I Love my Dodge truck that I purchased from Premier Automotive group. The two people who helped me were professional, friendly, and addressed my questions and concerns regarding the purchase of a used truck. My experience was that they did honor their 30 day / 1000 mile warranty. And even recently, over 1 year later now, they were still very helpful and able to refer to a mechanic who could repair an issue that the Dodge dealership could not, with Dodges excuse that the part was no longer available. Just as their webpage states, I do feel my customer satisfaction is a priority to them.

I was in dyer need of a vehicle, had been to a few dealerships that could not get me approved/ also had higher prices. Thankfully I found Premier automotive and could not be more pleased with the results. The staff is wonderful, the salesman very professional, knowledgeable and caring, The detail staff did a magnificent job, felt like i was in a brand new car! Nice building, lot of cars. Salesman was some kid with little to no experience whose mommy works there. He didn't return any calls, didn't even know when their so called " mechanic " would be there. Offered less than half of what my vehicle is wort in trade. Might be ok for an outright buy , but don't take a trade in. Took two trips to be insulted

I feel very lucky that I came across this car dealership. I was shopping around (daily) for a used Jeep for about a month before I came across the fantastic team and shop and as a result drove out of their lot 24h later. As most people buying a vehicle- I knew what I was looking for, had a budget in mind, and quite frankly was tired of the endless conversations with misc car dealers trying to sell me something I didn't want. (Nor wanted to waste my precious time hearing about). These guys are different. Very professional! Everything went seamless and to perfection all the way from the initial conversation to actual purchase.They are promptly responding to emails, friendly and helpful, quick to send detailed paperwork for review, flexible and service driven, - but most importantly honest and very knowledgeable. In addition, they went out of their making things as easy as possible for me. Anything from offering to pick me up at the bus station, to explain/help me understand all additional steps to be taken such as information about insurance, car registration and so on. This made it easy for me to coordinate all items ahead of time (and email a couple of people in my network) - so by the time got there I could actually enjoy the exciting part and discussions around buying a car! In other words, pleasant experience all around and I would easily drive though a state or two again to repeat this experience! Well worth it, warmest recommendations. PS- local car dealers in Ohio are all very impressed and think I made a really good purchase. I can't take full credit, or non at all ;) THANK YOU!

Bought a used car with 53000 miles, 3 months later no issues at all with the car. Sales was friendly, no pressure at all, not a scam, whole process took way shorter then expected. Defiantly better then a lot of other used car dealers.

I just recently bought my 3rd car from Premier automotive group. We are originally from Cincinnati but live in Florida now. We found out about Premier Automotive group and bought our first car from them while we lived in Cincinnati. Since that time we have purchased 2 more cars from Premier Automotive Group. They are HONEST, fair and worked really hard to find me a car at a price I was comfortable with. When its time for us to purchase another vehicle, we will be flying up to Cincinnati to buy with Premier Automotive Group again. Good customer service and honesty is hard to come by and we found it with Premier Automotive Group.

I recently purchased my Honda from Premier and I couldn't be happier with it! I love my new car and the entire purchasing experience with this dealership was top notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, they seemed to genuinely care that I left with the car I actually wanted rather than just trying to push me into something I would regret later on because it was what they wanted to get off of their lot that day (as I have experienced with other dealerships). I will definitely come back here when it comes time to buy my next car!

I stopped in to get a look at a car they featured. I was asked if i had an appointment, and made to feel like I'm a bother. They unlocked the car and let me look at it and start it, but then asked for the key back. I asked if I could drive it, she said I will need to sit down with the finance mgr and fill out some paperwork. I said "what, just to drive it"? She said they get kids that just want to hod rod their cars. Well, I am nearly 50 yrs old. I said no, I don't want to fill out finance papers just to drive a car. If they can't trust me, how can I trust them? Then she said it'll just take a minute, I said no thanks and left. That's a horrible way to begin a relationship with a customer. I expected her to try to keep me there, but she walked away faster than I did. So, again I felt like I was just a distraction, and not a valued customer. On a side note, the cars I looked at while I walked the lot were all dirty and didn't even appear to have been detailed recently. Everyone I came in contact with had a strong accent, so I assume it's a family business. They could benefit greatly from some customer relations training. It is their job to make all customers feel welcome and appreciated. But I felt in the way, and untrusted.

