car buying market.

From the first time I entered the dealership to the last drive away in my new Venza, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. There was no evidence of pushiness. There were only knowledgeable salespeople, financial person, and the young man who explained my vehicle. The whole staff seemed proud to be employed by Prestige. While I would have loved to have been GIVEN my car, I felt that the sales people worked with me in creating a manageable payment plan. And, I love the car!

I searched high and low for a new(er) vehicle and did exhaustive research. I heard all the great deals going on because of our bad economy and I must say the was still terrible, that is until I went to Prestige Toyota and more specifically until I met Jason Bourgoyne (our salesman). Jason was very low pressure, extremely proffesional, friendly, and super knowledgable. My wife and I went there with the idea of buying a new vehicle for me and left with a new car for her as well. Jason gave a very detailed tour of our vehicles and when it was time to move our things from one car to the next we walked into the garage and found that he had personally installed many of the items himself on the new vehicles. Outstanding customer service and pricing as far as I'm concerned. The best part about the whole deal was that they didn't pull the usual stunt of have a sales manager come out after you've built a rapport with the salesman (I hate that). Jason Took care of everything.I left feeling very good about the deals we made and I would absolutely recommend both Prestige and especially Jason again.

I have a toyota camry which currently has run for 43000 miles. When the mileage was 34500, I heard a knocking noise with the steering. I mentioned it during the 35000 mile oil change. I was told that I should do a steering column service which would cost around $256. I was told that this would not be covered under waranty (which would expire after 36,000 miles) as this was "regular maintenance". They did not make any note of it even though I asked them to. I went back to them yesterday and they said that the steering wheel shaft had a problem and since the car has run more than 36,000 the waranty expired and I had to pay 372$ to fix it. My question to them was that if this was something would be covered by waranty, why didn't they tell me when I came to them with the problem during the 35,000 mile service. They denied the fact that they had told anything about steering wheel service. I felt like I was cheated. I was very disappointed with the way I had to pay $372 even though it should have been covered under waranty. I shouldn't have taken their work in the first place.

I bought my Rav 4 there in 2005 from very pushy and unknowledgeable sales "professionals." But that's not the worst of it, I took my car in for service and picked it up a few days later to find they had put 1000 miles on the car and also stated they could not find the problem I brought the car in for. They denied putting the mileage on the car but luckily I had the car towed there by AAA who documented the mileage. Unfortunately, this matter is still unresolved.

Plain and simple.Bought a scion they gave me a hard time on a trade The sales person new nothing about the car except that he had to sell them. The scion xb had to go back 4x for options ordered because nothing was in stock. I had to make all of the phone calls. During negotiations they held the keys to my trade so I would not leave. Really bad business and maybe illegal.They just want to make a sale and for the weak, i'd just say watch out because they are just ging to run over ya. i also delt with a guy from scion named kenny but he seemed not to be able to handle the other sales persons when I asked for help even though he said he was there to help them launch the division and teach them the new philosophy in selling a scion.all B.S. With that said the sevice dept. has been ok so far. i only changed the oil once there and I was in and out in an hour.
