I had an appointment and dropped my car off at 11:30 a.m. for an oil change and they were going to look at the hydraulic lift on the tailgate. I hadn't heard anything after nearly four hours so I called and couldn't reach a human being. I went to the dealership only to find that the paperwork had been lost and nobody knew where my car was. I could see it in the side lot and walked right over to it. I checked the oil sticker on the windshield to find that the service had not been completed and went back inside to tell them that I would like my keys. Needless to say I was pretty mad. Despite the fact that I have "the karen" haircut, I was polite. After several minutes and advisor came up and apologized. They have no explanation as to why it happened. No explanation would have been good enough anyway. He did in fact offer to do the service for free if I bring it back at another time. As my time is valuable I suggested they come to my home, pick the vehicle up, take it back to the dealership, perform the service and return the vehicle to me. He obliged. All in all I'm only out four hours of time so they did make it right. Everyone was polite and accommodating. UPDATE: Unfortunately I was stupid enough to scheduled an oil change for 11:00 a.m. this morning. I arrived at 10:30. At 12:20 I walked up to the counter to find out why the delay. They hadn't even put my car on the rack. They offered to pull it in the bay immediately. I offered to take my keys and never come back again! You would be wise to do the same. I have no idea what their problem is. Maybe it's just personal and they don't like me?!?

My most recent oil change went fairly quickly. I did wait longer on my first oil change earlier this year. The staff are friendly and attentive. I was offered a service for oil changes that I have never been offered at my local dealer. (I don't live near this dealership.) I was informed this offer is made at many dealerships across the country. Thank you for bringing my attention to this offer.

First off - Holly is a rock star. I've bought my share of vehicles in my life, and this was by far the best experience I have had. I drove down from Jacksonville because Posner had the only jeep in the state with all my desired options. Holly met me with a smile, was super friendly, answered all my questions. I drove away happy. I intend to keep my jeep for life, but if i had to buy again, I would make the drive to Posner again in a Heartbeat.

My wife and I drove 1 1/2 hours to get to Davenport to purchase a truck that we believed to be a good deal. When we arrived, we spoke to the General Manager Tony due to a pricing issue from earlier in the day (they had a fixed price on the truck until I called and spoke to someone at the dealership and after I showed interest, the price rose by $1,000). He directed us to Adolf, a salesman, who took us for a test drive. When were arrived back from the test drive Adolf walked inside to get some paper he left inside and when he returned to take us inside to do the paperwork, he brought out another man whom he stated had just purchased the truck from him. We were flabbergasted and went in to speak to a manager. We were directed to speak to Matthew, the sales manager, and after we explained to him the issues, he said rudely, "ok?". Once again we were taken aback and after a few minutes of him saying that this happens all the time, my wife and I left very upset. About 1 1/2 hours later, I received a call from the Sales Manager Matthew who said that the man wanted to buy a car for himself and one for his wife but they couldn't come to a deal so the truck was available. I said I would call back and hung up. I then received three more calls over the next 15 hours and when I answered the third call I was given a different story by Adolf about why the truck wasn't purchased. This place has been terrible and not a single persons from the dealership ever said "sorry" or any version of it. I will never shop there again.

Long story short - Service Department does not pick up a phone calls nor return phone calls either. I dropped off my truck there for service and didn't receive a call from them. I called them - no one picked up so I left a message. Nothing.... After 2 days I needed a truck to do a delivery and they told me that truck is not ready and if I want to get it - I have to pay $300 bill for diagnostics. I refused and asked for GM - when he came out - his name was Tony Reeves - he called me a Thief and told me to never come back. I was stunned together with other people in the room. This guy should be fired. I am not gonna let it go like this - planning to prepare legal actions being taken

They took the time to show us our vehicles, and all the aspects of them. We love our 2016 Jeep Patriot Sport, and our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan with DVD system in it. This is a 2015 Town & Country, purchased at Posner Chrysler and still under warranty.We made a 10:00 AM appointment for four items: Oil change Tire Rotation Problem with GPS showing blue at top -- making it look like we were driving into a lake End of shifter knob had fallen offWhen we made the appointment we indicated we would be waiting and were told it would take approximately 2 hoursWe arrived at 9:45 and were informed that if we wanted them to do the oil change/rotation it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before they could get started. We told them to skip those two items and proceeded to the waiting room.Two hours later our service adviser told us the vehicle was ready. We were told the problem with the GPS is that we were zoomed out too far so they could do nothing to fix it, and that they had to order the shift knob.The bottom line is that we wasted two hours and nothing was done with the car.PS. When the appointment ended we were told the shift knob would be in the next day and that we could just "stop in" to get it changed. One week later we were finally notified that the part had come in and that we would need an appointment to get it installed. So it begins again........

I was traveling from the west coast of Florida to the east coast of Florida when I noticed some smoke during my highway driving. I pulled off at Haines City and noticed that the smoke was coming from my engine where the oil filter was located. I had recently had my oil and filter changed at Sunset Jeep of Sarasota. I went to Posner Park Jeep at the same exit I had pulled off and was very distressed. This dealership went out of their way to help me even though they were very busy at the time. The service tech, mechanic and the salespeople were all very friendly and welcoming. My Jeep and trailer in tow were covered in oil -they cleaned the Jeep and gave me shop rags to clean my trailer. They made a very bad day much better as it was so refreshing to see that kind of personal service again (a rarity in today's world). I also couldn't believe what they charged me - wow! Thanks to everyone at this dealership!

We had visited several dealers but Posner Park Chrysler was 'hands down' the best of all. Mark Vargas, the sales consultant really listened to us and understood our situation. Then he worked very hard to find us a vehicle that met our circumstances at a fair price and within our budget. He really went 'above and beyond' what was expected. The Finance Manager Marcos Vargas also was outstanding to deal with, explaining everything and answering all our questions. Both Mark and Marcos made us feel like 'family' and we will without a doubt buy our next vehicle from them and this dealership as well as tell everyone we know who is looking to buy, new or used, this is the place to go. It was a pleasant and outstanding experience.

When my car was in the shop for almost three weeks and I could not get anyone in service to call me with an update I went in to personally speak to Tony Reeves the GM. Thought, ok the GM is in charge and will make things right. Well, unfortunately, he failed too. He promised he would have his service manager call me and he would call me to ensure I got the service manager call. Neither happened. Another week later I finally got my car with a promise that they would ensure all was covered for my trouble. A few months later I'm getting invoiced for payments due for what Posner Park denied to pay. When I called Tony, he again goes MIA no return calls. I text the service manager who personally told me to loop him in if I ever needed anything.....guess what no answer from him either. I has now been 18 days since I requested an answer from the service manager. I have left two voice mails to the GM with no return calls and the service manager is also now ignoring me. I guess their mission statement truly is a lie because I have never been a valued customer even though I dropped a lot of money for a brand new car. To top it all off I have a service contract with them so I'm stuck having to go there. Tony Reeves you should be ashamed of yourself and your professionalism is a joke. I tried to do this with you in person so we could hash this out like adults. You left me no choice but to put this for everyone to see.

I am extremely upset with my first buying experience with this dealership. My husband and I went to this dealership knowing exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, year make and model. They literally only needed to put a pretty bow on it and we would walk out happy customers. Knowing car buying isn't a 30 min process, we knew we would be there a couple hours. However, we were there sitting and waiting for them to close "their" deal for 6 hours and then some. Only to be given a vehicle that was not detailed before we left, (not that big of a deal), but had broken pieces to it such as a compartment in the rear floor board, the front fender on the driver side had come loose and was hanging once we got home from a short ride and the vehicle pulling to the right. (There was no way it was a low tire pressure issue-no sensors have gone off) Since it was not detailed the vehicle has had black smudge marks around it that our sales guy said would "buff off". I'm a mother of 2 that works very hard for my family and I do not have all the time in the world to waste miles on a 2016 vehicle to constantly drive back to your location to have you repair things on a 3 day old vehicle that our family just bought. When buying a brand new vehicle there is no expectation that it will already be broken, or have issues needing repairs . It isn't fair to say "well these things happen" per your sales manager -- because on a brand new vehicle from your dealership this should not happen. Not when the quality of your dealership name is on the line. And to tell me "you have a warranty up to 36000 miles we will repair it" is not enough. Need I remind you I bought this vehicle with 24miles on it from you on Saturday the 2nd and this should not be how you handle a paying customer with faulty equipment you sold me with a smile. We were told to bring the vehicle to have it repaired, my husband took time to bring it up to you just for you to tell him to bring it back another day. You not only inconvenienced him one day but will another day(also more miles on this brand new vehicle). I don't want you to simply repair a brand new vehicle I did not damage. This will be the last vehicle we purchase from this dealership. Sincerely A very angry, disappointed and upset customer!