I was very impressed with how quick and easy it was for me to purchase my truck from Premier automotive group . When I was searching for my truck on-line I happened to find what I was looking for at Premier Automotive Group . I live almost three hours away from their dealership so I called them up to see if I could work out a deal before I drove all the way to the dealership. Rob and I were able to come to and agreement before I ever left my house. Once I got to the dealership Rob put me out on a test drive, once I was satisfied we were able to get the paperwork done in 15 minutes. I never once felt pressured into buying the vehicle, and I want to thank them for the very laid back experience. If you want to buy a car with a no pressure sales experience I highly recommend them!

I've dealt with a lot of car dealers and have never had an experience and easy and quick as this. Since we were about and hour and a half away, they did all the bank work on their end before we came up. Once the deal was made we made the drive! They stayed open for us and were very Understand of our work schedules and the fact that we had small children with us. We were in and out in an hour! Very reasonable! My son even left his toy there and they are mailing it to us! I would definitely buy from them again! Thank you Premier Automotive Group!!

I was hopeful that Premier would be a nice dealership but it was in fact not the case. Went to go look at a used Toyota Avalon that was claimed to be there by a sale person named Jay. So we get there and the car isn't actually at the lot, he says "well it might be at our detailing place" we hop in his disgusting car that smells like smoke. Get down to the detail/service center and walk the lot looking for the car and it isn't there. So we ride back to the main lot to check, and come to find that the car isn't there either. I ask Jay how many employees there are or if there are any managers and he says "there are 8 of us and no managers we are kind of like private contractors". So I think maybe a couple of employees could at least have a morning meeting or huddle to discuss information that is important to their vehicle inventory. So after all this time Jay finally decides to call someone, he finds out that the car isn't even at the shop yet, but has been posted on their site for sale. Jay apologizes for the whole thing. He then asks how set I am on Toyota, proceeding to tell me that I know Toyota is fantastic and Chevrolet isn't as reliable but we have a really nice 2012 impala for sale, with 72,xxx less miles." I don't think that is very appropriate to bash another brand of car directly before you try to sell it to a customer. We go to exchange goodbyes and thank yous, discussing with Jay that it would be more beneficial to his employment and the happiness of the customer, that cars not be aired online before they have been received, serviced, and detailed, to which I got the response "sorry" . Very disappointed with this service and I will NOT be going back to see the Avalon that they "have".

My wife and I bought a Honda Accord from Premier about 3 months ago and were extremely happy with the level of customer service we received. When we showed up at the lot, the car was exactly as described by the salesman over the phone. We negotiated a little, and ended up with a great deal and a nice warranty.

The old guy that took care of me does not know how to sell a car. Hard to talk and negotiate. He ignored questions and talked about how good their prices are, but the truth is that they have the same prices or better in other dealers that do negotiate prices and appreciate you are doing business with them. They also keep their documents in folders in the floor. I wanted to write this reviews days ago but I just now had the chance to share how unhappy I am with the service. I'm a happy costumer of anothe dealer.

I can't express enough how fantastic my experience with Premier Auto Group was! After doing some research online, I purchased a 2005 Corvette from them at more than a fair price. After meeting with the owner , I felt very relaxed knowing I wasn't dealing with a high pressure used car salesman you typically run into. After my recent accident I was in need of a car to get back and forth to work. I had been all over the city and one of the Uber drivers that I had talked to recommended Premier to me. I had seen a lot of their cars when I first got my last car in August, but I had not gone to them then. I and inquired about two vehicles online and London called me up and explained to me they were still available. I popped over not long later. I explained my situation to her and she was extremely understanding. I left to go to lunch, and came back with my mother. That day her car had gave out on her so she was looking for a car as well. I was at that point between two cars and my mom found one for her. We wanted to do outside financing, but London was completely understanding of that. She gave me her card and number and I kept in touch with her while my mother and I got our financing paperwork together for her. She was extremely patient with us and our situations. We bother ended up with cars the same day just a little over 3 days from when we originally settled on a car. I recommend this dealer to everyone because their prices are awesome. And London was an amazing saleswoman.

