Appreciate excellent customer service by Jose! He had us fit with a car in quick time. We decided to look for cars 2 hours before close. Power stayed open to finish our paperwork. Jose did a great job figuring out what we were looking for and knowing what was of interest for us. I even down to color. The next day he got me right in, on my timeline, to reset codes and show me all the ends and outs of the technology. He was patient to make sure all of my questions were answered but quick to move through the process as to not waste any of our time. Great touch remembering our names after close of sake. Jordan did an excellent job explaining options and risks. Appreciate the entire process! We will return to Power in the future.

We went looking for a 2018/2020 pilot with a specific model and color in mind. Spent a couple of weeks looking at different dealerships in and around our local area for both new and used. A friend recommended Power Honda in Albany having recently purchased a new Passport from them. We had experience with them with our older Honda car and Van for service in years past. We called them up and discussed what we were looking for. Within a weeks time they had the exact vehicle we were looking for from another dealer in another state. They got the vehicle very quickly to the dealership in Albany. The purchasing process was smooth and without any issues. Everything during the purchase process was clearly explained and identified. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and excellent to deal with. They made the experience very easy and absolutely no pressure. Worked with Kyle Hernandez as our salesman and he was great!! Immediately following an accident that resulted in my car being totalled, I called Power and asked for a financial consultant. My credit is very poor. I was transfered to Randy. I explained my situation of needing a reliabe car, I commute 170 miles 6 days a week, that gets good mileage, comfortable as I am a big girl that I could get financing for. Randy found me the perfect 2016 Accord. I researched the specs and price was very fair. Service was exceptional. Because of my long work hours all I had to do was show up, sign papers and drive away. I will never buy a car anywhere else. Everyone was wonderful!!!

This is the second new Honda we have purchased from Power Honda of Albany. The sales reps, Tami and David were both very attentive helpful and followed through after the sale. Tami called about a week after the sale as a follow up. The finance department made it possible to drive away with the car the same day. We had taken a our CRV in for servicing and spotted a 2016 Honda Pilot with Navi on the lot. Exactly what we were looking for. The Power service department is excellent and alwaysgets us in and out on schedule. I highly recommend Power Honda.

Had a great experience. Scott Goodman was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new car. They had all the information I was looking for but did not push. I had a great experience finding another car after mine was no longer usable. I was a little concerned. I didn't want to deal with a company that tries to pressure you into buying whatever is best for them. I am happy to say that wasn't the case with Power Honda. The sales man wasn't pushy at all. I was in the market for a 2011 Honda Pilot (to be used as a tow vehicle, so why not buy used and save some money?), and did an online search for one in the Portland area. I found a few stripped down models at a couple of shady dealers, a couple at the local Honda dealer which were too expensive, and a quick visit to their lot showed me that I didn't really want to deal with them, and then I found the top of the line Touring model for sale down in Albany. An e-mail to the internet sales manager Jordan confirmed that the car was still in stock, and I was out the door like a flash. In the past, I've purchased 15 or more cars from dealers of all types, all over the nation. I'm a car deal veteran. I know ALL the tricks. I'm pleased to say that *NONE* of the tricks were tried here. It was a stress-free purchase. I had a price in mind, I told Jordan, and we made it work. They paid what I thought my trade was worth (verified with KBB nonetheless), and met my price on the Pilot (Less than KBB says it's worth BTW). I couldn't be happier with the experience.If you are within driving distance of them, and are in the market for a new/used car, do yourself a favor, and check out their website, and go in for a test drive. I think you'll be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

We had a wonderful expirience from the first call to Margo to pre set up the " Costco" deal, to the time we got in our almost new car and drove off the lot with smiles on everyone's faces! Margi was a great help and then turned us over to the sweetest and most knowledgeable salesperson you'd ever want to deal with. "MoMo"! And then fun guy Joe who handled the $$$$ part. We feel that we've made good friends there and stop in for a chat and free car wash when in town. Service dept is great, too, for oil changes!! We looked at new Hondas, but ended up with almost new Suburu Outback with only 7,000 miles! Love it!! Thanks to all for your "no pressure" help. We'll be back!! God Bless all!

