Went to this dealership to look for a vehicle. They really did not have what I was looking for in stock. They did run my credit a few times. That was totally OK.I ended up not buying a vehicle from them. But the courtesy and friendship that I made there was like none other. I’ve only been in Florida for about two years now. We must’ve been in and out of that building over 1000 times my wife and I. The guys would stop talking just to open the door for us. Their finance manager looked for a vehicle for me for almost 6 weeks. I went back to these guys a few days later. With my Challenger R/T.They were so stoked and very happy for me and they were so happy that I brought it by.I would go back to these guys to get another vehicle any day because not only do they work hard but they have fun until they let you be the driver behind that wheel and really test vehicles. Not in a bad way, but so you know what you’re buying is truly what you’re buying and is it making you happy. Thank you to all my new brothers there.

First time I came over there without an appointment and they said it would take 2hrs. for quick lane, so then I went home and made an appointment. So had to go back again with the appointment and they took it right away. So I guess I will have to make an appointment even for the quick lane every time. When you make an appointment on line it does not give you confirmation email also, so you need to fix that.

You fixed my recall in a timely manner; but, I had asked the person on the phone to relay that I needed my back window gasket fixed. She did not and Abbey told me when I got there that I must ask for Service if I need something on that order. My 2014 Escape was in for a software update to the GPS system to resolve a known issue. The work was performed quickly and I was off on a vacation to hopefully find the GPS issue resolved. I've put nearly 2000 miles on the car using the GPS frequently and it's working fine now.

I was not going to write a review but feel I owe it to others to warn them. My 82 year old mother went here to look at a car, she got some pricing then asked me to go look at it and review.It seemed to me the pricing was high and I said so. The salesman and the manager kind of blew me off but lowered the price $1000. I encouraged my mother to get a second opinion. She went to the next closest dealer who gave her a price $4000 lower. She indicated that she wanted to buy the car from Prestige because it was around the corner from her house and asked me to go talk to them. I went there and spoke to Jonathan the Sales Manager. I told him the competition was $4000 less and although it was generally against my principles, I gave him the exact numbers from the other dealer as I offered to pay $300-$500 more to buy the car locally but no more..He was dismissive, basically accused me of lying or bluffing and said with a "signed buyers order from the other dealer he would consider it" I replied that he could think about it and call me in the morning adding that if I go to the other dealer I will just buy the car there. Well he did not call be back in the morning so I head down to the other dealer at 1PM. It turns out that the other dealer was actually about $6000 less so I buy the car. The SAME car. While I am waiting for it to be detailed the GM Cory calls on my cell phone. I tell him that its too late, I bought the car and told him for how much less. Then he insults me. I believe they tried to take advantage of my mother and were predatory to senior citizens. I am sure Cory and Jonathan have parents as well and ask myself "is this how they expect their parents to be treated?" I cant believe the level of disrespect and dishonesty toward the elderly. Avoid this place

Both of our advisors were awesome. patrick explained everything us in detail and when we came to detour car Joe noticed we never got our car washed and took me with him togged it done. The only thing that upset us is That we were to get two free oil changes and we were not in the right franchise so we had to pay. We were given a $5.00 discount. Ford is ford and we felt it should be honored by all ford dealerships like Toyota does. Other then that everything was excellant.

Unfortunately, it took an extra day to complete the recall repair on my car. No one called to let us know ahead of time that my car was still waiting to be looked at. We stopped in at 5pm to check on the status. Then, 2 people gave us two different updates. It would be a better customer experience to let your customers know in advance if you are running behind and ask for extra time. Finally, just give an honest update without making up something that sounds good. Honesty is better.

The salesman, Paul, was friendly, patient and very helpful. Business Manager, Justin, was friendly, thorough and professional. I thought the buying experience was a little slow but it was a busy day. My new car, a Fusion, is comfortable, handles well and has great lines. The seats are wide and buckling your seat belt is really easy. My trade-in, a Mercedes 240, was almost impossible to snap the seat belt in unless you were 100 lbs. or less. My only dislike about my new car is the key. Too big and bulky and the pop out key is so old tech now. It doesn't have to be the scan tech that lets you just push "Start" (which I know is available on some of your cars) but could be more like the Mercedes was, smaller, lighter and just stick it in the dash.