I took my durango into the service department on June 27, 2016 to have new brakes and rotors put on, which totaled $1,000.00. You would think that they would return my car in the condition they received it in, wouldn't you? No. My car was filled with black, greasy finger prints and markings on my leather interior and carpeted floors, that took hours of scrubbing to remove. Some I couldn't get to come up and would require a $130 detailing service to remove. The service team must have also enjoyed watching the DVD player in the back seat while having my car over night as there were finger prints and marks all over the back seat area as well, which they would not need to go into when replacing outside parts. It was also obvious that they went through my things as there were prints all over the center console latch. After picking up my car on the 28th and returning home to find this mess I emailed my complaint to the department, via the website, as well as to a Tracy via email. (Who is the same name a women who answered the phones when we scheduled our service appointment and was very difficult to deal with) I never received a return message to either. Really shows me they care about their customers. I will not being returning to this dealership again.

The service writers are exemplary examples of professionalism. My first warranty repair was less than desirable. The failure occurred during the heat of the day and worked after overnight cooling. It took nearly 6 weeks to repair the Uconnect display unit that kept freezing or randomly displaying screens without driver input. Now repaired, with several time periods of parts being ordered, it works as designed. My service writer for that repair process has since resigned his position at Posner Chrysler. The second warranty repair was processed by service writer Henry, last name not recalled at this time. The A/C re-circulation button was rendered non-functional, failing during the heat of the day, when you needed it most. A week had elapsed for this repair only because parts had to be ordered and I was unable to return in 2 days to complete the repairs. Henry has always been very respectful and understanding during my visits. My criticism of both repairs is the parts were not on-hand to complete the repairs during the initial visit to the dealership. Additionally, when I needed other unrelated items from parts, they also had to be ordered. What parts/items do they actually stock? The normal maintenance visits are always performed with utmost professionalism. The waiting area is always neat and clean. As part of a management team, it is obvious to me, the primary reason I feel comfortable at this dealership is because the current management team truly cares about customer satisfaction with the repairs or maintenance actions completed. This level of professionalism does not happen by accident. It took a lot of hard work to reach this level of caring and maybe even more work to keep it there.

I took my car in for a warranty repair. My service adviser was Melissa Jolley. The entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, from the time I arrived until the time I left. Melissa got my car into the shop immediately. I was told the repair would take from and hour and a half to two hours, and in an hour and forty five minutes it was done. The technician performed a computer update as well as the repair. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and I will definately be back here.

Like their express service. Car was ready in the quoted amount of time. After checking out the car was no where to be seen. It was parked in the back corner of the lot not visible from the building. I think they should be able to drive your car to a designated area to be picked up. They also did not change the oil due sticker on the windshield. Waiting area is very confining and the coffee pots were empty.

I brought my car in (which is barely a year old) to this dealership because my fuel filler sensor wasn't working right (the gas pump kept immediately shutting off as I attempted to pump gas). I initially scheduled to have the sensor looked at. After their diagnostics, they said the whole fuel tank had to be changed and ordered a new one... no problem I guessed, seeing my car is still under warranty. What was supposed to be a few hours to a day of work; turned into almost a week with a rental. I called periodically throughout the week to get status updates on my car , seeing that my service advisor (Melissa Jolley) failed to do so, just to keep being informed that my car "should be ready by tomorrow"... this went on for the rest of the week. I finally received my car back that Friday and the first thing I did was went straight to the gas station. To my surprise, add soon as I attempted to use the pump, the pump stopped... problem still not solved. I made several calls to both Melissa and her service manager Mike Rago which went unanswered. I ended up calling the dealership that I brought my car from (which was over an hour away) to schedule the service. They pretty much told me what the problem was over the phone... "it's the fuel filler sensor", the exact issue I told Posner to fix (it's a common issue with Chrysler/Dodge cars). Anyway, after looking at it, they elected not to touch it and suggested that I take it back to Posner to fix the issue, because "they changed the tank, but didn't even change the faulty sensor". At this point the service department still haven't returned my calls. I decided to just show up, and they had no choice but to look at my car again. They agreed to order the new sensor (which was supposed to be delivered in a couple of days), and Melissa stated that she'd call me when the part arrived so I could bring my car in... never heard back from her. It took me calling AGAIN before she scheduled me to come in the following morning to get it taken care of. Well, I brought my car in the following morning, just to be told that they'll have to give me another rental because they had 3 techs out... and my car "should be ready by tomorrow"... I would NEVER come back to this place... not worth the headache by a long shot! I'd rather take the hour+ drive to Airport Dodge.

Made an appointment to see the leak professorial at 12, on Friday the 3-25-16. Arrived at the service department at approximately 11:45AM. Was greeted friendly and directed to check in. Stood waiting for about 10 minutes, saw a couple of reps just walking, around and not acknowledging me. ( very unpressional ) like if I was just a statue. Another person walked in and he was attended, that's when I spoke up. Finally Angie ( I think that was her name ) acknowledged me after 10 minutes of standing around. She said Gary was about to attend me. Anyways stood waiting till about 2 PM and the leak professional never showed up. I decided to have an oil change. Hopefully my next visit would be pleasant and the leak professional will show up. Forgot to add, I was standing directly in front of the managers office and he didn't even realize I wasn't being attended. I guess that standard procedure. INCREDIBLE

I had my van serviced for possible shift problems. My service adviser, Greg took a test ride and said it seemed fine, but had his Transmission technician check it out. It was fine. They also did an overall inspection and looked after a recall. All done in less than two hours and "No Charges". A very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Posner Park Chrysler.

I went to service and spoke with Tony, he was knowledgeable about my crazy electrical problem I was having. I took my PT Cruiser to 3 other dealership and spent over $1500.00 in repairs, and the problem still not fixed! Tony was honest and they found a wire that was half broken. I paid $300.00 and my car has been fine with no issues for 2 months now! Pisner Park is the only dealership I will go to! Great service, everyone is happy and you always feel welcomed!!

This is my second new Chrysler 300 from Posner Park. Tom 'ZBARR' Hirschman, the sales agent, Matt his manager and Marcos Vargos who did all the paper work and the finance, were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had them find out various prices on various options and they also located vehicles should I decide I didn't want one that didn't match what they held in their sizeable stock. I had many questions and answers were all given. I felt valued and certainly not pressured. I took details of some vehicles away and went back the following day to complete my purchase on my chosen vehicle (300s). On the basis of the service I have always received there (including the service department) I would not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle, I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. Give Tom a call if you are considering buying a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or a Ram. As we say in the UK (where I am from) this guy knows his onions!

Bought a new town and country on October. 20, 2015 3 days later I had to stop at the dealership, and the 3 deferent people I had delt with not one of them even new me . You would think after spending that kind of money at least one would remember me . Today I had to go the dealership to a new 30 day tag and they me wait for over an hour,and they wern't that busy ,so when I get ready to traditional again I won't be going to posner park they are very friendly until they get your money than they don't know you.