Completed a form for the car I wanted and submitted to Costco auto buying program. Received an email from David Maciera about how that type of car (2WD) wasn't normally available in the NW and that he had done a search and couldn't find one in the state. Then received an email from him asking if I was still looking for a car. I emailed him back to let him know that I had found the type of car that I was looking for in Portland. He responded by explaining to me that the Portland dealers marked up their cars and if I was considering trading in my car it would have diminished value because it was only a 2wd. I thought I was the customer.....Won't be going here to purchase a car.

This was our first experience buying any vehicle from a dealership, so we went in with a healthy amount of skepticism, prepared for the "hard sell" that one often hears about with regard to auto sales. After arriving at the dealership and spending some time with the folks who work there, we became much more relaxed about affair. The experience my wife and I had at Power Honda was great. Everybody we spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. They never tried to push us into adding features we didn't want or need, and were very upfront about pricing and how to go about getting the best deal on our new Civic. Since they have a small lot, the selection may not be as varied as at larger dealerships, but they were always willing to help us find exactly the right car for us, even if that meant trading with another dealership elsewhere in the state.I would gladly deal with this dealership again.

We had shopped at dealers throughout the valley and were on our way up to buy from another dealer when we thought we would stop one more time and just check out Power Honda in Albany. When we checked online, they didn't have the car we wanted, but we thought since we're driving right past, we would stop in for a minute to look. Jordan was awesome to work with! I recently just bought my first car. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for and a budget, and Jordan was great at helping me to focus on what features of the car were important to me while keeping it in my price range. I'm going to run out of superlatives quickly here, trying to express how completely pleased and satisfied my wife and I are after leasing a new Honda Odyssey from Power Honda. While trying to decide on leasing an Odyssey, I think I contacted just about every dealership in the Willamette valley. I got a spectrum of answers ranging from the ridiculous to the nebulous. When I finally connected with Adam at Power, I knew I had found the right place to make a deal. Adam's straight answers to all my questions and no-nonsense numbers on the first request were a breath of fresh air. The entire staff at Power is fantastic. Margo was incredibly helpful and Randy made the paperwork a breeze. David gave us a wonderful, detailed introduction to our Odyssey. The entire experience at this dealership was outstanding. The biggest reason for that was Luke. He was genuine and completely knowledgeable about the cars he was selling. He answered every question I had and did so with authority. He was low pressure but completely engaged. I also appreciated how he pointed out some things that really mattered to a car buyer like me. I felt great about the price and was thrilled beyond belief when I left with a brand new Accord. Nothing is better than a car buying situation where both parties win. The finance manager was terrific and was incredibly organized. The actual signing process was quicker and easier than I've ever experienced in my many years of car buying. I would recommend buying from Power Honda to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I had been looking at Hertz car sales but after visiting the guys at Power Honda, the choice was more than obvious. Everyone who helped me: Dan, Jordan, Joe, and Mo were AWESOME!! I never felt pressured for a second. I felt comfortable asking questions and they had no problem with me asking to take the vehicle to a mechanic to get it checked out. They wanted to see me get into the right vehicle for me, not just into ANY vehicle for the sake of making a sale. They didn't try any of the shady dealer tricks some dealers do, they didn't gauge me on the price of the vehicle, and they offered me a very fair value for my trade in. I cannot say the same for other dealers I have dealt with. I would trust any of these guys, any day. They worked hard to get me financed, which I know was not easy, given one MAJOR ding on my credit history. To top it off, they made sure I left the lot with a full tank of gas! Who does that? Power Honda does. This is the way it should be!! Thanks guys!