Joe was a great service adviser. He gave me what needed to be done, explained the costs and levels of urgency. I had the confidence to fix just one thing but plan to do the others next time and another after that. On the other hand, while I waited for my car, I went into the sales area to check out the latest C-max energi. I wandered around both the showroom and lot for almost half an hour and no one ever approached me to help. It was not a peak sales time: early morning on a Thursday. I could find neither the brochure on the floor nor the car out on the lot. Should I decide to trade my Escape Hybrid in for a new C-max, I will probably go to another dealer.

so far the truck has been in twice for THE SAME issue and it is STILL NOT correct.Frank Kron is easy to work with, Greg Cox was not. Many of the service department people could use some remedial training in dealing with customers. Also when you return a vehicle to a customer, don't say this is what you did...say it is repaired. Again my truck has been in twice for the same issue and it is still not right. Finally, I was not given any paperwork for the last repair, so who knows if they did anything to it at all. Have purchased 3 Ford vehicles in 3 years, happy with the vehicles, happy with the sales (all purchased at another dealership) but not too pleased with the level of service at Prestige. May have to consider another dealership.

It was raining in my car because the sunroof was leaking. When I got there, the guy in the booth would not come out and assist me. There were no other cars there. Out of no where a nice guy came up and listened to me and was VERY professional and kind. This is a far cry from my last experience. When I came back to get my car it was raining a lot. they were so nice helping me in the car. I had just had knee replacement surgery so I couldn't walk that great. They guy was friendly and he also helped me with my bag. Because of this experience I am coming back tomorrow to have some more work done on my car. Good job. If you are nice to people they will come back.

This is our second vehicle that we have purchased from Prestige Ford in Mount Dora. Back in Jan. 2013, we purchased my favorite truck....Ruby Red, 2013 Ford F-150 Eco Boost 4x4 4 door. Best truck I have ever owned. My wife and I have been looking at the 2015 Ford Mustang Eco Boost. We had been waiting on Ford to add the Eco Boost to the Mustang. We found the one that we liked the best, in the right color. We shopped at 2 different dealers before coming to Prestige Ford in Mount Dora. I talked with Jacob and then talked to Jonathan. Told them what we had been looking at and even showed them the sticker on the car. We let them know that we like to buy this car, with these options. Jonathan gave me his best price and his price was $50 less than the other dealer. It's all about the bottom line. These guys did it all. I even got to talk to the owner about the car. Super nice guy (Mr. Matthews). I have had my 2013 Ford serviced at Prestige Ford several times now. They are always very friendly and helpful to me. I even have my work vehicle service at Prestige Ford. I think Prestige Ford has changed to the point that they are willing to beat the other dealers prices... I think it is important to buy local. I pulled up in my 2006 Escape knowing what car I wanted to look at (Their website was helpful making this choice). Pulling in I got a flat tire. Karma? Wayne Saunders was waiting, but also very helpful with changing my tire and directing me to the 2015 Ford Escape SE with the best option for the price. Wayne Saunders and the finance/management team at Prestige were there every step of the way. Darren and Jonathan Matthews Were very helpful in getting me in the car I wanted, for the price and financing I wanted. A+ team going on in their management at this dealership. I was a little disappointed with the fact that I didn't receive a Ford Repeat/Loyal customer reward for buying another Escape. :( I've been to other Ford dealerships in the Central Florida area but by far Prestige Ford in Eustis has been the best experience ever! My husband and I went to Prestige Ford as they were close by our home. We were looking to possibly get a new Escape. I had visited the website and found one I knew we would like. We applied for the Escape and was approved. Dave M & Jacob G was our techs who helped us get the car. Dave satrted it on 5/21/2015 and Jacob really got the ball rolling on 5/22/2015. Both were very nice & courteous. Jacob really went above and beyond his dutues to help. We did get the SUV that we wanted and the payment we could afford. Gregory M, the finance officer was very courteous and helpful too. Thanks To Prestige Ford of Mt. Dora for your great staff. One ,ore thing: Other workers there were nice too and would go by us and ask if we needed anything. We were there a few hours. lol

I was looking to buy a new Ford. The closest dealer to my home is Prestige Ford of Mount Dora. After reading some recent negative reviews, I had very low hopes when walking into the place. Turns out, I bought a new 2015 Ford Fusion here and I absolutely love my car and the customer service from the sales representative. I highly recommend Mike Perry, as he is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional he did a great job of showing the car and personally walking us through the purchase process. It took us less than two hours to view, test drive, and purchase the car. No pressure, just good service and we felt like we had developed new friendships.

We had appointment on Friday to have recall fix (supposed to take around an hour). We dropped off car at 7am and I took my husband back home and went to work. He called Prestige around noon time and lady said they were all out to lunch and she would have someone call him back. After not hearing from anyone, he called two more times and was told it wasn't ready and they would call us. They never called back and we went the whole day without a car! We decided to go pick it up Saturday morning and take it elsewhere for service. When we asked for our car, they offered no explanation OR apology!