I purchased my 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible from your affiliate in Winter Haven last year. I brought my car into your dealership to replace the battery. After a two-hour wait, I was informed that the battery was dead, which of course I already knew. The service adviser proceeded to give me the estimate; $129 for a new battery and approximately $80 for labor. He said labor was extensive since the battery is located in the left front fender well. I informed him that I had called the Parts Dept. before I came over and they told me the battery was $49.95 for the 510 cranking amps. We went to the parts department and Michael said he quoted me $149.95, which is baloney. I confirmed with him on the phone that the battery was $50 bucks. Besides, why the variance in quoted phone price and the price service writer gave me? I went to Wal-Mart and got a new battery, INSTALLED for less than $50 ! I'll never visit your place again. My visit to Posner Park concerned an inoperative A/C system. No one came out to greet me when I pulled into the service drive. I had to go into the building and was delayed while the two service writers finished up a gossip session. The man who wrote up my service request had a sloppy and dirty appearance. He seemed annoyed that I came in. He did not listen closely to what I was saying and this delayed what should have been a simple process.They charged me a $100.00 diagnostic fee for the A/C evaluation. OK. I left the car there and they called me on the telephone later. Then they gave me an A/C repair quote of $1,700.00. This is a lot of money. I was not sure I could trust them because of the VERY negative impression they gave me. I did not agree to the repairs at that time because I wanted to get a second opinion.I picked up my car and drove home. The next morning I tried to use my windshield washer and to my surprise... IT DID NOT WORK! I looked into the problem and found that the insulation under the hood of my car had been pulled back, and both windshield washer nozzles had been broken off underneath the hood! I've been driving for over 40 years, and have NEVER had a windshield washer nozzle fail on me. I declined the expensive A/C repair and then BOTH my windshield washer nozzles break on their own? IMPOSSIBLE.The technicians at Posner purposely broke those windshield nozzles, probable because they were angry I did not get the repairs done.I also noticed a problem with my fuel gauge that I did not have when I brought the vehicle into Posner. While driving with plenty of fuel in the tank, the fuel gauge would drop to EMPTY and the low fuel alarm would light up. I discovered that they had STOLEN my perfectly good gas cap and replaced it with an old worn out cap. I purchased a new gas cap the problem disappeared!How STUPID are those guys to think I wouldn't figure out what happened? Did they think that I would not tell anyone about it? What kind of person would sabotage someones car like they did? The only conclusion I can come to is that Posner Park Chrysler is EVIL and CRIMINAL.What happened really angered me. The thought of going back to talk to the General Manager crossed my mind but I knew I'd be wasting my time. If the GM was any good this type of thing would not have happened in the first place. POSNER PARK CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM ARE THE LOWEST FORM OF xxxx.I solved my A/C problem using super-sealer and recharging the system. It's been working fine for over a year now. You'd think they would have done that for the $100.00 I paid for the A/C evaluation. Instead, they were hoping to STEAL $1,700.00 from me for A/C repairs they were not really going to do! Stay far away from Posner Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Davenport! I will be happy when those xxxxxxxx finally go out of business.

Had loud noise in front end of Chrysler Town And Country. Waited three and a half hours and heard nothing from anyone and went to check to see what they found and found nothing. Told us we were hit and it made the front end loose but didn't know how to fix it. The marks they claimed that was to be the area that was hit was nothing. Sent us to a Fiat dealer in Winter Haven and car was fixed in less then ten minutes. It will be our last visit to this dealership.

My Charger is my baby, NO-ONE else drives her and, tbh, I don't even like it when envious eyes are on her at traffic lights, and parking lots. Its a big deal therefore to let someone other than me work on her, but, I have to admit, when it comes to electrics. I really feel that they are some kind of black art. When my car started to have a meltdown and would not start (this coupled with no dashboard lights, interior lights, radio and A/C fan always on and would not switch off, windows with no power) It was my worse case scenario. I, reluctantly, had her towed (gently, I followed in my wifes car to make sure) to Posner Dodge. The lovely Melissa jolley in the Posner Park service department was professional and reassuring, and although I was still a little nervous about leaving my baby there, she went some way in making me feel better about doing so. I was feeling the end was near but ...NO!! When I called to see how the procedure had gone I was not only surprised at the speed of recovery but also the cost. I had been expecting a HUGE bill but, they had not tried to rip me off, sell me a service that I did not need or find another reason to make more money out of me. My car was ready and waiting and running better than ever. The cause of the electrical meltdown? a bad battery, bought new, from another source, only 3 months earlier. I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and call Melissa the next time my car needs anything at all. She is professional, courteous and reassuring, and I cannot recommend the services of her, and Posner Dodge highly enough.

I have purchased four vehicles now from this dealership and they have always been helpful and the service has been great. I recently had two vehicles in the Posner Park dealership at one time, one was there for a diagnostic check up so it can be sold and the other was there fo0r a standard Grease and Oil change. Melissa was helpful in keeping me informed of what issues and parts were needed on one vehicle and also keeping me up to date on the other one that just was there for a grease and oil. I have never had an issue when dealing with the service department, it is one of the reasons we keep coming back for service.

I took my Jeep Liberty in for some recall work. Roberto told me they could do three items on my recall (a software update, the trailer hitch replaced and replacing the lower ball joints). I made an appointment for the following week. I dropped it off, expecting this work to take several hours, so when they called only 2 hours later, I could barely believe it. I picked it up with no explanation of any work completed (or not completed), just a "here's your keys. Bye". Driving it home, it didn't sound like the lower ball joints were replaced, as they had started to squeak. We took it straight to a trusted mechanic who hoisted it up and pointed out my lower ball joints that badly needed attention. I was confused because I had thought this was just taken care of at Posner. Alas, it was not. I proceeded to call Melissa Jolley for an explanation- but she did not return my call for THREE WEEKS. When she finally called, we made another appointment, dropped it off for the ball joint work, and then this time I signed some documents at the end (Melissa was no where to be found) and it appears all is well now. I was disappointed with the lack prompt call back, and even more confused though when she told me my Jeep had work on it in 2001, when its a 2002. Ash in sales was very nice, Roberto was nice, but almost a month to return a call is not an acceptable level of service for me. When it's time to buy another Jeep, I won't be going back here.

I brought my car in on a Friday to have a list of repairs done. The first person I met was Tony a Service Rep. he seemed very knowledgeable and set me up with a retail car right away. Later on during the day Tony called me and went over some the things that needed to be repaired. Once we agreed on what would be repaired, he mentioned that the Van was due for a tune up and wanted to know if I wanted to include it in the repairs. I declined on tune up and work began on my Town and Country.. The next day Saturday I thought it over and decided to have the tune up done.. I called the Service Dept. on several occasions and I could not get in contact with Tony. I left a message that I wanted a Tune up included in the repair. A few hours later I got a message from Tony. Even though Saturday was his day off he left a message that a Tune Up would be completed and when he retuned to work on Monday he would personally see to it .....I was very impressed !!

Good morning, I was asked to leave a review for my service that I received last week on my vehicle. I am offended and horrified by the absolute poor service I received at your location and there is absolutely no way I will ever return. I made an appointment, where I was told a total to check a problem, which then I was overcharged for when I arrived (99.99 to 149.99). It took them 3.5 hours to diagnose my problem (which upon a second opinion turned out to be incorrect and way overcharged - 1377 + tax for a solution that costed less than 500? I am absolutely appalled you treat your customers this way). I was also "strongly encouraged" to get several other "problems" fixed, which, one would think that since I had serious work done on my car in May, would have been brought to my attention. As such, I paid over 200 for poor service, and to feel swindled and upsold. I'm lucky I managed to get out without paying more, as I was given a quote of nearly 2500 for problems that either didn't exist or for a problem that easily fixed without the complete replacement of parts. I'm not sure what type of business is being run at your location, but being that I have been a loyal Dodge customer for many years, I have never before been treated in such a rude and condescending way. I will not be returning to this location and I will do my best to tell others who are thinking of going to your location to attempt a different one. I would further like to state that I feel as though I was preyed upon as a young woman, and told that if I did not get these problems fixed, I would likely end up on the side of the road. Upon further research, I determined that none of the issues that were brought to my attention during my visit would have actually resulted in this happening. I left in tears.

I took my 2004 Dodge Dakota in for it's first tranny flush and was told they don't change the transmission filter which is recommended on any tranny flush. I went ahead and had an oil change done as well. 3000 miles later, I go and do an oil change myself and found that due to the previous oil change done by Posner Park, my oil cap was put on incorrectly and I was lucky to even get off. On top of that, my oil drain plug was on so tight that I ended up stripping the drain plug bolt. I did finally get it off and when I moved to the oil filter, the filter was not as tight as I think is should have been. I called to speak to a service manager who was not there at the time and left my name and number to ask questions and I am still waiting. I am not even sure that I got my tranny flush now. Even though I paid for it. I would not recommend this place for servicing due to the poor service. And they call themselves a 5 star service department.I did purchase my vehicle from this dealership and the sales department was very nice and helpful. I will rate them a 5 star.

Told the car needed front wheel bearings and a new alternator - less than 27000 miles on it. They don't keep alternators in stock - that was a surprise as I consider alternators a fairly standard repair item. It took 10 days for them to get an alternator and install it - unless I wanted to pay extra for overnight delivery. Fortunately, my extended warranty coverage included a rental car.