I have been searching for a car for quite awhile. I've been to a few dealerships but what brought me here is the wide variety of vehicles they have, with low prices. I was looking for a Lexus IS250 that they had in stock and gave them a call to see if they still had it available and they did. After a long drive from Richmond, I finally made it. The car was ready to go as soon as I arrived and didn't have to wait at all to go for a test drive. I took the car for a spin and the drive was incredible. Absolutely no issues with anything at all. I did all the paperwork with ease and the entire staff there were all polite; made the process less stressful. At the end, my car was ready to drive off the lot. They gave my car a nice wash and wax and made sure everything was good to go; they even checked the tire pressure and perfected it before I drove off! Thanks guys!

So, I read all the reviews but decided to check out a vehicle anyway.. After speaking to a salesperson ,that was very pleasant,. I set up an appointment to meet. Was told car would be ready and waiting up front. When I arrived the car was not up front, the salesperson I was supposed to meet was not there and nobody else knew anything about my appointment etc. Long story short, the car would not start. After attempting to jump start it three times, it kept stalling when put into gear, engine light came on and I was told that the car has some problems and sorry for wasting my time. From the reviews it sounds like this is a common scenario with this dealer..

I generally do not like car dealerships. They usually try to use gimmicky sales tactics that are easy to see through (checking with the finance manager on the price). This was a completely different experience. I was picked up at the airport (I drove 500+ miles to get the car from them) by JAY who was nothing but nice, pleasant and a joy to talk to. The salesman RICK that I spoke to over the phone was professional, dressed well, nice in a very genuine way along with Rob. From the time I was picked up at the airport, I was on the road with me new car in less than a hour. They had all the paperwork ready to go, gas in the tank and the car detailed perfectly. On top of that, they were over $3,000 cheaper than my local dealer. If you want a great car for a very good price and be treated well and appreciated for bringing your business to a dealer go here!

He never brushed us aside, and would tell us up front if there was something about a car we might not like. I purchased a 2008 Mini Cooper S from Premier Automotive Group and the experience couldn't have been better. The price was very fair . Mike allowed me to place a deposit on the car while I worked out the financing. The transaction went very smoothly and Mike took care of all the necessary paperwork. We corresponded by email concerning the status and Mike was always very responsive. After I purchased the car I discovered that the power driver's side mirror was not working. It was determined that it was apparently replaced by a previous owner and it was not the standard heated/power mirror. Mike ordered a new one for me and when I stopped by yesterday to have the mirror replaced, Mike remembered me and addressed me by name. Alex replaced the mirror and it works perfectly. I give Mike and Alex high praise and recommend Premier Automotive Group to anyone in the market for a fairly priced used car and a personal, friendly customer experience.

These people use all the right words to get you to buy a vehicle but their true character shines through after the sale. If your vehicle is missing anything at the time of purchase and they assure you that they "will obtain it for you" after the sale you can expect the salesman to be "conveniently" unavailable over numerous phone calls and to do nothing for you when you do finally reach him. If you`re looking for honesty, integrity, and good customer service in your car buying experience you DEFINITELY want to STAY AWAY from Premier Automotive Group in Milford Ohio!