I had been dreading buying a car, I hate the whole process. I stopped at Power Honda and was really apprehensive. Jordan helped me shop, and really listened to what I needed in a car, what I wanted to spend, and answered all my questions. There were two vehicles I was looking at and not once did he try to pressure into buying the more expensive car. He had an appointment show up while he was working with me, so he had Mo continue helping me. Jordan was great though and checked in with me several times. Mo was really helpful in finalizing my purchase. I stressed to him that I didn't want to be stuck there all day, he assured me that we'd be done within the hour and he was right. It was the fastest, easiest, and friendliest car buying experience I've ever had. I won't hesitate to go back there next time I want a car, but I'm sure it'll be awhile before that happens because I'm loving my 2013 Civic!

Ive never had a problem with the car, its ran perfectly, the service Ive gotten from the dealership is usually just fine. This past weekend, I brought it in for a routine oil change. Everything went smoothly, however, when we went to check out, the service tech had recommended that I have the transmission fluid flushed on the car. This was interesting to find out, especially since your guys had just changed it 6,000 miles ago. When I told the service advisor of this, he went out to the car, proceeded to check the transmission fluid, came back into the building and told us it was a false alarm and that the fluid looked perfect. This seems a little deceptive to me. Why are your techs recommending a service that has already been done on my car and not needed? Does this have anything to do with the 66% rate increase for oil changes that youre now charging?I decided to leave it alone, pay my bill and leave. My fiance and I spent the afternoon 3 miles away at his grandparents house and when we went to leave, the car started to idle funny. We decided it was probably a fluke and pulled back out onto the main road. At this point, the car is making a loud muffled noise and not wanting to rev up much when accelerating. I got to a main intersection trying to head back to I-5 North and was stopped at a red light. The car is wanting to die, sputtering, its idling really low and suddenly it dies on me. I put the car in park, turned the key in the ignition, it starts right back up, the light turns green and before I can hit the gas, it dies again. Traffic is heavy behind me, people are getting irritated, the car behind me nearly plows into the back of my bumper. There are no indicators on the dashboard showing me anything is wrong. I again put the car in park, turn the key in the ignition, slide it into drive very quickly and hit the gas. This gets me through the intersection and to the next light that is red. Again, the car dies on me twice. At this point, Im just trying to get back to the dealership to find out what has been done to my vehicle. Weve nearly been hit now several times by the cars behind us, Im panicked and shaking because I dont know what is going on with my car that has had no problem whatsoever up until this point and worried were going to have a serious accident. We finally manage to get back to the dealership where the service advisor (Derrel Dale) is just about to leave for the day as its now after 4pm. He tells us theres not much that can be done until Monday since everyone has gone home and puts us in a courtesy car which was pretty dirty and low on gas but it ran so that was most important. Monday we get a call from Chad Augustine, the service manager, that the vehicle is ready to be picked up. The tech that had originally worked on it (Hugh Brower) had removed the air filter to inspect it and not clipped it all the way back into place.When we arrived at the dealership yesterday to pick up our car, Chad didnt even offer an apology, he simply handed us the keys and said There you go. When I decided to voice my concern about the lack of quality that was applied while working on my vehicle during the oil change, the fact that our safety had been compromised and this mistake very easily could have caused a serious collision with my vehicle, Chads response was very nonchalant. I was told he had spoken to the tech Monday morning, hed never made that kind of mistake in the past and these things happen when the tech is in a rush and hopefully it wouldnt happen again in the future. When my fiance pointed out that there wasnt anyone else waiting in the lobby while we were having the oil changed and there was no reason to be in a rush, Chad spat out that there were fifteen appointments on Saturday and one tech, what do you want me to say?. I had a hard time picking my jaw up from the floor. Are you seriously telling me that this is the way one of your managers handles this type of situation? I told Chad that I, too, work in customer service and that I understand this isnt his fault, per se, but that it was unacceptable for this type of mistake to happen and that his lack of concern and sincerity had me completely boggled. He sat there staring at me and stated that there has to be a solution to every problem and that he didnt know what I wanted and didnt know what else he could say to me.There were other customers in the lobby at this time and I hope to God every one of them heard this entire conversation. What kind of person do you have managing your service department? Is this really how you want to treat your customers? Is this what we can expect? I had to take off work, use my PTO, come in there and get my vehicle after your crew caused a hazardous error which put my safety in very real jeopardy. How it is my problem that you have chosen to short-staff your service department to the point that your techs are doing shoddy work is beyond me and I certainly didnt deserve the mechanical mess it put me in or the pathetic response your service manager gave me. I work for a credit union where many members are shopping for cars and you can rely on something here, I will never recommend Power Auto Group to anyone and will be certain to pass on my experience with everyone.A good friend of mine was about to purchase a new Honda and contemplating going to Power Honda in Albany when she read my Facebook post about this ordeal. She stated she most definitely wouldnt be going there after all and has decided to look at a different Honda dealership. You can tell your service manager to try acting like he cares about his customers or at the very least, his job, the next time he wants to know what more he can say.