I moved to Florida 19 months ago and do not know any mechanics, etc. so when it was time for an oil change I went to Posner Park. I have been there 5 times in the last 19 months. I just went 2 days ago and I come away with the same complaint - what takes so long? When I was there a few months ago there was 1 car on the hoist, one car in front of me and I waited over an hour and a half. When I went 2 days ago, there was a truck on the hoist, and I was the only car there and it still took an hour. I watched them put my car on the hoist, drain the oil and then disappeared. My car was on the hoist a long time with no one around -- was it coffee break time??? I looked for a complaint box and, of course, there wasn't one.

I Had many major problems with my 2010 Chrysler T & C that was purchased in Mercedes dealership in Clerwater Fl. from day one. One year owning that car I had to have it serviced many times for various problems. The service rep Melissa in Posner Park Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Davenport Florida 33837 (where I took it to be serviced) went beyond helping me. She was a God sent when it came to contacting my warranty Co. and working very hard trying to get them to pay for a cylinder that was missfiring and causing many problems with the operation of the car. Melissa also worked very hard to get the same warrenty co. to pay for repairs in the transmittion. The warranty co, gave her, me and the Posner Pk dealership service manager a very bad time claiming that their servicedept. gave a misdiagnosed report and they declined any repairs. The warranty inspector claimed the #2 cylinder & intake valve had massive carbon build up when all pictures, Melissa inspection, 2 machanics inspections, mgr. inspection and my personal inspection proved to be false. There was NO carbon build up anywhere. My car was held up for over 4 weeks only to have end result the warranty co. still declined payment. I immediatly decided to trade that car in for another one due to that car causing me to almost cause an accident on the Hwy. approx. 3 times. I can't commend Melissa and everyone in the service center for doing there best to help me in every way possible. I rate all of them a #10 being the best.

But after purchasing a new vehicle, the issues started and let me tell you, this dealership could care less! You can never reach anyone, if you do finally get a hold of someone here, they will tell you they have to find out and will call back. Let me tell you, that never happens. I can sum this up very easily. STAY AWAY!. there are many other dealerships out there that will appreciate your business.

Got great deal on new tires which was fantastic. When I arrived I was greated by two very friendly gentleman. I don't have there names unfortunately. I was a little dissappointed at check out by the curtness of Melissa. I had been told on a previous visit by another friendly gentleman that you offered Disney Cast Member discount so I just wanted to check and see if I could save additional money because I had purchased new wiper blades as well. I felt like I was inconvencing Melissa by asking. Not a very friendly person. Other than that my experience was great.

We spent a few months in Florida and a few days before leaving, we took our vehicle to Posner Park for an oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection. We left Florida for home on the 13th of March and drove to North Charleston, S.C. During our drive, we heard what appeared to be noises from the brakes. We decided to take the car to a dealership in North Charleston and were told we had no front brakes. How Posner Park never noticed this during the multipoint inspction and the tire rotation is a mystery to me unless of course we paid for something they did not do. This oversight could have caused a serious accident as we were driving to Toronto through the mountains of West Virginia and Virginia. Thank goodness for the Rick Hendricks Dealership in North Charleston. One has to wonder if having an Ontario licence plate was the cause of this shabby work at Posner..

I had been shopping for a car but had had no luck. I met Erik Bryant at Posner Park Chrysler and he listened to me and treated me with courtesy and respect. I had a great experience with him and it felt like i was speaking with a friend and not like a salesperson at a dealership! I had been to several dealers and was treated poorly because I have credit issues. Even though i wasn't able to purchase a car Erik took the time to explain everything thoroughly and why things were the way they were. Nobody else explained anything at the other dealers to me like Erik did. I now have a good understanding of how the process works and what i need to do in the future to buy a car. Erik will be my first choice and only choice when I can buy a car! I also spoke with Matt the manager when i was there and he assured me that they would help me in anyway! I visited several other dealerships prior to driving 60 miles from home to visit Posner. My sales person, Mark Vargus was very helpful and patient (dealing with me requires patience!) He listened to my wants and needs in a new vehicle and selected several that fit my description. The vehicle selected was priced much lower that other dealers, and the trade-in value on my 2007 Grand Cherokee exceeded all other dealers I had visited. I wanted an added option of the tow hitch (hitch and wiring only) and included it in my purchase price. Needless to say I was surprised when the parts were ordered, arrived and installed in less than 1 week. I would highly recommend the Sales and Service Departments of Posner Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. I flew in from Grand Rapids on Friday to help my son purchase a used car. There was a trade involved with negative equity. They helped us through the process immensely and provided great customer service, value and integrity. We went to Napleton Dodge in Clermont, FL to compare offers and similar vehicles. The service there was terrible. We drove back the following day to finalize the purchase. Our salesman Tom was terrific and sales manager Phil was extremely helpful throughout the process. We had a wonderful buying experience with Posner Park. I had very specific things I was looking for in a Jeep Compass and they worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for, even though it meant purchasing one from another dealership a few hours away and bringing it to their location. They offered me a great value for my trade-in - it was more than I was expecting! They also searched extensively to find us the lowest interest rate possible for our financing and we were able to get a monthly payment that we were very happy with. We were able to customize our extended warranty and select only the options that we wanted. I had a WONDERFUL Service Experience at Posner Park Chrysler/Jeep on HWY 27 in Davenport, FL this week. Michael (the Service Manager) took the lead to assure me and keep track of my repairs and my experience. The team went out of their way to do there best. I have never been so impressed with a Service Department. I was especially impressed with Melissa J, my Service Advisor. She made me comfortable and saved me money in the long run. She was fantastic! I will NEVER go to anyone else. Miguel, the mechanic made my Jeep Grand Cherokee run better than it has in years, and lastly, Jonathan in detailing spent HOURS removing that 10 year old glaze over my headlights (that only a Floridian experiences). NO ONE has ever been able to make it look like that, they look Brand New!! It is because of this team that when it is time to get a new vehicle, I will buy from here. We are located about 3 hours away from Davenport and we were looking for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee. Apparently, the way that we wanted this vehicle was very rare. Since we are not a fan of the local dealership, we started emailing most of the Jeep dealerships within 5 hours of here, including all the way to Atlanta. Only four places had a vehicle that was *close* to what we were looking for, and Posner was one of the places. We started working with Connie (Bennett) because she had the car that was closest to how we wanted it equipped (though not exactly). She did not push, provided very timely information, gave absolutely fair pricing, and answered all of our questions by email since it was in the middle of the week and we would not be able to come until the weekend. While I am sure that we were not her only clients, she made us feel like we were. Ultimately, a vehicle came off a truck in the dealership two counties away that was exactly what we were looking for so we went with that. We will however be trading our second car in about two years and I will definitely talk to Connie then. When we let Connie know that we were going with another vehicle, she was nothing but pleasant - a true class act.

I recently took my new Patriot in for its first oil change. The service department personnel were friendly and the waiting area is very pleasant. I was in and out in no time at all even when they told me there were a couple of cars ahead of mine. They not only changed the oil, but also capped off my fluids, checked my tires and gave everything a quick inspection for loose cables, leaks, etc. Great service from a great dealership!

I was in the market for a late model Jeep Overland recently. Not being able to locate a vehicle with the specific options that I wanted in GA, I looked at a couple of websites, and found three near matches in central FL. Posner Park Jeep was the second dealer that I visited on my trip, and it turned out to be a successful stop. I worked with John Hyde (a salesman at Posner Park), and it was a pleasant buying experience. He dealt with me fairly, honestly, and never once treated me with anything but respect. My interactions with the other staff members - Tony, Chris, and Mike - were friendly, hospitable, and professional. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant auto purchases that I have ever made. Since the Overland had just recently been traded, and it to be a "certified vehicle", Posner Park provided me with a loaner vehicle while they readied my Overland for delivery. And when it was delivered - on the date promised - the service department had done a great job bringing it up to "certified condition", and a wonderful job detailing it inside and out. Overall, it would be hard to think of a better overall experience, and I highly recommend this dealer's sales and service departments.