Rob had responded to my e-mail with a text message, which I thought was pretty cool. We set a time and when I got there, I didn't like the looks of the Matrix. He recommended several more cars and I ended up driving, like at least 6. It was hard to pick just one lol. He introduced me to Victoria, a wonderful woman, who was filling in as finance manager. She really took her time explaining all the different options I had and was so open with how the whole process works. Victoria is normally a salesman, so please ask for her when you go. My boyfriend and I were both in need of a car and after looking online and comparing prices for about a week we chose Premier Auto Group. I have to say, this was one of the easiest car transactions I have ever done. We was immediately greeted by sales manager Azik. He came across as warm and friendly. We walked into the dealership and purchased not one but two perfect cars with the perfect options at the perfect price! I was in and out in record time. He 'sharpened' his pencil and really made the offer happen for us. He was professional, attentive and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone ready to a car purchase and would like the transaction to go smoothly with the PERFECT SALESPERSON, then head on over to Premier Auto Group and ask for Azik It will be the best car experience you ever had. If you want a salesperson who is courteous, helpful and extremely capable and knowledgeable, Azik is the salesperson to work with. Eveyone knows how the story goes with Used Car Dealers, but this is not the case at Premier Automotive Group. I saw a Volvo S60 AWD advertised on Cars.com at a great price. I was skeptical at first because is was priced below market value, but I decided to call and inquire. I spoke to Sergio, the owner, whom assured me the car was in great shape and that I wouldn't be dissappointed if I took the ride. When I arrived the car was exactly as described and ran perfectly. Negotiations were easy, no hidden fees, as promised! I was on the road within half an hour.Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Premier Automotive was recommended to me because one of my friends had a good experience buying a car from them. I'm a very skeptical buyer; I've been looking for Sienna for months. A salesman talked with me and was the most open person I met. He had the knowledge and put in a little time for a guy who never told him he had been recommended until I found the car I wanted. Then we figured out a price I was comfortable with. I appreciate the approach he took, and the knowledge he showed about the vehicle I wanted. I have purchased two vehicles from PAG. My first car was a 2001 Honda Civic I bought in 2010 and drove it for four years with no problems and still own the car. I recently went back and bought a 2011 KIA with a 5 year warranty. I got an amazing deal and great customer services. I would defiantly refer PAG auto and recommend anyone to give them a shot regardless of the reviews because everyone's going to have a opinion and sometimes you can't please everyone. I had just given my Son(recent college grad) my 2004 Impala and 5mo later on his way home from college someone hit him head on. Thank the Lord that he was fine just some minor things but, that left us with one car. I was upset and then a close friend recommended Premier Automotive Group especially Victoria. I went online looked at the many options of cars they had and pick out several that I thought my Son would like that was in our budget of coarse. This is my Son 1st car on his own and all I can say is within two -three days we had the car we wanted and Victoria and Isaac made it happen for us. Now my Son can get back and forth to school(working on his master at UC) and work. Victoria took excellent care of my Son and I. She answered all of our questions and concerns gave us more options to look at and when I am ready for my next car I will be going right to Victoria at Premier Automotive Group in Milford, OH. My sales persons name was Kenny. He was friendly and professional. We actually made the deal on the phone prior to me coming to their location. I live just under 2 hrs away. I placed a deposit on the car via phone and went up on the weekend a few days later. The dealership was easy to find and they keep the location in nice condition. The car was pulled to the side when I arrived for me to inspect so I did not have to wait. I took the car for a little test drive and a hands on inspection of my own.(I had also reviewed the car fax) As a whole the car is what I was expecting. The car had been cleaned but it would of been nice if they invested in an actual detail especially to recondition the paint. This is why I gee 4 vs 5 stars. A little more investment would provide a greater return. Anyway.. I purchased the vehicle and have had the car for a month now without any issues.. I received the title in about 3 weeks and had a 6 week temp sticker so all seems to be in good order. I was was looking for a Rav / CRV or similar and AWD and this location had the best value at the time I was looking.

We have a son who bought a car here and so my wife and I went to look for a new used car for myself. Lots of inventory, including lots of Toyota's (the make we always look for). One of the salesmen, Kenny, was very helpful and patient with all of our questions and with my need to drive a bunch of cars in order to narrow down our search. He was definitely not a high-pressure salesman. Then, both Kenny and Isaac (the financial manager) stayed late on a Sunday and worked with us on getting the monthly payment down close to what we needed. We got a great car (2008, only 71,000 miles) for a solid price -- we didn't expect to get it for only $150 a month, but the sticker price was definitely a good deal and we got to see the CarFax for free.

I bought a 2005 Subaru and had a great time doing so. I never felt pressured into buying the car, and felt very welcomed when looking around the car lot I wasn't bombarded at the front door they gave me time to looked and see if what I liked before approaching me. Isaac was great help with all his advice for financing the car, he even stayed late for me.

THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I COULD EVER IMAGINE. 1) multiple errors on papaer work that i was inconvienced to fix. 2) They tried to back out of a good faith deal after they got their money, sleazy dealers. 3) Their errors caused a delay in me receiving my title after my tags have expired and they have no rememdy for the situation. 4) caused me to pay multiple put of pocket fees because of THEIR CARELESS MISTAKES! i do not understand how they are still in business. the most unprofessional and unorganized dealership i have ever experienced. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. my biggest regret was not trusting the reviews i read online.

We bought a Honda Fit from them in Sept 2014. And it has been a nightmare ever since. Glad to know that they sell cars which are just junk. Door lock on driver's side can be unlocked with just about any key, but the hatchback can only be unlocked when you unlock all the doors. Now the floors are constantly wet and growing mold. Oh, forgot to mention the TPMS light came on within 100 miles of purchase. Highly disappointed in the "quality" of cars they sell. I was burned.

My initial experience with Premier was largely positive. But, they sold me a car with title issues and didn't disclose it. When they finally called me to let me know that they didn't have the title, my temporary tag was set to expire. I will not be able to drive my car indefinitely because they ran out of temporary tags and still haven't sent me a new one. They don't expect to have the title for another two weeks! The only recourse they're offering is for me to drive 12 hours on expired tags to return the car with no reimbursement for the hundreds of dollars I've put into the vehicle. They aren't forthcoming with information and haven't been forthcoming over the phone. They also asked me to go to the DMV to try and take care of the problem myself, even though Missouri doesn't extend tags, which means I also had to waste a morning with this pursuit.

I had read reviews about how bad this dealership was but I chose to ignore them because the car we were looking at was a great deal. Buyer beware....as soon as we drove it home, different engine lights came on. The back door worked fine at the dealership; the next day it quit working. They didn't do the paperwork correctly, so 5 days later, I am still signing things and sending them back. It's not worth it folks, find another dealership.

This dealership was recommended to me by a friend. I was buying a car from a distance and that was a new experience for me. I was car shopping for a while and this was the ONLY place where salesman was smart and intelligent enough to go over the vehicle using the I phone (Face timing it is called). How cool is that !!! We had visited several dealerships and private sellers prior to purchasing at this dealership. Some of the other dealers used car inventory was despicable and they even acted like they were doing us a favor to just spend time with us. The new car dealers were trying the hard sale. We had reached the point of giving up entirely and went to Premier as a last resort on our way home. We met Dexter and were pleasantly surprised. We found a few cars we were interested in. He put all the cars we liked together to compare. We decided to test drive an Acura and he put a tag on it. Surprisingly, he never asked for anything such as any identification. The other dealerships wanted a copy of our license and one even wanted proof of insurance. Another wanted the keys to hold of the vehicle we drove to the lot. Dexter only knew our first names. I asked if he needed anything prior to the test drive and he said he trusts us and take as long as we want. We decided to buy the car but our bank was closed so we couldn't get a cashiers check and didn't have time to return until the following Sunday. The following Sunday, we were still busy most of the day and called at 5PM to let Dexter know we were on the way and confirm they were open until 6PM. He said they'd already closed. I asked him why he didn't call us to confirm we were coming and he said because you told me you'd be here and I trust you so I was just going to wait. He was the only person there when we arrived and had everything ready to process. Dexter is a true professional.

I called and spoke with Rob and explained I was wanting to buy the Pilot. I was calling from several states away, so he facetimed me every inch and even took me for a drive! I left a down payment over the phone and when I came in, I just wrote a check and drove off. Very easy buying. The Pilot was the lowest price I could find, and Rob explained that's why there is no negotiation. Still the cheapest around.