This is a small Ford dealership with very limited inventory and the service department damaged two of the rims on my truck. When brought to their attention they were nice and explained to me that there was nothing that they could do as this was to be expected from placing the front end alignment sensors on the rims to check the alignment. I kinda figured that out for myself and they really should have been more careful. Other dealerships manage to do this without damaging my property. This accounts for the perimeter scratches on my front rim but no explanation for the deep scratches that were discovered on the back rim. The tires and rims were obviously not properly stored when rotating them causing the scratches on the surface of the back rim. This dealership is close to home so I go there for service but I think driving a little further will be a wise decision in the future.

We are very disappointed with two of your salesmen. We stopped in last Sunday to claim a prize and a salesmen had us interested in a town and country. At the time he told us we needed some cash down. We left and was contacted again on Monday, the salesmen #1 (Randy) old us he could get us in the van. On Thursday October 2nd we were called again by salesmen #2 ( Jonathon) telling us he would get us in the 2008 town and country. I ask him if he was sure he could get us in the van and said he could. I have a voicemail from him with that information. I told him we would be there around 6 or 6:30. We arrived at 5:35 and sat there about an hour. Two salesmen came out and said they were going to process the papers and would be right back. Finally one came out and ask us to fill out some papers. As we were doing so he came back and told us the van was just sold. I think that was rotten and devious of the two salesman. Also, the 2nd salesmen told me He was sure we were getting that van and we wouldn't be wasting a trip there. Get this: he even said he would pay for our gas if we wasted a trip. UNREAL!!!! By far the best support staff, especially financing. They lay everything out for you, cut and dry. Flat out get you the best deal they can and work with you as much as possible to get you into the right vehicle at the right price. There is no shady business going on here, they care. Just traded in a Civic and went with the Ford Fusion energi but it was not the car that made me choose Prestige, it was the staff. I had many offers from ford dealerships for the same vehicle. These guys did whatever they needed to make me happy, and i am not talking about back door deals, im talking finding any way to save me money if possible. They squeezed every dime FOR ME! Jonathan Matthews in Sales was top notch! Jacob Gabriel was my sales consultant and he made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible as well as find out any information about the vehicle that i needed to know.

They went out of their way even paid off our other car that had less then a year of payments left. My son went into the dealership to purchase a new ford. He told the salesman and finance rep the he was eligible for the Z-plan, as his Grandfather worked for retired from Ford. His Grandfather called Ford to get the authorization and had made the mistake of telling Ford he was his nephew, which gets you the X-plan discount. When my son took this to the dealer they told him that well maybe Ford must have changed their policy and that is what you are authorized. The finance rep did not attempt to call Ford or verify that this information was correct. They wrote up the contact under the X-plan and away we go. When then found out a few weeks later from a friend that was looking for a Ford at the same dealership, and the finance rep called Ford to verify which plan they were eligible for (Z-plan: grand daughter of Ford retiree). So we called Ford again with his Grandfather and verified that he was indeed allowed to use the Z-plan, the Ford representative said she beleived the Ford Dealer should make accept the new Z-plan number and make it right. After going back to the dealership, the Finance rep said it would cost my son $500 to cancel the contract and issue a new one. When I contacted the General Manager, he told me it was $300 to do the same thing. I asked them to correct this as they had as much knowledge and responsibilty to fix this as we did, the GM said he could not do that. I even offered to pay half the cost $150 of the $300, and the Gm still said no way. This dealership is only out for the money and could care less about it new customers, even those that qualify for Z-Plan discounts. Buyer beware, purchase at your own risk from this dealership.

I bought my 2013 Ford Mustang from Prestige Ford about 9 months ago and the quality of customer service was excellent. I enjoyed the fact that they took their time with me through the buying process and got me the best deal I had seen yet. I also get my mustang serviced there as well and they always take care of my needs without pressuring me to buy any services, which I like a lot. I can honestly say I have found my hometown dealer!

i went here looking for a nice grand marquis that they had for sale and when i got there they didn't want to give me the car for the same price on the internet they jacked the price up on me so i walked out the door i came there with cash in my hand of 3000 the car was for 4255 and it had 165,000 miles on it come on that car with all the miles and i had cash they could of sold me the car.

I happened to be near this dealership while on a business trip and always had a desire to look a Ford 150. Stopped in the dealership and was approached by Fred Baughman, a sales person at the dealership. I told him I was just looking at the Ford 150 and was from out of town and would not be buying the truck but could I get inside one and take a look. He could not have been nicer, more understanding or more helpful. He understood that I was on a business trip and wasn't going to buy but answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the features of the truck with me and never once did I feel pressured or rushed.If or when I buy a Ford 150, I will drive the 15 hours back to this dealership and buy it from this salesmen. People this knowledgeable as well as this patient and understanding need to be rewarded for their efforts. I would highly recommend Fred Baughman, if you are looking at a Ford in Central Florida. It is rare that I write reviews but the customer service I received from this salesmen when I was clearly an out of towner who was just looking was outstanding.