To Mr. Marc MiethammerDear Sir: Early this year I started doing business with your car dealer and at the beginning, I was served by one of your service department associates named Dominguez who, as I said, at the beginning was very helpful and polite.I took my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire for a faulty rear spoiler switch that control the opening and closing of the rear spoiler. After more than a week at your garage and diagnosed by Miguel as a faulty switch, the new switch was charged and installed but the issued was not resolved, furthermore, they informed me that in order to change the allegedly faulty switch, they have to brake the front mask plastic panel to get access to the switch panel; Afterwards, they call me to advise that the garage has to find specials tools to take out the car radio so they can change the mentioned switch. But after they broke the front panel, they made me wait for the radio tool to arrive, and finally installed the new switch, and charging more money for each invention, they had a new diagnosis, the spoiler motor was broke and had to be replaced ( over $400.00) extra dollars for the spoiler motor; But unfortunately, the fishing expedition of your mechanical repair department did not stopped there, after realizing that not even with a new spoiler motor they fixed the problem, they dare to declare that a new car computer must be necessary to fix the problem in other words more than $3,000.00 for a new car computer so the car spoiler can come down and up and to work properly.What a lousy, inferior, mediocre job for a Chrysler Dealer where we, the customers, put all our faith, confidence and trust to handle our car problems specially Chrysler cars.How your employees dear to play with the customers and to charge money for an evident fishing expedition on a car problem just not to admit the lack of knowledge of the issue.At the end, the car went out of the dealer without fixing the problem when I refused to buy a new car computer as suggested by your intelligent mechanics and after I paid for nothing over $800.00.After arrival from Montreal, Canada I spent a couple of days checking in another mechanical garages for solutions to fix my spoiler problem and also testing the allegedly broken spoiler motor that cost me over $400.00. Places such as Midas, Pep boys and ASAP garages, inspected the broken motor and I have notarized statements of the mentioned establishments affirming that the motor is working properly and in good condition so I have a spare spoiler motor just because your ignorant mechanics; They also fixed the car for only $80.00.I have called Mr. Dominguez for many days to make an appointment for my other Chrysler Dodge 1500 appointment and to talk about this issue but he is too busy to answer my calls and always will call me later but never do. (ask Luis about my calls).Listen Mr. Miethammer, the money I pay to your dealer is not counterfeited or monopoly fake money and it should be worthy to receive a professional and satisfied completed service, furthermore, the trust that we put in a car dealer is like the trust that we put in our medical doctors and not because we are ignorant in car repairing field justify the stealing of our money as a Chrysler Posner customer.Thanks.

Went in to get my free oil change that came wit the car. I said to the service guy when they do the tire rotation to check brake because I hear grinding sometimes when I back up. when I picked the car up they charged me 18.$ for the rotation. I should have been told there was a charge for tire rotation . Tire kingdom when you get oil changed they rotate your tires.

I took my 2011 ram 2500 in for a manafold leak on 2/25/14 they told my it should be done in one day they also told me there was a recall on the tie rod and did I want them to fix also I said sure we where in Orlando for Disney by the way so we figured one day with out our truck would be ok.Well that's where we were wrong after I yes I call at the end of the day to find out the status I was told they snapped 2 studs off ok accident and one fell in the head of my engine .Now I was told tomorrow it would be done and no it wasn't . I was told they had to send it out to a machine shop and yes all the communications was me calling them not one update from Tony. So I asked for a loaner Tony told me they don't offer them but he could give me a deal on a rental. Ya I should pay for a rental because they broke my truck . I ask to talk to the service manger Mike after a day of phone tag I gave just wanted to enjoy disney.So day three I call to check and I was told tony was at the mercy of the machine shop meanwhile spending sixty dollars for roudtrp taxi rides to disney three times . Day four Tony calls me around 4 pm tells me my truck is done yaaaaa I said did you fix my tie rod tony says sorry I didn't order the part so I just gave up I went Saterday to pick up my truck it was Saterday no tony no mike just a nice young kid who gave me my keys. I left and stopped to get gas as I looked at my truck there was grease hand prints on the hood and the interior door panels kinda the straw that broke the camels back. So I returned knowing it was Saterday I went in to the sales manager very nice gentlemen he told me mike the service manager would contact me Monday and he did he apologized told me if I wanted to come back down 14 miles away they would clean my truck then he told me he would find me a tie rod and call me by the end of the day The End never heard back yet Tuesday eve I would be out of business if I ran my company like this . I would not recommend there service to any one. I'm sorry that I had to write this but it was just unbelievable how bad the easy repair turn into a nightmare

Let me say that Ahmed Rogers was a good and honest man, perhaps the only one there. The rest of you jerks, that I delt with, are pathetic liars. Ahmeds boss made a verbal agreement to install a factory receiver hitch and instead installed an after market peice of junk. The service manager tryed to tell me that the hitch I wanted was unavailable even though when I got home I found it on the internet in less than five minutes. While waiting an inordinate amount of time for the car one of the lying jerks behind the counter lied to my wife twice. You people have no shame. You have lost me as a customer and everyone I can tell about you lack of integrity. I have filed a complaint with the better business bereau and will also file with Chrysler corporation as soon as I can find the correct site.

I have been coming to this dealership for over a year now, it's where I always get my oil change and have purchased new tires. Back in June 2012 - June 2013 the service was great! I recommended this place to everyone and even when I moved away would drive out of the way to this dealership for my service visits. The service center employees were extremely pleasant and I felt like they truly were looking out for my vehicle and myself. However, the past 2 times that I have come to get my oil change, the service has been mediocre at best. The first visit they were "so busy" they couldn't even print a receipt for me. The most recent visit the staff was unfriendly and I felt like they didn't care and I was more of an inconvenience. I find it extremely important to have a car dealership and service center you trust, and I no longer feel like this is the location for that. I am not sure if there was a management or staffing change in the past 6 months, but it definitely does not feel like the same dealership I used to use.

Took my 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 into Posner to have the pinion nut recall done. The service writer greeted me first thing in the morning as I arrived, had everything in order and was very friendly. He had coffee ready and welcomed me to relax, and I chose to wander the lot for a while, then the showroom. The truck was taken into service right on time. About 1 1/2 hours later, the service tech came in, told me he was done, and explained all he did. Excellent service and an excellent atmosphere. We also took my wife's 2007 PT Cruiser into Posner last year for the lifetime warranty inspection and were equally pleased.

The service NEVER gets any better. On December 8, 2011, I had a wreck and brought my Jeep in, with the left side of my Jeep damaged requiring body and paint repair as well as my Passenger side window shattered.The Jeep was returned to me with shards of glass never removed and I had to find this when a passenger Family member rode in the back.This was brought to the attention of the Service manager at the time; he did nothing.Early October 2013, I brought my Jeep in for warranty repair. After keeping my Jeep for the better part of 4 weeks, they used my gasoline for transport my Jeep around, without having the professional courtesy of replacing what they used; you would think that would be a part of customer service.After 4 weeks, I find out that parts are still on order, they never took care of the rust on the hood that was the original reason my Jeep was dropped off, the only painting they "supposedly" we're the fender flairs, that "NEVER" needed painting in the first place, so I seriously doubt there was any painting done at all, and all this after 4 weeks.So basically, my Jeep sat at this place of amateurs with nothing getting done, other than them using my gas in my Jeep.This is pathetic, and I expect someone in this poor excuse of a dealership to actually take ownership of their mistake and resolve this.

Dealer advertises they CARE, will do whatever it takes to make customer happy, after several complaints they did not care, They could have taken the jeep back,( just because they claim they care)???? After several attempts trying to trade there jeep for different cars.. I finally was able to trade the jeep they sold me and to one of there neighbor dealers, I now have another identical black 2006 Toyota Solara SLE conv. 55k miles how crazy is that, beautiful, nicer than my other.Although it has cost me $6140 down from my retirement funds and owing $3000 more than my other and 1 payment on jeep, a total loss of $9600 out of my pocket. Pretty sad this dealers GREED could have saved me all that money, had they done the right thing.Just a warning to others, no matter what you buy from them, your stuck, they are mean, I have owned over 55 cars and they have lost a good future customer, to all 4 of dealerships owned by this so called family owned and operated co. which also means Chrysler corp. cant do a thing to help you, they were very displeased with the situation. BEWAREThanks to there neighbor dealer I am happy regardless the $$$, that could have been avoided!