I had been searching for a Ford Escape for some time now. I found one they were selling and it was a good price with good miles. I called ahead to make sure it was there. I pulled up and looked around outside for a minute. I couldn't find it and no one had come out to help me. I then went inside and still no one came out to help me. I saw some people in the offices and they saw me too. I thought they were waiting on a customer but it turned out to be just two employees sitting their talking. I waiting another minute and walked around to the other side of the building where I saw more people standing around a car talking. And they saw me too. Again I thought it was customers but it was not. Finally one of them came in to greet me. Since I knew what I wanted I asked him if I could talk to the sales manager and I didn't want to deal with a sales person. He said there wasn't one. Only the owner. OK. So I asked him if I could get the keys to the car. He followed me out there and the whole time he wasn't concerned with me at all. He stayed glued to his cell phone texting people or facebooking or whatever. I kept asking questions and most of his answers where I don't know. So I found an oil leak on the car and pointed it out. He didn't say anything. I found a couple more issues and again just nothing. So I was ready to make an offer on the car and negotiate a price and I asked him who I need to talk to about purchasing the car. He told me him. Well at this point I don't want to deal with someone who isn't the slightest bit helpful and more of a pain so I flat out tell him that I don't want to talk to him any more and I want to buy the car from the owner or manager or someone else in charge. He tells me he isn't going to give me a number to call someone else or let them know I am here. He finally realizes he isn't going to sell me anything and passes me off to another salesperson and storms out the door. The new salesperson was a little more helpful. Again he wanted me to deal with him and when I did not want to he became disgruntled and told me I can sit and wait and hope that the owner or manager may come in. Their process is they call the owner and work out a price. Obviously that is not what I wanted to do. I just asked them to tell the owner there is a customer here who would like to talk with him directly. They all refused to pass my message to the owner. And then the first guy came back in and started saying how rude I was to him cause I did not want to negotiate through him. I left my name and number there for the owner to call me when he is able to. Of course he never called me. I am sure the salesman just tossed it in the trash. I just wanted to buy a car and speak to the person selling me the car. Why is that so hard to understand? I got treated so poorly and made to wait around while all these salespersons just sat around talking to each other. This place is horrible. I would suggest just looking elsewhere period. Their prices are not that great where I would want to deal with their "no help no care" attitude. It is absolutely ridiculous. Now look at the date of my post. In a day or so from now I bet there is a follow up post saying how awesome this place is.

I looked all over the tri-state for an early 2000-ish Civic. I found a few at their lot, they had a few that were very nice and they all had a very good sticker price. I ended up buying one and although they were unwilling to negotiate, they were still the lowest in the tri-state for that mileage on that car. Scott was SUPER helpful even though we took up alot of his time test driving multiple cars. I recommend working with Scott!

I contacted the dealership online as I live out of state. I asked what were the chances of my son buying a vehicle with only the down payment and employment verification. I received an email to call back ASAP. When I finally was able to get them, the person answering put me on hold and never came back. I called again a little later and was met with haste and indifference. When I asked for more information on the sales/buying, process he started raising his voice and talking to me as if I was a moron. I said I was sorry I had bothered him and hung up. Rob obviously didn't want to sell a car today.

We visited this dealership during the last week of January and were dealing with the salesperson named Erik. We were looking for a 1st car for our son, something dependable, but not too expensive. We found that perfect car for him. It was a 1998 Honda Accord LX with 157,xxx miles on it and in fairly decent shape. On Friday, January 30th, we looked at it again and decided to purchase the car. We put a $300 cash deposit on it, to secure the vehicle. My son was extremely excited about it and was able to obtain enough money to pay for the car, in full on Wednesday, February 4th, 2015. Excitedly, we got the car insured, went to the bank and got the money to purchase the vehicle. Went to the dealership to pick up his new ride! We walk in to the dealership and another salesman advised us that the car was sold last Sunday to a different person! My son was obviously upset about this. The salesman apologized and called for Erik to come in. Erik came in and of course, I expected him to make this right as I was furious. My son and I decided to give him a chance to make it right by looking at two other low priced cars and said as long as you can match the price of the one they wrongfully sold to someone else. He took us out and we test drove and looked at 2 others. Erik then said there is no reason for both of us to take a loss and was not able to knock some money off of another, older vehicle, blaming the mishap on their computer system. He was not willing to make things right! So my son and I decided to get our deposit back and give our business to someone else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT.