David Maceira at Power Honda in Albany is a very knowledgeable, supportive, no-b.s. salesman - his great manner defies the stereotype of the high-pressure car salesmen we all try to avoid. He was careful to keep me well-informed and I was impressed with the depth and breadth of his knowledge about a car that hasn't been around much yet (the Fit EV). He has clearly done his homework! After researching the 2013 Honda Accord my wife & I decided to take a closer look and test drive one.She was very specific on the color/options she wanted in a new car as we had looked at the other mfg'sproducts and did not find a vehicle that met her standards. Power Honda has a very informative WEBthat not only showed the inventory but showed the "in-transit" and that's where I found the color/optioned vehicle we were looking for. At that point I sent an e-mail to Power Honda and David Maceira responded, he informed me that the car we were interested in would arrive within a week and it did. We scheduled an appointment with the expectations that he would go from A to Z on all of the functions/options so we understood just how to use and enjoy the highly optioned car. We then took it out for ride, super carthat is was, David spent almost 2 hours and we felt no pressure to ink a deal. We needed to wait until the medial bills had arrive from my wife's recent surgery before I would committee to a new car, and again I did not get any pressure from David. We missed out on that car and one other that arrive that was a pre-sold car but when the next one arrive we were ready and quickly arrived at a price and closed that deal quickly. When we arrived at the dealership David spent time to go back thru all of the features the car had to offer and committed to being available to assist us on any question or issues with the vehicle should they come up.We finalized the paperwork with Adam Ceboll one of the sales managers and again, no pressure on some of the other options availableshould we chose to select them.Without question we would highly recommend the Power Honda dealership and their commitment to a professional no pressure approachto the new car buying experience!Thanks to David and Adam.Michael & Ernie Pinckard