I went to Posner Chrysler to buy a new car and trade my car in. Ron Edmonds helped me to find a nice, new2012 Chrysler 200. I wanted a black one with the GPS in it.. He said I have new one that is auburn/burnt color. I believe you will like this one also. He said take this one on your lunch break, show it to your husband and keep it for the day, drive it and bring it back this afternoon. I did as he said and I loved that car and the color. I brought it back and bought it. He gave me a very good deal on my trade in and a nice rebate on the new car. He was so nice That was July 16, 2012. I think it is one of the most beautiful cars on the road. I was up there Tuesday, October 2,,2013 for a safety recall on the car Spkyner took very good care of me. that car drives sooooo good. I haven't seen but one other than mine in that color. I saw Ron that day he spoke to me. I said do you remember me? He said yes, you are Mrs. Johnson. Worked hard to find a problem that was hidden and very very hard to find. They did so without forcing me to pay for all the hours they worked and did a great job on repairing my vehicle. The service writer was up beat and friendly and tried to help in any way he could. The service manager was super and supportive during the whole procedure and followed up on the progress. A salesman who worked there made me feel comfortable and asked me if he could do anything to make my wait less stressful and even brought me coffee while I waited.

I purchased a 2013 jeep wrangler 4 door,,,RIGHT HAND DRIVE,,, FOR MAIL DELIVERY,,,I am 5ft. tall and found it impossible to deliver from it SAFELY, with the variation of mail box heights, I even tried to sit on 3 cushions and 2 behind me, still having to hang both arms out the window for the vast majority of my route to hold mailbox door open put mail in then close, if I let the mailbox door open all the way, I could not reach to close it, also having disc herniations in cervical neck started to cause pain from neck to shoulders and arm after 5 days, and a major struggle trying to get in and out with these cushions piled up,,, I finally stopped using it, and returned to dealer, they are very MEAN heartless people to deal with. Marc (manager) told me the deal already funded and cannot undo, (LIE) after speaking with another Chrysler dealer that night on the way home and calling the Chrysler finance company the next morning , both telling us THEY CAN UNDO THE DEAL IF THEY WANT TO, I then called (Marc)manager not available left message with this finding, now Tony (general manager) calls me telling me my trade is sold, cant do anything,,,,,,,,, MY TRADE WAS SITTING ON THE LOT WITH STICKERS WHEN WE ARRIVED, within a minute after we stepped outside after telling them I was returning jeep,,,,an employee drove my trade around to the side or back of dealership, I assumed they thought I was going to take it ??? I also purchased a life time warranty, which made it ideal considering the payment ended up $609 when making deal and signing papers, but earlier that day all approval was done over phone and I was told by Ken (salesman) they would be $450 to low $500's (LIE) I DID NOT ARGUE it and excepted the terms. The jeep is absolutely a nice suv, would be all worth it if I could use it for work, otherwise it is of no use to me. I was told by Elizabeth (finance) the life time warranty was $2700, (LIE) being very late anxious and far from home, I was stupid and trusting, not ever looking at the paper work until it got cancelled and found they charged $2920 plus $204.40 sales tax totaling $3124.40 NOW a week later they call and tell me the warranty co, cancelled because its a right hand drive being used for business. I will apologize to Elizabeth (finance) as I see the finance contract says $28134 purchase price, when my price was actually $26500, I thought I had been wronged there, but just figured out after adding the taxes at the top left still didn't ad up? still $588 to high,,,the day after I finally found the $588 difference on the buyers agreement was a dealer fee. I did say my reason for wanting to return jeep would be cause of both of us, as I thought this jeep would be ideal for delivering mail, my short test drive was near closing, and bad storm coming outside, tried 1 mailbox that sat pretty high, I was wrong thought it would work. Dealer being lied to about the cost of warranty, then being cancelled by company, also being lied to that the deal cannot be rescinded when infact I found out from Chrysler Financing that yes it can, its up to them, I do not understand why they wont, also when I got there salesman said a lady was sitting there, interested in buying it if I didn't, HIGH pressure, probably a lie. As I sit here now writing this, I noticed something else, both the finance agreement and the GAP agreement, are checked off for personal use, when everyone at dealer is aware this is a RIGHT HAND DRIVE for postal workers and I AM a postal worker and is being used for work, my GAP contract states they do not cover commercial use. I was hoping the manager would do the right thing and undo the deal, regardless of who's right or wrong, upset or angry, but as it stands I am being forced to a repo, I cannot use this jeep and will not take back and or pay for it.

When I questioned why a $7 oil change suddenly cost $30 Chapman suddenly called for the service manager saying I was unruly.... Don't they train their service people??/ A guy like that is dangerous. I will no longer go to Posner for anything. Sorry Ben my wife is going elsewhere for the 300. You did a good job but I wont deal with the service department.

my husband and I recently visited posner park dodge we had heard good things about them so I decided to check them out..when I called to make an appointment I spoke to ahmed rogers.....when we finally came into the dealership ahmed was not pushy about any vehicles which me and my husband loved that they did an appraisal on our vehicle and gave us what we wanted for it...they worked very hard to get us the deal that we wanted and the payments that we wanted... we also talked to louie macri he was awesome he didn't pressure us to put any money down and he worked very hard for two days to get us the deal that we wanted....we bought a 2013 dodge avenger and I love my new car....and then 2 weeks later we went back to the same dealership and went only through ahmed and louie and they worked a deal to get my husband a new 2013 ram 1500...they have been awesome and our finance manager was marcos vargas for both vehicles and he was very up front and honest about everything and he answered every question that we had and was very friendly....this dealership has a very comfortable environment and they are out to help the customers and they will get you into a vehicle.....if I ever decide to trade my car in I will DEFINITLY go back to posner park dodge..... when you go to the dealership ask for ahmed...

He provided my family with the best car buying experience by understanding my needs, wants, ect. When I arrived at the dealership I was courteously greeted and right away it was as if my mind was read as he had the perfect car in mind. About a test drive and 30 minutes later the deal was done and we were out of the dealership. Finance department was fantastic Elizabeth was fast but very thorough.Ken also explained in detail everything about our new vehicle and gave a great tour of the service dept and meet and greet with the service manager. I decided on Posner because it is closest to me. I wanted my Jeep looked over and needed an oil change. Because another dealer did not help me out at all, Jimmy was able to explain the maintenance schedule to me, and pull up the info on my Jeep. While my Jeep was being looked over, the rear differential came up as not quite yet needing the oil changed, but I went for it any way. I was told about 45 minutes to get it done and in less than 30 minutes I had my Jeep back. The oil change was done so fast I almost missed it happening. Everybody from Jimmy to the parts department were super nice, and offered answers to questions I had about my Jeep. I am actually sorry I did not buy my Jeep from them, but They will service my Jeep!

My husband and I have been searching for a while now for a Heavy Duty truck to replace the one we had (2002 Chevy 2500HD). We drove over an hour and a half (81 miles) to look at a used Chevy 2500HD they had on their lot. Right when we pulled in Cowboy came out to greet us and 5 minutes later had us on the road test driving the truck. I wasn't impressed with the design of the cabin but my husband liked it. So I asked Cowboy to get us a trade in quote on our truck. While roaming around waiting (took about 10 minutes to get the trade in value), I noticed a brand new Dodge they had for sale that was marked down. Long story short, we bought the new Dodge instead. What impressed me most were four things. 1. We never felt pressured by Cowboy to buy anything and he was extremely knowledgeable about trucks; Ford, Dodge, Chevy; diesel, gas, etc. We learned a lot from him and it was honest information that sometimes made the truck he was trying to sell us look unfavorable. But he wanted us to know everything we could possibly need to know before we bought something. He is one of the best sales reps I've ever worked with. 2. The Financing Manager was fantastic. When he presented the loan rates to us and I wasn't satisfied, he spent another hour working with various banks to get it lower. When the payments weren't where I wanted them, he never made us feel uncomfortable. He passed the hour with us by talking about various things, joking around, and making the whole experience not so bad (I won't say enjoyable because buying a car never is!). 3. These guys don't just throw a trade in number at you. They took the truck for a drive, looked it over from top to bottom, pulled a Carfax report, and gave us the 2nd highest figure we'd been given so far. It made me feel better about the used cars they are selling (even though I didn't buy one) since I know they did their homework before taking it in on trade. 4. The price we paid for this truck (before trade) was the lowest I've seen so far and the lowest I can find on the internet after. I feel confident we bought a fantastic truck at a fantastic price!I would and will recommend these guys to ANYONE looking to buy a new car. It was worth the drive all the way around!