I went down to look at an Impala advertised. It was in poor condition, which I pointed out to the salesman. He didn't seem in the slightest concerned, nor really that interested in helping me. I looked at several other cars, and each of them seemed in worse condition than the last. When there was a car I was interested in test driving, the hood had to be opened to jump start it. There was a loose protection piece in the engine compartment (so loose it was falling apart). I pointed it out to the salesman, who was unconcerned and was going to let me drive the car anyway. Instead, I thanked him for his time and left. Waste of time and gas money driving there.

My fiance and I were greeted warmly by Rob. Getting to the Scion with a rebuilt title I had driven over 60 miles to see, I immediately saw that one tire was flat and another too low. The car wouldn't start. The battery wasn't even connected properly. After the Rob kindly got the vehical to start, I inspected everything. With the title, wear and tear, the year, and miles the car was not worth the price. Non-negotiable even with a serious buyer.

Dexter at Premier Automotive was amazing. We contacted him 4 days before we arrived to test drive and purchase our 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L. We let him know we were coming down from the Northern Dayton area to test drive the vehicle and he had it ready and waiting, heated and all and let us test drive it straight away. When we arrived back at the dealership, we explained several of our concerns, which he promised to remediate right away and followed through with the same. He also informed us that two other potential buyers had arrived and in order to ensure we didn't lose the vehicle while waiting for our lender to go through the motions to get the financing finalized, he gave us the keys to the vehicle. He was very personable and spoke to myself and my husband in a friendly manner. Like previous reviewers have noted, there was no pressure, no haggling. As a female, my only complaint was that there was no toilet paper available in the women's restroom and it was clearly being used by males as well. Put the seat down and wipe up after yourselves, boys!!! :) All in all, we were extremely satisfied. Highly recommend checking them out. We are planning to have the vehicle checked out for any service/maintenance needs, but at this point we are grateful.

Dexter was great from the beginning. Not pushy, just helpful. After we completed the deal, there were a few follow up items to address. He could easily have blown us off at that point, but instead went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He proved himself to be a man of integrity and we highly recommend him. The only fault I would mention is that he's a Bengals fan ;) Also worth mentioning is that they set fair prices to begin with. No ridiculous markups, no haggling.

It was a '99 Wrangler with high miles, and when I got there, Scott made sure there was plenty of gas in the Jeep and checked the dip stick for me. It was great working with Scott!!! The prices they had on their vans that met my criteria were unbeatable! I left a happy customer with my 2007 Honda odyssey! Chris was very nice and easy to work with. I accidentally came across this dealership while researching a few cars I was interested in. I decided to check it out because their prices were much more reasonable than anywhere else I had looked. When I arrived, I was greeted in a friendly not pushy manner and ended up buying the car I wanted that day. Steve was THE NICEST person I have ever bought a car from. I got the car I wanted, at a great price, there was no haggling or pushy people trying to sell you more than you wanted. Most times I dread buying a car because I don't like dealing with the people. Not this time. This was the best experience I have had and will definitely return when I decide to buy another one. I will definitely recommend Premier Automotive Group to anyone I know is looking for a car. Great cars, great prices, great people.

I called and talked to Rob to confirm they were there. Drove up and found the cars in good shape. Decided on one and made the purchase. Buying process was smooth and straight-forward. Rob found a spare key after we were gone and mailed it to us promptly.

Called twice about a vehicle I was very interested in, decent communication with the salesman the first time, very poor the second. I made the trip to visit and found the vehicle in worse condition than advertised, despite direct questions on indicated components. The back seat was still full of dog hair; the dealership clearly spends no time preparing the vehicles for sale (or maintenance checkups?) and will not budge on price. Salesmen did not inspire much confidence and thoroughly dissuaded me from purchasing anything at this 5 week old establishment. A wasted trip.

I live pretty far from this dealership, however they had a truck that was exactly what I wanted. I tried to contact them twice through the website. After the try I received 1 email stating they had the truck stop by, u replied it was very easy for me to just stop by; but if they could answer some specific questions I was very interested in making arrangements to drive up and purchase the truck.......I received NO response. ..a week later the advertised the truck for $500 less but I didn't even bother obviously it was not worth their time.