I was very fortunate that Power Honda had a listing for the car I was looking for, because they have David Maceira as one of their sales consultants. David was unlike anyone else I had dealt with thus far. He gave me such honest and great advise about purchasing a vehicle. David used an unbiased opinion and made it very clear that his goal was for me to have no regrets and to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He spent so much time over several days, answering all my questions and concerns. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a purchase. Even though Albany is over 70 miles from where I live, Power Honda sent a drive up to get me, so that I was able to come down and test drive the car and make my decision. Finance Manager, Randy Paxton, spent time searching around for the lowest finance rate available, based off my credit and the car I was purchasing. Lets just say that I was not going to settle, and he sure did deliver! Even since I have purchased my car, he has spent time over the phone answering ALL my questions. Never making me feel like I was being tedious. I also have to say thank you to Sales Manager, Adam Ceboll. He got to be the lucky one, who goes over all the paper work and sighing. Since purchasing my car, Drew has been amazing as well. He never had anything to do with the actual sale, but has done everything in making sure that I am being taken care of. Seriously, everyone that I have spoke with, from the first time I inquired about a vehicle, has been so respectful and accommodating. I could not have wished for a better experience. When I went to Power Honda, I was looking for a used vehicle and there weren't on the property that I could get financed for but with the great customer service and help from the staff, especially David and Randy, I was able to get a brand new Civic instead. They worked within my budget and made sure that I had everything I needed before completing the sale. This was my first time buying a car at a dealership (versus private deals) and I'm glad to say all the salesman myths were proved wrong. David did not pressure me at all and gave me more than enough options of vehicles to choose from. He even had a car drove in from another dealership! My husband called ahead of time to get details about a car and Mo answered all our questions and when we arrived had the car all warmed up (it was freezing outside!) and ready to test drive. Since we had to bring our 11 month old daughter I was worried this would be an issue but it never was. Mo offered to put the car seat in the new car even though we decided to test drive one at a time while my daughter played with the toys the dealership had set up for this type of situation. When it was my turn to test drive the car I tried to decline since I get nervous in new cars in new towns but instead of letting it go Mo drove out to a road that wasn't busy and let me test drive it so I was comfortable. I am so glad I did. I love the car! Then came the whole negotiation process... the part of buying a car I HATE! Surprisingly, it was easy. Joe looked at our trade in and made an offer based on Kelly Blue Book. When that wasn't quite enough for us to be able to afford the new car, Joe asked what we would like to see. He came back and said that would work for them. There was no back and forth at all (much appreciated!) and all the figures came from Kelly Blue Book so I felt confident they were fair. At no point did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or that the dealership was acting shady at all. From beginning to end everyone was so nice, accommodating and most importantly straight forward. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and in fact we are looking to buy another car in a month or so and plan to go back there first.

I brought my 2011 Honda Pilot into the service department today to have the oil changed. I decided to wait in the lobby while the service was performed. After about 30 minutes Lance came and told me what the recommendations for the Honda were to rotate the tires at $12 and that I also needed the air and cabin filters replaced at $100. So I said go ahead on the tires but not the filters. I called my brother who works as a mechanic for Honda in California and he said the filters should have been replaced before I purchased the vehicle in January '12 for it to be considered certified. I have only put 5000 miles on the Honda. The filters need to be replaced every 15,000 miles (average). So I asked Lance if they had been replaced before I purchased the vehicle and he looked it up on the computer and said that at the time they certified the vehicle the filters did not need to be replaced. I told my brother what Lance had told me and he said that they should have been replaced and that is why they say the vehicle is certified because everything has been checked and replaced. He said that the filters should have definitely been replaced before I purchased it. I was very unhappy with the way Lance was talking to me and with his responses. I asked if the dealer provided a customer satisfaction survey and he said no. I went to sit back down and about 10 minutes later Nicole came over to me and introduced herself as the service manager. She showed me the 'used car certification' invoice that was done on the vehicle before I purchased it and guess what? The filters had been changed before I purchased the vehicle. The 'service codes' on the dashboard said they needed to be changed so thats why they said they needed to be changed. They did not take the filters out and inspect them. So the point of the whole story is that they were going to charge me $100 to change filters that had already been replaced had I agreed to it. Plus I was told they had not been replaced when, in fact, they had. I again called my brother and he said if they had been replaced 5000 miles earlier than the computer sensor code should not have said that they needed to be replaced. So does this mean that the Honda service department is not doing there jobs properly and resetting the codes after they have done the service? How many people has this happened to? If I did not have a family member that worked for Honda I would have never known.

My husband and I were looking for new family car, we had on our list Toyota Venza, Honda Pilot, Honda CR-V, GMC Terrain, Jeep Compass, Ford Escape and Ford Edge. After 2 month of research we narrowed our choice to Honda CR-V and Pilot. We decided to go with CR-V because of better mileage. Local dealerships (Portland, Beaverton) didn't have color and trim I wanted and finally my husband found the ONE we looked for at Albany Power Honda and it was cheaper then at other places. Larry Estes answered all our questions about the vehicle and financing options. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. After we got approved for credit we got 2 financing options - by Honda and by our bank. The bank got us better APR but when we applied we forgot to add to the final amount of loan a DMV fee for the vehicle registration and plates. Randy Paxton helped us to resolve this small issue, he contacted our bank and added that amount to our loan keeping our APR as we liked it. We were very satisfied how Larry and Randy helped us to get the car of our dream to be reality. Today it is one week driving our new CR-V and we really love it, it has everything we need and drives very smooth. Thank you Power Honda personnel for great customer service, vehicle selection and awesome prices!