My wife and I first visited the dealership when we saw a used vehicle that we wanted information about. We were approached by Connie Bennett who was friendly but "laid back". This lady was not pushy, but extremely helpful and treated us with great respect. We test drove 2 used cars and chose a Hyundai Sonata. Connie seemed quite capable and informative during our "negotiations" with the manager, Tony Reeves. We expected to be pressured about the price, but found Tony to have the same approach as Connie. We left that day without making a purchase because we couldn't get together on price. We returned today because of the great treatment we received on the first visit and were successful in putting a deal together.This is the first time in a very long time that we have been in a car dealership where all the people involved in the process treated us with such a high level of courtesy and respect. When we tried to do the deal on the first visit and were unable to, we left the dealership with our dignity intact. We returned because of the great customer service we were shown the first time around.I would highly recommend this dealership and it's staff, particularly our sales rep, Connie Bennett and the manager, Tony Reeves.

I took my car in for an oil change and was told that I was in need of new tires due to dry rot. Jimmy called me with good prices on tires and I agreed to bring the car back to have the tires put on the following business day.I arrived at service department upon opening and Jimmy had not yet arrived for the day so I told one of the other service department workers that I was dropping my car off to have new tires installed. The woman that I spoke with was rude and seemed like she was doing me a favor by taking my keys because Jimmy wasn't going to be in for a few more hours.I dropped my car off at 7 am and was told that I would receive a call when it was ready. I had not received a call by the time I was leaving work at 4 pm so I called was told that the tires were done but the car had not yet been washed or vacuumed, but that it would be ready soon. However, this was only after one of the other service department people was able to figure out where my car even was! I made sure that they would have plenty of time to get my car ready so I didn't arrive to pick it up until 5:30 pm. When I arrived, my car was still not ready and had not been washed or vacuumed. I was told that it was because they were currently having a huge car sale and that I was welcome to bring my car back another time to get washed.I was extremely unimpressed with the level of customer service I received, especially by the fact that I had to make another trip to pick up the car and it was still not clean.

New to the area, I brought my 2007 Aspen to Posner for a checkup and oil change. I brought it back the next day for their full detailing service. They did a beautiful job cleaning it inside and out, including buffing out scratches on the door and getting rid of the Virginia clay sod streaks from the cargo area. My SUV looks and smells like new and it's running great. Cindy Smith is amazing -- she runs the service area smoothly and efficiently, and is effortlessly congenial. To the folks who performed the detail work -- thank you so much! And I'm equally grateful to those who performed the maintenance work. Well done. The waiting area is very comfortable, and I noted that Cindy and the techs provide the waiting customers with status -- very important to me. Because I had such a long wait, they provided a courtesy shuttle to the plaza just down the street -- the driver was so nice and definitely committed to his work (I am embarrassed that I forgot his name, but I think it was Danny? He works in Parts.) Looking forward to years of good business with the Posner dealership.

My name is Justin Barker. I went to Posner Park recently to look for a new car, within 10 minutes of being on the internet looking at cars, Ben Selph called me and asked me to come in for an appointment to look at their inventory. I set my appointment for 2 days later. I had a trade in that was not a very likely trade in. I had a 1996 Isuzu Rodeo that had seen it's fair share of time. It needed mechanical and body work done. I had some cash down but didn't think it was enough. After talking to Ben on the phone and at the dealership I finally realized what a good salesman should be. He did not haggle or hassle me. He was upfront and honest. The General Sales Manager Marc fought tooth and nail on my behalf to get something done and me in the payment range that suited me. Elizabeth was also very helpful. She explained all the paperwork page by page instead of throwing papers in front of me expecting me to sign with no explaination. Some dealerships get on TV and promise things and deliver the total opposite. If you want a dealership that not only promises what they do and delivers, you need to come to Posner Park. These guys get it done with no hassle or bull. I would recommend anyone to come to this friendly, honest and outgoing dealership. Posner Park set the benchmark for all other dealerships. Fancy ads do not make people happy and get them in the vehicle they need. Honest and hardworking people like the ones at Posner Park, they not only talk it but they walk it! I highly recommend trying Posner Park before anyone else because these guys get it done PERIOD!!!

I am not sure if I can find any words to describe this dealership and the people working there. All I can say is, GREAT is an understatement. They went above & beyond GREAT. We were upside down on our car loan and owed more then the car was worth. Our old car had 113,000 miles on it and was nickel and diming us very month with car repairs. Cindy in service recommended we talk to one of their salesmen about trading the car in. That week we went in and talked to Lee Gettling we found a 2010 Dodge Caliber with 24,195 mile on it for $14,000. It was late and the dealership was closing. So we give them all our info and said they would have this all worked out and ready to go the next day. The next day at 11 am I got a phone call from the dealership, your all set just come in and sign and drive. So we went in that day and to your surprise they were able to get my car payments to fit my budget and even paid off the old loan. Then Marcos Vargas said, I have a big surprise for you, you now have 100,000 mile bumper to bumper Warranty and Maintenance packages with 8 free oil changes & tire rotations. You know longer have to worry about car repairs or Maintenance expenses for a very long time. We even left the dealership with a full tank of gas at no charge. I brought my vehicle, 2007 Dodge Nitro R/T in for service...it needed an oil change, brakes replaced and 60,000 mi maintenance service, tire replaced....all the services were done, except tires...I will be replacing in near future...also door knob needed to be replaced...with that being said, Mr. Hunt was very patient w/ me...he explained to me (being a woman) so that I could understand...HE gave me a rental car to get around for the weekend...returned that Monday, 12-31-12..picked up my nitro....incredible etiquette service! I felt like they really care about their customers...I will be getting all of my future services there...will be returning to get my door handle fixed, etc.

We visited several Dodge/Chrysler dealers in the central Florida area when it became time to replace our then 2005 Grand Caravan with a newer and lower mileage van.We settled on Posner Park because of the excellent and exemplary service from salesperson Tony Ortiz. Tony was not at all pushy, he communicated extremely well was friendly and gave us complete confidence that we were being treated with honesty and no tricks. Tony listened to what we were asking for and due to this showed us a range of vehicles to match exactly what we were asking for. Over the space of a few afternoons we looked at several different trim and year options, keeping Tony busy swapping vans between the 2 Posner Park dealerships. Due to his dilligent efforts he matched us up with just the perfect van and we came away very pleased with an excellent low mileage 2009 Town and Country 25th Anniversary Edition.We simply can not recommend Tony Ortiz highly enough !(And certainly we will be asking for Tony when we are looking for a vehicle for our oldest son soon!)

We had a brake light coming on sporadically. They said we needed a new master cylinder and all the hoses replaced - after $1300 and two days it leaked. They then said we needed another hose after five hours we are still waiting to find out if the part even came in - the person who answers the phone knows nothing about what is happening in the dept. I cannot wait until I no longer own a Chrysler.

I purchased a used 2005 Buick LaCross in July 2012.The first thing I was unhappy about I had explained to shay that I was going through Partners for financing. I just wanted the paperwork. They told me that they work with Partners. I did the paperwork with them. I then later went to Partners and found out that I could have paid less for the PMI insurance on this car. Second thing I was on the phone with a junk dealer who was offering 300.00 for my car that had died. Shay new this. I let the guy go on the phone go. They then came back offering $100.00 for my car. My son took it in for it's free oil change. He was told that the battery was about to die. He took it to AutoZone and it tested 100% charged. In the 6 months that I have owned this car that I paid $9000.00 for. I have had to have the drivers side tire fixed,replaced the drivers side headlight,now the keyless entry has stopped working. (don't know how much that will cost me). I have spoken with the used car manager and was told I bought a used car. This dealership does not care after the sale. No I won't be recommending them and will be writing a letter to Chrysler itself.

Sales Associate Fred "Cowboy", the Sales Manager Mike Campbell and Marcos Vargos were professional and "went the extra mile" to make the best possible deal. Wrong diagnosis - reason given the tech was incompetent we fired him - was suppose to call me on an estimate of new service never called back - various charges on bill then had to be taken off because they were included - called to talk to service manager left a message to call me back and still have not heard from him.

After looking for months, we found the car we had been looking for at a great price at Posner Park. After a few terrible experiences at a couple of other dealers, we were nervous to start the process all over again. We had been jerked around by other dealerships who trying to force us into a more expensive car, telling us one price and coming back with another, etc, and were starting to get frustrated and lose hope. When we arrived at Posner Park, David met us out in the parking lot. We told him which car we were looking for, and he immediately let us take it out for a test drive. When we got back and told him we were interested, he quickly got us a range of monthly payments - without making us hand over every piece of personal information and sign anything! The payments were a little high, so he worked with us to find a balance between an higher down payment and the price of our trade in until we got to the EXACT monthly payment we were comfortable with. The entire process with quick and painless, and we ended up with the perfect car at the perfect price! Thank you David!

My husband and I bought a used minivan for approx $5,000 cash from the Wintger Haven dealership (same owners as Posner Park) and it was the minivan "from hell", costing us another $5,000 approx in repairs in 3-4 weeks. Service at Posner Park fixed almost everything but more problems kept occurring. We wsre Frustrated. Rob got Mike involved and he put a deal together to trade in the hellish minivan at $5,000 and put us in a 2011 Chrysler 200 with all kinds of warrannties and maintensnce packages. We are very pleased with the Chrysler and Posner Park dealer.

The manager Jay did everything he could to find me the best loan possible for my situation even Shea the car salesman was great he listened to me and found me a great car in my budget. We went to Posner for some warrenty work on our Dodge 3500. The work was done timely and well. We have a Dodge Ram 1500 we were considering trading, but ended up not doing so. The sales experience was the best I've had as there was much help, but no fast talk and no pressure.The service man, Mike, was most helpful in assisting us with a small problem we were having with the Ram 1500. He went well out of his way to show us some details of the truck that will allow us to keep it better maintained. He was most helpful and is clearly an asset to this establishment. We plan on having all of our work done at tihs dealership. Wonderful experience all around.

I originally looked at a Dodge Dart, but had mixed feelings cause of the compact feel, but is was pretty big once you got in it, but still wanted something bigger cause the car I came out of was a Chrysler 300c. So being as patient as they possibly could with me I ended up having 2 Sales Reps, one Finance Rep, and a General Manager helping me find the perfect car!! which eventually brought me to a Chrysler 200 Limited. Posner Park in Davenport, FL.Jay Samon interfaced with me on the internet and worked diligently, even on his day off, to make certain I had all the information needed to make an intelligent buying decision and this morning I visited the dealership for the first time ever.I was greeted immediately by a broad smiling Kurn Ovid. Kurn took me on a test drive, even though I had already made up my mind. While on the test drive, Kurn pointed out all of the features and options. Upon arrival back at the dealership, Kurn introduced me to a smiling Jose, who would prep my vehicle. Jose jumped right on it and came to the showroom to let me know when he was finished. Marcos Vargas introduced himself with a handshake and broad smile and told me he'd handle the paperwork. And that he did. It wasn't long before I was pushing his "Easy" button and out the door.In a nutshell, this dealership is the friendliest, no-pressure organization with more smiles than I've seen in a long, long time.I feel nobody should overlook Posner Park when looking for a Chrysler, Dodge, or Jeep vehicle. Bought a new jeep liberty. After a month of driving it, I'm very disappointed with the build quality. It feels very cheap with a lot of low quality plastic parts. However, that's not the dealerships fault. Sales transaction was smooth and no hassle. Had a hitch put on at the service dept. The morning after I picked it up. The sales manager didn't leave a note for the service manager so he was blind sided when I showed up to have the work done and took a little longer than expected. I am disappointed with the sales managers for the service after the sale and the apparent lack of communication within the dealership. They did not return calls promptly and tried to play the run around games from one department to the next. You'd think a full service dealership could act like they've sold a car once before. I'm in no way condemning the dealership from trying to make a buck but I did find the sales manager's lack of respect in finishing the deal quite disturbing and will not use them or recommend them in the future.

Andra efficiently answered my e-mails and web inquiries. Lee's assertive guest service skills and candor established immediate credibility; and he went above and beyond with his time and communication skills to make sure i was settled and happy. Tony leads by action and is down-to-earth; the best kind of manager. He jumped right in to make sure i had the best possible deal and made you feel as if one of the family. Even when it came time to "sign my life away"; all my questions were answered and could tell that product and process knowledge was being used to look out for my best interests as well as keep me educated.

While vacationing in Fort Lauderdale coming from Toronto, my wife and I decided to drive up and take the kids to Disney/Legoland. While there we had a electronic throttle issue with the C300. I visited the service centre at 6:45am on Monday, July 2, Mr. Mike DeMeo was there at this time and gladly welcome me in prior to opening. Mike was very friendly and great to deal with. The car was taken into the shop within 10mins and Mike followed up immediately with the issue. He ordered the part and also offered me a car for the day so my family and I could still take the kids to Disney for the day. Both John and Marcos made this a very easy transaction. I did most of my search with John by email. Being able to use email helped in my decision to visit the dealership. Time is a very important factor and the use of the internet definitely saved me time.Both John and Marcos are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. Being able to reach an acceptable price on our first visit was nice.

This was my first car buying experience. After driving my last car for 175,000 miles, I was reluctant to let it go. Since I have never bought a new car I didn't know what to expect, all you hear from people is horror stories about buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and customer service from this dealership. I traded in my old car and bought a Dodge Journey. They made me feel like family, found what I was looking for, and treated me with respect. I would refer all my friends and family to this dealership. As well as use them again in the future. They took the time to show me all the ins and outs of how every aspect of my new car worked. This is old- fashioned, person to person, customer service. The Salesman was awesome. He answered all of my questons and did not try to pressure me in any way. When I went in to work with Macos (Buisiness Mgr.) He started by offering extended warranties and protective coating/treatments (Part of his job, I suppose) but I said no to it initially but, after talking with him, I agreed to buy an extended warranty that was a bit more affordable than the "deluxe" package.I went home satisfied with the vehicle and my experience overall but, after going home and reading the details of the extended warranty, I discovered that I, in my opinion, had just paid over $1800 for a warranty that, between the factory warranty and full coverage insurance, didnt really cover much of anything. I also want to mention the financing. They funded my loan through Credit Union Loan Source LLC, and as the vehicle I was replacing was financed through a credit union, I was initially quite happy as my experience with the CU was very good. Then I received my initial communication from the new finance company and I was a little taken aback by the wording of the "welcome" letter (not rude by any standard) but it didnt give me a warm fuzzy either. At the bottom of the letter it had the phrase This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information I give them will be used for that purpose.I then decided to go online and see what I could find out about them...there is plenty, and probably 95% was bad. Not members of BBB and most all of the complaints were with regards to them being slow to post payments received. I, of course, haven't had any issues as my 1st payment is not yet due, but I am a bit concerned that I may have issues with them at some point.In closing I want to state that I do not beleive the dealer did anything wrong and when I went back to cancel the extended warranty and let him know about the information I found online about the finance company, Marcos took care of the warranty cancellation and said he would take a look at the information available online about the finance company. Next time I will take the time to read the paperwork more carefully before I sign it.

It was not very busy and I still waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Girl at the front desk was on the phone, I understand she had another customer on the phone but she didn't even look at me. Just an overall unfriendly experience, I don't plan to ever go back.

Not only was this dealership beautiful but the people there were super. John was friendly, helpful and did everything to help us feel comfortable during our transaction. Not your usual high pressure people. Everyone said hello and asked if we were being helped. Just an overall good experience.

Came in to buy a part for a car. Was not told that EVERY part ordered is 'special order' and non-returnable. I know now and will not make that mistake again. They said they could not use that part on my car until I bought another part for $1000 but no guaranty that will work. All of which was not explained BEFORE I purchased that non-returnable part. Bait and switch tactics. Condescending attitudes when kindly asking for an answer to a question. Argumentative when conversing.

My Diesel truck failed to start. The service provided involved changing the transfer pump and the injector pump. The cost of this service was 3100.00. On testing the removed transfer pump it was determined to be working, the volumewas apparently a little low but the pump was functional. On questioning the mechanic, it was obvious he did not understand that low volume would not prevent the engine from running. As a result of his lack of understanding he changed the pump, when that failed to resolve the problem he also changed the injector pump. I do not believe he performed appropriate trouble shooting procedures on a 12 year old vehicle, rather, the relied on the displayed codes. I do not believe that adequate investigation was performed to diagnose a possible electrical problem. I also believe that as a tourist from out of state i was taken advantage of.

very friendly, would only buy my next vehicle from there. They are so informativeand friendly. The young man, who changed our oil, explained to us about our spare wheel having its own sensor. He had added air to it. The sales lady, Michele, showed us new Jeeps while waiting, and we are really thinking about trading. Ours is a 2010.