We were extremely happy with the service we recieved from Gary Shields. He was very honest and informative. He answered all our questions and was very patient with us as we test drove many cars. He helped to make our new car purchase a positive experience. Randy Paxton, the finance manager, was also very professional and made the paperwork section quick and painless. Joe Daye however was the complete opposite. He was confusing, and contradictory to what we were hearing from Gary and Randy. We did not trust him and we felt uncomfortable dealing with him. I can say without a doubt if he had been the main or first person we were dealing with, we would have bought our new car somewhere else.

We were happy with the people we deslt with, I would have preferred to have had the sales person go through the options that our new vehicle has and given us a list of the options available so that we were able to choose everything we wanted at the beginning. Their method is to give you a price and sell you the vehicle they have on the lot, then ask later if you want anything else added when you are in the business office. Now that we know their system, the next time we buy a car, we will make sure that we take control and we will make our choices before we settle on a specific vehicle.

I have had my Honda Odessy service at Bill rodgers, now Power Honda since it was new in 2003. They have always been honest very competent, and friendly in my years gong there. After Power bought the dealership, I was a little worried things might change, however they have improved just enough to mover from great to outstnading. Nicole, and now Lance(whom I have worked with at another dealership in the past, have always been attentive and keep me informed. They don't push products I don't need. In short, I would recommend this dealership to anyone with a Honda. That can't be said for all dealer service centers.

Jere Cox, the salesperson, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle purchase as it was not in stock.The vehicle ended up coming in 2 weeks earlier than planned, so that was a pleasant surprise. My experience began with an online request which generated a response from an actual person. Great attention was paid to what I wanted in a new car to best be able to meet my expectations within my price range. An appointment to test drive a couple of models that appealed to me was made. I was on time and there was no waiting. I wasn't pressured at all to consider anything I didn't show an interest in or had a question about. After I made my decision, a deal was struck that included fair market for my trade in, as advertised sale price, better than expected interest rate and lower than expected cash out of pocket. All of which came together to beat what I would have considered an acceptable monthly payment and total price by a good margin. The vehicle was thoroughly explained and I was shown every bell and whistle, where to find information in the owner's manual and numbers to call for even more assistance. All other paperwork was clear and presented in an orderly fashion. I would recommend Power Honda and the friendly, courteous, attentive staff there to anyone.

This is the second new car we have purchased from this dealer and there is a reason we returned. We like there they really do offer the best price possible. Both times we stopped other places first and both times the other places have tried to tell us the car we want is so popular and rare we would have to pay sticker and we won't find it anywhere else, yet both times we ended up going to Power and they just offer a great price and do what they can so there isn't really a need to haggle and we don't leave feeling ripped off. We plan on buying future cars there. We encourage others to as well.

I used to live in Albany Oregon and brought my car to this dealership to have it serviced. I had contact with Cascade Honda one time while living in Klamath Falls and that was enough for me not to trust them. I had a list of issues with my car that I "saved" with me until I had time on spring break to bring my car to this dealership. I trust this dealership and have for years. I live 225 miles away and still bring my car her to be serviced. The staff is very friendly and I have the confidence that I am being treated fairly and honestly.

This is my 10th Honda since the mid 80's all but one of them has been purchased at the Bill Rogers/now Power Honda. Most of the people that I have dealt with over all of these years have been with the dealer ship for years. I have developed a relationship of mutual respect and all of my Honda buying experiences have been no nonsense and to the point of the deal.From my observatons I am sure that others receive the same level of service and commitment that I have enjoyed for all of these years.
